Wir, die Christian Stroetmann GmbH, fordern hiermit offiziell folgende Unternehmen auf ihre Geschäftstätigkeiten nicht mehr unter der Bezeichnung "ONTO" zu tätigen:

• Ontoprise GmbH und
• Ontorix GmbH.

Die Ontoprise GmbH wird weiterhin:

• ihre Geschäftstätigkeiten einstellen (Sie besitzen keinen eigenen Geschäftsplan) und
• ihre Software-lösung, bzw. unsere Lösung Ontobroker freigeben (Lesen Sie sich einmal das Patent von Frau Annette Brückner genau durch).

Des weiteren fordern wir die Universität Saarbrücken auf:

• ihr Kompetenzzentrum für Ontologie-basierte Informationssysteme zu schließen und
• sämtliche Weblinks zu Unternehmen zu löschen, deren Unternehmensbezeichnung mit "ONTO" beginnen oder beinhalten.

Außerdem fordern wir die EASi Engineering GmbH auf:

• sämtliche Weblinks zu Unternehmen zu löschen, deren Unternehmensbezeichnung mit "ONTO" beginnen oder beinhalten sowie
• Produkte und Dienstleistungen solcher Unternehmen weder zu bewerben noch zu vertreiben.

Für die genannten Unternehmen und Institute geben wir keine Frist. Sie werden ab sofort unseren Markenschutz "ONTO" respektieren.
Nachfolgende Schadensersatzklagen sind von diesen Prozessen unabhängig.
