Comment
Patrick Henry passionately opposed the ratification of the U.S. Constitution in this speech.

Also interesting to note is the following statement of P. Henry: "Power is the great evil with which we are contending. We have divided power between three branches of government and erected checks and balances to prevent abuse of power. However, where is the check on the power of the judiciary? If we fail to check the power of the judiciary, I predict that we will eventually live under judicial tyranny."

Now, the blueprint of certain U.S.American persons is known. They are exploiting and perverting P. Henry's views and arguments in relation to liberty and so on, but not to improve the overall system, but to sow chaos and to fight out, what the first states of the U.S.America have fought out before and avoided to fight out later.
Indeed, it looks like a Second American Revolution, as a populist and member of the Steve Bannon gang called the realization of the fears P. Henry warned of in his speech, specifically in its last section quoted in parts above.

But we cannot follow all arguments of the scientist quoted above, because now a rule-based protocol or test is effective, which requires that every execution of a president has to be analysed, classified as an official or a private act, and judged accordingly by others.
For example, the call for storming the Capitol was private, because all recounts of the votes have shown that the presidential election was correctly executed. Therefore, the actual president at that time had no official reason and executive power to delay or question the election of his successor, which implies that it was his personal problem to acknowledge his electoral defeat and eventually this call was an unofficial respectively private act.

We do not call our fantastic creation AI, but Ontologics, Ontologic Computing (OC), Ontologic Programming (OP), and so on, because our coherent Ontologic Model (OM), transformative, generative, and creative Bionics, and integrating and translating multidimensional, multidomain, multilingual, multiparadigmatic, multimodal, multimedia Ontologics are something totally new on a completely different and higher level.
We also see a pointer to our New Reality (NR).
Correspondingly, one plagiarist also uses the term New Renaissance, which also points to the spirit and belief system expressed with our sui generis OS created by C.S. as self-reflection, self-image, or self-portrait, and also cybernetic reflection, augmentation, and extension, or qualified self.

The field of assistive technology based on the fields of bionics and speech recognition is a nice example how our original and unique Ontologic System (OS) and Ontoscope (Os) based on our Ontologics, cybernetic augmentation, and cybernetic extension can be applied.

The statement about the quality level is viewed by us as an attempt to suggest an ordinary technological progress. But the implementation of our OS was always possible. Google and Co. just took the wrong plan to implement our OS by beginning with so-called field of deep learning followed by the brute force approach based on the field of Artificial Neural Network (ANN).

We have warned the federal states of the F.R.Germany multiple times to not sale Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) of the illegal cryptocurrency Bitcoin, which were confiscated by law enforcement, due to the infringement of the rights and properties of C.S. and our corporation.

Some thoughts and notes

SOPR uses DCs for validation and verification

Additional Data Centers (DCs) with their computing power will also be used for the validation and verification of the technologies, goods, and services of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) and our proposed and even designated Joint Venture (JV) partners and the other measures of resilience and cybersecurity.

Open source OM illegal and national security threat

Meta (Facebook) continues to infringe the rights and properties of C.S. and our corporation and has become a threat to national security, and sovereignty, and also public policy of the United States of America and other countries by sharing its illegal integrated, multilingual, multiparadigmatic, multimodal, or/and multimedia Artificial Neural Network Model (ANNM) (e.g. integrated Large Language Model (LLM)) as open source.
