Style of Speed IWI #6
We have added some more large endos with deeper floor pans in the middle and more accentuated shapes (see also the related image publicated in issue #1 on the 4th of March 2015), as well as another large endo- skeleton for our System Automobile platform Integrated Wheeled Intelligence (IWI).
In this way, we are able to construct vehicles, which are much more comfortable to use in comparison to vehicles based on the pure skateboard approach (see issue #2 publicated on the 5th of March 2015) on the one hand and on the other hand have much more similar designs in comparison to vehicles of other manufacturers.

The images only show the basic concept behind the new endos, but not their final designs.

Furthermore, we have something more to present to all experts, who still think that our System Automobile approach is a ridiculous.

In addition, we have begun with the design of the architecture of our first integrated ICAR Mega Factory and Store by Style of Speed together with our friends in the U.S.A., P.R.C., and AUS..

Ontonics Further steps
Because on the one hand all companies in the sector of stationary electric power storage devices were and still are unable to deliver truly transformative solutions and on the other hand we have a superior battery technology, we thought it would be advantageous to step into this market as well.
In this relation, we are thinking about three models of home batteries with the following capacities and target prices (without value added tax):

  • 5 kWh 1,500 U.S. Dollar,
  • 10 kWh 2,800 U.S. Dollar, and
  • 20 kWh 5,400 U.S. Dollar.

    The production is planned to be done in the System Automobile Peta Factory of Style of Speed (see also the Style of Speed IWI #7 of today below).

    Also, we thought about some projects.

    And we have worked on two business units, inclusive their ranges of products and services.

    Style of Speed IWI #7
    We have begun with the design of the architecture of our first inte- grated ICAR Peta Factory. The main difference between the ICAR Peta Factory and the ICAR Mega Factory and Store is that in the Peta Factory as much as possible components and modules are produced, which can take a longer periode of time depending on the complexity and dimension of a specific component or module, but also makes us as much as possible independent of suppliers, while in the Mega Factory as much as possible assembling of these compon- ents and modules, and customizing of the vehicles are carried out, which must be carried out with the customers being in the store.

    In relation with the ICAR Peta Factory we also improved our prod- uction processes, while in relation with the Mega Factory we accel- erated the production processes of the exterior elements signific- antly, so that a customer can wait for the immediate production and mounting, and added more ways of individualization.
    Just In Time Next Generation (JITNG)

    In addition, we thought about three plus one model series, that are the:

  • A series,
  • B series, and
  • M series, as well as
  • 16 series.

    OntoLix Further steps
    We thought about some slightly different architectures. The general goal is to reduce interfaces respectively isolation and costs for the management of e.g. interprocess communication by reducing mode and context switches, and the synchronization.

    The software stack of the first architecture comprises the hybrid kernel mentioned already (see the Further steps of the 9th of Nov- ember 2014), which integrates a capability-based microkernel with a kernel and also a standard C library (libc) and the POSIX extension Capsicum or the capabilibc (see the Further steps of the 28th of April 2015). The basic ideas are to integrate specifically those kernel functions that do not need to be separated on the one side and on the other side are called many times, and to offer capability-based security in appropriate ways for the different funtionalities of a kernel itself, as well as kernel services, device drivers, and other usermode processes e.g. applications.

    The software stack of the second architecture comprises a micro- kernel with a minimal capability management, so to say a true nanokernel, for the kernel functions and the capabilibc, which offer the rest of the capability management. The basic idea is to apply the approach that led from a kernel to a capability-based mircokernel once again, but this time applied to such a microkernel, and the approach of a hybrid kernel, but this time in relation with the capability-based security and its management as a further kernel functionality.

    Please keep in mind that in general the basic ideas, concepts, and related software stacks are already given with the Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) and its integration of the Kernel-Less Operating System (KLOS) and the capability-based operating systems Systems Programming using Address-spaces and Capabilities for Extensibility (SPACE) and L4 (see the OntoLinux Website update of the 28th and 30th of September 2007). (added on the 25th of January 2018)

    Another architecture is related with a recent attempt by the C++ working group to extend the C++ standard library with filesystem access routines and in the course of this to standardize a filesystem access API, which in the current form would assume a single global filesystem namespace, which again is not usable in combination with the actual variant of the capabilibc.

    Ontonics, OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
    We came back to a concept, which is several years old but now is getting more support by some research institutes.
    Sadly to say, their realization still follows the naive approach, that we also applied but only for a special part of our similar concept, which is based on a slightly different approach and replaces two basic elements of the original concept by common solutions, that worked in the past with similar cases as well.

    Style of Speed IWI #8
    Due to its very sophisticated foundations, our System Automobile platform Integrated Wheeled Intelligence (IWI) is not restricted to the construction of vans and smaller trucks (see for example issue #2 publicated on the 5th of March 2015), but can be used for the construction of large trucks and even road trains as well. Said this, we extended the IWI platform to a System Automobile and System Truck platform.

    The System and The Best

    07.May.2015
    Ontonics Further steps
    We developed a revolutionary system, which changes everything, and related variants depending on the field of application.

    In a subsequent step we integrated the new system with another system.

    08.May.2015
    Ontonics Further steps
    We have begun with the research and development of an uncon- ventional energy generation and storage system, which has the goal to solve some problems with some of our related solutions. It is 5th of May 2015

    Ontonics Website update
    We corrected the description of the McNano Mobile solution by sub- stituting the words "is our" with "is a possible interpretation of our", so that it is now consistent with the descriptions of the Mail/Carrier/Message Pigeon 2.0 and the Flying LAN.

    We also added the missing translated term "automatisierte Lager- und Bereitstellungssysteme" to the description of the Mail/Carrier/Message Pigeon 2.0.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Amazon, Deutsche Post→DHL International, and Volkswagen→Audi: The three companies have collaborated for realizing a specific del- ivery service.
    One of the very suspicious points of this collaboration is the fact that Amazon and the Deutsche Post are said to compete for a clone of our delivery drone service, but now we have a different impress- ion, specifically because Amazon has been sued already due to illegal agreements with other companies in the U.S.A. and also with gov- ernments in North America and Europe, and most potentially an ex- planation for many issues that happened in the past.

    Investigations::Multimedia and Robotics

  • Amazon: The company filed a patent for a delivery drone service. For sure, we analysed the claims of that patent, which gave the following result: At least the claims 1., 3., 5., and 12. (see the description of our Mail/Carrier/Message Pigeon 2.0 and for example the image below) as well as the second independent claim 15. (see the description of our Flying LAN) are invalid and in parts nonsense, claims 4., 7., and 9. might be invalid as well, and the other claims are also questionable, because they might describe prior art or only trivialities.
    Also, because the image was archived before the year 2014, is even older, and belongs to a set of more related facts we have archived, and also several older disclosures exist in relation with such a trans- port drone service, neither the referenced provisional patent does apply and hence no priority can be claimed in this way, nor the filed patent is valid.

    Ontonics Geolocation based Delivery Drone Service
    © :I

    Obviously, we have here another act of serious fraud by the comp- any Amazon, because the patent deliberately withholds all very well known prior arts and instead claims that others' and our transport drone solutions are its invention, and even is structured like our descriptions with the separation of the description of our Flying LAN as an independent claim. Said this, we have proven that Amazon is not copying our work anymore, but even trying to steal it from us, which once again makes the company Amazon a case for the FBI, the prosecutor, and the market regulator.
    The same is valid for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC; see its related investigative case below), which deliberately reported about said patent despite knowing that it cannot be valid respect- ively that it is the idea of others and us.

  • British Broadcasting Corporation: In relation with our announced delivery drone service stolen by the company Amazon the editorial staff for the news proved once again that it is doing surreptitious advertising for the company and applying methods of the Nazi regime like the corruption of historical facts and lying besides other evil methods.
    But the facts are overwhelming:
    First of all, it is very well documented that it is not Amazon's idea and we have even found some persons, who might have had pres- ented a very special delivery drone service (see the image in the investigative case of the company Amazon above) even before we presented our concepts of a general transport drone respectively delivery drone service and a complete automated storage, retrieval, and transport system based on unmanned aerial vehicles. In addit- ion, we have described the Flying LAN several years ago as well, inclusive the possible interpretation of the Mail/Carrier/Message Pigeon 2.0 technology, that are based on one or more unmanned flying vehicles. Besides this, the description of the Delivery Pigeon mentions that such a service depends on the weather condition.
    Secondly, Amazon has not solved even one problem related with the rules for piloting Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) permitted by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Said this, "Amazon's idea of delivery via drone was [still has to be] seen as pie-in-the-sky [...]".
    Thirdly, Amazon files patents even if it knows that they are not about true inventions, so that the media publicate such reports as part of corrupting of historical facts, surreptitious advertisings, and potentially serious criminal collaborations.

    Btw.: If the USPTO approved an idea for publication, then this means only that the filing of a patent was formally correct and the filed patent is qualified for the examination phase. In fact, this means nothing in this specific case.

    09.May.2015
    Ontonics Further steps
    We improved a system and adapted another solution for the devel- opment of a new system in the same field.

    We also developed five more variants of a technology.

    We are pleased to give the informations that we have added a fur- ther production technique for one of our superior battery techno- logies, which also offers a faster, larger, and less expensive product- ion of electric energy storage devices on the one side and the poss- ibility of integration with our other production techniques on the other side, which results in an unusually high flexibility.

    In fact, it is the next little revolution in production and will add to our huge exclusive advantages in many market segments worldwide.

    Clarification 19:45 UTC

    We would like to make clear that the cyclic WiSer represents several different variants of wireless supercomputers, inclusive quantum computers with non-linear arrangements, which have specific feat- ures.
    The cyclic WiSer comprises all topologies for the single communicat- ing and computing components that are regular respectively both circular and equilateral or both equilateral and equiangular convex polygons, which includes squares, as can be seen easily in the image below with the cases having 4 and 8 nodes. Furthermore, besides these two-dimensional topologies also three-dimensional topologies, like regular polyhedra or Platonic solids but also other solids with all nodes lying on a circumsphere, have been described as well (see for example the Original vs. Inspiration of the 29th of July 2014).

    Circle with Polygon and Square Inscribed

    © University of South FloridaCollege of EducationFlorida Center for Instructional TechnologyEducational Technology Clearinghouse

    We also showed a topology that is an array.

    But there is an important detail to understand, which might not be recognized by some of our readers immediately.
    We also described WiSers having their components for communicat- ion and computation exactly positioned, because in this way we have a known structure or topology and exploit the informations about the wave-length and the run-time of the signals generated respectively emissioned, transmitted, or beamed when these comp- onents are communicating or/and processing, and also the interfer- ences or superpositions of these signals as well. Obviously, not all components must be arranged to each other with the same distance or on a specific topology and hence this is a different and much broader concept.
    This leads us back to the regular polygons, because in theses cases the wave-lengths and the run-times of the signals between a single node and the other nodes are all the same for each single node, which gives us even more knowledge about such a system by design and construction, and indeed was a special improvement of the gen- eral concept that we did directly.

    Btw.: If an entity thinks that it could build up a commercial service based on a distributed computing platform, aka. cloud computing service, by using one or more WiSers, then we will take a closer look at its legality.

    Ontonics Further steps
    Yesterday, we designed our first 8 qubit processor, which can be easily realized.

    We also developed a related technique.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
    We toyed around with some extremely fascinating system features that only the combination of our WiSer with our OntoLix or/and OntoLinux is offering.

    Investigations::Multimedia and Robotics

  • General: As we found out over the last years, the patent systems have been corrupted by the industries and the media. In this con- junction, we have already found patents of the companies Microsoft, Apple, Google, and Amazon, and are sure to find patents of for ex- ample the companies International Business Machines, Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, Intel, Cisco, and Samsung as well as many other companies also from other technological sectors that are comparable to the last patent of the company Amazon we found recently (see its investigative case in the Investigations::Multimedia und Robotics of the 8th of May 2015) in respect to claiming prior arts as own in- ventions and withholding prior arts, which by no means are pecca- dillos for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

    In detail, said patents have all the pattern that their specific em- bodiments must be the claims, if possible at all, because the claims are too general and describe foundational ideas and concepts, which have been disclosed by others and us before respectively belong to the prior arts, and hence are illegal.
    Also, the claims and the embodiments often describe only:

  • the same prior arts by using different words, terms, and phrases,
  • implicitly given or system immanent features of prior arts, or
  • trivialities,

    which cannot be declared as an inventive step.

    For example, compare the following claims of a patent about a delivery drone system with the descriptions of our Mail/Carrier/Message Pigeon 2.0 and our Flying LAN:
    "A system for aerial delivery of items to a destination location, com- prising:
    a plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles, each of the plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles configured to aerially transport items;
    an unmanned aerial vehicle management system, including:
    a processor; and
    a memory coupled to the processor and storing program instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processors to at least:
    receive a request to deliver an item to a destination location; and
    send to an unmanned aerial vehicle of the plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles, delivery parameters identifying a source location that includes the item and a destination location;
    wherein the unmanned aerial vehicle, in response to receiving the delivery parameters, is further configured to at least:
    navigate to the source location;
    engage the item located at the source location;
    navigate a navigation route to the destination location; and
    disengage the item.
    A system for aerial transport of items using unmanned aerial veh- icles, comprising:
    a plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles, each of the unmanned aerial vehicles configured to at least:
    wirelessly receive information from an unmanned aerial vehicle man- agement system;
    selectively engage and disengage inventory items; and
    aerially navigate between a source location and a destination location along a navigation path; and
    an aerial vehicle management system configured to wirelessly communicate with each of the plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles."

    A little help for understanding this example by comparing it to our older disclosures are the following informations:

  • Take a look at a common description of an automated storage and retrieval system, like for example: "An automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS or AS/RS) consists of a variety of computer-controlled systems for automatically placing and retrieving loads from defined storage locations." (see also the Glossary of the Material Handling Industry of America) and "Automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) are inventory management systems that are widely used in manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and warehouses throughout the United States and the world. AS/RS systems gener- ally consist of machines that move up and down one or multiple parallel storage aisles, storing and retrieving products and materials for dissemination to internal and external destinations alike.",
  • substitute the phrase "a processor; and a memory coupled to the processor and storing program instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processors to" with "computer", and
  • keep in mind that our systems work with one or more drones and that there can be a hub between the AS/RS drones and the delivery drones to exchange transported objects if these two different types of transport drones are used instead of only one type.

    We do not need to discuss this example further, because the claims just describe our systems.

    Because the claims and embodiments also reflect prior arts very closely, as it could be seen with the example above as well, and the defrauding methods have been applied in several patents by the same entities, it is obvious that the assignees do know these prior arts and withhold them deliberately to mislead the examineers and later the competitors and the public.

    In addition, we found out that the media is reporting in such a way that prior arts are shielded, deflected, and blanketed deliberately, as it could be seen with public-law broadcasters like e.g. British Broad- casting Corporation (BBC; see its investigative case also in the In- vestigations::Multimedia und Robotics of the 8th of May 2015) and the Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstal- ten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (ARD).

    Ontonics, OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
    We developed a new system, which makes the concept mentioned in the Further steps of the 6th of May 2015 more convincing and even attractive.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
    We made significant progress in relation with the foundational arch- itecture of our Ontologic File System (OntoFS) respectively Onto- logic data storage Base (OntoBase) component as well as its im- plementation. Suddenly, it is beginning that everything fits together perfectly.
    In addition, we extended the underlying approach in relation with the operating system features on the one side, which enables the hand- ling of the interaction between the frontend and the backend now, and the foundations of the approach itself on the other side, which seems to be even faster than expected before.
    Several benchmarks from different parties have already proven that the backend will be very fast respectively very near to the maximal speed for all use cases.
    Last but not least, we also suggested an ext5 file system.

    Style of Speed Further steps
    We are pleased to give the informations that our leading system platform for autopiloted and autonomous driving, the Knight Intell- igent Transport Totality (K.I.T.T.), is ready for its 10 metropolis, 10 million miles test drive since more than 5 years already. For accel- erating the test drive and the related data collection we developed our one of a kind, super ingenious, hightech development approach and will take related measures, so that we can conduct this test drive in just 6 months only.

    Ontonics Further step
    We have begun the production phase of another variant of our stationary electric power storage devices, which we would lso like to offer as three models with the same capacities and for the same prices like the variant based on our superior battery technology (see also the Further steps of the 5th of May 2015).
    Even better, we might be able to lower the price further.

    In the course of this consideration, we optimized a specific variant respectively developed our own variant of one of its components, which can also be used for other applications.

    We also developed another variant of a technology.

    Furthermore, we developed another variant of a technology, which has something of a little revolution.

    We also developed another variant of a technology, which is a little revolution.

    25.May.2015
    Ontonics Further step
    We solved a little problem with an older technology.

    We also continued the work on the little revolution mentioned in the Further steps of yesterday by applying this new solution, so that it might become a true revolution now.

    26.May.2015
    Ontonics Further steps
    We optimized a solution of the United States Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in several ways:
    The first variant was developed with cost effective production in mind potentially decreasing the price by around 50% in the first step.
    The second variant has a range increased by at least 3 times.
    The third variant provides an extended operation time.
    The other variants are based on the combination of the basic NRL variant and our new variants.

    In addition, we adapted another solution of the NRL in a clever way for complementing our portfolio (see also the Further steps of the 1st of April 2015).

    Furthermore, we used the solution of the first variant to optimize another solution of a third entity in the same field.

    Ontonics Further steps
    We also made progress with the general technological foundations of the little revolution mentioned in the Further steps of the 24th and 25th of May 2015.
    The research phase for the first generation is dealing with the last details, the development phase is refining the general architecture, and the production phase is arranging the manufacturing and assem- bling steps of all sub-components.
