WDR, ARD halten Informationen zurück
Die öffentlich-rechtlichen Medien in der B.R.Deutschland weigern sich weiterhin die breite Öffentlichkeit darüber zu informieren, dass das Unternehmen Palantir Technologies von dem U.S.amerikanischen Auslandsgeheimdienst Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) mitgegründet wurde und zwar sehr höchstwahrscheinlich aufgrund der Initiative der CIA mit Hilfe ihrer Investmentfirma In-Q-Tel und dass Palantir Technologies essentielle Teile von unserem originalen und einzigartigen Ontologischen System (OS) ohne Autorisierung aufführt und vervielfältigt, also umgangssprachlich stiehlt. (Alles bleibt weiterhin das Eigentum von einem Werkschaffenden und es gibt keine Enteignung von Kunstwerken.)
Des Weiteren bestreiben öffentlich-rechtlichen Medien in der B.R.D. den automatisierten Massendatenabgleich von justizexternen Daten im Rahmen der Strafprozesse als Vereinheitlichung von Daten aus polizeilichen Quellen.
Auch hier stellt sich die Frage, warum die öffentlich-rechtlichen Medien das Unternehmen mit allen dreckigen Tricks durchdrücken wollen anstatt gegen die Entwicklung der Gläsernen Gesellschaft vorzugehen.

We quote and translate a report, which is about our field of general purpose Bionics and the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Act in the European Union (EU) and was publicized on the 31st of July 2025: "Artificial Intelligence: New labeling requirement for companies
Answering questions, writing essays, translations: AI technologies are making more and more everyday tasks easier. As of August 2, any new AI tools that come onto the market and are accessible to the general public must state what content was used to train their knowledge. It must also be documented how the AI model was developed and how copyright is respected when using texts and images. This implements further criteria of an EU regulation that is intended to ensure greater transparency and safety when dealing with AI and sharpen the critical eye of consumers. "AI models that are already in use generally have until August 2027 to adapt to the rules. This is a transitional period," explains the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce [...] in response to a question from [a broadcaster].
The authority responsible for implementing the rules in the EU regulation should also be determined by 2 August. "This has not yet happened. According to the AI Act, this should have happened by the beginning of August 2025. This requires a proper legislative process. We currently assume that the Federal Network Agency will be entrusted with national market supervision," says the [German Chamber of Industry and Commerce ].

But such a fair use violates the moral rights respectively Lanham (Trademark) rights and the copyrights of C.S. and our corporation.

We also note that since more than 2 decades the European Commission (EC) and the member states of the European Union (EU) showed clearly that they never wanted a compromise, also known as deal, with C.S. and our corporation in favour of bending laws and ignoring basic rights.
Therefore, our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) closed our Ontologic System (OS) in the member states of the EU since the 1st of August 2025, which means that no other entity has the allowance and license for the performance and reproduction of certain parts of our OS, including the AI technologies regulated by the AI Act.
Obviously, the latter renders the whole AI Act as obsolete. C.S. does not need to follow it, and the others are not allowed to do anything, which is regulated by it.

Lying press is permanently flipping the board
The lying press is saying that flipping the board is the rule of the game and is required as a foundational function of democracy. The credo is "Truth is replaced by propaganda".
Not even 1 report in relation to the original and unique ArtWorks (AWs) and further Intellectual Properties (IPs) included in the oeuvre of C.S. and its provenance is true. We spent most of our time with documenting the
facts on the one side and
manipulation and shaping of the public mind and opinion on the other side
broadly enough since November 2006 so that the truth can be researched, reconnected, and reestablished completely at a later point in time. Much of the relevant material is publicized on this website of OntomaX, including many of the most significant evidences and causal links, and a lot more is archieved elsewhere.
All those reports by the lying press and the commercial marketing are made up and manipulated, or repeating the fabricated crap, but are always pointing in the direction of the same bad actors and even directly on the them.
A strong leader would already have fired the whole gang, because democracy does not function it that way or otherwise is only a mythical narrative for the stupid mass, though opponents took an alternative variant called social media.
In that regard, King Donald is only playing by the rules and only doing what most dirty fellows are doing each and every day, that is presenting a narrative, which fits best with their individuality, philosophy, ideology, subjectivity, and opportunity, and also democracy.

Next option for resolution of big issue
At first, we quote a report: "[An entrepreneur] receives [a manufacturer] shares for 29 billion dollars

Excellent. This specific approach of compensation
shows once again that the very big issue of the
- restoration of rights, integrities, and reputations,
- restitution of properties, and
- reconstitution of momenta, as well as follow-up opportunities
of C.S. and our corporation can be completely resolved in general and
provides us an additional option to correct illicit activities conducted by a lot of companies in relation to the original and unique ArtWorks (AWs) and further Intellectual Properties (IPs) included in the oeuvre of C.S. in particular.
So for example, companies could become subjects to the obligation to buy back their shares and sell them to C.S. for the price on the 1st of January 2014. :)
Indeed, C.S. does not have to buy the shares of our own corporation at the stock markets, but the entities, that violated said rights and properties of C.S. and our corporation, as we also discussed correctly in the Further steps of the 14th of March 2025.
We also concluded once again, that new companies would have to be established as Joint Ventures (JVs) with C.S. respectively our corporation would receive an amount of company shares in accordance with the results of the standard industry-proven examination and assessment methods regarding the
payment of damage compensations and a potential takeover, and
overall situation and a potential establishment of a Joint Venture (JV),
and the respective Joint Venture Partners (JVPs) would receive the rest of company shares representing the true value of their core businesses.
To make this happen, trusts would have to be resolved, for example in case of the company Meta (Facebook).
But we are not sure, if and how the various options respectively approaches are combined.
One important issue, that comes to mind, is the amount of shares a
single shareholder is allowed to hold, for example not more than 70% and
single company has to make publicly available, for example at least xy%
to fulfill the minimal limits set by stock market operators. In these cases, one would have more flexibility to design a viable and legal solution.
In this relation, we are once again wondering that governments do not interfere in the publication of fabricated news and reports by the lying press, specifically their public-law broadcasters respectively state-controlled propaganda media, and instead let the public run into the open knife and grap into the falling knife.

Es gibt diese Lösung als Original schon seit 2006 unter anderem mit den entsprechenden Ontologischen SystemKomponenten (OSK) von unserem Ontologischen System (OS). Palantir Technologies hat hier nicht das Rad beziehungsweise die Datenbank neu erfunden, sondern genauso wie viele andere Unternehmen einfach Teile von unserem OS implementiert (siehe auch zum Beispiel OpenAI ChatGPT, Meta (Facebook) Meta AI und Co.)
Deshalb wird Palantir Technologies auch schon seit einiger Zeit auf der schwarzen Liste von unserer Gesellschaft für Ontologische Aufführung und Reproduktion (GOAR) geführt.
Des Weiteren wird unter anderem wegen einer Fülle von schwerkriminellen Handlungen, insbesondere Investitionsbetrug, Konspiration und Korruption, unser originales und einzigartiges Ontologisches System (OS) mit der Zustimmung und im Namen von C.S. von unserer GOAR exklusiv weltweit wirtschaftlich verwertet, verwaltet und betrieben. Eine gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Erlaubnis und Lizensierung für die Aufführung und Reproduktion von bestimmten Teilen von unserem Ontologischen System ist aussichtslos. Es gibt also keine legal Software von anderen Entitäten, die auf unserem OS basiert.
Außerdem hat es offensichtlich gute Gründe, warum in Europa solch eine Software-Lösung nicht angeboten wird: Sie ist verfassungswidrig und wiederspricht dem Schutz der Demokratie.
Die Abschaltung wird in wenigen Monaten aufgrund der umfangreichen Verletzungen der Rechte und Eigentümer von C.S. und unserem Unternehmen sowie der Bundesgesetze erfolgen.

Die Brandenburger CDU-Politikerin war laut MCC-Internetseite beim Podium mit dem Titel "Eine neue Regierung in unsicheren weltpolitischen Gewässern" am 1. August in Budapest dabei. Dabei traf sie den Bildern zufolge auch auf Weidel.
Die Denkfabrik und Bildungseinrichtung MCC importiert unter anderem Ideen rechter Publizisten aus den USA. Beim Festival war laut [eine gesellschaftliche Medienplattform]-Seite des MCC Orban zu Gast, ebenso Tech-Milliardär Peter Thiel, der bekannt für rechtskonservative Positionen ist.

Kommentar
Warum CDU/CSU-geführte Bundesländer immer noch an der illegalen Recherche- und Analyse-Software des Unternehmens Palantir Technologies festhalten anstatt auch hier einen Unvereinbarkeitsbeschluss zu erwirken und sich eindeutig von diesen rechtspopulistischen Tendenzen zu distanzieren, ist nicht mehr nachvollziehbar.
Wir halten auch noch einmal fest, dass es gar keine rechtliche Basis für öffentliche Ausschreibungen und Beschaffungen von Teilen von unserem Ontologischen System (OS) geben kann, da es durch Gesetze weltweit geschützt ist und mit der Zustimmung und im Namen von C.S. von unserer Gesellschaft für Ontologische Aufführung und Reproduktion (GOAR) exklusiv weltweit wirtschaftlich verwertet, verwaltet und betrieben wird.

Das Konzept des Pilotprojekts wird Hessens Finanzminister Alexander Lorz (CDU) am Donnerstagmittag in Wiesbaden vorstellen. Das Papier liegt [einem ö,ffentlich-rechtlichen Propagandamedium] vor.
Automatisierter Steuerbescheid als Vorschlag
Bei den Ausgewählten des Testlaufs handelt es sich um Arbeitnehmer, die keinen Steuerberater haben. Für sie füllt das Finanzamt die Steuererklärungen der Einfachheit halber gleich selbst aus. Das geht ohne viel Aufwand elektronisch. Wichtige Daten über Lohn, Rente oder Versicherungen lägen aufgrund von Meldepflichten ja ohnehin vor, heißt es.
Auf dieser Basis geht ein erster automatisierte Steuerbescheid heraus - als "Vorschlag". Wer unzufrieden ist, weil ihm die Nachzahlung zu hoch oder die Rückerstattung zu gering scheint, kann über die digitale Finanzamt-Plattform Elster nachträglich Ausgaben geltend machen. Die Behörde prüft das und versendet erst dann die amtliche Festsetzung.
Ist der regionale Test erfolgreich, will die Landesregierung den Service in ganz Hessen anbieten. Dann sollen die Finanzämter allen eine bereits ausgefüllte Steuererklärung liefern, von denen sie die dafür nötigen Informationen zu haben glauben. In Ländern wie Österreich und Schweden ist das Prinzip bereits geübte Praxis.
Auch ein Ziel der Bundesregierung
Mit dem Plan, solchen Vorbildern nachzueifern, liegt die CDU/SPD-Landesregierung auf einer Linie mit der schwarz-roten Bundesregierung. In deren Koalitionsvertrag sind weitreichende Steuervereinfachungen geplant. Ein erklärtes Ziel ist auch, dass in einfachen Fällen "vorausgefüllte und automatisierte Steuererklärungen ausgeweitet werden".
Schon vor dem Start des Pilotprojekts spricht das Finanzministerium in Wiesbaden von einem "echten Service, der die Entbürokratisierung und Digitalisierung vorantreibt". Dort ist man sicher: Angesichts des komplizierten Steuersystems und der Masse an benötigen Daten werden viele Bürger hocherfreut sein, wenn sie die Last der selbst erstellten Steuererklärung für immer los sind.
Die Deutsche Steuergewerkschaft, die das Personal der Finanzverwaltung vertritt, ist für das Vorhaben von Hessens Finanzminister Lorz schon längst zu haben. Gewerkschaftschef Florian Köbler forderte erst Mitte Juli in [einem Propagandamedienunternehmen], die Steuererklärung für Arbeitnehmer endlich abzuschaffen.
Die Bearbeitung binde in den Finanzämtern viele Ressourcen, obwohl "hier wenig Potenzial für großen Steuerbetrug und Mehreinnahmen" bestehe, sagte Köbler. Die Steuerverwaltung müsse schon 2030 wegen des Fachkräftemangels mit rund einem Drittel weniger Personal auskommen."

Tja, genau diese Form des automatisierten Massendatenabgleiches beziehungsweise der automatisierten Massendatenzusammenführung ist in der B.R.Deutschland nicht nur in der Polizeistation im Rahmen der übergeordneten StrafProzessOrdnung (StPO), sondern auch im Finanzamt aufgrund des übergeordneten allgemeinen Persönlichkeitsrechtes, der informationellen Selbstbestimmung und des Datenschutzes verboten.
Für solche Fälle gibt es eine legale Lösung, die aber Teil der urheberechtlich geschützten Kunstwerke von C.S. ist. :)
Und für deren Aufführung und Vervielfältigung muss der Staat die Erlaubnis und Lizensierung durch unserer Gesellschaft für Ontologische Aufführung und Vervielfältigung (GOAR) erhalten, was er aber seit 25 Jahren ablehnt.
Auch die Argumentation ist nur noch hirnlos, denn hier wird lediglich das Symptom aber nicht die Ursache der mittlerweile vollkommen überzogenen Bürokratie behandelt.
Und offensichtlich gilt auch hier: Wenn ein Dienst umsonst ist, dann bezahlt man mit seinen Daten.
Wir haben einen viel besseren Vorschlag: Die Einkommenssteuer einfach abschaffen. So geht das. Und von so einem Bürokratieabbau spricht der Souverän, das Volk und nicht von noch mehr Datenerhebung und der Gläsernen Gesellschaft.

Simple reflex agents
Simple reflex agents act only on the basis of the current percept, ignoring the rest of the percept history. The agent function is based on the condition-action rule: "if condition, then action".

Infinite loops are often unavoidable for simple reflex agents operating in partially observable environments. If the agent can randomize its actions, it may be possible to escape from infinite loops.
A home thermostat, which turns on or off when the temperature drops below a certain point, is an example of a simple reflex agent.[18][19]
Model-based reflex agents
A model-based agent can handle partially observable environments. Its current state is stored inside the agent, maintaining a structure that describes the part of the world which cannot be seen. This knowledge about "how the world works" is referred to as a model of the world, hence the name "model-based agent".
A model-based reflex agent should maintain some sort of internal model that depends on the percept history and thereby reflects at least some of the unobserved aspects of the current state. Percept history and impact of action on the environment can be determined by using the internal model. It then chooses an action in the same way as reflex agent.

A more general performance measure should allow a comparison of different world states according to how well they satisfied the agent's goals. The term utility can be used to describe how "happy" the agent is.
A rational utility-based agent chooses the action that maximizes the expected utility of the action outcomes - that is, what the agent expects to derive, on average, given the probabilities and utilities of each outcome. A utility-based agent has to model and keep track of its environment, tasks that have involved a great deal of research on perception, representation, reasoning, and learning.
Learning agents
Learning lets agents begin in unknown environments and gradually surpass the bounds of their initial knowledge. A key distinction in such agents is the separation between a "learning element," responsible for improving performance, and a "performance element," responsible for choosing external actions.
The learning element gathers feedback from a "critic" to assess the agent’s performance and decides how the performance element - also called the "actor" - can be adjusted to yield better outcomes. Concepts

The basic attributes of an autonomous software agent are that agents:
are not strictly invoked for a task, but activate themselves,
may reside in wait status on a host, perceiving context,
may get to run status on a host upon starting conditions,
do not require interaction of user,
may invoke other tasks including communication.
The concept of an agent provides a convenient and powerful way to describe a complex software entity that is capable of acting with a certain degree of autonomy in order to accomplish tasks on behalf of its host. But unlike objects, which are defined in terms of methods and attributes, an agent is defined in terms of its behavior.[3]
Various authors have proposed different definitions of agents, these commonly include concepts such as:
persistence: code is not executed on demand but runs continuously and decides for itself when it should perform some activity;
autonomy: agents have capabilities of task selection, prioritization, goal-directed behavior, decision-making without human intervention;
social ability: agents are able to engage other components through some sort of communication and coordination, they may collaborate on a task;
reactivity: agents perceive the context in which they operate and react to it appropriately.
Distinguishing agents from programsAll agents are programs, but not all programs are agents. Contrasting the term with related concepts may help clarify its meaning. Franklin & Graesser [...][4 [Is it an Agent, or just a Program?: A Taxonomy for Autonomous Agents. [1996]]] discuss four key notions that distinguish agents from arbitrary programs: reaction to the environment, autonomy, goal-orientation and persistence.

Agents are also used in software security application to intercept, examine and act on various types of content. Example include:
Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Agents[13] - examine user operations on a computer or network, compare with policies specifying allowed actions, and take appropriate action (e.g. allow, alert, block). The more comprehensive DLP agents can also be used to perform EDR functions.
Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) Agents - monitor all activity on an endpoint computer in order to detect and respond to malicious activities
Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) Agents - similar to DLP Agents, however examining traffic going to cloud applications

Desing issues
Issues to consider in the development of agent-based systems include
how tasks are scheduled and how synchronization of tasks is achieved
how tasks are prioritized by agents
how agents can collaborate, or recruit resources,
how agents can be re-instantiated in different environments, and how their internal state can be stored,
how the environment will be probed and how a change of environment leads to behavioral changes of the agents
how messaging and communication can be achieved,
what hierarchies of agents are useful (e.g. task execution agents, scheduling agents, resource providers ...).

Conclusion
The discussion of Software-Based Agent versus IAS gives us the impression that one or more entities are trying to create differences and a legal situation, which do not exist at all, as observed on that online encyclopedia and documented by us again and again.
Howsoever, the content quoted above and the discussion of IAS versus AgAI show crystal clearly that we have here our Evoos with its EosArchtiecture, and EosComponents, and our Ontologic System (OS) with its Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) and Ontologic System Components (OSC).
We had the same mess before with the fields of for example Cloud Computing (CC), microService (mS), Internet of Things (IoT), Cyber-Physical System (CPS), digital twin, Industry of the fourth generation (I4.0), and Metaverse (Mv), then with Deep Learning (DL) and Foundation Model (FM), Large Language Model (LLM), and Reasoning Language Model (RLM), and now with agentic AI or AI agent: Nobody was knowing anything.
Obviously, the
first is our Ontologic Net (ON) and Ontologic Web (OW),
second, third, and fourth are parts of our Ontologic System (OS),
fifth is our Ontoverse (Ov),
sixth ish ybrid subsymbolic systems or integrated connections (neural) system,
seventh is our Ontologic Model (OM), and
last is our Ontologic roBot (OB or OntoBot) in particular in this specific context, and Intelligent Agent System (IAS) and Cognitive Agent System (CAS) in general,
as discussed and shown broadly and exhaustively over the past years.
This is beyond takining our OS as source of inspiration and blueprint due to the exact correspondences and verbatim matches.
As we also already said in the end of the Clarification of the 13th of April 2022 in relation to ABS and MAS, the differences between IAS "and Evoos show a wider gap, which does not suggest a seamless technological development respectively an ordinary technological progress, but implies a creation of a new work of art".
In fact, our sui generis works of art with our original and unique system architectures were at least 2 generations ahead in 1999 and 1 generation ahead in 2006 of what is called ordinary technological progress or technical benefit for the society.
We also have to give the reminder about our ontological proof or ontological argument, worldview, belief system, spirit, cybernetic self-reflection, augmentation, and extension, and so on, which is arts, science fiction, foundation, experimentation, design, etc. and comes first and on top of this technological view and our compilation (collection and assembling), selection, arrangement, composition, integration, unification, fusion, etc..
Correspondingly and ultimately, it is not the next generation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), but something totally new and called Ontologic System (OS) by C.S. and by law worldwide.
