Furthermore, we see, that the concept car has sidepipes like the 962 ST and the concept of Active Actuator™ was started to realize. Volkswagen→Audi→Lamborghini: A new version of its model Gallar- do was made to resemble the Gallardo SuperVeloce conversion by Style of Speed™, as it was correctly recognized by an automotive internet magazine. Especially the front and rear spoiler with the two- tone colour scheme were made as equal as possible. Moreover, the informations about the weight reduction and the heigher power of the engine could be found early on our Gallardo SV webpage. Why hasn't it taken all of the conversion? After all, the shown front and rear spoiler elements by us are from the marque anyway. Techart Automobildesign: That company has stolen exterior design concepts of our Pan™ RSR and Raptor RSR for its conversion of the model Panamera by the marque Porsche. At first, the name "Concept One" reminds us of the label "Air Force X1". Next, the concept of taking bonnets with muscle car design for the conversion of the said model Panamera, as already shown before with the Pan™ RSR, has been copied. The design of the bonnet by that company is only a mix of exactly the 2 bonnets, which we showed on the Pan™ RSR webpage, and was done by taking the one bonnet of the USAF con- version of a Ford Mustang, that is named "Air Force X1", with the air outlets of the bonnet of the Viper SRT. The concept to take the radiator grill style of models by Mitsubishi, the GT-R model by Nissan and our RE™ - The Original 2010 Evo X model (rendered by Larson) of Style of Speed™ was stolen as well. Moreover, the type of rear wing in conjunction with a Porsche Panamera was stolen from the Pan™ RSR webpage as well. And it goes further, the lower part of the rear bumper looks like the bumper of the Raptor RSR. Last but not least, the related press text contains phrases like: "[...] passion and perfection are concepts that substantially stand for [that com- pany ...] [We don't think so.]", "[...] proves this once again [...]", "[...] self-consciousness, and clearly reflects our customers' require- ments for uniqueness [...] [It reflects as well Style of Speed™. Even more bold, it has stolen in the same way the same objects as MEC Design (see Investigations::Car #200 at the 28th of November 2009) and Fab Design (see also Investigations::Car #208 at the 14th of December 2009) have stolen before from us. Now that com- pany is: Convicted!!!™
Lumma: After we already had investigated that company (see Investigations::Car #191 at the 17th of November 2009) we could see, that the front of its conversion of the model Panamera by the marque Porsche was stolen from the M!™ by simply turning it upside down. The design could also be seen before with a conversion of the Volkswagen→Por- sche Cayenne by another company. Also, for the new version of the conversion of the model R8 by the marque Audi the design of the front grill and rear spoiler of the RE™ RSR were stolen.

Style of Speed Website update
We added a sketch by Tommy Forsgren to the webpages of the Raptor RSR and Pan™ RSR, that shows a potential design of their rears.
Furthermore, we heightened slightly by 33 kg the weight of our con- version Gallardo SuperVeloce of the model Gallardo by the marque Volkswagen→Audi→Lamborghini and added some types of fuel alter- natives.
We also added further fuel alternatives to the 962 ST, Scirocco BB and Eos BB.

What some persons and/or companies maybe have forgotten or sim- ply don't know is the fact, that most of our cars by Style of Speed have already been offered by us in the full-hybird configuration (el- ectric motor and accumulator based drivetrain plus reciprocating en- gine or turbine as power generator and range extender) as well. Some months ago we deleted this drivetrain architecture from nearly all vehicle webpages with the exception of our E-SUVs™, like the Amarok-E™ with its 2 or 4 wheel hybrid drivetrain options.
There are no technological configuration/architecture gaps/niches for other persons and companies in conjunction with the Active Dif- ferentials™ by Style of Speed!
Clarification #2
We prefer 3 drivetrain architectures:
1. Pure Electric™ drivetrain based on our Active Differentials™.
2. Classical: Reciprocating engine or turbine with transmission and differential;
3. Hybrid of 1. (drive) and 2. (power generation).
Clarification #3
Our invention to replace Gears by Software™ by our Active Differ- entials™ includes both versions of interpretation/meaning as the slogan implies:
1. No transmission/gearbox with gears to change (fixed transmission ratio);
2. No gear wheels at all.

That company has committed the same serious crime as another company before by stealing contents, concepts and technologies owned by us from our Style of Speed™ website and by misleading the public by claiming for being the developer of our Active Differ- ential™ #2 and its application in conjunction with for example an Active Suspension. The alternatives are to name us as the real in- ventors and balance our financial loss by not doing so in the past, or to use different words and descriptions, as those we have used on the webpage of the Active Differential™ #2, to describe this kind of technology. But the last option doesn't work, because "you can't tell a unique story with other words", which really isn't our problem.
Btw.: Sadly, but somehow this smells like Volkswagen spirit, again.
Volkswagen→Audi: The company presented an E-City™ car as a City Sports Car™ (CSC) that has a full-hybrid configuration with el- ectric drivetrain and a Wankel engine as power generator and range extender. Around a year ago we looked at this motor type as well, but came to the conclusion, that the other engines are better, simp- ly said. Also, as it was reported that the term e-tron should become a trademark in the field of electric drivetrains like the trademark quattro has become in the field of all-wheel drives. We only say sTRONg and electric quattro or e-quattro.

This time it jumped on the bandwagon of our range of E-City™ cars by letting copy the Cup!™ design of the company Volkswagen by an Italian design company to give it a touch of the City Speed-E™. Our view on this case is strengthened by the fact, that its design has accentuated fenders, like the designs of the City Speed-E™ Super- Veloce in the Little Wide™ Exterior Theme™ and CE GT have as well. Furthermore, the country version with SUV optics has fenders in the style of the X!™ design by Sperling with a roof rack that has the contour of the design of our X-3033/MagicStar™ spaceship by Style of Speed™ and points to other versions of small cars with the names Fun, Cross or Country by another company. Also interesting to note is, that there are 3 version, one version has the a name like "E...3" and that the drivetrain was build by its subsidiary Group Lotus. And if MAS stands for MultiAgent System, then we'll have more to docu- ment about this case and swarm intelligence in the future.

V.: That german auto- motive club mentioned a quote by a german politician, which has to do with visions and doctor, and the fact, that until today no auto- mobile of large-batch production with Pure Electric™ drivetrain ex- ists. This points directly to our OntoLab - The Lab of Visions™ and Style of Speed™, and looks like a revenge for the Investigations:: Car #122 of the 29th of June 2009. But besides other motivations, we documented the whole case for the reason as well, that some- one, like that bold automotive club, tries to blame us or the very few other real pioneers worldwide for the mess in the field of automobiles with Pure Electric™ drivetrains. Besides that the campaign cost 3 million Euro and the question is not answered, if it has a real effect, it is also conspicuous somehow, that nearly all of the related new business projects are founded within a radius of 39 kilometers around our actual office.

Toyota: Like other companies before, that incompetent and maxi- mal probably criminal company jumped on the bandwagon of our "Fun" theme by stealing contents of our websites as well for a com- mercial, which has as content the slogan "Maximaler Fahrspaß== Maximal Driving fun". The reader can compare this with the contents of the webpages of our Just 4 :)™ (Just For Fun™) ("maximize the driving fun"), Bee!™ ("driving fun maximizing") and Car E-Conversion ("driving fun"), and see also at the Investigations::Car #237 at the 20th of March 2010. We can't see what kind of fun it should be to drive a car, that has an engine which occasionally just dies for no reason, accelerates by itself and/or refuses to brake.
Btw.: In the meantime it all sounds, as if the evolving joke "If Micro- soft built cars" has become a reality. Can it be that the company Toyota and its suppliers have too much software of the company Mircrosoft in its plants, components and automobiles, or are they doing the so successful Microsoft way of making business? The com- pany Microsoft wouldn't test a car before selling it, it would just let the user have problems and then ask them to tell what happened so it could then modify it, and every car would need to be constantly updated every time you use it, which would mean going back to the dealers.

While surfing around in the World Wide Web at the last Saturday, we created Just for Fun™ one of the most cost-effective system for space travel higher than 100 kilometers/330,000 feet and into Low Earth Orbit (LEO).
