    The titel of the satirical movie about a journey in Italy done by a family from the Southeast of the B.R.D. has been intentionally writ- ten in a wrong way, because the correct spelling is deutsch==ger- man. But written as "deutsh" it fits perfectly with the euro crisis and the statement by Merkel's (CDU) helpmate Kauder (see our related comment about his historical statement of the 17th of November 2011).

    Since some months (see our Clarification #1 of the 30th of April 2011 and #2 of the 29th of April 2011) were are looking at several special fusion cycles and their versions that has led to the start of the new project:

  • National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA): We do not know if a scientific paper written by John J. Chapman from the Lang- ley Research Center about the p-B11 (proton and boron-11) fusion reaction by applying a Chirped Pulse Amplification (CPA) laser for the application in the fields of space and environmental friendly power generation is only a sign of incompetence, a bad joke or a further nasty foul play that even partly infringed our copyright? Also, to be so bold and prowl around with that paper at the International Con- ference on Plasma Science (ICOPS) 2011 of the Institute of Electric- al and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) makes this scandal even bigger.     From our point of view the document is too vague when it comes to really new technical details and also does not mention all lithium based aneutronic fusions, as we already said above, that are evid- ences for us that again we have here a clear case of plagiarism and copyright infringement that are related with the actings of our busi- ness divisions, especially of Style of Speed™ and Ontonics™. No, we are not amused.
    Btw.: From now on we are not in debts with the NASA, the DARPA, or any other U.S.American institute or administration anymore, and will declare all related items as our paid properties. Quite contrary, this does not decrease the debts of the U.S.A..

  • Volkswagen→Audi of America: The U.S.American subsidiary of the manufacturer Volkswagen→Audi has made a very nasty foul play with its attempt to pervert the facts. As a cheap reaction on our announcement of our Sports segment by Style of Speed™ made very earlier in the mortning of the 31st of March 2011, which means that in fact our announcement was made on the 30th of March 2011 after the Pacific time zone to which the U.S.Ameican states Oregon and California belong, that company announced as well around 12 hours later a line of bicycles by copying our website contents toge- ther with our marketing story. In detail, it has teamed up with a bike manufacturer that makes monocoque frames out of hardwood, so that our idea of such frames made out of our Carbon Hemp was co- pied, because our material is a lightweight, strong, stiff, tough, dur- able but still smooth and aesthetically appealing high-tech material, that also reflects our commitment to sustainability due to its recycl- able and biodegradable characteristics. Furthermore, three road versions are offered copying the first structuring of our range of bi- cycles with our city version that is reflected with a city version, our cruising version that is named sports in the case of the plagiators for also reflecting the label of our Sports segment, and our racing vers- ion that is reflected with its road version which in fact is a racing bike despite the bike manufacturer babbles some nonsense saying it would not be so for misleading the public in relation with this invest- igated and now documented copyright infringement. Said this, the reader should have found out already what they really did, and that this acting was definitely not an evolution of Audi's ongoing commit- ment to progressive ideas, but only the usual many times document- ed stealing of our progressive and superior ideas by Style of Speed™ that blends craftsmanship and styling with performance and techno- logy. This can be seen as well by the fact that we also presented mountain bikes and e-bikes, which both companies weren't able to prototypically make up for some photos in the few hours they had left at the 31st of March 2011 by printing some Audi stickers, patch- ing them on three standard bicycles by the bike manufacturer, and after making some photos to publish the marketing message on all channels for their totally failed attempt to pervert the facts. That trick backfired, obviously, because we have now a further evidence that the manufacturer is illegally abusing its market power and even a further methode that shows how it is done. Busted!!!™
    For the observers who are wondering about our news of the 31st of March 2011 we would like to clarify that the present state is the original state of that day. Temporary, we made one message out of the two messages as an amenity for our readers, but after we found out about this dirty foul play by those two companies we have re- stored the original two messages due to the same reason. And yes, indeed, we've only waited for that the manufacturer tries this very cheap trick with the time and date zones.
  • Toyota: That company has stolen our inventive combination of our e-door™@Car concept with some kind of a multi-touch feature, e.g. by using a P@d™ Computer, with which the colour of a car can be changed like the wallpaper of a mobile phone is changed, and that we have described years before on the webpage of our model j!™ by Style of Speed™.
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: Despite well knowing that a ma- nufacturer has stolen our combination of our e-door™@Car concept with some kind of a multi-touch feature, example given by using a P@d™ Computer, at least (see the case of the automobile manu- facturer Toyota above), that serious criminal media company has made a report without naming us as the true inventors, but saying "a touchscreen car" only and in this way infringed our copyright once again, as usual.

  • Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club e. V.: In the latest issues of its club magazine the automotive club, which definitely does not re- present the car drivers in the B.R.D., has publicated a series about the mobility of the future and several related reports that are close- ly connected with our business division Style of Speed™. In detail, in one issue of the series about the mobility of the future the auth- ors reported for example about universities, research institutes and companies in the B.R.D. that have illegally copied contents and products of our business divisions Ontonics™ and Style of Speed™ in the fields of modern materials, lightweight construction and vehicles with electric drivetrains, in which we belong to the pioneers with e.g. our models Just 4 :)™ (Just For Fun™), :D™ (Big Fun™), B!, 9ii and 9!, that redefined the segment of sports cars, super sports cars and modern coupés, as well as with our electric versions of our motorbike models for their research. In the actual issue of the series it is wrongly claimed at first that a manufacturer "revolutioniert den Autobau mit Carbon==revolutionize the car construction with carbon", a point that as a matter of fact is not true, as far as we do know, because the first company that made this step was the manufacturer Fiat→Ferrari with its model Enzo (see the in this conjunction always mentioned image of its monocoque and our related models 333 ST, B! and 962 ST) that was adapted by us from the OntoLab™, The Lab of Visions™, and Style of Speed™, a large manufacturer from the B.R.D., and the manufacturer of the monocoque mentioned above at first, and then after we created as the true revolutionary pioneers the momentum to use carbon fibre-reinforced composites as well in the other market segments than the one of supercars, was copied by a subsidiary of that other manufacturer and a small company that has stolen the design of our model Apollo Speed-E™ with features of the first street legal cars with Formula 1 steering wheel, our models 333 ST and 962 ST. It is also reported that the manufacturer is working on the chemistry of the accumulators, which means nothing else than that it is stealing our accumulator technologies as well, after the carbon made chassis and the modern design, as it is shown with many models of our section Street Legal, e.g. the model B! and 9ii.
    Furthermore, in its editorial it is written that the club doesn't under- stand why it is not the setter of standards in the field of vehicles with hybrid and electric drivetrains, which is due to the fact that it has simply taken the wrong partner with the power supplier RWE, which also still thinks that it sets the standards in this field and has itself made collaborations with one joint venture of two automotive manufacturers and a further vehicle manufacturer that all think as well to be very clever by stealing our technologies and infringing our intellectual properties. Also, our technology of the Looped Fuel Cell, the Silver Bullet #1, as well as our other energy storages, don't need their nonsense charging stations at all, and further high-tech engines invented by us questions the foundations of drivetrains consisting of an accumulator and an electric motors. By the way: We have laid legal stones in the path, because too many entities think they could steal our technologies or/and make stupid politics by illegally using our intellectual properties! In this conjunction, we also document in this investigative case the point that in a report about the club's charging stations for electric and hybrid automobiles the model of an only stealing manufacturer is presented between the lines that has our trademark Leaf™ as its label.
    It's really a very bad joke that the political parties CDU and CSU support those fraudsters.
    In an other report it is argued that a Pad Computer in combination with a T@blet™ and P@d™ Holder is totally unsuitable as a replace- ment of a personal navigation assistant and mentiones in a related test of standard navigation devices that big doesn't always mean better. As if it is better to look on these micro monitors of such dev- ices while driving. To strengthen its claim one of the largest Pad Computer on the market at present was taken and an image made that shows it with a T@blet™ and P@d™ Holder that was placed on the windscreen, so that the view of the driver is drastically reduced, and that was so lousy constructed that the device "wagged like the tail of a squirrel". Definitely, we are not so stupid and produce such a cheap solution that has to be placed in such a dangerous way. By the way: Our general concept for T@blet™ and P@d™ Holders was stolen from us by a manufacturer of car accessories, who is repres- entative with its messy products for the majority of the companies that advertise in its club magazine. The report also made such stup- id general statements, like that the use of a special Pad Computer in a car is not appropriated and so on, with makes clear that the goal was to damage our businesses. But if the reader takes a look on the interior of our models Cup™ and iCup™, as well as Inner City™, for example, then it should become clear where a Pad Computer belongs in a car, though in both cases a different alignment would be better.
    We also would like to mention a report that was also publicated for damaging our business. The report itself is about an electric motor- cycle makes the claim that with it such electric vehicles become "er- schwinglich==affordable". This is no surprise, because the most and single expensive component of that motorcycle is the accumulator, but the rest is cheapest standard technology of the late 1970's. The latter makes us wonder, because the automotive club is always de- claring that it cares so much for the safeness of every mobile person and now presents that simple and potentially dangerous vehicle.

    Besides the usual stealing of our intellectual properties, a further real scandal is that the governement of the B.R.D., which owns a stake of slightly more than 20% of the manufacturer by the state Lower Saxony, does know very well about these actings, but refuses to bring order into the market.

    We can also see an attempt to steal our invention of the AutoCloud™/Car in the Cloud™ technology.
  • Daimler: electric vehicle with a special charging coil. When the vehicle is parked on top of an inductive charging pad, the batteries will be replenished by an electromagnetic field. To ease the task of getting the car perfectly positioned over the pad, a command system is needed. Also further technological problems have to be solved, which we already have, so that the statement "A number of technical and financial issues also need to be resolved before we can really assess the marketability of this technology." said by the responsible person of Daimler means nothing else than that the company actually does not know what and how they could steal our solution. Obviously, this is our irail™ and ipad™ solutions and makes this case a clear copyright infringement by that company, because we have described exactly this system years before, which has been stolen by the related partner company (see the cases of the group consisting of Daimler, Conductix-Wampfler and Government of the B.R.D. and the company Witricity, which has shown a Daimler→Mercedes→Smart with the stolen ipad™ system, but also the other cases in the Investigations::Car #329 Wireless Charging Special of the 21st of July 2011).

    On an image we could see that the serious criminal manufacturer has also stolen the exemplary application of using the car for advertising from the descrption of our e-door™@Car concept. Moreover, the electric concept car is shown with a wireless charging system that is in fact also stolen from the Style of Speed™ website (see the webpage of our irail™ and ipad™ systems as well as the cases of that massively stealing company Toyota and the company Witricity, which has shown a Daimler→Mercedes→Smart with the stolen ipad™ system, in the Investigations::Car #329 Wireless Charging Special of the 21st of July 2011).
  • Nissan: That only stealing company has again stolen intellectual properties from us. That's the way we do push them legally out of the market, instead of copyiong and stealing their properties. By the way: Its car features a roof shaped like a Volkswagen→Porsche model 911 and also a multimedia gadgetry in the interior.
  • Koni: It seems to be that thge manufacturer of dampers has stolen our trademark Active Ride™. By the way: Its so-called "Frequency Selective Damping" does not actively filter out high-frequency suspension, because its solution is an "integrated part of the hydraulic valving system" and so it functions only reactively as a "fully hydraulic amplifier" based on the physics of the applied materials and the construction of the related shock absorber, and because "no additional cables, sensors or any other electronic devices are needed to operate", as well as no "computer technology, complex electronics and sensors" are used, as the manufacturer itself explains. Said this, using our trademark Active Ride™ ion relation with its Frequency Selective Damping technology is even a misleading and in this way criminal marketing lie. Furthermore, that company has stolen our trademark Fine Tuning™, as well.

    After the company Palm contributed the Linux-based components of its operating system webOS, that as a matter of fact with its C and C++, ECMAScript and JavaScript, as well as web-centered compon- ents is based on the basic concepts of our software architecture of our Hightech Operating System (HOS) OntoLinux (see the case of Palm in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 23rd of October 2009 and 12th of April 2010), under the GNU General Public License (GPL) to the open source community on the 19th of June 2009, the new owner of Palm, the corporation Hewlett-Packard, has announced yesterday that it will contribute also the rest of its webOS to the open source community. With such a step the webOS may be qual- ified for being used in parts with our HOS OntoLinux and could be- come the initial code platform of our two Cloud Operating Systems (COSs) Boot to Webkit (B2W) and Boot to Rekonq (B2R), which are compatible with our OntoLinux and therefore with webOS as well. What we do now is closely looking on the licenses.

    Clarification
    Two days ago we've already mentioned a Russian orbital glider with a hinged tail for the reentry phase and the air launch system series 3M-2 by the Myasishchev Design Bureau. Said this, Allen and Rutan have only copyied a second time Russian space technology, specific- ally one of the 3M-2 types that Myasishchev designed in the late 1970s and early 1980s, and the designed freighter in a twin fuselage configuration based on the model Boeing 747 in the year 1976 by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). For sure, we also looked at this option, but quickly found out that it is a techno- logical dead-end street, and that our developed air-, aerospace- and spacecrafts are much superior, despite we are offering a similar launch option for our X-3*/LittleStar by Style of Speed, but only due to the reason that it already exists. Until today, all the other private space companies have only done marketing based on 4 decades old technologies without showing any true success or at least one step forward in this field, which is a fact that holds as well for the non- sense of that confidence man Musk and his space company, because its actings were mostly done by the NASA. In this conjunction the claim by Allen and Rutan that they designed their air launch aircraft in the last 10 years must be seen as such a marketing lie or other- wise as an extremely strong proof of their incompetence, because we from Style of Speed get such a job done in under 10 minutes, so that the first test could be conducted in around 3 months from to- day on.

  • British Broadcasting Corporation: With a report about the escalat- ed financing and the construction of the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) that media company tried now to down- play our performance in the field of Nuclear Power 2.0™. But in the same way as we have solved the Artificial Intelligence (AI) problem in some few months with the design of the architecture of our High- tech Operating System™ (HOS) OntoLinux™, created the decisive momentum and revolutionary technological solutions in the field of vehicles with hybird and Pure Electric™ drivetrains, pushed the field of hypersonic air-, aerospace-, and spacecrafts far forward (see the website of our business division Style of Speed™), and also solved many other problems most elegantly, besides the actings in the field of arts, design and architecture by C.S., we have already set the new markstones in the field of nuclear fusion, and created again the decisive momentum and made all the difference in this field as well in some few days (see also for example the Investigations::Aviation and Space of the 2nd of December 2011). In this conjunction that broadcaster has intentionally given in the report the wrong informat- ion that the radioactive waste produced with nuclear fusion has a "relatively short life of around 150 years", because this explanation is only correct for the magnetic confinement fusion reaction in a e.g. standard tokomak configuration of the ITER that uses deuterium and tritium as fuel, but not for the aneutronic cycles, that means that the set free radioactivity is not higher than the normal radiation of the Earth, which we have developed in relation with our Nuclear Power 2.0™ and are now optimizing. The broadcaster also claimed in its report that it would take several decades until controlled fusion works. In the end we have again the opinion that the media compa- ny tried once again to mislead the public in general and in this way also away from our solutions.

    As a finger exercise and as an inspiration for a potential customer, we are thinking about the start of a new project called StratoStar, that is an Air Launch System (ALS) consisting of an Air Launch Veh- icle (ALV) with a twin fuselage configuration that is either based on the model Boeing 747 as designed in the year 1976 by the NASA or on the model Boeing B-52H Stratofortress designed by us today. The ALV is best suited for launching hardware that is compatible with the Style of Speed Space System Standard (S5) and the NASA Space Launch System (SLS), which itself is based on the revitalization of the Shuttle-Derived Heavy Lift Launch Vehicle (SDHLLV) inspired and partly based on our S5, as it can be easily seen by the incorporation of the rocket engine J-2X. With the 747 based version the space hardware can have an overall weight of at least 140,000 kg, which in the latter case would be sufficient for the launch of for example our Spacetaxis™, SLS upper stages with J-2X rocket engines, Crew Exploration Vehicles (CEVs) including service and mission modules of the type NASA Lockheed Martin Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle (MPCV) and Crew Transfer Vehicles (CTVs) eventually of the type Boeing CST-100, as well as space cargo systems by international customers and us. With the B-52H based version the hardware over- all weight is estimated to be around 45,000 kg.

    Furthermore, we are looking for a smaller version of our model RE™ called RA™ that eventually takes the 2010 model as the starting point for our design and the chassis of the upcoming model R3, R4, R5 or whatsoeveR by the marque Volkswagen→Audi.

    We have sketched our new concept of a Pure/Purely Electric Trans- porter (PET) called eCrafter.

    Moreover, we've developed further the rear designs of our convers- ions of the models 911 (991) by the marque Volkswagen→Porsche presented as sketches on the 18th of September 2011, of which we show today only the sketch of the new taillights, and in this way also point to a 911 (991) speedster version that is based on the de- sign of our model 550 V8 and potentially features our Active Exterior and our invention of the Active Wiper.

    For sure, we have seen the problem all the years. If a Boeing 747 or a Boeing B-52H is taken for the construction of an Air Launch Vehic- le (ALV) with a twin fuselage configuration (see the Style of Speed Further steps of the 15th of December 2011), then the connecting wing between the two fuselages should be constructed in such a way that the hardware to be launched can be simply mounted below this connection without an additional large crane or the like. Luckily, there is also a third option based on the Lockheed C-5 Galaxy, which has the wings on top of the fuselage and was already envisioned by the NASA as a Space Shuttle transporter, though we still don't think that such a large aircraft makes sense at all and could be really op- erated as a successful business.

    Despite better knowledge, the public-sector working pool of the broadcasting corporations of the B.R.D. (ARD) attempts once again to pervert the facts due to our explanations given in the Investig- ations::Multimedia of the 5. October 2011, by claiming that Steve Jobs has developed the invention of the voice command and brought it into the market. No, this is not correct, but only a further criminal deception by the ARD with the goal to lead the public away from us, the original. In detail, the system in question is not only a voice command system, but a copy of our concept that comprises and sketches the usage of the desktop software applications Cognitive Agent that Learns and Organizes (CALO) and of the related project Personalized Assistant that Learns (PAL) by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) of the U.S.A., tht were orphan- ed since the year 2004, with Mobile Devices, as well as network and World Wide Web technologies among others.     Normally, an Ontoscope has more than one lense, but in fact the 3rd Eye and Golden Eye models integrate smaller lenses in one large lens.

    After we have already finalized the research and design 3 years ago we started today the development of our new series of superior high-performance processors with the new swift architecture that features for example our brand new data bus. Furthermore, our new processors with the quattro² architecture, which features 16 cores, smart management and much more must-haves, are close before of being ready for production.

    We have made a sketch of the intelliTablet I series that comprises tablet and pad computers in the slate, booklet and portfolio styles.
    The exterior design of the intelliTablet I is also available for the VW Pad solution.

    The images show a concept of a tablet and pad computer by an un- known designer, that was taken by another designer who both have thought to be clever to use ilegally other's and our website contents for their designs of mobile devices. While the first designer also took the Hewlett-Packard TouchPad for 2 posters presenting his concepts of a tablet and pad computer series and a mobile device that look very familiar to us, the second designer made at first a copy of our tablet and pad computers of the 3. generation with our unique tech- nical concept and thin style (described with our P@d concept and shown in the intelliTablet Further steps of the 5th and 8th of Sept- ember 2011) by taking our tablet and pad computer series based on our overworked Hewlett-Packard TouchPad (see for example the VW Pad presented in the intelliTablet Further steps of the 21st of August 2011). 1 or 2 days later after we presented our System Ontoscope Series Nano I (see its presentation on the 25th of December 2011) he did it a second time by taking this series and the specifications of our tablet and pad computers as blueprints, and stealing the original concept of the tablet and pad computer shown above from the oth- er designer for presenting the clone shown in the left image that he also named 1. Both designers did their works even in such a way that their attempts to damage our business division intelliTablet are obvious. Now, we have taken one fraction for compensation from both persons and created the tablet and pad computer series shown in the right image that is powered by our Hightech OS OntoLinux and features larger buttons at the side, an additional button, and a slit for the microphone, and also offers our Ontoscope technology as option.
