  • Living Planit: That company has stolen massively content, con- cepts, and technologies from our websites, especially the websites of the OntoLab™, and of our business units Ontonics™, OntoLinux™, and Style of Speed™, as it could be seen very easily by the cont- ents documented by us, the constellation of the different fields, and many special convicting keywords. At first we summarize a report by a British media corporation, and then quote from its website, so that at some points we might have some redundancy.
    The mentioned report is about the business idea and one of its pro- ducts, that is an operating system. The main idea is to take one platform, based on the said operating system, managing the entire urban landscape of a city by gathering data from sensors buried in buildings and many other places to keep an eye on what is happen- ing in an urban area, channelling all the data coming from these sensors and services into a over-arching control system, bringing it into a context there, and managing it further. Doubtlessly, we have here our Hightech Operatig System™ (HOS) OntoLinux™, as it will become more clear by the following part of this investigation. For example we've the explanation of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who says "If you were using an anatomy analogy, the city has a network like the nervous system, talking to a whole bunch of sens- ors gathering the data and causing actions" and "We distribute that nervous system into the parts of the body - the buildings, the streets and other things". In fact, this anatomy analogy is related with bionics and softbionics™, and was stolen from the Chapter 5 Zusammenfassung==Summary of the The Proposal publicated on the OntoLinux website, in which this anatomy analogy is proposed, more descriptions about our HOS OntoLinux™ that also compare it with a brain, the webpage of the field of research and development Multi- media in the OntoLab™, especially its two connected areas Pervas- ive/Ubiquitous Computing and Intelligente Gebäudetechnik==intellig- ent building technics. In the description of the latter we can find the terms Infrastrukturelle Voraussetzungen==Infrastructural require- ments, Systemstruktur mit verschiedenen Bussen als Rückgrat==Sy- stem structure with different bus systems as backbone, here we've a further element of the nervous system analogy, Sensoren und Ak- toren==sensors and actuators, here we have another element of the anatomy analogy, and Software. From the technical side it also points to the webpages of our Active Components, especially of the Active Actuators and Active Sensors, on the website of Style of Speed™, which also explains the connection between that stealing company and also a criminal british company that is active in the field of car racing, and that has stolen as well from the Style of Speed™ website, especially from the webpages of our models 333 ST and Apollo Speed-E™, and our Steering Wheels. With the issue of the automotive company we can see a further time that our unique constellation of fields of activities was copied illegally, which proves once again the serious criminal actings by those fraudsters. Moreov- er, it is also said that eventually applications on smartphones could hook into the operating system to remotely control household appli- ances and energy systems, or safety equipment to monitor the well- being of elderly people, that points to the sections intelligent Archi- tecture (iArchitecture™) and Med!Mobile, as well as Collector and Natural Energy 2.0™ of the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics™ and the OntoLab™.
    The quotes from its website content are: "[...] revolutionizing the [...] lifecycle [This seems to be a copyright infringement due to the cyclic control as part of a total quality management system, as it was named on the webpage Overview of the OntoLinux™ website.]", "[...] buildings and infrastructure [...] [This was taken form the web- page Multimedia and its section Intelligente Gebäudetechnik==intell- igent building technics.]", "[...] instrumentation, control, and optim- ization [...] [That was also stolen from the websites of OntoLinux™ and Ontologics®.info.]", "[...] deep sensing, responsive real-time control, and high-speed flexible networking [...] [This sounds familiar, especially if it is compared with the section Exotic Operating System of the webpage Links to Software on the website of OntoLinux™.]", "[...] sensors and actuators [...] [As we said before, this could also be found on the webpage Multimedia in its areas Intelligente Gebäu- detechnik==intelligent building technics and Pervasive/Ubiquitous Computing of the website of OntoLab™, and the webpage Active Component™ and the related webpages of the website of Style of Speed™, though it is on this website more related with vehicles of all kind. But in the latter case there is also the general concept described, the contents included that have been stolen, and our HOS OntoLinux™ linked, so that only the term vehicle needs to be sub- stituted with the term building or urban environment/landscape. Moreover, that company copied this connection of multimedia and automotive engineering as well, so that it is correct that we see it as a copyright infringement.]", "[...] energy generation / storage / distribution / demand shaping [...] [Doubtlessly, this is stolen from the section Energy Generation, Storage and Management.]", "[...] context-sensitive - including location [...] [This is related as well with our HOS OntoLinux™ and for example the Map and Globe™ technology.]", "[...] extensive security and privacy framework that applications only have access to data and control capabilities [...] [This was stolen as well from the website of OntoLinux™, as it could be seen easily on the webpage Links to Software with its section Operating System that links to the special version Security-Enhanc- ed Linux (SELinux), and the paragraph Operating System Security on the OntoFS™ webpage. This proves again its conducted copyright infringement.]", "[...] sensor network [...] based on network and data center technology that are integrated into the structure of a building, a car or a surface [...] [This was stolen as well from the OntoLab™ website and its webpage Multimedia with its areas Per- vasive/Ubiquitous Computing and Intelligente Gebäudetechnik==in- telligent building technics, the OntoLinux™ website, e.g. the section Network Technology of the Links to Software webpage, our XTbox™, The eXtensible Tux box, solution, and also once again the webpages of the related Active Components of the Style of Speed website.]", "[...] equipped [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] advanced analytics while distributing network and processing loads [...] [See for examp- le our Plan & Proof solution, and also once again the related links of the section Exotic Operating System of the webpage Links to Soft- ware.]", "[...] Cloud Appliance [...] distributed private cloud [...] [Without doubts, here we can see that the company has stolen our Castle in the Cloud™ technology in conjunction with our XTbox™ solution, and that it has followed once again the section Network Technology of the webpage Links to Software of the OntoLinux web- site. The term private cloud is also said in relation with our trade- mark Personal Cloud™.]", "Overall the standardization of a shared sensing, control, and application platform provides significant cost savings and also ensures implementation consistency, quality and manageability. [Again, this points directly to the websites of Onto- Linux™ and Ontologics®.info.]", "[...] "iBuildings" [...] [Besiedes that this is a straight translation of the abbreviation of Intelligente Ge- bäudetechnik==intelligent building technics, it is also pointing to our intelligent Architecture (iArchitecture) section of the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics and the OntoLab;.]", "Plan & design – ('DaVinci') - the urban design & simulation workbench [This is clear and so it gives us the possibility for a loud: HyperGotcha!!!™. See also the sections related with simulation, and also the section Visualization on the webpage Links to Software of the websites of OntoLinux™, the project Plan & Proof listed on the web- page of the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics™ and the OntoLab™, the logo of Softbionics, and also our trademarks DaVinci Architect™, DaVinci Modeller™, Da- Vinci Professional™, DaVinci Studio™, and DaVinci Toolkit™, which proves the clear copyright infringement a further time.]", "[...] mod- ular components [...] [see the quote and its comment before]", "[...] interaction between building physics and control models can be fine tuned [...] [Besides the attempt to damage of our trademark Fine Tuning™, we have here again the simulation sections of the web- page Links to Software.]", "It forms the eyes, ears, and fingers of a complex control and information system that will facilitate broad, pervasive, and continuous use of sensor data and intelligence, mak- ing buildings and cities more efficient and environmentally sensitive. [Finally, here is absolutely no doubt anymore that this that compa- ny has stolen our intellectual property from our website of Onto- Linux™. After we already documented the anatomic analogy with the nervous system and the backbone in the beginning of this investig- ative case, it can now be seen much better that indeed this essent- ial part of the Chapter 5 Zusammenfassung= =Summary of the The Proposal was stolen, and again that we have here indeed contents, concepts and technologies of the areas Pervasive/Ubiquitous Comp- uting and Intelligente Gebäudetechnik==intelligent building technics, as well as the projects of the section intelligent Architecture (iArch- itecture). At this point we could stop this investigation.]", "[...] core knowledge used to manage [...] [See again the website of our High- tech Operating System™ (HOS) OntoLinux™ to find the strict con- formity.]", "Store historical information in huge quantities for query, reporting, mining and insight [At first, see once again the quotes and their comments before. Then, see again the webpage of our file sy- stem OntoFS™, because of the connection to it, and also our Black- box Building solution, which was stolen in parts, obviously.]", "[...] primary functions are performed with great attention and focus on security and privacy [...] [So, once again it's totally clear that it wants to steal our OntoLinux™ concept with the OntoFS™ for the illegally use inpropritary products.]", "[...] provides a new manage- ment paradigm, by turning trash into high-value resources, saving carbon [...] [This is not new, because it was stolen from us, the Green-Tech Avantgarde™ and Green Hightech Competence™™™, and copying only our actings and range of green technologies. In this sense: Greentech 'R' Us™]", "[...] three cutting edge techno- logies [...] [So, this now is a clear jump on the bandwagon of the 3 Theme by C.S..]", "[...] production of raw materials, products, bio- fuels and renewable energy [...] [So, here we are again at the sect- ion Energy Generation, Storage and Management of the Innovation- Pipeline by Ontonics™ and the OntoLab™.]", "[...] design principles of modularity and scalability [...] [This leads again to the quote rel- ated with our DaVinci trademarks.]", "[...] Anaerobic Digestion treats all bio-organic waste using enzymes, fermentation and distillation. [See again the section Natural Energy 2.0 of the Innovation-Pipe- line.]", "H2 Generation [...] [See our solutions HyperCycle/Stroet- mann-Cycle and Hydrogen on the Fly on the Innovation-Pipeline, the webpages of our Bionic Vehicle APE ESP, as well as the webpage about Propellant Transformation on the Style of Speed™ website, for example.]", "Pharmaceuticals [...] [Again, we have here a convicting element due to the very special program constellation that has been mentioned before. Said this, see section Pharmazeutik (Pharmaceut- ics) of the Innovation-Pipeline to find it on our side.]", "Cities in the Cloud [...] [If it is compared with our Castle in the Cloud™ solution, then it can be easily seen that not only the solution itself was stolen from us, but also the label copied.]", "[...] Operating System [...] has become the de facto standard for the industrialization of the internet, orchestrating all manner of intelligent devices [...] [Besides that this is a criminal marketing lie, this de facto standard has alrea- dy become our Hightech Operating System™ (HOS) OntoLinux™, be- cause we have here the next operating system that copies one of our operating systems that is derived from our HOS OntoLinux™.]", "[...] medical and interactive surfaces [...] [This phrase points to devices listed in the section Multimedia of the Innovation-Pipeline, for ex- ample.]", "[...] harmonizes [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] additional services and management systems [...] [Again, this was stolen from the OntoLinux™ website.]", "[...] ubiquitous sensor net- works [...] [Again: HyperGotcha!!!™ Everbody who is still not con- vinced can see a further time the website of the OntoLab™ with its webpage Multimedia and the area Pervasive/Ubiquitous Computing.]", "[...] unified sensing, actuation, and networking platform [...] [See again the websites of OntoLinux™ and Style of Speed™, especially its webpage Active Component for example.]", and "[...] model to create and validate the unifying paradigm [...] [For sure, this has been stolen as well from the OntoLinux™ website. Take a closer look once again on the webpage Overview, and the sections Formal Mod- eling and Formal Verification, and again the simulation sections of the webpage Links to Software.]".
    Besides this massive stealing, that company claims "No company can or should hope to deliver all of this on their own", which is not true and proves that this company is absolutely incompetent, and so that statement was only said as part of the usual nonsense and market- ing lies. In fact, it is its concept that is illusionary, because done in this way the whole system is not realizeable and practicable in real life. Besides this, even parts of this system are tried to be realized since more than 15 years now by the worldwide largest companies and research institutes. In this conjunction imagine how long the multimedia house is now developed without any real success and now they even want to create a multimedia city/urban landscape. Furthermore, the multimedia house already failed the acceptance test, and proved that persons want only a remote control for their television, audio/music player, and maybe a light dimmer, and also a gadget like the smartphone, as well as a shiny car that makes some noise. Even if it comes to the simplest home automations the largest problems arise immediately, because most of the acting entities are not the original pioneers, and are only interested in pushing their own standard into the market. And before the one element is ready the next generation of technology and materials are there. The last time we have seen a similar urban project, which was also related on our concepts, like in the field of Green Technology, it was cut down to a small modern city in the desert after only two years of market- ing only by many of the same entities that are participating in a similar project in this technological field, because the true pioneers are not responsible for the work, have the management, and are at the work, but only babblers and fraudsters. Besides this all, it is also absolutely obvious that it wants to steal our HOS OntoLinux for that, and that it is waiting now since 5 years for stealing more. It's just one of the typical fraudster and fake start-ups that are supported and created by the largest companies, and have as the business strategies stealing and illegal marketing only. The latter can also be seen by the fact that despite it has offices in the U.S.A., U.K., and now Portugal it was established in the Swiss. The reader can guess why (hint www.stroetmann.ch). So, stay with us and the Linux® kernel hard core developers, and away from that gang. There is no doubt about the result of this investigation, because these confid- ence men are: Convicted!!!™

    We demand the government of Portugal and the European Commission not to give that criminal companies any political or monetary support.

  • Deutsche Telekom: That company called an event "[Something] of Visions" for trying to damage our slogan "The Lab of Visions" of our of the OntoLab. On the event itself an operating system for sensor networks and their management was presented by a company that has massively stolen intellectual properties from our websites (see the case of the stealing company Living Planit above).
    That company is misusing its market power, which is an infringement of the laws of the European Union.
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: We are absolutely sure that that serious criminal media company knows exactly that an operating sy- stem for sensor networks and their management, which should be used for cities and urban landscapes, is not based on the technology of a company they reported again about (see the cases of the crim- inal companies Living Planit and Deutsche Telekom above).

    Investigations::Aviation and Space

  • Noah Jafferis: That dude and his teacher at a university thought to be very clever with the stealing of the stories of our solid state aircraft Magic Carpet™ and our technology 0 Gravity™ 2.0 by de- scribing the result of its work as a "Flying carpet of conductive pla- stic". It is also said that the research group is already working on a solar-powered upgrade of its aircraft prototyp, and suggests that in the near future the approach could progress to "mimicking the beau- tiful two-dimensional undulations of the skate or manta ray". In fact, the technology was originally developed by a research project fund- ed and supported by the National Aeronautics and Space Agency (NASA) around the year 2006, where also the term solid state air- craft for this field comes from (see the project proposal), and in our OntoLab™. Furthermore, our range of solid state aircrafts comprises not only this kind of technology based on a special polymer and a layered system architecture of thin films, but also on our own tech- nology 0 Gravity™ 2.0, which is based on a different physical con- cept and in this way much more elegant, and has a much higher per- formance. By a further statement one scientist claims that unlike jets, propellers and hovercraft, there are no moving components like cogs and gears that rub against each other, which was clearly stolen from the description of our 0 Gravity™ 2.0 technology, and is also wrong, because the thin sheet of material manufactured by them is moving, and in this way will get chapped and break. Another state- ment by a totally incompetent professor of the Princeton University, which says that a flying carpet powerful enough to carry a person would need a wingspan of 50 metres, is also wrong, and was only said as an attempt to talk our technology down and portray us as fools. But our 0 Gravity™ 2.0 technology works in a different way and so it let our Magic Carpet™ fly as the picture shows it. Thus, the result of this case is: Convicted!!!™
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: That criminal media company re- ported about a scientist and his supporting research group very well knowing that they have stolen the story of our solid state aircraft Magic Carpet™ and our 0 Gravity™ 2.0 technology, as the quote "magic carpet" and further text passages, like e.g. "project [...] that seemed to have more in common with 1001 Nights than 21st- Cent- ury engineering", easily prove (see the case of Noah Jafferis above).

    Investigations

  • L'Oréal: Again, that company has stolen marketing ideas and rel- ated contents of our website. One issue is the emphasizing of a special version of the 3 Theme done with combinations of three numbers or/and letters beginning and ending with the same sign.
  • L'Oréal→Garnier: And a further time, that company has stolen a marketing idea from our websites that was done by stealing the BB Theme and taking it as well for a product line by also jumping on the bandwagon of the I love Theme by showing in a commercial a person wearing a t-shirt with the print "I ♥ BB" on its front.
  • Nestlé→Nescafé: Again, that company has stolen marketing ideas and related contents fro, our website. In detail, in a commercial we could see a pixelated picture made like one of the classic pictures by A. Warhole, which leads directly to the Pop Art 2.0 movement creat- ed by C.S. by adding for example digitalization and 3D to the Pop Art movement, and calling both Pop Art 1.0 and Pop Art 2.0. In addition, an actor playing Einstein, and the 3 Theme was shown as well, that finally makes the case clear.
  • McDonalds: The company jumped now fully on the 3 Theme by C.S..
  • Danone: In a commercial for a yoghurt we could see a product with the additional label pur, which somehow has as inspirations our Pure Theme, 3 Theme, and Zero Theme by being made out of "3 Zutaten - sonst nichts==3 ingredients - nothing else", and available in a 3 pack only. We also could hear the phrase "kein SchnickSchnack= =no nick-nack/frills", which reminds us of the movie "The Man with the Golden Gun" of the James Bond saga and in this way a further time to this website of OntomaX. But to be honest, there exists the book "Joghurt & Buttermilch. Rezepte PUR ohne SchnickSchnack" by Edgar Essig as well that was already publicated in the year 2004 and belongs to the series "Rezepte PUR ohne SchnickSchnack".

    03.October.2011
    Question of the Day
    "Isn't it a giant scandale that the bonuses for bank managers are so insolent low?"

    Style of Speed Further Steps
    We have begun again to take a closer look at Pulsed Detonation Ro- cket Engines (PDREs) and Oblique Detonation Wave Rocket Engines (ODWREs), especially the concepts of the Pulsed Detonation Aero- spike Engine (PDAE) and Linear Pulsed Detonation Aerospike Engine (LPDAE), as well as Aerospike-based Combined Cycles (ABCC) made out of the integration of an air-augmented PDAE and a Continuous Detonation Engine (CDE) and its linear version, for sure. A deeper search conducted in the year 2008 in conjunction with the Vulcan propulsion system demonstration program for the FALCON project by the DARPA, and related aircrafts, like our Hypersonic Jet Fighter HJF-1/Hyper Falcon, Hypersonic Cruise Vehicle HCV-1/WhiteSwift, and Hypersonic AirLiner HAL-1/HyperStar, as well as the architecture equivalent spacecrafts, gave the result that an LPDA was already patented by the company General Electric Company (United States Patent 6516605), though no informations about further research and development activities could be found so far. Additionally, another result showed by the research results of a university of the USAF that some general concepts in these fields have not been sorted out and developed further. What makes these kinds of engines so interesting for us are their significant higher efficiency (thermal 9% - 10%) a specific fuel consumption improvement of up to 30% to 35%, and performance, and our further developments by the integration with air-augmented and air-breathing engine concepts to the PD air-augmented REs and PDair-augmented AEs, and PD air-breathing REs and PD air-breathing AEs, especially our own invention of the LPD afterburning AE, as well as their CDE-Based and Rocket-Based Combined Cycle (RBCC) counterparts, which will let them overcome the traditionally 500 s Isp limit for rocket engines at sea level and also reach as combinded cycles into the regime of high-performance air-breathing engines by top values that lie in another dimension with a roughly estimated value of around 1500 s Isp at sea level until Mach 15 and a value of around 700 s effective Isp and orbital velocity with the hydrocarbon powered versions, and a value of around of 3000 s Isp at sea level until Mach 15 and 900 s effective Isp and orbital velocity for the hydrogen powered version. Not a game changer, but a limit breaker!
    For sure, this optimization has a direct effect on the performance of all of our air- and spacecrafts.

    Furthermore, by looking closer on the rocket engines RS-25D/E, aka. SSME, RS-68, and J-2X, and our aerospikes engines SXME-2200 and RX-2200 based on components of the rocket engines named before, we got once again the impression that something is wrong with the rocket technology in general. Said this, we have developed in the past a new concept of a propellant feed system that we also revived for further research and development.

  • Apple: The intelligent assistant application that is based on a fur- ther development of the desktop application Cognitive Agent that Learns and Organizes (CALO) and the related project Personalized Assistant that Learns (PAL) by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), and now integrated for example into the operating system of the latest version of the company's smartphone called iphone is based on our copyrighted description to:
    1. Integrate it deeper into an operating system than a desktop application,
    2. Connect it with World Wide Web technologies, especially search engines and the Semantic (World Wide) Web, and
    3. Use it together with other software technologies, as well as
    4. Use it with Mobile Devices™, like for example mobile/cell phones and so-called smartphones, especially those that are derived from the companies mobile phone series iphone,
    5. Use it with other devices and in other fields, like e.g. automotive computing and intelligent Architecture, and
    6. Use it together with other hardware technologies.
    We have publicated the essential elements of this description on the website of our Hightech Operating System™ (HOS) OntoLinux™ more than 1 year before the related spin-out, the Siri company, was found- ed by the company SRI Interantional that has stolen our intellectual properties from the OntoLinux™ website and from related informat- ions that we have given in related investigations on this website of OntomaX. The latter is the truth due to the fact that the projects CALO and PAL have ended and their technology was already orph- anded since around 2 years before we have started the OntoLinux™ website in the end of the year 2006. In fact, SRI Interantional and the DARPA didn't know at all what to do with the application, becau- se they never knew all the years what we wanted to do with such an application while they have spied out our activities in this field, and until we then presented our project and in this way revived their projects with our OntoLinux™ (see the Links to Software webpage, especially its sections Operating System, Semantic (World Wide) Web Natural Language Processing Intelligent/Cognitive Interface, and e.g. the section Smartphone, Pocket Computer of the Links to Hardware webpage). The company Siri was bought at the end of April 2010 by the company Apple, which for sure does not clear the copyright infringement in conjunction with the listed points above about which the company Apple was doubtlessly very well knowing all the time, at least since the P@d™ incident, and surely still is.

    Correspondingly, we ask the question if we have now to stop the selling of mobile devices running this software in the U.S.A. and some European countries.
    Due to the fact that the company Apple has no license for the use of our copyrighted website contents, we demand the media compa- nies worldwide to report accordingly, as some of the larger ones already do but still without naming our company as it should be, if done correctly. We think that the same rules that we gave for the Pad Alliance are now appropriated in this field of the smartphone as well.
    Also, at this point all the fairy tales about Steve Jobs and the com- pany Apple really end, finally (around 5:25 CET).

  • British Broadcasting Corporation: For sure, the criminal media com- pany reported yesterday about the new version of a smartphone without giving the whole relevant informations (see also the case of the company Apple above).
  • Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland: For sure, the working group of the german public law broadcasters has publicated reports about a new version of a smartphone with an intelligent personal assistant by a U.S.American company, and mentioned some hours after we public- ated the result of our investigation in this case (see the case of the company Apple above) in its second report our technology by even using contents of our website of our Hightech Operating System™ (HOS) OntoLinux™ with the sentences "Eine neue Funktion des neu- en iPhone 4S ist zudem der intelligente "persönliche Assistent". Der hört auf den Namen Siri und wird mit Stimmbefehlen gesteuert. Künf- tig können Nutzer mit ihrem Smartphone kommunizieren, ohne es da- für aus der Hosentasche zu holen.", which means translated into English "A new function of the new iPhone 4S is in addition the intell- igent "personal assistant". This answers to the name Siri and is con- trolled by voice. In the future, users can communicate with their smartphone without taking it out of the pocket [(here the section Smartphone, Pocket Computer of the Links to Hardware webpage has been referenced)].". Once again, the working group gave not the whole informations and the true origin of this technology to the public as part of its serious criminal actings, as it could be clearly seen with the publication of the second report.

  • Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland→Westdeutscher Rundfunk: The broadcaster reacted on our presentation Original vs. Inspiration of yesterday by closely referencing the shown images and trying to pervert the facts with its comments, like for example "Drehrad war neu==turning knob was new", which makes us wonder due to the image of the Braun pocket radio T3. Additionally, the comments were deliberately said in such a way that the contained information was extremely condensed, so that on the one hand the contained state- ments were not wrong, but on the other hand unknowing watchers were unable to distinguish all the different contained statements in the few sentences and their true relation to the shown devices, and so should get the impression that all of the designs and technologies were invented by Steve Jobs and the company Apple. But this isn't the truth, as more and more persons will become aware of as time goes on.
  • Cable News Network: The news media company also reacted on the facts we have presented yesterday a further time with our Orig- inal vs. Inspiration by showing a report how a Pad Computer™ manu- factured by the company Apple is used by the U.S.American military. That "Steve Jobs and the company Apple made this happen", as the final comment by the female journalist stated, doesn't change the fact, that if the Pad Computer™ is a new device class, as it looks like more and more even by the report and the given statement by an official of the United States Armed Forces, who talked about the "comfortable" handling, or as we said "convenient handling" of the device, then Steve Jobs and Apple have stolen our concept of the P@d™, and S. Jobs was even a greater confidence man than B.L. Madoff.

    Investigations::Aviation and Space

  • Xcor Aerospace: Despite that it has stolen our slogan "The sky is not the limit™" (see also the comment below the Picture of the Day of the 14th of August 2009), that company also tries to sell its space travel service by making incorrect statements in the public. First of all, we would like to explain that its suborbital spacecraft for carrying a pilot and one passenger as co-pilot is a combination of the MiG-105 EPOS (Experimental Passenger Orbital Aircraft) of the Russian Multipurpose Aerospace System (MAKS) from the years 1976 to 1978 and the proposed spaceplane Prometheus by the company Orbital Sciences, and was announced to make commercial flights in March of 2008. Furthermore, the four rocket engines, which are also used in the Rocket Racing League, are said to accelerate its suborb- ital spacecraft to the speed of Mach 3 and bring it into the suborbit (100 kilometers (62 miles) above sea level). We do not buy this, be- cause the rocket engines are not designed for powering a Horizontal Take-off and Horizontal Landing (HTHL) Single-Stage-to-Suborbit (SSTS) spaceplane, as far as what we have seen in the last years, and Mach 3 in lower heights isn't fast enough to reach this altitude. Also, we do think that the prize of 95.000 U.S. dollar for a ride is much too low for making it a successfully running company.
    All interested persons should better take a look on our Space Taxi™ X-3*/LittleStar, which as a suborbital spaceplane is the first choice.
    The founder of that company also claimed that its vehicle would also allow in a, so to say, business aerospaceplane configuration to fly from every point to a destination in less than 2 hours. At this point it becomes clear that indeed the company is copying our business div- ision Style of Speed™, because this business field has been added recently after we have revealed our aerospace program to which our Hypersoars and their counterparts in the space flight area belong to.
  • Space Exploration Technologies: Our professional fraudsters with their leading confidence man Musk have hit the bell again with their claim "With [a sea level specific impulse of 275 s and] a vacuum specific impulse of 304s, Merlin 1C is the highest performance gas generator cycle kerosene [rocket] engine ever built" given on its website. In fact, this is only the next of its usual criminal marketing lies, because it is very well known that the rocket engine Kuznetsov NK-33 with a sea level specific impulse of 297 s and a vacuum spec- ific impulse of 331 s holds this record for this type of rocket engine, and due to this is also favored by a collaboration of the NASA and another space company since around one year.
    We think it is time that a prosecutor will have a serious talk with the management of that company (read also the case of the news media company Cable News Network in the Investigations::Aviation and Space of the 1st of July).
  • Cable News Network: We don't know why the news media compa- ny is still giving a platform for fraudsters and convidence men, so that they can do their annoying self-exposing and make faked pro- motions of their corporations. For a leader in news this is not the way it should be (see also its cases in the Investigations:: Aviation and Space of the 20th of June, 22nd of June, 1st of July and 12th of July, all of the year 2011, and the cases of the corporations Xcor Aerospace and Space Exploration Technologies above).
    In a first reaction to this investigative case the news media compa- ny broadcasted several hours after our publication a report about a private person that wants to make a performance on the Moon, so that it could present deliberately another private space company and say "SpaceX Dragon". That we've convicted the founder of that space technology company several times now of being just only a typical confidence man by proving that he has copied the complete Dragon™ story, for example, and much more of our business division Style of Speed™ was not explained (see again the case of the media company publicated in the Investigations::Avionc and Space of the 1st of July 2011, and in the same field the case of the company Space Exploration Technologies of the 27th of December 2008 and 21st of April 2011, but also the case of National Aeronautics and Space Admini- stration (NASA) and Space Exploration Technologies of the 8th of December 2010, as well as the Comment of the Day and the Original vs. Inspiration of the 8th of February and the 26th of December, and also the Comment of the Day #1 of the 27th of December, all of the year 2008, for finding some of the essential proofs for our claims).

    Despite that the incident is happening since the year 2008 we have made again notes about the criminals J. Herzog and P. de Meuron, as well as the convicted plagiarist Ai "Ouch" Weiwei, but also the gov- ernment of the P.R.China, and the companies Volkswagen and Deut- sche Bank on our webpage Culture. A note about the architect Ieoh Ming Pei gives it all an additional push into the right direction.

Januar 2010 in dem wir mit der Erklärung "The truth is, that we re- started the trend of the tablet computer and made clear, that it has to be the slate type as an inexpensive basic but also flexible ex- pandable device at the 17th of January 2008 and 13th of February 2008." genau diese Aussage über die Wiederbelebung des Tablet-Computers machten, als auch vom 23. Juli 2010, des Weiteren der Fall der Zeitschrift Rheinische Post vom 16. Februar 2010 in dem man unserer Aussage "Last but not least, the plagiarizer of our intelliTab- let (iTablet)™ was named as a trendsetter, well knowing that we reset the trend of the tablet computer again" findet, die Ontonics Website update vom 31.

    That's how fiscal policy works worldwide, and in this way the politic- ians act, the markets trade, and the euro, the U.S. dollar, the U.K. pound, and most of the modern currencies, as well as the private assets are processed.

    Ontonics Website update
    After we took a closer look at our websites again, and recalled what our intention was with the creation of the concept of the P@d and the device class Pad Computer in the year 2008 (see for example the Original vs. Inspiration of the 17th of January 2008, the Ontonics Website update of the 31st of July 2010, the intelliTablet Further steps of the 5th of September and 8th of September 2011 the orig- inal design and more details about the concept of our P@ds and the Pad Computers) we have corrected the related descriptions in the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics accordingly. Now, in this case our website contents are consistent again.
    While already at this point, we also added the informations about the screenshot mode in the description of the application scenario with multiple devices, the optional seperation of the Central Proc- essing Unit (CPU) from the user interface by following the general concept of the P@d Computer as well, and the version that uses our Neuronal/Neural Net Cores and Neuronal/Neural Net CPUs.

    Also, in the description of our wireless power link solution WREL/ WRPL@Home we named explicitly the use case of the cordless telephone.

    intelliTablet (iTablet) Website update
    Due to new chips that were developed by our OntoLab, The Lab of Visions, we have updated the specifications of our T@blet in the slate, booklet, pad and portfolio styles accordingly.

    Due to the now realized original design and construction we were able to reduce the thickness of our whole product range by intelli- Tablet by 3.5 millimeters, again.

    Also, we throw the Android app(lication)s compatibility out of the specifications, because it was not needed at all all the time, is ob- solete in general, and is incompatible with our Neural Net Cores™ by design due to the Linux® kernel incompatibility of that operating sy- stem Android.

    Furthermore, we are very proud for presenting with our iP@d™ and iT@blet™ series as the world firsts two series of Mobile Devices with Neural Net™ CPU to our portfolio of tablet and pad computers.

    And last but not least, we have added the new P@d series with two starter kits that have reduced hardware and software features, but also a lower price.

    The updated specifications with the new chips, the changed con- struction, as well as the related new dimensions of our intelliTablet (iTablet) in the slate, booklet, pad and portfolio styles are given as follows:

  • Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland: With the mention of the term "Dis- play-Werbung==Display advertisement" in a report about that only stealing company Google that serious criminal working group of the german public law broadcasters tried to relate our Qixel™ concept and its base giving metapher of the Ubiquitous Displaying™ to that always defrauding internet company. As far as we do know, before we mentioned our Qixel™ concept in the last days several times the said term was never used before which proves again its deliberately done criminal acting.
    Furthermore, since alliances in the field of e.g. smartphones, pad computers, and cloud computing are developing between the cor- poration Apple and our corporation, the Christian Stroetmann GmbH, the ARD continually talks down the corporation Apple as well. This was expected by us exactly in this way from the ARD.

  • British Broadcasting Corporation: Some days after we have pre- sented the new webpage of our superrevolutionary invention of the Raylev™/Wavelev™ on the website of Style of Speed™ (see the Style of Speed Website update of the 12th of October 2011) that criminal media company has tried to lead astray the public from our technology with a report about a plan to construct a high-speed railway system in the U.S.A.. Our claim can be seen best with the quotes and quoted statements like the following: ""Getting a plane has become so unattractive, especially for short distances. The train is quicker and takes you right into the city." [Compare this with the list of the features and advantages of our Raylev™ transport syst- em.]", ""[...] first step of a larger programme for [a railway compa- ny]'s vision to get to 220mph (354km/h)" [Compare this with the text of the news about the Style of Speed Website update of the 12th of October 2011 once again, and then find out the slogan of the OntoLab.]", ""This really is the transport system for the 21st Century and there's no reason why we shouldn't build it," says [a person, who is the] president and chief executive officer of [the U.S. High Speed Rail Association (]USHSR[)]. "In fact we will have to build it. There are no other options. [This is somehow a marketing lie, obviously.]", "[...] railways would use cleaner energy sources [...]", "When asked whether it's feasible to implement such a huge project any time soon, [an interviewed person] points to two great American feats of engineering - President Lincoln's transcontinental railroad and President Eisenhower's interstate highways [...], "[The P.R.China ...] operates a magnetic levitation train [...] [Here we've finally the link in the report to the predecessor maglev of our raylev technology.]" and "[...] expansion of light rail [...] [Can the reader see the wordplay?]". So, taken all together means that they all do know our Raylev™ transport system is truly ingenious, and without any doubts not only really the transport system for the 21st Cent- ury, but, as it is already said, with its possibilities of e.g. being able to reach the other side of the planet in 3 hours potentially the most incredible engineering achievement and one of the greatest achieve- ments of mankind so far. But for making it the next great American feat of engineering the tradition says that C.S. must become the president of the U.S.A. at first. :D

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • British Broadcasting Corporation: As usual, that serious criminal media company has again deliberately misled the public by present- ing two reports in the field of tablet and pad computers™ that are full of wrong facts. In one report, which was written by a person of another magazin from India but deliberately chosen by its own edit- ors, it was claimed about a simple and very cheap webpad for ex- ample "What they've added on beyond the average tablet is two USB sockets. I have mixed feelings about this probably-unique feat- ure in the tablet world. [...] And two of these slots? [...] And the overall design (including adding USB!), [...] are probably all Indian." well knowing that the case with the two USB ports is the design feature of many devices of our business unit intelliTablet (iTablet™) that we have presented before. Because the latter is a known fact for both media companies, they are not out of all legal complications by saying "probably" all the time, definitely. Furthermore, with the additional statement "USB lets you use cheap "memory sticks", but having that stick jutting out of the top of a small tablet can make it unwieldy. And two of these slots?" they all have failed totally with its attempt to talk down our unique device feature on the one hand, because USB sticks of all kinds are so much smaller than the impre- ssion given in that report lets a reader think, so that this feature does not make our mobile devices unwieldy. That is only rubbish by those serious criminals. Quite contrary, the larger versions of our USB slots even make it possible to use adapters for memory cards of the Secure Digital (SD) card family or other form factors, if a device has no card reader for the e.g. formats SD/SDHC. like many of our devices have as well right from the start. The reported webpad fe- atures also an SD card reader, so despite the report mentioned this part as well "The micro-SD card slot is a good thing", it still refuses to mention the fact by taking both facts together that the combin- ation of the features 2 USB ports and SD card reader has been stol- en from our website of intelliTablet. Moreover, the Indian reporter attempted to hypothesize about the so-called app(lication) feature that as a matter of fact is only based on the standard Java ARchive Tool JAR that comes with the Java Development Kit (JDK) of the programming language Java, and in this way points directly as well to the further stealing by the Indian webpad manufacturer of anoth- er feature listed in the section Apps of our tablet and pad computer specifications that has been called by us as Linux® based distribut- ions compatible™ or simply Apps compatible™. Also, it is reported about the jump on the bandwagon of the 3 Theme by C.S. by that bold manufacturer with the accumulator that is said to have a dur- ation of 3 hours. Summarized this, both the Indian manufacturer as well as the reporter claim for innovations that obviously are ours. On the other hand the case proves once again the absolute incompet- ence and high criminal energy by all related persons, but also once again that our websites are very well known all over the world and even by smaller entities.
    For another report that criminal media company has stolen from our website the information that Mobile Devices™, like tablet and pad computers™, "get more buttons again", which is a trend we set with our P@d™ 4.0 that is based on our invention of the MobileKinetic™ technology, and our P@d™ 5.0, as well as with the intelliTablet Fur- ther steps of the 8th of September 2011. But then again that media company has intentionally referenced only those entities that have stolen our unique concepts, as in the case of the combination of two USB ports, one SD card reader and the Apps compatible™ mobile operating system (see the previous paragraph, but also in this case the investigation of the company Acer below).
  • Acer: That only stealing company has stolen our P@d™ 4.0 based on our MobileKinetic™ technology, and presented a related prototyp- ical realization at a large exhibition. The latter does not change the fact that it has infringed our copyright (see also the case of the media company British Broadcasting Corporation above).

    Due to the fact that the company Acer is permanently infringing for- eign intellectual properties, especially of our company, the Christian Stroetmann GmbH, we demand the media companies worldwide to not report anymore about the products of the company Acer.

    Style of Speed Website update
    We have doodled around and made a manipulated image that shows the Raylev train Transswift swooping with a speed of around 206.9 MPH/333 km/h, which is just at a snail's pace compared to the top speed far over Mach 2 that can be achieved with this converted version of the Transrapid 09 and its standard maximal velocity of 505 km/h.

    We don't think that the Maglev technology and the Transrapid snail- speed system have failed, but obviously it is a technology that was again researched, developed, realized, and managed by the wrong entities, like in the case of the Transrapid the company Siemens, which also failed with mobile phones, and the other company of the Transrapid consortium, ThyssenKrupp.
    And now it should be clear what could be done under our aegis with the orphaned Transrapid Versuchsanlage Emsland. For higher veloci- ties, especially in the supersonic and hypersonic range, it would be very advantageous to build up some pilot plants with e.g. the NASA, with at least one at an appropriate research center, and a further one at the Mojave Air and Space Port, California, U.S.A.. © Today

  • British Broadcasting Corporation: The criminal media company re- ported as well about the opening of the first main building at the spaceport Spaceport America in New Mexico, U.S.A. by misleading the public, as usual (see also the case of the working group of public law broadcasters ARD above).

    By the way: We also have an iron in the fire, if we stick to the issue of the marketing statements: Our mono version of the range of axi- symmetric inward turning hypersoars by our business division Style of Speed™ is also a privately financed project and product started far before the year 2003 that can easily reach suborbital altitudes and far beyond 350 kilometers as a commercial aerospaceplane. So after it has been constructed and flown into the suborbit the history books have to be rewritten once again to be correct.

  • Google: That only stealing company took the image of our Onto- scope™ 3 (see the Ontoscope Further steps of the 7th of December 2010) and the image of our P@d™ (take a look at the intelliTablet Further steps of the 5th and the 8th of September 2011) as the in- spiration for calling the actual version of one of its obsolete operat- ing systems (ice) cream sandwich.
    Btw.: Why does that company make marketing with an operating sy- stem based on the Linux® kernel, which in this way is not a private use anymore, and since then is holding back the source code despite its protection by the open source software license GNU General Pub- lic License (GPL), as in the case of its operating system version call- ed honeycomb? And please, don't come up with that nonsense claim that there is no combination of its code with the open source licens- ed software, because this would literally make no sense with such a tightly integrated overall functionality from the technical point of view. Otherwise, if it is the case, then that operating system is gar- bage.
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: As a reaction to our investigative case about the only stealing company Google in conjunction with its latest version of one of its obsolete operating system (see the case of the company Google above) and our comment of today that says e.g. "destroy many U.S.American jobs is to buy a Mobile Device [...] running one of these obsolete operating systems [(Android)] by the only stealing company Google" that serious criminal company public- ated a report that is also about that operating system under the title "Jobs vowed to 'destroy' Android". It shouldn't be so difficult for our readers to recognize the similarities of its report and our website content, as well as the intention and the reason to react in realtime on our publication by that serious criminal media company that this time has even attempted to pervert the facts about the defending of our intellectual properties with our investigations all the years.
    By the way: Our Hightech Operating System™ (HOS) OntoLinux™ was known roughly to be launched around the 2003 and then clearly around the begining of the year 2006. Then, its webpage has been publicated more then 4 months before the first presentation of the smartphone of the company Apple, which needed 5 more months un- til it came to the market (see also the 5th row of the Original vs. In- spiration of the 7th of October 2011). • Hewlett-Packard: "The question now before us is what do we do with webOS software and do we come back to market with webOS [Mobile] devices," the new Chief Executive Officer of Hewlett-Pack- ard said in relation with the company's consideration to build a new tablet computer, and added that "it obviously will not be the same device but it will be version 2.0.". This is not surprising for us, espe- cially after we showed the Volkswagen Pad (VW Pad) in the intelli- Tablet Further steps of the 21st of August 2011, so guess why we explicitly added "© Today" at the end of our news message. Moreov- er, we do interpret the remark about a version 2.0 with nothing else than that the company has cast a covetous eye on our P@d 2.0 technology and design shown in the intelliTablet Further steps of the 5th and 8th of September 2011, because everybody in the field does know that we are right with our demand of copyright.
    The Pad Computer Alliance with its P@d Economy System is open for business, but definitely not for stealing.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Microsoft: That company has filed at least one patent that is de- scribing the possibility to draw 3D images by gestures. The patent is invalid, because the stationary version is already used in practice since years in all fields of multimedia and for all kinds of applications, inclusive digital arts, science, and research and development, while an essential part of the mobile version is already contained in the description of our MobileKinetic™ technology that says "The system can even be used to create stereoscopic 3D images [(includes by the word "even" all kinds of images)]", and in this way was taken il- legally by that company for writing its patent due to the infringment of our copyright. As the most important consequences this case proves that our descriptions given e.g. in the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics™ have been recognized and acknowledged as texts of pat- entable technologies by the industry on the one hand, which means again that we are right with our demand for copyright, and on the other hand that the whole patent in this case is invalid, because some elements are not inventions at all, and our copyright is super- seding essential elements as well (take a look also on the cases of the companies Apple and British Broadcasting Corporation below).
    Nix that psychic kleptomaniac William "Bill" Gates, but only C.S., as all the decades.
  • Apple: The corporation has filed at least one patent that copies the description of our MobileKinetic™ technology in general by calling it "Real Time Video Process Control Using Gestures" and suggesting as well that infrared, optical and other sensors would be used to detect the movements, which makes it doubtlessly a clear copyright infringement due to our description "Besides torque/inertial sensors for the motion tracking, the technology can also comprise a source of structured infrared light and an optical sensor, which captures the reflection of the continuously-projected infrared rays on bodies.". The patent also contains an illegal copy of the use case of the int- eraction of the mobile system with further devices, which is also contained in our description of our mobile version, our MobileKinetic™ by us, saying "The system can even [...] also interplay with other stereoscopic cameras, or/and haptic screens [(includes as well by the words "even" and "also" all kinds of devices, while the word "oth- er" corresponds explicitly to another 3D device named before in the description)]". Said this, on the one hand this case clearly proves that our descriptions given for example in the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics™ have been recognized and acknowledged by the industry as texts of patentable technologies, and on the other hand that the whole patent in this case is invalid, because our copyright is super- seding it (see also the case of the company Microsoft above, as well as the investigative cases of the media company British Broadcast- ing Corporation in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 15th of Oct- ober 2011 and of today below).
    Nix that psychic kleptomaniac Steve Jobs, but only C.S., as all the many decades.
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: As usual, that serious criminal media company has reported yesterday about a "patent race over touchless gesture-controls" and took again a desription of our orig- inal technology as the blueprint for the contents of the report. This time the report is about our MobileKinetic™ technology, about which that media company is without doubt aware of, as it could be seen with the quote of an analyst saying ""But it [(the mobile version, our MobileKinetic™ technology)] is still fairly large, and if you'd like to apply it to a smartphone, you'd need to compress the Kinect down into something the size of your thumb."", which in fact said in this way is a bold criminal lie and misleading of the public by the compa- ny of the analyst due to the dimensions of our MobileKinetic™ tech- nology. A further prove of the awarness by that criminal media com- pany about our MobileKinetic™ technology is the illegally made copy of the use case given by us in its description, which has been only reformulated as "One possible use would be for someone giving a presentation to draw a square in the air and then have it appear be- hind them on a screen or mid-air from a 3D projector.", and in this way proves even more clearer the usual copyright infringement by the broadcaster and for sure also by the analyst and the related company. The report also mentions the very well know possibility of drawing 3D images by gestures (see also the case of the company Microsoft above), and our mobile version as well as our use case of the interplay of a mobile device and other devices (see also the case of the company Apple above, as well as in relation with that criminal media company the second paragraph of its case in the In- vestigations::Multimedia of the 15th of October 2011).
    Besides this, its explanation "Securing patent rights allows the firms to claim ownership of the technologies." is not quite right, because a before publicated text or an image is even superseding the filing of a patent, as it is unmistakably described in the patent law. This means in practice to file a patent is not legal after another entity described or showed before an object or an actually realizable technology, be- cause in this state the patent doesn't describe something new, or better said, it is not about an innovation.

    Futhermore, we don't think that the patent system was invented, so that texts about and images of patentable objects and technologies already publicated by other entities are simply copied and filed as patents, especially if it is done only for stealing an ownership in this way, because the true owner might not have enough money to be able to fight at the courts. But this is not all, because such an act- ing is in fact an attempted fraud that has to be taken very seriously, full-blown prosecuted, cracked down, and punished with zero-toler- ance, because this serious criminal acting is even manipulating other fields, like the stock markets. Indeed, alone the latter point gives such a kind of fraud, as described above two times, the niveau of the Madoff case.
    We would also like to mention that our critics should think about the point how we should get informations about the content of two diff- erent patents by two of the largest U.S.American companies that were not made public before. The only logic explanation is that the processes run in the other direction, which means that they have stolen our intellectual properties for filing the patents, which as a matter of fact is in general a serious criminal acting that was tried to be camouflaged as well by media companies and analytical compa- nies, which seem to be payed for telling the untruth, and retainng true and important informations.
    Said this, in the context of gesture controls is no patent race at all.

    Due to the fact that companies, like e.g. Microsoft, Apple, Qual- comm and others, have no license for the use of our copyrighted website contents, we demand the media companies worldwide to report accordingly, as some of the larger ones already do but still without naming our company as it should be, if done correctly.
    Wegen dem Fakt, dass Unternehmen wie z. B. Microsoft, Apple, Qualcomm und andere nicht unseren urheberrechtlich geschützten Web-Auftrittinhalt lizensiert haben, fordern wir die Medienunterneh- men weltweit auf entsprechend zu berichten, wie es bereits einige der größeren machen aber immer noch ohne unser Unternehmen zu nennen, wie es bei korrekter Umsetzung sein sollte.

    Investigations::Car #337

  • Bayerische Motorenwerke: In a commercial we could see the slog- an "pure dynamik=pure dynamics", which is nothing else than an attempt to steal our Pure Theme.
    Furthermore, on a large automotive exhibition in the B.R.D. it praised one of its car that is based on stolen concepts and technologies of our models, most to mention our model B!™, as the "most progress- ive sports car", which obviously can't be true and in this way is a criminal marketing lie, as the reader is easily able to see.
  • Dunlop: With its "Fun & Drive" prize of a contest that company jumped on the bandwagon of our Fun Theme and the related mark- eting story, and is damaging our slogan "Fun to Drive™", as well as infringing our copyright.
  • Volvo: That only stealing manufacturer took illegaly our endea- vours in the field of rocket engines and launch systems by Style of Speed™, our suggestion of a third (electronic) eye in the section Human Enhancement and Cyborgs of the webpage Terms of the 21st of the website of our Hightech Operating System™ OntoLinux™, and much more as the blueprint for a commercial on television, which we see as a copyright infringement.
  • G-Power: That small company has massively stolen contents from our website of Style of Speed™. We quote from its website to docu- ment the crime: "[...] visions [...] [In the context it's indeed a copy- right infringement.]", "[...] complemented [...] [This is only one of the many speech act stealings we are documenting here.]", "[...] intellectual mobility - as guarantor for daily innovation [...] [At that stealing company are no innovations and in this way no intellectual properties to be found.]", "[...] deliberately [...] [speech act steal- ing]", ""Back to the future" [...] [In the context it is a copyright in- fringement, and the reader could see the reason why we call it a copyright infringement with the Pictures of the Day of the 29th of September 2007 on the OntomaX website.]", "[...] bigger circle [...] [And again, we have a speech act stealing.]", "[...] "finest" tuning [...] [Attention please, because we are already offering Fine Tun- ing™ in all fields of technology, which for sure is always the finest by nature.]", "[...] 333 [...] 505 [...] [Don't confuse it with the label of our model SOS 333 ST.]", "[...] strong [No, no, no: Strong™.]", "[...] enterprise cult- ure [...] [While the term enterprise is pointing to the Star Trek saga, see also for example the webpage of our hybrid air- ships on the Style of Speed™ website, the term culture is related to a speech act stealing due to our webpage Culture in this case.]", "[...] emotions; for fascination [...] [We think that this is more than a simple speech act stealing, because it is a stolen marketing story of the webpage of our Hightech Operating System™ OntoLinux™ and in this way also with the paragraph OntoLinux gives you Speed of the webpage of our spaceship concept TIE R/LightSwift by Style of Speed™.]", "[...] philosophie [...] [Besides that the term philosophy was meant, it is in the context again a clear copyright infringement, for sure.]", "[...] emotions and innovations [...] [In the context it is a copyright infringement. We also could heard in a report about a vehicle test on television the slogan "Emotion durch Innovation== Emotion by innovation", which even proves our claim again.]", "[...] pure hightech [...] [This is the clear jump on the bandwagons of our Pure Theme and Hightech Theme.]", "[The company] is never a copy of a fashion, [the company] is always the original. [Besides that we have with this statement again more than a speech act stealing, see for example the webpages of our models RE™ and Raptor Speedster, it is also a criminal marketing lie, as it is doubtlessly proved by this investigative case.]", "[...] driving fun [...] [This is also a copyright infringement due to the clear jump on the bandwagon of our Fun Theme.]", "[...] existance [...] as senseful improvement of the being [...] [This is a copyright infringement due to the stealing of contents of our Ontologics business unit. By the way: The term existence was meant.]", "[...] creative "brain-stormings" [...] [We can't see creati- vity at that absolutely usual company, but only the pure uncreative looting of intellectual properties owned by other entities.]", "[...] piece of jewelry [...] jeweler [...] master [If this is compared with our slogans "Jewel of Hightech™", "Masterpiece of Hightech™", and "Brilliant Innovation™", and with our trademark The Masterpiece™, then it could be easily seen why we call this a copyright infringe- ment as well.]", "[...] quality is precision [...] [Here we can see the overall copyright infringement by the jump on the Quality Theme and the Precision Theme as well as related trademarks and slogans of us.]", "[...] simply to have fun [...] [With this statement the copy- right infringement can be seen again and much better.]", "[...] driv- ing passion [...] [Here we have the jump on the bandwagon of our Passion Theme.]", "[...] environment is close to our heart [...] [Here our commitment to environmental friendly technologies and our Heart Theme was illegally copied as part of its copyright infringement.]", "[...] wish is our command [...]", "[...] fine-tuning [...] [No, no, no: Fine Tuning™!!!™ Go away.]", "[...] synthesis [...] [Compare this with our slogans "Synthesis of Passion and Style™" and "Synthesis of Passion and Power™", for example.]", "[...] thoroughbred racing technology combined with exceptional performance and fully road legal [...] [This was as well copied from the website of our business division Style of Speed™, as it can be easily seen with its first and strongly interlinked website sections Street Legal and Racing, but also with further webpages, like the one of our steering wheels.]", "[...] as if fired from a catapult [...] [Again, that was taken from the webpage of our spaceship concept TIE R™/LightSwift™ by Style of Speed™.]", "[...] significantly [...] [In this context it is a speech act stealing.]", "[...] goes far beyond [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] street-legal [...] [speech act stealing]", "Creating the ultimate [...] [The marketing story was stolen from the webpage of the model 911 V8 by Style of Speed™.]", "[...] masterpiece [...] [Besides that this points to a copyright infringement, we've here in fact an attempt to damage our slogans again, like e.g. "Masterpiece of Hightech™", as well as our trademark The Masterpiece™.]", "[...] (basically, radial compressors are turbo charger compressor units which are put into motion by the crankshaft via a belt driven transmission) [...] [What a nonsense, because the point with the belt is basically the differ- ence of both forced induction techniques, which leads to decisively different results and is also the reason why we have developed our Compound Forced Induction Architecture™. That statement could also be called a marketing lie and so the reader should finally have found out what the true nature of that company is.]", "[...] harm- oniously [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] revolution [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] fulfils the dream [...] [This is already more than a speech act stealing.]", "[...] Computational Fluid Dynamics Analyse (CFD-Analyse) [...] [Oh, how boring and usual that company truly is.]", "Sporty Drive [Don't confuse this with Sport-E™ Drive.]", "[...] absolute independently styled [...] [Besides the speech act stealing, the design of the front bumpers of some models were copied from a customizer from Swiss and other companies in this field.]", "[...] bal- anced look [...]", "[...] supercharger technology guarantees - in contrast to turbo engines – a perfect throttle response at any time [This is gone since a decade by applying different turbo techniques. Besides this, the supercharger runs all the time and is not really suit- ed for high-revving engines, as that company claims to offer. What a High-Ouch.]", "[...] equipment [...] [Besides the speech act stealing, it points as well to our slogan "Equipment is all™".]", "[...] high-per- formance [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] excellence [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] evidence [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] sup- erior quality [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] reflects [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] fundamental [...] [speech act stealing]", and so on.
    Additionally, we have found some more other details, like design el- ements e.g. the hood with Active Fan™ syst- em, titanium exhaust systems, aerodynamic programs, and exterior elements made comp- letely out of carbon fiber.
    Btw.: The fastest street legal limousine with four doors worldwide is our Panamera BB, and this will hold for the two-door model as well. Have the responsible persons at that company really thought they get this title? How ridiculous is that?

    In this conjunction we would like to mention that we don't know why a not so competent female test driver has claimed while testing one of a vehicle by that company that torque is a foudational innovation, which is a total nonsense and even becomes more funny by the fact that that stealing company says "high-revving engine" on the web- page of the tested model. We also do not know why she thinks that it is allowed to steal our website contents for her test reports, in general. Maybe she has inhaled too much of fumes and flammable solvents.

    *** Fine tuning™ mode ***
    Bertelesmann→N-TV: That serious criminal media company has again broadcasted on its news channel a report about future drivetrains, especially the biofuel based, hybrid, Pure Electric™, as well as fuel cell based concepts and technologies. Despite that the report took our website contents as its blueprint, like e.g. of the website of Ontonics™ and Style of Speed™, which makes it a clear case of a copyright infringement, mostly those entities were named that we have doubtlessly convicted of being highly criminal, like research in- stitutes and universities, e.g. the Technical University Aachen once again and the University Darmstadt, and companies, most to mention the only stealing company Evonik, as usual, and the usual fraudsters and fake companies in the field of electric vehicles that are in many cases founded by the only stealing larger and industrial companies to mislead the public only. Besides, that the term "natürliche Treibstoffe der zweiten Generation==natural fuel of the second generation" was said, which clearly proves the copyright infringement a further time due to the fact that we have especially created on our own the term Natural Energy 2.0™ for these kinds of biofuels, and in relation to our project Fungi Energy™ a plant was presented that has also highly oil-saturated parts, the report was as well about lightweigth construction, electric sports cars and its relation to racing, natural materials, and the mix of these technologies to a coherent overall system, as we showed it first as the true pioneers. At the end the fairy tale was again presented that there is no single technology that could be seen as the solution, which is a lie, because with our Looped Fuel Cell™ solution and its further developments, as well as our Jelly Air Battery™ and Jelly Fuel Cell™ for example we have clearly developed exactly these silver bullets, as it could be seen in parts on one of the largest automotive exhibition some weeks ago. Also terms like "vision", "Kreislauf==cycle" and so on were intentionally said by the interviewed persons to copy our business divisions, especially Style of Speed.
    Btw.: Not naming us is already a clear sign of total incompetence in all fields.

    Investigations::Aviation and Space

  • Reuters: For a report our trademark Space Taxi™ was used without referencing us. Furthermore, a capsule without an own powertrain by a U.S.American aerospace company was intentionally named a spaceship, "the end of NASA's space shuttle program" was claimed, which in fact is not true, as it can be seen with our spaceship XSS-3™/BigStar™ about which that media company is doubtlessly aware of, as it can be seen a further time with the phrase "at the former space shuttle processing hangar where the new venture will be based" that points to our Space Shuttle Mark 3 based on the X-33/VentureStar, and the term commercial passenger spaceships was named in general, all with the goal to play down our achievements. Besides this, our 3 Theme was tried as well by listing three other companies that we all have investigated, and could in this way bust or convict of being highly criminal (see for example the Investigations::Aviation and Space of the 15th of September 2011, our Clarifications of the 8th of July 2011 and 12th of July 2011, as well as the Clarification and the whole Investigations::Aviation and Space of the 12th of July 2011).
