  • Tata→Jaguar: That company has massively stolen contents, con- cepts and technologies from our business division Style of Speed™ for building and presenting a concept car that was announced by us on the 22.02.2008. Besides that the general concept and its tech- nology was stolen from us, are to mention as most prominent evid- ences for this case of a serious crime the "four electric motors" with "torque-vectored all-wheel drive", that without doubt is nothing else than our stolen Active Differential #2 - The SuperArchitecture so that we have here a clear proof of copyright infringement, and two micro gas turbines/twin gasoline turbine generators as range extend- er, which as well can be found on our Style of Speed™ website like for example on the wepages of the models C-Tron™ and HE™. The related press release and presentation diagrams quotes are the foll- owing ones: "[...] the company is still leading the field in automotive design and technology [...] [This statemente is a criminal lie.     At first, everybody can see that indeed our intellectual properties have been stolen by applying a vast amount of criminal energy. Also, the front of the concept car by that only stealing company has de- sign affinities with models by the marque Proton→Lotus Group and the rear reminds us of the concept car GT Concept by the marque Citroën. And last but not least we have a little question about the technology: What happens with the aerodynamics of the car if the turbines aren't running in the Purely Electric™ driving mode at high speeds? It will simply break down! Oh, how stupid!

    How long should the community tolerate this charade by the compa- ny Tata?

    Btw.: After the german manufacturers and suppliers Volkswagen with Robert Bosch, Daimler, Bayerische Motorenwerke, Siemens and Schaeffler (Continental), as well as Proton→Group Lotus and now Tata→Jaguar under the aegis of the British government sponsored Technology Strategy Board (TSB) have all stolen the content of the webpage Active Differential™ it should be absolutely clear once again, that we, the Christian Stroetmann GmbH, are the true invent- or of these Hybrid and Pure Electric Torque Vectoring™™ drivetrains and own the copyright of the descriptions of these kind of technolo- gies. Interestingly with this constellation is, that the german corpor- ations together with more than two federal ministries are witnesses. So, serious offers for our copyright, which is fully valid and comp- rises all translations into other languages as well, are still welcome. In this conjunction we would like to remind of the national market- ing by the U.S.A. with the Wright Brothers.

    The presented SUV has a roof spoiler designed like the one of the model Cayenne by the marque Volkswagen→Porsche and an under- body protection panel at the rear which looks being copyied from the manufacturer Ford. Besides this, we got the impression by the many repetitions of the same words and contents all through the press release that indeed the responsible persons must have got a strong and significant hit against their heads by a high-performance turbo- charged and stylish hammer with a very broad torque curve.
  • Proton→Group Lotus: That only stealing company looted some of our models as well as of the marque Fiat→Ferrari and Volkswagen→ Audi, and also design studies that are related to the marque Volks- wagen→Audi→Lamborghini for several studies of potentially upcom- ing models. We make some comments about some of the presented models in more detail:
    With the City Car Concept the general, technical and design concept of our electric City Car Speeders™ was stolen under nearly the same name City Car Concept, which is at least an infringement of our co- pyright and a lying to the public.
    The design of the concept of a new version of its old model Elan is a combination of design elements that were taken from other persons and companies: The design of the bonnet is stolen from the model Enzo by the manufacturer Fiat→Ferrari, the design of the side re- minds us of the model 458 Italia that is as well by Ferrari, some few design lines were taken from design models that we have shown on the webpage of our model D!™ (Shamen design thesis and Pininfarina Enzo study) plus the reversed drop line from the rear fender to the front fender that was also shown with the sketch D!™ 2007/2008. Moreover, the design of the taillights seems also to be taken from the Pininfarina Enzo study shown on the D!™ webpage and the Volkswagen→Audi clone e-tron spyder, while the interior, especially the dashboard and the steering wheel as well as the seats, were stolen from the models R8 and A5 RS and the e-tron clones by Audi.
    The next analyzed model is the Elise: The general design of the front half was taken from the design study by Larson of our 2010 model of our RE™ - The Original™ in the EvoX Exterior Theme™ with the de- signs of the bonnet like the model Panamera by the marque Porsche and the air intake of a conversion of the model Panamera by a ger- man tuner. The rear section above the diffusor was stolen as well from a Panamera conversion by a Swiss tuner and the design of the taillights reminds us of a design study of a model for the marque Volkswagen→Audi→Lamborghini.
    The Elite model seems to be only a clone of coupés by the marque Toyota→Lexus with a bonnet and grille of a design study of a future model Miura for the marque Vokswagen→Audi→Lamborghini. The quotes out of the related press release are as follows: "[...] redefine "modern classic" [...]", "[...] superb taste in design, style [...]", "[...] ground-breaking new [model ...]", "[...] latest technological innovat- ions [...] [The related technologies are no innovations.]", "[...] per- fect contradictions [...] [This sounds somehow familiar.]", "[...] breathtakingly beautiful [...]", "[...] exceptionally proud [...] [For what? For that 5 or more years old car or for only resembling other cars?]", "[...] styling [...]" and "[...] Hybrid gearbox with integrated electric motors and KERS [Kinetic Energy Recovery Systems ...]".
    We go further with the shown new version of the old model Esprit: Here we can see as well the design of the bonnet of the model Enzo and the design of the side of the model 458 Italia, both by the ma- nufacturer Fiat→Ferrari. The design of the rear was taken from the design of the front of a concept car by the manufacturer Honda. The diffusor and the exhaust pipe were stolen from the concept car WTCC Ultra by the marque General Motors→Chevrolet with flatter outer edges of the diffusor and additional little guide plates taken from the diffusor of the model 599XX by Fiat→Ferrari. Both diffusors and the exhaust pipe were shown on the webpages of our (and not by the collaboration of the factory and an Italian company) first two GT race car versions that are based on the model Panamera by the marque Volkswagen→Porsche, our Pan RSR™ and Panamera BB. The general design of the interior follows as well the design by the mar- que Volkswagen→Audi.
    A new model by the marque is the so called Eterne: It looks like a sporty four door four seater as it is manufactured by a small British company. The drop line that goes over the headlight to the rear wheel of the model Ibiza by the marque Volkswagen→Seat was tak- en as the reversed drop line from the front wheel over the rear wheel and the taillights. The rest seems to be standard technology.
    We don't expect that all models will be realized, because of the much too low capital basis of that company to build up needed pro- duction plants, the cloned designs and technologies from the main partner, the manufacturer Toyota, and the nature of this market- ing hoax.

    How long should the community tolerate this charade by the company Proton?

  • Peugeot: We do quote out of press release which gives informat- ions about a concept car with Pure electric™ drivetrain that follows the concepts of our models Just 4 :)™ (Just For Fun™), the donor concept trike GX3 by the company Volkswagen for the Just 4 :)™ interior and Ettore™ Cabriolet: "[...] 100% electric [...] [So it funct- ions without saying Pure Electric™ as well. Another alternative is to use the term all-electric.]", "[...] two-seater roadster with a futur- istic styling and an original architecture [...] [This looks like a copy- right infringement.]", "[...] two electric motors [...] and four-wheel drive [...]", "[...] powerful spirit [...] ["Spirit of Power™"]", "[...] engineers and stylists [...] ["Consistent Style and Engineering™"]", "The original architecture [...] [Guess why we said: The Original™.]", "[...] historical expertise in the field of electric vehicles [...] [So please explain us why that bold manufacturer has the need then to steal so much technology in the field of electric vehicles from us?     The basic headlights and wind deflector were stolen from the model Ettore™ Cabriolet designed by John Mark Vicente. And its world re- cords can already be thrown away, today.
  • Volvo: First of all, it has now presented a technology that is simil- ar to our AeroAccu™/AeroBatterie™ solution. Furthermore, the assi- stance and accident avoidance system called Active Safety Syst- ems, that was claimed to be functioning last year, failed again in a test. After the words of the responsible manager the three collisions were the dummy's fault. We don't think so. In fact, that company is criminal by claiming for competences in the public that it does not have (see also the Investigations::Car #272 of the 13th of July 2010).

But more important is the question: How long should the community tolerate this charade by the company Daimler?

  • Exagon Motors and Siemens: That bold french company and again that criminal company Siemens thought that they could simply loot the content of our website by Style of Speed and as well as the features of some of our models, some models of the marques Volks- wagen→Porsche, →Audi and →Lamborghini, and some models of oth- er manufacturers. We don't know exactly who else might be acting behind the curtains, but such a small company is not able to build a prototyp car in such a high quality without the help of a very large industrial company and stealing external properties. But what we do know is that once again that often convicted company Siemens is delivering the electric motors and development tools like in the case of a tuner from south germany (see the case of the joint venture by the companies Ruf and Siemens in the Investigations::Car #84 of the 4th of March 2009, #150 of the 3rd of September 2009, #186 of the 2nd of November 2009 and #212 of the 29th of December 2009). So we have to wait and follow this case to find out if that company Siemens, the marque Audi or both together have made again a crim- inal marketing hoax. In the related press release we found the foll- owing terms, phrases and statements: "[...] electrifying idea [...] [compare with Electrifying Fun™ and The Electrifyer™]", "[...] pro- mises [...] ["We keep Promises™"]", "There is no cheating in racing, it never lies.     The underbody and the sills with the air inlet in front of the rear wheels are exact copies of the ones shown with the design study by Larson of our 2010 model of our RE™ - The Original™ in the KITT™ Knight Rider Theme with the little exception that in front of the rear wheels the design of the lowest part was taken from the other study by Larson in the Evo X version. Also, the crease above the rear wheel points to the K.I.T.T.™ Knight Rider version, while the double-bubble roof was taken from the model 911 Sport Classic and the air outlet behind the front wheel points to the model Panamera, both by the marque Volkswagen→Porsche, the bonnet and trunk lid as well as head- and taillights looks familiar as well. The overall design of the interior reminds us of interiors by the marque Audi and Lambor- ghini, especially the seats and center console. The the air outlets of the heater and air conditioner are from the model TT by the marque Audi and the seven switches in the center console point directly to the model Gallardo by the marque Lamborghini. And at the end we have here as well a technical question: The performance figures, which "are for information purposes only" and "have no contractual value", give us an acceleration of "0-100 km/h [62 mph] : 3.5 sec" and a "Vmax 287 km/h [178 mph]". Are these data really plausible for a car that has a weight of "1,600[]kg" and an engine power of "340 hp"?

    Pod and Swoop Racing League Further steps #10
    Our beloved, and Pod and Swoop Racing loving readers may have asked themself where the U.S.American Radio Flyer Team is. Indeed, we had the same question in mind but were sure that this legendary team is cooking something. And then we found the first images of its prototyp which proves our assumption was right and gives now the answer to our readers and all the fans of this astonishing sport of style and speed. As we can cleary see the Radio Flyer Factory Pod Racing Team has already finished the design and prototyping phases of its pod with the result that the classic design with its superior structural rigidness was chosen, as we all haven't expected other- wise. Also, the two prototyp pods are painted in the light and dark Radio Flyer Racing Red and one version of them additionally features little wings at its rear for enhancing even further the already unpa- ralleled aerodynamic performance by this pod design. Furthermore, we heard behind the curtain that the handlebars as shown in the images will be replaced by a more appropriated pod tongue. These all give us the convidence that the traction engines will be made as well in such a high quality, which will give all competitors something hard to think.

  • Apple: In a commercial shown in the german television an astrono- mical application was shown (see also the sections Astronomy on the webpage Links to Software and Physics on the webpage Links to Organization of the OntoLinux™ website), which is based on our Glassy™ and by this on our Ontoscope™ technologies. The descript- ion of the general function was given before by us on our websites and was later stolen and included in a concept about the future of computing by the company Microsoft. Later, we listed our innovative technology in conjunction with tablet computers in the annoucement of our intelliTablet (iTablet)™ on the 6th of January 2010. This was once again a clear infringement of our copyright by that only steal- ing company.
    In an other advertising for a smartphone the slogan "Wir lieben das [smartphone]==We love the [smartphone]" was used.
  • Microsoft: In a marketing campaign for a new version of an old operating system the slogan "The real one [...]" was used which is nothing else than a copy of our often used statement "The Real #1™". Also, for the same campaign smartphone mockups were build with Lego® bricks.
    The other issue is the announcement of a tablet computer in the slate style.
  • Samsung: Some weeks ago, that company presented a tablet computer in the slate style with the now typical clone design. Besides this, a smartphone was named Transform. How cheap, as usual.
  • Research in Motion: That only stealing company presented a tablet computer in the slate style. For the marketing campaign our Glassy™ technology was stolen and shown, like nearly every other company in this market did before.

    It can't be anymore that the large IT-companies are totally running wild and show a behaviour that has elements of anarchy. Also, the courts should not show considerations for complaints about patent infringements as long as the IT-industry is not willing to respect the copyrights of others.

  • Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland→Westdeutscher Rundfunk: One of the so called third programms of the working pool of the broadcast- ing corporations, the Westdeutscher Rundfunk==West german Broadcasting Corporation, asked today in its breakfast television show the question where the heavy momentum for electric vehicles suddenly came from. This is another example of its nasty and also criminal actings: On one hand the working group is knowing very well our company, because it is following and also stealing the contents of our websites since more than 9 years for its reports and broad- casts that are related with science and technology, as we have proved already several times, and on the other hand it claims of not knowing our company and its products, services and groundlaying breakthrough achievements, especially in the field of electric mobility in conjunction with this case. In this respect it is also no surprise that it was said that there isn't exisitng an easy answer to the que- stion about the future of mobility, despite that our many solutions based on our Active Fuel Cell™ technology combine the best of all worlds and in this way are such a magic bullets. We see such a discussion as the usual blablabla.
    We also heard now through a fog of informations that someone has prohibited to name our company and C.S. in the media.
  • Volkswagen→Skoda: The marque presented some days ago a compact and mid-size vehicle with Purely Electric™ drivetrain of its so called Green E Line. A quick look on our Discalimer webpage should easily give every reader the answer to the question what inspired the company to choose this label.   • Spiegel-Verlag Rudolf Augstein→Spiegelnet→Spiegel Online: We don't know why that criminal media company is still reporting about that only stealing and messing the societies company Google and even calling its founders philanthropists.   • German Government→Federal Ministry of Education and Research: At first a so called Cluster of Excellence was sponsored and founded for stealing our Ontologic System (OS) and Hightech Operating Syst- em™ (HOS) OntoLinux™ (see the case of the Technical University Munich, Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, University of the Bun- deswehr Munich, Max-Planck Institute of Neurobiology and German Center of Aerospace, and also of the Technical University München in the Investigations::AI and Knowledge management, and Robotics of the 24th of September 2010). Then the managing institute of that cluster took the stolen concepts, architecture and technologies that are related with artificial intelligence and cognitive computing of our OS and HOS OntoLinux™ and included it into the software compon- ent repository of another project that is attempting to steal the op- erating system related part of our OS and HOS OntoLinux™ (see the cases Willow Garage, Stanford University and supporters, as well as again the Technical University München in the Investigations::AI and Knowledge management, and Robotics of the 24th of September 2010). And now we see that suddenly an application of our OS and HOS OntoLinux™ in the automotive field seems to be stolen by the same university that belongs to the before mentioned group that also attempted to steal the operating system part of our OS and HOS OntoLinux™ (see the case Google and Standford University below)
  • Technical University Braunschweig and Niedersächsisches For- schungszentrum Fahrzeugtechnik: That university and the research center, which is a highly suspicious cooperation of the Technical University Braunschweig, the Technical University Clausthal, the University Hannover, the Braunschweig University of Art, the Uni- versity of Applied Sciences Braunschweig/Wolfenbüttel, the regist- ered association German Center of Aerospace (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt e. V.) and the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, and is financially supported by the state Lower Saxony and the manu- facturer Volkswagen, claimed that they are conducting the world- wide only research project which for the first time a vehicle entirely autonomously attend the public traffic (see also the Investigations ::Car #167 of the 1st of October 2009).
    Btw.: Why a university of art is a member of the research center should be alone enough to prove which intellectual properties of which corporation have been and should be stolen. And the other members are as well best known by our readers who have followed our investigations. This case also proves once again that the federal ministry of education and research has knowingly planned the polit- ical and finacial support of research institutes and companies for stealing methodically or intellectual properties and to attack mass- ively the law and order of the B.R.D.. As such it has to be cate- gorized as some kind of terrorism and a putsch attempt.
  • Google and Stanford University: It was reported that that compa- ny is developing since around 1 year an intelligent self-driving car that can autonomously attend the public traffic and is "hoped to can eventually help reduce road traffic and cut the number of accidents" (compare with the case of the Investigations::Car #167 of the 1st of October 2009 as well as the Investigations::Robotics and Multi- media of the 10th of August 2010). First of all, it's the old techno- logy of the Stanley project by that university and, surprise, surprise, the manufacturer Volkswagen for the driverless car competition in conjunction with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Grand Challange of the year 2005 and is now sponsored this related research project by that only stealing company. What that company Google is doing is just the usual acting: Stealing contents, concepts and technologies from others for marketing these stolen goods under its label.
    Also important to mention in this conjunction is, that the university is one of the maintainer of an operating system which is designed for robotic applications but in the end looks in many details only like our Ontologic System (OS) and Hightech Operating System™ (HOS) On- toLinux™ (see the case of Willow Garage, Stanford University and supporters in the Investigations::AI and Knowledge management, and Robotics of the 24th of September 2010).
    Btw.: That bold company has claimed to make the world better, for example the Meyer has said that Google will develop a hospital information system, but the only results so far are that the World Wide Web has not gained quality, the copyright system for website contents, books, music and videos was massively damaged, the privacy has been attacked massively as well, the image "Pattern #0001 Coloured" by C.S. was copied for the company's favicon and other projects that are related with our actings are supported with the goal to market them under its mark and to mess around in the market.
  • Volkswagen: The marque Volkswagen→Bentley has already integr- ated technologies by the company Google like its maps into the na- vigation subsystem of the on-board computer. For us this and the other investigative cases above are a further clear evidence that the company Volkswagen wants to steal by this way as well, as some kind of a double strategy, our OS and HOS OntoLinux™.

  • British Broadcasting Corporation: After all, we have now the prove that indeed nearly every day a report is publicated on its website that has at least one relation to the contents of our websites. The first time our attention was catched was in conjunction with its automotive broadcast that suspiciously often reported about themes that were very familiar to us. The next evidence we found is given by the fact that the website of its automotive broadcast is one of the two busted automotive magazines that we have mentioned but not named in the case of the company Shelby Supercars of the In- vestigations::Car #283 of the 6th of September 2010).
    Today we have found a report about how the leopard got its spots, which is on one hand related with the short story #4 "How the leo- pard got his spots" of the collection "Just So Stories" by Rudyard Kipling, but on the other hand also with the "Sketch #0006" by C.S., which is as well related with the work by James D. Murray "How the leopard gets his spots" publicated in the year 1988, but was made in the year 1997 after his publication (see also the other Originals of the 22nd of September 2009). Further related considerations by C.S. led to the areas of interest "How the wood gets its grain", "How the termite nest gets its architecture" and "How the brain gets its sha- pe (eventually by starting with a Fibonacci sequence as the Nautilus seashell spiral and other seashells)".     That solution is the typical pure nonsense produced by that german national research institute by blowing not existing tax-money into the air and as we have seen it so many times in the last decade. In detail, to use that frame which is only the B-pillar it must be integr- ated into the rest of the chassis and passenger cabin, and exactly at these interfaces all advantages will be lost again. It's also non- sense, because true intelligent persons and companies are manu- facturing such a passenger cabin since more than 15 years in an even more optimized way (see for example the passengers cabin of the model Enzo by the marque Fiat→Ferrari, which we use as a basis for all models of the 333 ST and B!™ series in further optimized vers- ions) or in the recent years in one piece. Furthermore, the concept to use ribs and frames maybe is advantageous in the construction of vessels and planes, but for automobiles it is not needed.

    Besides this, we don't know and can't find any legal reason why that criminal institute is acting in the fields of transport and traffic, but also in the field of Artificial Life (AL) (see the case of the Govern- ment of the B.R.D. in the Investigations of the 11th of June 2010).

  • Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt: At first they laughed about the concept and the U.S.American companies which develop- ed the powered lift aircraft with tiltrotors, the Bell-Boeing V22 Osprey. Than we heard only stupid arguments against the concept, like that it is unsafe, very critical to fly, and so on. And now these bold and also serious criminals are copying the civil derivation of the Bell-Boeing V22 Osprey with four instead of three rotor blades as one of the very few differencies to the original, and are claiming that its copy would be the worlds first tiltrotor aircraft for civil use, while the already existing civilian aircraft would be only used for the transport of business persons. This is another serious criminal act due to the fact the center and its partners are once again mislead- ing with this lie the tax paying public, because the headline of the webpage of the original aircraft says "The world's first civilian tilt- rotor" since around 6 years. Besides this, the original aircraft is al- ready in the finally testing and certification phase. And it is also wrongly said that the original aircraft has only six seats, which is once again an actively made lie, because the copied aircraft has a "seating [for] up to nine passengers", as it is described since the year 2004 on its website. The following quotes were taken out of a related press release of the European research project: "Taking off from the centre of one town and landing in another without passing through large airports – with tiltrotor aircraft, this is no longer just a dream.", "[...] fly directly from one city centre to another [...]", "[...] it employs tiltable engines at the ends of its flight surfaces [...] [And why not engines which are positioned somewhere else?     The most important part of vehicles with hybrid or Pure Electric™ drivetrains is not the technology of the batteries, but the technolo- gy of storing power. Also, there exists no infrastructure for the elec- tric mobility movement: You need power plants and very thick wires for the transport of the generated electric power. Imagine as well, the accumulators, which have to be applied, need 400 volts with the related amperes for fast recharging. How should this function with some millions of electric vehicles? Would this all be indeed no prob- lem today and in the next two or three decades? But more important to clarify is that suitable accumulators based on the classical tech- nology are much too expensive and every nation that attempts to support this technology by subventions could be wrecked down fin- ancially by this step. The concept to change accumul- ators at related stations works as well, but for this to be realized all manufacturers would have to standardize the battery/batteries, an acceptance problem has to be solved due to the fact that an owner of an hybrid or electric vehicle wants to own the battery as well and don't want to get maybe uncared batteries in his car (we have this problem already with the protable gas bottles in another situation), and there exists the cost barrier of the accumulators.
    Our technologies like the silver bullet Looped Fuel Cell are the right ways to go.

    Investigations

  • ARD, ZDF and France Télévisions→ARTE: In a broadcast with the theme how the world is eating one report was about ketchup and the reduction of sugar contained in it. For sure, our SteviaKetchup was not named, but instead it was claimed that sugar could not be substituted by any other sweetener without losing the typical taste of ketchup and also an attempt by a corporation presented that was said to have successfully reduced the portion of sugar. We would like to clarify in this conjunction the following facts: Firstly, there are existing thousands of different ketchups and each of them has its own flavor. So the claim by the report about a company and by the company itself that it has reduced successfully the portion of sugar without changing the taste must be seen with only one special ket- chup. Secondly, no proof was made at all for the assumption that all other ways to use a different ingredient than sugar, like we go with our SteviaKetchup to fully substitute sugar, must fail. Thirdly, it was not said that the substitution of sugar by another sweetener could eventually yield a ketchup that even tastes better than the same ketchup with sugar.

  • Government of the B.R.D.→Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology: We are investigating that highly suspicious behaviour, or should we directly say serious criminal acting, of the federal minister of economics and technology, Rainer Brüderle from the political party Freie Demokratische Partei==Free Democratic Party (FDP), in the case of the companies DBM Energy (see below) and lekker Energie.
  • DBM Energy: Just right from the first announcement about a new accumulator technology by that highly suspicious company we di- rectly knew: It sucks! In addition, the question came to mind very quickly: Where comes the necessary funds from? And so it was no surprise at all that for months its website gave only some very few informations and sometimes is unreachable, and that we found in presse releases stolen contents of our websites, especially by Style of Speed™. All these facts are clear evidences for a typical de- frauding company. A closer look on the as new labeled accumulator technology showed that that company's basic technology is based on the Lithium-Metal-Polymer (LMP) approach which since some decades is very well known and doesn't come from Berlin, B.R.D., as the federal ministry of economics and technology wrongly claimed knowingly even in opposition to one of the company's owner. That company also claimed that its technology is safe, but a report of an online magazine that is based on the mission reports by the police and the fire brigade about an accident while testing its technology in June 2010 proved our point of view. Especially interesting besides the information about the uncontrolled chemical reaction, which was claimed before by that company to be not possible at all with its ba- ttery technology, were the reactions by the company: On the day of the accident it was refusing for several hours to give the fire brig- ade urgently needed data about the applied chemicals due to the danger of explosion. And later it was sending to the publishing web- site owner an e-mail with the content "über Regierungsvertreter sind wir darauf [auf den Report] aufmerksam geworden==we have been warned on it [on the report] by government representatives", which raises the question who belongs to that group of government repre- sentatives. Furthermore, a comparable accumulator technology is offered by a company in the United Kingdom since more than six years as a replacement for the accumulator of a full hybrid electric mid-size car developed and proudced by a large Japanese manu- facturer.
    Even the whole concept of converting a small car like the Volkswa- gen→Audi A2 with a Purely Electric™ drivetrain, which as the general concept was stolen from us (see our Style of Speed Announcement of the 8th of January 2009 and the Style of Speed Further steps of the 4th of February 2009, as well as the case of Volkswagen→Audi in the Investigations::Car #95 of the 6th of April 2009), with such a lithium-metal-polymer accumulator that even is combined with a supercapacitor (see also our technology of the AeroAccu™/Aero- Batterie™) was already shown by an automotive design company in collaboration with an investment and industrial holding group two years ago. Besides this, it was claimed by that company as well as the ministry of economics and technology that a vehicle was driven 605 kilometers/375.94 miles in 7 hours with an average speed of ca. 130 km/h/80.8 MPH, but in fact it could be only 86.4 km/h/53.7 MPH if the rules of classical mathematics are applied. The last point to mention is that a battery with 115 kWh, as used in the said vehicle, would actually cost 115,000 Euro and maybe in three years the half (around 57,500 Euro), which means that such kinds of vehicles are not marketable. Actually, we haven't calculated what our much sup- erior Opened-loop Fuel Cell™ technology would cost today, but it will be much less, by far.
    Btw.: Firstly, it is told the story that the company was founded by two persons around 5 years ago, which means that one founder was at that time 22 years old. But the field of activity and the technolo- gy by that company in the first years was far too special and too exotic so that we don't buy that fairy tale/lie. It all looks once again as if some criminal elements attempt to damage the ingeniousness by C.S., like that finally gone fraudster with his copy of our Pad Computer™. Secondly, since some years we don't believe anymore companies which have an office in a metropolis.
  • Siemens and Evonik & Daimler→Li-Tec: The company and the joint venture are cooperation partners.

    "A computer with internet connection is not a broadcast receiving unit."
    At first came the computer which was not built to listen radio or watch television. Then came the internet and the WWW, followed by the internet radio, and after this the public-sector broadcasters with their services. And we go even further in conjunction with our co- mment: To listen or watch the program of a privately financed inter- net broadcaster which transmits legal contents has nothing to do with a charge like it is taken wrongly in the B.R.D..

    Also funny, in this case a court applied an existing rule, the definit- ion of a broadcast receiving unit, to a case that is related with the internet, but in the case of copyrights it was not done this way, example given the using of scaled reproductions of copyrighted images in internet search engines.

    On the 22nd of this month we announced to add the project of the 21st Century Passport to our Innovation-Pipeline. Playing around with the general concept of an USB flash drive with integrated biometric functionalities directly resulted in two more projects so that we created today the new subsection Smart Stick with the related projects:

  • Luxotica→Ray-Ban: Like the label Nike→Converse (see the Invest- igations of the 15th of April 2010) the label jumped on the bandwag- on of the revived Pop Art Theme by C.S. as well with the so called "Colorized" advertisement campaign that shows Andy Warhole styled images printed on its posters. The creative director definitely is not so creative as it is claimed.
  • Unknown: Some weeks ago, a very slightly modified copy of C.S.' "Jolly Kitty" printed on the front of a bag has arrived in the area of Duisburg and Moers (see also the Investigations of the 28th of August 2009 as well as the Clarification of the 14th of November 2009).

  • Tesla Motors: The only fascinating fact in conjunction with that company is how many investors were so stupid to invest so much money. Is it really so difficult to see that that company is just only one of the largest marketing hoaxes ever? Every round of that flop does the following three steps: 1. Invest some money. 2. Make marketing while showing a low level product and calling it hightech- nology. 3. Use the story and the fairy tale about the faked success created by the done marketing so far as the marketing for raising new capital, which is drastically higher than before. Then start a new round with step 1. The investors, like for example the manu- facturers Daimler, Toyota and Honda, and the media must be nuts if they invest in and report about that nonsense. It is just the same snowball system again on the financial market that led to the last crisis, but this time done with ungrounded industrial corporations in- stead of private credits and homes. In fact, there is existing nothing than a cheap version of a sports car by a British marque and an el- ectric motor with a related transmission, which is powered by a heap of notebook batteries. And its intellectual properties are worth noth- ing, because the applied kinds of technologies are applied as well in the field of remote controlled model race cars since more than two decades. Furthermore, these main components are just only assem- bled in its plant which resulted after several years in around 1000 units which were sold worldwide, and that should make that compa- ny worth 500,000,000 million USD or more without creating a true profit in the past and without a prospect of creating a true profit in the future by selling its products? If we are nice, then we estimate that its actual worth is between 2 to 5 millions USD due to its co- mmercial real estate. And if we estimate the worth of Style of Speed after this logic we get a value between 8 to 12 billions USD or even more.
  • Bertelsmann→N-TV: We don't know what makes it so interesting to report nonsense all the time, example given like praising that company Tesla Motors.
  • Michelin: The company used the slogan "Wir bringen sie weiter== We bring you further" for its marketing. Without doubt the slogan was derived from our slogans "Wir gehen weiter™" and "We go further™".
  • Fiat: In a commercial the terms "Revolution Air", which points somehow to our trademarks that begin with "Revolutionary" and "Air", and "mehr Spaß==more fun" were used. Both taken together seems to be related with our trademarks Air Fun™ and Air Big Fun™. Besides this, a victory sign was shown like we did before in the logo Yellow Angle by Style of Speed™.
  • Spyker→Saab: The marque used in its last advertisements the slogan "Move your Mind". We don't know what the relation between the slogan and automobiles is, but we do know that it is related with the section Extended Identity of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century of the OntoLinux™ website.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Microsoft: Some years ago, that criminal and only stealing com- pany developed a software library for the programming of 3D app- lications that does not feature the geometric type of point, but instead substitutes a point with a small triangle. It should be very easy by the reader that this step must have something in common with the logo by Ontologics®.
  • Namco Bandai→Bandai: We have a very clear evidence that spied informations about our invention of a human-like tamagotchi were given to that company.
  • Nintendo: In a commercial for a special edition of its game console that company jumped on the bandwagons of the 3 Theme by adding "3 Spiele==3 games" to the package of the special edition and the Fun Theme by using the slogan "und jeder Menge Spaß==and much of fun" (compare with the cases of the company Keppler & Fremer in the Investigations of the 24th of October 2009, the corporation McDonald's in the Investigations of the 14th of November 2009, the company Unitymedia in the Investigations of the 5th of January 2010 and the company Groupe Bel in the Investigations of the 27th of February 2010).
  • Vodafon: For a commercial that bold company used our Comment of the Day of the 15th of October 2009 in the short form "I'm here" (see also the Investigations::Multimedia of the 11th of July 2009 and 26th of May 2010). Go away!!!™
