Investigations::Car #241

  • Hennessey Performance Engineering: No it's not a 1st of April joke: That bold company belongs to the class of defrauding companies like Proton, 9ff and Gumpert, and after we saw the first sketches of its new sports car it was totally sure for us, that it will steal contents, concepts and technologies from Style of Speed™. We do quote so that the reader can see it easily, as well: "[...] retractable rear wing [...] [What we see isn't retractable, but stolen from the Volkswagen →Bugatti Veyron.]", "[...] low frontal area [...] [Compared to the 962 ST by Style of Speed™ it definitely isn't low.]", "[...] high-tech, lightweight [...]", "[...] American-built P51 Mustang fighter aircraft [...] [Take a look at the background of the image of the Exterior Theme™ Aviator X10 by Ford for its model Mustang and our Electric Muscle Car™ (EMC) E-Mustang.]", "[...] less weight means more performance [...] [Tock, tock, tock. Anybody home?]", "[...] carbon fiber bodywork [...] [like the 962 ST and a special version of the 9!™ by Style of Speed™]", "[...] 725 bhp. The company will also be off- ering 1000 bhp and 1200 bhp twin turbo [...] engine variants [...] [This sounds again like if the content was taken from the webpage of the 962 ST.]", "[...] programmable traction control system [...] [This points into the direction of our Active Trac™ system, which is also an option of the 962 ST.]", "[...] CFD (computational fluid dy- namic) [...] [This is also copied contents of the webpage of our 962 ST.]", "[...] active aero system with adjustable rear wing [...] [This is a reference to our Active Exterior™ and Active Wing™ systems, that are also options of the 962 ST and the 9!™.]", "[...] adjustable suspension system will allow ride height adjustments according to speed and driving conditions [...] [Yes, yes, yes. Now we've here a link to our Active Suspension™ system, and guess what, it's also on the list of Active Components™ for the 962 ST and 9!™. Can you see the pattern now? Yes you can!!!™]".

    Joke of the Day
    Reliable coverage

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Deutsche Telekom: That criminal company showed in commercials for a smartphone a microscope and a Glassy™ application, like they were described before in relation with our Ontoscope™ and intelli- Tablet™.
    Btw.: That criminal company has not stopped the stealing of our contents, concepts and technologies.
  • Deutsche Telekom Laboratories and University Bonn: That tele- communication service provider sponsored some years ago research in the field of context-aware computing. In a description about the related adaptive mobile gaming technology given in a report on tele- vision, one person quoted without allowance, which means in this context has stolen, parts of the proposed "assignment of the phy- siological senses to a possible underlying hardware" out of chapter 5 Summary of the The Proposal by C.S., but also contents of the web- page of OntoLinux™.
    Btw.: That criminal company has not stopped the sponsoring of re- search and development institutes to steal our contents, concepts and technologies.
  • Bertelsmann→N-TV: That media company reported about adaptive mobile gaming well knowing that the report included stolen contents, that is owned by our company.

    Clarification #1
    In contradiction to a Nazi paper, which declared in its headline on the title page that to be religious and political belong together, we have to clarify that this is definitely not the case: Many societies have divided with very good reason religion and politics in a several thousand years long lasting process of civilization and culture.

    Clarification #2
    In opposition to a clone of our P@d™ and intelliTablet (iTablet), our devices can handle every kind of application and document, like for example rich internet applications in ECMAScript formats (JavaScript and Adobe Flash format) and postscript documents (Adobe pdf for- mat), and make no restriction of the contents of an application.

    Investigations::Car #242

  • Gumpert: Its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) claimed for having plans for three new models in his drawer. What he means is, that he is thinking about the possibility to steal even more from SOS, like it was already done again in smaller steps. This can be seen with the main rear lights of the 2010 version of its car, which seems to be copied from the motorbike #:P (Sharp Fun™), the additional option of shift pedals at the steering wheel and the new exhaust system, which is copied from the base car Dauer 962 LM of the 962 ST. The explanation, that the option of shift paddles is due to the demands by U.S.American and Asian customers, is one of its CEO's typical lies. In fact, like the marque Porsche by the company Volkswagen and the tuner Gemballa that company jumped as well on this band- wagon after we'd shown our examples of the styles and functionalit- ies of our steering wheels (see also the Investigations::Car #142 of the 16th August 2009).
  • Autoscout24: For a report about a german sports car, that bold internet magazine has stolen contents of our website by Style of Speed™. We document the directly into English translated quotes: "[...] this hyperexclusive sports car puts everything in the shade, what is allowed to drive legally on public streets [...] [No, that's de- finitely wrong. Take a look at the 962 ST and 9!™ by the Style and Speed Competence™™ Style of Speed™.]", "[...] more fascinating [...]", "[...] is unique [...]", "[...] competent [...]", "[...] ultimative [...]", "[...] legal [...]", "[...] 1,11 [...]", "[...] sharper S-[...]", "Aus dem Effeff==to have something at one's fingertips [This is related with our naming of Gumpert, 9ff and Ruf in the matching situations (see the Investigations::Car 222 of the 27th January 2010).]", "[...] redefine [...]", "[...] beast [...] [Beauty Beast™ - Beasty Beauty™]", "[...] beast [...]", "[...] innovative, creative [...]", "[...] Apollo-Fun [...]" and "[...] strength and speed [...]".

    Investigations::Car #243

  • McLaren: That company has massively stolen contents, concepts and technologies from our websites, especially owned by Style of Speed™. We do quote out of a related press release, for sure: "[...] first in a range of high-performance sports cars [...] [This means it wants to steal more.]", "[...] division [...]", "[...] will challenge the world's best sports cars [...] [The reader has to substitute challenge with copy.]", "[...] inspirational [...]", "[...] customer-focused per- formance cars for the 21st century [...] [This sounds familiar.]", "[...] modern history [...] [What a nonsense.]", "[...] automotive di- vision [...]", "[...] revolutionary [...]", "[...] dream [...]", "[...] regen- eration of high-tech [...]", "[...] heart [...]", "[...] revolutionary car- bon fibre chassis structure [...] [The chassis structure in question isn't really revolutionary.]", "[...] strong and lightweight [...]", "[...] first time any car has ever featured a one-piece carbon fibre struct- ure [...] [That's a bold lie. And there are other cars in the same market segment related with its car with such a feature.]", "[...] high performance sports cars in the 21st century [...]", "[...] spirit [...]", "[...] pure [...]", "[...] pure [...]", "[...] reflect [...]", "[...] ab- solute technology and performance leader [... by only stealing from others?]", "[...] re-write the rules of sports car design [...] [That's not possible anymore, because we from Style of Speed™ already did it in the last past.]", "[...] designed every component from scratch [...] [This is another bold lie as we'll prove at the end of this invest- igations by giving examples.]", "[...] compromise [...]", "[...] different [...] [Active Differences™]", "[...] heart [...]", "[...] set a trend [...] [We set Trends™]", "[...] complexity [...]", "[...] revolutionary engi- neering [...]", "[...] fundamental [...]", "[...] Proactive Chassis Con- trol system [...] [This was stolen from the webpages of our Active Suspension™ and Active Trac™ technologies by Style of Speed™.]", "All the parts of the [car] are bespoke and unique to this car. [No, they aren't. Take a look at the examples at the end of this invest- igative case.]", "[...] pure [...]", "[...] nothing has come from anoth- er manufacturer's parts bin [...] [As we said before: That's a lie and the community does already know. Maybe it's time to put that com- pany into the bin.]", "[...] active aerodynamics [...] [So, here we have our Active Exterior™ technologies by Style of Speed™.]", "[...] most efficient, most driveable high-performance sports car in the world [...] [We really don't think so. In fact, what we actually can see by models of Style of Speed™, and the marques Porsche and Audi goes far beyond.]", "Thorough engineering and market research led to concept development and a clear decision in favour of a mid- engined two door high performance sports car. [Tock, tock, tock. Anybody home?]", "[...] Airbrake activation system [...] [So, here we have the rear wing of the Volkswagen→Bugatti Veyron and one of the functionalities of our Active Wing™ technology applied as a rear spoiler.]", "[...] Significant [...]", "[...] Finite Element Analysis [(FEM) ...] [Aha, here we clearly have the reference to the webpage of one of our worldwide leading hypercars, the Le Mans winner based 962 ST.]", "[...] philosophy [...]", "[...] holistic approach [...] [see the webpage of the Cup!™]", "[...] styled [...]", "[...] styling and will remain timeless as a piece of automotive design [...] [Take a look at the end of this text to see from which companies it has stolen the basic design elements.]", "[...] styled [...]", "[...] purely [...]", "[...] styling [...]", "[...] pure [...]", "[...] strong [...]", "[...] stronger [...]", "[...] significant [...]", "[...] reflects [...]", "[...] passion [...]", "[...] reflects [...]", "[...] style [...]", "[...] potential [...]", "Light weight and performance are defining philosophies [...]", "Fundament- ally [...]", "[...] revolutionary [...]", "[...] technology from the aero- space industry [...] [We don't only take aerospace technologies, but develop them as well. That is a real difference between Style of Speed™ and McLaren.]", "[...] passion [...]", "[...] revolutionary [...]", "[...] strong [...]", "[...] fundamental [...]", "[...] analyse and predict [...]", "[...] emerges [...]", "[...] revolutionise [...]", "[...] pure [...]", "[...] scope [...]", "[...] complemented [...]", "[...] pass- ions [...]", "[...] cognition [...]", "[...] significant [...]", "[...] Proact- ive control [...] [As we said, this is stolen from the our Active Susp- ension™ and Active Trac™ webpages.]", "[...] track-like [...]", "[...] potential is truly unique [...]", "[...] adaptive responses depending on both road conditions and driver preference [...]", "[...] Proactive system features adjustable roll control [...] [This is stolen form our Active Suspension Hinge solution described on the webpage Active Bracket or Active Mount™ by Style of Speed™]", "[...] three [...]", "[...] Proactive suspension [...]", "[...] potential [...]", "[...] styling [...]", "[...] unsprung mass [...]", "[...] contemporary and elegant [...]", "[...] dream [...]", "[...] purest expression of speed [...]", "[...] styling [...]", "[...] style [...]", "[...] styling [...]", "[...] theme [...]", "[...] styling [...]", "[...] inspired [...]", "[...] computational fluid dyn- amics [...]", "[...] enhancing [...]", "[...] active Airbrake [...] [see our Active Wing™ technology]", "[...] Active Dynamics Panel [...]", "[...] shorter front and rear overhangs [...] [This was stolen from our webpages, like of the Raptor Speedster by Style of Speed™.]", "[...] repackaged many of the major components that normally sit under the dashboard [...] [compare with the interior of the B!™ and 9!™]", "[...] design offers a symmetry that wraps around the occupants [...] [again take a look at the interior of the B!™ and 9!™]", "[...] really strong [...]", "[...] emotionally [...]", "[...] touch screen tele- matics system oriented in 'portrait' mode. This is a first for the auto- motive industry [...] [No. it's not the first time. It was shown by a California based car manufacturer in relation with its model Model S. We also showed for a short period of time a related image of its pro- totype on this website.]", "[...] steering wheel is 'clean' - there are no buttons [...] [All the time that company claims that every feature of its car is inspired by Formula 1 technology and now we've to see that there are no buttons at the steering wheel. Ouch!]", "[...] in- spired [...]", "[...] the car does not suffer an over abundance of switches, knobs and dials [...] [But it does suffer now from an illog- ical user interface of the car computer. And the few switches, knobs and dials we can see are enough to irritate the driver.]", "Active Dynamics Panel [...]", "[...] not a single one has come from the parts bin of another manufacturer [...] [But this is the secret for high qua- lity in the said market segment, which can't be delivered legally oth- erwise for the price the company demands for its clone car.]", "[...] 'Active' activates [...] [This is stolen form our Active Components™ webpage by Style of Speed™. By the way: Active like Action™]", "[...] simplicity [...]", "Testing and simulation", "[...] modelling [...] [So, here we are at the webpage Links to Software by OntoLinux.]", "We are very proud [..., and stupid and criminal as well?]", "[...] quality management is a fundamental [...] [The parts of this phrase were taken from the website of OntoLinux™.]", "[...] absolute pass- ion [...]", "[...] philosophy [...]", "[...] equipment [...]", "[...] inspir- ation [...]", "[...] triple crown [...]", "[...] breed [...]", "[...] building an innovative new company [...] [Stealing isn't innovative.]", "[...] potential [...]", "[...] everything is new [...] [As everybody can see now, it seems to be that everything is stolen from other compa- nies.]", "[...] really proud [...]", "It is our philosophy to push what is possible in car design and engineering and bring innovation and en- gineering excellence to the performance car world. [No, it's Style of Speed™. Its chairman is only a fraudster.]". First of all, it was not a joy to read this huge mess. Secondly, we have not quoted all 67 appearances of the word performance. Thirdly, its car is based on more than 5 years old technologies. The automotive industry is diff- erent than driving in circles with race cars. Fourthly, much state- ments of the press release are "pure McLaren" nonsense. And fifthly, we can see a bunch of stolen design elements: The overall shape looks like the Ascari KZ1, the front is from a Lotus Evora with a little pinch of the Ferrari F430, the side, roof and rear in large part are from the Lamborghini Gallardo, the side air inlets are looking like the ones of the Porsche Carrera GT and Ascari KZ1, the interior concept reminds us of the cockpit of the Maserati Birdcage 75th, the steering wheel is a copy of the steering wheel that can be found in the Audi TT, Lamborghini Gallardo and Spyker C8 Aileron with the lower spoke of the steering wheel of the Mercedes SLS, and so on. What a dis- appointment. We really expected something much better, like a breathtaking hypercar and not such an amalgam of known items. Its chairman is definitely a fraudster and McLaren is now in the same low class like Proton→Group Lotus.
  • Daimler: With our announcements of the Porsche Panamera GT3 version Pan RSR and Panamera BB, as well as the 911 BB we made the company afraid. So it took or tried to copy as equal as possible design elements shown on our Panamera related webpages, but also on the Just 4 :)™ (Just For Fun™) webpage, for a GT3 version of one of its models, like the rims with 15 spokes, air outlets behind the front wheels with one bargeboard instead of two, side skirts with apertures for cooling the rear brakes, air outlets behind the rear wheels and an accented shape around the lamps.
  • Bayerische Motorenwerke: With our announcements of the Volks- wagen→Porsche Panamera GT3/Le Mans version Panamera BB and Pan RSR we made the company afraid, as well. So it constructed a GT3 version of one of its models.

    We're are watching the scene closely and it looks like as if we reviv- ed again set a trend as the Momentum Maker™: Racing with near- series high-performance high-luxury automobiles designed for long- distance driving.

    Investigations::AI and Knowledge management, and Robotics

  • National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA): At the 27th of February 2010, the administration issued a challenge in the field of sensor swarms and took for the description of the challenge task content of the projects Swarm Engineering™, Robot Swarm Engineering™ and Sensor Swarm Robot™ from the webpage Innovation-Pipeline by Ontonics™, like "[...] revolutionary idea is the concept of Sensor Swarming, where the swarm itself exhibits 'emergent behavior' or 'intelligence'", and asked the question: "how do you convert it to something that's engineering?". We give the answer: Mithrasoft™, OntoLinux™, Softbionics™ and Roboticle™. The bold and, we also think like the company Viacom, illegal aspect of this step is, that third parties are asked inofficially to steal contents, concepts and technologies owned by others, and publicate or deliver these for a fraction of the real monetary value. This is an unkind behavior and proves the fact, that our copyright wasn't respected.
    Btw.: This wasn't the first time the administration did such a step. Also, by this step the NASA has inofficially accredited our worldwide outstanding Hightech Competence™ and today we made this official, because the NASA refuses to do it since several years.

    The reader also knows now why we hold back the publications of innovation projects.

    Bold Fun™

    Style of Speed Website update
    We added a new model to our line of Minimalistic and Modern Customs™:

  • #:P (Bold Fun).

    Also, phrases like "2 or 4 [...] motors" on the webpages of the Jota and Apollo Speed-E versions have been changed to phrases like "2 to 4 [...] motors".

    Investigations::Car #244

  • Axel Springer→Auto Bild: We don't know for what this should be good, but that automotive tab warmed up again the fairy tale about a car of a german Porsche tuner by claiming that it was with a top speed of 414 km/h/257 MPH the fastest street legal car of the world since the year 2009. Until today we couldn't find an official report or document that proves this claim of pure nonsense. Even better in a related report the tab revealed itself, that the 414 km/h/257 MPH are only said on paper. To give the reader some more background informations and real facts we repeat: The fastest street legal car has 1183 PS and is officially clocked in 2007 with a maximal velocity of around 412 km/h/256 MPH, and following its specification its 6th gear is layed out for 437 km/h/272 MPH. But all of these really don't matter, because the basic car of the 962 ST by Style of Speed™ reached with 730 PS 404.6 km/h/251.4 MPH in the 5th gear! What does the reader think will happen, if we build in the base giving car a 6-speed transmission and a new exhaust system as well as change the wiper blade and the valve caps?
  • 9ff: Our little fraudster from Dortmund is still insisting to accept the reality (see the Investigations::Car 202 of the 1st of December 2009), and claims for a no more existing car a top speed of 414 km/h /257 MPH and for another model to be the world's fastest street le- gal series vehicle with an officially clocked maximal velocity (Vmax) of around 409 km/h/254 MPH. Besides these, we could see a second time in the last months the incompetence of its chairman in building high-tech cars as well as his suicidal tendencies: While braking hard at high speed the sports car, the one that is said on paper to reach a top speed of 414 km/h/257 MPH, broke out and was totally wreck- ed in the succeeding accident. After he already was unable to get doors made of carbon fibre for a special version of a Volkswagen Golf we can see now as well, that he has totally no clue about the con- struction of brakes and by this of high-performance cars. Potential customers of its products should really think twice and better con- sult directly the Hightech Competence™ Style of Speed™.
  • Lambocars.com: We don't know, if the right or the left horn of a raging bull smashed the last 3 neurons of the brain of the managing editor. At first, that website used contents of our website of Style of Speed™ for a report about a new version of the model Gallardo by the marque Audi→Lamborghini and hypothesized, that this new ver- sion will be optimized and named Super Veloce well knowing that this version already existed and is offered with our Gallardo SuperVeloce by us from Style of Speed™. Than the hypotheses were repeated and even after the official presentation by the company Lamborghini of the new Gallardo version with the additional label Superleggera (see Investigations::Car #230 at the 3rd of March 2010), that web- site editor still babbles around nonsense, like that "it is clear that Lamborghini decided to keep the SuperVeloce title for their flagship", and refuses to accept the fact of the existence of our Gallardo SV. Furthermore, well knowing that a Murciélago Jota™ is already pre- sented on the website of Style of Speed™ it reported and hypothe- sized again, this time about the successor of the model Murciélago with the name Jota™. And here this investigative case doesn't end. Another step was to report two times about a designer, who has taken contents and concepts of the website of Style of Speed™. The first report is about a clone of our Murciélago Jota™ as a rede- signed model Countach with a Pure Electric™ drivetrain, that is ob- viously based on our Active Differentials™ architectures, and inte- grated solar panels at the engine cover. But really very nasty is the second report, which is about a design of a motorbike with hubless wheels, and has to be seen in this context as an attempt to attack our integrity and trustworthiness by further perverting the facts. Lambocars.com - the whatsoever site
  • Flavio Adriani: That little fraudster thought to be clever by steal- ing contents, concepts and technologies from our website Style of Speed™, especially from the webpages #1™, #2™, #4™, Jota™ and Active Differential™ for a motorbike design with hubless wheels and a redesign of the model Countach as a car with Pure Electric™ dri- vetrain. Extra funny is an explanation of a detail of the redesigned Countach: "the front houses wind turbine generators that actually charge the batteries while driving". Ah??? What a high-ouch vehicle concept!!!™ Also, we are missing the key to wind up the spring. And the designed motorbike seems to be for motorcyclists, who all the day enjoy to ride only on straigth roads. What a bellyflop. Convicted!!!™

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland→tagesschau.de: With its latest re- ports about a clone of our P@d™ and intelliTablet (iTablet)™ the working pool of the broadcasting corporations of the Federal Repub- lic of Germany proves once again that it's criminal and also obsolete (see also the Investigations of the 10th and 26th of January 2010, and 29th of March 2010, the Clarification at the 16th of January 2010 as well as the Investigations::Multimedia of January 2010 at the 6th, 7th, 8th, 26th, 27th, 28th and 31st, and February 2010 at the 4th, 16th and 17th).

    06.April.2010
    Clarification #1
    We won't either beg for pardon nor for mercy, because of being highly competent, creative, innovative, capable and efficient.

    Clarification #2
    We won't accept or respect the grumbling about our steps to take back or a compensation for all of the items that others have stolen from us. And if we say that something belongs to us, then it really belongs to us.

    In this conjunction we can't understand stupid statements, like for example: "Well, save for some intellectual property copyrights filed by some Scuderia Ferrari engineers a while ago ... but never built [meant is our new class of Minimalistic and Modern Customs™ defin- ing motorbike #4]." How should a person realize and evolve her/his concepts, if they and the related marketing show are directly stolen after their first presentations by thieves, like so many manufact- urers, research institutes and even administrations, or in this special case a swedish dude? And even more worse: Thieves steal stolen items from other thieves and none of them knows really what they have stolen.

    Clarification #3
    We from Style of Speed are no Scuderia Ferrari engineers, but we learned much from Enzo. And that's one part of the meaning of the Style of Speed logo #1.

    Style of Speed Website update
    We added an image to the webpage of our #4 Minimalistic Modern Custom™ motorbike, that shows a further design sketch from the year 2003 of the #4 in the internally called Version 5, and updated the webpages of the #:) (Sharp Fun) and #:P (Bold Fun) to docum- ent and reflect this historical fact and its influence to other motor- bike designs.

  • Parrot: That company has stolen contents, concepts and techno- logies form our websites, especially the both websites by Ontonics™ and Style of Speed™, for a quadrotor/quadrocopter with 2 cameras and Wi-Fi network functionality for augmented reality applications, which is nothing else than an integration of our projects FlyingLAN™ and Flyingscope™/Airview™ with the exception to make directly available the visual data in a 3-dimensional format. The standard quotes are: "[...] first quadricopter that can be controlled by [a modern Mobile Device™, like a Smartphone or Pocket computer]", "[...] wifi helicopter with 2 cameras [...]", "[...] augmented reality [...]", "[...] Drone project [...]", "[...] enter universes that are not yet explored [...]", "[...] was build after four years of research and development [...] [We think that this statement is formulated in a misleading way and as such a lie. • Samsung: On a package for a mobile phone we found at an un- likely position the suspicious slogan:
    Slide Your Life

    . We don't need to argue in this case, because our website readers do know that this is a reference to OntoLinux™ and Ontoscope™ as well as Ontonics™, OntoLab™ and OntomaX™.

    Investigations

  • Nestlé→Nescafé: For a commercial contents of the Ontonics™ and OntoLinux™ websites were used, like "1000 neue Ideen==1000 new ideas [related with the Innovation-Pipeline]", "unendliche Farben== infinite colours" and something with emotions.
  • Nestlé→Thomy: After nearly 9 years of the creation of the logo of BitPirate™, that revived the Pirate Theme, there are still companies, which jump on the bandwagon of this theme. The company belongs to these by presenting a new product, which is called "Piraten Sau- ce==Pirates Sauce".
  • Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller→Molkerei Alois Müller→Müller- milch: The company jumped as well very late on the bandwagon of the Pirate Theme with a product, that is based on milk and has some kind of additional sweets, which are formed as cannon balls (see also the Investigations of the 6th of June 2009 and 5th of November 2009).
  • GlaxoSmithKline→Dr. Best: Like many other companies, the com- pany jumped as well on a bandwagon of a by us revived theme that isn't the Pirate Theme, but the Magic Cube Theme. In a commercial on television a Magic Cube is shown, which has cube elements made in the style of teeth (see also the Investigations of the 25th of April 2009).
  • Henkel→Schwarzkopf: In relation to many of our trademarks and service marks, examples given Wir suchen nicht, wir finden™==We don't search, we find™, Wir finden und versuchen™==We find and try™, Besser finden™==Better find™ and Find now™, the slogan "Finde ich besser==I find [something] better or I better find" was used in a commercial.
  • Henkel→Persil: The product name "ActicPower" somehow reminds us of the Active Components™ by Style of Speed™ and Ontonic™.

    Investigations::Car #245

  • Volkswagen: In a commercial the slogan "Einfach unglaublich== Simply Unbelievable™" was used. Also, in the same commercial a soccer player is shown in black and white only, and another wears a tricot with the number 3 and has a unique hair style, which points to the Softbionics logo.

    Investigations::Motorbike #6

  • William Woods: The fact that the designer jumped on the bandwa- gon of our class of Minimalistic and Modern Custom™, that was de- fined and created by us from Style of Speed™ with the #4™, is one thing that we would have accepted, if there were no other issues of imitation related with his acting. One point is, that Style of Speed™ was not named as the true source of inspiration. The next point is, that he attempted to steal the show. A further point is, that on the webpage of his design company a circle like management process is shown and described, which was copied from the Innovation Model of Ontonics™. But the last point is really nasty, because that design company claims on its website to create one off a kind identities for its customers, but what we see is in fact stealing of identities from other persons and companies, like our identity of Style of Speed™ in this case. Despite that he clearly showed with his design of having totally no clue about the copied technologies, the copied front susp- ension won't work correctly in this way, and we already have com- pensated his and his companies actings, we also say: Convicted and fallen out!!!™
    Btw.: Like another person (see the Investigations::Motorbike #1 of the 28th of June 2009), the investigated designer has had more than enough time to create and present his concept since 1991. But both persons came up after we had already presented our class defining motorcycle #4™ by Style of Speed™ and explained on its webpage, that it "is based on reengineered Bimota Tesi 1D, 2D, and 3D frames, and swing arms" at the front.
  • Piers Prendergast: The designer belongs to those, who think they are clever by copying contents, concepts and technologies from other persons and companies without making references and being catched. For a concept of a motorcycle he combinded contents, concepts and technologies shown on the webpages of our motor- cycle models #1™ and #4™ by Style of Speed™ as follows: The ge- neral configuration and geometry of the frame was derived from the inspiring concept motorbike of the #1™, including the shock absorb- er and the rear swing arm, which was shortened to fit with the hub- less Stroetmann Wheel and designed in the style of the front swing arm of the #4™. This was complemented by one of the front swing arm versions of the #1™, that can be best described in the following way: Take the #4™ front swing arm with its shock absorber, and simply turn the swing arm upside down. The concept also features an environmental friendly drivetrain, that is based on a fuel cell and an electric As-wheel Motor™, we call this kind of motor as-wheel motor instead of in-wheel motor because the wheel is the motor, with an Brake Energy Regeneration System (BERS). For that the litte humpy connection of the front swing arm and the Stroetmann Wheel as shown in this sketch of the #4™ was also taken as the connect- ion of the hubless Stroetmann Wheel and the new swing arm at the rear, and said to be the magnet of a stator of an electric motor, while the rim of the wheel is the rotor. This was emphasized by col- ouring the white circles of the rims as shown in the same image in light green. The idea to use our Stroetmann Wheel as an As-wheel Motor™, and this not only in the context of motorcycles but also for automobiles as well, was also conceived by us from Style of Speed™ around the year 2003, for sure. But the problem of this idea actually is, that massy magnets and other electronic parts have to be inte- grated into the Stroetmann Wheel, which are very unpleasant un- sprung masses, especially for a lightweight surface vehicle. Moreov- er, the functional principle of his steering system isn't plausible, so the rider needs straigth roads. This is typical for thieves, who have stolen something without understanding it. In this case the designer couldn't copy the covered front swing arm of the #1™ and had to create an own solution, which was already declared to be nonsense. And we're also missing brakes with brake rings/discs. We think as well, that both problems could have been solved only by the design- er by copying more details of the Stroetmann Wheel and our related concept motorbikes, but this would have also affected significantly the overall design of him. Last but not least, there is mentioned a race version of the motorcycle.

    Our concepts contain very much technological knowledge and con- siderations, and by this are nearly impossible to be copied in a legal way.

    Investigations::Car #246

  • Fiat→Ferrari: A new version of one of the models manufactured by the company was presented to the public. And as usual we found again contents and concepts, most probably even technologies, of Style of Speed™, so we do quote and give with the quotes the re- ferences to our webpages, as well and as usual: "[...] performance- oriented [...]", "[... the car,] in true Ferrari tradition, is a completely new concept, albeit inspired by a production car [...] [This car is definitely just only a typical Ferrari. We see here also, that a story was stolen again from Style of Speed™, in this case the story of the really a completely new concept defining motorbike model #4™.]", "[...] maximum expression of high-performance driving [...]", "[...] potential [...]", "Just as significant are the technical specifications [...]", "Fundamental [...]", "[...] innovative approach [...]", "[...] for the first time on a production car, saw the integration between a handling set-up tuned for a level of responsiveness that is close to the limit and highly sophisticated electronic controls [...] [But this was shown by the marque Porsche with the model GT3 RS before, for example.]", "[...] wheel doughnuts [...] [This feature has to be seen in relation with the SOS rim and the rims shown with the Pan™ RSR and Panamera BB conversions.]", "[...] Virtual Race Engineer (VRE) [...] [This was inspired by the Sneak Preview and the related Original Sketches #1, which were presented at the 27th of Novem- ber 2008, and OntoLinux™.]", "[...] more aggressive character is also apparent in a number of styling elements [...] [This is a reference to the already told story of, for example, the Pan™ RSR by Style of Speed™.]", "[...] iconic [car], which basically invented the entire modern supercar genre [...] [We can again see, that the story of the Modern Custom™ motorcycle #4™ was copied.]", "[...] fluid-dynamics and components [...]", "[...] diffuser-type intake geometry [...]", "[...] maximum performance at high engine speeds [...]", "[...] significant innovations [...]", "[...] suspension control system [...] works in tandem with the VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control) and latest-generation [...]Trac traction control [...] [For sure, every manufact- urer tells us this story and we point every time to the webpages of our Active Components™, like the Active Suspension and Active Trac™ technologies, by Style of Speed™.]", "[...] sharper [...] [This was inspired by names for motorcycle models by Style of Speed™, like the #4™ and #:) (Sharp Fun™).]", "Reducing weight was a vital objective [...] [Uhhh, how boring.]", "[...] composites and compon- ents [...]", "[...] performance potential [...]", "[...] benefited signif- icantly from Ferrari engineers' [...] [This was said in relation to the Clarification #3, which we gave at the 6th of this month.]", "[...] cooling flows [...] [This is related with the integrated functionalities of our Active Diffusor™ technology.]", "[...] diffusers ahead of the front wheels [...] [Since many years this is a standard feature of our models 333 ST, 962 ST, and the other race-oriented and street legal conversions, like the Panamera BB of our BB series.]" and "[...] car- driver interface was designed to maximise car and driver perform- ance with a layout of the main commands that ensures absolute ef- ficiency and minimum distraction [...] [This phrase has to be seen in conjunction with the criticism we made about an illogical user inter- face of the car computer of a model by the company McLaren in the Investigations::Car #243 at the 4th of this month.]". The new model has also some design elements of a sketch, that is shown on the webpage of the model D!™, like the front spoiler with its separated lower wing, the front air intake as the extake of the rear diffusor and the accentuated middle part of the bonnet with the marque emblem.
  • Andrei Avarvarii: Yes he is the next not so clever designer, who thought Style of Speed™ is made to be a coloring book for fraud- sters. No, we aren't the supplier of items for thieves and document this case by quoting: "[...] Exploring soft shapes for an electric Lam- borghini [...] [Compare this statement with the webpages of our au- tomobiles D!™ and Jota™ by Style of Speed™, for example]", "[...] Explore soft shapes for a new Lamborghini design language [-] The hard edge, faceted design seems to have peaked [...] [At first, take a look again at the D!™. Secondly, the design language of the mar- que Lamborghini is not defined by hard edges. Thirdly, we don't have this opinion: There are existing many hard edged and faceted auto- motive designs.]", "[...] origami style while keeping the purity [...] [Aha!]", "[...] pure-bred [...] [Gotcha!!!™ Our related trademarks are: Pure Electric™, Breed of Beauty™, Breed of Beast™ and Breed of Speed™.]", "[...] design experiment [...] [We've here also a little bit of the OntoLab™.]", "[...] Redefine the Lamborghini supercar as an electric vehicle [...] [We really do not need to argue: Style of Speed™ has already done this in general with the creation of the field of Electric SuperCars (ESCs) and in special with cars like the Apollo Speed-E - The Original™ and the Jota™. The rest that follows is only stealing, realizing, marketing and selling, as we can all see since the summer of the year 2009.]", "Is the electrification of the cars killing all the fun or is it opening new possibilities for the motoring aficionado? [Now the reader really should recognize, that contents, concepts and technologies have been stolen by that designer from our website of Style of Speed™. By the way: We from Style of Speed™ have already answered this question with models like Just 4 :)™ (Just For Fun™) and :D™ (Big Fun™) as well as our range of E-Conversions, as more competent persons do know.]", "[...] "buzz- ing" gearless power train into a future automotive icon [...]", "Inte- grate the new vehicle in the reality [...] [What should we say? The powertrains of the Apollo Speed-E™ - The Original, which are based on our Super Inventions™ of our Electric Torque Vectoring™ Active Differentials™, are already running on the roads in the clones of the RE™ - The Original and Raptor - The Original.]", "[...] electric Lam- borghini [...]", "[... name comes from the] Greek mythology [...] [compare this with the source of the names of our models Apollo and Pan™]", "[...] cars [...] are beasts [...] [SuperGotcha!!!™ This story was stolen from the webpages of models, that belong to our Beauty Beast™ collection, like the Scirocco BB, Cayman BB, 911 BB and Pa- namera BB.]", "Italian, Extreme, Unexpected, Purity, Ornaments and embellishments free, Physically addictive experience, Pure automot- ive extravagance, Technological marvel. [It's good to see, who is embellishments free.]", "[...] electric Lamborghini is equipped with 4 [...] motors [...]", "[...] KERS system [...] [This is stolen from our webpages of our electric Lamborghini models, like the Apollo Speed-E and Jota™, and form the webpage of our Super Revolutionary™ Act- ive Differential™ architectures.]", "[...] third [...]", "[...] triangle shaped air extakes in the rear serve for battery cooling and visually replace the traditional exhausts [...] [This proves that that designer also tried to jump on the bandwagon of the 3 Theme. Compare this also with the image of the rear of the Apollo Speed-E™ SuperVeloce and Jota™ SuperVeloce.]", "[...] also act like the tubes of a sub- woofer [...] [This is stolen from the webpage of the City Sportster™ C-tron™, where we called it in the past Active Clang™ pipes in the caption of the image that shows the rear of the car.]", "[...] race in virtual reality [...] [So we also have a link to our Hightech Operating System™ OntoLinux™.]" and "[...] enthusiasts’ social networking [...] [A sign, that that person also knows the website for Lamborghi- ni enthusiasts, that was investigated by us in the Investigations:: Car #244 at the 5th of this month.]". Convicted!!!™
    Btw.: In this conjunction we would like to thank very much the web- site Serious Wheels - Classic, Sports & Muscle Cars for deleting the related webpage only after around one hour we have publicated this investigative case.

  • Palm: Despite it is insolvent, that company presented some weeks ago for its mobile phone operating system a so-called Plug-In Devel- opment Kit, that gives software developers the possibility to develop applications in the programming langugages C or C++, as well. Again, the company tried to imitate our strategy with our Hightech Operat- ing System™ (HOS) OntoLinux™ (see the Comment of the Day 24th of September 2008 and the first investigation of the company at the 23rd of October 2009).

    13.April.2010
    Investigations::Car #247

  • Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and partners: To be honest as always, we found a little bit late the very curious pro- ject Electric Raceabout by the university, that was started with the goal to construct an electric sports car in September of 2007, which is surprisingly the same month we've started the development of our Electric Torque Vectoring™ Systems Active Differentials™, and that has partly taken contents, concepts and technologies from our web- site of Style of Speed™. First of all, highly interesting is the list of the partners to which belong the companies Audi Finland and Bosch Engineering (see also the Investigations::Car #23 of the 22nd of May 2008), which we already had convicted with the case of the company Ontoprise in the field of ontology-oriented software appli- cations (see also the Investigations::AI and Knowledge management of the 20th of May 2008 and 28th of July 2009), but also Brusa El- ektronik (see Investigations::Car #138 of the 10th of August 2009) and Schaeffler Finland (see the cases of Continental in the Invest- igations::Car #139 of the 11th of August 2009 and #170 of the 4th of October 2009). Some quotes from the project's website are very enlightening as well and as follows: "[...] new electric car architect- ure [...] [This statement is taken from the webpage of our Active Differential™ architectures.]", "[...] adopt the latest technology of electric powertrain and battery systems as well as the light-weight manufacturing know how, will be a state of art battery driven elec- tric-vehicle [...] [This sounds somehow very familiar. Also, the read- er could substitute the word adopt with steal.]", "[...] cutting-edge styling [...] [not design, but style]", "[...] novel break-through tech- nology like [...] full carbon fiber body and 4 electric drives (one mo- tor per wheel) [...] [It's easy to see that this is the same contents, concepts and technologies as they can be found on the webpages of the :D™ (Big Fun™), 333 ST, 962 ST, 9!™, B!™, D!™ and M!™, to name just a few.]", "Target weight 1250 kg [What a surprise: That was said by Style of Speed™ in the specifications of the 9!™ and B!™, and is close to many of our other Street Legal Electric Sports Car (ESC) models, as well.]", "Four wheel drive [compare this with our Active Differential™]", "Advanced, next generation stability control [This sounds again like our Super Revolutionary™ Electric Torque Vectoring™ Active Differential™ architectures.]", "Perform- ance", "Operation Range > 300 km", "Composite monocoque", "[...] AWD electric vehicle [...]", "Green: modern technology, efficient, recyclable, lightweight", "Part of the RaceAbout family; sportiness, simpleness and desirable", "[...] Audi R8 suspension components [...] [Why are we here at the RE™ - The Original and its clone e-tron (see the Investigations::Car #192 of the 18th of November 2009 and #204 of the 5th of December 2009) by the marque Volkswagen →Audi]", "Vehicle simulated [...]", "[...] running four custom made electric motors [...] [If the reader compares this with the Original at the 22nd of February 2008 and the Sneak Preview of the 7th of March 2008, then she/he will see, that such project decisions relat- ed with the count, performances and dimensions of the electric mo- tors, as well as the configuration of the powertrain and the archi- tecture of the electric car have been made on the basis of the in- formations given by us. Such powerful electric motors don't fit into a wheel and are also too massy for such an in-wheel/wheel hub con- figuration.]", "[...] regenerative braking and torque vectoring vehicle dynamics control [...] [It's highly suspicious, that we heard today the first time about this project with exactly this technology, which is nearly the same like our Active Differentials™. A similiar technolo- gy was presented some months later after the newsletter containing this phrase was said to be publicated at a large automotive exhibit- ion in the autumn of 2009. So, why can't be found more informat- ions? Moreover, what we can see now is indeed another very inter- esting facet of the actings behind our back (spying) by the company Volkswagen and its marque Audi. It also explains the question, where the clone e-tron of the RE™ - The Original so suddenly and quickly came from, which was a point that wasn't clearly explainable until today, because it needs some more time to develop a concept car with this kind of shown hightech and quality. And a little detail is al- so very important to mention in conjunction with this quoted state- ment: It's a phrase in the style of the company Bayerische Motoren- werke and was used in relation with the market launch of its new model X6, which was the first production car with the new torque vectoring differential, that was also named by us on the webpage of our Active Differentials™.]", "[...] inspire a new generation [...]", "[...] modularity [...]", "[...] evolution [...]", "[...] strong [...] [Here we can say: Gotcha!!!™]", "[...] boldness [...]", "[...] investigate [...]" and "[...] reflect [...] [And this is for sure another: Gotcha!!!]". The project members have in the last past also stolen our Quick- charger™ technology, which is undoubtedly a fact, and as well the related concept of our AeroAccu™, as it looks like. Based also on the other facts, that the rear of the concept car is copied from the Fiat→Ferrari model line 599, ingenious technologies were only listed in accessory sentences, but not described in one of its 2 newslett- ers of the project in more detail even in a short summary and also from a developmental and historical point of view, like we could do it with our Active Differential™ architectures for example, there are some signs of manipulation between the lines, and we aren't con- vinced by the whole case within its much broader context, we would like to give as a result at the end: Nice try, but in the most parts convicted.
    Btw.: It smells heavily like Audi and Robert Bosch spirit.
  • Maiworm→e-Wolf: That company is still thinking, that it can steal contents, concepts and technologies from our website by Style of Speed™. This time it described again the clone of our model with Pure Electric™ :Drivetrain™ Just 4 :)™ (Just For Fun™) by using contents, that were as well stolen from its webpage, like a phrase about "Spaß==Fun". Furthermore, the company showed also, that it didn't jumped off the bandwagon of the 3 Theme based story we've created some years ago by the remark, by giving the explanation, that recharging the accumulators of its car would need "3 Stunden ==3 hours". And we also hear out of made statements, that the co- pying of an Active Clang™ like system will come in the near future. After the Investigations::Car #162 at the 21st of September 2009 it is again: Convicted!!!™
    Btw.: In contradiction to a former announcement (see Investigations ::Car #168 of the 2nd of October 2009), that company explained now, that its second model will have 4 in-wheel/wheel hub motors. So let's see if at the end it will steal one of our Active Differential™ architectures by Style of Speed™, after all.
  • Evonik & Daimler→Li-Tec: That criminal joint venture doesn't want to accept, that it is still stealing intellectual properties from our websites, by copying the story of our 3 Theme with the statements about the performance of a clone sports car with Pure Electric™ :Drivetrain™, like "300 Kilometer Reichweite==300 kilometers range" and "30%". Moreover, on its website we can see slogans and terms like "strong. safe. sustainable." and "Hightech", besides other items (see also the Investigations::Car #125 at the 10th July 2009). Again convicted!!!™
  • ProSiebenSat.1 Media→N24: That media company is still giving thieves a platform to promote stolen technologies by using stolen contents, which are especially taken from our website of Style of Speed™.

    Are the investigated persons and companies really thinking, that we, the Christian Stroetmann GmbH, are investigating and documenting just for fun? They should better don't count on this wrong impress- ion!!!™

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Neofonie & 4tiitoo→WePad: The joint venture presented a touch PC in the slate style, that is claimed to be powered by, surprise, surprise, surprise, an own developed distribution of the Linux® oper- ating system. Its development should have taken 3 years, which we think is only a lie that was made to jump on the bandwagon of our 3 Theme, and its demonstration was a fiasco, because the shown pro- totyp was only a declaration of intention, but not a real functioning tablet PC, with a video running on the operating system of another large company, that even has had bugs. All three companies, and their products and services are only fakes, and their business stra- tegies are based only on stealing from other companies. In this case it's so clear, that this time our intelliTablet (iTablet)™ with our High- tech Operating System™ OntoLinux™ were the targets of its criminal acting. Convicted!!!™
    Btw.: We don't know why all larger german media companies were so totally stupid and have still reported about this obvious marketing hoax, despite it was clear since weeks, that it was only a part of a criminal fraud. After the attempt by that criminal company Neofonie to steal our Ontologics.info find engine and to damage our related trademarks, like We don't search, we find™, Better find™ and Find now™, with its WeFind called web-based service, which is claimed by copying illegally contents of the website of our OntoLinux™ op- erating system to be an intelligent universal search engine, it should have been more than clear, that its chief executive officer is only a giant fraudster, like that criminal thingy with the name Kim Schmitz or so.
  • Hewlett-Packard & Microsoft: The companies have stolen again contents, concepts and technologies from the website of our intelli- Tablet (iTablet)™. In a promotional video the company Hewlett-Pa- ckard showed a prototyp of one of its tablet PC in the slate type that features 2 video cameras. Also, in the same video one part of our Glassy™ application was shown. Again convicted!!!™
  • ProSiebenSat.1 Media: We don't know why that criminal media company reported about a not functioning tablet personal computer as if it would be a production ready device.
    Btw.: We all saw the same criminal behaviour by that company in the field of automobiles with Pure Electric™ :Drivetrains™ some month ago and maybe today.

    #4)™ Sharp For Fun™

    Joke of the Day
    "The journalism, that daily newspapers deliver, is irreplaceable and an art." [Eric Emerson Schmidt, CEO of Google, informal advisor to the Barack Obama presidential campaign, arts collector and other things (eg. thief)]

    Style of Speed Website update

    This time, we added as a new model to our line of Minimalistic and Modern Customs™ one of the classics:

  • #4) (Sharp For Fun).

    Investigations

  • Government of North Rhine-Westfalia, B.R.D.: A further time the government, which is leaded by the german political Christlich Demo- kratische Union, has stolen contents and concepts from our web- sites. This time a leading politician, who thinks that to steal is a sign of competence, suggested the plan to use carbon dioxide in another way than to only pump it into the ground. In this conjunction alga based and photovoltaic technologies were named by him, which can be found on the webpage of the Leaf™ on Wheels™, the Ape ESP 2.0 by Style of Speed™, and in the paragraph Energy Generation, Storage and Management of the Innovation-Pipeline webpage by Ontonics™ and the OntoLab™ (take especially a look at the collect- or projects and the project Algal Energy™).
  • Bertelsmann→N-TV: Since many years and like other media, that criminal media company plays a dirty game against persons and com- panies of the B.R.D., and by this against the B.R.D.. For example, in a report about a visit by a leading german politician of the state California, U.S.A., that media claimed, that the "Digital Revolution" is happening in this U.S.American state. This is neither correct in relat- ion to the U.S.A. taken alone nor to the rest of the whole world. In this conjunction we would also like to point to the source of this re- vived old statement, which is our Breaking News of the 12th of Jan- uary 2008.
    Btw.: Actually this revolution is represented by a giant attack of the private sphere by providers of internet application services (example given search engines) and social network companies.
  • Nike→Converse: For a new design series of one of its sneaker mo- dels, the company jumped on the bandwagon of the revived Pop Art Theme by C.S. with a so called "Pop-Collection", and by printing im- ages of Roy Lichtenstein on the shoes and Andy Warhole styled im- ages on posters for the advertisement, for example.

    Investigations::Car #248

  • General Motors and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA): The company joined forces with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration in the field of robotics. This sounds familiar and points to Style of Speed™.
  • Toyota and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA): The ma- nufacturer of automobiles asked the National Aeronautics and Space Administration for technical assistance to help uncover whether el- ectronic defects are to blame for unintended acceleration in its vehi- cles.
  • Chrysler, Fiat, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA): The company said it plans to collaborate with the National Aeronaut- ics and Space Administration on several areas including materials en- gineering, robotics, radar, battery systems and other energy storage mediums. It's not surprising that these are all fields in which Style of Speed™ with its Land Vehicles and Supplements, as well as the Hightech Office Ontonics™ and the OntoLab™ with their Innovation-Fields and Innovation-Pipeline are leading the way. So we think that it's not wrong to understand this as the announcement by the car manufacturers to continue their stealing of contents, concepts and technologies owned by our company, the Christian Stroetmann GmbH.
  • ProSiebenSat.1 Media→N24: That television channel took again contents of our website by Style of Speed™ for its own automobile oriented broadcast, like "Spaßmaschine==Fun machine" and "Schar- fe Kurven==Sharp curves/lines". Parts of both phrases in their Engl- ish translations can be found in our trademark and the name of our motorcycle model Sharp Fun™, for example.

    Comment of the Day #1
    "Maybe Barack is too naive and 'Google oriented' with his space pro- gram."
    What the private aerospace sector did and does are 2 points: Taking the old path and/or stealing. But both strategies are exhausted.

    Comment of the Day #2
    "The Moon is also the proving ground and springboard for missions to the Mars, and not only a space carnival."

    Clarification
    For sure, since several years the technological revolutions, like the digital, are not created anymore alone in California or other states of the U.S.A., but as well where we, the Christian Stroetmann GmbH with our OntoLab™ - The Lab of Visions™, have our base.

    Investigations

  • Government of U.S.A.: We do quote out of the speech "Remarks by the President on Space Exploration in the 21st Century" made by the President of the U.S.A. and give references to the related web- pages of our websites: "[...] 21st Century [...] [Terms of the 21st Century, OntoLinux™]", "[...] extraordinary [...] [#4™ and Water, Style of Speed™]", "[...] leading visionaries [...] [OntoLab™ - The Lab of Visions™]", "[...] singularly [...] [Introduction, OntoLinux™]", "[...] three [...] [3 Theme]", "[...] low Earth orbit [...] [X-3*™/Little Star™, Style of Speed™]", "[...] striking [...]", "[...] Mercury and Gemini and Apollo [...] [3 Theme]", "[...] Hubble Telescope [...] [see Organizations - Physics (telescopes and data), OntoLinux™ and On- toscope™]", "[...] story [...]", "[...] stunned [...]", "[...] science and math [...]", "[...] boldly [...] [Twin Ion Engine Royal (TIE R)/Light- Swift™, Style of Speed™]", "[...] touched every facet [...]", "[...] space race inspired a generation of scientists and innovators [...]", "[...] satellite navigation to water purification, from aerospace ma- nufacturing to medical imaging [...]", "[...] free and open [...]", "[...] inspired [...]", "[...] essential [...] [#4™, #:P™ (Bold Fun™) and some more webpages, Style of Speed™]", "[...] stretching beyond what previously did not seem possible [...]", "[...] essential [...]", "[...] singular [...]", "[...] collaboration [...] [Overview, OntoLinux]", "[...] being extremely clear [...]", "[...] inspire wonder in a new gen- eration [...] [eg. X-3^3™ and Twin Ion Engine Royal (TIE R) /LightSwift™, Style of Speed™]", "[...] travel farther and faster for less cost [...] [webpages of the field Space, Style of Speed™]", "[...] major break- throughs; a transformative agenda [...]", "[...] essential [...]", "[...] sustainability [...]", "[...] potential to rapidly transform [...]", "[...] new spacecraft designed for long journeys [...] [X-3^3™, Style of Speed™]", "[...] development of breakthrough propulsion systems and other advanced technologies [...] [X-3^3™, Style of Speed™]", "[...] break through these barriers [...] [Twin Ion Engine Royal (TIE R)/LightSwift™, Style of Speed™]", "[...] stronger [...]", "[...] clear promise [...] [We keep promises™]", "[...] potential [...]", "[...] holds the promise [...]", "[...] strong [...] [sTRONg]", "[...] set far-reach- ing milestones [...]", "[...] push the boundaries not only of where we can go but what we can do [...]", "[...] sustainable and even indef- inite [...]", "[...] essential [...]", "[...] revitalize [...]" and "[...] solve problems [...]". Once again a speech has had something of a focus- ed summerization, or should we say copy, of the contents of our websites, like in this case Style of Speed™ and OntoLinux™.
    Also, we do not believe, that the way of modern management will work in this field: Building only contemporary rockets, waiting for the development of innovative and pioneering technologies by other companies and than stealing them, and doing bold marketing is the old path and not enough. In this conjunction a contradiction said by the orator has to be seen, who praised the larger rocket of the com- pany Space Exploration Technologies, which in fact represents noth- ing else than the pure old path (details about this point are given in the Investigations::Avionics and Aerospace of today).

    Investigations::Aviation and Space

  • Virgin Group→Virgin Galactic: Actually it's totally unclear how the business plan of that company should function. Even if it's able to drop the cost to reach Low Earth Orbit (LEO) by a factor of 10, then it'll pay extra millions of dollars for every flight after its actual price model.
  • Space Exploration Technologies: That company has stolen and is still stealing contents and stories from our websites, especially Style of Speed™. And 3 new facts came to the surface in the last mon- ths: 1. It's taking the old path by basing its rocket engine on a 40 years old technological concept, that could be found as well under the lunar landers of the Apollo program. 2. It's already being on the drip-feed of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. That's indeed no surprise for us, because it is a typical Elon Musk founded company, like Tesla Motors, which all don't really work by only pushing something at the beginning, than doing bold and partly illegal marketing by telling lies and showing vaporware, after that stealing concepts and technologies from other companies, and tak- ing tax money by the nation for not becoming insolvent. 3. It's cost reduction seems to be only based on a reduced bureaucracy and less staff. Extra funny: 1. The National Aeronautics and Space Admi- nistration develops an own Heavy Lift Launch Vehicle (HLLV). 2. The announced cost of 500 USD for lifting a kilogramm of payload into LEO by using its launch system is in fact around 3500 USD after an actual report, which itself has still to be proved and wouldn't really be a very special offer compared with the Russian Proton and Euro- pean Ariane 5 rocket based HLLVs.

  • Google: That criminal company is stealing further parts of our Hightech Operating System™ OntoLinux™. At first and like other hard- and software companies, it jumped on the bandwagon of a Linux® based kernel for Mobile Devices™ (see also Investigations:: Multimedia 9th of July 2009 and 6th of January 2010) and mobile World Wide Web (WWW) functionality. Than it started to sponsor an already convicted group, that is trying to steal the general artificial intelligence functionality of OntoLinux™ (see Investigations::AI and Knowledge management at the 19th of August 2009 and 2nd of Oct- ober 2009), integrated GPS based navigation with compass funct- ionality (see Investigations::Multimedia at the 2nd of June 2008) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for its map (see Investigat- ions::Multimedia of the 30th of October 2009, 23rd and 25th of Jan- uary 2010), started a 3D chat platform (see Investigations::Multi- media 6th of December 2008), that failed due to its below described normal business strategy, introduced a language translation tool (see Investigations::Multimedia 19th of June 2009) and speech enabled search, that doesn't work very well, followed by an application for visual search (see Investigations::Multimedia at the 8th of Decem- ber 2009) and the integration of the before stolen technologies. Now it bought a company to enhance the visual search application with a special version for recognizing works of art (see also the webpage Culture and the section Algorithmic/Generative/Evolutionary/Organ- ic ... Art/Science on the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux™ and the comment Thank you, Redmond!!!™ at the 13th of May 2008) and another company to integrate so-called office documents (compare this with the Question of the Day #1 of the 22nd of October 2009).
    Furthermore, some weeks ago it happened what we have already expected and were only waiting for: At the end of the year 2009 the drivers of its unnecessary Linux® based distribution with the name Android was thrown out of the kernel, because it wasn't maintained enough due to a lack of commitment, and represented a now failed attempt to hijack Linux® by creating an incompatible fork to pull third persons to its version. A reintegration of the drivers into the so called staging tree of the kernel developers and a later inclusion into the mainline of the operating system kernel Linux® would take se- veral years, and as we do know the not very new general situation as well as that company, it isn't wrong to assume that this won't happen at all. That company is neither interested in foundational research and development as well as sustainable maintenance, but only in marketing under its own name of hypes, which were created by other persons and companies, and copying foreign intellectual properties (take a look also at the Comment of the Day 24th of September 2008 and Comment of the Day #3 of the 16th of Dec- ember 2009, Investigations of the 1st, 6th of December 2008, 13th of January 2009 and 16th of May 2009, and Investigations::Multi- media of the 4th, 11th and 18th of February 2010).
    Besides this, its activites in the field of tablet personal computers takes on shape (see also Investigations::Multimedia of the 3rd of February 2010), as we've predicted, because it does nothing else in many fields than to steal our intellectual properties.
  • Microsoft and Fraunhofer Institut: Another german company, that is a large internet service provider, has said to have detected irreg- ularities in the collaborative work of that criminal IT-company and the by tax and Microsoft money financed criminal research institute, as we did it before several times. In this special case it is explained by the internet service provider, that a study about e-mail services by the research institute was made by following the guidelines of that company with the goal to rate better the e-mail services by Microsoft and its partner Yahoo as well as by a third U.S.American IT-company, which was only evaluted to suggest a neutrality of the study, than the e-mail service of the said german internet service provider. What the study for example not explained is the fact, that german internet service providers have to follow much more restrict- ive laws, like to give the guarantee to deliver e-mails.
    We can only give the german internet service provider the advice to pull off its company's headquarter and servers out of the B.R.D..

    We made a little mistake in the last weeks by seeing the higher region of the suborbit and the Low Earth Orbit (LEO) as one orbital region, which led to a partly misleading description of our Space Shuttle Junior™, the X-3*™/LittleStar™. In the last days we 've corrected this mistake on its webpage, added the new paragraph Two-Phase-To-Suborbit System for the correction and gave more detailed and additional informations.

    Investigations

  • General: You have to speak about style and not design anymore. Otherwise your aren't conform with the trend and out of business. ;D

  • Promotion of the economy for Moers, Kamp Lintfort, Neukirchen- Vluyn and Rheinberg, North Rhine-Westfalia, B.R.D.: Again, contents was stolen from our websites by that public-law institution for its actual club magazine. For example, it quoted a greek philosopher, spoke about the change in modern living and evolution, and made the statement that "Die Entwicklung vom Einzeller bis hin zu einer so komplexen Lebensform wie dem Menschen ist [...] Change Manage- ment", which means in English "The development from a protozoon/ monad up to a such a complex life form like the human is [...] mana- gement of change [...]", which was boldly stolen from the opening paragraph of the chapter 3 Entwicklung und Funktionsweise eines Gehirns and the second paragraph of the chapter 3.1 Wachstum eines multizellularen Organismus of The Proposal publicated on the website of OntoLinux™ as well as from the section Business-Engine- ering of the website of the Ontonics™. We also found phrases about "Kernkompetenz==core competence", "Drei-Phasen-Modell==Three- Phase Model", "kreativer Freiraum==creative freedom/free space", "Gestaltungsqualität==scope for quality" and "innovativen Möglich- keiten==innovative possibilities". Besides, there are reports about a defrauding company, which for example has an arcade related name, a local bank and a discussion forum, that talked about "jemand mit einer Vision==somebody with a vision" and "emotionale Kompetenz== emotional competence". Moreover, on the back cover of the club magazine an advertisement of a serious criminal college was found. We also don't know after this more than a decade lasting mess, how that public-law institution for the promotion of the economy can claim for a success of its activities, because for example the last 3 product lines of the U.S.American company Apple could have been produced in its area by our company, but this was actively blocked by all still responsible and convicted persons, associations, institutes and companies all the years, as we've already explained. It's defini- tely not a success, if a quarter of the annual budget of the state North Rhine-Westfalia was gambled away in the last decade alone in the field of consumer electronics by this acting of totally incompe- tent and criminal persons, and we don't accept any attempt to per- vert the facts. This is Only the Truth™.
  • Sparkasse am Niederrhein: That bank is claiming to be the trust- iest partner of the local economy. So why has it given away a re- print out of an automotive magazine, that contained a report about an automotive design style contest with the goal to damage our division Style of Speed™, a fact that is based on the knowledge, that there is no another automotive styler on this high level around the site of Style of Speed™. And why were promised credits taken away after hearing bold rumors? Also interesting is the fact, that its former press spokesman was, and perhaps still is, an editor of the Nazi paper Rheinische Post, as well.
  • College Rhein-Waal, North Rhine-Westfalia, B.R.D.: That college has stolen again contents and concepts from our websites, most to mention by the OntoLab™ and the Christian Stroetmann GmbH. In a first phase the concept of the OntoLab™ was taken as a blueprint for the founding of that college. In a next phase that college struct- ured its spectrum of courses of studies with scientific, economic, technic, social and health oriented fields, including for example bio- nics, by again copying generally the OntoLab™ again. And now in the phase of the last past we read in an advertisemant "Innovativ, interdisziplinär und international==Innovative, interdisciplinary and international", which is again nothing else than stolen contents and concepts from the homepage of the website of the Christian Stroet- mann GmbH and the section Business-Technology. We also can see phrases like "offen, freundlich und kommunikativ==open, friendly and communicative" and "hoher Qualität==high quality". Despite that we don't know how criminals can be friendly, we would like to point on our activities in the field of open source hard- and software by for example Tuxic™, Mithrasoft™, Roboticle™ and OntoLinux™, but also on the Quality oriented Model of Innovation of Ontonics™. Extra nasty: The addresses of that college have the streetnames Land- wehr and Südstrasse, which interblended become the streetname Landwehrstrasse (compare with the address of the office of the Christian Stroetmann GmbH), and was only made in this way to con- fuse foreign persons and companies.
  • Arkadon IT-Engineering: That company has copied contents and concepts from our websites, like of the Christian Stroetmann GmbH and this website of OntomaX™. We are watching it since several years and luckily could convicted it now: Last year it was renamed to Arkadon IT-Engineering. This name is explained to be related with the architectural style of arcades. But in fact its was made only in relation to the logo of the Christian Stroetmann GmbH. Furthermore, its imprint looks very familiar. We also have some quotes: "[...] Inno- vationsfreude [...]", "[...] essentielle Werte [...]", "[...] ganzheitliche [...]architektur [...]", "[...] universeller [...]", "[...] essentiell [...]", "[...] komplexe [...]", "[...] nachhaltigen [...]", "[...] Innovationspro- zesse [...] managen [...]" and much more. The English translation of the quotes are: "[...] Innovative [...]", "[...] essential worths [...]", "[...] holistic [...]architectur [...]", "[...] universal [...]", "[...] ess- ential [...]", "[...] complex [...]", "[...] sustainable [...]" and "[...] manage [...] innovation processes [...] [see the section Innovation on the website of Ontonics™]". Extra funny: That company is still publicating an old text about creativity and innovation, which is bas- ed on a text that was about the Renaissance 2.0 and publicated on the website of Ontonics™ until we deleted it again, because the original text was publicate the first time in the club magazine of the company Heidelberger Druck. What a pity, that fraudsters very often don't know what they've really stolen.

  • eBay: Again, the company has taken parts of the style of one of our websites. This time it's the white and green colour scheme of the website of the OntoLab™ (see also the Investigations of the 21st of June 2008). Furthermore, it jumped on the bandwagons of the Find and the Fun Themes by replacing the button label "Los== Start" with "Finden==Find" and using phrases like "macht Spaß== makes fun".
  • EMC: We think its slogan "where information lives" says every- thing, so we don't need to investigate the rest of its website and document all of the other most potentially stolen contents, concepts and technologies.

  • Coca Cola: Again, that company jumped on a bandwagon with its slogan "love it". We would like to mention another time our slogans: I'm loving it™, You're loving it™ and We're loving it™, which for sure we're using for technical objects as well as food, example given Vita/ VivaCola™ and SteviaCola™.
  • McDonald's: We have with the section "Space of Leckerness" an evidence for the stealing of the concept of our Space Theme that we've created with our trademarks Space-Pommes™, Space-Fries™, Space-Nachos™, Space-Chips™, Space-Burger™ Space Mac™, Space-Nugget™, Space-Wing™, Space-Salad™, Space-Veggie™, Space Whopper™, Space King™, Space-Double™, Space-Chicken™, Space-Onion™, Space-Bagel™ and Space-Donut™.
  • Bahlsen: In the advertisement of a butter biscuit the slogan "Für jeden Spaß zu haben==Obtainable for every kind of fun" was used.

  • Biba: The fashion company is talking about "Exotic Style", which reminds us of the list of exotic operating systems on the website of OntoLinux™ and exotic street legal automobiles by Style of Speed™. On its website we found also phrases like: "Spaß==Fun", "Glaub- würdigkeit==Credibility/Reliability", "Zuverlässigkeit==Credibleness/ Reliability" and "Vertrauen==Trust/Confidence". Somehow this all sounds familiar.
  • Tom Tailor: "Get Your [...] Style"
  • Adidas: Its slogan "Celebrate Originality" is bold, because the com- pany don't really respect originality (see also the Invesitgations of the 11th of February 2009 and the note about the designer styler Michael Michalsky at the 20th of May 2009 on the Culture webpage).
  • Dominic Schindler Creations: We found contents and concepts from our websites on its website, so we do quote: "Innovative tech- nologies need an ingenious design.", "[...] full potential [...]", "[...] revolutionary design [...]", "[...] improve also the functionality and ergonomics [...]", "[...] more value [...]", "[...] perfectly [...]", "[...] internationally [...]", "[...] highest efficiency [...]", "[...] analysis to the implementation of prototype [...]", "[...] trend research [...]", "[...] consultation [...]", "[...] interface design [...]", "[...] corporate architecture [...]", "[...] rapid prototyping [...]", "[...] 3D animation/ modelling [...]", "[...] fresh [...] ideas [...]", "[...] setting [...] trends [Gotcha!!!™ We set Trends™]", "[...] highly creative [...]", "[...] art and beauty [...]", "[...] fascinated [...]", "[...] creative [...]", "[...] out-of-the-box [...]", "[...] scope [...]", "[...] revolutionary [...]", "[...] inspired by trends, music and culture [...] [Gotcha!!!™]", "[...] extraordinary [...]", "[...] break-through [...]", "[...] patterns [...]", "[...] transform [...]", "[...] high-tech objects [...] [Gotcha!!!™]", "[...] just revolutionary [...]", "[...] bold and clever [...]", "[...] clear identity [...]", "[...] newest high-tech materials [...]", "[...] revolut- ionary and leading-edge design approach [...]", "[...] competence [...]", "[...] creative inspiration [...] [Ah??? What's that for a non- sense statement?]", "[...] philosophy [...]" and "[...] consulting, and brand management [...]". What we see is nothing else than the typical fraudster in the field of design style, who made his way by stealing intellectual properties from other persons and companies. It's bold, but not clever, stylish or trend setting. :D :P

  • Shimano: With its slogan "The Original Bike Components" the com- pany is damaging our trademark The Original™ and reminds us of our Active Components™ by Style of Speed™.

    Investigations::Car #249

  • Suzuki: With the slogan "Rock the road" that company jumped again on the bandwagon of some of our trademarks, like for example Rock, Roll & Sense™, Rock'n'Sense™ Roll'n'Sense™, Rock-E™ and Street Rocket™ (see also Investigations::Car #236 at the 15th of March 2010).

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Cable News Network: Again, that media company reported about a defrauding person. This time it was a chef, who had presented an application for a smartphone, which looks like our Ontoscope™, used also a phrase related with "Star Trek" (compare with the Ontoscope Announcement at the 8th of September 2009) and talked about Ital- ian food. The media company knew very well before, that this app- lication is nothing else than our stolen Cook!Phone™ application, which we've presented on the webpage of our Innovation-Pipeline by Ontonics™ (see also the Investigations of the 10th of March 2010), as well as an already by us told story.

  • Technische Universität Dortmund: Besides the usual other and already mentioned points, we could find out that a new course of study in the subject Commonsense Reasoning was started (see the links that begin with Commonsense Computing and the last ones in the section Natural Language Processing on the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux™). This isn't the first time in more than the last 8 years, but we haven't counted how often it really has happened.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Google: As it was found out, that criminal company has not only scanned the streets, but also the so called hot spots, that are bas- ed on the WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) technology.
    1. step: If the police sees a car of the company Google, then it has to confiscate it for analysis.
    2. step: Switch off that company, because it is exactly doing that what all clearly thinking humans don't want since George Orwell's novel Nineteen Eighty-Four or before its presentation (see also the point 6 of the Comment of the Day of the 24th of September 2008).
  • Skyhook Wireless: That bold company collected data about the positions of millions of WLANetworks.

    Btw.: If all members of a group are acting against a rule, then it doesn't mean that the rule isn't valid.
    In the case above the majority has already decided that it isn't allowed to break into the private sphere of a person by another person, company or even the state.
    Got it? Good! •

    Investigations::Ship #2

  • Code-X: That company thought to be clever by stealing contents, concepts and technologies from our websites, especially from the websites of Style of Speed™ and Ontonics™, as our readers mighty already have guessed. Besides a webpage "Vision", which contains a description of the technology of a fuel that uses the regenerative energy components water and carbon dioxide for a drive, we also found other familiar items. So we do quote from its website to docu- ment an finalize this investigative csae: "Code-X", "[...] develops fundamentally new concepts [...] [If the reader substitutes develops with steals, then she/he will get a fact. And a real source of fund- amental, revolutionary and paradigm shifting concepts and techno- logies is Style of Speed™.]", "[...] drives [...]", "[...] concepts be- coming the standard in the future [...]", "We see ourselves as for- ward thinkers and pioneers [...] [It's just an illusion.]", "[...] com- bines conventional technology with regenerative energy in the form of a solar-powered hybrid drive [...]", "[...] production takes place in a mobile unit [...]", "[...] component [...]", "[...] the drive [...]", "[...] combined a traditional drive with a solar-powered drive [...]", "[...] CO2-neutral [...] drive [...]", "[...] regenerative fuel [...]", "[...] components of the [defrauding company] fuel are regenerative energy, water, and carbon dioxide [...]", "[...] the hydrogen that is required for the [thieves'] fuel can also be generated by means of metal reduction [...] [as we said it's one part of the concept of our Bionic VehicleApe ESP 2.0 and also of the project Hydrogen on the Fly™]", "[...] fuel is produced in a mobile [...] station [...]" and "[...] second generation [...] [This is related to the 2.0 behind the labels Bionics 2.0™, as we used in the overview of our section of Bionic Ships™, and Ape ESP 2.0.]". We can't see forward thinkers and pioneers, but the ususal design fraudsters. The design of its ship is nothing else than a catamaran based on Zam's Koro-2 Exodrive Airspeeder™ from Episode 2 of the Star Wars saga and the style of the Wallypower ship series by the wharf Wally Yachts. And a look on the website of its fuel partner gives easily the result: Convicted!!!™
  • Wally Yachts: Before the company thinks that it is allowed to run wild we do quote from its website: "[...] lines [...]", "[...] styling [...]", "[...] performance [...]", "[... 3] configuration [...]", "[... 3] options [...]", "[...] three and four [...]", "[...] three [...]", "[...] im- proving performance and enhancing [...]", "[...] colour scheme [...]", "[...] styling [...]", "[...] without compromising performance [...]", "[...] perfectly integrates with the style [...]", "[...] interior style [...]", "[...] transforms [...]", "[...] contemporary [...] [So, so, so.]", "[...] twin double [...]", "[...] inside-outside [...]", "[...] three [...]", "[...] hi-modulus carbon [...]", "[...] super glossy [...]", "[...] in the style of racing [...]", "[...] creation [...]", "[...] stylish [...]", "[...] sleek lines [...]", "[...] striking [...]", "[...] 100.3 [...]", "[...] 30 [...]", "[...] lifting [body ...]", "[...] significant [...]", "[...] reactive yet balanced [...]", "[...] sleek and aggressive [...]", "[...] perform- ance of a maxi racer [...]", "[...] simple yet stylish [...]", "[...] very high quality [...]", "[...] equipped [...]", "[...] asymmetrical [...]", "[...] reflecting [the company's] continuous research in style as well as in technology [...] [At last we say here: Gotcha!!!™]", "[...] twin steering wheels [...]", "[...] design [...] is minimalistic [...] [We think that's another: Gotcha!!!™]", "[...] evolution [...]", "[...] reflecting the overall concept of simplicity [...]", "[...] impression of the excit- ing pleasures [...]", "[...] striking elegance [...]", "[...] very high speed [...]", "[...] pure expression [...]", "[...] smoothly at speed [...]", "[...] extensive R&D programme [...]", "[...] enhancing safety [...]", "[...] total [...]", "[...] ultimate [...]", "[...] quality [...]", "[...] integrating form and function [...]", "[...] signature [...]", "[...] su- perstructure [...]", "[...] hi-tech fabric [...]", "[...] integrate design with innovative technology [...]", "[...] three [...]", "[...] contempor- ary and fresh [...]", "[...] custom made in carbon fiber [...]", "[...] coast-guard [...]", "[...] pure lines [...]", "[...] hybrid structure [...]", "[...] shockwaves [...] [We're still speaking about boats and not Hy- persoars.]", "[...] New York style [...]", "[...] CFD computer design [...]", "[...] high efficiency [...]", "[...] onto [...]", "[...] beam [...]", "[...] S@A [...]", "[...] breakthrough [...]", "[...] weight savings gain- ed through technology [...]", "[...] equipment [...]", "[...] combining vintage and contemporary concepts [...]", "[...] real contemporary classic [...]", "[...] sleek and modern [...]", "[...] revolution [...]", "[...] represents an innovation for a contemporary yacht but in fact it is derived from the vintage [...] [So what now: Innovation or lega- cy solution? ]", "[...] absolutely pure [...]", "[...] operating systems [...]", "[...] three minutes [...]", "[...] pad [...]", "[...] evident [...]", "[...] styling is contemporary and reflects the simplicity of this [...] design [...]", "[...] breakthrough project [...]", "[...] William Fife and Nathanael Herreshoff: would have they been alive today, they would have surely [...] [This kind of story is stolen from the webpage of the E430™ RSR.]", "[...] deeply evaluated and tested [...]", "[...] perfectly integrated into the style of the project [...]", "[...] 30 [...]", "[...] breakthrough projects perfectly reflecting the [company] concept to have simple, fast, stylish, safe [...]", "[...] 30% [...]", "[...] significant [...]", "[...] safety and style [...]", "[...] complex web [...]" and "[...] pure clean [...] [Oh, oh, oh: Pure Clean ™.]". Investigations

  • Arup: That highly suspicious company has massively stolen cont- ents, and most potentially concepts and technologies as well, from our websites and somehow by other channels. Despite the already investigated cases with the so called Bird's Nest building, that sur- prisingly has all of the characteristic style features of the lamp with the nickname "Nest Lamp" by C.S. (see the Original at the 08.08.08 and the notes Architects of the 10th of June 2008 and Artists of the 17th of September 2009 on the Culture webpage), and the Gherkin building in London, that together with a lamp by a so called artist from Danmark looks again like a sketch from around 1997 by C.S. But in what kind of?]", "[...] findings [...]", "[...] 3D design, simulations, [...] physics and fluid dynamics [...]" and "Water was the theme [...] [New Materials in General→ Wasser==Water, OntoLab™]". That company definitely makes a negative difference in the world and it does not shape a better, but an ugly world, as we've finally proved now. In the begining it took some more time, but at the end this was one of the easist cases we had until today and so the result for these typical design and style fraudsters is for sure: Convicted!!!™. What a beautiful day.

    Investigations::Avionics and Aerospace

  • Bertelsmann→N-TV: In conjunction with the start of the Orbital Test Vehicle (OTV) X-37B by the U.S. Air Force it was reported, that the shrouded in mystery and today launched "spaceplane" was kept top secret, wasn't shown to the public and looks like a "Mini-Version eines Space-Shuttles==Miniature version of a Space Shuttle"/"Mini-Shuttle". Despite the point, that the quoted terms have been taken to resemble the nicknames of and to steal the story about our spaceplane X-3*™/LittleStar™, aka. Little Space Shuttle™ or Space Shuttle Junior™, the given informations of the news are total non- sense, because: 1. The integration of the NASA projects X-37 and X-40 and the carrying on of the integrated project under the label X-37B by the U.S. Airforce was never top secret, but best-known by interested and really competent persons. 2. It does not look like a Little Space Shuttle™. The X-37B spacecraft has only wings, which reminds of the wings of the Space Shuttle, but are in fact much smaller, only positioned at the middle part of its fuselage and also smoothly curved, as images have shown it since around the year 2004. It has also a V-tail. Our X-3* and its base, the X-34 space- plane, indeed look like the Space Shuttle and have all one classic vertical stabilizer/fin with rudder. 3. An image of the OTV X-37B was publicated by the USAF itself in the year 2008. 4. The final space- plane will be used as a temporary satellit or weapon and/or trans- porter of the usual devices into Low Earth Orbit (LEO), like mini sat- ellites for surveillance and maybe some anti-satellite weapons. To supply a space station with it is also imaginable, but makes not really sense, because there are enough Heavy Lift Launch Vehicles (HLLV) available for this task. 5. Last but not least, we made so much momentum in the last 10 years in exactly this field as well, that the U.S.A. has had no choice than to stay on this track as well. The situation is exactly like in the case of hypersonic planes (see the Comment of the Day #2 of the 25th of September 2008 and In- vestigations::Avioncs and Aerospace of the 11th of October 2008).

And we would like to finalize this investigative case with a comment about the shown concept car: While the upper part of the rear reminds us of the Pan™, the rear bumper of the concept car looks somehow like the one of the 911 BB. Also, the taillights are designed after the style of the Raptor RSR, Cayman BB and 911 BB.
  • Bayerische Motorenwerke: And here we're always on the save side with our investigations, because everytime we can find something. So you don't need to wait for the quotes, here they are out of a press release of a concept car: "[...] design philosophy and develop- ment strategy [...] [To declare stealing as a philosophy and strategy isn't what modern communities really like.]", "[...] modular [...]", "[...] innovative design culture [...] [If this culture has ever existed, then we already have proved in the last months that it's now put on a level with the attitude of thieves.]", "In addition [...]", "[...] strik- ing [...]", "[...] outstanding design expertise [...] [Ha, ha, ha. The next time, the deal with the style of the B!™ will be completed.
  • Marussia: We don't know the billionaire, who has invested in this new marque. But before it thinks our subsidiaries and our websites are free buffets of marketing texts, concepts and technologies, we do quote out of a press release: "[...] new special chassis [...]", "[...] high-tech materials and components [...]", "[...] believe that innovations and reliability are the key factors of the production un- der [that] trademark [...]", "[...] characteristics [...]", "[...] unique design [...]", "[...] high operating performance; comfortable city driving [...]", "Uniqueness of the concept is that of several comple- tely different in design and color vehicle bodies can fit sole chassis. We also would like to mention some comments about the style of its first car model: At the front we see the copied front fenders of the model Murciélago by the marque Lamborghini with headlights of a well known design concept of a Lamborghini and a Lotus Elise like front bonnet. The roof reminds us of cars like the Saleen S7 and has the sides of a Ferrari SuperEnzo design concept, while the rear around the exhaust pipes is somehow like old models of the marque Spyker. Convicted!!!™

    Btw.: Did you know our line of SOS™ Mustangs?
  • JE Design: The company has taken contents of our website Style of Speed™. We document some terms and phrases out of a press release: "[...] stronger [...]", "[...] performance [...]", "[...] 330 [...]", "[...] enhances [...]", "Luxury [...] equipment [...] [Equipment is all™]", "[...] components [...]", "[...] emotion [...]", "[...] strong- est [...] [Before we came with the sTRONg™ it was used the term most powerful or something comparable.]", "[...] enhanced perform- ance [...]", "[...] aggressive [...]", "[...] enhanced [...]", "[...] fiercer [...] [This clearly is stolen from our trademark and the story of the motorbike Fierce Fun™ by Style of Speed™.]", "[...] additional [...]", "[...] performance enhancement [...]", "[...] fiercely [...]", "[...] fiery impressions [...]", "[...] demands [...]", "[...] 3 [...]", "[...] phase [...]", "[...] especially [...]", "[...] fiery [...]", "[...] pure [...]", "[...] individual logo [...]", "[...] fiery [...]" and "[...] passion [...]". Besides this, the Exterior Theme™ was copied from the model GT3 RS of Volkswagen→Porsche. Convicted!!!™
  • Hamann: That bold company was everytime a 'safe house number' (sure score) for our conducted investigations in the field of automo- biles, like it is this time again. So we do quote as well: "[...] Just in time [...] [Just For Fun™]", "[...] palette [...]", "[...] exciting [...] styling, striking rim designs and powerful performance [...]", "[...] characterised by top-quality [...]", "[...] components [...]", "Striking side skirts [...]", "[...] convincing design concept [...]", "[...] space [...]", "[...] control device [...]", "[...] three-part [...]", "Edition Race "Matt Black" [Sounds like our rim line Edition Race "Stealth". :P]", "[...] sportiness with elegance [...]", "[...] titanium [...]", "[...] im- pression [...]", "[...] 30 [...]" and "[...] enhanced [...]".

    Investigations::Car #251

  • General Motors→Opel: For a commercial the company jumped on the revived Pop Art Theme by C.S.. We also saw something like a 3 Theme phrase in the form of "111" and something more.
  • Fiat: In a commercial for a smaller model we could see a jump on the bandwagon of the concept of the Exterior Themes™, which is named "[inidividual] customization", and a phrase like "Italian mast- erpiece".
  • Volkswagen→Audi→Lamborghini: A special version of the marque's model Murciélago has been created, that features the colour scheme grey and black with an orange stripe, like we have shown with an engine bonnet of the model Viper by the marque Chrysler & Fiat→ Dodge on the webpage of the Pan™ RSR and Panamera BB by Style of Speed™. By the way: In reality the stripe is red and not orange. This was only an effect due to an overexposure while shooting the photo.
  • PPI Automotive Design: We are watching that company since ma- ny years and after we saw on the conversion of a model R8 by Vol- kswagen→Audi a matte black paint job with orange stripes, like it was shown on an image of a engine bonnet of the model Viper, we were sure that now the time for a clearing investigation had come. That bold company has stolen contents, concepts and technologies from our websites, especially the websites of Style of Speed™. We do quote to document the case: "[...] wild ideas become a reality [...]", "Philosophy [SuperGotcha!!!™]", "[...] self-evident [SuperGot- cha!!!™]", "[...] calibre [...] [SuperGotcha!!!™]", "[...] evident [...]", "[...] components [...]", "[...] original factory mounting points using original equipment manufacturer hardware [...]", "Elegant lines [...]", "[...] ultimate expression of our emotions [...]", "[...] compliment [...] [We think it has to be the word complement in the context.]", "[...] unique [...]", "[...] different [...]", "[...] management systems [...]", "Suspension programs", "Electric component upgrades and in- novations [So, which ones?]", "[...] different [...]", "[...] high quali- ty components [...]", "[...] classical or an extremely sportive [...]", "[...] components [...]", "[...] separate stages [...] [We're talking here about standard car tuning, and not real and true rocket sci- ence.]", "[...] quality, form and function [...]", "Legal", "[...] equip- ment [...]", "[...] special equipment [...]", "[...] range of equipment [...]", "[...] equipment and scope [...]", "[...] are subject to change [...]", "[...] total or partial [...]", "[...] find everything your heart desires [...]", "[...] onto [...]", "[...] there are always copy artist [...] [How bold: That company warns of copycats, but itself is one as well and even one of the most criminals. Even more bold: By this attempt that company has tried to steal the story of our Investig- ations::Car, as well.]", "Top Secret", "[...] sporty yet elegant [...]", "[...] enhanced [...]", "[...] styling [...]", "[...] striking style [...] [Again: Gotcha!!!™]", "[...] enhancements [...]", "[...] spirited driv- ing [...]", "[...] pure power [...]", "[...] addition [...]", "[...] applying carbon fibre as the main component [...] [That's an old hat. That's why we only took SR Style™ and RSR Style™.]", "[...] characterizes [...]", "[...] high technical [...]", "[...] styling language [...] [No, no, no. Not this way dude: Language of Style™. Go away!!!™]" and much more. Due to our now nearly 30 years lasting experience with fraudsters in many industrial fields it's easy to choice the correct result, as always: Convicted!!!™
    Btw.: What that company does, like other companies as well, is not only to steal single words or whole stories, but also as much as po- ssible terms and phrases in such a way, that the so called speech acts are assimilated and the reader or listener is irritated about the original source.
    Moreover, the swabians should get rid of those plagiarists, because they are responsible that the myth of the swabian ability to innovate could have been busted by us some years ago.
  • Motor Presse Stuttgart→auto motor und sport: That criminal pub- lisher has stolen contents and concepts of our website of Style of Speed™ with "Mehr Autos [-] Mehr Themen [-] Mehr Fahrspaß".

    Investigations::Motorbike #8

  • R1Engineering: That bold company together with the company of its CEO's brother, which manufactures Girder forks, has stolen cont- ents, concepts, especially the one of the model #5™, and techno- logies from the website of Style of Speed™, as the quotes obviously prove: "A New Vision For A New Breed", "A New Breed Of Custom [...] Motorcycles", "A New Revolution Of Custom [...] Motorcycles.", "Simple In Function, Superior In Design.", "A Vision. An Idea. An Ex- periment. A New Generation. [...] And A New Breed ... We've set up and uploaded the very first version of the webpage of the:

  • #;> (Wild Riot).

    We also have to apologize for the little irritation that came up by renaming our new motorcycle model #:O (Sharp Roar) into #;O (Feral Riot) due to the structuring process of the new Modern Cust- om™ series that we've created with the #5.
    Now we don't confound the different motorbike series anymore and can use the label Sharp Roar for a model of the next series. ;)

  • Altria Group→L&M: We saw on an advertising poster the slogans "Ideas Styles Images etc." and "Triple Blend".
  • McDonald's: The new product Cup-Cakes was presented with the slogans "[...] im Trend==conform with the trend" and "[...] Love It!". If the reader would like to see the original source, then she/he can find it on our website, naturally, in the Pod and Swoop Racing Lea- gue Further steps of the 10th of October 2009.
    We also found the slogan "Erfrischung pur==Pure refreshment" on a cup for soft drinks.

  • Rewe: In an advertising folder we could see the upper-case character G with a crown in the style of the King Smiley logo.
  • GMS-Bentheimer Softwarehaus→Sonderauktionen.net: On its internet portal we found a logo that looks like the King Smiley logo.

    Investigations::Car #252

  • Government of China: At a large automotive exhibition in China it could be clearly noticed, that the governmental leader have chosen as well our strategy of vehicles with Pure Electric™ :Drivetrain™, like the government of the B.R.D. did before. It's more than only impre- ssive, that we, the Christian Stroetmann GmbH, created in this field a paradigm shift and such a high momentum that all large manufact- urers of automobiles were not able to realize in the last 2 decades.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • General: To be conform with the trend you have to say slogans like Hardware - Software - Entertainment or write something like Hardware.Software.Entertainment.
    Also, you have to add a button with the label Find on your website.
  • Yahoo!→Overture Services→Altavista: The text of the button label "Suchen==Search" has been replaced with "Finden==Find". We don't search, we find™==Wir suchen nicht, wir finden™. Furthermore, we found informations on its website in the section About that are stol- en from our websites, like: "[...] Standards zu setzen [...]", "[...] komplexer [...]", "[...] effizient [...]", "[...] zunehmende Komplexi- tät [...] [Dies wurde von der Web-Seite Problembereiche von Onto- nics™ und einer Handelskammer gestohlen.]", "[...] Philosophie [...] "The Power of Precision" [...] [Ja, es ist ein: SuperGotcha!!!™]", "[...] Inspiration [...]", "[...] Faszination [...]", "[...] findige [...]", "Stolz sind wir [...]" and "[...] Phrasen [...]". In Englisch we have then the quotes: "[...] setting the standard [...]", "[...] find [...]", "[...] more complex [...]", "[...] finding [...]", "[...] efficiently [...]", "[...] changing complexity [...] [This was stolen from the webpage Problembereiche by Ontonics™ and an association of commerce.]", "[...] 'Power of Precision' philosophy [...] [Yes, it's a: SuperGot- cha!!!™]", "[...] freshness [...]", "[...] inspired [...]", "[...] fasci- nation [...]", "We are proud [...]" and "[...] phrases [...]".
  • immowelt.de: "Jetzt Finden==Find Now™"
  • Nokia: In a commercial for a Smartphone a racing car simulator was brought into relation, like we did it before on the website of OntoLinux™ in the section Machine Simulation of the webpage Links to Software with TORCS - The Open Racing Car Simulator. The add- itional moving images are made in the style of images by C.S. like the "Moonwalk", "Space Shuttle", "Don Pablo", and "Sojourner".

    Comment of the Day #2
    "The company Google isn't and doesn't own the internet!"
    [C.S., Today]

    Question of the Day
    "Facebook is a CIA front page?", [A user]

    Clarification #1
    It doesn't matter in which size a work of arts is reproduced, for ex- ample as a thumbnail of an image by providers of internet search engines, because the artist owns the copyright for reproductions in every size and a lowered acuity of detail is not relevant as long as the work is distinctively recognizable. Said this, the highest german court has in parts again wrongly judged.
    An example: A photo artist creates images in a large size of around 3x2 meters and declares these images as her/his works. Then she/he has the right as the only person to reproduce the same images in a format of 3x2 centimeters (examples given as the image on a stamp or a digital thumbnail).

    Clarification #2
    Providers of internet application services (search engines for examp- le) and social network companies only exist due to publicated works of others. And as everybody can see, these services and networks are essential parts of the internet, but these publicated works are as well much more worth.

    Clarification #3
    Most business plans of internet companies are illegal or not legally realizable.

    The world in your hands™

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Neofonie & 4tiitoo→WePad: 3 days ago, those defrauding compa- nies presented again their touch PC in the slate style, this time as a handcrafted prototyp. And again the shown device didn't work prop- erly and again one of its CEOs babbled around and gave illogical ex- cuses for that mess (see also Investigations::Multimedia of the 13th of this month). They're totally incompetent and will be royally ironed.
  • Asustek Computer: After the netbook and mobile 3D cases that hardware manufacturer jumped again on a bandwagon by us some months ago and announced to produce an own touch PC in the slate style and with the name Eee Pad. Also interesting is the information, that one of its subsidiary is producing the touch PC of a german company.
  • Medion: A rumor came to the surface, that the consumer elec- tronics company, which has violated the open source license GNU General Public License (GPL) in the past and most probably is still doing this, will manufacture some hardware components for, and dis- tribute and support the hardware of the WePad. Also, that company announced to manufacture an own touch PC. Maybe we're only look- ing at one and the same device, and the company WePad is only a dummy, that has the task to disturb our marketing of our intelliTab- let (iTablet)™.
    Btw.: For our friends: Products of the company Medion are exclusi- vely sold in many countries by the company Aldi, which is divided in- to two companies, renonwed as the market leaders in the lowest price segment and owned by two brothers, who are said to be the richest germans since years.
  • Bertelsmann→N-TV: Despite the next disastrous presentation by typical fraudsters and their touch PC, that criminal media company gave again one of its CEO the chance for telling bold nonsense and giving stupid excuses. Also interesting is the fact, that the related report was shown today only some hours later after we presented the specifications of our first series of intelliTablet (iTablet)™, de- spite the presentation was 3 days ago. This isn' the first time that that media company is disturbing our marketing of our tablet PC intelliTablet (iTablet).
    Btw.: We all saw the same criminal behaviour by that company in the fields of automobiles with Pure Electric™ :Drivetrains™ some month ago and touch PCs some weeks ago (take a look at Investig- ations::Multimedia of the 4th of February 2010) and today again.

    30.April.2010
    Clarification #1
    There is definitely no need to repeat over decades the whole process that led to the copyright for works of arts, books, music, movies and comparable items, due to the situation that we have only with the internet a new channel for the distribution of inform- ations.

    Clarification #2
    Also, we already made the statement in the past, that an owner of a website is responsible for the website content. For sure, this is guilty as well for providers of internet application services (for ex- ample search engines).

    Clarification #3
    The arguments given yesterday by a provider of an internet applic- ation service (search engine) and the highest german court are wrong, when it's said that uploaded content is free for use in special cases by other persons and companies. All these special cases are already handled with the copyright notice as well, which is essential, known and accepted by the majority, and can be found at nearly all websites at the bottom of the related webpages and/or the imprint. Said this, there is no need to apply further steps to protect the own intellectual properties, like a robots.txt file or an only by humans and actually not machines useable entry.

    We are very pleased to publicate the first images of the next series of intelliTablets (iTablets)™. The hardware architecture is basically the same as it's used for the slate styled intelliTablets™, but feat- ures a folding two-/dual-touchscreen technology as well.
