Besides the open software stack of OntoLinux under the GNU General Public License for non-commercial use, which is not publicated until today but set on hold due to defrauding actings (see the OntoLix and OntoLinux Announcement of the 22nd of February 2013 and the Further steps of the 24th of February 2013), and the open software stack of OntoLix under commercial and permissive free software lic- enses (see also the last point of the Feature-list of OntoLinux #2 presented on the 24th of April 2008), we have decided to add a closed software stack called OntoDOS and OntoWindows.

It's again doodle time at SOS with the Cayman C2 and C4. What we did was overworking the rear section by following the design of the Carrara GT, so that it has now a rear wing and the rear bonnet of the Cayman can be reused easily, the exhaust pipe with the blend to the diffusor of the version R32 of the model Golf V, and new taillights based on LEDs for giving our readers an impression how the result will finally look like if they also take a look at the taillights of the model Boxster BS and add a similar style.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
As a follow-up of the Further steps of the 4th of July 2012, which was about looking at the Replicant Operating System, specifically at its items that might be interesting for adapting, we also looked again on the projects CyanogenMod that focuses on the customization and extension of the same Linux kernel based operating system, but has also the interesting hardware drivers and some more features. In addition, we looked also at LibHybris that is a library for overriding symbols of the Bionic libc with GNU C Library (glibc) sysmbols and makes Bionic-based hardware adaptations in glibc systems possible. Said this, we have finally decided to add a further software stack called OntoDroid (see also the Further steps of the 2nd of March 2013). With the universal Ontologic System (OS), Hightech Operat- ing System (HOS), n-Dimensional Operating System (nDOS), Robotic Operating System (ROS), Vehicle Operating System (VOS) architect- ure of OntoL4, OntoLix, OntoLinux, Boot to Web (B2W), OntoDroid, OntoDOS, and OntoWindows we have finally a platform, that was never imagined, seen, and realizeabler respectively already partially realized before.

In this conjunction we would like to say that we stay in the X Server land, because the architecture is better suited for distributed comp- uting, while the renovation of the X server with the Wayland server protocol is ideally suited for devices ranging from the desktop to mobile devices powered by OntoLix and OntoLinux, and eventually OntoDroid. In the same way the display server features of OntoDroid can be used with OntoL4 in conjunction with a display or another kind of multimedia system on the one hand, and with an extended display server stack by the LibHybris software library, a common technical ground is given for OntoWindows and OntoDos. The handling of the versatility, the flexibility, and the related complexity with the architecture is supported by our Ontology-Oriented (OO 2) software engineering environment that is model-driven, validated and verified, evolvable, automatic, and multilingual for humans and machines, and begins now to replace so-called Integrated Development Environments (IDEs). So now everybody knows why we were not interested in integrated development suits and studios in the fields of software engineering, like the IDE Eclipse by the company International Business Machines, and ontology engineering.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Canonical: Now, Shuttleworth runs wild by stealing more and more essential elements of our OntoScope software component of OntoLinux, as prophesied by us (see the Investigations::Multimedia of the 3rd of January 2013). We do quote from two webpages published as reactions to the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of today (see above), and also to the OntoLab and OntoLinux Further steps of the 9th of February 2013 and the OntoLinux Further steps of the 11th of February 2013: "• Tailored towards an EGL/GL(ES) world. • Minimal assumptions regarding the underlying driver model. • Ability to leverage existing drivers implementing the Android driver model. [This sounds familiar.]", "[...] provide a graphics stack that works across different platforms and driver models by limiting our assumptions to a bare minimum [...] [This sounds familiar.]", "[...] act as a model that allows a shell to inject/define custom behavior easily [...] [This sounds familiar.]", "[...] our focus on security plays an important role [...] [This sounds familiar.]", "[...] focus on quality and enforce a test-driven development approach [...] [This sounds familiar.]", "[...] inner core that is extremely well-defined, well-tested and portable [...]", "[...] Qt/QML, GTK3, XUL [...] [This sounds familiar.]", "[...] Scope [...] [At this point we are only reminded of the OntoScope software component. Later we will see that indeed the OntoScope is meant.]", "[...] surfaces [...]", "[...] EGL-centric driver model [...] [So, what we do see here is to follow our path to put everything on the Open Graphics Library (OpenGL).]", "[...] converged world in mind, where the overall system including the UI/UX scales across and adapts to a wide variety of different form factors [...] [This sounds familiar.]", "[...] logical evolution of what was started for the desktop, transitioned to the TV and propagated for the phone and the tablet [...] [We would call it, as it truly is: logical copying.]", "[...] desktop version of Unity has been built on top of Nux, an attempt at an OpenGL-only toolkit [...] [As we can see, the following of our path to put everything on the OpenGL has already been started much earlier.]", "[...] pure OpenGL [...]", "[...] Qt5/QML2 allows us to easily access raw OpenGL features and performance [...]", "[...] three requirements [...]", "[...] visual design language [...]", "[...] aim for as much unification [...] [This sounds familiar.]", "[...] its scope with respect to integrating with the rest of the system [...] [This sounds familiar.]", "[...] scope [...]", "[...] unified view [...]", "[...] tick and a time source [...] [Maybe we talk here about a simple calibre?]", "Custom indicators allow for providing quick access to specific functionality while custom scopes allow for surfacing specific content to the user. [This explanation is related with a graphic that shows a triangle with the terms, UI, Apps, and Data, and the indicator and scope connected with the term Data. So in fact, we are not talking about a shell anymore.]", and "Unity Scopes API [-] A Unity scope is an entity that renders a certain data source searchable and accessible to the Unity dash. More to this, it allows for surfacing content to the user, where content is consciously kept broad. It could be music, videos, pictures, applications, weather forecasts or something completely different. To achieve this goal, a scope provides means for querying the data source, returning search results in a well-defined schema that is shared with the Unity dash and its lenses. Search results from multiple scopes are then post-processed, rearranged and finally presented to the user. [At this point we do see that with scope our OntoScope is meant indeed. Also, said in this way it might look like a loophole and a connector for an semantic and ontology-oriented computing.]".
From the main developer of the UI we got the following statements: "We are looking at tackling the transition from the Nux based implementation to a Qt/QML [...]" and as part of the answer to the statement ""Unity" (Nux) and "Unity 2D" (Qt/QML), in 12.10 "Unity 2D" (Qt/QML) was deprecated in favor of "Unity" (Nux) and now Unity will be moved to Qt/QML? What the ..." by another persons we got "ast forward 9 months, we have learned that our concerns have not been justified, Qt 5 has come out nicely and we have full confidence in using it as one core technology in our offerings." Indeed, they are flip-flopping not really knowing what to steal.
Also, it will be interesting what comes to the surface in other fields as well, because we found an interesting similarity between its Linux based operating system and a company that is also a member of a group of collaborating companies, that have surprising ownership structure, suspicious partners, are stealing from us as well since years, and are trying to steal the rest of our OntoLinux concept and stack (see for example the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management Linked Open Data (LOD) Special and wait for a subsequent investigations in the same fields).
  • Jolla: For its operating system called SailfishOS it is closely following the architecture of OntoLix, OntoLinux, Boot to Web (B2W), and OntoDroid, specifically the OntoScope software component. But as we found out today it came a little bit too close. Said this, it has presented a User Interface (UI) on the 21st of November 2012 that has a home screen that features essential elements and concepts of our Modern UI presented a month earlier on the 25th of October 2012. In this conjunction we do quote an interview wits Central Executive Officer (CEO) done on the 16th of August 2012, who stated: "Our UI is ready now, we haven't released it yet, we will save it for the product launch and the platform is getting up now so the project looks pretty nice." Because we found further points that shows us, that it knows our websites and resembles our works, like for example the information that its operating system uses HTML5, QML and Qt, and a website's webpage with a short general description that contains terms like "simple gestures, supported by visual, tactile and audio feedback" reflecting our Multimodal Multimedia User Interface™ (M²UI™), "Reflect your ambiance [...] reflecting their personal style and ambience [...] reflect a brand", "shine", "Simply beautiful", "animations, haptics and sounds", "metaphors of glass and shining light", "Logical", "Magical", and "Integrated services", as well as the explanation "The applications are represented with covers. The covers enable the elevation of key information, updating it regularly and offering shortcuts to one or two key functions in the application. The shortcuts can either perform the function right away without opening the application in the foreground", we surely do claim for a copyright infringement instead of taking it as a happenstance.
Interesting is also that the new owner of the windowing toolkit Qt is the company Digia.

While we were at the webpage, we have added the description of the:

  • Graphene Motor 1:55 CET.

We also made clear that our e-door technology is in fact a general concept that can be used with other doors, windows, and construction elements as well, which are not made out of glass.
Potentially, we said this already in the past, but have not transfered the information to the related description.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Asustek Computer: Because we still do not think that the company does have a related legal patent for its Padfone devices as well as for the docking port, we are sure that the company has again stolen an invention of us after it already took an essential part of our Pad Computer concept, that includes the possibility to separate the multi-touch display and the computing device after our Qixel concept: "By following the base giving Qixel concept as well as the general concept of the Pad Computer even more precisely, the Central Processing Unit (CPU) can also be optionally seperated from the other user interface." (see also its case in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 22nd of March 2012). Now, we see that its second generation of the mobile device has now an attachment port as well, that we described in the following way in the of the OntoLab, Ontoscope, and intelliTablet Further steps One Tablet Per Child (OTPC) and One Pad Per Child (OPPC/OP²C) #11 of the 15th of February 2013: [...] we have designed related platforms that are based on the [...] tablet computers by [...] us, and feature a large display with multi-touch, [...], a large accumulator, and as the most important invention an [...] attachment port for [...] the XOX Phone".

    Clarification
What should we say? Everytime we do something in the right way, tens, hundreds, or even more serious criminal entities stroll along, take it, and pervert it into something wrong. Said this, we surely assure that we have nothing in common with products like a coffee called Vitaccino, which is said to make its consumers slimmer, specifically in relation with our Vita-Products, like VitaCola, VitaKetchup, VitaChocolate, and so on. Our recipes are based on steviosids respectively steviol glycosides that is extracted in the same way like for example sucrose, better known as table sugar, from sugarcane, by taking the leaves of the stevia plant. In the same healthy way the vitamines are produced.

We made clear that our WREL/WRPL@Home and WREL/WRPL@Verhicle are in fact general concepts that can be used with all kinds of doors, gates, windows, and further construction elements as well.
Most potentially, we said this already in the past, but have not transfered the information to the related description.

    Investigations

  • Cargill: The company produces a stevia-based sugar substitute called Truvia that was developed with The Coca-Cola Company. On the product's website actually 128 recipes for all kinds of food are presented, that more or less seem to be publicated on a credible way. But what we do not believe is that the recipe for a barbecue sauce was published before we publicated the description of our SteviaKetchup, and that the same holds for all recipes, which have something in common with Steviatella, if existent. Said this, we claim for a serious copyright infringement. We are also not convinced in the case of the description of our SteviaJam. So, either the company finds a way to prove it, as we can do, or it deletes the related recipes from its website immediately.

For sure, we could use some parts of the concept of our Bionic Veh- icle Ape ESP 3.0 for our combustion engines listed in the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics and the other engines listed on the webpage of Style of Speed, like e.g. the technology that seperates carbon diox- ide (CO2) and water (H2O) and then synthesizes out of the resultant constituents methane (CH4) and methanol (CH4O) as an additive for our mixtures of water and hydrogen dioxide, as mentioned in the de- scriptions of our Stroetmann Engine and Stroetmann Turbine, and also as an extension of the Stroemann Cylce, or even as an extens- ion of our technologies.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We adjusted the structure of our Cayman Cx series by ordering the labels not anymore after the count of the driven wheels, but after the count of the cylinders.
We are also thinking about an additional model that might be named Cayman ST again and has a design based on the front designs of the GTron and Boxster BS, and the rear design of our Cayman C4, C6, and C8. See also the images of the Investigations::Car #41 of the 6th of August 2008 for getting an impression of the design direction.

Furthermore, the marque Lamborghini was so kind and presented a potential design for the headlights of the model L* of the * series (Star series), fromerly known as A * B * B * L * P * S series. Sadly to say, they have thrown the label Veneno away for its opportunistic mess.

    Comment of the Day
    Active maser™
    Gas turbo engine

    Style of Speed Further steps
We added to the description of our Active Lights the information about the Active Maser.

    Investigations::Car #378

  • Volkswagen→Porsche: Our design of the headlights with the two lamps of the same size based on our Active Light technology that we showed with our customization 911 V8 has been copied and was presented together with a new version of its model 911 as an opt- ional LED based headlight. We do not think that it is enough to pos- ition one lense below the other for not being a copy and also for following the traditional design of the marque, as we did.
  • Volkswagen→Audi: The marque stopped the production plan of the model A2 II, which was stolen before from us after we discussed the idea of an electric car with a new design based on the concept of the A2 I (see the Style of Speed Announcement of the 8th of Janu- ary 2009, the Style of Speed Further steps of the 4th of February 2009, and the related Investigations::Car #95 of the 6th of April 2009), some few days after we said that we have outsmarted the whole gang with its electro mobility as an absolutely comprehensible reaction to the spying and damaging of our company and our family's life. What we do see now is that the company Volkswagen and its marque together with the government of the B.R.D. and the usual research institutes are still trying to steal our technologies that this time should even be conducted by applying exactly the same strate- gy they have chosen and applied unsuccessfully before in the case of the electric mobility and the related Pure Electric and plug-in hy- brid electric vehicles. In the case of the marque Audi it was in the past the e-tron series for automobiles that have electric and hybrid drivetrains and our strongly connected concept of the electric quattro®©/e-quattro®© prominently represented with our model RE™, also known wrongly as the R8 e-tron, and it is now our GTron™ series for gas-powered drivetrains. That the marque writes the label as "g-tron" does not change anything (see the Comment of the Day of the 24th of April 2012, the Style of Speed Website update of the 5th of May 2012, the case of the company 9ff in the Investigations ::Car #363 and the Style of Speed Website update of the 3rd Nov- ember 2012).
The related g-tron models should drive especially environmental friendly with the so-called E-Gas, that the marque wants to produce out of carbon dioxid (CO2) taken from an anerobic digestion plant and regeneratively produced hydrogen by applying the technique of "methanation" and the electric energy generated with wind power, as a related graphic explains. Hence the E-Gas must consist of methan, and be similar to biogas and natural gas. This also fits to a number plate mounted on the presented concept car at a large exhibition that says "TCNG", that we translate to Turbocharged and Compress- ed Natural Gas, because the first shown model of this series of gas- powered cars is an A3 with a turbocharged engine. This corresponds exactly with the fact that the same standard model is also one of the basic vehicles of the first model with our GTron™ technology, which features drivetrains that can be composed of combustion engines powered by biogas and a turbocharger among other features and options. But also the whole process of the E-Gas production is highly suspicious and curious, and looks constructed in general, be- cause it makes no sense to take only the carbon dioxid (CO2) of an anerobic digestion plant for example with an additional methanation step due to the facts that an anerobic digestion plant produces bio- gas, which already consists of 60% methane (CH4) and 29% carbon dioxid (CO2) besides some other gases, and that the biogas can be burned directly or upgraded/purified to biomethane consisting of up to 98% methane (CH4) having the quality of natural gas==Erdgas. The E-Gas production process also includes a combination of the HyperCylcle/Stroetmann Cycle, which is based on the separation of water and hydrogen peroxide into hydrogen and oxygen, our Stroet- mann Engine, which is propelled by hydrogen and other fuels, and our Ape ESP 3.0, which seperates carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O) and transforms its resulting constitutents into e.g. methanol (CH4O or MeOH) by similar processes. Further transformations of propellants are given on the webpage Propellant on the website of Style of Speed.
Taken all points together, we have more the impression that the only goals are to steal our show once again and to create a foundation for stealing further intellectual properties from us. Nevertheless, the next copyright infringement is not the only proved issue.
Btw.: "We’re sort of fascinated by the g-tron and really wonder why – if Audi wants to power it on e-gas – it wasn’t called the e-tron. Or why Audi didn’t name e-gas something else altogether. We can al- ready tell there's going to be confusion at dealerships between the e-gas-powered g-tron and the e-tron [Electric Vehicle (]EV[)].", [A magazine for trends and innovations]. We are sure that at least our readers do know exactly what is going on behind the scenes now.

After the companies Google and Continental (see the Investigations ::Multimedia, Robotics and Car #372 Special of the 8th of January 2013) the marque got a license for self-driving cars as well (see also the case of the marque in the Investigations::Car #195 of the 21st of November 2009 and the Investigations::Car #293 Autonomous Car Special of the 10th of October 2010).

Furthermore, the company placed our model RE™, also know cor- rectly as R8 e-quattro™ and wrongly as R8 e-tron, in the movie "Iron Man 3" as a marketing activity. For sure, this does not change anything in respect to the legal situation.

  • Volkswagen→Audi→Lamborghini: We do quote from the press release of a new special model: "[...] three unique units [...] [It is reflecting the 3³ Theme by C.S..]", "[...] dynamic experience of a racing prototype [...] [See the A * B * B * L * P * S series in the Style of Speed Further steps of the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 12th, and 22nd of October 2012, and the case of the marque Volkswagen→Audi in the Investigations::Car #368 of the 28th of November 2012 for getting the reason why this was said.]", "[...] street-legal racing car [...] [See again the quote and its comment before, and the webpage Car Racing.]", "[...] three million [...] [It is not a happenstance, but again reflecting the 3³ Theme by C.S..]", "[...] the complete chassis is produced as a CFRP monocoque [...] [See our model SuperElemento and the Jota SuperVeloce, which are doubtlessly the original inspirations, as it can be seen by the facts that they share the same rolling chassis. Why has the marque not taken it?]", "[...] racing prototype to the road [...] [This reflects again the marketing story of our A * B * B * L * P * S series.]", "[...] consistent design philosophy [...] [Before we came with Style of Speed this was called design language. Additionally, we have here also a part of our slogan "Consistent Design, and Engineering™", so it points to a further copyright infringement.]", "[...] the interplay between [...] [We use this phrase in conjunction with our Active Components all the time, so that we have here a clear speech act stealing.]", "[...] Y shape of the angular headlamps that reach well into the fenders as well as the scissor doors. The division of the fenders from the car body is a reference to the world of sport prototypes and optimizes at the same time the aerodynamic flow. [And once again we have here the marketing story of our A * B * B * L * P * S series, inclusive a design feature with the headlights.]", "The rear lights, including brake lights, indicator lights and fog lights, pick up the Y theme as well. [See the exterior designs of our model SuperDrago.]", "[...] a carbon-fiber ring around the wheel rim works like a turbine to deliver additional cooling air to the carbon-ceramic brake discs [...] [Compare this explanation with our related rims.]", "[...] triology [...] [And once again, it is the 3³ Theme by C.S..]", "It is largely similar to the Aventador monocoque – as are the aluminum sub-frames front and rear – although its form has been adapted to the new design. [That it the story we tell on our webpage about the Murciélago III.]", "[...] fine-looking carbon [...] [It is not exactly the syntax of our trademark Fine Carbon™, but definitely the sense, which makes it a further evidence of a copyright infringement.]", "lightweight bucket seats [We showed them with the model Jota SuperVeloce for example.]", and "mind-blowing".
Besides this, the model label Veneno sounds a little like the label of our model Neo.
  • Bayerische Motorenwerke→Mini: "The control electronics of the MINI ALL4 system are integrated directly into the DSC (Dynamic Stability Control) management unit, [...] [If this is said to be an innovation, than it was stolen from our webpage Active Components of the website of Style of Speed.]", "It uses the data collected by DSC to tweak the power split pre-emptively and to impressive effect through dynamically taken corners [...] ALL4, the DSC system also comes as standard with DTC (Dynamic Traction Control) mode [...] [Obviously, this was taken from our Active Trac system. The term "pre-emptively" is used in the context as a substitution of the term proactive, that we used to describe our solution, and not for the terms privileged or preferred.]", "an electronic locking function for the front axle differential comes into play. In tight corners it brakes a spinning wheel as required to enhance handling. Known as Electronic Differential Lock Control (EDLC) [In fact, this is the differential we used for our Electric Torque Vectoring Active Differential #1 that is an Active Component and hence can interplay with our Active Trac system as well (see also the case of the company Schaeffler in the Investigations::Car #372 of the 8th of January 2013). Together with the integration of the systems into the management unit we have here an essential part of our drive assistance system based on our Active Components and hence a copyright infringement.]"
  • Volvo: The company presented a new version of its system that is based on a part of the classical Stanley configuration and consists of a camera mounted between the windscreen and the rear mirror and a radar mounted at the front of the car (see the Investigations::Car #175 Drive Assistance Camera Special of the , the case of the Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club e. V. in the in the Investigations::Car #187 of the 14th of October 2009, the case of Ford, University Aachen and partners in the Investigations::Car #221 of the 25th of January 2010, the case of Ford→Volvo in the Investigations::Car #272 of the 13th of July 2010, its case in the Investigations::Car #289 of the 1st of October 2010, and the case of Volvo, Newcastle University, Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and National Center of Microelectronics Spain below). The main questions are, if its system announced in the year 2009 and presented officially the first time in the year 2010 has one or more features of our systems by using an integrated solution that only needs one lense of our Active Cam technology together with another Active Sensor, because the Stanley configuration was designed and used for autonomous/robotic cars and we made sure that we have a different system due to copyrights, patents, and uniqueness by differentiation, and if their new algorithm is based on data fusion or/and uses a common internal model with more than 2 dimensions now (see also the Clarification of the 7th of January 2013 and of the 21st of February 2013).
Also, another system was presented. It does this by means of the camera already installed in the company's rear-view mirror for the car's detection and auto braking system (see once again the investigations and clarifications given above). The camera detects the other car and calculates the area to be shaded within a 1.5-degree margin. The company calls the technology Active High Beam control system. Obviously, this system is based on the interplay of our Active Components like the Active Cam and the Active Light by Style of Speed as well, though its system uses only one lense which yields in no legal loophole at all. Critical at such a point is that the system is not only functioning in a similar way, but also named in such a way by the label Active High Beam, which becomes actually more and more critical, because it is obvious that the company copies our actings. The latter will not be accepted by us as the standard due to unfair competition and market manipulation. We do recommend the company to get licenses for our superior technologies now in their own interest.
  • Volvo, Newcastle University, Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and National Center of Microelectronics Spain: We already demand the media not to report about robotic and automotive applications of the so-called Lobula Giant Movement Detector (LGMD) used in a systems with bilateral pairs of such sensors/detectors, specifically in conjunction with stereocameras, robots, vehicles, and the Volvo Car Corporation, even if a related and relevant document in the field of autonomous robots is from the year 2010, because this infringes our copyright related with our Ontoscope and the strongly connected Active Components Active Camera and Active Sensor, as well as with the utilization of OntoLix and OntoLinux for robots and vehicles, and was presented as a reaction on our technologies. It also infringes the copyright of the company Daimler and perhaps other manufacturers like Volkswagen in the field of crash avoidance that may not be included by our system descriptions, though we actually can't see such a case (see also the cases of the marque Daimler→Mercedes-Benz in den Investigations::Multimedia and Car #371 of the 2nd of January 2013 and the Allgemeine Deutsche Automobil-Club e. V. in the Investigations::Multimedia and Car #377 of the 4th of February 2013).

We demand the worldwide media not to report anymore about active systems and drive assistance systems by the manufacturer Volvo, because it has become obvious that indeed the company has stolen essential parts of our Active Components, specifically the Active Cam and Active Sensor technologies, as well as their interplay, and in this way has infringed our copyright by not referencing us and simply downscaling our concepts.

We demand the prosecutors in the U.S.A. and the European Union to take decisive actions against the company Volvo due to deliberately conducted copyright infringements and market manipulations.
We demand the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to seize the related webpages of the company Volvo in the internet immediately that are related with our solutions named above.

  • McLaren: We thought at first it is a little tuning company of its own, but one of the latest press releases was signed by that only stealing manufacturer. Besides speech acts like "soft customisation", "Equipped with innovative and sporty design[, which was copied from the design of the model Gallardo by the marque Volkswagen→Audi→Lamborghini and from three of our models, like the air outlet in front of the front wheels, the air intakes along the sides, the middle section of the diffusor, and the elements in the middle of the front and rear of the car.]", "components", "ultra-light carbon [This was taken from the webpage of the model GTron Ultra]", "perfect surface quality", "significantly", "triple-flow [(again the 3³ Theme by C.S.)]", "artfully", "full circle", "Ultra-light", "sophisticated, superior", "driving pleasure", "supplement [This was taken from the webpage Supplement]", "equipment", "significantly", and so on, that only stealing company has this time intentionaly mislead the public with the explanation that says: "A striking eye-catcher and aerodynamic manipulation is the innovative wind splitter on top of the engine hood.", which is one part of our ... and was shown on the website of our model i!. The owner and the management refuses to understand that the real life is not the Formula One.
  • Spyker: That latent insolvent company has stolen once again from our website. This time it has copied the general concept to adapt the Artega GT, as it can be easily seen by the general design, the front lid and the rear bonnet, the basic side line, the exterior rear-view mirrors, the diffusor, the glass roof, the dashboard and door panels with door handles, the seats, the hand brake lever, and some essential design elements of the front section of our model Cayman GT and of the rear section of our model series Cayman C4, C6, and C8 added by us, as it can be easily seen with the tailights and the section around them (see the images below and the related remark in the Style of Speed Further steps of the 2nd of March 2013). The new car is reported to have approximately the size of a Porsche Boxster and to feature under the hood a transverse-mounted mid-engine V6. Said this, it seems to be that Spyker has either collaborated with Paragon→Artega, taken an Artega GT, customized it by stealing our design direction, and presented it at a large exhibition for stealing the show, or it is copying in an extremely bold way. On the webpage we can read as well terms and statements like "contemporary statement", "Latin axiom", "thanks to the design language and details that could only come from Spyker [Obviously, this is not true, as the images below and the given webpage references prove doubtlessly.]", "bold beauty is what you will find [This was stolen from our websites of Style of Speed and OntoLinu. On the one hand we have the label Bold Beauty Beast™ of the related conversion Boxster BB, and on the other hand we have our slogan "We don't search, we find™"]", "features stunning 3D LED rear lights [See once again the Style of Speed Further steps of the 2nd of March 2013 and the website of our Cayman C4, C6, and C8.]", "contemporary design", "headlights, equipped with LED light rails", "‘pure’ materials" which prove our claim. Nevertheless, it is busted and again: Convicted!!!

"We tout spaceships and not reusable rockets."

    Ontonics Website update
We forgot to mention in the description of our OntoWiki 1.0 techno- logy its unique features of Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia for all kinds of human and machine, and conceptually animal languages, human and animal senses and machine sensors, and textual, visual, acoustical and on other ways manifested contents, the unified and common usability by humans and machines, and conceptually also by animals, and also the use as a part of a distributed computer system and of a universal ontology server, like our Ontologics.info, as well as the link to the field of cybernetics, which were all mentioned on our websites until the year 2009 with some exceptions given in the year 2010.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
We have taken a quick look at the functional programming language Clojure, which is a dialect of Lisp, and has most of the features of our OntoBot and some features of the OntoFS software components. For us the interesting part is not the programming language itself, but the fact that it is a further dialect of a programming language, which adds to our multilingual core of the Ontology-Oriented (OO 2) and Ontologic-Oriented (OO 3) automatic programming environment.

At this point we would like to reveal another feature of the overall Ontologic System (OS) architecture that is the integration of the literate programming approach, specifically with the fields of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Image Processing (NIP), Formal Modeling, Software Engineering (SE), and OO 2 and OO 3 paradigms. We have seen some very few experts in the past, who pointed in the direction of SE, but definitely not directly to a literate programming approach based on the OO 2 and OO 3 paradigms, and surely not on a further integration to our totally generalized Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia (M³) programming approach. In this way, our OO 2, OO 3, and M³ paradigms based programming approach makes it possible that the automatic programming system of the OntoBot of our OS can program what a user shows, speaks, sounds by e.g. making music or whistling, smells like, even thinks, and inputs on other ways.
So, be careful when passing wind in front of a computer, because the connected replicator might produce a larger one as an output. And the Star Wars fans can already learn to whistle like R2D2 and similar robots, as we also mentioned in the past in relation with whistled languages used in the some very few areas of the Swiss and other cultures around the world.

  • Cable News Network: Once again the media company acted against our company in a deliberated way by imputing other companies with our technologies. This time it interviewed at a large IT-exhibition in the B.R.D. several leading persons of companies, who named our approaches to use all kinds of sensors for transfroming the analog signals of the natural environment to digital signals and data (see our Ontoscope, and the connected Active Sensor and Active Cam(era) components by Style of Speed, and also our descriptions of the Human Nature Interface on the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics), to take mobile devices like the smartphone and our Ontoscope for automotive computing, to make everything touchable/tangible by using tactile and haptical interfaces (see our descriptions of the SenseTouch, Hapticle, MultiHaptic, and MultiWave for example), and so on.
Because the interviews were precisely selected for the broadcast following the technical descriptions, explanations, and also investigations given on our websites a further time, we claim for a further copyright infringement and damaging of our company again that was intentionally conducted, as it could be seen several times now since the start of OntoLix and OntoLinux at the end of the year 2006.
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: The media company reported about CAVEs and simulators (see the project Personal Automatic Virtual Environment (PAVE), the OntoScope software component of OntoLix and OntoLinux, and the related sections on the webpage Links to Software on the OntoLinux website) running inside of it, the attempt to develop a holodeck as known from the Star Trek saga, and stolen technology of the company Microsoft (see its case in the Investigations::Multimedia of the ...) that are all related with our SpaceWave approach based on the integration of our kind of Space technology and our MultiWave technology (see the Ontonics Website update of the 10th of June 2012). For sure, it did it once again for damaging our company, despite we wrote in the Ontonics Website update of the 19th of January 2013: "The usual only stealing companies and entities do not need to copy our innovation and the media do not need to report about it in the usual misleading and often organized criminal way, because it is known worldwide that we developed the true holodeck." Clarification
We kept promise: "After the electroscope, endoscope, gyroscope, horoscope, kaleidoscope, microscope, oscilloscope, periscope, spectroscope, stethoscope, telescope, and ... [so on] comes the Ontoscope." [Christian Stroetmann, October/November 2006 and Comment of the Day #3 of the 17th of August 2008].
For sure, our concept of the Ontoscope is by far more general than a smartphone with 3D camera or/and display. In fact, with our inge- nious Ontoscope that comprise all sensors with different physical features in arbitrary quantities and qualities, 2D and 3D image displays and haptic screens, and also Artificial Intelligence (AI) in conjunction with our further concepts of the Ontologic System (OS) and the Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI), we even redefined intentionally how to do sciences in general, which the last time was achieved by René Descartes. The latter becomes easily clear with our related concept of compositing images of astronomical telescopes that work with different wave-lengths, so that in this way we have not redefined how and where to look at with a tele- scope only, but also connected with the basic Calibre/Caliber the analog universe with the digital cyberspace.

Favourite companies are actually members of the Tablet Computer Alliance, specifically Apple and Hewlett-Packard, but also all other companies are interesting, like Asustek Computer (Asus) already presenting our Padphone approach, aka. Padfone by the company, and Motorola Mobile already familiar with our OTPC project. In general, qualified and ad- dressed is every corporation, that has signed our license contract, which comprises the confirmation that our technologies were creat- ed by us indeed. We also renamed the project Regenerative Fuel Cell to Regenerative Fuel Cell 2.0 for avoiding confusions (see also the Picture of the Day of the 29th of November 2012).
Moreover, we added to the description of the Regenerative Electrode the Regenerative Catalyzer 2.0 and the Regenerative Electrolyzer 2.0 as further application examples.
To the description of the Regenerative Metal we also added sample applications.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
We are looking at the interesting Linux® distribution NixOS that is based on the "purely functional package manager" Nix, which feat- ures a "declarative system configuration model", and fits perfectly with the OntoBot and the related ontologic application.

We are thinking about a new model called Caccia==fighter jet and hunt, that is based on our model series GTron and Cayman Cx and could also be seen as the successor of the model Miura by the marque Volkswagen→Audi→Lamborghini.

Also, we are thinking about renaming the model Ultron to A* and the model series GTron to something else, so that the label Gas Turbo engine (GTron™) is made free for a general technology.

We also have found a very elegant way to reuse the mechanism of the retractable little spoiler of the basic model Cayman for an opt- ional Active Wing, and a basic design of the diffusor for our model series Cayman Cx. Additionally, we are looking at the details for inte- grating all elements into a harmonic design. And then comes the front section.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
We are thinking about the possibility to setup the whole Linux distribution Debian on the Nix package manager (see also the Further steps of yesterday) by automatically transfroming the Debian package environment on a ontology-oriented/semantic base. In a second step Hydra, which "is a Nix-based continuous build system", with a full-fledged validation and verification environment could be added as well. Because the release cycles can be shortened drastically in this way, other Debian based distributions are virtually not needed anymore.

    Style of Speed Website update
As mentioned in the Further steps of yesterday, we have renamed the model Ultron to A* (A Star) and the model series GTron to GTA³.

    14.March.2013
    Preliminary Incitement
We demand the worldwide media once again not to report about a feature of mobile devices like a smartphone, which is related with the technique of facial scanning, inclusive e.g. eye tracking and gaze tracking, in conjunction with user interfaces that are based on it, because this infringes our copyright related with our MobileKinetic technology and our Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M³UI) for this class of devices.

    Style of Speed Website update
We have written the first version of the webpage about our new engine class called Gas Turbo engine (GTron™).

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • British Broadcasting Corporation: Despite we have demanded many times in the past not to report about our MobileKinetic technology and user interfaces based on, if they are used by other manufact- urers, that serious criminal media company has deliberately infringed again our corresponding copyright in a report about the launch of a new smartphone model by a manufacturer for damaging our company and supporting other criminal entities. The dimming function of the old smartphone model intentionally mentioned in the report for con- fusing the public was definitely no legal loophole, because it is based on mobile facial scanning, and hence the manufacturer owes us a license fee of around 2.00 euro for our MobileKinetic plus the same amount for the penalty due to the attempt to steal our intellectual property for each of the 40 million smartphones sold that sums up to around 160 million euro. With the new model the license fee will be doubled, if an user interface functionality is added, and an interest will be added for the outstanding debt.

If the media company does not stop its defrauding actings, which have become a serious thread against international laws obviously, we will seek for a ban of its website by international bureaus of investigation due to market manipulations and further illegal actings in addition to other measures.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Cable New Network: For sure, we are not suprised at all that the media company reported about a new smartphone of a manufacturer, that has stolen our many intellectual properties with this mobile device. In the report were explicitly shown the gesture control of a mobile device, which is described for example on the webpage Ontologic Applications of the website of OntoLix and OntoLinux by the phrase "simplifing the interface to complex applications by allowing the user to interact with them through common language, gesture, and sense", and hence belongs to our Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M³UI) on the one side, and on the other side also proves that the mobile device must also have our MobileKinetic technology as a component of its hardware, the cinematographic features that in parts belong to our Ontoscope architecture as well and also to our Votography approach, our Glassy™ application, and our Smart Remote Control technology used with such a device. The report clearly shows that the media company is supporting other companies and damaging our company in this way. Due to the fact that it has become obvious in the past that the media company does know our company and our inventions, this acting has to be declared as a further intentionally conducted damaging of our enterprise.
  • Reuters: Despite we demanded the worldwide media several times in the past not to report mobile devices that feature our MobileKinetic technology, our Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M³UI), and our Ontoscope architecture due to copyright infringements, the media company has done it as well. We quote: "[...] features such as gesture controls [...]", "The [smartphone] can stop and start videos depending on whether someone is looking at the screen, flip between songs and photos at the wave of a hand, and record sound to run alongside snapped still pictures. [Obviously, it is our MobileKinetic technology, our Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M³UI) of our Ontologic Systems (OSs) OntoLix and OntoLinux, as described for example on the webpage Ontologic Applications "simplifing the interface to complex applications by allowing the user to interact with them through common language, gesture, and sense", and our Ontoscope architecture that features all kind of sensors and is powered by our OSs.]", ""[...] At this point, [the smartphone manufacturer] appears to be trying to kill the competition with sheer volume of new features," [No, we do it. The company Samsung does only stealing and marketing.]", "The plethora of new features "are good steps in this direction, but they can be seen as gimmicks rather than game changers.", "[...] the relatively weak efforts of its competitors in software [...] [Again, the double strategy of the media company can be seen that is to mislead the public, because it intentionally ignores our actings, as it could also be seen with the quotes before, and it tries to play down our innovations for supporting other companies.]", "[The manufacturer] has fulfilled the promise of their marketing that they are the tech innovators. [Depite that this quote contains a speech act of us, "We keep promise", we can see here once again the misleading, because the company Samsung has not invented the said features, but only copied it illegally from us.]", "[...] if the phone senses someone is looking at the screen, the user can tilt it forward or backwards to scroll up and down a Web page [...] the New York Times reported that the phone would be able to scroll automatically by tracking readers' eyes. But what it can do is sense when it has someone's attention. When a video is playing, for instance, the stream will automatically pause if the person glances away and it will restart when the eyes refocus on the screen. This is an update on an existing [smartphone] feature, which powers down the display if it senses no one's looking at it, conserving battery power. The latest phone also has a sensor that lets users move their hands to the left or right to scroll between different websites they have opened or through songs or photos in an album without having to touch the phone. The idea is to [use the device] without having to pick up the phone while driving or to avoid putting sticky fingers on the touch-screen display while scrolling through a Web page [...] The phone will also allow users to hover a finger over an email inbox or a photo gallery to get a glimpse of more details of what's in the email or which photos are in an album. [We have here again the clear evidence that the mobile phone has our MobileKinetic technology. our M³UI of our Ontologic Systems (OSs) OntoLix and OntoLinux, as described for example on the webpage Ontologic Applications "simplifing the interface to complex applications by allowing the user to interact with them through common language, gesture, and sense", and features of our Ontoscope architecture powered by our OSs.], "[The manufacturer] is also promising an instant translation between 10 different languages for certain applications, as well as a separate translation application on the device. [This is the multilingual feature of our M³UI.], and ""They kind of cherry-picked features that other competitors had, and then packed them up all together into one device," [...] [From our point of view, this bold quote is a further evidence that the media company does know very well our Ontoscope and our Ontologic Systems OntoLix and OntoLinux, and the fact that the company Samsung has stolen intellectual properties owned by us but still reports about it. Said this, it supports serious criminal entities once again.]".
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: For sure and as not expected otherwise, that criminal media company has reported about a new model of a smartphone manufacturer that features our eye-tracking MobileKinetic technology, essential elements of our Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M³UI) of OntoLix and OntoLinux, and essential features of our Ontoscope architecture, despite we demanded the worldwide media not to do so several times in the past. We quote from the report: "[...] eye-tracking smartphone [...]", "[The company] has launched a smartphone which allows users to control its 5in (12.5cm) screen using only their eyes.", "[...] the company also demonstrated the phone's ability to take two different pictures at once [...] [This is an essential feature of our Ontoscope architecture and it does not matter if the images come from the front or/and back cameras.]", ""eye motion-sensitive controls to allow users to pause video and scroll through pages using eye movements alone is smart. [These functions do need as well our MobileKinetic technology.]", ""Including an image of yourself in a picture that you're taking for someone else [...]"", "[...] the phone was shown to translate English text into Chinese speech - before translating Chinese speech back into English text [...] [Here we can see that it is indeed our Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M³UI) of OntoLix and OntoLinux.]", and "The dual camera feature makes use of the device's front and rear cameras simultaneously, blending the pictures together [...] [As we said above, this is an essential feature of our Ontoscope concept.]". Once again, that serious criminal media company supports serious criminal entities.
In a related broadcast it was said as an reaction to our legal claims that the companies are infringing the copyright of each other, though the public was misled and manipulated once again, because we were not named as the true copyright holders.
• Samsung: With the presentation of a new model of one of its smartphone series the company proved itself again that it is a matter of fact that on the one hand it has already taken an essential part of our MobileKinetic technology and the Ontoscope architecture with the actual model in the past (see its related investigative case in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 18th of July 2012), and on the other hand it has taken now our whole MobileKinetic technology and also our Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M³UI) of our Ontologic Systems (OSs) OntoLix and OntoLinux, the automatic real-time language translation mentioned by us as well on the related websites, the camera and sensor based features, as well as some photographic, cinematographic, and votographic features of our Ontoscope architecture, inclusive the Glassy application, and a specific version of our Smart Remote Control.
Said this, we demand the compensation of the following damages so far:
  • for each smartphone Galaxy S III, Galaxy S III Mini, and similar devices
    • 7.00 euro for the Ontoscope architecture S version with smart camera features, additional sensors (gesture control), and artificial intelligence (object recognition), and without dual-mode camera, body sensing/monitoring features, 3D sound and vision, and further artificial intelligence (e.g. semantic and ontology-oriented computing) functions,
    • 3.00 euro for the MobileKinetic with one torque/inertial sensor, one light source(?), and one optical sensor, and without structured light,
    • 6.00 euro for the Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) with multi-touch, 2D kinetic gesture control with one input method (object tracking; face- or eye-tracking), voice control, and image based functions (object recognition), and without 3D kinetic gesture control, further natural language based functions (translation), 3D sound and vision, mixed reality, and other functions, and
    • 4.00 euro for the MultiGPS with two connected satellite systems, and without Enhanced GPS (E-GPS), ray-field sensor, and 3-dimensional signal model, and

that adds to 20.00 euro per device, and

    • 20.00 euro as penalty,
  • for the model Galaxy S III an interest with a rate of 3% per year for the outstanding compensation beginning with the month June 2012 and calculated after the monthly numbers of sold devices,
  • for the model Galaxy S III Mini an interest with a rate of 3% per year for the outstanding compensation beginning with the month November 2012 and calculated after the monthly numbers of sold devices,
  • for each smartphone Galaxy S4 and similar devices
    • 11.00 euro for the Ontoscope architecture S version with dual-mode camera and smart camera features, additional sensors (gesture control and health management), and artificial intelligence (object recognition), and without 3D sound and vision, and further artificial intelligence (e.g. semantic and ontology-oriented computing) functions,
    • 4.00 euro for the MobileKinetic with one torque/inertial sensor, two(?) light sources, and two(?) optical sensors, and without structured light(?),
    • 6.00 euro for the MultiGPS with two connected satellite systems and Enhanced GPS (E-GPS), and without ray-field sensor and 3-dimensional signal model,
    • 0.50 euro for the acoustic part resp. 33% of the Votography concept,
    • 0.50 euro for the Glassy application without augmented reality and artificial intelligence (e.g. semantic and ontology-oriented computing) functions,
    • 11.00 euro for the Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M³UI) with multi-touch, 2D and 3D kinetic gesture control with two input methods (object tracking; finger- and eye-tracking), voice control, language based functions (translation), image based functions (object recognition), and without 3D sound and vision, mixed reality, and other functions,
    • 2.00 euro for the integration of the Smart Remote Control functionality, and
    • 1.50 euro for the "AutoSmartphone" marketing story resp. to use the mobile device as an In-Vehicle Entertainment (IVE) system with M³UI as part of the AutoSemantic::Car,

that adds to 36.50 euro per device, and

    • 36.50 euro as penalty,
    and
  • for each smartphone Galaxy S V respectively successor model an appropriate percentage of the profit and eventually a penalty as well.

We are also looking if the model Galaxy S IV uses the MobileKinetic technology with structured light, which would add 2,00 euro to the overall license fee and the penalty.

If needed, and as long as no negotiations have been done and no contract is signed, we will adjust the license fees and also demand to clean the whole internet from our copyrighted contents.
The strategy of the company Samsung to take our intellectural properties directly, in several steps/portions, or/and indirectly by offering the media related informations and third parties hardware and software developement platforms, inclusive the smartphone itself, is breaking down already, because the permanent infringing of our copyright is obvious, and the company has maneuvered itself into a dead-end street, like many other large IT-companies before due to the fact that the last loopholes are closed.

    16.March.2013
    Ontonics Website update
Ony for more clarity and easier understanding, but not due to legal issues, we added to the description of our MobileKinetic technology the common and accepted general definition that a kinetic user interface is for the "interaction with devices by the motion of objects and bodies", [an internet encyclopedia], inclusive single bodyparts, like a face or an eye.

We added a part of a sketch of a Miura concept by Pedro Seelig and a sketch of a Miura concept by p_sketch, which was overworked by us, to the webpage of our model Caccia that nicely show the design direction of the exterior. Besides the images, we also added the in- formation that most potentially the chassis is based on a carbon-fib- er monocoque, and the first version of the specification.

We added to the description of our Cloud Curve technique the in- formations that the processes of the filtering, segmentation, surface reconstruction, and model fitting of the point cloud technique can be accelerated significantly, because the advantageous informations are already included in the preselection of specific forms or/and patterns of the projected curves and the resulting curve cloud data. The efficiency of the technique, but also of the point cloud technique by the way, can be increased even more by the utilization of several identical or different projection techniques and technologies, the support through special hardware, and the combination with other techniques and technologies, like for example our Wavicle technologies and our wave-field computing (13:20 and 14:11 CET).

We also gave the definition of the term MultiCouture, though some experts already guessed its meaning correctly.

And we developed the new techniques of the:

  • Adaptive Point Cloud 16:30 CET and
  • Adaptive Curve Cloud 16:30 CET,

and the new technologies of the:

  • Panoramic LIDAR 23:52 CET and
  • MultiLIDAR 23:52 CET.

    OntoLinux Website update
We will add the following observatories with their telescope arrays to the subsection Telescope XYZ-Rays of the section Physics of the webpage Links to Organization:

  • The National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO) and Associated Universities: and
  • The European Organization for Astronomical Research in the Southern Hemisphere (ESO), the National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO) and Associated Universities, the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan (NAOJ), and the Republic of Chile: Joint Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA) Observatory (JAO).

We also added to the section Viusalization of the webpage Links to Software the link to:

  • Kitware, General Electric, MathSoft, University of North Carolina, University of Tennessee, and University of Pennsylvania: ITK - National Library of Medicine's Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit,

though it was already referenced by the link to the VTK.

    OntoLinux Further steps

We are thinking about the new subsection Telescope/Detector Subatomic Particles in the section Physics of the webpage Links to Organization and adding the following muon and neutrino observatories with their telescopes/detectors we are looking at:

  • Neutrino Extended Submarine Telescope with Oceanographic Research (NESTOR).
  • Neutrino Mediterranean Observatory (NEMO),
  • Astronomy with a Neutrino Telescope and Abyss environmental RESearch (ANTARES),
  • KM3NeT,
  • University of California Irvine and collaborators: Antarctic Muon And Neutrino Detector Array (AMANDA) II,
  • University of Wisconsin-Madison and collaborators: IceCube Neutrino Observatory, and
  • University of California Irvine, School of Physical Sciences: Antarctic Ross Ice-Shelf ANtenna Neutrino Array (ARIANNE).

We have also looked at the:

  • visualization and image analysis software package Slicer,
  • IGSTK - Image-Guided Surgery Toolkit,
  • VolView - Volume Visualization Tool, and
  • Point Cloud Library (PCL), though we do not know, if we should link such 3D point cloud and triangular mesh processing software like this and CloudCompare due to our superior Cloud Curve technique.

We also gave the company Kitware the yellow card due to signs of foul play, specifically in the fields of mobile devices with multi-touch functionality and of omics, and demand it to link the website of OntoLix and OntoLinux, if terms like metadata and ontology are named among others. This is not the way open source will function any longer. In this conjunction, we would like to clarify that we are not dependent on their software, definitely.

  • for each smartphone One (2013) and similar devices
    • 6.00 euro for the MultiGPS with two connected satellite systems and Enhanced GPS (E-GPS), and without ray-field sensor and 3-dimensional signal model,
    • 0.70 euro for the Modern User Interface with dynamic tiles and without HTML, and
    • 1.00 euro for the concept and the design of the exterior with the stereo loudspeakers,

In the last days we have created two new webpages for the not so new Active Components Active Positioning and Active Windscreen. Additionally, we added new features to both of them, specifically the MultiGPS in the case of the Active Positioning System (APS) and the Mixed Reality in the case of the Active Windscreen.
Besides this, it is doubtlessly clear that our MultiLIDAR and MultiEMDAR technologies use our Active Sensor technology.

  • Bayerische Motorenwerke→Rolls Royce: The marque has stolen from the descriptions of our intelligent (pro)Active Components Active Transmission™ and Active Shift™ technology and presented it with a new model. We quote the press release to document the case without any doubts: "[...] Satellite Aided Transmission. A technology that uses GPS mapping data to ensure the correct gear is always pre-selected for the road terrain ahead [...]", "sense of adventure and speed [This was said to damage our slogan "Sense of Speed™".]", "[...] complemented [...] [speech act]", "[...] styling [...] [In former times it was called design.]", "[...] spirited drive [...] [We would like to mention our slogan "Spirit of Driving™", which was intentionally damaged.]", "Satellite Aided Transmission uses GPS data to see beyond what the driver sees; it anticipates his next move based on location and current driving style, then selects the most appropriate gear for the terrain ahead. [Obviously, we have here the description of our Active Transmission™ and Active Shift™, as well as their interplay, specifically the points that the "gained data [of the Active Transmission] is than used by the Active Shift™ system together with the Active Suspension™ and the Active Trac™ systems" and "the Active Shift™ system is designed to process also data gained with the other Active Sensors™ [...] while moving a vehicle in a proactive way. Even more fascinating, [...] the system can also use the data of the navigation system to select on-the-fly the optimal shifting characteristics" (see also the case of the marque Volkswagen→Audi in the Investigations::Car #204 of the 5th of December 2009).]", "[...] head-up display [...] [This was already discussed by us in the Investigations::Car #XY1 and #XY2.]", and "[...] one-touch call button located on the steering wheel [...] [At this point we would like to mention our touch screen feature of our some of our steering wheels.]".
  • Daimler→Mercedes-Benz: We quote from a press release related with the presentation of a new model: "[...] radar-based braking system (Collision Prevention Assist) [...] [This system led to serious copyright problems of the company Daimler, because it has taken our Active Cam technology with a stereoscopic camera module at least (see the case of the marque Mercedes-Benz in den Investigations::Multimedia and Car #371 of the 2nd of January 2013). Maybe this system has only one lense.]", "In keeping with the digital lifestyle of the [model]'s social media-savvy target group, smartphones can additionally be fully integrated into the vehicle's display and operating system. [This is the next copyright infringement, because we showed exactly this solution with our model j! many years ago, and also fully discussed the issue in the Clarification of the 7th of February 2013. It also infringes our copyright related with the overall architecture of OntoLix and OntoLinux as a distributed (mobile) computer system and its interplay with our Ontosope models that have a smartphone component included. Said this, the manufacturer clearly says once again that it does not respect the laws. Besides this, we would like to mention our automotive cloud computing paradigma AutoCloud™.]", "[...] interplay [...] [speech act]", and "[...] seamless integration of the [smartphone] into the vehicle [...] [Again, we have a (multi-touch) mobile device integrated into the In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) system. See the comment to the related quote before and the Clarification of the 7th of February 2013 a further time. Besides this, some applications of its IVI system are close to the white line and eventually in some cases even on the white line, specifically the ones that are related with cloud computing and metadata. We can assure the manufacturer that there are not much loopholes anymore if they exist at all.]".
  • Daimler→Mercedes-Benz→Mercedes-AMG: We quote from a press release related with the presentation of a powerboat with electric drive that was built with the support of the marque: "[... a sportscar model] Coupé Electric [...] [This was formulated in this way to damage our trademark Electric Sports Coupé153;.]", "[...] electric super sports car [...] [No, no, no: Electric Super Sports Car™ is us. Go away!!!153;.]", and "[...] electric super sports vehicle [...] [This was formulated in this way to damage our trademark Super Electric Vehicle™. That this, we have here three evidences now for a copryright infringement conducted deliberately.]".
Btw.: Its electric powerboat is lousy slow compared with our powerboat technologies.
  • Daimler→Mercedes-Benz→Smart: We quote from the press release related with the presentation of a new special model: "[...] have pooled their expertise in the disciplines of "orm" and "functionality" [...] [Somehow this is the sense of our slogan "Form is Function™".]", "[...] terms of design, functionality and quality [...] [This reminds us of our slogans like "Innovation. Design. Quality™", "Quality and Design™", and "Quality by Design™". This has to be seen in the context of the whole press release.]", "[...] driving force [...] [No, no, no: Driving Force™ by us.]", and "[...] supplemented [...] [This is a speech act stealing due to the section Supplement of the website of Style of Speed™.]".
The company Daimler and its marques still have not learned their lessons. Also, it does not speak for a manufacturer, if it can only keep up competition illegally by copying and stealing.
  • General Motors→Cadillac: We found some issues in a press release of a new model: "[...] pure electric [...] [No, no, no: Pure Electric™ by Style of Speed™!!!™]", "It is engaged via steering-wheel paddles adapted from traditional performance cars. [At this point we have to mention our steering wheels with paddles that we use for our Pure Electric™ Sports Cars™ as well.]", "[...] Light-emitting diode (LED) headlamps [...] [This could become critically due to our Active Lights™.]", "[...] breakthrough system for connectivity and control, using Natural Voice Recognition, capacitive touch and hand gestures used on smart phones and tablets [...] [This is a copyright infringement due to our MobileKinetic™ technology and features of our e-dashboard™, as well as our Multimodal Multimedia User Interface™ (M²UI™) as used with OntoLix and OntoLinux for our In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) system.]", "[...] new dimension of Art & Science, the guiding philosophy [...] [This is such a clear marketing story stealing that it already points into the direction of a copyright infringement.]", "[...] driver information displays, offering four configurations ranging from elegantly simple to technologically enhanced information [...] [This points into the direction of our fully customizable Car-X Window System™.]", "[...] CUE via the touch screen features gesture recognition, proximity sensing (revealing information when needed) [...] [This is a little misleading, because gesture control can also be done without a touch display. Nevertheless, the car features a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface™ (M²UI™).]", "[...] calibrated [...] [speech act]", and "[...] balance excellent [...] [This was said to damage our slogan "Balance Excellence™".]".
  • Ford: The manufacturer presented a concept pickup truck. We have read the press release and would like to document and comment the following quotes: "[...] future vision [...] [speech act]", "[...] smart technologies [...] [speech act]", "[...] work and play [...] [speech act]", "[...] reflect [...] [speech act]", "[...] active aerodynamic [...] Active Grille Shutters [...] Active Wheel Shutters [...] Drop-Down Front Air Dam [...] Auto-deploying running boards [...] [Obviously, we have here our Active Exterior concept that is about the use of more than one Active Exterior component. By the way: The Active Wheel Shutter technology is nonsense.]", and "360-Degree Point-of-View Camera: A Ford truck first, the system gives a bird’s-eye view of the truck to help position the vehicle in tight places or when there are obstacles near the truck – such as on a busy job site or grocery store parking lot [Many times we have said that this is a reflective feature and hence an infringement of the copyright in relation with the description of our automotive IVI system powered by our OntoLix and OntoLinux.]".
  • Fiat→Chrysler→Jeep: The marque has presented a new generation of one of its models, so we do quote its related press release: "[...] touchscreen [...] plus a 7-inch programmable multiview gauge cluster [...] [This is infringing our fully customizable Car-X Window System™.]", "All-new Uconnect Access Via Mobile streams preferred music into the vehicle via smartphone [Here we have a further time the specific copyright infringement, because we showed this solution with our model j! many years ago, and also fully clarified the issue in the Clarification of the 7th of February 2013. It also infringes our copyright related with the overall architecture of OntoLix and OntoLinux as a distributed computer system and its interplay with our Ontosope models that have smartphone component included. Said this, the manufacturer clearly says that it does not respect the laws once again. Besides this, we would like to mention our Hyper Connectivity™ concept with the automotive cloud computing solution AutoCloud™/Car in the Cloud™. See for example the webpage of our models Cup™ and iCup™ on which we mentioned the iCloud service.]", "[...] breakthrough cloud-based voice texting [...] [Here we have the prove that the description of this feature of its In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) system is indeed about our Hyper Connectivity™ concept with our AutoCloud™ solution.]", "[...] fun-to-drive [...] [No, no, no: Fun to Drive™ is us. Go away!!!™.]", "[...] spirited driving [...] [We would like to mention our slogan "Spirit of Driving™" once again, which was intentionally damaged.]", "[...] features on-the-fly shift-map changing [...] The intelligent software takes into account variables including engine torque gradients, kick-down events, longitudinal and lateral acceleration, grade changes, friction detection and downshift detection to determine the appropriate shift map. [Obviously, this sound a little like our Active Shift.]", "[...] a launch control system that mimics a professional driver’s inputs [...] [This was stolen from the description given in the Sneak Preview and Original Sketches #1 of the 27th of November 2008 and the related explanations given in the case of the One Laptop per Child Foundation and Association or/and Sugarlabs in the Investigations::Multimedia XO Tablet Computer Special of the 11th of January 2013.]", "[...] exterior styling enhancements [...] [speech act]", "Its signature, seven-slot upper grille [...] [In fact, this kind of grille comes from the former marque Hummer by General Motors. The grille of the marque Jeep looks different.]", "[...] cloud-based features [...] [Again, we have here our AutoCloud™ concept.]", "[...] new gauge cluster that now features a 7-inch, full-color, customizable instrument display. This new screen allows drivers to select from a multitude of layout and information to be shown in the center of the gauge cluster. [As we said in the beginning, this infinging our copyright related with our fully customizable Car-X Window System™.]", "[...] multi-dimensional [...] [Somehow, this is more than a speech act stealing.]", "[...] everything the driver sees, touches – and even speaks to using voice commands – is enhanced to increase function, connectivity and responsiveness [...] [Obviously, we have here the description of a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI).]", "[...] Total Quality leader [...] [We would say no ethics stealer.]", and "[...] holistically [...] [speech act stealing]".
Furthermore, parts of the software of the IVI system comes from the company Microsoft, and so the claim should be correct that it is also infringing our copyright a further time in this way.

Over many years we have collected the best designs related with the model 911 of Porsche and today we are pleased to present our long lasting and carefully conducted selection of them for our 9** series that we began with the:

  • SR, Street Rocket,
  • V8, Beast,
  • BB, Beauty Beast, by Anthony Colard, and
  • GTR CS, Gran Tourismo Racing ClubSport,

and is now extended with the:

  • 9++ design element series by Alan Derosier,
  • B, Beauty, by Alan Derosier,
  • FF, Furious Fast, by Nicolas Echeverri,
  • Carrera RS, RennSport==Racing, by Alan Derosier,
  • Sixth Element by Alan Derosier, and
  • Iron Man by Alan Derosier, as well as the
  • Type 992 by Alan Derosier

Moreover, we have publicated sometimes ago the provisional webpage of the model:

  • GTR CS Gran Tourismo Racing Club Sport.

Furthermore, we were dissatisfied all the time with the fact that the design of our model 911 BB by Anthony Colard looks more like a Cayman, so that we simply made out of the problem a very elegant solution with the new model:

  • Cayman RSR.

Visit the websites of these outstanding designers to see more fa- scinating and inspiring lines. It is worth every second. And before companies use a design for a real conversion they should ask them for their reward or their license fee.
And hopefully the Porsche fans can sleep tonight.

We are thinking about a new mobile device that is based on our @Book, our coloured computer book cBook, or/and our Smart Digital Assistant, as well as learning environments, and correspondingly might be called Smart School Book, Sugar Book, and XOX Book as part of the related and also new One Book Per Child (OBPC) project (see also the Ontonics and OntoLab Further steps and the Ontoscope Announcement and Further steps of the of the 15th of February 2013, and the Ontoscope Further steps of the 16th of February 2013).

We have added the two projects:

  • Graphene Chip and
  • Graphene Memory.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We are thinking about a special model of our RE, the original Purely Electric R8 e-quattro, that features a carbon fiber monocoque or monohull, and exterior and interior components made out of Fine Carbon. Accordingly, we have as possible labels RE itron and RE Ironman, though RE ctron, R8 itron, R8 Ironman, and R8 ctron would fit as well.
A future special model might feature a Graphene Fiber Monocell or Monohull, an exterior made out of Fine Graphene, an interior with components made out of GrapheneSkin, a Graphene Accumulator, a Graphene Motor, and even Graphene CPUs.

We transfered the description about sensors that uses the bionic theme from the webpage of the Active Cam to the webpage of the Active Sensor. We did it at first in this way for intentionally confusing the usual unpleasant entities, that indeed fell into this trap, as we revealed with some investigative cases in the last weeks.

"Scheitert der Sozialismus nicht immer am Kapitalismus?
Oder andersherum gefragt: Existiert der Kapitalismus nur, weil er den Sozialismus pervertiert, also das Konstruktive für das Destruktive mißbraucht?

    Style of Speed Further steps
We are thinking about the possibility to stay with the flat/boxer engine configuration of the basic factory models of our conversions Boxster BS and Cayman C4 and C6, and take flat-4 engines of an- other manufacturer instead of the inline-4 engine of the model Golf. In this way considerable conversion efforts, time, and money can be saved, the low center of gravity can be retained, and even a full range of turbochargers, transmissions, and more components by the manufacturer and related suppliers are directly available. We do believe that it would neither harm the prestige of our Boxster and Cayman based conversions nor of the marque Porsche, because these flat-4 engines and transmissions are well known in the racing and the tuning scene, make as well much of fun, and would also underline the general orientation of our multi-technical and -cultural business division, as it can be easily seen with the Style of Speed logo for example. Alternatively, a flat-4 engine of the model Käfer newly constructed by us and enhanced with factory components is held back as a further option.

    Style of Speed Website update
We added to the webpage of our forced induction systems the cata- lyzing turbocharger, electrolyzing turbocharger, reforming catalyzing turbocharger, and reforming electrolyzing turbocharger, and the ca- talyzing supercharger, electrolyzing supercharger, reforming catalyz- ing supercharger, and reforming electrolyzing supercharger.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We have taken our additive that is produced out of carbon and hy- drogen following the general concept of the technology of our Ape ESP 3.0, which separates carbon dioxide (CO2) taken from the en- vironment and for an anerobic digestion plant and water (H20) into their constitutents, and transforms them into e.g. methanol (CH4O or MeOH), as mentioned in the Further steps of the 7th of March 2013, or ethanol (C2H5OH or EtOH), and made it a fuel of its own called S-Fuel or E-Fuel. Needed electric energy is commonly and re- generatively generated with e.g. wind and solar power. Also interest- ing are the further possibilities to produce in this way methanol and ethanol from natural gas, and biomethanol and bioethanol from bio- gas respectively biomass, as well as blends made out of them, like (B)EXY (XY% (bio)ethanol and 100-XY% gasoline) or (B)MXY (XY% (bio)methanol and 100-XY% gasoline), and mixtures of methanol, biomethanol, ethanol, bioethanol, and petroleum. In this way, a hi- gher volumetric energy density is given on the one hand, and the compression and handling of gas, special engine fuel delivery syst- ems, and a new infrastructure for distribution of the gas are not needed on the other hand, as it is the case with our HyperCylcle/ Stroetmann Cycle and Stroetmann Engine. For sure, our E-Fuel based drivetrains can be combined with further technologies, like our GTron approach, our already mentioned Stroetmann Engine, and our Combined Combustion Engine (CCE).
