Wave-field recorder™

Ontonics Website update
We renamed our sound-field microphone to sound-field recorder and our wave-field microphone to wave-field recorder in the sense of a recording device, because their functionality is better understandable in this way.

Furthermore, we have added the partly new projects (10:11 CET):

  • Light-Field Lens,
  • Ray-Field Lens,
  • Sound-Field Microphone, and
  • Wave-Field Microphone.

Style of Speed Website update 10:10 CET
We have added the webpage of our new model Cayman 9S9.

Also, we have finally made out of the conversion Cayman ST the conversion ST8, which is now based on the platform of the models Gallardo and R8 by the marques Audi→Lamborghini and Audi due to the passenger compartment placed further to the front.

    Clarification LightSwift Special #1a
For sure, after we presented the drivetrain of our spaceship Twin Ion Engine Royal (TIE R)/LightSwift and gave additional explanations about its function, every self-exposing or/and defrauding entity in the field of aerospace and media do know that such technologies could function and even speak about antimatter propulsion, dark energy and dark matter, warp drive, wormhole, time travel, and so on. But as usual, well known research and development institutes, media, and websites give in their publications, reports, and on their webpages not all important informations and often only explanations that should render ingenious solutions like ours as unfeasible. In this conjunction, we would like to clarify some of the more important and fundamental misconceptions and deceptions. Firstly, it is claimed that a spaceship could not create a so-called warp bubble on its own, which means in other words that a causality between a spacevehicle and a space-time altering technology could not exist, and as a consequence a spaceship could not control this warp bubble. Obviously, others and we have already proved at least in theory that this is utter nonsense. Moreover, the claiming entities have not fully understand the general facts as well as the special facts. Secondly, the discussion is often focused on the aspect of time travelling due to the relative velocity time dilation, and a spaceship that can reach a very high velocity is also called a time machine. But here again only specific aspects of time travelling are mentioned that not surprisingly are related with all the unwanted effects, which is the opposite of the concept behind our drivetrain that should prevent the relativistic time dilation by design. Thirdly, it is claimed as well, that creating a black hole, a warmhole, or a warp bubble would need the whole energy of a star. Generally, this is also not true, though in practice the physical equations are used correctly for the calculations, but only in the context of drivetrain concepts that are extremely inefficient. Furthermore, in the last years everything has been developed further, like the physical theories, the concepts, and the technologies (see also the Clarification #1 of the 19th of June 2009 and 14th of July 2009), and we already can say on the one hand that this is only the already realizable beginning, and on the other hand that a whole bunch of additional ideas and concepts have not been presented, explained, and integrated into the drivetrains and spacevehicles by us. In the latter case guess why. We would also like to mention the Style of Speed Further steps of the 28th of November 2011, the Clarification of the 3rd of May 2012, the Investigations::Aeronautics and Space of the 23rd of November 2012, and the Clarification of the 22nd of December 2012.

    Investigations::Multimedia and Car #371

  • Allgemeine Deutsche Automobil-Club e.

We demand the worldwide media not to report in the field of vehicles about head- and taillights that are based on the technology of the Light-Emitting Diode (LED), as well as sensor systems that unit different technologies based on electromagnetic or/and mechanical waves, like a camera with sensors for different light frequencies or a unit consisting of a camera and a radar, as well as the integration of both general technologies, especially by data fusion without or with semantic principles, because otherwise our copyright related with our active components Active Light and Active Cam(era), and their interplay will be infringed.

  • Daimler→Mercedes-Benz: We have not seen it directly, because the press release was publicated exactly after we took a look around in World Wibe Web in the field of automobiles. The company has taken intellectual properties from our websites a further time that again are related with the Ontoscope™ hardware and OntoScope™ software architectures and its strong connection to our Active Camera™, which we have presented in the Style of Speed Website update of the 5th of July 2009, connected with the Ontoscope™ architecture in the Ontoscope 2.0 Further steps of the 11th of July 2009, and described further in the Style of Speed Website update of the 31st of August 2009 (see also the case of the collaborative research partners Daimler and Fraunhofer Institut in the Investigations::Car #147 of the 31st of August 2009, the Investigations::Car #175 Drive Assistance Camera Special of the 14th of October 2009, specifically the case of the marque Ford→Volvo at that time that also tried to steal essential parts of our Active Camera™ solution, the case of the Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club e. V. in the Investigations::Car #187 of the 6th of November 2009 and above, the case of the marque in the Investigations::Car #285 of the 14th of September 2010, which documented the stealing the first time, the Clarification of the 1st of April 2011, and also the case of the company Nokia in the Investigations::Car #366 and the Investigations::Multimedia of the 20th of November 2012, the Clarification and the Investigations::Robotics of the 24th of November 2012, and the case of the marque Daimler→Mercedes-Benz North America in the Investigations::Car #367 LA Design Contest 2012 Special of the 28th of November 2012) and Active Sensors™ as well as they intelligent interplay as Active Components™, and with the AutoSemantic™::Car solution that also references the point "improving context sensing by making use of [...] other sensors" of the webpage Applications of the website of our Ontologic System™ (OS), Hightech Operating System™ (HOS™), and n-Dimensional Operating System™ (nDOS™) OntoLinux™. We quote the related text passages that simply prove this very serious crime: ""Intelligent drive" with new assistance systems [See the related comment to a following quote.]", "[...] new dimension [...]", "[...] safety are merged into one. [The marque] refers to this as "intelligent drive" [...] [This was stolen from for example the preface of the Active Components™ "integrated intelligent controls, [...] and foundational functionality for creating much greater and complexer integrated active systems out of the single Active Units" and its short description of the link to the Active Camera™ "comprises every interplay of ray-based sensors with our other Active Components" (see also its full description that lists the other types of sensors, which in the context comprise our Active Sensors™ as well), and the description of the AutoSemantic™::Car concept, specifically the point integrated data architecture. Moreover, it damages our slogan "Driven by Intelligence™" and our trademark Intelligent All-Wheel Drive™, doubtlessly, which adds to the copyright infringement.]", "The basis for all this is formed by new, state-of-the-art sensors and appropriate algorithms. [The marque] has made a major step forward with the introduction of the Stereo Multi-Purpose Camera. Just like the Mono Multi-Purpose Camera fitted previously, it is positioned behind the windscreen in the vicinity of the rear-view mirror. However, this camera features two "eyes" set at an angle of 45 degrees and with an overall range of 500 metres that produce a three-dimensional view of the area up to around 50 metres in front of the vehicle. In this way, the stereo camera provides data for processing by various systems. Intelligent algorithms perform an evaluation of this three-dimensional visual information in order to detect and carry out a classification, both spatially and in terms of their movement, of vehicles that are driving ahead, oncoming or crossing, as well as pedestrians and a variety of traffic signs within a large field of vision. At the same time, along with the Stereo Multi-Purpose Camera, [the marque] is also introducing enhanced versions of the multistage radar sensor system. [Besides that we have here our solutions listed at the beginning and their features, like our Multiray technology, we also have the very important information that it has a 3D/stereo(scopic) camera with two lenses and not one common camera lens in front of a 3D chip based on a flat common chip, and the reference to our OS, HOS, and nDOS OntoLinux with the text passage "classification, both spatially and in terms of their movement", because this refers on the one hand to artificial intelligence respectively semantic computing, and on the other hand to the physical concepts of space and time or simply space-time that leads us directly to our Calibre/Caliber. Said this, it is convicted of the claimed copyright infringement. And for our readers who do not know animals we would like to give the information that they often have 2 eyes for their ability of stereoscopic vision.]", "[...] radar-based collision warning system [...] [This but only this alone would be correct.]", and "the 360-degree camera covers all four sides of the vehicle, thus enabling a uniform all-round view, including virtual bird's eye view – a top-down view of the vehicle and its immediate surroundings. Dynamic guide lines help with entering and leaving parking spaces as well as manoeuvring [Here we have again the Active Cam "can also work in a panoramic/360° mode without moving", the Calibre/Caliber and the related Clarification #1 of the 14th of July 2009 "With the next accepted modern/universal model/theory, that may or may not refute Einstein's theories, a human is able to look at the universe like she/he is on the outside of the universe but being inside.", and also Augmented Reality (AR), which links again to our OS, HOS, and nDOS OntoLinux (see the webpage Overview). So this are also evidences for our claims.]".
That company has now a very massive problem, because even if they have found a loop hole, which must be very special, but we are still sure that it does not exist at all, the company is now in a dead-end street situation due to the fact that there are no more loop holes. Furthermore, the whole world has seen our actings and its actings, and some groups of the society are already in a disgusted rage. That was not smart/intelligent, definitely.
By the way: The especially made link to an automotive supplier from the southeast of the B.R.D. was not needed, because we already do know the stronger linkage between the two companies since years.

    Clarification
Due to a report about running a Linux® kernel based distribution on a smartphone and other mobile devices, that was deliberately written in an only massively misleading way by a serious criminal media company (see also our Investigations::Multimedia of today below) we would like to clarify the following points:
    1. Some of the very well known and most popular Linux® (kernel based) distributions are based on the GNU→GNU/Linux operating system, like Debian aka. Debian GNU/Linux and our Ontologic System (OS), Hightech Operating System (HOS), and n-Dimensional Operating System (nDOS) OntoLinux.
    2. The term smartphone was chosen around the year 2004 to denote the difference between a common mobile/cell phone and a mobile phone that has the processing power of a Personal (desktop) Computer (PC), and in many cases very similar hardware architectures and processors. Also, important was the range and types of PC applications running on a smartphone.
    3. A Head-Up Display (HUD) is a concept of projecting informations/data on a fixed transparent surface a user is looking through, specifically like a windshield of a vehicle, and neither our Retina Projection, Head-Mounted Display (HMD), nor a similar solution, and using the term in the context of a software based user interface is just not only wrong, but plain nonsense only, despite the fact that using typed and spoken commands directly for controlling and using a computing device is a stone old solution.
    4. To use the Qt® toolkit and its scripting language Qt Script for Applications (QSA) respectively the successors Qt Script Module and Qt Modeling Language (QML) is in this context the architecture of others and us, and in relation with the newer generations of Linux® based operating systems, Web Operating Systems (WOSs) and Cloud Operating Systems (COSs) for example based on our Boot to Web architecture, as well as the HyperText Markup Lanuage 5 (HTML5) of us, and not of the most popular Linux® distributions, doubtlessly. But this is not so important, because we have integrated programming languages already, like Python and at least a similar language as well as our own languages, and we have developed also something else, which all will not be named and described here.

Ontonics and Style of Speed Website update 9:09 CET
We have developed a new Active Comfort system related with our Active Exterior components that use further features of our Ontologic System (OS), Hightech Operating System (HOS), and n-Dimensional Operating System (nDOS) OntoLinux, and the Ontoscope hardware and OntoScope software architecture, as well as the AutoSemantic::Car extension, which are the recognition and classification of objects and persons, the ability to learn habits of the user, and the voice or/and gesture control/command functions of the Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI), with the related multi-purpose functionalities of our inventions of the Active Cam(era) and Active Sensor. The new comfort system uses imaging/visual and sounding/audible devices, like the e-door@Car, the electronic Laminated (Safety/Security) Glass (eLSG), Sp@ce@Car used from the outside of the car as a Head-Up Display (HUD) or/and a loud-speaker, and Active Lights with Laser Lamp@Car, as well as further mobile devices, specifically smart keys, mobile/cell/smartphones, smart watches, and, smart eyewear, and Head-Mounted Displays (HMDs) to name just some few, and offers preprogrammed or learned options to the owner of a vehicle, who can make a choice by voice or gesture control/command, like opening a door or a bonnet.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Canonical: That company is still copying our intellectual properties illegally that are related with our Ontologic System™ (OS), Hightech Operating System™ (HOS™), and n-Dimensional Operating System™ (nDOS™) OntoLinux™ (see also the OntoLinux Website update of the 10th of August 2009) and our related developments, like the Web Operating System (WOS) and Cloud Operating System™ (COS™) platform Boot to Web™, with its Linux® kernel based distribution and its different versions. Now, it presented a version using one of our first concepts behind OntoLinux™ based on the Qt scripting language respectively its newer version based as well on our development of OntoLinux™ and called Qt Modeling Language (QMT; see the webpages Components, Project Status, and Links to Software, specifically the section Formal Modeling of the last listed one), and running on mobile devices, inclusive smartphones, while the founder himself is claiming by criminal marketing lies to be the first doing so. As a matter of fact, we had this concept already mentioned in the OntoLinux Further steps of the 4th of July 2012, in which we used the term items as a substitution for the hardware drivers of the operating system by the Android consortium, for sure, among some other features. Moreover, the founder made the further criminal marketing lies that the company is in a unique situation with an operating system for clients, servers, and cloud computing, as well as an uniform interface family for mobile phone, PC, and TV, and that the company defines with this a new era of convergence in the history of technology by a unified operating system as basis for cloud computing, data centers, PCs, and entertainment industry. Obviously, this is not true, because we presented exactly this and much more earlier with our OS, HOS, and nDOS OntoLinux™ as well as the related Boot to Web™ platform, which even has also presented other concepts and software designs earlier or even as the first one (see also our Clarification of today above and due to avoidance of redundancy the investigative case of the serious criminal media company British Broadcasting Corporation below that is about a report of exactly this criminal acting).
Finally, this nasty game with that serious criminal fraudster is over, because this time we can nail him down at the courts easily.

We demand the worldwide media not to report anymore about the latest versions of the Linux® distribution of the company Canonical, because this infringes our copyright related with our Linux® based operating system OntoLinux.

We demand the prosecutors to take actions against the copyright infringements by the company Canonical done since the start of our Ontologic System (OS), Hightech Operating System (HOS), and n-Dimensional Operating System (nDOS) OntoLinux in the year 2006.

  • British Broadcasting Corporation: That serious criminal media company deliberately misled once again the public with a report about a Linux® kernel based distribution (see the case of the only defrauding company Canonical above) that should manipulate the public. As usual, we quote the report: "The [the Linux® based] operating system [with tight connections to Debian] has been adapted to run on smartphones. [In fact, some enthusiats and hobbyist have this done before several years ago. At this point we would also like to give the additional information that this new version of the operarting system is not running on top of another Linux® kernel based operating system, but uses its hardware drivers directly. In fact, we mentioned this solution already in the OntoLinux Further steps of the 4th of July 2012, in which we used the term items as a substitution for the hardware drivers of the operating system by the Android consortium, for sure, among some other features that eventually are interesting for assimilation.]", "The Linux-based software will allow users to run desktop [applications (]apps[)] on their handsets, allowing them to double for PCs when docked to monitors. [In fact, this solution is also not new. For example, it was already a feature of the operating system version that runs on top of another operating system, and with our Ontologic System™ (OS), Hightech Operating System™ (HOS™), and n-Dimensional Operating System™ (nDOS™) OntoLinux™ we can use as well every computing device by the overall architecture of OntoLinux™, which is designed in such a way, that all of the devices have a common set of components, like for example for their network and connectivity functionalities, and form together some kind of a large distributed computer system or a heterogenous cluster (see also for example the case of the company Microsoft in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 4th of December 2012).]", "The code will initially be released as a file which can be installed on Samsung's [smart]phone, replacing Android. [So, is Samsung behind the acting as part of its already begun attempt to steal our OS, HOS, and nDOS OntoLinux™, especially after it came out finally that indeed the Android consortium is breaking up (see the case of the subsidiary Google→Motorola in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 22nd of December 2012), eventually Google itself to protect its Linux® based operating system in this way, or even another entity that comes from another market and that wants our OntoLinux™ for its products? Nevertheless, in the case of the consortium the dam has burst already.]", "Some analysts question whether consumers really want the power of a fully fledged computer on their phone. [That objection is pure nonsense, because the consumers have already decided it in a positive way, which is proven by the rapid growth of the market segment of the smartphone (see also our Clarification of today above).]", "[... the defrauding operating system's] founder [...] said he was in talks with manufacturers for devices to be sold with the system pre-installed within the year. While he acknowledged the innovation would likely be limited to "enthusiasts and hobbyists" at first, he said it signalled a wider shift on the horizon. [So, this points to the comment said about the manufacturers Samsung and Google→Motorola before. Moreover, we have already proven that it is no innovation at all, and that it was not done by the reported founder for sure. Here our readers can see how that broadcasting corporation is deliberately misleading the public, which doubtlessly is done alone or most potentially together with its media partner from the B.R.D. to damage our business as well .]", ""It's quite incredible that we're at this point when the power of the phone is crossing over that with baseline processing power of basic laptops," [the company founder] told the BBC. "We're taking advantage of that so for the first time in history you have the full consumer PC platform available on a phone. [... another company] bring its phone and laptop together into one device. It's really cracking to do that ahead of everyone else." [Obviously, the founder made the next criminal marketing lie, because it is not the first time (see again our Clarification of today above), and it can't be the first time at all due to the existence of our OS, HOS, and nDOS OntoLinux™, and the media company deliberately publicated it well knowing that the statements by the founder are not true.]", "[The distribution is the] most popular operating system to be based on the Linux kernel - the code that lets software and hardware work together. [See once again our Clarification of today above for getting the fact about GNU/Linux and Debian®.]", "[...] plans to take a share of sales from online marketplaces offered by handset makers who adopt its software [...] [In this context, this plan is related with the operating system Debian®, which is our concept that was stolen by the reported company from the website of intelliTablet™ "Apps: Tuxic as well as Moblin, Maemo and MeeGo, Android and other Linux® based distributions compatible™" respectively "Apps: Tuxic™, webOS and other Linux® based distributions compatible™.]", "The new version has been designed to work on last and current-generation Android handsets which share the Linux kernel. This means [the Linux® distribution] can re-use existing software drivers to control the hardware. [So, this might be the only new feature, though we do think that others have already ported the other mentioned Linux® kernel based operating system of a consortium in the past. Despite this, we always said in the last years that in general this is the correct way it has to be done in the Linux® community, but not as it is tried now by the operating system manufacturer and the mobile device manufacturers, who not only in this specific way are trying since quite some time to steal our OS, HOS, and nDOS OntoLinux™, and more important our reputation for researching, developing, designing, and presenting OntoLix and OntoLinux™.]", "several notable omissions such as Adobe's Photoshop and the Office suite, although alternatives do exist. [What is meant as an one of the alternatives is the Apache OpenOffice office productivity software suite. The interesting question for us is why the company Adobe seems to be in the line of fire as well.]", "Developers will be urged to adapt their apps' interfaces to look different when running on a phone's screen while offering the same core functionality. [Tock, tock, tock. Anybody home? Obviously, the report is not about an innovation, but related with two companies running in circles.]", "To offer touch-based controls [that Linux® based operating system] has adopted the same QML (Qt modelling language) framework being utilised by the upcoming [potentially OntoLinux based] operating system. [The founder] suggested this meant many app makers would be familiar with the technology. In addition [the Linux® based distribution] can run web apps written in the widely-adopted HTML5 language. [So, here we have the proof that our OntoLinux™ has been copied, because both the strong relation with the Qt application framework as well as the HyperText Markup Language 5 were integrated by us in this way first. See also our OntoLinux™ based Web Operating System (WOS) and Cloud Operating System™ (COS™) platform Boot to Web™, that clarifies the case to our advantage. Additionally, we have also the proof now that serious criminal media company is again supporting serious criminal entities, like for example the company Autonomy that was bought by Hewlett-Packard (see the Comment of the Day #2 and the case of the company Hewlett-Packard→Autonomy in the Investigations::Multimedia both of the 20th of November 2012 for further facts in this other case).]", "Advanced voice control [See the webpage Links to Software of our OS, HOS, and nDOS OntoLinux™, specifically the section Natural Language Processing and Intelligent/Cognitive Interface.]", "When running on phones [the Linux® distribution] can be controlled by the "head-up display" (Hud) option it introduced last year. This allows users to type or say what command they want a program to carry out rather than having to click through menus. "The Hud was born out of the phone design process," revealed [the company founder]. "Typically phone and tablet applications are streamlined slimmed-down versions of stuff that might have existed in a more sophisticated complicated form on the PC.["] "And in our world where all of the functionality is there... you can invoke the Hud on the phone and talk to it with voice recognition instead of typing in your command - so you could say [for instance] you want a photo in a 1930s style - and our R&D effort is to make that natural." [At first, take a look at our Clarification of today once again, especially at the third point, and also notice that we have investigated that software-based user interface Hud as well, when the report was publicated, though we have not publicated the result of our investigations due to irrelevance of the presented technology and the report and the lack of inventive features. But what we can say is that no mobile device was mentioned at all in the related report at that time. In this context it is also ridiculous that the rest of the presented user interface is only a common functionality of user interfaces for devices with smaller touch-screens. Besides this, it is a further proof that the operating system manufacturer is running in circles while (eventually re)searching a new user interface paradigm. Even more important is the fact, that his true goal is only to steal our Multimodal Multimedia User Interface™ (M²UI™) and while not knowing what to steal he presents this marketing hoax about a stone old user interface paradigm. We demand the prosecutor in the U.K. to take decisive actions against the media company British Broadcasting Corporation due to deliberately conducted support of serious criminal entities like the companies Autonomy, now a subsidiary of Hewlett-Packard, and Canonical.

    Ontonics Website update
We have added the additional information that the imaging technologies used for the single layers of our multi-layer/stacked displays/screens can also be mixed (see also the Ontonics Website update of the 30th of December 2012).

We also added to the description of ourelectronic Laminated (Safe- ty/Security) Glass (eLSG) the information that also our technologies of the multi-layer/stacked displays/screens and active screens and displays can be used as well (see as well the Ontonics Website update of the 30th of December 2012).

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • iphone5mod: We found the following on its website already two days ago and since then began to investigate the case. In detail, the case is about an attachable keyboard to a mobile device with touchscreen that is advertised on its website by using text passages like the following: "[...] hybrid solution for [smartphone] gamers and office users in the works. The Hybrid Controller is the next generat- ion keyboard / joypad for your [smartphone ...]", "[...] can detach the [(]qwerty[)] keyboard from [a smartphone] entirely [...]", and "Long lasting usage of 40hrs [-] Standby time: 160 hours [-] Charging time: 1 hour only". For sure, it is legal to connect a mobile device with an additional keyboard by using a wireless technology for data transport (e.g. Bluetooth®) that might have an own energy storage like a rechargeable accumulator. Suspiciously is the fact that it was not said on its advertising webpage that the controller features an accumulator, but the used term charging says that it has an accumulator indeed. This is confirmed by a report of a website that gives the following additional informations: "Despite that the [...] add-on part for [a smartphone] is quite thin already, it has an own accu [... that ...] simultaneously functions as [...] protective cover [...]". But nevertheless, it is easy to see that this investigative case resembles the case of the company Asus (documented in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 22nd of March 2012) related with our Ontoscope 3 (see its smartphone part in the Ontoscope Further steps of the 7th of December 2010) based on the general concept of our Pad Computer and all of its older and later added functionalities, which are to divide a mobile device, that can have all kinds of communication possibilities, like e.g. WLAN and mobile phone connectivity, as we also clearly said on for example the website of intelliTablet, into its different functional parts that might be the display or touchscreen, the processing part without or with displaying/screening unit, additional user interfaces and add-ons, and their power sources, which in the latter case can even feature a keyboard, and function as a cover for the device, and much more, so that the copyright infringement is given, doubtlessly. In this conjunction, it does not matter at all, if we call our concept Pad Computer, because we gave the description of a general concept of a mobile device, and also showed three times the same device each time with different dimensions, and also with clear descriptions that are about mobile devices (see again the Ontoscope Further steps of the 7th of December 2010 and also the 13th of August 2012, and the intelliTablet Further steps of the 5th and the 8th of September 2011). A further problem arises by the fact that this investigated solution could be used to breach through the copyright given with the description of our general concept of the Pad Computer, at least when it is used with a mobile device that has a display/screen with no own power source and in this way must be powered by an external energy storage like an attachable battery or accumulator, or a multi-touchscreen that can be used with a digital pen/stylus, or the mobile device or/and add-ons, specifically an accumulator or a keyboard, are powered wirelessly.
Additionally, the connenctions are given to the Surface technology for multimedia tables of the company Microsoft and our derivation of it for tablet and pad computers, and similar devices like mobile phones with a (multi-)touchscreen, which was copied by Microsoft and promoted illegally by infringing our related copyrighted descriptions (see its case in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 19th of June 2012 and once again the references given before in this investigative case).
Said this, the tablet computer by Mircrosoft and solutions like the combination of a mobile device and this additional keyboard are only legal, if none of the devices resemble our Ontoscope 3 and our Pad Computer concept, non of the single functional device parts are powered by a wireless energy/power transport system that gets its electric power out of a stationary or a mobile energy storage, the display/screen has an own power source, and if the devices have no stylus/digital pen for the multi-touchscreen.

We demand the worldwide media not to report about the detachable hybrid controller for smartphones of the company iphone5mod, because this infringes our copyright related with our concept of the Ontoscope 3, and also enables the circumvention of the copyright in relation with our concept of the Pad Computer.

We would like to mention a general fact and give a lesson in argumentum e contrario. In the end the claim by another entity is not plausible and provable, for example at a court, that we have copied and summarized so many, so complex, and so creative solutions from others all the years, so that the only explanation left must be: They are all our done by us ourself, indeed.

    Clarification
In the last time several vehicle manufacturers tried to find a loophole with different solutions and descriptions that would enabel them to circumvent our copyright related with multimedia environments, devices, and applications, and also applications based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), specifically semantic and ontology-oriented com- puting, as well as robotics. In this context, we would like to give our point of view and a broad overview based on some facts only in the following order.
1.1 Shortly after their market introduction mobile/cell phones and later smartphones can be connected inside of vehicles by a cable or wirelessly, for example by using the Bluetooth® technology, for data transfer and control of the mobile device, but only for the telephony functions. Also, cable based solutions were existening for recharging the accu of a mobile device, which was later extended by us with wireless solutions based on adaptive, resonant, strong and loosely (strong) coupling, like the Wireless Resonant Energy Link (WREL) and our Wireless Resonant Power Link (WRPL) systems, with the present- ation of the model j! by Style of Speed with the P@d, that in the latter case even do not request that a mobile device must be laid at a specific position in a vehicle for dynamic charging and powering, as it is needed with other solutions based on common inductive coupl- ing. Later features were added that made it possible to use further functions of a mobile phone, like the built-in MP3 player, but not to use the mobile phone as a carputer (see also the point 1.3).
1.2 Internet access in an automobile was always available, at least after the start of the World Wide Web (WWW), but in the sense of a web browser that runs on the on-board computer and renders the HyperText Markup Language (HTML). Later, scripting and distributed computing programming languages were added, like for example the ECMAScript based languages, programming language extensions for using the WWW, and an Object-Oriented (OO 1) programming lang- uage. Also, the internet access should be used to send specific di- agnostic data of the vehicle to a server of a manufacturer.
1.3 The companies Clarion and Microsoft developed together a car- puter called the AutoPC that featured voice control and speech cap- abilities, had a Personal Information Manager (PIM) application with a calendar and handling of contact informations, and displayed inform- ation from the navigation system. The so-called Directions feature used an GPS add-on module, and was developed further to a navig- ation application with a map display and turn-by-turn navigation. A follow-up version included MP3 playback via Compact Disk (CD) and compact flash cards, as well as an again improved navigation system with GPS and gyroscope for inertial navigation. Another solution is to connect a mobile device like a mobile/cell phone or tablet computer directly with the on-board computer over the on-board diagnostics (OBD) connector and then use it as the carputer respectively info- tainment system, which is what we did with mobile devices featuring a multi-touchscreen.
1.4 Around the year 2000 the company Compaq started the Project Viewfinder for "Exploring the Future of Automotive Computing". The proposed system consisted on a navigation system with support of the Global Positioning System (GPS), a Head-Up Display (HUD) based on projection of augmented roads and texts, an in-dash display with a moving map, and a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) that was plac- ed in a device holder, which is mounted at the center console, and that has no support of the Bluetooth and the Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) technologies as standard, so that the PDA seems to be connected by a related wire of the device holder to the other components of the system. As themes were named wireless com- munication, though it is not clear if the communication between a car and its outside is meant, as we guess from a sketch of the syst- em and the fact that the shown PDA was placed in a holder, or also the wireless communication inside a car, location-aware computing, navigation, user interfaces, mobile applications and services, like music/entertainment, navigation, and telematics, and mobile services like the synchronization of car and home as well as office systems.
1.5 The manufacturer Volkswagen developed with the Carnival Booth 2 in London, U.K., an automotive interior design with a portable com- puter device that could be used for entertainment and also for route planning and similar applications, as well as inside a car and outside a car at home (see the points 1.3 and 1.4 again and also the point 1.xy below).
1.6 The technology of the Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) is used with mobile devices, specifically mobile/cell phones and smart- phones, tablet and pad computers, and robots on the one hand, as well as with surface vehicles on the other hand, which offer an on- board computer with a WLAN hub/hotspot as an internet gateway for respectively tethering of mobile devices that was relative new before we started OntoLinux in the autumn of the year 2006. For sure, both single solutions can be used together, for example by connecting a smartphone with the on-board computer of a vehicle over the WLAN or another wireless solution and then using the mobile device for example as the carputer respectively infotainment system in the same way, as described before for the wired devices in the points 1.3 and 1.4, as well as the internet gateway and WLAN hub/hotspot respectively tethering for the vehicle and other mobile devices (see the following points 1.7, 1.8, and 1.9, but also point 1.13), but this was only envisioned by us at that time for getting around the possibly existing patents of companies related with WLAN, automotive computing, and In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems, while all the others saw no need for and no sense in doing so, because the same functions thought of at that time were already available with the vehicle's on-board computer.
1.7 On the 13th of March 2008 we presented the Sneak preview #1 of the capabilities of our AutoSemantic::Car solution that lists for example the points "WirelessLAN-compatible, Bluetooth®-compatib- le, Multimodal Multimedia User-Interface (M²UI with Max-Sync), AITouch, IPNav (based on the Galileo System)/IPGPS (based on the Global Positioning System), and IQNav™ inside [see also MultiGPS, ...], able to learn the habits of its drivers," and much more. AutoSemantic packages are specific extensions of our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems.
1.8 On the 22nd of April 2008 we publicated the Feature-list of the world wide leading High-technology Operating System (HOS) Onto- Linux #1 that lists the point "User centric migration of applications [/processes] and data from one computing machine to another, even from a personal computer to a cell phone, or an automotive media center, [and for sure from an on-board computer to a carputer, and so on, between computing machines of the same type, as well as vice versa]", which doubtlessly describes nothing else than a distributed system across stationary devices, inclusive large (web) servers, and mobile devices, inclusive on-board computers of vehicles. Our mobile devices and on-board computers, as well as grid and cloud computers are powered by OntoLinux and OntoLix. It also mentions among other features the point "Integration of Web 2.0 content like maps", which surely has to be seen with an automotive media center now called IVI system as well.
1.9 On the 24th of April 2008 we publicated the Feature-list of the world wide leading High-technology Operating System (HOS) Onto- Linux #2 that lists the point "Personal World Wide Web-based infra- structure, network, and virtual drive, that supports the user centric migration 'Max-Mig' of processes, synchronization 'Max-Sync' of applications and data, and communication ['Max-Com']", which is nothing else than a description of the cloud computing approach with some related comfort functions/applications running either on common web technologies or on top of the distributed computer architecture, and including Web 2.0 content as well (see again the point 1.8) that as a matter of fact was intentionally written by us in this way for getting around the usage of the term cloud computing and to mislead defrauding competitors, which by the way was successful. A further feature listed is "'IPNav' (based on Galileo), 'IPGPS' (based on Global Positioning System), and 'IQNav' for mobile devices inside", which in this context of a WWW-based infrastruct- ure can have no other meaning than Internet Protocol Navigation (IPNav) and Internet Protocol Global Positioning System (IPGPS). The acronym IQNav is also self-explanatory and stands for Artificial Intelligence (AI) based Intelligence Quotient Navigation.
1.10 As an reaction on the two feature lists of OntoLinux and its ext- ension package AutoSemantic::Car (see again the preceding points 1.7, 1.8, and 1.9), the marque Volkswagen→Audi also presented in the October of 2008 a deeper integration of a mobile phone and the on-board computer over WLAN, which is used as a carputer and had the same features as the AutoPC of Clarion and Microsoft (see the point 1.3 a further time), like "address database, navigation system and audio/video player", and some more features, specifically that the mobile/cell phone can be used inside of a car "as a control unit for numerous vehicle systems" and outside of a car (the case of the marque in the Investigations::Car #54 of the 20th of October 2008).
1.11 If needed, OntoLix and OntoLinux feature an 2- to n-Dimension- al Operating System (nDOS) architecture, a Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M³UI), as well as our version of the Mixed Reality (MR) paradigm, which in general includes Augmented Reality (AR), that are based on the OntoScope software component.
1.12 Volkswagen Brazil presented an automotive design study with a concept that features a dashboard, which has a touchscreen and hence was copied from our e-dashboard, and also a center console, which has an on-board computer with touchscreen and a port for inserting a smartphone, so that both touchscreens can be used as the user interfaces of the infotainment system. Style of Speed ext- ended this basic solution with the integration into a (multilingual multimodal) multimedia infotainment system powered by OntoLix and OntoLinux, and also added the concept to use an attachable tablet or pad computer with a multi-touchscreen as the user interface for the driver and the passenger of a vehicle and with wireless power transmission that was also presented with the model j! (see also the point 1.1). In the latter case the P@d is a tablet computer or a pad computer with support of the Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), or/and Wireless Wide Area Network (WWAN) technologies, and has to be seen as a mobile/cell phone/smartphone with a large multi-touchscreen (keywords mini tablet computer and phablet).
1.13 OntoLab and Style of Speed also added multilingual multimodal multimedia control and MR (inclusive AR) within a vehicle like a car, which was later named by us Space@Car, and copied by Volkswagen and others for their design studies. One important fact related with our concept and the design studies of others is that our solution was based on facts and existing technologies, so that it could be realized around the year 2007 and 2008 already in stark contrast to the presented science fiction of the other entities. Moreover, the Space@Car concept must not be confused with the technology of a Head-Up Display (HUD) of that time, as some manufacturers of auto- mobiles, specifically Bayerische Motorenwerke, and also of consumer devices tried to do for getting around our copyright (see also the points 1.15 and 2.3).
1.14 The OntoLab and Style of Speed extended the basic solution of Volkswagen and the Carnival Booth 2 in London (see the point 1.5 again) with the integration of OntoLinux into a fully fledged (multilin- gual multimodal) multimedia infotainment system, as well as with the companion concept and the related mobile interior robot, which feat- ures the Ontoscope hardware architecture in the head and body, and is also powered by OntoLinux with its OntoBot and OntoScope software components, its full-fledged multimedia and AI features, as well a part of the overall distributed computer system architecture. These solutions were presented with the publication of the new webpage of the model V!/Speedvan by Style of Speed on the 17th of March 2009.
1.15 We added at the 11th of August of 2009 to the List of Software of the OntoLinux website the Mapnik and OpenStreetMap projects together with related software tools and made a note in the Investigations::Multimedia about a maps-enabled GPS system at the 30th of October 2009.
1.16 In the November of the year 2009 the automotive industry specified the Automotive WLAN standard. But now, manufacturers like General Motors, Ford, Bayerische Motorenwerke, Nissan, Toyota, and most potentially all the others want to use it as a loophole, like Volkswagen→Audi tried it already before (see the point 1.10 above), so that they can copy our solutions based on the utilization of smart mobile devices and circumvent related copyrights of us. Obviously, they are all too late, specifically if it is also used with swarm/collective intelligence (see the point 3.2).
1.17 On the 17.January.2009 we presented the model B!, on the 6th of April 2009 we presented the model 9ii, and on the 7th of Decem- ber 2009 we presented the model 9! by Style of Speed, which feat- ures 3D displaying technologies, Augmented Reality (AR), gesture control, which by the way led later to our eVSG@Car, and our Laser Image Display 2.0 technologies.
1.18 On the 2nd of June 2011 we labeled the utilizations of the cloud computing paradigma AutoCloud and Car in the Cloud. While the AutoCloud is focused on the IVI system (see again the points 1.7, 1.8, and 1.9), the CarCloud is focused with the connected car, specifically by using for example the Automotive WLAN standard (see again the point 1.10 and the points 3.1 and 3.2). Later we summarized solutions that comprise a World Wide Web access with our AutoCloud and Car in the Cloud computing systems for e.g. cloud-based streaming under the label Hyper Connectivity. As an reaction, several automobile manufacturers presented some months later a related solution (see the cases of the manufacturers Ford in the Investigations::Car #334 of the 13th of September 2011 and Nissan in the Investigations::Car #339 of the 8th of December 2011, the case of the marque Volkswagen→Audi in the Investigations::Car #341 of the 10th of January 2012, and the general case and the referenced cases of manufacturers and their marques in the Investigations::Car #343 of the 16th of January 2012).

2.1 Recommender systems are not so new being based on expert systems, but suddenly their application became a trend again after we started OntoLinux and OntoLix officially in the autumn of 2006, though before they were meant in the most cases in relation with stationary applications and in some very few case in relation with mobile applications, which were not related with automotive comput- ing. New around the year 2006 was their use in vehicles, though a connection with multilingual, multimodal, or/and multimedia user interfaces and AI concepts in the context of IVI systems, as we envisioned it, was not seen by us before (see also the point 4.3).
2.2 OntoLix and OntoLinux also feature Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the related paradigms of semantic computing, and our Object-Oriented (OO 1), Ontology-Oriented (OO 2), Ontologic-Oriented (OO 3), and Ontologic Computing (OC) paradigms as well as our Ontologic computing System (OS) paradigms among others, as well as the related OntoBot software component. Additionally, both the multimedia functionalities (see again the points 1.10 and 1.12 above) and the AI functionalities respectively the OntoBot and OntoScope components are connected by the architecture of Onto- Lix and OntoLinux. This system architecture is also the base for the overall distributed computer system (see the point 1.7 and 1.10 again) and e.g. the data fusion of software components and Active Components of a vehicle (see the point 4.1 below), which can be based on our Ontologic File System (OntoFS) software component.
2.3 In 2011 the marque Volkswagen→Audi U.S.A. and a research institute in Massachusetts, U.S.A., presented their Affective Intellig- ent Driving Agent 2.0 (AIDA 2.0) system, which is described as a "predictive in-car recommendation system based on real-time driver and city profiling", that is "in sync with what really happens around [the driver and the passengers] with a map that comes alive", and "knowing everything around [the driver and the passengers] as [she, he, or they] move through the city", so that [the driver and the passengers] are "finding [the multimedia contents] right in front of [them] on the dashboard" by controlling the display and "navigating the data with simple hand gestures". It is also described in a report with the title "3D, interactive dashboard car navigation" as a system that is based on "3D graphics projectors to display an interactive map on a dashboard of a car" creating a "virtual display" that "uses the whole of the car's dashboard and side mirrors to display and re- lay information". In fact, the whole system is nothing else as an im- plementation of our concepts and technologies, as it was doubt- lessly proved in the Investigations::Car #364 of the 28th of October 2012 (see also once again the points 1.12 and 1.15).

3.1 After we presented OntoLix and OntoLinux several projects in the area of the connected car with names like Connect2Car were start- ed around the year 2007. But a WLAN-based solution was not mentioned. This was later added after we presented our AutoSemantic::Car package (see a further time the point 1.14 above).
3.2 Swarming was mentioned in the field of robotics, but also in the fields of connected cars and robotic cars after we linked related systems in the sections Exotic Operating System and Intelligent/ Cognitive Agent of the webpage Links to Software on the website of OntoLinux. By the integration of for example such systems with OntoLinux we developed our Swarm Intelligence System (SIS), that is used with automobiles and robots, and hence with autonomous vehicles as well (see also point 1.14).

4.1 We have also developed a range of Active Components, most to mention the Active Cam and Active Sensor technologies, and their interplay, which are powered by OntoLinux and in this way able to use the OntoBot and OntoScope software components on the one hand, and to be integrated with all the full-fledged multimedia feat- ures on the other hand. In this conjunction it is also important to note that the stereo cameras and many sensors, as well as their combination, integration, and utilization were totally different com- pared with the ones we use in addition to the Ontoscope hardware, the Active Cam and the Active Sensor, as well as their direct and overall interplay, our common internal model with more than 2 dim- ensions, the data fusion and the semantic computing based on e.g. ontologies. These concepts were added by others one by one by following our descriptions.
4.2 In the year 2010 the Newcastle University presented a robotic vision system that is basically the technology of our Active Cam respectively Active Sensor by Style of Speed, and that we also use for our Ontoscopes.
4.3 We also mentioned on the webpage Applications of the website of OntoLinux the learning and recommending capabilities of such a multimodal multimedia system even in conjunction with the automot- ive field, and wrote already in the case of the manufacturer Ford documented in the Investigations::Car #334 of the 13th of Septem- ber 2011: ""Learning driver habits and capabilities, the technology can overlay map and weather data sourced from the cloud to adjust powertrain, steering, suspension and braking systems for optimum enjoyment, comfort and safety. [This is another evidence for the copyright infringement, because this concept was copied illegally from the webpages of our Active Components™, especially for exam- ple the webpages of our Active Trac™ (compare the quote with the paragraph Proactivity) and Active Suspension™, and the linked web- pages in their descriptions.]"" It is also infringing our copyright related with the AutoCloud computing paradigm (see again the points 1.6, 1.8, and 1.15).

5.1 The television series Knight Rider showed with K.I.T.T. an intelli- gent automobile, but people in the research institutes and the cor- porations laughed about it, because they saw it as science fiction, or as a simple series for naive children or adults, who like the main actor, and even still turned the series into ridicule after we present- ed the model Mustang-E by Style of Speed with the AutoBrain based on OntoLinux and the Active Components (see the section K.I.T.T. and Force inside of the model's webpage). But suddenly, all laughers were quite, because they saw that we already had a solution that really works in practice.
5.2 As said before, Style of Speed also added an interior robot based on the Ontoscope hardware and powered by OntoLinux the first time with the model V! (see again point 1.13). Later others followed us and developed as well interior robots, like Volkswagen→Audi U.S.A. together with a research institute in Massachusetts, U.S.A., with their Affective Intelligent Driving Agent (AIDA) system (see the re- lated case in the Investigations::Car #190 of the 16th of November 2009). But our interior robot with Ontoscope inside already featured at that time the robotic systems that are now presented by auto- mobile and robot manufacturers.
5.3 The first self-driving cars for private persons were presented, but they are based on the robotic technology that consists of a 360° LIDAR system, a(n eventually laser-based) gyro compass, a(n eventually laser-based or ultrasonic-based) rangefinder, a further radar system, the GPS, stereo cameras, and fusion algorithms, that we call the Stanley configuration, which is derived from the autono- mous vehicle based on the model Touareg by the company Volkswa- gen that won the DARPA Grand Challenge 2005. Important to note is that the stereo cameras and radar systems were not used in such a way, as we use our Ontoscope and our Active Camera, because the computing power at that time was too low for processing an image in real-time. This led to the solution that filters colours, and dark and light areas out at first, and then tries to find edges by further processing. The point cloud technique needs also extremely much computing power even for the creation of 2D models of the environ- ment at that time, if it was used at all, and the recognition and typ- ing of objects were not done at all. Actually, we can't confirm if the point cloud technique and a 2D environmental model augmented with height-field data were used already with the Stanley configuration, but a fact is that this configuration was the state-of-the-art in the fields of robotics and autonomous vehicles one year before the start of OntoLix and OntoLinux due to the needed huge processing power (see also the Clarification and the Investigations::Multimedia of the 24th of November 2012).
5.5 Around the year 2008 a german university presented as a react- ion to our research and development in the OntoLab and by Style of Speed a self-driving vehicle of the type (station) wagon with the relatively new utilization of the point cloud technique, as the univer- sity reported itself at that time. For this, the whole car trunk was filled with three computer systems (see once again the Clarification and the Investigations::Multimedia of the 24th of November 2012).
5.6 A robotic operating system was presented, but it will not help as a legal loophole, because relevant descriptions of funtionalities have been copied from our websites illegally, especially those that are rel- ated with OntoLix and OntoLinux. The legal loophole for universities in the B.R.D., that are research and development partners of inter- national ventures in this field, will directly become illegal, if the research results are used with commercial solutions, though this is not important for us, because we already have them convicted of conducted copyright infringements and organized serious criminal actings. A detailed investigation is given in the Investigations::AI and Knowledge management, and Robotics of the 24th of September 2010 for example.
5.7 About wave-field technologies and wave-field computing we even do not need to discuss here.

As it could be seen easily, we have already presented a consistent system architecture and applications in all focused fields before all others, and this is the reason why we claim for our copyright in so many cases. Eventually, there were some few single techniques and technologies already in existence, but the overall consistent concept of us discussed in this clarification was not given, definitely. If at all, there might be some technical and legal loopholes, but as we said sometimes in relation with investigative cases, they are too few, of- ten not relevant, too special, or/and also lead directly to our other solutions, so that a dead-end street situation is reached or will be reached with the last step(s) for which holds the same in the end. At this point we can als assure other entities that constructing a legal system out of loopholes will not lead to success, like it was done in the case of a Linux® kernel based operating system. Last but not least, at least the last 6 years have shown that our solut- ions were copied and while doing so our copyright was infringed all the time with the promoting, exhibiting, and even selling of our sol- utions.

    Ontonics Website update
For making implicit informations given with the mention of our P@d computer concept on the webpage of our model j! by Style of Speed explicit in an elegant way, we added the older projects:

  • WREL/WRPL@Ship,
  • WREL/WRPL@Plane, and
  • WREL/WRPL@Spaceship,

which describe that the Wireless Resonant Energy Link (WREL) and Wireless Resonant Power Link (WRPL) technologies could also be used in interiors of vehicles as well. In this way it is not required that a mobile device must be laid at a specific position in an interior of a vehicle for dynamic (re)charging and powering, as it is needed with other solutions based on common inductive coupling.

We also added the older projects:

  • Sp@ce@Ship,
  • Sp@ce@Plane, and
  • Sp@ce@Spaceship,

which simply make clear that we already use the Sp@ce technology with these kinds of vehicles as well.

We also added the older projects:

  • e-door@Ship,
  • e-door@Plane, and
  • e-door@Spaceship,

which simply make clear that we already use the e-door technology with these kinds of vehicles as well. For sure, our e-door concepts can also have other flexible displays, like for example displays that are based on Light-Emitting Diodes (LEDs) or Organic Light-Emitting Diodes (OLEDs), which was added to all descriptions of our e-door solutions as well.

We also added the older projects:

  • eVSG@Ship/VSG•E@Ship,
  • eVSG@Plane/VSG•E@Plane, and
  • eVSG@Spaceship/VSG•E@Spaceship,

which simply make clear that we already use the eLSG solution with these kinds of vehicles as well.

Furthermore, we added the new project called:

  • Mirror Hub 5:22 CET.

A further update of the description of our Maglev Bearing was done with the mentioning of our HyperTurbine, Revolutionary Turbine Accelerators (RTAs), and the exhaust gas turbine as further turbines, as well as pumps, like our HyperPumps and the turbopumps. We also gave the informations that the waste heat recovery could be used to generate electric power, which is advantageous as part of a Thermal Protection System (TPS) of air-breathing hypersonic propulsion systems and rocket engines for example.

Finally, we renamed the project Emotion Plate and Dish into Emotion Tableware and extended the name of the project eUmbrella with the term eParasol.

    Clarification LightSwift Special #1b
In one specific report that mentioned all details of the webpage of our Twin Ion Engine Royal (TIE R)/LightSwift, which makes the report by the media company a further copyright infringement and also an attempt to pervert the historical facts, that nobody should accept anymore, it is also tried to drive the attention away from our masterpiece by presenting further details beside the matter-antimatter drive, subluminal velocity close to the speed of light, black hole with a specific event horizone, wormhole that is proposed to be found nearby several black holes, space compression and in this way time compression as well, which obviously are all pointing to our LightSwift drivetrain with its twin engines, their specific geometry resembling a well-known spacetime geometry, and the two artificial singularities related with counter-rotating blackholes that are created by it, and about we talked already in the Clarification LightSwift Special #1a given on the 2nd of January 2012. So, it is no surprise at all that we have also a Closed Time-like Curve (CTC) (see also the section Free Determinism versus Deterministic Will of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century) that is named a brezel/bretzel/pretzel by one physicians while sitting in a rail carriage (see the webpage Culture for more details), and Frank Tipler's Cylinder theory of time travel, which was initally developed by Willem Jacob van Stockum in 1936 and Kornel Lanczos in 1924, but not recognized as allowing CTCs until an analysis by F. Tipler showed in his paper "Rotating Cylinders and the Possibility of Global Causality Violation" of the year 1974 that in a spacetime containing a massive, infinitely long cylinder, which is also called Kerr-Tipler object, was spinning along its longitudinal axis, the cylinder should create an (inertial) frame-dragging effect, which warps spacetime in such a way that the light cones of objects in the cylinder's proximity become tilted, so that part of the light cone then points backwards along the time axis on a space time diagram. Therefore a spacecraft accelerating sufficiently in the appropriate direction can travel backwards through time along a CTC. is based on a cylinder that has a dimension of 100 kilometer length and a diameter of 10 kilometers, is fast rotating/spinning around its longitudinal axis, and pointing again somehow to the geometry of our LightSwift drivetrain and the warp field/bubble created by, surprisingly, the time machine design by Ronald L. "Ron" Mallett from the university of Conneticut, which is presented in the report as well, based on the concept of a circulating light beam of e.g. a unidirectional ring laser with a series of mirrors, that can swirl up empty space/a hole of nothing, so that elementary particles are rotating, which should be tested by polarized neutrons (neutrons that all spin in one direction), and in this way are creating a gravitational field, so that the curvature of space is bended after Einstein's formula E=mc² and the proven theory of (inertial) frame-dragging, or said in other words that is producing not just frame-dragging, but also CTCs by twisting space into a loop that connects the future to the past, or said with much fewer words warping/looping time, and can be used as transport vehicle. But neither he has found out how to get enough energy for that, in stark contrast to us, definitely, nor was he ever mentioned in the literature as well as by absolutely enthusiasts of this matter, who really do incredible work in collecting and presenting all the theories, concepts, research results, and facts described in works in the area of science fiction. Furthermore, the claim that the scientist has developed this engine over several decades for travelling into the past, so that he could rescue his father, who died due to a heart infect/attach at the age of 33 years, and that the document was publicated in the Foundations of Physics 33, 1307 (2003), is up to our readers to value. We have an older source of inspiration.

Thank you very much for the flowers. Our readers may follow our kindly advice that they should keep in mind again that we have designed this spaceship and its engine, and also that so many of the most complex sciences, theories, concepts, techniques, and technologies can't be collected and summarized, so that the spaceship had to be worked out on one's own mind, which is also proved by the fact that in so many decades all leading scientists were unable to do it in contrast to this masterpiece done just for fun in some hours, which totalled up would result in two or three days maybe, and which is even not enough to read all essential literature and scientific papers. C.S. simply put that thing together with the basic knowledge about physics learned at school, a handful of webpages on related websites, some few results of research conducted by the NASA and universities, related webpages of an internet encyclopedia, and three wikis of the Star Wars, Star Trek, and Stargate sagas. This is the truth.

And no, we are not convinced that using our LightSwift as a time machine would be good for humanity, as long as C.S. is not clearly named as its inventor, because the evil side wants to use it for perverting the facts of the history. But this is something that the governments and the media in the B.R.D., in the U.S.A., and in many other countries are absolutely unable to understand.

    Ontonics Website update
We added to the description of our Wavicle device series the optional features of the Electronic Wave-field Finder (EWF) for all devices, the Electronic View Finder (EVF) for the Light-Field and Ray-Field cameras, and consequently the Electronic Sound Finder (ESF) for the Sound-field and Wave-field recorders, as well as the new function of AutoFocus (AF) for these systems by our wave-field computing for Phase Detection (PD) respectively Wave-field Detection (WD).

Furthermore, we have extended our Robocraft series with the new dermathologic capabilities by applying radiation with electromagnetic waves in the ranges of the radio, microwave, and infrared frequencies, and with ultrasonic waves.

And we added the new solutions:
    Multi-Band Network and
    Multi-Band WLAN.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We are looking if we should add the Frank Tipler's Cylinder/Kerr-Tipler Object theory and Ronald Malett's rotating laser device to the webpage of our spaceship Twin Ion Engine Royal (TIE R)/LightSwift.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Samsung: In relation with system cameras the claim "2D/3D lens, the first one-lens 3D system capable of capturing both still images and full HD movies in perfect 3D quality" was made, which is a criminal marketing lie only and also a copyright infringement, because generally all of our Ontoscopes have 3D capability for photos and videos by the definition of its type, and specifically our system camera and Ontoscope series, aka. Ontoscope Nano System, feature the common interchangeable single lens design of photo and video cameras, and our crystal clear explanation given with the presentation of the Ontoscope Nano I models 3. Eye and Golden Eye should more than enough: "Normally, an Ontoscope has more than one lense, but in fact the 3rd Eye and Golden Eye models integrate smaller lenses in one large lens" (see the Ontoscope Further steps of the 23rd, 25th, and 28th of December 2011).

We demand the worldwide media not to report about interchangeable 2D/3D lenses by the company Samsung, because this would infringe our copyright related with the lenses of our Ontoscope Nano series.

Investigations::Multimedia, Robotics and Car #372 Special

  • General: This investigation was started some days ago already, but took some time for finalization.
  • Toyota: Out of a report by a media company (see also the case of the serious criminal British Broadcasting Corporation below) we got the information that the massively stealing manufacturer has presented three technologies, which are a self-drive car safety technology, the connection of a smartphone with a vehicle control, also with applications of the fields of multimedia, which is an Augmented Reality (AR) system, and of Artificial Intelligence (AI), which is a recommender system. The self-drive car safety technology includes an on-board radar and video cameras to monitor the road, the surroundings, and the driver, and is fitted with safety features that are designed to minimize car crashes. From the far we can already see that some essential parts of this system are stolen from us, which are the Active ComponentsActive Cam(era)™ and Active Sensor™, the related Ontoscope hardware, the MobileKinetic technology and further developements of it, as well as their interplay based on the features of our Ontologic System™ (OS), Hightech Operating System™ (HOS™), and n-Dimensional Operating System™ (nDOS™) OntoLinux™, as it can be seen by the further statements of the company.
"We're looking at a car that would eliminate crashes," and "Zero-collisions is our ultimate aim.", [Toyota, 3rd of December 2012]. We see here that indeed this was stolen from us (see also the case of the Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club e. V. in the Investigations::Car #187 of the 6th of November 2009 for example).
The term "Intelligent Transport Systems" (ITS) technology reflects see content of the preface of Active Components™, which is the next evidence of its copyright infringement. Also, we have here a link to our Multimode™ Intelligent Control System, and with this a clear white line to our powered lift aircrafts as well as Autocopters™ and Spinners by Style of Speed™, that holds for every other entity.
The "advanced active safety research vehicle" prototype uses ITS and existing Toyota technology to monitor whether the driver is awake. So, we have fully discussed this point and the related copyright infringement regarding our MobileKinetic technology in the Investigations::Multimedia Human Machine Interface Special of the 13th of July 2012. Besides this, it is clear now that it jumped on our Active Theme by Style of Speed and is trying to copy our Active Component concept
The technology is designed to be used in conjunction with a driver, but the car can control itself. The car can also communicate with other vehicles called by us Swarming™. We have here again a link to our Multimode™ Intelligent Control System
"Not the Jetsons yet, but our advanced active safety research car is leading the industry into a new automated era", [Toyota, 3rd of December 2012]. In fact, this is not true and a serious criminal marketing lie again by that company, as it can be easily seen with our Active Components™ solution powered by our Ontologic System™ (OS), Hightech Operating System™ (HOS™), and n-Dimensional Operating System™ (nDOS™) OntoLinux. Furthermore, this is the proof that the company is also preparing in this way its goal to steal our Multimode™ Intelligent Control System for powered lift cars and Autocopters™, or being more precise, that it has already infringed our copyright in this context.
We can see that the systems and the statements given by the company are related with our solutions, and even that the descriptions were given in such a way that it is tried to circumvent our copyright and to camouflage the infringement. The presented
The company has also developed technology that lets a car communicate with a driver's smartphone to offer Augmented Reality (AR) features and recommendations, like for example about an upcoming restaurant. We already explained in the cases of the companies Bayerische Motorenwerke (see its case in the Investigations::Car #369 of the 3rd of December 2012), Nissan, General Motors→Opel, and Fiat (see their cases in the Investigations::Car #370 of the 19th of December 2012), and the company that this is a copyright infringement with the system shown with our model j! for example and with the use of our Multimodal Multimedia User Interface™ (M² UI™) as well as the description of our Ontologic applications of our OS, HOS, and nDOS OntoLinux (see also the Clarification of today above).

We demand the company Toyota to delete all related marketing texts and sales brochure contents immediately.

We demand the worldwide media not to report about the so-called technology Intelligent Transport Systems and ... by the company Toyota, because it has deliberately infringed our copyright once again in several very serious cases, this time related with the descriptions of our Active Components Active Camera and Active Sensor, the Ontoscope hardware and OntoScope software, the MobileKinetic technology, and also they intelligent interplay, as well as the solution AutoSemantic::Car, Multimode Intelligent Control System for powered lift cars and Autocopters and concepts of OntoLinux.

We demand once again the prosecutors in the U.S.A. and the European Union to take decisive actions against the company Toyota due to deliberately conducted copyright infringements and market manipulations.
We demand the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to seize webpages of the company Toyota in the internet immediately that are related with our solutions named above.

In this conjunction we would like to inform the governmental institution that we can see the same methods and coordination as in the case with our Active Differential by the automotive industry (see for example again the referenced cases of the companies Bayerische Motorenwerke, Nissan, Fiat and General Motors in the case of the multimedia and artificial intelligence systems, and the cases of the Allgemeine Deutsche Automobil-Club e. V. and the company Daimler→Mercedes in the case of the Active Components in the Investigations::Multimedia and Car #371 of the 2nd of January 2013

  • Toyota and →Lexus: The marque presented a concept car with a 360° Laser, (eventually laser-based) range finder, gyro compass, 3 HD-cameras, radar, GPS; hardware seems to fall under the legal configuration called "Stanley" by us after the winner of the DARPA Grand Challenge 2005, though the cameras could see some colours and recognize objects with a distance of 150 meters.
  • Continental: We have obtained the following informations out of a report by a specialized website: The company has registered/licensed an autonomous car in Nevada, U.S.A.. The sensor technology of the model Passat by the manufacturer Volkswagen consists of four short-range radars (each at the front and the back), and also a long-range radar. A stereo camera monitors the traffic (see also the case of the marque Daimler→Mercedes-Benz in the Investigations::Car #371 of the 2nd of January 2013, and also the given references to other informations and the Investigations::Car #293 Autonomous Car Special of the 10th of October 2010). The informations are centrally processed and also controlled by a so-called Motion Domain Controller. Furthermore, the company works on the traffic sign recognition (see also its case in the Investigations::Car #XYZ of the ...). Funnily enough, the given hyperlink led only to a webpage that describes a simple system for the recognition of road signs.
  • Bosch: In the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR), and robotics we saw an image of a prototyp system with a much too large display mounted at the dashboard that shows AI with object recognition, AR, and connection of both. Doubtlessly, this specific combination was copied from the website of OntoLinux and Style of Speed , Active Components powered by OntoLinux; "[...] Standardisierung der Kommunikationsprotokolle für den Datenaustausch zwischen den fahrenden Wagen sowie an Sicherheitsfeatures gearbeitet werden. Außerdem sei für einen Regelbetrieb eine kritische Masse von modernen Autos notwendig."; Data fusion, in this context standard is another term for a widely accepted ontology, pointing again to OntoLinux based on semantic computing techniques.
Furthermore, the use of a much too large display and AR techniques lead directly to our e-dashboard™ on the one hand and to our Space@Car™ on the other hand. Specifically the latter technology by us will be discussed in more detail in a Investigations::Multimedia and Car Special already in the works.
Said this, it is easy to see that the company has now taken the unsuccessful strategy to communicates silently our intellectual properties like other companies, definitely.
Furthermore, the warning statement by the company that self-driving cars are still completely immature, which we made before at the day another company got the first license for its car (see the related comment of the ...), and the other documented facts prove that the company is following our websites very closely, perhaps even permanently.
Der Kontakt ist über ein Anruf via Smartphone möglich. sounds like Active Components, Active Cam, Active Sensor, Interplay by OntoLinux, but seems to be Stanley configuration only. From its website we have the following informations: "[...] company that has developed a striking series of new technologies in automotive systems and robotics via innovative research projects. The firm is now using "tomorrow's" technology to develop electric autonomous (driverless) vehicles and intelligent, urban mobility solutions today.", "A shared Vision", "[An investor:] "A car is a powerful, mobile platform for technology – a bit like a large smartphone. This impression was directly proved to be that way by one of the boldest copyright infringement seen so far: That company even says in the headline of the text section that "The advanced technology is yours".], "[...] its original ideas [...] [So, let us laught a little bit about that nonsense.]", "Its design brings out new technologies in robotics applied to the automobile. [Correctly said, it copies our original robotics solutions and their integration into automobiles.]", "The Company has traditionally specialized in the routing and transit of information originating from mobile sensors, working via GPRS (a standard from mobile phones derived from GSM and allowing higher downloads). The fleet management system offered by [the company] uses a GPS/ GPRS box to communicate vehicle position in real time." and also "[...] embedded vision and GPS [...] range of sensors such as differential GPS, inertial measurement unit, a laser rangefinder and stereo cameras around fusion algorithms to control the trajectory in complete autonomy [...] is equipped with laser range finders, cameras and a software package developed by [the company] that allows it to move autonomously and safely in any environment. [We have made this and the other quote before in this investigative case earlier, because it explains nicely what its own technology truly is, and in this way draws the white line. Important to note in this conjunction are three points: The first point is about the sensors, which have been listed by the company correctly. But that was the essential technology at that time, which we do call the Stanley configuration after the well known robotic vehicle Stanley based on the model Tuareg by the manufacturer Volkswagen of a U.S.American university for the DARPA Grand Challenge of the year 2005. The second point is about the stereo cameras, that are used in a different way than we use our Active Cameras and about which we discussed in our related Clarification of the 30th of November 2012 and 7th(?) of December 2012 in more detail. The third point are the fusion algorithms, which is the reason why we differentiate at this point between fusion algorithms, and our data fusion as well as the direct interplay of our active components powered by OntoLinux. All in all, the differences are more than obvious and once again clarified.]", "[...] 2007 DARPA Urban Challenge [...] traffic conditions, obstacles, road signs [...] The vehicles had to take "intelligent" measures by themselves what has thus asked the teams to develop breakthrough technologies in terms of robotics, sensing and software development. [The reader should not be confused about the term intelligent, because it was added in relation to the preface of the webpage of our Active Components. Furthermore, our OntoLinux was already presented and the DARPA is not shy to take contents from our website as well.]", "Universal Platform of Advanced and Sustainable Mobility[: ...] Knowledge of actual traffic conditions for Rouen and its surroundings.", "Philosophy [Obviously, this menu item and the logo of its Research and Development (R&D) website section, which resembles a little the logo of Ontologics, point directly into the direction of our business units related with ontology.]", "A new vision of urban mobility [Here we have the link to the slogan The Lab of Visions™ by our OntoLab, that makes the infringement of oour copyright evident.]", "[...] there is not one single solution, but a whole host of products and services that is needed to resolve the double-sided dilemma of the need for urban travel combined with a need for reduction in energy consumption [...] [So, why is the company copying us? ;P]", "This new idea of mobility would create a new idea of personal property. Instead of being someone’s property, it would be a mode of transport and totally free at that! [We do not believe this statement by the founder, because he wants to get the market and for this is copying as well.]", and "This vision, which is totally at odds with 'traditional' ideas [...] [This statement reflects our acting as well.]".
As we always handle smaller companies and start-ups, we also give the friendly advice to look at our Electric Micro City Car;™ (E=MC²™) models and our Electric Multi-Purpose Vehicle (E-MPV;™) model ETE, as well as our concept of the Taxisharing, and then try to collaborate with us. Finally, because we have at least a copyright problem with the connection of philosophy and robotics done as we did before, and also the clone of our model Inner City, the result must be: Convicted!!!

We demand the worldwide media not to report about the urban electric vehicle by the company Induct, because it is a clone of the model Inner City with features of the model iCup by our business unit Style of Speed.

  • General: This investigation was started some days ago already, but took some time for finalization.
  • Ford: The manufacturer and its research and development partner are developing an open source hardware and software platform for automotive applications. We will investigate the case, but can already say that we see a first copyright infringement with its software stack, which is based on a Linux® kernel based but community incompatible operating system clone, due to our special Hightech Operating Systems (HOSs) like OntoLix™ that are absolutely compatible in every aspect with the software stack used in automobiles, the application of our HOS OntoLinux™ and its CAN-bus connection (see the section Network Technology) in vehicles, our USB-based solution based on USB Memory-sticks used for the :Driver'™'s memory storage (see the Sneak Preview and the Original Sketches #1 of the 27th of November 2008), which is not based on the software application platform of the company Microsoft, our Car-X Window System™, our fully customizable Graphical User Interface (GUI) architecture, and our connection to tablet and pad computers and their application in vehicles, that were already mentioned on the webpage of for example the models Cup!™ and iCup!™ by Volkswagen and Style of Speed.
We give all vehicle manufacturers the strong advice to stay away from that technology due to serious safety issues on all levels that even comprise their intellectual properties. We from Ontologics have already designed special Hightech Operating Systems (HOSs) like OntoLix™ until the year 2006, so that they do not step into that trap by the largest IT-companies.
  • Ford and Google: Besides this, we found out that it is still trying to steal our Autocloud concept with e.g. Google. This points again to a larger copyright infringement conducted by the only stealing company Google, because the other case (see above) is also related with its Linux® kernel based but community incompatible operating system clone.
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: That serious criminal media company has publicated three reports that are about connected vehicles and the utilization of Augmented Reality (AR) in vehicles, specifically automobiles, of which one is also about autonomously driven cars, to mislead the public deliberately by following very closely our investigations and copying illegally their texts for perverting methodically the facts documented by us by even using our website contents that document the facts. But instead to give its readers the correct informations, which is about our solutions, it applies the method to report about all manufacturers that have been convicted by us to have infringed our copyright in the last months and years exactly in these fields of technology. We begin with the case of AR, that are Bayerische Motorenwerke (Investigations::Car #325 of the 20th of June 2011 and #342 of the 11th of January 2012), Daimler (Investigations::Car #343 of the 16th of January 2012), General Motors (see again its case in the Investigations::Car #345 of the 6th of February 2012 and of today above), Ford, Toyota (Investigations::Car #364 of the 28th of October 2012), and Volkswagen (see once again the case of Bayerische Motorenwerke in the Investigations::Car #342 of the 11th of January 2012) with its marque Audi (see the Investigations::Car #343 of the 16th of January 2012, #345 of the 6th of February 2012 and the Investigations::Aviation and Space of the 4th of February 2012, and also in the Investigations::Car #364 of the 28th of October 2012), and further entities (see also the case of the company Delphi in the Investigations::Car #26 of the 7th of June 2008, and Delphi and the design studio Sbarro in the Investigations::Car #321 of the 21st of May 2011, the Investigations::Car #277 and Multimedia Linux based In-Vehicle Infotainment Special of the 31st of July 2010, the case of Computec Media→Klaß & Ihlenfeld Verlag→Golem.de in the Investigations::Car#345 of the 6th of February 2012, the Investigations::Multimedia and ::Car #346 of the 7th of February 2012, the Investigations::Multimedia and ::Car #346 of the 7th of February 2012, the cases of the companies Honda North America and Bayerische Motorenwerke in the Investigations::Car #367 LA Design Contest 2012 Special of the 28th of November 2012, and the Investigations::Multimedia, Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge management, Robotics, Aviation and Space of the 28th of January 2012; we will give more links to the important investigations in the fields of car, avionics, and multimedia). We will document the relevant text passages and give comments. For the while, the interesting ready can take a look at the webpage Overview and Ontologic Applications of the website of OntoLinux™, the Autosemantic™::Car technology, and the webpages of our models 9!™, j!™, and B!™ Barchetta, the model B!™ by Maserati and Style of Speed, and the model 9ii™ by Volkswagen and Style of Speed that feature our AR concept as well (see also once again the case of Bayerische Motorenwerke in the Investigations::Car #342 of the 11th of January 2012) and also the reported Head-Up Display (HUD) system that in the third case uses the windscreen as projection screen.
Furthermore, in relation to glasses and augmented reality it misled the public deliberately by referencing two other companies that came much later to this technology (see for example the Clarification and the cases of the company Google and the research institute Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the company Microsoft in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 5th of April 2012, the case of the company Microsoft in the Investigations::Multimedia of today, and the Clarification of the 2nd of June 2012) than we once again with OntoLinux™ (see the section iRaiment, Wearable Computer of the webpage Links to Hardware, and the solutions Head-Mounted Display 2.0 and Sm@rtEyewear in the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics, as well as the Sp@ce@Car solution). Even more suspicious is the fact, that the solution by the company Google is a very old technology and has nothing in common with the kind of AR and display systems reported in relation to automobiles. At this point even the most incompetent reader should understand that she/he has been totally punked. Also mentioned is our Glassy™ app(lication) for mobile/cell phones and tablet and pad computers, but again without referencing us.
We will go on with the second issue that is about the connected car.
In the third case that serious criminal media company reported about a system by an automobile manufacturer well knowing that its system has so much relations with our Active Component solution powered by our Ontologic System (OS), Hightech Operating System (HOS), and n-Dimensional Operating System (nDOS) OntoLinux that it should be clear that the manufacturer has infringed our copyright.
Obviously, that serious criminal media company British Broadcasting Corporation does not only support paedophiliacs.

We demand the prosecutors in the U.K. and Scotland Yard to start actions against that defrauding media company and its partners in the B.R.D., especially against Jon Stewart, Jonathan Amos, and their managing editors, as well as its partner in the B.R.D. as soon as possible.

    Clarification
We would like to mention that we always explained that all of our devices have a common set of components, like for example for their network and connectivity functionalities, which enables them to form some kind of a large distributed computer together (see also the Feature-list of the High-technology Operating Systems (HOSs) OntoLix and OntoLinux #1 publicated on the 22nd of April 2008). For sure, this has to be seen in a broader way, because most of our machines, like vehicles, robots, stationary devices, inclusive a 3D printer for example, and mobile devices have this common set of components, so that e.g. their sensores, actuators, and displays can be controlled virtually by every other device. Said this, we already made clear that every combination of a camera, smartphone, or other device, which can take respectively record 3D or more dimensional data, holographic images, wave-fields, and so on, with rapid prototyping machines (see the NanoFab technology and also the Cook!Mobile solution) and other direct-digital manufacturing machines (see for example the subsetion RoboCraft solution) will yield in some problems with our intellectual properties, though there might be some very special exceptions from the industry or enthusiasts. Furthermore, we have described some web services already with our presentation of the related Holostore (see the Ontonics Further steps of the 8th of November 2010).

We have some new projects that are:

  • Anti-Laser Glass 13:39 CET,
  • Anti-Laser Shade, and
  • Anti-Laser Eyewear.

Many persons at work might be blinded by a laser beam, like scientists, medical practitioners, crafters, pilots, and also police (wo)men and soldiers, but also at private activities, for example when driving a vehicle. To solve this problem, we are developing anti-laser technologies that can be passive, active, or hybrid if needed. The passive solutions are based on special mixtures of silicon that can filter out the frequencies, while the active solutions are based on our electronic Laminated (Safety/Security) Glass (eLSG) that can utilize either a filtering technique or a ray-collector similar of a transparent solar protection or solar panel. The difference to other solutions are that the laser protection is transparent in contrast to other solutions that are too dark to use in common environments. The solutions is ideally suited for windows of buildings, vehicles and smart eyewear, but due to the nature of our eLSG and our smart fabrics like the Solar Fabrics it can also be made flexible.

We do know, women will love it. We have extended our Robocraft series with:

  • Massage 14:20 CET.

    OntoLinux Further steps
We will add to the related sections of the webpage about the Terms of the 21st Century our technology of the Orbis, and the technologies described in the science fiction novels series "Commonwealth Saga" that are related with longevity based on controlled rejuvenation, a memory crystal that is similar to our tangible selfsymbiont and Holomer respectively Avatar in combination with our Orbis systems, but is inserted at the base of the brain, which is able to record memories including those before insertion and to make backups of memories, that are placed in their so-called "secure store". "In the event of a fatal accident or premature death, a clone of the person is created and the stored memories of the original are inserted. If the memory crystal of the death is still intact, all the memories, including the one of the pain of the death itself, are reinjected into the clone. The process makes them effectively immortal, even if still threatened by the loss of their body, memory crystal implant, and secure store [...]. Rejuvenation is said to be akin to starting a new life, with those who have undergone the process being referred to as second-lifers, third-lifers, and so on. Psychologically, some people tend to shake off the responsibilities of their previous life including employment and marriage. Memories can even be edited to facilitate easy transition to a new life.", [Internet encyclopedia based on reviews] (for sure, will not be copied by us). Further technologies are man-machine symbiosis respectively cyberware, "most common implant is the "memorycell" [...] less common are the "wet-wired" implants" (see also our section Human Enhancement and Cyborgs of the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics and the section Human Enhancement and Cyborgs of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century). Further technological devices are OCTattoos (Organic Circuitry Tattoos) with smartphone and ontoscope functionalities.
Related with this is our consideration to add the term Rejuvenation to the webpage of the Terms of the 21st Century.

    Style of Speed Website update
We added to the specifications of our models B!, D!, M!, i!, j!, and k!, and also and V!/SpeedVan the feature Space@Car already presented with the models 9!, 9ii, and S 0 S.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We are looking at the concept car Go by the manufacturer Volkswagen for new exterior design and interior technology elements for our Electric City Cars.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Samsung: Tow days ago, we have started to investigate if the company has also copied an intellectual property of us in the field of televisions, which indeed could be confirmed by us now. The issue begun with a commercial shown in the B.R.D. that also presented the related television as some kind of a gateway of a portal/doorway that links distant spaces/locations and hence pointed in this relation to our slogan "Window(s) to the World™" and that both points are also related with our Ontologic System (OS), Hightech Operating System (HOS), and n-Dimensional Operating System (nDOS) OntoLinux. Yesterday, we found out after we saw an image of a television showing a tree in the sense of a portal, that was also reported by a public service broadcaster to be named at a presentation by the company as "Fenster zur Welt==Windows to the World™" respectively due to similarity/analogy and possibility of confusion "Fenster zur Welt==Window to the World™", that as a matter of fact that only stealing company has stolen our Portal Theme presented with our OS, HOS, and nDOS OntoLinux and also with mobile devices by intelliTablet, as it can also be seen with the latest One Lego® Laptop Per Child (OL²PC), and in this way has infringed our copyright in the field of smart televisions/smart TVs the first time. We also got the information by two media reports that the manager of its U.S.American subsidiary said: "one screen isn’t enough any more [see Qixel]", "In TV we've added gesture and voice control.", "This is the first [television] with a quad core processor [...]", "The TV understands what you like and makes recommendations", "It's almost human", and "It understands natural language and full sentences". So indeed, we have until this point a computer system that consists of a display and an embedded system, which in addition features a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) with the display, the loudspeakers, and also the gesture and voice control, which is a combination that was already used with computer displays that again were used for watching TV several years ago, and in this way is neither new nor an invention by the company Samsung, so that we have here a criminal marketing lie on the one hand, and also the second evidence that the company is copying features from our websites in this field as well, like the Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) in combination with the recommender system.] Today, we also read the related presse releases and hence got the confirmation that its so-called smart TV features consists of the already mentioned Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) for "Advanced Smart Interaction [that makes it possible to] Use everyday language and casual gestures to find content or command and control the TV", which is also labelled as "voice interaction and motion control", and the also mentioned "recommendation engine [that] also offers customized content recommendations [... and ...] enables the discovery of personalized content based on previous viewings and user ratings", but also the additional new informations that are "By expanding and supporting [the HyperText Markup Language 5 (]HTML5[)] in the Smart TV [Software Development Kit (]SDK[)] 4.0, a standard programming language[, the company] has laid the foundation for many software developers to easily take part in development of [...] applications. With HTML5, [the company] has been able to build an integrated environment that supports the development of convergence applications. This enables [the company's] TVs to interact and communicate with external devices", which is all copied from our websites of OntomaX, Ontonics, and OntoLinux. In this conjunction it is also important to note that the HTML5 includes the Resource Description Framework (RDF), that was added after we already publicated the essential descriptions of our OntoLinux, which once again proves doubtlessly that our combination of a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI), a recommender system, and the semantic computing respectively the semantic (world wide) web paradigma was illegally copied from the website of our OntoLinux. In detail, the explanation that the HTML5 is a programming language is wrong, obviously, and was only said for talking about our proposed programming language and preparing the next step of stealing on the one hand, and gives the proof that the company does not know what we really do and even has not understood at all what the integrated environment of OntoLinux can truly do (see also the Clarification of the 3th of January.2013). Obviously, the claim that the company has laid the foundation is not an act of speech act stealing only, but also wrong, because it is copying our OS, HOS, and nDOS OntoLinux doubtlessly, which can also be seen by the used terms "integrated environment" (compare with the webpage Overview of the OntoLinux website) and "Evolution Kit", and also by the phrases "seamless, integrated and immersive entertainment", "true-to-life picture quality", and "absolute blacks and pure whites". In the same way, our operating system architecture of OntoLinux and its derivatives, like the Web Operating Systems (WOSs) and Cloud Operating Systems (COSs) for example based on our Boot to Web architecture, are referenced with the explanation about the general concept that "enables [...] TVs to interact and communicate with external devices" by virtually the same solution developed by us. We have discussed our technology in more detail in e.g. the Clarification and the Investigations::Multimedia of the 3rd of January 2013, so that we are again reconfirmed that indeed at least one entity wants to steal our OS, HOS, and nDOS OntoLinux now, which most potential is one of the usual only stealing companies. Moreover, we have seen connections to 3D displays and 2D projection systems for imaging and sound generating on its website, but as far as we have seen, we have not seen glassless 3D displays, 3D projectors, like our smart Projector™/smart Projection™ series, haptic devices, wave-field technologies and wave-field computing, and also wireless power/energy transmission systems, like the technologies Wireless Resonant Energy Link (WREL), our Wireless Resonant Power Link (WRPL), and Beamed Energy Link (BEL), and much more.

We demand the company Samsung to delete all related marketing texts and sales brochure contents immediately.

We demand the worldwide media not to report about the so-called smart TV technology by the company Samsung, because it has deliberately infringed our copyright once again in a very serious case, this time related with the description of our OntoLinux operating system and further contents of our websites.

We demand once again the prosecutors in the U.S.A. and the European Union to take decisive actions against the company Samsung due to deliberately conducted copyright infringements and market manipulations.
We demand the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to seize webpages of the company Samsung in the internet immediately that are related with our solutions named above.

In this conjunction we would like to inform the governmental institutions that they should be aware about the fact that the last legal loopholes vanish, and that the automotive, the information, and the telecommunication industries as well as larger companies in these fields, but also research institutes have followed us and even copied our intellectual properties in the last years, so that in this way they have maneuvered themselves into dead-end streets, because no one asked for a license, and hence will peramanently infringe our copyright in the future, as it could be noticed in the last weeks already. It could also be compared with a house of cards.

    "Sieh mir in die Neuronen."

    Comment of the Day #2
"A woman must read every wish off my neurons."
"Eine Frau muss mir jeden Wunsch von den Neuronen ablesen."

    Clarification #1
For sure, we apply our technologies and versions of the circulating electromagnetic beam by masers and lasers for our propulsion technologies of the Active Plasma Accelerator and Active Hypersonic Engine, that are used for our hyperjets HJF-1/Hyper Falcon and HCV-1/WhiteSwift, and our related aerospaceplane Space Shuttle NG X-3033/MagicStar, the Multimode Plasma Engine (MPE) used for our spaceships X-3³/Drake and XR-3/Lucky Dragon, as well as the interstellar ramjet engine of the Twin Ion Engine Royal (TIE R)/LightSwift.

Also, we have explained already that we followed improvements/ optimizations of the warp drive by M. Alcubierre done by C. Van Den Broeck and S. Krasnikov. Moreover, it is obvious that the self-created spacetime of our starship Twin Ion Engine Royal (TIE R)/Lightswift is resonant/oscillating by the design of the engines based on maser and laser. Besides this, it is also implicitly given that by using ring lasers each engine produces two counter-rotating artificial kernel-less black hole singularities. The important point is not if one engine alone or two engines together produce such objects, but that the ontology and duality are kept up.

Neither a national aerospace agency, a state-owned enterprise or private company, nor another entity has such propulsion techno- logies. So, do not bother us with stories about the usual self-expos- ers and fraudsters.

    Clarification #2
We would like to mention that our movie-/votography should not be confused with the special field of photography based on the burst/continuous (high) speed shooting mode.

    Ontonics Website update
From the description of the Orbis concept we extracted the explanation about the technique that can synthesize thoughts by following the development of the brain and put it in a project of its own called:

  • Orbis Rendering/Synthesis.

Its description was extended by giving the explanation that the technology is one of the foundations of our approach of the self-symbiosis, selfbiosis, reflective symbiosis respectively the selfsymbiont and strongly related with the Holomer.

    Style of Speed Further steps
While looking at the investigations, clarifications, and further steps related with the propulsion technology our starship Twin Ion Engine Royal (TIE R)/Lightswift, we think about the optimization of the warp bubble thickness and the reduction of the stiffness of spacetime by the resonance/oscillation of its intensity.

    Investigations::Multimedia XO Tablet Computer Special
Basically, all facts have been mentioned. Some links are missing at some places, though they are named in the text. The text needs some rearrangement for better reading and easier understanding.

  • One Laptop per Child Foundation and Association or/and Sugar Labs: At first we wondered what the e-mails of the last weeks were about, because the discussion, questions, and answers sounded as if they were about two different mobile devices. Today, we got the eye-opening explanation: On a large consumer electronics exhibition two different devices were presented that both have been developed and presented by our business division intelliTablet under the label One Tablet Per Child (OTPC; see the intelliTablet Further steps One Tablet Per Child (OTPC) and One Pad Per Child (OPPC/OP²C) #1 of the 17th of July 2012, #2 of the 19th of July 2012, #3 of the 21st of August 2012, #5 of the 2nd of September 2012, #6 of the 7th of September 2012, and #7 of the 24th of September 2012, the Roboticle Announcement One Robot Per Child (ORPC) #1 of the 4th of October 2012, and also the Clarification of the 2nd October 2012). The first mobile device is the XO-4 Touch Laptop or simply XO Touch said to be presented by the One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) foundation based on the related concept of a laptop convertible by our business division intelliTablet and the surface design shown with one of the intelliTablet Further steps OTPC and OPPC/OP²C #Y of the .... The second mobile device is the so-called XO Learning Tablet marketed as XO Tablet, which is a small tablet computer with multi-touch and a design derived from the proposed XO-3 tablet computer by the OLPC foundation based as well on developments by intelliTablet, but was now presented by the OLPCA, though a member of the association claimed that only the Sugar Labs organization is responsible.

The issue with the XO-4 Touch (convertible) Laptop has been discussed many times, and we still demand the management of the OLPC project to name us as the concept and device designer of it as well as of the XO Learning Tablet. The XO Learning Tablet is nothing else than a shameless copy of one of our proposed devices as part of our OTPC concept, which even can be seen by the fact that the environment reflects our approach. A related report described it as a "[...] child-friendly UI with the choice of three profiles. After selecting the profile, the home screen shows the child [the phrase "I want to be an..." above] various "dreams," which are [represented by icons instead of 2D and 3D figures, as in our case (see also the intelliTablet (iTablet) Further steps of the 5th of September 2011 where the original dream comes from) and] based on professions like mathematician, astronaut, artist, chef, etc.. [(see below for the links and additional information)]" and "The child-targeted UI is extremely colorful and engaging, and is designed by Yves Behar [(see the next investigative case of this criminal plagiarist below)]". The icons lead to applications related with the from now on called Dream Identity (DI or DID). This DID concept is an essential software part of our approach, which additionally includes optional figures representing the DID as tangible objects and for further system features in the shape of e.g. the Lego®, Kre-O, and Playmobil minifigures, or comic, movie, and arts (hero) characters to name just some few (see the intelliTablet Further steps of the 17th of August 2012 and again the related OTPC and OPPC/OP²C #5 of the 2nd of September 2012).

The related press release by the One Laptop per Child Foundation and Association (OLPCA) clearly says: "One Laptop per Child Association to Release XO Learning and XO Tablet [...]", "[...] it will introduce a new touch screen device, the XO Learning Tablet, at [a consumer electronics exhibition]. OLPCA will also unveil for the first time the XO Learning System, an Android compatible software package for child-centric learning.", "Every child has dreams and XO Learning directs the child's passion, creativity and energy for these dreams into a new user interface that has 12 dreams. Such dreams include "I want to be" an artist, a musician and a scientist. [This is the basic concept of its learning system that doubtlessly is illegally copying essential parts of our concept for making plain business only (see for example the Announcement of the 19th of September 2008, the Sneak preview and the Originals of the 27th of November 2008, the Announcement of the 19th of September 2008, and also the section Human Simulation/Holomer of the webpage Links to Software of the website of our OntoLinux).]", "[...] a dream has three levels [...] [Doubtlessly, it is the 3³ Theme by C.S..]", "Every dream features a "hero," a real person who personifies the dream. [This is again our concept that connects virtual objects with tangible objects like minifigures, and real occupations, even real persons, and fictional heros that represent a Dream Identity as it could be seen in the Sneak preview and the Originals of the 27th of November 2008 with two very well known Formula 1 race drivers (M. Schumacher and R. Barrichello), the Image of the Day of the 15th of December 2012 with three scientists (MythBusters team members A. Savage, J. Hyneman, and K.E. Byron), the Picture of the Day of the 20th of July 2009 and 14th of August 2009 with astronauts (Apollo 11 Moonwalk), the Original Sketches #2 of the 19th of November 2008 with chef, the Original Sketches of the 21st of November 2008 with nurses and medicians, and once again the Originals of the 27th of November 2008 with a movie hero (Indian Jones). In this conjunction we would like to give our readers the additional internal informations that we have downloaded images of the Lego® minifigure collectible sets and also started to prepare some of them for presentation as additional characters, like for example the scientist, the painter, the rock star, the Disc Jockey (DJ), and even Santa Claus.]", "[...] Giulia D'Amico, the lead designer of XO Learning [...] [See also the quoted e-mail below.]", "OLPCA teamed with the legendary designer Yves Behar [...] and his team to create the XO Learning user interface and cover. This also raises serious questions and further criminal investigations in the field of culture and arts.]", "All of the content in XO Learning has been curated [...] [This speech act was stolen from the webpage of Ontologics.info and proves that the responsible persons of the OLPC Foundation and Association do know our websites very well.]", "[...] Common Sense [...] [See once again the section Human Simulation/Holomer of the webpage Links to Software of the website of our OntoLinux. See also the the Roboticle Announcement One Robot Per Child (ORPC) #1 of the 4th of October 2012 and the case of Christoph Guéret, Sugar Labs, and One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) Foundation and Association in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 3rd of October 2012.]", "OLPCA partners include [...], among others. OLPCA is currently in negotiations with many other of the world's leading companies to provide unique experiences through XO Learning in time for the product introduction in 2013. [Besides that the statement sounds more weigthy than it might be in reality, see also once again the quoted e-mails below and take a look at the intelliTablet Further steps of the ... and ....]", and "The tablet will be marketed as the "XO Tablet."".
Now, we are a little bit confused, because a member of the OLPC foundation has written in an e-mail:
"Please don't confuse the XO Learning Tablet with anything else OLPC is or has been doing. No one within the OLPC engineering or learning teams had any part in the development of the XO Learning Tablet hardware or software.

They completely downplayed the XO-4 Touch Laptop in that presentation [by G. D'Amico at a large exhibition].

    > It sounded like she said some content from Sesame Street and others would be included in Sugar on the XO-4. Is this correct?

No, I don't believe so. She was talking about content on the XO Learning Tablet (under Android).
    [...]
Again, she was talking about the XO Learning Tablet, which will be marketed to individuals (exclusively through [a retail corporation]). Unfortunately, there is still no plan to market XO-4 Touch to individuals."
An e-mail following-up by the same person said:
"I believe Mike pegged the Sesame Street answer."
But the quoted press release is by the OLPCA, or what? And why the Sesame Street is so important can be understood by the reader easily, if she/he has found Big Bird and Kermit on our website of OntomaX. We have recognized before this strategy of press releases, e-mails, and reports with ambivalent statements, if made at all, but some of them have spoken a very well understandable language in addition to unambiguous statements, and so we already did know that it only wants to illegally copy what we do, so that we simply described all variants with the OTPC and OPPC. And its reaction is to steal as well both versions in form of the XO-4 Touch Laptop and the XO Learning Tablet following also the strategy of the moving target, which is also the reason why both devices have been shown at an exhibition as prototyps only, which is also proven by images of the company that got an illegal license as the first one, which show a tablet or pad computer in the design of our Ontoscope 3 with the style of the XO-3 (see the case of the company Sakar International below for the details) and even with parts of our own learning system as well. Furthermore, intelliTablet also has welcomed the retail corporation before after it rejected the tablet computers by a large internet company (see our comment of the 21st of September 2012), which also looks as if the OLPCA mislead the public by giving them the impression that we are a member of the foundation already. Moreover, we have seen in e-mails that they are stealing already the basic parts of our School in the Cloud concept that is based on epistemology and cloud computing (follow the links to Grid Computing Info Centre (GRID Infoware) and OpenStack on the webpage Links to Software to find the references). Said this, anybody can see now, that we have not copied or hijacked their project, but that concepts from us have been assimilated even with stupid remarks instead of referencing on the one side, and on the other side that the foundation, the association, and the organization are misused as camouflaged platforms for doing business (see also the Investigations::Multimedia of the 6th of October 2012), self-exposing, and criminal acitvities by their founders and some of their lead developers. This time we could catch them again, as we will do everytime from now on, because there are no more legal loopholes, and they have manoveured themselves into a dead-end street too.

  • Yves Behar: That fraudster has again stolen intellectual properties from our websites, which is now the last version of the concept of our One Tablet Per Child (OTPC) and comprises hardware as well as related software based on our so-called Dream Identity (DI or DID). In this context it was interesting to see that a fault with the hardware at an exhibition revealed that the mobile device is in fact a tablet computer by the only stealing company Google (see its case below).
Btw.: His company has as a client of the company Bayerische Motorenwerke by the way, which explains a lot. Furthermore, his case shows exactly the same patterns as the case of Raffaelo D'Andrea (see the cases of him and the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule (ETH) Zürich in the Investigations of the 15th of March 2009 and the Investigations::Multimedia, Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge management, Robotics, Aviation and Space of the 28th of January 2012, and the upcoming case of the subsidiary Amazon→Kiva System), that are both are convicted of stealing intellectual properties from us, work together with other convicted criminal entities, as it can be seen with this investigation once again, the case of the faculty of robotics of the ETH Zürich in the Swiss and the upcoming case of the subsidiary Amazon→Kiva System, are pushed by specific and often as well criminal persons and other entities in the field of contemporary art as artists, but in fact are designer in this case and researcher in the other case, if at all, because in this context we call them plagiarist, and obviously have a strong relations to North America and the Swiss, but also very specific entities in the B.R.D..
  • Sakar International: The company has done two actings, that we have to make public and document. The first point is that it has taken an illegal license from the One Laptop Per Child Association (OLPCA) for our intellectual properties related with a tablet computer or eventually even with our tablet and pad computers, our application concept called Dream Identity (DI or DID), and our related learning environment/system. We do think that it is aware about the facts, because it advertises other tablet computers with the term "Character Personalization Interface", which is related with our One Tablet Per Child (OTPC) and One Pad Per Child (OP²C/OPPC) concepts too. The second point is that it showed on its website images of a tablet computer or eventually our pad computer in the design style of the XO-3 tablet computer by the OLPCA or/and the organization Sugar Labs (see the other cases of this investigation special). But the functionality of the XO-3 tablet computer is based on our concept of a flexible smartphone, tablet or pad computer, or a similar mobile device on the one hand (see the Original of the ...), and on the other hand the design of the mobile device now shown resembles our Ontoscope 3 (see its smartphone part in the Ontoscope Further steps of the 7th of December 2010) based on the general concept of our Pad Computer that is also used by us for our other mobile devices (see again the Ontoscope Further steps of the 7th of December 2010 for its smartphone part and also the 13th of August 2012, the intelliTablet Further steps of the 5th and the 8th of September 2011, as well as the cases of the company Asus in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 22nd of March 2012 and iphone5mod in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 5th of January 2013).
  • Google: The evidences given in the case of the so-called XO Learning Tablet and System by the One Laptop per Child Foundation and Association or/and the Sugar Labs organization (see this special investigation), which are the small tablet computer and the Linux® kernel based operating system running on it by the company, made us directly think that it is responsible for the actings by the One Laptop per Child Association, which is no surprise, because that company is a founding member of the the One Laptop Per Child project, and that the consortium of its operating system is used only to camouflage its responsibility once again. This impression is also strengthened by the fact that the Sugar Labs organization attended the first time an event organized by the company, which the organization also promoted all the time as a constructive, successful collaboration, but in fact they printed only the letters Google on their t-shirts, so to say. Said this, we also have the next evidence related with actings of cartel offices.

But we have to be honest and tell our readers that it might be a happenstance or a specifically made arrangement to confuse the system by the mentioned association and organization, especially to undermine collaborations, so that we are also looking at other entities. We also see some contradictions, actuallly, so that the factsof the future will give the correct answers.

"That's what we call super and ultra.", [The Hightech Competence, Today]

Ontonics, intelliTablet, and Ontoscope Website update 11:55 CET
We are proud to present the latest evolution of our:

  • Super Smartphone,
  • Ontoscope 5,
  • Retina Projector/Retina Screen 5.0,
  • Retinascope 5.0,
  • tablet computer,
  • pad computer/P@d 8.0,
  • @Book 8.0,
  • cBook 8.0, and
  • gBook 8.0.

We do know that no other entity has such mobile devices in their reseach and development pipeline with the only exception of the last we heard that was a common display based on OLEDs. That is what we, the Hightech Competence, call super and ultra.

Because it was lying in the way and beautifies the Innovation-Pipeline, we added the projects:

  • Beamed Energy Accu and
  • Beamed Energy Extension.

    Style of Speed Website update
We added to the specifications of the models B!, D!, M!, i!, and k!, and also and V!/SpeedVan the feature of the Wireles Resonant Energy/Power Link (WREL/WRPL@Car) technology, but not to the specification of the model j!, because it already has it by the P@d computer, and to all specifications of these models the Beamed Energy Link (BEL@Car) system and the optional Retin@ holder.

    Ontonics Website update
    We created the new projects:

  • Active Screen and Active Display@Car,
  • Active Screen and Active Display@Ship,
  • Active Screen and Active Display@Plane,
  • Active Screen and Active Display@Spaceship, and
  • Active Screen and Active Display@Home.

We added to the descriptions of our e-doors that our technologies of the multi-layer/stacked display/screen, the Active Screen and the Active Display can be used as well.
We also added to the description of our e-door@Home the implicitly given information that our solution eVSG@Home can be used.

Somehow, we read the description of our first Emotion Tableware concept, but had in the mind the new solutions:

  • Emotion Tableware II and
  • Emotion Tableware III.

Yesterday, we described the next generation of our devices. Today, we have created the new section (Super and) Ultra Device, moved the general description into it, and updated the description of the related device versions accordingly by referencing now this new section.

    Innovation Happens

    Style of Speed Website update
We have updated the webpage of our T@blet and P@d holders by renaming it to Mobile Device Holder in a first step, and adding the smartphone, ontoscope, retina projector, and retinascope device types in a second step.

    Investigations

  • Wikimedia Foundation→Wikipedia: On a webpage about the re- chargeable battery we found the term "Active Components™", which is used in such an unusual way for the chemicals of an electrolyte and its processing that we have to assess it as a further attempt to damage our businesses. Due to the fact that in addition not one of our accumulators/batteries is described, but other inventions, which proves once again that this website is not an encyclopedia.

As we already said, we have all the original Dream Identities re- presented for example by block-style figures of manufacturers like Lego® (Minifigures, Belville and Friends figures, and more), Oxford and Hasbro (Kre-O), newly added Mega Brands (Mega Bloks with Hello Kitty, Smurfs, Barbie, Power Rangers, and further themes), and also Medicom (Kubrick) and newly added Art Asylum (Minimates), as well as Geobra Brandstätter (Playmobil), and Big Spielwarenfabrik (Play-Big). Here we show the XOX tablet and pad computers with some of the minifigures. Now guess how cool the Ultranetbooks, Ultratablets, and Ultrapads, and the True 3D versions are.

It took two months of consideration, but today we were convinced that it is a good idea indeed.
Some months ago, it was gone. Now, it is back again. We would like to announce our new model Cayman ST or so, and its electric vers- ion Electron D with an overall exterior design similar like the one of the car Artega GT and Fiat→Ferrari California, eventually a front bonnet similar to the Melkus RS2000 GTS, Carrera GT like headlights and 911 like taillights, and many own lines (see the 2nd of November 2012). The different drivetrain versions are based on the 6 cylinder boxer engines by the factory, the V8 engines of our GTs, eventually the V6 engine by Volkswagen that was originally used for the Artega GT, or a Volkswagen VR6 engine. A Boxster based version is envis- aged.

    Clarification
Due to the fact that again a manufacturer has presented a camera system for a vehicle that produces a bird's-eye view of the vehicle, we would like to give the following clarifying informations. In general, it is some kind of a reflective system, as our Ontologic System (OS), Hightech Operating System (HOS), and n-Dimensional Operating System (nDOS) OntoLinux is one, which both are also connected to the real physics by our Calibre/Caliber concept and the related statement that says: "With the next accepted modern/universal model/theory, that may or may not refute Einstein's theories, a human is able to look at the universe like she/he is on the outside of the universe but being inside." (see our Clarification #1 of the 14th of July 2009). Furthermore, the hardware of such a specific system also exists since many years with our Active Components by Style of Speed, like our Active Camera and our Active Sensors based on the Ontoscope approach, and their interplay on the basis of our OS, HOS, and nDOS OntoLinux, so that we documented the related copyright infringement by the company Bayerische Motorenwerke already in the past (see its case in the Investigations::Car #328 of the 17th of July 2011), which also mentions a case of a Japanese car manufacturer that presented a similar solution with a bird's eye view some weeks before, though obviously this is also no loophole for anybody at all. The reason is that before we presented OntoLinux with its overall architecture, the Calibre/Caliber, and the OntoScope software component, the Ontoscope hardware, and also related technologies like our Active Components, there was neither an explicit utilization of the sensor data, but only a hardwired programm in form of an algorithm or an integrated circuit made by a developer, which did the calculations for supporting the decision making of the control unit, and a presentation of the sensor data, nor a presentation of the calculated data with a user interface in the interior, with the exception of (mobile) development systems that do not count in this context, because they were and still are parts of the related telemetry systems, as in the case of Light Detection And Ranging (LIDAR) systems and the Stanley configuration of autonomous vehicles, and the introduction of the point cloud technique shortly after these systems did not change the situtation (see also again the Clarification of the 1st of April 2011, the case of Nokia in the Investigations::Multimedia and the Investigations::Car #366 of the 20th of November 2012, the cases of the manufacturers Daimler→Mercedes-Benz and Subaru in the Investigations::Car #367 LA Design Contest 2012 Special of the 28th of November 2012, the Clarification and the Investigations::Multimedia of the 24th of November 2012, and the Clarification of the 7th of January 2013), or the data was later used to enrich the already given presentation on a display of the vehicles interior, but at that time there was also no bird's eye view and even no view with 3D elements. Furthermore, a Japanese research institute described a system that uses a camera and eventually a projection system so that the driver could see through the front fenders, though no specific way of realization was explained in contrast to us and our solutions. After us another Japanese research institute took the same solution, so that a driver could see through the rear of a vehicle. A further technology presented recently is the virtual bumper, which will be investigated in more depth in the next future, because here is important if a sensor array/network, data fusion, or/and a 3D or n-dimensional model are utilized.
In this conjunction it is not the most important point if a 360° camera, a panoramic camera, an array/network of sensors, or another technology or configuration is used, because either we already have mentioned them as well, or another part of such a system by us is more important. Also, we even do not need to discuss here about 3D representation, 3D imaging, Augmented Reality (AR), and other technologies and techniques, as well as integrations in an overall infotainment system or/and a driver assistance system.

    Ontonics Website update
In a first step, we took the additional label Stroetmann Turbine away from the HyperTurbine. In a second step, we developed the new technology of the:

  • Stroetmann Engine,

and as a third step, we made the not so new technology of the:

  • Stroetmann Turbine,

explicit, which has been presented in the description of the HyperCylcle/Stroetmann Cycle already.

We also created the new project:

  • e-center console 23:05 CET.

And we thought it would be nice to have:

  • Hapticle::Fabrics 23:11 CET.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We will add a new interior supplement with the e-center console.

We also have developed our Active Seats further by integrating (O)LED based displays, and mounts for our flexible Ultra Devices, like Ultraphones, Ultratablets, Ultrapads, Ultranetbooks, and Ultrabooks, our Pure 3D displays, the different visual and haptical screens, and the Retina projectors into the headrests, as well as wireless energy/power transmission systems.

We have developed a new technique called:

  • Curve Cloud 2:40 CET.

We also added to the description of our Stroetmann engine the informations that hybrid engine versions, which have for example a so-called tri-flex fueling system that uses gasoline, ethanol, or/and our hydrogen-hydrogen peroxide blends, can be constructed on the basis of our basic technology, and that in comparison to a gasoline-powered internal combustion engine the pure Stroetmann engine provides 99% less CO2 emissions. Besides the many other described advantages of our HyperCycle, our solution even eliminates a large fraction of the loss of energy that otherwise is needed for the compression of hydrogen, which could be around 12% of the energy content of the hydrogen at 700 bar/10,152 psi, as well as the evaporation of the fuel.

And because it was lying around we created the solution of our:

  • e-back shelf 16:33 CET and
  • e-door panel 17:00 CET.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We will update the related webpages of our engines by mentioning our Stroetmann-Motor.
Furthermore, we have begun to develop Stroetmann-Motor conversions for 4, 6, and 8 cylinder engines based on our HyperCycle technology that are similar to converted 12 cylinder engines of two prototyp series, and for our further conversions our Multiflex fueling system that are similar like a fueling system presented with a concept vehicle.

  • Holodeck@Car,
  • Holodeck@Ship,
  • Holodeck@Plane, and
  • Holodeck@Spaceship,

which are covered by the description of the Sp@ce concept with MultiWave (see also the Ontonics Website update of the 10th June 2012 and the "Who has invented it?" Question of the Day #30 of the 26th of December 2012). The usual only stealing companies and entities do not need to copy our innovation and the media do not need to report about it in the usual misleading and often organized criminal way, because it is known worldwide that we developed the true holodeck.

We also added further examples of application to the description of our Piezo Fabrics that are the fields of intelligent architecture, for example carpets, and vehicle interiors, for example seat covers. The intelligent raiment/wear was implicitly mentioned with the point about human gestures.

We have developed new interplaying applications of our Active Sensor and our eLSG that show once again how nicely we have desinged our hard- and software architectures before any other entity, and how the applications work basically by using the sensed data from the external environment, e.g. Active Cam or another sensor, and from the internal environment, e.g. tracking the driver's eye with the Active Camera or/and one of our Kineticle technologies like the MultiKinetic feature of the e-dashboard or/and e-center console, for controlling the eLSG. One exemplary application is to use it as a different kind of an Anti-Laser Glass or better said an Anti-Glare Glass that in this case darkens precisely the areas of a windshield where the driver would see blinding headlights of the oncoming traffic and eventually use our Space@Car solution for augmenting the areas additionally. Further applications are to use such a system for infotainment and assistance of the driver or pilot, and the passengers, and not only due to safety reasons, as well as with our other solutions, like the fascinating Space@Vehicle with Augmented Reality (AR) and MultiWave, and the Holodeck@Vehicle technology based on it.

We added the information to the description of the Mirror Hub that it enables radial/star-shaped computer system configurations, which can be more efficient than configurations made out of single cylindrical computer systems.

We also mentioned our pistonless/-free quasiturbine in the description of our Stroetmann engine.

    Style of Speed Further steps
As the fourth E-SUV™ model by Style of Speed™ we found interest in the concept cars Graphyte I and II that we would base on the Q5 or Q7 platform by the marque Volkswagen→Audi with our invention of the electric quattro©® drivetrain, because despite that other platforms seem to fit on the one hand, there might be too small on the other hand. For this, several changes of the designs could be done, like for example in the case of the Graphyte I the turning of the last side window upside down and tilting the c-pillar accordingly, the omission of the B-pillar, or/and an overworked front and rear.

    Investigations::Car #374

  • Volkswagen: A concept car was presented at an exhibition, which has a drivetrain that reminds us of the contents given in the Style of Speed Further steps of the 2nd Novemeber 2012 about our New En- ergy Sports Car (NESC or NESCar) on the one hand, and the Modula- rer QuerBaukasten (MQB)==Modular Transverse Matrix platform on the other hand that are connected by the fact that both related text sections are linked by our remarks about the sports car Artega GT, which is also reflected by images of the drivetrain and the name of the concept car, which has also the letters "[...]blue". The shown concept car also features mounts for a specific small tablet comput- er in the headrests, which points directly to our mobile device hold- ers.
Btw.: What the readers could not see is the fact that we have shown interest in the concept car Graphyte by the manufacturer General Motors→GMC some weeks ago (see the Style of Speed Further steps above).
  • Volkswagen→Bentley: On a exhibition a new model has written on the number plates "#speed[...]", despite the model has the label GT Speed, which makes it undoubtlessly clear that it was done deliberately for damaging our logo #Speed™. Indeed, with the term GT Speed there was a confusion, but this time the situation with our logo #Speed™ is absolutely clear (see the Comment of the Day of the 27th of April 2009).
  • Ford: The manufacturer presented a concept of a truck with a 360-degree point-of-view camera, which provides a bird's-eye view of the truck to help when parking in tight places. We see a problem with our copyright (for details see the Clarification of the 16th of January 2013).

    "We own the P@d."
Around the year 2006 no company and no analyst gave the tablet computer are second chance, and also S. Jobs declared publicly that he never wants to produce a tablet computer, that even repealed a related patent, which as a matter of fact has to be seen in this context as a protection for a smartphone only. Then we came with our Ultra Devices presented the first time as an Original vs. Inspirat- ion on the 17th of January 2008, the related documentation of Orig- inal devices on the 13th of February 2008, which we have shown deliberately, so that all the serious criminal entities can't pervert the historical facts, made our original Pad Computer concept public on the 19th of March 2008, which is based on the surface of the multi- media table of the second generation, and showed so many further mobile devices. Obviously, the media and larger companies do know this very well, because otherwise they would not try unsuccessfully to pervert the facts again and again and .... By the way, the tablet computer of the company Apple was officially presented in the year 2010, and the attempts to block us with a design patent filed in the B.R.D. and the related in the end wrongly made judgement by a german court failed as well.

This series belong to our true sources of inspiration for the space- ship Twin Ion Engine Royal (TIE R)/LightSwift besides the Star Trek and Star Wars sagas, and not any scientists, sadly to say (see also the Clarification LightSwift Special 1a of the 2nd of January 2013 and 1b of the 8th of January 2013).
The building set series also comprise the Rocket Racer (6491), the Flying Time Vessel (6493), and the Magic Mountain Time Lab (6494) from the year 1996, the Time Tunnelator (6495/6499) and the Whirling Time Warper (6496) from the year 1997, and contain the minifigures Dr. Cyber and his assistant Tim, Tony Twister aka. Baron Blomberg and his brother Professor Millenium, a skeleton, a Wizard skeleton with hat and tie, and Time Twister with suit and top hat, a ghost, Ingo the monkey, and Wacco the droid aka. Cranky the Robot, and we also thought about a green shirt with a triangle and a red T on it and blue pants as minifigure avatar that would also fit with Gaston Lagaffe.

    On our own account
Actually, our websites generate without any marketing activities, search engine optimizations, and only with original first-hand cont- ents more than 1,000 hits per day of which some are robots, though we are sure that hits of the same amount are distributing website visits and hence we guess that indeed since 2 years or even more at least 1,000 persons per day are looking at our webpages. The fav- ourites of our beloved readers are the webpage of the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics, the one of a kind Culture webpage, and the homepage of OntomaX, followed by our all time classics the webpage of BitPirate, the homepage of Ontonics, and last but definitely not least the webpage of King Smiley. So, we think that it is unquestion- able that we could easily heighten the hit rate. At this point we would like to repeat that we are not interested in the data of our users in stark contrast to all major internet companies.

    Ontonics Website update 21:51 CET
After we made the decisive steps for the triumph of the 3D techno- logy and set the related worldwide trend in the fields of mobile devices and movies, we have once again begun in the last past to develope the next ground breaking technologies for business and fun with the further development of our Sp@ce technology and its derivative Space@Home by adding the support for nD technologies and Massively Multi User Interfaces (MMUIs) with the:

  • SpacemaX,
  • Space@Cinema, and
  • HolomaX.

    Style of Speed Further steps
As our other Further steps of the 25th of September 2012 and the Website update of the 22nd of January 2013) showed, we are not confident with the labelling of our conversion actually called Cayman ST. In this conjunction, we are thinking about another name that is somehow related with California, but should sound a little bit different than Caylifornia or CayCal on the one hand. On the other hand we think it might be up to us now after another collaboration failed to do so, to take on the idea of a model Strotos or Startos, or Cayman ST based on the design of the Fiat→Lancia Stratos HF and the chassis of either our Boxster GT and Cayman GT, 550 V8, GTron, or also very interesting the R8 V12 TDI chassis with its rear bulkhead moved forward and shortened by 250 mm (9.8425 in) resulting in a wheelbase of 2,400 mm (94.49 in), and a supercharged 6, 8, or more cylinders traditional combustion engine or our Stroetmann engine. Technical drawings and CAD models are existing. :D

    Ontonics Website update
First of all, we completed the holodeck series by adding the:

  • Holodeck@Home,

that is focusing on the holodeck like parts of our Space@Home technology and comprises the Home Holotheater/-cinema. Or should we say Home Holodeck?

Also, we added that the SpacemaX technology changes the Massively Multiplayer Online Game (MMOG), Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG), other gaming concepts, and even costume play (cosplay) completely by the new technology on the one hand, and the new possibilities of utilization, application, and user connection on the other hand.

Furthermore, we added to the description of the SpacemaX, Space@Cine, and HolomaX technologies the explanation: Because the concept replaces the planar 2D or 3D screen literally with a volumetric space that even comprises the whole hall, it has also consequencies for the whole architecture of a movie theater that becomes a Holotheater.

And to give it all, we added to the descriptions of our Stroetmann engine and our Stroetmann turbine the not so new insights but still important informations that the range of temperature of our mixture of water and hydrogen peroxide can be extended by additives as it is done with diesel, or simply by an appropriate alcohol like 2-prop- anol/IsoPropyl Alcohol (IPA) that is used in a sufficient ratio as an antifreeze admixture. In the later case the IPA has the additional advantageous effects of increasing the energy density of the mix- ture, and offering a combination with the wash and wipe systems of the windshield, rear window, and headlamps. Moreover, for increasing the effectivity of the electrolyzer the electrolytic characteristic of our mixture can be enhanced by potassium hydroxide (KOH), or alternatively by sodium hydride (NaH) or another chemical combination, which also lowers the freezing point, keeps the electrodes clean, and could form even more favourable chemical compounds, which for example stop the corrosion by the water if needed for ensuring the operation of the infrastructure or/and the vehicle propulsion systems.

    Investigations

  • Deutsche Bank: Das Unternehmen verletzt weiterhin unser Urheberrecht bezüglich unseres Werbespruchs "Wir denken weiter™" mit seiner Fernsehwerbung, die wir bereits in unseren Investigations vom 7. Januar 2013 dokumentiert haben.

    Investigations::Car #375

  • Volkswagen→Audi: The marque continued its copying this time with a specific version of our innovative Compound Forced Induction Architecture™ of Style of Speed™, which consists of a common exhaust driven turbocharger and an electric supercharger, which the marque wrongly calls a turbocharger for deliberately misleading the public, also used as an anti-lag system, and powered as well by electric power generated with an (electric) energy recovery system, especially the electric versions of our Brake Energy Recovery Systems (BERS) and of our Stroetmann Compressor as part of a related overall system based on our ECAN™/EnergyCAN™/PowerCAN™/Energy-Bus, which is another innovation in general and in this specific case of a forced induction system, exactly as it is described on the webpage forced induction and partly on the webpage of for example Stroetmann Compressor™ "electrical driven compressors" by Style of Speed™.

We demand the worldwide media not to report about a forced induction system by the marque Volkswagen→Audi that is wrongly called bi-turbo system and a version of our Compound Forced Induction Architecture consisting of a common turbocharger and an electric supercharger, which is wrongly called a turbocharger in a deliberate way and also used as an anti-lag system, and additionally has the feature that at least one of these forced induction components is powered with electric power generated by an (electric) energy recovery system.

We demand the prosecutors in the U.S.A. and the European Union to take decisive actions against the company Audi and its mother company Volkswagen, its partners and owners, as well as major customers due to deliberately conducted copyright infringements and market manipulations in more than 40 cases as well as even more illegal practices with implicit blackmailing done for damaging our business deliberately and obviously conducted together with media companies, universities, and research institutes.
We demand the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to seize webpages of the company Audi and its mother company Volkswagen in the internet immediately that are related with our solution named above and with all of our solutions and investigations named and documented on our websites like the one of OntomaX.

  • TRW Automotive: That company has massively copied our websites and specifically stolen our approach of the integration of artificial intelligence and cognitive systems into vehicle systems that are represented with our Active Components™ of Style of Speed™ powered by our OntoLinux™ and OntoLix™ and even is so bold and calls it "Cognitive Safety Integration". We do quote its website for documenting this absolutely clear copyright infringement: "Advanced Thinking", "Our Cognitive Safety Systems are elevating the intelligence of safety. This integrated technology analyzes, anticipates and acts in response to ever-changing conditions [...] advanced awarness [...] [Obviously, the concept of our Active Components™ of Style of Speed™ powered by OntoLinux™ are described, which is a copyright infringement doubtlessly.]", "Higher Thinking", "[Style of Speed's] Cognitive Safety Systems help keep people safer by making vehicles smarter. By combining our active and passive technology with our electronics and sensing capabilities, we create intelligent systems sense that help enhance the safety of pedestrians, drivers and passengers [Besides the speech act stealing due to the term "smart" used in the context, we think it is already clear at this point that indeed it has stolen the contents of our webpages about our Active Components™ and features of our AutoSemantic™::Car solution.]", "Specialized Thinking", "The remarkable power of Cognitive Safety Systems to keep people safer relies on a suite of sensors and advances electronics. Using [...] algorithms, these intelligent systems sense, calculate and adapt [...] [Obviously we have here not only the webpage of our Active Cam™ and Active Sensor™.]", "Innovative Thinking", "[...] systems apply an array of electronic sensors to gather and analyze data, which enables control units [...] [This is a further clear evidence of the copyright infringement claimed by us.]", "Quick Thinking", "Precise Thinking [We would like to say finally: "Best Thinking™", which also answers the question why the term thinking is repeated all the time.]", "[...] performance precision [...] [speech act stealing]", "Our integrated technology warns the driver, actively assists to avoid danger and intervenes to lessen the impact of an accident or help to avoid one altogether. This integration is also key to the future of enhanced vehicle control, car-to-car, car-to-infrastructure and occupant/pedestrian protection developments. [And the next evidence. Here we have also the car-to-car and Swarming as well as car-to-infrastructure technologies that in the end can be referenced back to our solutions described before or only possible by stealing more of our solutions.]", "Related Cognitive Safety Integrations Systems [-] Radar Technologies [-] Camera Technologies [-] Active Control Retractor [-] Electrically Powered Steering [-] Electronic Stability Control [-] Vibrating Steering Wheel [So this should be easy for our readers. We have here our Active Components™ with the Active Sensors™, Active Cameras™, Active Steering™, Active Suspension, and Steering Wheels by Style of Speed™.] ", "[The company]'s Forward Collision Warning (FCW) systems are based on camera or radar sensors monitoring the road ahead. They provide object recognition [...] The camera-based FCW system uses a forward-looking monocular camera with object recognition [Obviously, we are again at our Active Cam™ and Active Sensor™ technologies, but also at OntoLinux which is proved by the use of the term "object recognition". Also important to note is that we only know the sensor based forward collision warning system, so that it does not matter at all if it uses a monocular, binocular, or whatever camera system for infringing our copyright. Also important is the fact, that by strengthining the term "monocular camera" we have an evidence that it knows our websites, definitely, and tries to make a difference in this way, which from our point of vies is not relevant at all.]", "[...] radar-based FCW system consists of a 24GHz medium-range radar sensor [...] [We quoted this text passage due to the specific frequency used for its radar system.]", "[...] Adaptive Cruise Control to mid-range as well as higher end vehicles, [the company] has developed a mid-range radar sensor using a 24GHz ISM frequency band [...] [Again, its radar sensor frequency is documented. Besides that wee use the rest of the spectrum and also this frequency if legal, we would like to mention that this is no legalization for applications of this radar sensor that we also described before. Furthermore, manufacturers that work with us together should take our whole range of Active Components™ that could be integrated easily with their other active and passive components by using our OntoLix™ specifically designed for fields like vehicles of all kinds as well.]", "[...] AC3b [...] [We are honest and say it could be a link to the 3³ Theme by C.S., so it is legal for sure.]", "[...] lateral support systems include Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) and Lane Centering Assist (LCA). These technologies use a forward-facing video camera mounted behind the rearview mirror to detect lane markings alongside many types of roadways. [For sure, this is a legal description, but we would like to document it as well for getting future confusions out of the way directly.]", "[...] counter-steering torque [...] [This is only a speech act steeling, because it is not related with an electronic stability system or Active Differential™.]", "Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) combines advanced Driver Assist Systems and Electronic Stability Control [...] [While the single systems would not be a problem, the combination is a giant one, specifically in the context of cognitive systems and driver assist systems.]", "[...] offers solutions for city driving and higher speed situations [...] [This is a further evidence of the massive copyright infringement due to our Active City Assist™ (ACA) package (see for example the webpage of our models Cup!™ and iCup™) that is also powered by OntoLinux respectively OntoLix.]", "[...] from forward-looking radar and video systems to provide a complete, accurate and real-time image of the road ahead. [Automatic Emergency Braking (]AEB[)] can utilize long-range radar (LRR) or mid-range radar (MRR) in combination with a scalable video camera [...] [Firstly, we only do know the radar based system and so the video based system was stolen from us. Secondly, we have here again our Active Cam™ and Active Sensor™ technologies, and their interplay/combination as intelligent, cognitive, and Active Components™.]", "Steering Torque Control (STC), also known as integrated vehicle control [...] [No, it is not known as integrated vehicle control. And for sure, our term Active Steering™ says already everything even without an explanation.]", "It can also be triggered by data from environmental sensors, such as radar that provides the relative speed and distance to the vehicles ahead. [...] [It can, because we can.]", "[...] sensor field of vision [...] [This also proves that it has copied our website contents, because this is our trick to convict such entities by calling a camera visual sensor (see again the short description of the link to the webpage of our Active Cam™ on the webpage of our Active Components™).]", "[...] integrative project related to GPS-based safety [...]", "[...] featuring global navigation satellite systems and enhanced road maps [...]", "[...] the integration of GPS and map information allows a foresighted and curve-predictive control of these functions [...] [This was stolen from the section Proactivity Active Trac™ and the general interplay with all of our actual and future Active Components™ as well as components by other suppliers, and our OntoLinux™ (see also the Feature-list of OntoLinux #2 presented on the 24th of April 2008), where the GPS, our MultiGPS™/MultiGNS™, and geologic data comes from (see the section Geogrpahyof the webpage Links to Software). We have not claimed without reasons for a massive copyright infringement.]", "With the addition of an interface with the engine management system and an adequate human-machine interface (HMI) [...] [How this is utilized in the end is not relevant, because the combination with a "management system" and "human-machine interface" is already a further evidence for the infringement of our copyright, because this is related with a system like our OntoLinux™.]", "The use of radar-based sensing technology (both 24 GHz and 77 GHz) provides a family of high-performance sensors with direct measurement of distance and relative speed. [If the two frequencies are not used by the Stanley configuration or similar system, then we will claim in this case as well for an infringement. Said this, there is no loophole by taking a specific frequency.]", "[The company]'s advanced camera solutions provide safety systems such as Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Following Distance Indication (FDI) and Lane Departure Warning (LDW). These functions are realised with a forward-looking monocular camera [...] [As we said before, we do not see a relevance due to the utilized camera system in the case of the forward collision warning and following distance indication.]", "[...] video camera technology [...] can be integrated with [...] haptic feedback [...] [This is not a problem with a monocular camera, but we can not confirm it actually. Others and we do it as well with the seats like our Active Seat™. With a stereo camera it is a problem.]", "The camera based Forward Collision Warning identifies the closest object in the vehicle’s path and determines its scale change. Whenever size and optical growth of this object indicate a potential collision, a warning is given to the driver. [...] When fused with radar, the camera enables Automatic Emergency Braking due to complete redundant detection and situation analysis. [Besides the mentioning something like a data fusion we have here a familar combination of a camera and a sensor. By creating more intelligent systems, we aim to raise safety to a higher level than ever before. [Firstly, we from Style of Speed put thinking into vehicle systems and we raised with our concept of intelligent, cognitive, and active systems the safety, efficiency, comfort, and fun higher than ever before. Said this, this is a criminal marketing lie.]".
We also saw paragraph headlines of a webpage in the colours red, blue, and green. This company is now in a dead-end situation as well, because there are no more loopholes, if they really existed. Also interesting is the fact that it has "Present[ed] at the 2013 Deutsche Bank Global Automotive Industry Conference on January 16, 2013". It does not matter how large a company is, because the laws are valid for every entities. And the result could be done easily by every of our readers: Convicted!!!™
Btw.: This investigative case is as well not a joke like similar cases we have documented, but a sign of complete loss of moral and ethics, and anarchistic thinking. Moreover, if a company like this has an revenue of more than 16 billion U.S. dollar, then the question has to be raised why it does not license our concept descriptions instead of stealing them.

We demand the worldwide media not to report about the so-called cognitive systems by the company TRW Automotive, because this would infringe our copyright related with our intelligent, congnitive, and Active Components powered by OntoLinux.

We demand the prosecutors in the U.S.A. and the European Union to take decisive actions against the company TRW Automotive, its partners and owners, as well as major customers due to a copyright infringement and a market manipulation conducted deliberately.
We demand the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to seize webpages of the company TRW Automotive in the internet immediately that are related with our solution named above and with all of our solutions and investigations named and documented on our websites like the one of Style of Speed.

We have refined the design of the concept car BlueSport so that it fits on the chassis of the Porsche Boxster II (type 987), and makes the reuse of its front bonnet, doors, A-pillar, and folding roof possible. Alternatively, the chassis of the Boxster III (type 981) would fit as well. Further new models could be a based on the Boxster II Spyder vers- ion and the related Cayman chassis. As donar car for the technology we mentioned the Golf VII already in the past. The only components missing are the head- and taillights actually, but the taillights of the models Audi TT II and R8 II seem to fit even with the rear bonnet, and headlights could be found as well in the stock of the marque Audi.

    OntoLinux Further steps
In the end of the year 2005 or earlier when software layers like the desktop environment Metisse and the compositing 3D window man- ager Compiz based on the Open Graphics Library (OpenGL) and the integration of the X.Org Server or X Server with its computer soft- ware system and network protocol X Window System/X11 with the OpenGL called GLX, XGL, and Accelerated Indirect GLX (AIGLX) that replaced it have been discussed heavily in conjunciton with the Direct Rendering Infrastructure (DRI), we thought about a different approach based on a newly structured software architecture and stack. In the last years 50% of this new architecture has been implemented with the compositor protocol respectively display server framework Wayland, which simply said integrates the display manager with the compositor of the X Window System, but obmits the (interprocess) communication and network protocols (see also the OntoLab and OntoLinux Further steps of the 24th of October 2012). The latter can still be used by running the X Server on top of Wayland. Our architecture goes even further and does also the other 50%, which is the communication and network part of the X Server basically in the same way or said otherwise on the same level as Wayland with direct access to the operating system kernel space and the hardware. But we do not stop here and so we also designed a general architecture with some kind of a module or plug-in system, which makes it possible to use different protocols, like the graphical desktop sharing system Virtual Network Computing (VNC), the general object-oriented method call system Common Object Request Broker Arichtecture (CORBA), the message bus systems for Inter-Process Communication (IPC) D-Bus and Remote procedure call (RPC) respectively Remote Methode Invocation (RMI), and generally every other of such local and distributed communication protocols and messaging systems.

For implementing a quick desktop prototyp we also looked closer on the display server protocol Wayland and the game builder OpenBlox, which has a built-in physics engine and Lego-like building blocks (see also the intelliTablet Announcement One Tablet Per Child (OTPC) and One Pad Per Child (OPPC/OP²C) #1 of the 17th of July 2012 for example), though we came to the opinion that the missing parts are exactly the ones that we have to implement for our OntoScope anyway, so that in the end it made no sense to waste time for this demonstrator. Said this, we will focus on more interesting options, which are for example the combination of Wayland with the 3D content creation suite Blender, the OpenSceneGraph (OSG) library, the Resource Description Framework (RDF), and ....

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Sixtyfourbit.org: We compared the homepage of its 3D desktop environment True3DShell now True3D*Shell that we saved on the 24th of January 2006 when the version 1.1 of the 3D shell was the actual one, and found out today that the author has massively stolen essential concepts form our website of OntoLinux.
At first, we republicate the content of its homepage (hint: universe means a virtual space and not the real universe):
    "OpenGL 3D desktop environment

True3DShell project aim to create an open source 3D desktop environment based on OpenGL with similar functionality of KDE or GNOME. Informations are organized in 'bubbles' connected by 'pipes' as you can see in the following picture: [Shown is a graphic of the conceptual structure with four spheres connected with pipes and a light blue background, which is common for such a type of 3D (desktop) environment/Virtual Environment (VE). Also, our readers can see that there is no '*' between the letters 'True3D' and 'Shell', which was later added, but we do not know if this is related with an interstellar object.].

    A bubble can be:

    • the equivalent of a folder in a computer
    • the equivalent of a shared folder in a network
    • an execution space for a 3D program

Organize information in bubbles give the following benefits:

    • no needing to build complex 3D scenes
    • 3D accelleration hardware have to render only objects inside the bubble
    • simplify user navigation

Each computer becomes a piece of a 3D universe and all computers act as a single system using grid computing technologies. Server are computers with a piece of universe without an interactive user. [We note that the author has not described a distributed system based on network computing similar to a system based on Peer-to-Peer (P2P) computing, which is something else, because grid computing does not focus on interactivity, but on processing large amounts of data in a federated environment of computing sites. See also the section Network Technology of the webpage Links to Software of the OntoLinux website.]

Bubbles and pipes can extend an universe indefinitely. In an universe can coexist 'bubbles' generated by different computers connected by 'pipes' acting as network connections. In this way user loss the perception of which computer is working or where an information is stored.

User can navigate in the universe and interact with 3D objects using an avatar like an 'hand', as shown in the following picture: [Shown is the only image that should be a screenshot of the desktop with the mentioned hand, which is no avatar at all, but only a 3D icon of an input device in the shape of a hand. The desktop looks like the inside of a sphere and in this way resembles the desktop mode of the Device Independent Virtual Environment - Reconfigurable, Scalable, Extensible (DIVERSE) that uses the Virtual Environment Windowing Library (VEWL) and is used for developing interactive 2D and 3D graphics and Virtual Environment (VE) applications. "VEWL [...] is a library designed to provide a highly flexible interface metaphor for building window-based interfaces within a VE. VEWL was built on top of DIVERSE and uses the object-oriented paradigm of signals and slots through the use of Qt." "VEWL [...] provides 2D interaction within an immersive application and a library of widgets for developing new interfaces. The VEWL interface is controled using a 3D mouse. The 3D mouse can be thought of as a laser pointer [or a pointing hand] controlled via a tracked input device. Windows are placed tangent to the surface of a sphere centered on the [(]CA[)]VE [(see the screenshot of VEWL on the desktop)]." The DIVERSE was developed further by using the OpenSceneGaph (OSG) library for example that resulted in the Collaborative Virtual Environment (CoVE), which is part of the OntoScope software component since the start of OntoLinux (see also the other projects listed in the section Collaborative Virtual Environment of the Links to Software webpage, specifically the Virtual Object System (VOS), and the OntoLinux Website update 31st of May 2010, the Clarification and the OntoLinux Further steps of the 2nd of June 2012, the case of the companies Tobii and Softkinetics in the Investigations::Multimedia Human Machine Interface Special of the 13th of July 2012, the case of Lukas Goldschmidt in the Investigations::AI and Knowledge management, and Multimedia of the 4th of August 2012, the Clarification of the 20th of August 2012, the OntoLab and OntoLinux Further steps of the 24th and 25th of October 2012, and the OntoLinux Further steps of the 14th of November 2012).].

Users and automated avatars can interact together in [the] same 3D universe, browsing or running 3D programs locally or remotely without care where physically they are working. Automated avatars are interactive program[s] similar to execution of Unix batch files. [...]".

We also republish descriptions given at least in three other webpages on different websites, which are dated 29th of August 2006 and have the following text only:
"True3D*Shell is an open source 3D desktop environment that allows users to experience 3D browsing in a virtual reality universe where information is organized in 'bubbles' connected by 'pipes'. It is based on POSIX, Win32, OpenGL, FreeGLUT, and MQ4CPP, and runs on IA32 and IA64 SMP platforms. A user can browse local and remote filesystems and download and run selected files. It includes a robot mode that allows you to browse automatically."
One was updated by the developer himself on the 29th of August 2006 and further descriptions have not been found with the exception of the manipulated webpage on its website. As we can see already, this description resembles exactly the desktop mode of the first version of the CoVE released before, even features something that should reflect our software component OntoBot, which suspiciously was not presented to the public at that time, and obviously lacks all of the convicting terms related with multimodality and cosmological theories.

Now, the following is written on its website:
    "OpenGL 3D desktop environment

The design of True3D*Shell is inspired to multiverse and bubble universe cosmological theories were the universe is an expanding cosmic bubble and this bubble creates a new bubble which produces it the others. [This is now a different explanation of a common conceptual structure of a VE system. Because there were only bubbles connected by pipes, but not some kind of a universe/ cosmological embryology (see also The Proposal), so we have to assume that this constructed explanation seems to be added after the publication of the related contents of the website of OntoLinux.]

True3D*Shell is an open source 3D desktop environment that allows users to experience 3D browsing in a virtual reality universe where information are organized in 'bubbles' connected by 'pipes'. Bubble can be the equivalent of a folder in a computer, a shared folder in a network, or an execution space for a 3D program. Bubbles generated by different computers are connected by "pipes" acting as network connections, providing network transparency.

True3D*Shell integrates in itself the following concepts [At this point we do say: Gotcha!!!™ In fact, this means that now the 3D desktop environment should be as well a reflective system like our OntoLinux. Also, the use of the verb "integrates" is highly convicting, because we have not found in large databases a meaningful translation of this term into german around the years 2007 and 2008 in the common sense of connecting something together, but only the mathematical sense related with the integral calculus, which indeed made us wonder at that time.]:

    • Shell: provides access to the kernel services
    • Desktop environment: offers a graphical user interface (GUI) solution to operate a computer
    • Avatar: provides a fantastic representations of a person's self with witch user can explore the virtual universe. [As it can be seen, the avatar should be the person her-/himself now as well and not anymore an element of the GUI of the 3D environment/VE, like a 3D mouse pointer in the shape of a hand. In fact, our concept that integrates the user's avatar and the real user was stolen from the website of OntoLinux as well.]
    • Virtual Reality: users can interact with a virtual environment either through the use of standard input devices such as a keyboard and mouse, or through multimodal devices. [The highly convicting term "multimodal" and the concept described here was stolen from the OntoLinux website as well (see the webpage Components for example). In fact, the 3D desktop system is only a 2D graphics environment with a basic 3D geometry, and no voice, gesture or any other kind of control was mentioned. Furthermore, the term multimodal was found by us on only some very few websites, and virtually was not known and used at that time.]
    • MVC paradigm: is a software architecture that separates an application's data model, user interface, and control logic into three distinct components. [This was stolen from the webpage Components as well. Our three MVC components are the OntoFS, the OntoScope, and the OntoBot together with a foundational operating system.]
    • Multithreading: Threads are a way for a program to split itself into two or more simultaneously running tasks. Multiple threads can be executed in parallel on many computer systems. [See also the comment made to the next quote.]
    • Grid computing: provides the ability to perform higher throughput computing by taking advantage of many networked computers to model a virtual computer architecture that is able to distribute process execution across a parallel infrastructure. [We already said in a related comment made to a quote above that the author does not know what grid computing really is. Here he is also talking about parallel computing in a slightly confused way. Also, the use of the term "model" is another evidence for our claims. See also the comment made to the previous quote.]
    • MOM paradigms: Message Oriented Middleware is a category of inter-application communication software that relies on asynchronous message. [See the section Integrating Architecture of the webpage Overview and the webpage about the Mekensleep Underware project.]
    • Multiverse theory: a multiverse (or meta-universe) is the hypothetical set of multiple possible universes (including our universe) that together comprise all of physical reality. The structure of the multiverse, the nature of each universe within it and the relationship between the various constituent universes, depend on the specific multiverse hypothesis considered. [The older website version says nothing about a multiverse or a metaverse, and also made no connections to a universal theory, as we already mentioned above.]
    • Bubble theory: posits an infinite number of open multiverses, each with different physical constants. The bubble universe model is a variant of the inflationary model of the big bang. The formation of our universe from a "bubble" of a multiverse was proposed by Andre Linde. This Bubble universe theory fits well with the widely accepted theory of inflation. [Both, the multiverse and the bubble theories were added after we publicated our website of OntoLinux, and are described in such a way that the impression should be given that some kind of a new universal theory has been developed as well by the author, which is not true at all obviously. In fact, this was an attempt to steal our universal theory that OntoLinux represents as well (see the webpage of our Caliber/Calibre, the OntoLinux Website update of the 23rd of April 2007, which gives us a date as well by the way, and also the Clarification #1 of the 6th of June 2011, the OntoLinux Website update and OntoLinux Further steps of the 2nd of June 2012. But we can assure our readers and every criminal entity on the planet Earth that our Caliber/Calibre is totally beyond of such theories, definitely.]

True3D*Shell allows to create several interconnected universes across a network: [Shown is now a graphic with three computer nodes represented by three spheres each and labeled with #1, #2, and #3, which reflects the logo of Ontologics as well as Zero Ontology O#.].

    Software architecture
    [...]".
Also, a graphic of the software architecture was added that reminds us of the graphic of the software architecture of the Mekensleep Underware project.
Said this, the responsible person or group is totally busted and: Convicted!!!™

We demand the X.Org Foundation to remove the related link in the section 3D Desktop Environments on its website, and to reference one of our software components OntoScope or Ontologic Collaborative Ontologic Virtual Environment (OntoCOVE).

    Style of Speed Further steps
For the design of the rear of the Boxster and Cayman conversion with the project name Bowster (see the Further steps of the 14th of January 2013 and 28th of January 2013) we also looked in the last days on designs of other sports cars, like for example the GT 40 II by the manufacturer Ford with its impressive rear section.
