Ontonics Website update
We added to the description of our E-paper Card the information that it can be integrated with our technologies of the 21st Century Cash Card/Wallet and in this way with our Cell Cash Card as well.
In the same way we added the 21st Century Cash Card/Wallet can be combined with our E-paper Card.

Bertelsmann→RTL: Yesterday, the media company has not stopped with its infringements of our copyright. So, in a report it was reported about the cashless and contactless payment with a mobile/cell phone constantly talked about the "integration of credit card and mobile/cell phone" despite that the presented technology is only a so-called smartphone, which is mastering or knowing the [...] protocol and has corresponding electronic parts required for this. For confusing the viewers completely in this regard merely 3 three mobile phones with attached credit card were shown, which is the solution of the company Barclaycard (see its case in the our Investigations::Multimedia of the 20th of April 2012), which is once again a completely different technology like the true integration of the credit card and the mobile phone, namely our solution Cell Cash Card. Furthermore, the solution by the company Telefónica→O2 was presented (see its case in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 26th of April 2012).For driving the provocation further female passersby were asked as well, of whom one made the argument von der eine exakt 1 disadvantage der von uns angeführten Probleme dieser Eigenschaft von Smartfonen with [...] technology, which consists in that with a stealing Diebstahl of the mobile phone the credit card potentially with the access data will be stolen as well. In this way the erneute copyright infringement is cleary recognizeable, but also that the acting is conducted deliberately, because in general the exact and always same Vorgehensweise makes the clear and deutlichen Back Rückschluss on a method with the reporting Berichterstattung erkennbar. Besides this, there might be the issue of black mailing like in the case of the media company British Broadcasting Corporation.
Auch gestern hat das Medienunternehmen nicht mit der Verletzung unseres Urheberrechtes aufgehört. So wurde in einem Bericht über das bargeldlose und kontaktlose Bezahlen per Mobiltelefon fortwährend über die "Integration von Kreditkarte und Mobiltelefon" gesprochen, also unsere Lösung Cell Cash Card, aber dann lediglich die Lösung des Unternehmens Barclaycard (siehe seinen Fall in den Investigations::Multimedia vom 20. April 2012) bei der eine Kreditkarte an die Rückseite eines Mobiltelefons befestigt wird und die ähnliche Lösung des Unternehmens Telefónica→O2 gezeigt, die zusätzlich Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten des Mobiltelefons nutzt wie z. B. das Versenden einer Short-Message-Service-Nachricht (SMS) verschickt (siehe den Fall von Telefónica→O2 in den Investigations::Multimedia vom 26. April 2012). Um die Provokation weiter zu treiben wurden dann auch noch auf der einen Seite PassantInnen befragt von der eine exakt einen Nachteil der von uns angeführten Probleme dieser Eigenschaft von Smartfonen mit integrierter Technologie eines digitalen Portemonnaies anführte, der darin besteht, dass bei einem Diebstahl des Mobiltelefons auch die Kreditkarte womöglich mit Zugangsdaten gestohlen wird "Wenn mein Handy weg ist, dann ist meine Karte auch direkt weg." und auf der anderen Seite die von uns zuvor auch schon angesprochene Problematik der Infrastruktur bei den einzelnen Geschäften genannt.
Somit ist nicht nur die erneute Urheberrechtsverletzung eindeutig erkennbar (siehe auch unsere Erklärung in einem anderen Fall des Nachrichtensenders N-TV des Medienunternehmens vom 30. Juli 2012), sondern auch das Handeln mit Vorsatz, da im Allgemeinen immer die exakt gleiche Vorgehensweise den klaren und deutlichen Rückschluss auf eine Methode bei den Berichterstattungen erkennbar machen. Daneben könnte wie bei dem Medienunternehmen British Broadcasting Corporation der Issue der Erpressung gegeben sein.

Investigations::AI and Knowledge management
University Leipzig, University Berlin, and others: We found out that for a project, which is basically focused on applying semantic (world wide) web technologies with an internet encyclopedia and further knowledge bases, some contents of our websites of OntoLinux™ and Ontologics®.info have been copied illegally, especially the contents that are related with ontologies and specific knowledge bases, like WordNet and OpenCyc, and natural language processing (see the sections Semantic (World Wide) Web and Natural Language Processing of the webpage Links to Software), but also with the Resource Description Framework (RDF), visualization, and also business and quality management.

University Duisburg-Essen: A faculty for interactive systems has jumped once again on many of our bandwagons, like intelligent int- eractive systems, software development with "ontological domain models" of e.g. model-based user interfaces, which was recently extended with eye tracking techniques for copying more features of our Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI™) contained in the software component OntoScope™ of our Ontologic System™ (OS), Hightech Operating System™ (HOS), and n-Dimensional Operating System™ (nDOS) OntoLinux™, semantic and ontologic recommender systems, smart automotive navigation systems, and also software games (take a look again on our OntoScope™ software component), Visualytics™ (Visual Analytics), visualization of linked data like data stored in the Resource Description Framework (RDF), besides some further fields. In this way our copyright has been infringed and our trademarks damaged.
Eigentlich sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass nach unserer kurzen Kommunikation zumindestens die Sache mit den "Onto"-Handelsmar- ken voll und ganz geklärt ist und dass man außerdem den Wink mit dem Zaunpfahl begriffen hat. Somit kann sich auch diese Institut- leitung jetzt überlegen ob man lieber mit der Staatsanwaltschaft tanzt oder ob sämtliche von uns oben angesprochene Bereiche über- arbeitet oder sogar betroffene Web-Inhalte ganz gelöscht werden, insbesondere wenn die Zeichenfolge "ontologic..." darin enthalten ist, sowie ob man sofort unterläßt Entwicklungsdienste anzubieten, die nichts mit universitärer Forschung gemeinsam haben beziehungswei- se mit Diensten oder Produkten (wie etwa OntoLinux) von unserem Unternehmen korrelieren.
Lukas Goldschmidt: That not so clever person has infringed our copyright with the development of a 3D application and its descript- ion, as we can see it clearly by the given informations and used terms on the related website that are: "[Internet encyclopedia] 3D is a Javascript Mashup that uses WebGL and semantic web techno- logies to render a virtual environment [...]", "[...] displayed as 3D Item in a virtual reality [...]", "[...] geolocation [...] Map [...]", and "[...] Articles related to this area and display them in 3D [...]", as well as by the summary given on a related website that says "open articles in the [internet encyclopedia]3D browser. The Browser uses Semantic Web technology and integrates [an internet company] Maps to allow for location based search of [internet encyclopedia] entries. Requires WebGL.". For an easier understanding of the case we have to mention at first that the scripting language JavaScript is an ECMAScript derivative like QtScript, that uses the JavaScriptCore actually, and that the graphics library WebGL is "OpenGL ES 2.0 for the Web", as the technology consortium behind the Open Graphics Library for Embedded Systems (OpenGL ES) writes on its website. Now, it should be obvious for our readers as well that the investig- ated 3D application and its description are based on the contents of the OntoLinux website, our solution Map & Globe with which we were the first who have combined the WebGL with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and its connection with our OntoLinux and its Onto Scope software component, as mentioned in the description of our solution Boot to Rekonq, so that we connected web browsers, in- formation systems, WebGL, 3D, Virtual Reality (VR), GIS, maps, and virtual globes. In this conjunction it is also important to explain that the VR middleware Collaborative Virtual Environment (CoVE) has as an example for the integration of the X Window System the Firefox web browser running as a 3D application on the desktop, as well as on 3D displays and in VR environments. We have also mentioned the ECMAScript in the section To Do on the webpage Project Status of the OntoLinux website. Said this, the person is: Convicted!!!™
We have to demand the worldwide media not to report about the application Wikipedia 3D, because this will infringe our copyright related with our operating system OntoLinux and our solution Map & Globe, as well as the content of the description of our solution Boot to Rekonq.

Oregon Scientific: Recently, the company has presented a tablet computer for children, which is similar to our One Tablet Per Child™ (OTPC™) and One Pad Per Child™ (OP²C™) presented in the intelli- Tablet Announcement OTPC and OPPC/OP²C #1 of the 17th and #2 of the 19th of July 2012. The real problem for us is not the Mobile Device™ itself, but its name Meep! that is related with the sound of the cartoon character Road Runner, as it can be easily seen on its website, because we are sure that it is related with spying due to the fact that a signature sound of C.S. is "Meep! Meep!" but of the Road Runner is "Beep! Beep!". So let's wait for a tablet computer that is named Beep™!, Ping™!, ¡Ándele™! ¡Ándele! ¡Arriba™! ¡Arriba!, or Speedy™ Gonzales (the trademarks are related with Mobile Devices only and not with computer networks).
Btw.: Our names of services and devices that end with an 'E' were not derived from the name of the other cartoon character Wile E. Coyote.

Clarification
Our 3D-Palm-Computer features our innovation of the versions of the autostereoscopic multi-levelled 3D displays without or with touch- screen by the company Deep Video Imaging from New Zeeland for mobile devices that are powered by an accumulator, like e.g. mobile phones, tablet and pad computers, laptops/notebooks, and others, and further mobile devices and applications, e.g. in a vehicle. Around the year 2006 we extended it in the OntoLab, The Lab of Visions with the multi-touch functionality and on the 3rd of November 2010 we presented our first Holonicle::Displays of this kind based on the further development of our 3D-Palm-Computer display with the range of 3D displays with more than 2 layers for showing that the bandwith problem between the Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) and the 3D dis- play is disappearing and already solvable. The latest extensions are the addition of eye tracking, and wave-field computing and wave- field rendering/synthesis, as it is the case with all of our 3D screens.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology: The institute has stolen the autostereoscopic 3D display technology of a company from New Zeeland that we use for our 3D-Palm-Computer of the year 1999 as well, which has 2 layered displays with the one at the front being translucent and both working together for creating the 3D effect without the common parallax barrier technique, and that we also have developed further to one specific type of our Holonicle™::Dis- plays (see the Clarification above, and also the case of the media company British Broadcasting Corporation in the Investigations::Mul- timedia of the 13th of February 2011, as well as the related image shown with the Original Sketches of the 23rd of January 2008, and then guess why the specific research group is called Camera Culture). Now, researchers of the institute claim to be the inventors of the so-called tensor display, which in their case is realized as 3D displays consisting of 2 to 4 stacked/layered Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs) as well. But we have already presented in the Ontonics Further steps of the 3rd of Nov- ember 2010 our Holonicle™::Displays of this type by giving the spec- ifications of the low and top versions of this type of our Holonicle:: Displays, which in detail are our H 12.6 1024³™ BW that features 128 layers, and our H 15.3 1280³™ Colour with 1280 layers that in this way is as wide as deep. By these specifications and the inform- ation that they describe the lower and upper bound of the product range of this display type we have deliberately given the implicit in- formation that this 3D display type consists of multi-layered/-stack- ed displays with at least 2 to 1280 layers and different refresh rates, and that the bandwith problem related with the graphics data is solvable with the available hardware since the end of 2010 for an affordable price, as it was exactly the same case in the year 1999 with the 2-layered 3D display by the company from New Zeeland, and obviously, as it was clearly understood correctly by the research team of the institute that also talked about holographic displays in relation of this type of 3D display. Furthermore, because we already speak about voxels and not about pixels anymore in the context of such 3D displays made out of stacked displays, the researchers und- erstood this as well and so they also came up with their fairy tale that the medical imaging technique Computed Tomography (CT) scanning was the team's inspiration for the functioning of this type of display, because the CT works exactly the other way round than our volumetric displays of this type by making so-called slices of an object that are stacked together again for creating a 3D model of the scanned object and for displaying. In fact, the CT scan tech- nique was one of our inspiration for our next ingenious invention, as it can be seen as well with our OntoScope™ software component of our OS, HOS & nDOS OntoLinux™ that has the related software with the Visualization ToolKit (VTK) as a module. In this conjunction with the CT, specifically with the process of manipulating the volume of data that a CT scan produces, which is also know as windowing, and with our slogan "Windows to the world™" the group of researchers also created the statement "window into the other world".
Indeed, it's quite a clever idea by us and not by them, definitely. What the researchers really achieved was the mathematical proof why our 3D display concept truly works, that in the end resulted in some kind of a compression technique for the transport of the gra- phic data between the Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) and a layered /stacked 3D display. We only applied the trial and error approach with our first model for finding out how the 2 displays of the 3D imaging display of our 3D palm computer have to be controlled in the sense of what is now called by the researchers a content-adaptive parallax barrier.
Unbelievable but true, we thought that every other entity already constructs 3D displays with the autostereoscopic technique of the parallax barrier and 2 LCDs in same way as we did, which is now called content-adaptive parallax barrier. Stay away from that inst- itute, because it is claiming for the intellectual properties of a com- pany from New Zealand and us, and we are already at least four steps further since the end of 2010.
We have to demand the worldwide media not to report about the so-called tensor display and the related 3D TV by the research institute Massachusetts Institute of Technology, because this will infringe our copyright related with the 3D display of our 3D-Palm-Computer and this specific display type of our Holonicle technologies excluding the 3D display with 2 display layers/slices without or with touch functionality by another company.

It happens not so often, but this time we are glad to inform the public that we made out of the project Parionics a new section of the Innovation-Pipeline. We also updated its description slightly by mentioning engineering and multimedia as further interdisciplinary fields and by giving the infromation that it could be seen as the synthetic reality 2.0.
OntoLinux Website update
We have added the new section Parionics to the webpage Terms of the 21st Century.
Because we parked the concept of programmable energy in the description of the Replicator #1 Molecular Assembler, about which we were not so happy all the time due to the fact that it does not belong to this term, simply said, we have taken it away and put it into the description of the term Parionics where it truly belonged all the time.

Konrad Lorenz Institute for Evolution and Cognition Research: That institute publicated the book "Biological Theory Integrating Development, Evolution, and Cognition" in the year 2008 that doubtlessly is based on the contents of The Proposal and The Prototyp. The book contains a paper about "Computational Ontogeny" (see also the case of the California Evolution Institute below) and most potentially much more copies of the contents of The Proposal by C.S.. Said this, we think that on the one hand the claim of a copyright infringement is not wrong, and that that institute tried to mislead the public away from our OntoLab and our works in this fields of evolution and cognition. On the other hand it is a further proof for the outstanding status of the works by C.S..
California Evolution Institute: Knowing The Proposal and The Prototyp very well, the author W.R. Buckley claimed bodly in his paper "Computational Ontogeny" publicated in the book "Biological Theory Integrating Development, Evolution, and Cognition" (see also the case of the Konrad Lorenz Institute above). We do quote from the first page, so that the reader can easily realize the crime: "With computational realization [...] it is the program itself that constitutes the abstract model . [Replace program with operating system and you are already at The Proposal.]", "[...] one great moment of inspiration [...] John von Neumann (1951, 1966) conceived his model of machine self-replication. In this model, a configuration known as universal constructor sets abut the task of reading a coded description [...], as expressed on an abstract tape [...] [Here we have the chapter 7.4 John von Neumann-Universalkonstruktor of the The Prototyp, inclusive the mentioning of the turing machine.]", "Many extensions of von Neumann's work on the logically sufficient characters of self-replication are known. The Proposal was discussed in the context of computer science, biology, bionics, artificial life, evolutionary computing, robotics, and even nanotechnology over a periode of 1 year with Professor Doctor W. Banzhaf while he was teaching in the field of genetic programming at a university in the B.R.D., and made public in the year 2007 on the website of OntoLinux. In fact, W.R. Buckley has only translated The Proposal and The Prototyp, and then deliberately tried to mislead the public, especially the scientific community and the financiers of the institute, and to smother his crime by using slightly other terms and referencing some other scientific works.
We do not know why W. Banzhaf has not mentioned this outstanding work on one of his webpages until today. Selbst schuld.
Google: After Google has not destroyed the Linux® and the Mozilla® communities only, but the whole open source movement, there are the first clear signs that it is now destroying the Wikipedia, and in this way the whole Web 2.0 and also the Web 3.0 movements as well. This means that it is destroying the free web, the internet, the democracy, and the free societies.
But to be honest: The other large companies, specifically in the field of IT, are not much better.
FWIW that in the Wikipedia is a link to a Google group? The quality of the Wikipedia's content has become much too low for a foundation of common sense and knowledge, and behaviour and developments of the last years clearly proof that the concept behind the internet encyclopedia is already broken, if this was not always the case. In fact, it is not an encyclopedia anymore.

OntoLinux Website update
Because we mixed knowingly and deliberately the approaches of the self-reconfiguring robotics and self-replicating robotics under the term replicative robotics due to time constraints some years ago, we have now corrected the confusions made in this way by renaming the paragraph Replicator #2 Replicative Robotics into Replicator #2 Self-Reconfiguring Robotics, and added the new section Replicator #3 Self-Replicating Robotics. After this, we updated the descriptions of the Replicator #1 and Replicator #2 for being more precise with remarks about modular self-reconfiguring robotics, self-replicating robots, and the Replicators of the Stargate saga, and also gave a link to the field of Parionics.

We have started to develop a new version of our volumetric holographic display by using a display technology that has a higher resolution than the human retina, so that fewer layers/stacks of displays are needed in the case of our multi-levelled/layered/stacked 3D display by Holonicle (see also our Clarification and the Investigations::Multimedia of the 7th of August 2012). Eventually, only one display layer is needed in the end.
Ontonics, Ontoscope, and intelliTablet Announcement
We are more than only proud to announce our newest autostereo- scopic volumetric holographic displays with optional touch and multi- touch functionality for stationary and mobile devices of all kinds. These new 3D displays are based on our approach of the adaptive parallax barrier, as it was later termed by a third party, and made out of multi-levelled/layered/stacked Light-Emitting Diodes (LEDs; Org- anic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), Passive-Matrix OLED (PMOLED), and Active-Matrix OLEDs (AMOLED)), and Light-Emitting Electro- chemical Cells (LECs).
Ontoscope Further steps 3:23 CEST
We are very proud to present our latest concept of the Ontoscope, which integrates the mobile phone and parionics.
Today, we are very very proud to present as well the two latest design studies that visualize our Ontoscope 3 with two additional case versions that are in the middle slightly thicker and arched with the one version rounded on the two narrow sides, and the other version rounded at all 4 sides for a very comfortable ergonomy. The new Ontoscope 3 version features as well our new Sensor Frame concept with a specialized version of our Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI), which opens specific boxes in context to the application and the position of the fingers on the frame when the user wipes over it, and in this way needs no buttons at all.
But here we do not stop today. We are also very very very proud to present our vision of our Super Smartphone™ and our Ontoscope 4 that is derived from the Ontoscope Gbox with its larger display in the range of 4 over 4.8 to 5.5 inch, and features our new Multi-Sensor approach, which brings all of our sensor technologies of all kinds together and comprises the buttonless Sensor Case™ architecture with Sensor Frame™ and sensor keys, the multi-touch display, the Active Camera™, and all the other sensors, and in this way makes the whole Mobile Device™ a Multi-Sensor™ with Sensor Touch™ functionality and internal sensor network that can be used in already existing sensor networks and for building up larger sensor networks.
Besides this, we would like to show all of our design concepts once again together with the latest developments. So far we have pre- sented:
the 3D display technology with adaptive parallax barrier of our 3D-Palm-Computer developed from 1999 to 2003,
the operating system OntoLinux with full network and service computing support, Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI), full Mixed Reality (MR) support (2D, 3D, Augmented Reality (AR), and Virtual Reality (VR)), gesture control, body registering and tracking, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and much more,

The design concepts above were kindly created by other persons and companies following our descriptions and design concepts, and then overworked by us. The next time they will learn to name their designed mobile devices correctly, so that instead of !Phone Pro and Galactic S4 the correct names for our Super Smartphones™, and our models Ontoscope™ Pro and Ontoscope™ 4S are directly written on the cases. Moreover, we will also give a lesson, so that our works are referenced in the related descriptions instead of writing nonsense for deliberately misleading the public and conducting further crimes.

Apple and Samsung: With their latest smartphone models 4S and S3 the manufacturers have started to steal essential features of our operating system OntoLinux™ with the OntoScope™ software component and Ontoscope™ hardware. If they will be not so clever and stop this stealing immediately, then we will take decisive actions in the U.S.A., Europe, Australia, and other countries.
Axel Springer→Computer Bild: Auf der einen Seite hat man anscheinend begriffen, dass in der Tat auch für diese Publikation die Fachsprache im Bereich Computer für den Verlag gild und somit für die Beschreibungen unserer Entwicklungen im Bereich der sogenannten Smartfone das Urheberrecht gilt und das sämtliche neueren Entwicklungen aus unserem Haus stammen, denn es wurde peinlichst darauf geachtet, dass man konkrete Beschreibungen von entsprechenden Technologien nicht in direktem Zusammenhang mit Unternehmen setzte. Auf der anderen Seite verletzt man aber weiterhin unser Urheberrecht um die Öffentlichkeit in die Irre zu führen und manipulierend in den Markt einzugreifen indem in zwei Berichten über die möglichen zukünftigen Spitzenmodelle der Unternehmen Apple und Samsung und dabei genau die Design-Konzepte zeigte, die unsere Technologie und sogar unsere Modelle zeigten um so zu suggerieren, dass die Technologien von anderen Unternehmen stammen und nicht von uns, wie man es zuvor schon seit Jahren im Bereich der Automobile gemacht hat (siehe insbesondere den Fall Axel Springer→Auto Bild in den Investigations::Car #359 vom 22. Juli 2012). Um die Provokation noch zu steigern wurden wieder dazu unsere Web-Inhalte kopiert. Wir zitieren die entsprechenden Textpassagen zunächst aus einem Bericht über ein zukünftiges Modell des Unternehmens Apple und dann über ein zukünftiges Modell des Unternehmens Samsung und geben weitere Kommentare:

"[...] ob sich die [nur stehlenden Hersteller] wieder einige clevere Funktionen wie beim S3 ausdenken, die vorher niemand auf dem Zettel hatte [...] [Hier wird zwar keine konkrete Technologie genannt, aber dies soll ja so die LeserInnen irritieren, denn die denken natürlich auch an die Technologien, die das Unternehmen Samsung von uns kopiert hat (siehe die Investigations::Multimedia vom 13. und 16. Juli 2012 um in den Fall des Modells Galaxy S3 einzusteigen). Des Weiteren kommt uns in diesem Kontext der Begriff clever sehr bekannt vor.]".
Der zweite Bericht vom 8. August 2012 wurde heute noch einmal auf dem Web-Auftritt der Tageszeitung Bild veröffentlicht. Somit ist ein weiteres Mal eindeutig geklärt, dass man nicht nur unsere Web-Auftritte kennt, sondern auch täglich verfolgt. Außerdem zeigt das Verhalten ganz klar die Motivation unserem Unternehmen zu schaden. In einem dritten Bericht über einen Photodesigner aus Düsseldorf konnten wir lesen "Bildfindung", was selbstverständlich auf den Spruch "Ich finde und versuche" von C.S. anspielt. Offensichtlich wurden unsere gesamten Informationen von dem Verlag für alle Berichte illegal kopiert.
Des Weiteren hat trotz unseren Erklärungen und Aufforderungen der Verlag es nicht unterlassen die Öffentlichkeit zu irritieren indem er weiterhin über das Retina-Display schreibt obwohl die Bildschirme der entsprechenden Endgeräte gar keine Retinabildschirme sind, sondern ganz normale 2D-Anzeigen mit einer etwas höheren Auflösung, die aber mit der Retina eines menschlichen Auges nichts gemeinsam hat.
Außerdem wurde genauso rufschädigend die Entwicklung der Tablet- und Pad-Computer mit der sogenannten Multi-touch-Funktionalität absichtlich verkehrt wiedergegeben. So wurde behauptet, dass S. Jobs von dem Unternehmen Apple von Anfang an die sogenannten Netbooks, die kleine mobile Computer mit Muschelmechanismus und Tastatur aber ohne Festplatte und mit geringer Gesamtleistung sind, grundsätzlich ablehnte weil er schon längst den Tablet-Computer entwickelte. Das ist natürlich falsch, wie wir bereits mindestens zweimal erklärt haben. Die Fakten sind, dass wir schon seit dem Jahr 2003 die Domain intellitablet.com registriet haben und außerdem den Bereich des sogenannten Ubiquitous Computings mit seinen Konzepten Tab und Pad als ein Tätigkeitsfeld im OntoLab sowie das zugehörige Projekt Qixel anführen und man somit bei Apple ganz genau wußte, dass wir in diesen Bereichen tätig sind. Aber weil wir die ganzen Jahre keine Geräte präsentierten und man zusätzlich sein eigenes Smartfon und dessen Technologie schützen wollte, meldete man aus all diesen Gründen rein vorsorglich das Patent eines Tablet-Computers an, der aber eigentlich nur die vergrößerte Variante des Smartfons ist. Doch bis wir am 19. März 2008 zum ersten Mal den Begriff P@d erwähnten sowie am 25. Mai 2008 mit dem P@d 2.0 unseren ersten Tablet- und Pad-Computer dieser neuen Art präsentierten ohne das Patent von Apple überhaupt zu kennen, da der Pad-Computer nur die Oberfläche==Surface des multimedialen Tischs der 2. Generation mit allen seinen Funktionalitäten ist zu der im Unterschied zu der 1. Generation die Multi-Touch-Funktionalität zählt und der von dem Unternehmen Microsoft im Zusammenhang mit seiner neuen Surface genannten multimedia Technologie, die man in einen interaktiven Tisch eingebaute, in der Annahme vorgestellt wurde, dass wir in diesen Bereich einsteigen würden, wollte S. Jobs und das Unternehmen Apple genauso wie die gesamte Industrie schon seit Jahren überhaupt nichts mehr von dem bereits als vollkommen gescheitert erklärten Segment der Tablet-Computer wissen, geschweige denn noch groß in diese Geräteklasse investieren und so gab es noch nicht einmal ein sogenanntes Webpad von Apple. Außerdem wurden wir für unseren damaligen Schritt von den Medien hinter vorgehaltener Hand für dumm erklärt. Aber bei Apple begann man trotzdem durch Strohmänner heimlich auch Domains und Handelsmarken anzumelden, denn man wollte weiterhin C.S. folgen, wie man es etliche Jahre lang zuvor schon getan hat, weshalb ja unter anderem auch der MPEG 2 Layer 3 Standard überhaupt gibt, der auf einem Hörexperiment im Rahmen der Leistungsfahigkeit von Gehör aus dem Biologieunterricht von C.S. stammt und den man Apple für dessen MP3-Abspielgeräte zugeschachert hat. Weitere Fakten sind, dass durch unser erstes Engagement bei dem Projekt One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) im September 2007 auch das Momentum im Segment der Netbooks entstand von dem die gesamte Industrie bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt genauso wenig etwas wissen wollte, dass Apple erst 2 Jahre später seinen ersten Tablet-Computer zeigte als auch Unternehmen wie Hewlett-Packard und Microsoft wieder Interesse an dieser Geräteklasse zeigten und dass Microsoft sogar die Beschreibung unseres P@d 2.0 und unsere ergänzenden Erklärungen im Zusammenhang mit der Oberfläche==Surface für deren Tablet-Computer illegal kopiert hat. Das sind die unumstößlichen Fakten, die eher zeigen, was für ein großer assozialer Kleptomane S. Jobs in Wirklichkeit war und sonst gar nichts.
Wir fordern den Axel Springer Verlag auf so schnell wie möglich in allen vier Fällen Gegendarstellungen zu veröffentlichen.
Wir fordern die Staatsanwaltschaft auf Ermittlungen gegen den Axel Springer Verlag aufzunehmen und diesem Treiben ein Ende zu setzen.
Außerdem wurde unserer Meinung nach dem Standort B.R.D. ein erheblicher wirtschaftlicher Schaden zugefügt als auch die gesellschaftliche Ordnung gestört, sodass man auch weitere Verfahren einleiten sollte.
Wir fordern alle Medien auf bei Gerüchten oder Vermutungen Dritter, deren Namen und falls nötig auch die Adresse zu nennen, da veröffentlichte Aussagen beziehungsweise Informationsquellen ohne große Umwege nachprüfbar sein müssen. Ein Spruch wie zum Beispiel "aus zuverlässigen Quellen", "ein Leser hat vorgeschlagen", "so ein Nutzer-Wunsch", "im Kommentar von Blogger XY konnte man lesen" oder "die Blogger von "[was auch immer]"" sind nicht ausreichend.

This multimedia table and our invention of the upcoming coloured e-paper were the inspiration for our tablet computer series iTablet, T@blet, iT@blet, and Ultratablet, and our pad computer series P@d, iP@d, and Ultrapad of intelliTablet's, as well as our models by Ontoscope and not a mobile phone by the company Apple or any other device by another corporation.

We added to the description of the project Multi-Layer/Stacked Dis- play the information that tests of an independent laboratory have proved, that our approach delivers a strikingly sharper and brighter 3D image with a much better 3D effect, and thereby additionally consumes less energy. We never claimed for something different.

Style of Speed Website update
We have updated the webpage of our Active Transmission, because we wanted to confuse the competitors and all the criminal entities by only presenting the sum of the single gears as the minimal count of speeds, but not the resulting overall count of shift combinations/speeds of our dual-transmissions with 2×6-speed and 2×8-speed, and independent shifting rods, which in fact have 12 gears and 16 gears that results in 36 speeds and 64 speeds and not 12 speeds and 16 speeds, for sure. Otherwise we would have written only 12 and 16 as in the case of the classic transmissions. To make this clearer we have publicated as well a new section for our transmission under the name Dual-Transmission, the Supertransmission, on the webpage of our Active Transmission based on the informations given so far (see also the related text passage in the case of the marque Volkswagen→Audi in the Investigations::Car #303 of the 19th of December 2010).
Investigations::Aeronautics and Space
Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik, Bertelsmann→RTL und →N-TV, ProSiebenSat.1 Media, N24 und British Broadcasting Corporation: Sämtliche der von uns oft zitierten Rundfunkanstalten und Medienunternehmen berich- ten irreführend über den dritten Test des Projekts X-51A der U.S. Amerikanischen Luftwaffe, der National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) und des Unternehmens Boeing. So wird das Projekt mit dem alias Waverider==Wellenreiter bezeichnet, doch Waverider ist der Begriff für einen bestimmten relativ alten Typ von Hyperschallfluggeräten, der auf seiner eigenen Schockwelle fliegt und dabei den Kompressionsauftrieb ausnutzt um die Gleitzahl zu verbessern und den induzierte Luftwiderstand zu verringern. Des Weiteren handelt es sich bei dem Projekt X-51 weder um einen Hyperschalljet noch um eine Langstreckenrakete, sondern um ein luftatmendes Überschallverbrennungsstaustrahltriebwerk==Air-breathing Supersonic Combustion Ramjet (Scramjet) Engine, der per Definition kein Raketenmotor ist, da für die Verbrennung von Treibstoff der Sauerstoff aus der Atmosphere genutzt wird. Das Problem dabei ist, dass auf der einen Seite die hohen Geschwindigkeiten von mehr als Mach 5 leichter in großer Höhe erreicht werden, da hier die Luft dünner ist und somit weniger Luftwiderstand herrscht als auch die Erhitzung der Fluggerätoberfläche dementsprechend geringer ist, genauso wie aber auch auf der anderen Seite der Sauerstoffgehalt. Zudem ist das Testfluggerät auch kein HyperJet Fighter (HJF) wie unser HJF-22SR Super Raptor und Hyperschallkampfjet==Hypersonic Fighter Jet (HFJ) HJF-1 WhiteSwift sowie Hyperschallpassagier-/linienflugzeug==Hypersonic AirLiner HAL-1 Hyperstar und Hyperschallvehikel==Hypersonic Cruise Vehicle HCV-1 WhiteSwift von dem man mit dieser falschen Berichterstattung absichtlich ablenken wollte, oder eine Rakete, sondern eine Flugkörper/Geschoss==Missile.
ProSiebenSat.1: Anstatt die von uns angemerkten falschen Information zu korregieren wurden die falschen Information wiederholt und zusätzlich die Berichterstattung mit unseren Auführung ergänzt. So wurde über das Konzept eines Waverider==Wellenreiters und die "Schockwelle, das Arbeitsprinzip eines Überschallverbrennungsstaustrahltriebwerk=="Scramjet" berichtet und dabei der entlarvende Begriff "Geschoss" benutzt (siehe den obigen Fall). Offensichtlich wurde hier mit Absicht weiterhin gegen die geltende Mediengesetzgebung verstoßen als auch unser Urheberrecht mißachtet.

General: We would like to recall that a tablet or pad computer with multi-touch feature and digital pen/stylus was implicitly mentioned by us with our portfolio series with the intelliTablet Further steps of the 29th of May 2010 with the user being a painter, and as far as we do know we were first with this description.
CBS Interactive→ZDNet: The online magazine infringed our copy- right but in this way also confirmed our claims in relation with the description of our P@d™ 2.0 with the statement "The Surface, which shares its name with Microsoft's range of table-top touchscreen devices". To be precise, it does not only share the name but also the multi-touch functionality, which is a fact that is important to mention.
Yves Behar: After that designer has already stolen a design concept from our website (see his case in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 7th of January 2010), we could finally see exactly that indeed he has once again stolen a concept from our website, which is related with the extension of his design concept of the One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) XO-3 that is described in the following way: "Additionally, the solar cover option can house a solar panel combined with internal batteries for outdoor or indoor charging.". In fact, the point with the internal batteries and its charging is the essential element of the attachable accumulator of our pad computer™ concept, and said in this way the explanantion by Y. Behar constitutes a clear copyright infringement and a serious case of misleading the public about the true source of our invention. We do know exactly that the second version of the design concept of the model XO-3 has had no solar panel combined with internal batteries in the cover at all before we presented our P@d™ 2.0, as the model XO-3 has not featured the multi-touch functionality, a rear facing camera, and a keyboard as well. Moreover, the concept of the cover is not from Y. Behar, too, but to be honest it is not from us as well, so we do not claim for its development. Besides this, we would like to make clear that we always referenced the One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) organization and related activities, if we showed an XO computer, so that the public could see what is not from us.
One Laptop Per Child Association: Since the year 2010 the model XO-3 was announced and two designs presented. The first one of them is a shameless plagiarization of our 'Thinnest Notebook, Cellphone, Tablet, Slate, Booklet and Pad Computer, and Smartphone of the World' concept shown as an Original vs. Inspiration on the 17th of January 2008, and the other one is a much thicker version with a simple display cover made out of rubber (see also the case of Y. Behar above). The second version was presented in its latest version at a large consumer electronic summit in January, 2012, but now a new model called XO-4 Touch was presented yesterday for a reason, because we summarized our acting in this field and made clear that a license is needed for the description of our pad computer™ yesterday as well. The announcement of the new model XO-4 Touch was given by a related press release as follows:

An additional information is that many media have reported that the OLPC organization has not given some further informations about the upcoming new model in the past than the presentation of the 2 XO-3 designs and the lattest version of the XO-3 on the summit in January of 2012, and that this press release would be again not very precise and lacking technical details like a clear specification. This proves again that the management and the supporting companies want to steal our Mobile Device™. It's a shame what criminals are managing that organization and its project, and even claim for social competence and technical creativity.

One Laptop Per Child Foundation and Association, and Neonode: We have uploaded again the case of the One Laptop Per Child organization documented with the Investigations::Multimedia of the 16th of August 2012, because we found out by a third analysis that the foundation has mentioned the concept of the model XO-4 the first time on the 26th of July 2012, which is 8 days after we showed the model XO-1 together with the third iterartion of the model XO-3 in the intellTablet Announcement of the 17th of July 2012, which we only did, because nothing happened since nearly 2 years in this area. But if this information, the related press release with the bold and criminal statements by the CEO of the foundation, and also the very suspicious timing of the actings by the management and leading entities of the organization related with its succeeding model are not worse and convincing enough, then we would like to clarify once again that it is a undeniable fact that we thought that the model XO-1 featured already a touch display and so we called it as a hybrid of a notebook and a tablet computer by writing "Tablet Computer Convertible One Laptop per Child (OLPC) XO-1" in the caption of the related image shown with the Original vs. Inspiration of the 7th of January 2010. Said this, the XO-4 Touch concept is created by us and it is more than 2½ years old. This is now at least the fourth time that members of the OLPC project have stolen our intellectual properties in relation with its hardware after the issue with the XO-3 concept, and the scond and third version of the model XO-3, and further features, specifically related with the Sugar learning environment. This time we won't tolerate this copyright infringement anymore, because its case proved as well now that it is in large parts a platform only for deliberately promoting entities, specifically hardware and operating system manufacturers, and some defrauding developers, that have stolen as well our intellectual properties. We demand the foundation to reference our work on its websites and wikis, and all related websites and wikis, publish a correct press release in which also a formal apology is made, and take up talks about a license for our copyrighted contents immediately!!!™ The fun is really over for which we are not responsible, but solely some very well known fraudsters related with the OLPC. It's a shame what criminals are managing that organization and its project, and even claim for social competence and technical creativity.
Btw.: Generally, the worst issue with projects like this is that they misuse children or invalids for camouflaging criminal acting.

Because the Active Display should be seen as a metamaterial we have developed its extended version that can produce electric power like a solar panel by using a thin-layer of for example hydrogenated amorphous silicon that is stacked with the screen or directly integrated into the screen, and uses an array of solar cells that convert ambient light and wasted light by the display itself into electricity. As a further option an array of photovoltaic elements can be integrated in the inside of the screen's frame.
Furthermore, we have extended the description of our Multi-layer/Stacked Display with the information about the possibility to integrate photovoltaic elements on top, under, or in the screen, or/and in the frame.

We are thinking about the option to call our newest Ontoscope models 5 or Meta (see the image of the Ontoscope Further steps of 18th of August 2012 (yesterday)) which reflects the terms metalevel of the fields of computational ontology and ontologics, as well as metamaterial, because our Active Display has the characteristic of a metamaterial.

Apple: The company has filed a patent at the beginning of August of the year 2011 that is about a cover for tablet computer displays which feature embedded solar cells, a keyboard, or/and a flexible display that can be connected with the tablet computer by magnets or by a hinge. Actually, we see no collusions with the description of our P@d 2.0 in both directions. But the versions that have only a battery/accumulator, or only a display and a connection to a wireless power system, like e.g. an RF power antenna, are very interesting, especially in the latter case if the display even features touch or multi-touch functionality, because we have here a very clearly defined white line. Besides, in the version of only a flexible display cover with a solar panel it looks like the display cover of the third iteration of the model XO-3 by the One Laptop Per Child organization (see also the case of Y. Behar and OLPC in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 16th of August 2012).
One Laptop Per Child: Instead of offering a clear excuse we could read only something about an unsuccessful test of a keyboard with flat membrane keys (see once again the description of our P@d 2.0. We won't repeat our demands and we won't strenghtened our warning. Now, it is all up to the OLPC management only (see also the cases of the organization and the company Neonode in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 16th and 19th of August 2012 (yesterday), as well as the cases of the companies Pixel Qi and Neonode above).
Google: That only stealing and serious criminal company has once again infringed our copyright by stealing a concept described in our OntoLinux Further steps of the 29th of June 2011 and our related Clarification of the 2nd of June 2012, which is about the usage of the Lego metaphor for the Sugar desktop environment, and desktop environments based on a 2D and 3D map, and a virtual globe following well known science fiction novels, as an app(lication) for its web browser. We have described such a feature several times in relation to our Ontologic System (OS), Hightech Operating System (HOS) and n-Dimensional Operating System (nDOS) OntoLinux™, which is also the world's first 3D operating system, as we explained it in the case of 2D and 3D mapping systems, and virtual earths, and the base for our Boot to Web™ Cloud Operating Systems (COSs) called Boot to WebKit™ and Boot to Rekonq™ (see also the OntoLinux Further steps of the 12th of July 2012, and 15th of July 2012, and also the image of a Lego figure of a cook we've shown with the Original Sketches #2 on the 19th of November 2008, the image of a Lego figure of a medic we have shown with the Original Sketches on the 21st of November 2008, and the image of a Lego figure with a Dyson vacuum cleaner we have shown with the Original Sketches on the 7th of December 2008, as well as the cases of the company in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 7th of June 2012, and in the Investigations of the 15th of July 2011, 30th of June 2012, and 10th of August 2012). Once again that company has been convicted by us of stealing and that it is not the company of nice persons, but exactly the opposite.
We demand the company to remove the app(lication) Build immediately, because it will not get a copyright license from us as long as it has not paid its bill over actually 11 billion U.S. dollar.
We demand the worldwide media not to report about the app(lication) Build by the company Google, because this will infringe our copyright related with a desktop version that features the same basic concepts.

We demand the market regulators at least to split Google and to take its internet search engine away for making a pure public good. We even go a step further and demand the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to close the company, because its business strategy is not the usual goal to deliver a service or a product, but a hidden Ponzi scheme based on breaking all laws, e.g. by stealing intellectual properties owned by other entities, which holds in the same way for the company Amazon. Also, every large company that is listed at the stock markets, like for example Apple, Microsoft, Intel, Samsung, and so on, must have the hidden Ponzi scheme as an essential part or the business strategy, because they must have everything that the market offers, which in the end is not possible anymore without stealing, lying, misleading, marketing others properties without legalization, and so on, or simply said without serious criminal acting. For sure, it was allways planned since more than 10 years that we will use for our concept of the Lego metaphor for 2D and 3D desktop environments based on our Ontoscope and Ontologic Collaborative Ontologic Virtual Environment (OntoCOVE) software components, and our Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI), as described in for ex- ample the OntoLinux Further steps of the 29th of June 2011 and our related Clarification of the 2nd of June 2012, the LDraw open standard in the form of our XML-based document file format based on our Lego-ontology and the other semantic and ontologic formats listed on the website Ontologics.info, as all the other Lego related standards and formats, and the already existing LDraw parts. We will follow as well the other matured Lego CAD programs, like e.g. MLCAD, LeoCAD, and LDLITE, the tools, like e.g. LDView, LDGLite, LD2vr, L2P, and L3P, and further parts libraries.
We demand the company Lego, specifically its Lego Software En- gineering/Development Department, and other companies to open their software programs and make the source codes freely available, if the rules of a related open source or creative common license demands this, as it is the case with for example the Lego Universe and the LDraw Lego parts library.

British Broadcasting Corporation: The serious criminal media com- pany remains loyal to itself and reported about the app(lication) of the only stealing company Google, instead of giving its viewers in- formations about the copyright infringement done by it, despite we demanded not to infringe our copyright in this way as well (see the case of the company Google in the Investigations::Multimedia of 19th of August 2012 (yesterday)). But if this would not be criminal enough, it even took our website contents, the specific document- ation of the case yesterday, in which we gave links to our concept of 2D and 3D maps and mapping systems, virtual earths, globes, and worlds, and also minifigures based on our concept of the Lego meta- phor for different desktop environments (see once again the Onto- Linux Further steps of the 29th of June 2011 and our related Clarific- ation of the 2nd of June 2012), and that it was always planned to use the LDraw bricks 3D library and the related 3D tools as well as semantic (world wide) web techniques like the Resource Description Framework (RDF) and computational ontologies based on the eXt- ensible Markup Language (XML), as we made clear one more time with our Clarification of today publicated very early in the morning, and extra addressed these items by asking its viewers the question why only a handful of essential bricks, and no special Lego elements, as well as no (mini)figures, and no other Lego items are available, and after this suggesting to add these features and to extend the small initial map with the whole earth. Especially the latter proves doubtlessly that the problems of all the defrauding entities are not becoming fewer, but even more, and that here again that criminal manipulation of the public massively backfires only, because the company Google already publicated the reported app(lication) around the 26th of July 2012, so that it is doubtlessly clear that the report by that criminal media company was done after our investigation and clarification with the goal to damage our business. But it's even better for us than it looks at first due to the fact that in this way the media company British Broadcasting Corporation proved to our advantage that the app(lication) of Google is missing all these Lego elements and our features. Furthermore, it has to be questioned if Google is really so stupid and makes its copyright infringement even clearer for the prosecutors and the judges by adding now these elements and features as well.
Btw.: As the New York Times we would not take its chief executive officer as a new manager anymore, because it will have a highly negative effect when that media company is officially busted and the public finds out that now the N.Y. Times has that person as a leading manager in its corporation.
Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen: In ihren Hauptnachrichten am frühen Abend wurde in sehr auffälliger Weise über Smartphones und Tablet-Computern berichtet und dabei Produkte des Unternehmens Apple gezeigt unter anderem auch mit dem sogenannten Smart Cover über dessen patentierte Weiterentwicklung wir gestern eine Dokumentation angefertigt haben (siehe den Fall des Unternehmens Apple in dev Investigations::Multimedia vom 19. August 2012 (gestern)). Es ist mehr als offensichtlich, dass man vorsätzlich extra diese Produkte ziegte, da wir zum einen unsere Super Smartfone™ und Ontoskope sowie Tablet- und Pad-Computer in den Ontoscope Further steps vom präsentierten. Aufgeflogen ist man beim ZDF dadurch, dass man die Produktplazierung noch eindeutig machte in dem man den Namen des Tablet-Computers explizit nannte.
Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik: Die Arbeitsgemeinschaft reagierte auf unsere Investigation im Fall des Zweiten Deutschen Fernsehens (ZDF, siehe oben) in einer ähnlichen Weise, aber berichtet direkt über das Unternehmen Apple und dessen Smartfon mit unserem mobilen Assitenzsystem und unserer Integration von diesem Assistenzsystem und natürlicher Sprachverarbeitung sowie dessen Tablet-Computer neben anderen Innovationen unseres Unternehmens indem noch aggressiver die Produktnamen hervorgehoben wurden. Zusätzlich wird auch noch eine seit Jahren durch die Medien kreisende Spekulation wiederholt, die so alt ist, dass ihr überhaupt nichts mehr Wahres anhaften kann und die zudem schon seit ungefähr 2 Jahren aus bestimmten Gründen vollkommen überholt ist. Das man komischerweise auf unsere Kritik des ZDFs einging, die der schreibweise Tablet-Computer folgte indem das Wort Tablet in englischer und nicht einfach in der lokalen Landessprache ausgesprochen wurde indem man Tabletcomputer schrieb ist genauso auffällig wie der Grund für einem Vergleich indem genau die Unternehmen aufgeführt wurden, die einen Bezug zu unseren geschäftlichen Aktivitäten haben scheint weitere Fragen nach sich zu ziehen. Damit sind die Tatbestände des illegalen Abhörens als auch des Mobbings ein weiteres Mal bewiesen worden.
Übrigens: Die Medien haben ganz klar bewiesen, dass es einen Unterschied zwischen Tabletcomputer und Padcomputer gibt, nämlich dass unser Pad-ComputersPad-Computer auch ohne den ansteckbaren Akkumulator oder einer anderen Energiequelle auch durch kabellose Energieversorgung funktioniert und das sogar bei bestimmten Version ohne Datenspeicher in z. B. einer sogenanten Cloud-Umgebung oder sogar ohne Zentral(daten)verarbeitungs-/prozessoreinheit==Central Processing Unit (CPU) oder Grafik(daten)verarbeitungs-/prozessoreinheit==Graphics Processing Unit (GPU).

For sure, we have already designed more than 8 years ago an Open Graphics Library (OpenGL) based supplemental library that extends the OpenGL with the Lego metaphor and all basic generative funct- ions for programming Lego parts and virtually building 3D models and whole scenes directly with the standard OpenGL commands together. Today we have extended this concept with a similar extension library for the OpenSceneGraph (OSG) library. Of ocurse, both of our 3D graphics software libraries have functions for using our XML-based format of the LDraw open standard that we mentioned in the Clarif- ication of the 20th of August 2012 (yesterday). Furthermore, both libraries can be used as a blueprint for further extensions for other construction systems.

For sure, we did not forget to show the concept Working Lego with the intelliTablet Announcement OTPC and OP²C #1 of the 17th of July 2012 and our Lego Tablet and Lego Pad, as well as to mention our L@goTable 1.0 and L@goTable 2.0, and also the PowerTable for classrooms, lecture rooms, and anatomy theatres, because they are directly connected with our P@d 2.0 and our MultiLego system. Moreover, other modular construction systems from companies, like Hasbro or Fischer Technik, and further themes, like e.g. Disney, The Muppets, Sesame Street, Looney Tunes, and Gaston, can be transformed as well, as we also said before.

The company has to learn as well that it needs and ask for a license, if it wants to use our intellectual properties. We recommend to ask us for consulting in both cases.
News Corporation: On the 23rd of July 2012, the media company has announced a collaboration with the communications holding company AT&T that wants to create digital products like a tablet computer with mobile connectivity and services to the field of education after we publicated exactly this information with the intelliTablet Announcement One Tablet Per Child (OTPC) and One Pad Per Child (OPPC/OP²C) #2 of the 19th of July 2012. The problem is that it wants to use the system of the education company Wireless Generation, which was not harrnessed but simply said stolen from our website (see its case above). Said this, the media company and its collaboration have already conducted a copyright infringement as well which seems to become worse in the next future. British Broadcasting Corporation: That serious criminal media company reported this time about a robot that should pass the so-called mirror test. We already explained with the Clarification of the 13th of November 2008 that "With OntoLinux a robot is able to achieve 100% in mirror image cognition", because our Ontologic System (OS), Hightech Operating System (HOS), and n-Dimensional Operating System (nDos) OntoLinux has the the system immanent feature of reflection and self-awareness, as explained in The Proposal, and spatial reasoning, as an nDOS, by its design, which we also developed exactly to easily master this mirror test, and so it is no wonder that we can prove its superior capabilities with its model and even without using a real robot, doubtlessly and obviously. And we even do it in such an amazing and fascinating way which is totally beyond the scope of the typical science and media fraudsters, and includes methods based on appearance, motion, or/and whatever concept is wanted. Until today nobody has seen nor understood what an ingenious master piece OntoLinux by C.S. truly is. Clarification
In the fields of software engineering we would like to clarify that reflection is not introspection, and surely not dynamic linking at runtime by for example a plug-in system.
We demand once again that open source software projects who are wrongly confusing these terms and are also talking about reflection in the field of pixelating, illuminating, and 3D software to correct this mistake, and to immediately stop the stealing of our website content of OntoLinux, specifically the webpage Components and its description of our OntoScope software component, by phrases like e.g. "reflection and component system", "modern dynamic type system that allows every component of the system to be inspected and used dynamically at runtime", "highly modular scene system", "quite universal", and "living creature that evolves", besides many other text passages and other intellectual properties. We do not need clones.
OntoLinux Further steps
In our OntoScope software component is the 3D content creation suite Blender with its 3D modeler already implicitly referenced by the link to the framework Mekensleep Underware, and Blender has the physics simulation library Bullet with both rigid body dynamics and soft body dynamics built-in. But for using Bullet with the OntoScope we can directly use the osgBullet library for the OpenSceneGraph (OSG) library as well.

Ontonics and OntoLinux Further steps
We are looking at two projects and their source code, which are the privacy-aware, personally-controlled social network service Diaspora and the microblogging service StatusNet, in relation to and for an eventual integration with our Social Web Services, Fireplace, Castle in the Cloud, School in the Cloud, and Cloud Operating System (COS) architecture Boot to Web, as well as our Hightech Operating System (HOS) OntoLinux.
For a citizen network each single citizen, public and private institution, company, association, and so on gets at least one initial account with the postal adresse as the label. The initial password is given by the related offices, which for example is for persons the local residents' registration office, for companies the tax office, and for most of the other entities the town hall. Public institutions should directly contact its trusted social network service provider. Further accounts can be created freely, and can be easily linked in the same way as the already existing accounts at further social network and mircoblogging services.

We added the information about the techniques of the integral imaging and the usage of a microlens array to the description of our Multi-Layer/Stacked Display (MLD), though our solution does not depend on these techniques.
Investigations::Multimedia
Stream TV Networks: It is very likely that the company wants to steal our 3D display technologies of the Multi-Layer/Stacked Display (MLD) and especially the Very High Resolution Display (VHRD) with one layer by making marketing only. This impression has arisen by the fact that it is following our publications of technical informations with its changing technical descriptions given with its marketing. In detail, it presented at a consumer electronics exhibition at the be- ginning of the year 2011 a 3D TV that had a resolution of 1080p and used an autostereoscopic technology called 3T or 3T1 without giving technical details about the functioning, but we found out that the exhibited technology works with backlight displays and a microlens array that covers the standard display, which shows viewers up to 9 images, each with a slightly different angle on the scene. Indeed, this is not revolutionary, as claimed, but seems to be only one of the classic autostereoscopic techniques called integral imaging. It acted in the same way at the same exhibition in the year 2012 with the same technology then called Ultra-D. In the last weeks it changed its description before the start of another large consumer electronics exhibition and also exchanged the display that has now a resolution of 2160p. Recently, its partner company Hisense explained as well that the Ultra-D technology manipulates the image in consecutively planes, which led to the assumption by an online magazine that it does not work with an array of small lenticular lenses anymore. Fur- thermore, the use of some very special and not so common technical keywords on its website prove that it does know our websites and technologies. Besides this, making true 3D images out of existing 2D images is not really possible without additional informations about the related scenes.

British Broadcasting Corporation: That serious criminal media company thinks it has found a new legal trick for damaging our company by manipulated reports, but this is not the case, because that company is still responsible for all of its publicated content. In detail, it has published several reports about products and services that doubtlessly are based on the contents of our websites, our products, and our services, and follow the same pattern: At first, it gives some information about a reported item, then some informations follow that point already to our related items, and finally one or two analysts are quoted who talk about our actings and items, obviously, but do not name them as well and also try to play our achievements down. Alone in the last days we had on the 26th of August 2012 the case with a display technology that is related with our Very High Resolution Display (VHRD) (see the case of the media company in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 26th of August 2012), and yesterday the case of a camera powered by an operating system that is based on the Linux® kernel and in this way is related with our System Ontoscope Series Nano and Double Nano, specifically in this investigative case with the Ontoscope Nano I models 3. Eye and Golden Eye (see the Ontoscope Further steps of the 23rd, 25th, and 28th of December 2011), and the case of a tablet computer that features a 20" display that can be laid flat on a table like a pad, which without any doubts was only said for distracting the attention away from our P@d concept, and then be used by 2 children, for example, which is a story derived from photos of the design study called XO-2 with its folding two sheet/dual-touchscreen technology by the One Laptop per Child organization, which we showed with the intelliTablet Further steps on the 30.April.2010, and which points directly to our larger models iTablet Pq32-1.6 and iTablet Pq64-1.66 with its two 20.2" displays by intelliTablet. Said this, it is absolutely clear that that serious criminal media company still holds back important informations for its readers and viewers, and has not stopped to support other criminals on the side of manufacturers and now on the side of consultancies as well. If all is taken together, then it is clear that the media company has not found a legal trick, but quite contrary proved a further time its criminal energy, how high its criminal energy is, and that its criminal energy has increased.

Clarification
All of our displays, televisions, projectors, and further imaging technologies can be powered by a wireless energy link and could also get the data by the same system, like e.g. our WRPL and our BEL.

We added the new projects called:
Beamed Energy Stove/Laser Stove 2:48 CEST and
2D to Wave-Field (2D2WF) 11:35 CEST
to the Innovation-Pipeline.
We also added to the description of our concept WREL/WRPL@Home as further examples the smart remote control, the television, specifically for 3D displaying, the projector, and our other image display technologies.
In the same way, we added to the description of our concept BEL/BPL@Home as further examples the smart remote control and our other image display technologies.
In addition, we made clear that both wireless power transmission technologies, our wireless (resonant) power/energy link and our beamed energy link, can also be used for the transmission of data, as it was always the case, and as the secret third advantage of our wireless resonant power link.
Investigations::Multimedia
British Broadcasting Corporation: Today, that serious criminal media company published a report about an already convicted company in the field of gaze tracking (see the cases of that media company and of the company Tobii in the Investigations::Multimedia Human Machine Interface Special of the 13th of July 2012). In this relation, it repeated once again all technical solutions that are protected by our copyright (see once again the Investigations::Multimedia Human Machine Interface Special of the 13th of July 2012), which in fact does not change the legal issues. In this conjunction, we would like to mention our related Smart Remote Control and that one of its specialized versions features gaze control, a display, a wireless data connectivity, and for sure a connection to a wireless power link. Furthermore, it reported about a company by claiming that "For its part, [a company] is developing a reputation for showing off futuristic concept designs." like "a "completely wireless" TV" despite that its knows very well that the manufacturer does nothing else than to copy our concepts and to infringe our copyright, as it can be seen with our concept WREL@Home and our Pad Computers, for example. Besides this, we would like to clarify that it is already realized since more than 2 years to transmit data as well over the same wireless energy/power link, as we do it besides using the WLAN technology. For misleading and confusing the public even further, that media company also tried to mix our wireless power transmission technologies wireless (resonant) power link and beamed energy link, though both function differently.
Thank you very much for clarifying the case even more by presenting more evidences. Besides this, we have now as well a further evidence that that serious criminal media company infringes our copyright as well.

We demand the Italian prosecutors and further prosecutors to take actions against D.A. Chipperfield, as well as N. Foster, J. Herzog, P. de Meuron, and all other participants of the 13th International Architecture Exhibition 2012 in Venice, Italy, that have stolen intellectual proprerties from our websites owned by C.S. for misleading the public about the original source of creation, immediately.
