We have renamed the project SuperHybrid into Multi-Fuel Cell be- cause this fits better with our related general fuel cell technolo- gies.
Furthermore, due to the fact that we had publicated only the description of the direct version of the SuperHybrid technology, which is now called Direct Multi-Fuel Cell, we also added to our Innovation-Pipeline the related project:

Indirect Multi-Fuel Cell.

Under the now unused name SuperHybrid we have added a new general fuel cell concept to our Innovation-Pipeline which is called:

Yesterday we presented new fuel cell and hybrid technologies but were having all the time still problems with the chosen names. So today we try again to give some projects better describing names and beg for pardon due to this confusion.
In detail we have renamed the following projects in the following ways:

Indirect SuperHybrid became Indirectly Converting Fuel Cell,

Multi-Fuel SuperHybrid became Converting Multi-Fuel Cell and

Clarification

Government of the B.R.D.: The german chancellor praised during the ceremonial act the access of the largest german manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles into the market of the electric car. Translated into English she said "I see here for the first time that it really takes shape". Furthermore, she mentioned that this would be a true step into the future and that she hopes very much that germ- any could make up the leeway that occurred in the field of battery technologies (for which she with her political party and its support- ers are responsible for). Especially with the last sentence she con- firmed also the ignorant attitude against the Christian Stroetmann GmbH and its business unit Style of Speed™ as well as the whole family of its owners. Moreover, by this acting it becomes a further time obvious, that the german Nationalsozialistische Staatssicher- heitliche Union (NSU) pays court to serious criminal companies.
In this conjunction she also assured at the same time, that in the future the federal government will increasingly invest into education and research as well, despite all cost-cutting programs. We will see.

Bayerische Motorenwerke: A manager of that criminal car and motorcycle manufacturer claimed that a newly founded plant would be the first in the B.R.D. that produces electric vehicles in series. But the plant will be built in the next year and there is also the corp- oration Hotzenblitz Mobile that has already produced 120 electric vehicles. Furthermore, it was said that the produced chassis and exterior parts could be used as well for other models that have a combustion engine, which means nothing else than that the compa- ny is not truly standing behind the electric mobility strategy by the german government and wants only to be prepared for further steal- ing of properties owned by other entities. As such the ceremony two days ago must be seen as a marketing hoax by that company and the german political union NSU.

Suzuki: For a commercial that company has stolen contents of our websites for the phrase "Trendsetter unter den City-Flitzern==trend- setter under the city sportsters", which is based on the story we created with our E-City™ Sportsters™ by Style of Speed™, our "We set trends™" slogan, and the trademarks City Speeder™, City Sport- ster™, City Streaker™ and City Scooter™, and in this way an unam- biguous infringement of our copyright by its german subsidiary.

Generations Car: That company has jumped on the bandwagon of our E-Muscle™ cars by Style of Speed™.

Advanced Mechanical Products: That company has copied the concept of our conversion of the Volkswagen→Porsche Boxster to the Electric Sports Car™ (ESC) Raptor Speedster including the pric- ing of the conversion that would be around 25,000 USD.

Investigations::Multimedia

yDreams and European Space Agency: That company and the ag- ency collaborated and created a wearable computer that is simply the MIThril wearable computing platform (see the section iRaiment, Wearable computer of the webpage Links to Hardware on the web- site of OntoLinux™) with at that time actual hardware. What in the end busted that collaboration is the fact that it also cloned our label for the name of its wearable computer clone by naming it i-garment, which for sure sounds like iRaiment™ (igarment was also a favorite name for our business division but we took iRaiment). Without a doubt, the goal was to imitate us as much as possible for obstruct- ing us and for being prepared for further stealing from our business division iRaiment™. Convicted!!!™

yDreams: We also found on its website a description of a software that integrates the technique of Augmented Reality (AR) with the field of physics and as such was stolen as well from the website of our Ontologic System®™ (OS) and Hightech Operating System (HOS) OntoLinux™ (see the component Ontoscope™ which actually is based on the software libraries ARToolKit and ODE - Open Dynam- ics Engine). Convicted!!!™

Open Innovations: That defrauding company has stolen our vision and our related concept of the worldwide thinnest touchscreen (see the Original vs. Inspiration of the 17th of January 2008 and of the 7th of January 2010, and compare this also with the case of Nicolas Negroponte and Yves Behar in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 7th of January 2010). Convicted!!!™

Mac Funamizu: On the first look he seems to be a highly creative inventor and designer, but the second look proves clearly that most of the time he is only jumping on bandwagons and attempting to steal concepts of other persons like C.S.. Busted and maybe even convicted!!!™

René Woo-Ram Le: The exterior of his concept of a video camera projector looks like our mobile game console Ontoscope Junior™, also known as Ontoboy™ and Ontogirl™ (see also the Ontoscope Further steps of the 27th of March 2010).

Matthew Clark: He thought to be clever by stealing the concept of our Ballonscope™ with the only difference that he uses actually a camera which has only one lens and as such is no 3D (video) cam- era. Convicted!!!™

Martin Frey: We do not know exactly why there are some highly familiar concepts, like for example a multimedia watch and a concept with three moving spheres that C.S. has sketched several years be- fore him, and an extremely suspicious relation to a german universi- ty in south germany. We keep this case under further investigation.

Trend Hunter: We do not know fwiw but that online magazine has massively stolen contents from our website, acted and is still acting in a highly unpleasant way to mislead the public away from the true sources of innovations and trends, example given our company and C.S.. Also, the facts that from our point of view the content of its website has a very familiar structure and that as well nearly every of our speech acts, which we use because they were not commonly used before to create a difference to other persons, groups and corporations, can be found on its website is the one point, but that fraudsters who obviously have stolen from us contents, concepts and technologies are presented by using our website contents to give its readers the wrong impression of artists, creative folks, in- ventors and so on, and to skew the facts is just only criminal and definitely not funny. That only defrauding and stealing company Google has to explain how its Java Virtual Machine (VM) called Dalvik VM and the related converter from .class to .dex format were implemented and made compatible with the Java high level code without using Intellectual Properties (here IP) related with the programming language Java. One of maybe the most important issues is that the Dalvik VM uses its own library built on a subset of the JavaSE (Standard Edition) class library called Apache Harmony, which the related license by the company Sun Microsystems restricts to use on mobile devices, and that the general Apache License v2 forces the contributor to license the IP along with the code, but only the IP that the contrib- utor owns. This means in the end that the company Google can not give away stuff the company Oracle→Sun Microsystems owns, obvi- ously, and indeed there exist as well some very interesting patents that are owned by the company Sun Microsystems and contain even more general claims. And if the company Sun Microsystems holds other patents to keep up the pressure for pushing its Java (open source) license strategy through the market, then this isn't only leg- al but even more clever than expected. Furthermore, Oracle is allow- ed to say this and that, and even has to change its opinions if it is advantageous for itself. At the end the patents and the licenses count.
What that company Google is saying and claiming is obsolete or only nonsense (e.g. paragraphs 7 through 22 of the counterclaim).
Btw.: We haven't looked but, is the whole source code of its Linux distribution for Mobile Devices™ released as promised? Actually the answer is no! So this is another fact that clearly shows that Google is the bad company and Sun Microsystems is the good one, because they licensed some parts of the Java programming language under an open source license. Also, in every field that company Google is tearing down every law and every said and unsaid rule as part of its business strategy.

Investigation

Government of the B.R.D.: Since several years the government of the B.R.D. leaded by the political party Christlich Demokratische Un- ion, also know as Nationalsozialistische Sicherheitsstaatliche Union, is refusing to fulfill the given order by the sovereign, the people.

Bertelsmann: In a highly manipulated survey the foundation of that highly criminal company asked german persons, who don't know the true facts, about the correlation between education and criminal acting. For sure, as a result by scientific research, as it was claimed but wasn't scientific in any way, it was presented the nonsense that there is definitely the relation that a lower level of education means a higher rate of criminality. That's definitely wrong. Everybody who is informed does know that the white-collar crimes as well as the already by us proved serious crimes by german universities, national agencies, research institutes and their partners in the industries by the best educated persons are producing a much higher damage by their criminal actings as the uneducated groups in modern societies. So the true relation is: The higher the education the higher the damage by criminal acting. As such the survey must be seen as the usual attempt to manipulate the public by that criminal company and most possible the polititcal parties Christlich Demokratische Union and Christlich-Soziale Union, because it wants to push its not work- ing education and research strategy through.

German universities, research institutes, research companies and national agencies: German universities, research institutes, research companies and national agencies, most to mention are all technical universities, research institutes like the Fraunhofer Institute and the Max-Planck-Gesellschaft, research companies like the Deutsches Forschungszentrum f�r K�nstliche Intelligenz GmbH, the Institut f�r Mobilfunk und Satellitentechnik GmbH and all research companies in the field of automotive, as well as national agencies like the Deut- sches Zentrum f�r Luft- und Raumfahrt, still don't want to accept the fact that they acting in a serious and organised criminal way, if they sell research services and intellectual properties that they have stolen before from other german companies, especially from our ger- man subsidiary, the Christian Stroetmann GmbH. The competitive situation between the named entities of education and research on one side and the companies on the other side is evident, but the re- sponsible ministry is refusing to create a clear structure since many years, because it even created and still supports this situation. The same situation between non-profit companies and conventional companies as well as the resulting problems, for example the subsid- ization of jobs by tax money and the need for taxation of the rend- ered works, are already discussed in the field of craft enterprises.

ARD, ZDF, ORF, and SRG SSR→3sat: That television channel inter- viewed a philosopher who had said before neither something about politics at all nor about the new movement of the development of the democracy as it could be seen especially by demonstrations against the anti-democratic actings by the political party Christlich Demokratische Union and its little partner Christlich-Soziale Union. ProSiebenSat.1 Media: That criminal media company is still making product placement, as it can be seen for example in every part of the broadcast TV Total. Furthermore, sport events like stock car racing or sliding on woks through a bobsled run are created as the camouflage for infomercials lasting for hours. Besides these facts, that broadcaster is also still using contents of our websites for its television channels.

In many of the last issues we have talked about the different pod designs by the racing teams and now we can see that consensus by some teams is emerging in this field, as it can be seen in every high style and speed sport like offshore, car, horn sled and wheeled walk- er racing, ice speed skating, street luging, and so on. In detail, while several racers and teams do prefer to take tub or go-kart like architectures some others favor the classic pod design derived from a shoping cart.
In conjunction with this insight and the shown image by a privately funded U.S.American pod racing team we have to clarify that the regulations of the Pod and Swoop Racing League do not make the obligation to have number plates with numbers or letters, but the team signature must be painted on the pod for better identification, which can even be one colour only. Furthermore, a team flag is man- datory, but no helmet. Also, paddock girls, boys and aliens are al- ways welcomed by the fans, sponsors and organizers, while wheels are a no-go, definitely.

Bauer Media Group→Auto Zeitung: That magazine reported on its website that a top secret future idea, which is not so top secret for our readers, comp- rises the new approach in the luxury class of synergies between the marques Audi, Porsche, Bentley und Audi→Lamborghini by the manu- facturer Volkswagen. At least, it is about four new models, that all together should use the future Modularen Standardbaukasten (MSB) ==Modular Standard Construction Kit, which sounds like our Modular Chassis System™, that is equally designed for rear- and all-wheel drives. Ooops, we have already shown a result of this top secret approach with our Boxster GT and Boxster BB, as well as the Cayman GT and Cayman BB.

Motor-Talk: The online magazine reported about a 2012 version of the model Cayman by the marque Volkswagen→Porsche. We quote directly translated into English: "It is traded under the name Cayman CS for (Club Sport), 333 PS, speculated with just 100 kg less weight as the model Cayman S." "[Also,] a slightly overhauled front section is to be expected." We are sure that this report is based on the contents of the webpages of our Raptor, our Cayman GT and our Cayman BB.

Automobile: That bold automotive magazine has stolen the cont- ents of our webpages of our conversions Boxster GT, Boxster BB, Cayman GT and Cayman BB for a report with related speculative im- ages. We do quote: "[...] last-minute changes to the design encour- aged by the new bosses at Volkswagen are said to position the car more clearly. [If this rumour is true, then we will report about this case in one of the next Investigations::Car, definitely.]", "The next Boxster is not an evolution of the current model but an all-new veh- icle. Its cab- forward design looks quite different, and this theme was indeed essential for the much crisper and sportier proportions [SuperGotcha!!! We have mentioned the usage of the term e-motion in the past (see the case of Volkswagen and subsidiaries in the Investigations::Car #156 of the 15th of September 2009). Now we also would like to document that on an image that shows an electric version of the model e up! by the marque Volkswagen on that two signs were plac- ed which look like "e•motion" and the high voltage warning sign. Be- sides that it seems to be that the stealing of our marketing stories was continued, this acting would also damage all of our trademarks that contain the term emotion and are related with vehicles that have an electric drive, and all logos/signs that look like E•.

TechArt: Without doubt, that company must steal from us to hide its incompetences. And as we could find out now this was again the case with a conversion of the model Panamera named "..GT" in re- spect to our creation of the concept of a GT race car based on the model Panamera and its worldwide first versions, the Pan RSR and the Panamera BB, by us from Style of Speed™. Like shown with our concept and the related models the presented conversion by that company features as well a large rear spoiler, an exceptional rear diffusor and a bonnet, which is mix of the two bonnets we've shown with the images of the Dodge Viper SRT-10 and Ford Mustang Air Force X1, and was done in the same way by another tuning compa- ny. Moreover, for the V8 engine that company offers an engine bay cover with red accents. This has to be seen in relation with the en- gine images that we have shown on the webpages of the Boxster GT and Cayman GT.
Can the reader see what that company will steal the next time?

Wiesmann: Some models got new engines with twin-turbo. For sure, this is a reaction to our models Boxster GT and Cayman GT.

Rolex: After we saw several unpleasant actings in the past and that the company is stealing more and more we decided to start the documentation of them. In an online advertisement the company stated "Celebrating innovation in the next generation". For sure, it has something in common with our business divisions like Ontonics™ and OntoLinux™.

Government of the B.R.D.: Since six years now, the government of the B.R.D. is still refusing to abolish the so called Volkswagen Law as it is stipulated by the European Union.

Volkswagen: This time that company has taken our slogans "Immer voraus™==Always ahead™", "Two steps ahead™", "Idee.Design. Quality™", "Idee.Style.Qualit�t™" and "Idee und Innovation™" for the slogan "Mehr als eine Idee voraus==More than one idea ahead", which was said in one of its last commercials. Furthermore, mislead- ing statements claimed that it had the idea of the most efficient en- gine (see the webpage of the model Lupo R by Style of Speed™) and of the most innovative assistance systems of our times (see our Hightech Operating System (HOS) OntoLinux™, and for example the Sneak previews #1 and #2 of the capabilities of our AutoSemantic:: Car solution that we have presented on the 13th of March 2008 and 15th of May 2008). While the statement about the idea with the most efficient engine is partly true, but only from the historical point of view, the claim about the assistance systems is not. Also import- ant to mention is the fact that we've surpassed the company with our visions, ideas, concepts and technologies, as we already said before and proved the last four years.

Volkswagen and Hoffmann + Kippler: We found the company that delivered the touch-sensitive surface technology for the steering wheels that were stolen by the manufacturer for some of its con- cepts of vehicles with Purely Electric™ drivetrains, like the clone e-tron of our RE™ - The Original (see also the case of Hoffman + Kippler in our Investigations::Multimedia of today).

Volkswagen and Vector: At first we wondered why we haven't found the manufacturer Volkswagen in the Linux® based Moblin In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) initiative (see the Investigations::Car #277 and Multimedia Linux based In-Vehicle Infotainment Special of the 31st of July 2010). Then we found the message that Volkswagen holds on to the Media Oriented Systems Transport (MOST) bus and by this to that already convicted company Vector, which we found by that as well already convicted fake company Ontoprise of the as well already convicted technical university in Karlsruhe, which is fully supported by the as well already convicted federal minister for edu- cation and research.
Btw.: It looks like M. Winterkorn and his team members U. Hacken- berg, R. Stadler, S. Winkelmann and many others, but also many external suppliers have been busted. Entweder es wird bezahlt oder ihr verzieht euch ganz schnell!

General Motors: On its website we found the slogan "The #1 [...] Vehicle Manufacturer.". #1™

Nissan: And once again, a slogan was used for a commercial that ended with "[...] mehr Style"=="[...] More Style™" (see also as a good starting point the Investigations::Car #278 of the 2nd and #281 of the 20th, both of August 2010).

Siemens: For an online advertisement that highly criminal and so many times convicted company has again stolen contents from our websites. In conjunction with the reduction of carbon dioxide it is talked about a "City Jungle", which reminds us of the "Minifigure Urban Jungle" series by C.S. presented the first times on the 21st of March and 6th of April in 2009, but also the E-City™ cars series. Furthermore, a question in the advertisement was answered with "It can" (compare with the end of the webpage of our E-SUV™ model Can™).

A company from south germany: A bold little company from south germany, which produces in-wheel electric motors for wheel chairs, thought to be clever to register the logo/sign e-motion. We already gave our answer to this acting with the Comment of the Day on the 19th of this month.

ProSiebenSat.1 Media→Kabel eins: To prove again the criminal nature of that media company, we have to document two reports that were shown on its television channel Kabel eins. The first report is about the build-up of a roadster with the label "MF3 [Why was not the model MF4 or MF5 taken? 3 Theme!", "343", "extrafein", "3000" and so on. At the end of the report a roadster painted in metallic gray and fitted with Volkswagen→Porsche RS Spyder like rims as we have shown with this image of the Boxster GT in the Spyder version by Style of Speed™ was shown explicitly instead of the black paint- ed car that was build-up (see also the case of Wiesmann in the In- vestigations::Car #298 of the 17th of this month).
In the second report it was said the following: "Bulli [This sounds like the pronunciation of the HTML code •E for •E™.]", "T3 [Again, like in the first report: Why was not the model T4 or T5 taken? 3 Theme!]", "3 mm", "3 Schrauben==skrews", "3 mm", "3 Schichten== layers", "TDI" "Schaltbox [Instead of the correct german term Schalt getriebe==gear box was taken. Microsoft: We are investigating if the actings by that highly crim- inal and only stealing company, which we have documented many times (see the list below), were not only done for stealing our cont- ents, concepts and technologies, but also our show without having any intensions to ever realize the announced stolen products and services. The frist results show clearly that we have here more evidences of its massive criminal actings. One example is the case about the claimed integration of the OpenStreetMap in its internet search engine (see the Investigations::Multimedia of the 11th of August 2010). We haven't looked closely, but after visiting other websites we wondered that its map service shows a totaly different material which definitely doesn't come from the OpenStreetMap pro- ject. Furthermore, we are investigating if universities, which are su- pported by that defrauding company, are stealing as well the show only in the field of location-based applications. Other cases are in the field of hardware were devices of other companies are marketed under its own label "Microsoft" for supporting those manufacturers that are installing its operating systems on their devices like for ex- ample smartphones and tablet computers. And we are still watching at the further highly suspicious actings by that company in other fields of technology as well as the illegal protection of that criminal company by modern governments, which we have already docum- ented.

After Steven Hawkins (see the Investigations::Culture of the 4th of September 2010), the scientists at the Singularity Institute for Artificial Intellig- ence, and all the others, we only waited for Sir Roger Penrose and a work like his new book "Cycles of time". In this conjunction the me- dia company published two reports with one of them titled "Big Bang follows Big Bang follows Big Bang" (see the image "Evidence" by C.S.). We do make quotes out of the second report: "[...] analysis of this cosmic microwave background showed echoes of previous Big Bang-like events.", "The events appear as "rings" around galaxy clu- sters [...]", "[...] have something else which does what [cosmologic- al] inflation does [...]", "[...] remote future of the previous aeons somehow becomes the Big Bang of our aeon [...]", "[...] "conformal cyclic cosmology" (CCC) [...] [That's the typical jumping on band- wagons by Penrose. 3 Cs like 3 Theme?!]", "[...] precludes the need to institute a theoretical beginning to the Universe [...] [see the Co- mment of the Day of the 9th of May 2009]", "[...] found what they believe is evidence of events that predate the Big Bang, and that support CCC [...]", "[...] supermassive black holes at [the vast gala- xies'] centres would have merged [...] [see the Image of the Day of the 8th of May 2009]", "[...] the rings - representing unexpected order in a vast sky of disorder - represent pre-Big Bang events [...] [see the logo of Ontologics, which is a fractal and in this way also related with the interplay of chaos and order besides many other things as we already have explained]", "[...] revolutionary theory [...]", "In the standard Big Bang model, there's nothing cyclic [...] [see again the logo of Ontologics and try to find the other circles]", ""The philosophical question that's sensible to ask is "what came before the Big Bang?"; and what they're striving for here is to do away with that "there's nothing before" answer by making it cyclic- al." Nice attempt to describe and sell our works, but the Universe is even more crazy (see also the Investigations of the 24th of this month above).
It seems to be, that we have created again some momentum. This time in the field of cosmology.

Ontonics and Style of Speed Further steps
It was mentioned the first time in the Ontonics and Style of Speed Further steps on the 21st of October 2008 and the long-eared al- ready know it since two weeks: We have begun with the working on the next version of our 0 Gravity™ technologies in compliance with the advices and results given by the NASA in the field of Break- through Propulsion Physics. Despite we have yet no description of this amazing technology, we do feel exactly how it has to look like following the actually accepted laws of physics. And no, we don't apply coronal/ion winds, for sure, because concepts that move air molecules without using moving parts belong to our 0 Gravity 2.0 solutions, like coronal blowers/lifters.

Investigations::Robotics

Rheinische Post: Due to the fact that we don't read any more that daily Nazipaper it tries to keep up the pressure of its mobbing by publicating in its television magazine for example interviews about defrauding self-exposers (see the Investigations::Culture of the 22nd of October 2010) or our robotics technologies (see the Invest- igations::Robotics, and Avionics and Aerospace of the 18th of this month), but for sure without telling the public about the true source of the statements and intellectual owner of the technologies, C.S. and his company Christian Stroetmann GmbH. This time it reported about a service robot by a company from south germany which is tested by a company from Monkey's Village in one of its branch of its large supermarket chain. The robotics company with its products is watched since several years by us and is kept under a steady inve- stigation, because it steals directly our technology or uses knowingly technology that was stolen from us, especially by the universities in Munich and Karlsruhe, and several other already many times convict- ed research institutes (see for example the cases Technical Univer- sity Munich, Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, University of the Bundeswehr Munich, Max-Planck Institute of Neurobiology and Ger- man Center of Aerospace (Deutsches Zentrum f�r Luft- und Raum- fahrt), as well as Technical University Munich, and Deutsches For- schungszentrum f�r K�nstliche Intelligenz GmbH in the Investigations ::AI and Knowledge management, and Robotics of the 24th of Sep- tember 2010).

What the group behind WikiLeaks does is just only investigative journalism, and no criminal acting or terrorism as long as there is no proof that they have stolen the documents. And as harder the reactions by the politicians and the establishment are, the better is the quality of the results.

The real problem is not that Google or Microsoft have illegally ex- ploited their positions, because nearly every large company does it as a normal part of its business strategy and often they are even supported by governments to do so.

General: Interesting how often our slogan "It works™" is used worldwide.

Government of the B.R.D.: Auf einmal wollen die NSU und FDP mehr Steuergelder in die nationale und Europ�ische Raumfahrt investieren, obwohl der Bundeswirtschaftsminister zwar nur M�rchen erz�hlt aber noch nicht einmal von Peterchens Mondfahrt tr�umt. Zun�chst einmal die erste Frage dazu: Woher sollen die zus�tzlichen 200 Millionen Euro kommen? Und dann die zweite Frage: Wird das zus�tzliche Geld wieder nur verwendet um Technologien von anderen Personen, Gruppierungen und Unternehemen wie unserem zu stehlen, wie es bereits in der Vergangenheit �fters getan wurde und wir auch teilweise dokumentiert haben?
Zus�tzlich wurde auch ein Interview von einem Ex-Astronauten ver�ffentlicht, der jetzt an der kriminellen technischen Universit�t (TU) in M�nchen lehrt und das Strategiepapier der Regierung kritisiert. Dabei z�hlt er nat�rlich unsere Raumfahrtprojekte, wie etwa die unbemannte oder bemannt Mondfahrt als auch Weltraumtourismus, fast komplett auf und behauptet dann noch frech, dass es keine Glanzlichter im Strategiepapier der Regie- rung g�be, gem�� dem Motto wir Kriminellen wollen die Projekte der Christian Stroemann GmbH und ihrer Gesch�ftseinheit Style of Speed stehlen, also schreibt es in euer Strategiepapier und schachert uns das Geld daf�r zu. Genau so haben diese Schwerkriminellen ja schon den einen Teil von OntoLinux gestohlen, was nat�rlich "noch lange nicht in trockenen T�chern ist", so dass sich weder die Schavan noch irgendeine Universit�t, ein Forschungsinstitut oder ein Zentrum in M�nchen, Garching oder sonst wo in Sicherheit zu wiegen braucht. Und von wegen es fehlt ein Glanzlicht: Was wir seit fast 12 Jahren inoffiziell und seit 7 Jahren offiziell mit unserer Gesch�ftseinheit Style of Speed pr�sentieren ist nicht ein Glanzlicht, sondern ein Kronglanz- leuchter, und offenbart selbstverst�ndlich eindrucksvoll und gnaden- lose die eigentlich unglaublichen fachlichen als auch sozialen Inkom- petenzen der betr�gerischen Gruppierungen. Und wer ehrlich ist wird zugeben, dass einige Maschinchen der ESA auch nicht so schlecht sind. Aber das bedeutet �berhaupt nicht, dass der Zweck die Mittel heiligt.

Spin Master: That bold toy manufacturer thinks it is clever to use our website contents and damage our trademarks for its technical products. One example is a small vehicle that has a label that cont- ains "Air Hogs Laser Zero Gravity" (compare this with the labels Hawk•E™, Hawk 333™ and 0 Gravity™) and features an advanced Venturi suction system that works a bit like a vacuum cleaner. With- out doubt, the latter points directly to our Active Diffusor™ and its webpage contents. Furthermore, the slogan "Das Leben bekommt Fl�gel==The life gets wings" is used, which points to the end of the section Human Enhancement and Cyborgs on the webpage Terms of the 21st Century of the website of OntoLinux™. The small car is "re- motely controlled by shining a laser dot in front of the vehicle which will automatically follow it, whether it�s driving around on the floor or defying gravity by driving on the walls". First of all, the company is misleading heavily the public and its customers, because suddenly it is claimed that the transmitter doesn't apply a Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation (LASER), but only an infrared Light-Emitting Diode (LED). And even the explanation with the infrared LED is somehow again nonsense due to the fact that infrared light don't produce a red dot on a surface that can be seen by humans as it was shown in its commercial. The public is misled a second time, be- cause the vehicle does not defy gravity, but is only applying the physical concept of moving molecules of the air. Said these, that company is acting in a criminal way, because it uses intellectual properties that is owned by others, and is advertising and selling a product with a specification that is not true. Sorry kids, but: There are no laser and no zero gravity.
