At first, we named our conversion of the model up! by the manu- facturer Volkswagen as up! super! (see the related Announcement of the 24th of June 2008), and then we renamed it to up! R (see the Further steps and also the Website update by Style of Speed of the 3rd of April 2009). After this we renamed our model up! R to Lupo R, because the manufacturer had not decided at that time how the concept car up! will be named as production car (see the Style of Speed Further steps of the 5th of April 2009). Due to the fact that Volkswagen kept the name up! in the end, we renamed our Lupo R back again to up! R.
Moreover, we also reloaded the first images of the front view of our models up! R and Cup! R, and will also publicate a new image of the rear view of the up! R.

Investigations::Car #340 Ferrari Design Special
General: Because the marque Fiat→Ferrari made a design contest again, we have looked at the most promoted works and found out that some of them need to be commented form the perspectives of the designs by the contenders and the marketing of the marque Ferrari.
Moreover, we found a further design that was made by some persons who thought to be very clever.
Jiangnan University: At least we have no doubt that the name of the car design "The Drake" was chosen in relation to the logo of Style of Speed and our trademark Drake, and not from the title of a book called "Ferrari the Drake", which in fact is a very suspic- ious case of its own. Furthermore, the basic design of the wheels was taken from our Belly Tank Lakester and the Stroetmann Wheel as shown with for example our motorcycle models #1 and #4, and our Bionic Vehicle SRacer, while its functional concept is based on our range of Active Components, like our technologies of the Active Actuator and Active Exterior. This design got the so- called Unexpected Technological Solution prize of the contest, and was also one of the acts by the marque Ferrari to steal from our marketing story of our business division Style of Speed and some of our intellectual properties. Convicted!!!
Btw.: Our Active Wheels/Shape Morphing Wheels developed many years ago are even more progressive and more fascinating.
Samir Sadikhov: His car design study features Active Wing in- lets, and is said to be "pure" and "modern", as well as "a synthesis of its technological knowledge and its sporting experience". For sure, the one line description was derived and copied from the webpage of our model B!. Convicted!!!
Marko Petrovic: He describes his design study as "a futuristic elec- tric vehicle that proposes a new aesthetic approach inspired by the architecture world. Taking inspiration from the architecture field, where new projects often push the boundaries of possible [(see the sculpture "Skyscraper #1" that we presented as a fraction of the design concepts of skyscrapers on the 2nd of August 2008, for ex- ample)], Marko envisions an approach based on the use of different shapes [(see for example one of our outstanding new icons of mod- ern automotive design, our model D!)], optical illusions (with mat- erials and colors) [(see the logos of the OntoLab, The Lab of Vis- ions, Ontonics and OntomaX)] and complex forms, complex look [(take a look on our model D! once again)], combined in a bal- anced and proportioned whole – almost a "mechanical" version of the human body [(this is a very familiar metapher used by us)]". We also found on the related poster statements like: "more horse power [... and] more battery power [Compare this with the contents of the webpages of our Active Motor and the model Eos BB, for examp- le.]", "alternative energy sources [See the section Energy Generat- ion, Storage and Management of the webpage of our Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics.]", "design + safety (protection)", "new tech- nologies & materials [Like Buckypaper, a thin sheet made from an ag- gregate of carbon nanotubes, which obviously references our Magic Snow/Bucky Tubes.]", "new desires & dreams [Shown with this phrase is a baby and three clouds as an abstraction of thinking (see The Proposal and the image "Evidence" by C.S.).]". We think that it has become totally clear who was really the original source of inspir- ation and where he has copied the contents from. His design made the second place in the design contest and is also the next one of the acts by the marque Ferrari to steal from our marketing story and some of our intellectual properties. Convicted!!!
Salvatore Simonetti, Massimiliano Petrachi, Vincenzo Morlino and Luca Zunino: The four designers, who did not attend at the design competition of the marque Fiat→Ferrari (see above) presented its concept car called EGO, that stands for Emotional Generation One in the case of the group, which is envisioned as a lightweight hypercar for the year 2025, and aims at combining extreme performances and strong emotional content with tradition and beauty. The abbreviation and its meaning, as well as the given short concept car description doubtlessly points to our Hightech Operating System (HOS) Onto- Linux and to contents of the website of our business division Style of Speed, especially to our model 9ii and the concept car EGO by the manufacturer Volkswagen that was envisioned for the year 2028 and is strongly related with our design and multimedia works, which the group took as the blueprints of its concept car. The latter can be easily seen by the facts that it shares the same name, was de- sig ed with the same era in mind, and features the same essential design elements. In detail, both EGO concepts have a similar basic design with the short overhangs at the front and the rear, like the concept car GT 90 by the manufacturer Ford and our model series D! 2008, which have already become two of the new icons of automot- ive design with their facetted exteriors some years ago. The con- cept car EGO of the designer group also features the two colour mix of the EGO by Volkswagen and our model Cayman ST, and the two vertical lines behind the door shown in the sketch of the D! 2008. It is also explained that the design project was inspired by three elem- ents: "the egg [(see the top view of another sketch of the D! and also of our Lighter Than Air Walkers, for example)], which symbolizes the self-centered concept, the car's mechanic heart, that is a cent- rally positioned V8 Biturbo [(see for example our models Boxster GT, Cayman GT, Cayman ST, and 911 V8, The 911)], and the connection between man and the machine[, which like the name points again to our HOS OntoLinux and also to our Bionic vehicles like the SRacer and the Walker]". The design study has also features like an Active Exterior with the Active Components Active Spoiler, Active Wing, Active Flaps and Active Outlets (look also at our solut- ions Active Edge and Active Diffusor). There is also made the re- mark about Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), which has became usual after the publication of the webpage of our model 962 ST. Said this, it is absolutely clear who was not only the real inspiration, but have also presented the original works: C.S. and our business divis- ion Style of Speed. By this amount of coincidences we have to say: Convicted!!!
Volkswagen: The manufacturer has presented the concept of an E-Van called eT!, which alone points directly to our model TE, The Van, that has been copied, obviously, together with a school for art and design for being extra unkind in this way as well. We can also see that the concept vehicle features our T@blet and P@d Holder supplement. By the way: The joke with the name eT! was taken from the specification given on the webpage of our spaceship concept XR-3/Lucky Dragon.
Furthermore, we found out that our model up! R, which is based on a concept of an up! GTI of the year 2009 made by a third person, has been copied before as well by the manufacturer for a large automot- ive exhibition staged in the autumn of the year 2011. For this, it has unsuccessfully tried to come around the copyright infringement and the fact of stealing our intellectual properties by naming its model GT up!, which in the same way was tried before with the Boxster Speedster and the Boxster E, that as a matter of fact is based on or even is our model Raptor Speedster, aka. Boxster ESC or simply Box- ster E.
Also, for another large automotive exhibition that started its run in the beginning of the year 2012, our Beetle-E or E-Beetle, which is based on the concept car New Beetle Ragster and was presented on the 19th of October 2009 by us, has been copied by the manu- facturer with the concept car E-Bugster, and in this way the whole marketing story of the Beetle-E/E-Beetle inclusive our trademark and the additional name of our model Bug!, the E-Bug/E-Volks- rod have been stolen as well. The design of the alloy wheels of the concept car E-Bugster was also done by closely following the de- sign of the wheel of the model shown on the webpage of our Bug!, the E-Bug and obmitting the well, which makes the case complete.
With its illegal acting/method of sneaking as close as possible to our solutions (see also the new cases of its marque Audi below) the manufacturer Volkswagen proves the validity of our whole copyright, but also that it is deliberately misleading the whole public worldwide. As a result, alone the debt for management services has risen in the last 9 months to now around 360 million euro, that the company re- fuses to pay besides our since more than 15 years unpaid royalties.
Volkswagen→Audi: The illegally made clone of our model RE, The Original, which has the same drivetrain as our other original models that belong to the same basic model platform, our Apollo Speed-E (SE) and our RE RSR, was now named on a number plate "RSe2" while on other number plates was standing at first "IN-ER [...]0" and then "IN-RE [...]1". Moreover, the clone is only shown in the same version and the same red colour as our model RE since quite some months. Furthermore, its exterior was updated a further time follow- ing our model RE by adding also the Active Exterior slot on the hood after the quick release fasteners of the hood of our version RE Street Racer STR LM have been already added in the past. Doubt- lessly, this is again one of the many clear infringements of our copy- right and proofs of its attempts to copy our business division Style of Speed. This nasty and stupid game can't be won by the manu- facturer and its marques, because too many persons have followed the whole development and so do know the facts, and that is all what we say.
Additionally, the concept car e-tron Spyder was updated to its vers- ion 2014 by stealing our "Active Wiper (needed with optional wind- shield)", [webpage B! Barchetta], with the slot on the hood in front of the windscreen/-shield. It can also be guessed that our Active Diffusor solution was stolen.
Besides this, for the models A7 and A8 by the marque an IT-service company, that has stolen an essential part of our slogans "We don't search, We find" and "We find and try", and not only in this way has deliberately damaged our company, is developing an AutoCloud /Car in the Cloud computing service. This is already another copy- right infringement by both the marque and its software service pro- vider alone, as well as by its collaboration, because it doesn't matter at all what this cloud computing service really does. We also have evidences that the government of the B.R.D., especially the ministry of education and research, is acting behind the scene by illegally us- ing tax money that does not exist.
Mazda: Its general marketing uses contents of our websites by making statements like "Pushing the Boundaries of the Emotion of Motion" and in this way is damaging our trademarks like Modern Motion, Modern Emotion, Individual Motion, Clean Motion, Creative Motion, Smart Motion, Caution Emotion, Warning Emotion, Beauty of Emotion, Active Motion, and Active Emot- ion, our logos like E•Motion, as well as our slogans like "Genius in Motion", "Powered by Emotion", "Fun of Motion", "Be in Mot- ion", "That's eMotion", "What an eMotion", "Marvel of Moti- on", and "Motion and Emotion", to name just a few, besides in- fringing our copyright.
General Motors→Opel: Besides some marketing stories, specifically related with our Fun Theme, the marque has also stolen a feature of our Active Suspension and Active Trac systems, which is their abi- lity to learn. Furthermore, it has named some systems with labels beginning with "Flex", like the said suspension system above. But if the reader might take a look at the image that shows the handlebar, the tank and the instruments of our motorcycle model #;O (Feral Riot) based on the concept motorcycle MT-OS by the manufact- urer Yamaha, then she/he will be easily able to see that the manu- facturer Yamaha and we already use the term Flex with two of our vehicles in relation with a suspension system since a much longer periode of time, so that we mention a copyright problem at this point.
Honda: For a concept super car the manufacturer has taken our Active Differential #2, The SuperArchitecture for the front axle as part of its hybrid drivetrain, as it was done before with the model 911 GT3 R Hybrid of the marque Volkswagen→Porsche. Besides this, the design of the exterior of the concept car shows some similarities at its rear and roof to the models R8 and Gallardo of the marques Volkswagen→Audi and Volkswagen→Audi→Lamborghini.
Volvo: That only stealing manufacturer has copied with some few changes the design of the rims/wheels of the concept car Golf TDI Hybrid, that a hybrid drivetrain and was created by the manufact- urer Volkswagen, for a concept car that also has a hybrid drivetrain and in addition features a blue coloured cockpit. This rims/wheels were also added by us to our range of rims/wheels some years ago. We would already call this acting at least a copyright infringement, because the intention of the company Volvo is obvious, that was to steal in this way some parts of the technical concept and the marketing story of the concept car Golf TDI Hybrid, and also of our marketing story related with aerodynamically optimized rims/wheels of Style of Speed.
Supercars.net: We do not know for what that bold acting should be good, but it publicated a report about the clone of our Beetle-E or E-Beetle that is based on our explanation given above (see the case of the manufacturer Volkswagen) and the contents given in the webpages of our models Beetle-E/E-Beetle (publicated by us on the 19th of October 2009) and Bug!, the E-Bug/E-Volksrod (publicated on the 26th of May 2010) without informing its readers about the true facts, which the editors of the website know doubt- lessly. Maybe they get money for this nasty acting. We do quote out of the report, so that our readers are best informed in opposition to their readers, and also document its copyright infringement: "[...] more power, less flower [...] [The point with the more power is a marketing story of our business division Style of Speed and told on the webpage of e.g. our model Beetle-E/E-Beetle, on which we have written "more Style, Speed and Fun" as well. The 'E' of the name signifies the vehicle's electric power, and the 'Bug' part of the name should need no explanation. [Obviously, it needs explanation very much, because at this point the editors clearly gave the proof that they know that our trademark E-Bug is an alternative name of our Bug!, the E-Bug/E-Volks- rod. But our readers already do know the true reason why they are familiar with the clone and its name. And now they do know as well that our explanation above was copied, indeed.]".

General: As it came out for a further time yesterday, the larger automotive manufacturers have prohibited its suppliers and service providers to work together with other companies. Most potentially, this is also done with research institutes even if they are financed with tax money. This already giant scandal is even more heighten- ed by the fact that the governments take part in this dirty game. Now, we also know why for example the design company Pininfarina refused to build with us one of our worlds most progressive auto- mobiles, the B!.
Volkswagen: The manufacturer has also released yesterday its press release for the clone of our Beetle-E or E-Beetle, The Orig- inal (presented by us on the 19th of October 2009), that is called E-Bugster and in this way also has stolen our trademark and alter- native name of our Bug!, the E-Bug/E-Volksrod (see the case of the manufacturer and the case of the website Supercars.net in the Investigations::Car #341 of the 10th of January 2012). Because we missed to analyze the press release, we do quote and comment the quotes for documenting the case today: "[...] an electrified Beetle! [...] The Beetle! [These statements with the exclamation mark were said in this way to damage our trademark Bug! as well after it has stolen the concept of our Beetle-E/E-Beetle and the alternative name of our model Bug! that is E Bug/E-Bug.]", "Zero emissions vehicle was conceptualized as two-seat speedster [See the webpage of our E-Beetle, The Original, to find out who has truly conceptualized what.]", "[...] fun to drive [...] [No, no, no: Fun to Drive. It seems to be that also essential elements of the interiors of our models j!, Cup! and iCup!, like e.g. the "multi-touch P@d as the easy to understand user interface for the manual and the digital handling elements", a solution that equals our "exclusive Car-X Window Syst- em", the "fully customizable Graphical User Interface (GUI) for easy handling and individualization", and even the seats with their blue lines shown with the model j!, together with the concept of the Volkswagen Pad (VW Pad), which we presented in the intelliTablet Further steps of the 21st of August 2011, have been taken as well, though the interior shown on the webpage of our model the model j! was done by a design studio of Volkswagen, but again following our actings done before, as it can be seen with the for example the supplement of our e-dashboard.

Volkswagen→Porsche: We have read a report that the marque wants to sell as an option a Brake Energy Recovery System (BERS) that uses a standard electric double-layer capacitor, aka. supercap or ultracapacitor, for a car with combustion engine. In this conjunct- ion the fact that the related model features also a torque vectoring differential is especially interesting. Said this, if the manufacturer or one of its marques uses such a BERS with a vehicle that has a hy- brid or an electric drivetrain with a torque vectoring differential, then it is stealing our solution.
Bayerische Motorenwerke: And that company continued with the stealing from our model B! based on the Fiat→Maserati Birdcage 75th designed by Pininfarina, and our models B! Barchetta, 9!, and M!, which constitute the family of the most progressive sports cars worldwide, but also from our model 9ii continues (see its re- lated cases in the Investigations::Car #101 24th of April 2009, #132 31st of July 2009, #146 30th of August 2009, #148 1st of Septem- ber 2009, #166 26th of September 2009, #190 16th of November 2009, #256 6th of May 2010, #286 18th of September 2010, #311 1st of March 2011, #320 Bayerische Motorenwerke i Special 7th of May 2011 and #337 30th of October 2011, and additionaly some of its cases in the Investigations::Car #215 12th of January 2010, #239 24th of March 2010, #250 24th of April 2010, #287 28th of September 2010, #297 6th of November 2010, #312 2nd of March 2011, #326 21st of June 2011, and #328 17th of July 2011). On a large automotive exhibition it has shown a technology which is a Head-Up Display (HUD) that uses the whole windscreen as its pro- jection surface. In fact, this is the essential technology of our glass cockpit powered by our Hightech OS (HOS) OntoLinux, which al- ways includes for example Augmented Reality (AR), and natural con- trol by speech, touch and gestures as basic technologies (see the webpages Overview and Ontologic Applications on the OntoLinux website), and described as part of the interiors of our models B!, 9! and 9ii, and as part of the exterior and interior of our model B! Barchetta. The manufacturer Volkswagen has also copied with its concept car EGO from our further development by the integration of the HUD based dashboard of the Maserati Birdcage 75th, with our e-dashboard and our HOS OntoLinux, and presented the version of the HUD with AR and without the user interface methods before, that now the manufacturer Bayerische Motorenwerke has presented as well. Due to the actings by Volkswagen mentioned above and be- cause the exterior design of the concept car EGO is a basic inspirat- ion for our model 9ii we have presented our HUD technology on the 9ii webpage as well since the 6th of April 2009, but with the ment- ioning of our invention to apply gesture control with such a HUD as well. This technology was also shown last year by the automotive supplier Pioneer copying our actings (see the case of the company Pioneer in the Investigations::Car #311 of the 1st March 2011).
Bayerische Motorenwerke→Rolls Royce: The marque made three lavish creations from Rolls-Royce's Bespoke operation and in this way has jumped again on our 3 Theme by C.S.. But it was even acting more aggressively and has stolen the upper part of our Lucky Dragon that is shown in our logo of Style of Speed for a special collection of one of its models called "Year of the Dragon Collection" and in this way has also stolen a further time one of our marketing stories. This is again a clear copyright infringement.
Furthermore, one of its electric car that was announced with every glamour and illegal methods as a car with Pure Electric drivetrain can suddenly be ordered with an optional range extender based on a turbocharged three cylinder combustion motor. This sounds somehow like our optional range extender of the model Cup! that is based on a TSI® engine by the manufacturer Volkswagen.
Donkervoort Automobielen: We do quote from a press release that was publicated in relation with the presentation of its latest model: "[...] presented the next generation of open sports cars [...] [We do not think so if we look at the webpages of our models Just 4 :) (Just For Fun ), :D (Big Fun ), and 333 ST Barchetta, to name some as examples.]", "[...] techniques directly derived from the avi- ation and aerospace industry [...] [That is a standard since more than 3 decades in our house.]", "[...] '0' [...] [This is an attempt to jump on the bandwagon of the Zero Theme by C.S..]", "[...] equipp- ed with a [...] motor, which is 30 kg lighter than the standard [a marque] variant [...] [But it is not said how light the motor is in the end, which we guess was done in this way due to the fact that our 2.8 to 3.0-liter V8 engines are still lighter and have a higher perfom- ance.]", "[...] completely of carbon composite with as unique invent- ion a one piece door (including integrated hinges), which can with- stand a sideways blow of about 1500 kilos and of which the hinges can withstand a force of more than 1100 kilos ... with a total weight of only 980 gramms!! A technique derived from the aviation industry and never before applied in a car [...] [Is this really true?]", and "Derived from the American rocket industry [...] [But as a matter of fact only the locking devices of the bonnet made out of aluminium were meant here, so it seems to be that this statement slightly mis- lead the public, somehow.]". Also very interesting is the little detail that the development of the latest car of the company was support- ed "in close collaboration" by the subsidiary Volkswagen→Audi→Quattro.
Strömen: We have found out that that company wants to copy our business. This can be already seen by its website title that tries to be as similar as possible with our website title of the Christian Stroetmann GmbH with the string "Str... International", and by the following contents of its webpage: "Automotive Architecture [...] original form [...] [This is at least a speech act stealing.]", "[...] en- hancements [...]", "[...] design-forward company, focused of exec- utive styling [...] [So, here we are already at our business division Style of Speed.]", "[...] able to utilize the most compelling materi- als the industry has to offer [...]", "Quality of design [...] [Compare this with our slogans ""High in Tech, Design, and Quality", "Innov- ation. Design. Quality", "Idea. Design. Quality", "Quality and De- sign", and "Quality by Design".]", "[...] fusion [...]", "[...] organic quality and brilliance [...]", "[...] strive to enhance original designs by providing bold and stylish parts of higher quality [...] [This points to the contents of the website of Style of Speed as well.]", "Each piece is hand drawn, digitally two and three dimensionally rendered and CAD designed [...] [Again, it took our websites as blueprints.]", and "Only the latest and finest carbon fibre [...]". We think that this business was made up by somebody who has lived or worked, or still lives or works in the B.R.D. or in the Netherlands. Do not trust it too much, because it even has neither given the true names of the re- sponsible person nor a postal addresse on its website. And yes, this company is already: Convicted!!!
Axel Springer→Auto Bild: As in the case of the clones made by the manufacturer Volkswagen and its marques from our models RE (see the cases of the magazine in the Investigations::Car #132 of the 31st of July 2009, #158 of the 17th of September 2009, and #208 of the 14th and #210 of the 19th of December 2009, as well the inve- stigative case of the subsidiary Volkswagen→Audi→Quattro in the Investigations::Car #278 of the 2nd of August 2010), B! (see its related case in the Investigations::Car #190 of the 16th of Novem- ber 2009), Raptor Speedster, and many other originals (see its cases in the Investigations::Car #169 3rd and #174 of the 12th of October 2009, #212 of the 29th of December 2009, #227 of the 12th of Feb- ruary 2010, #244 of the 5th of April 2010, for example), it has once again not told the public the truth about a further model of us, that this time is our Beetle-E or E-Beetle/E Beetle and our related Bug!, the E-Bug/E-Volksrod, in conjunction with the next clone E-Bugster presented by Volkswagen, despite it knows exactly the facts (see its convicting case in the Investigations::Car #258 of the 12th of May 2010). We have updated the webpage of our Brake Energy Recovery Sy- stems (BERSs) by listing electric double-layer capacitors as an ex- ample for standard capacitors, which indeed reflects the reality, our Jelly/Gel Air Battery as an example for our innovative accumulators, and also our AeroAccu as an example for a SuperAccu that inte- grates a supercapacitor and an accumulator. In this conjunction, statements like "The tricorder that was used by Spock and Bones inspires a vision of what healthcare will be like in the future.", "It will be wireless, mobile and minimally, or non-invasive.", "It may use digital imaging, it may be sequencing your DNA on the spot to tell you if you are allergic to something you just ate.", and "It's not a single point solution. all these facts are known by the organizer, the X Prize Foundation, and the sponsor, the company Qualcomm, which is proved by the facts that they even led to the announcement, presentation and marketing of the related prize, as well as by third parties, e.g. gov- ernments, research institutes, other companies, medical practition- ers, and private persons since several years, and
the announcement is made on international platforms, e.g. the World Wide Web and large exhibitions, which means that as a matter of fact our copyright counts.
Otherwise the announcement has to be rejected giving the above explanations of this clarification and stopping the serious crime of stealing further intellectual properties from our company, immediate- ly. In this conjunction, we once again remind every party interested in such a technology that it gets serious problems with our copy- rights, like the company Qualcomm and the X Prize Foundation al- ready have obviously, especially in relation with our Ontoscope but also in relation with our HOS OntoLinux. We also have the opinion that giving the prize to an entity that in the end has only implem- ented a system that illegally uses our intellectual properties, is de- rived from our solution, is consisting of essential elements of our solution, or even is our whole system described so far, can't serious- ly be the true goal of the X Prize Foundation, and its sponsors and supporters, and will also damage massively their reputation and pre- stige.
By the way: Our Ontoscope can produce every kind of noise even the same noise of the Star Trek® tricorder, and also has functional- ities and qualities that go far beyond what is envisioned a device, or in this case a Star Trek® tricorder like medical support system has to be and be able to do. The reader can believe it or not, but: We have indeed the second generation of our Ontoscope based medical support system, which could be seen as the third generation of the Star Trek® tricorder, with an extremely fascinating feature, an ab- solutely phenomenal solution, a totally monumental master piece of technology that makes eyes shine and gives a never-ending smile on the face, or literally said: "My Ontoscope is totally beyond your scope.", [C.S., Today]. General: Very much media companies and broadcasters have misleaded the public knowingly about the true facts in relation with our models Beetle-E/E-Beetle and Bug!, the E-Bug/E-Volks- rod and the clone called E-Bugster by the manufacturer Volkswagen (see the cases of the company Volkswagen and the automotive magazine Supercars.net in the Investigations::Car #341 of the 10th of January 2012, and the case of Volkswagen in #342 11th of January 2011), but also in the cases of our multimedia interiors and innovations, like our Glassy technology for interior devices, Glass Cockpit with touch and gesture controlled user interface for the augmented reality system that works together with the projection on the windscreen, our e-dashboard and our AutoCloud/Car in the Cloud computing system (see the cases of the manufacture Volkswagen and its marque Audi, as well as of the manufacturers Daimler and General Motors in this investigations below).
Furthermore, that the manufacturers Volkswagen, Daimler and Bayerische Motorenwerke have presented exactly at the same time our innovations for the interiors of vehicles (see the paragraph before) is for us again a very clear proof that our technologies, their related intellectual properties and copyrights, as well as marketing activities have been taken and infringed in a coordinated way together with their suppliers, many media companies and broadcasters, and in some cases also together with other manufacturers, like for example Ford, General Motors, Toyota, Renault, and Nissan, exactly as in the cases of our Active Differentials, especially the Active Differential #2, The Superarchitecture, besides other Active Components, our Quickcharger, and our irail and ipad solution, as well as in the last time our intelligent central management and engineering system AutoBrain, which is a ultrafast car computer powered by OntoLinux with OntoBot and AutoSemantic::Car Artificial Intelligence package, including a high class natural language processor and a touch screen or optional a holographic display" (see also the section K.I.T.T. and Force inside of our E-Muscle Car Mustang-E), to name just some few. That they are even supported by the political parties of the B.R.D. in illegal ways have been explained and proved by us several times before.
Volkswagen→Porsche: We knew exactly that the marque will take the exterior design of its former model Carrera GT and a related widebody conversion kit by a company that is only known to some enthusiasts as the blueprints for the new design of its models Boxster and Cayman, because we meant this as well when we spoke about the widebody versions of our Boxster GT, Cayman GT and 550 V8. Due to the fact that we wanted to test something out, which was successfully done now by 100%, we showed an image of the 918 Spyder and also named this model in the specification of the exterior versions as an irritation and held back the images of the original conversions. In fact, the image of the 918 Spyder belongs to our models BBB and Cayman BB with the exception of the front bumper. The marque also followed our conversion by taking the overall "flatter silhouette", the "short overhangs", a signature design element of our exterior designs and conversions, the "longer wheelbase, a wider track and larger wheels", and also a "significantly forward-shifted windscreen", a more accentuated design of the headlights, and surely more. We also can see that it made a reference to the former model 550 Spyder, which we did before as well with our model 550 V8, The Giant Killer, and is an issue between the company and us since quite some times now. Said this, we from Style of Speed have defined newly the performance of its model Boxster, and defined how the roadster of the future looks like, but not the marque, that in fact has only copied us once again (see also the cases of the automotive magazines Automobile, Auto Zeitung, Motor-Talk and Teamspeed.com in the Investigations::Car #298 of the 17th of November 2010, and Motor Presse Stuttgart→auto motor und sport in the Investigations::Car 306 of the 10th of January 2011).
Volkswagen→Audi: A report about a large consumer electronics exhibition has confirmed that "The next innovations down on [the marque]'s roadmap will be the seamless integration with cloud-based media servers", which in fact is our innovation of the AutoCloud/Car in the Cloud computing system, which has been described for example on the webpage of our models Cup! and iCup! (see also its case in the Investigations::Car #341 of the 10th of January 2012). Also shown on the same exhibition was the dashboard of our models, like the B!, B! Barchetta and 9!, and the related derived Head-Up Display (HUD) shown with the 9ii that in our case is powered by our Hightech OS OntoLinux and features touch and gesture based user interface technologies (see as well the cases of the manufacturers Bayerische Motorenwerke also in the Investigations::Car #342 of the 11th of January 2012 and the case of the manufacturer Daimler in this investigation below). There is also given the information about a new camera system, which for sure will also be based on our inventions.
Daimler: That company has once again massively stolen intellectual properties and related concepts from our websites, especially of Style of Speed. For example, it also presented on a large consumer electronics exhibition a system that turns the entire windshield into a Head-Up Display (HUD) and the dashboard into a display band presenting information about the vehicle surroundings including actual pedestrians and vehicles, as well as virtual points of interests and the location of friends from social networks. All these elements are interlinked in a combination with Augmented Reality (AR) and natural gesture control. The data come from the so-called car-to-x communications as well as from all other sources of electronic information from the web, social networks, smart infrastructures and more. As a matter of fact, we have shown and described before (read also the alternative text of the related images of the interiors) all these solutions with the interiors, especially with our glass cockpit powered by our Hightech OS (HOS) OntoLinux, of our models, like the B!, B! Barchetta, 9!, 9ii, j!, and Cup! and iCup!, as well as with our e-dashboard powered by our HOS OntoLinux, which always includes for example AR and natural control by speech and gestures as basic technologies (see its webpages Overview and Ontologic Applications), and the solutions AutoSemantic::Car and AITouch, which doubtlessly proves the stealing of the company Daimler and at least the copyright infringement of all media that reported about its technologies, despite the better knowledge that these are our technologies. In this relation, we are also looking if the new app(lication) platform presented some days ago is related with our AutoCloud/Car in the Cloud computing system.
General Motors: That company has also stolen our innovative concept of our multimedia vehicle interior with a WLAN based entertainment system and our innovation of the Hyper Connectivity that comprises a World Wide Web access with our AutoCloud/Car in the Cloud computing system for e.g. cloud-based streaming (see also the related case of its marque Opel in the Investigations::Car #336 of the 15th of September 2011).
Mazda: We are watching the manufacturer since several months, especially in conjunction with its marketing that it has derived from the website contents of our business division Style of Speed.
Techart: We looked around a little bit on its website and found contents that was doubtlessly derived and stolen from our website of Style of Speed. Two of the many examples is the stealing of our slogan "Sense of Style" (from Sense of Speed and Style of Speed) and of our marketing story of intelligent management systems besides the many speech act steelings. In addition, it has taken a similar picture for the marketing of its products for the actual 911 (991) model by the marque Volkswagen→Porsche as we did with our conversion 911 V8, The Street Rocket.

We missed to mention that since the first publication of the webpage of our model Boxster GT we are also looking at the 4.8-liter 90° V8 engine by the marque Porsche for the Boxster GT, Cayman GT, BBB, Cayman BB, and Cayman ST, though we have to look very precisely if the additional 7 cm/2,76 in of the longer engine block is not a little bit too much.
Yesterday, we found out that our system camera and Ontoscope series Nano with its models Nano I and Double Nano I, Nano One and Nano One V, and specifically the Nano I models 3. Eye and Golden Eye has many similar features, for example the design style of the front side, interchangeable lenses, and even the naming scheme, like a system camera series that in the September of the year 2011 the company Nokia has already presented (see also the Ontoscope Fur- ther steps of the 23rd, 25th and 28th of December 2011). With this clarification we would like to declare that we were really not aware of its system camera series and have not taken any of its intellectu- al properties while developing, designing and presenting our superior system camera and Ontoscope series Nano. Quite contrary, we were also perplexed about this pure happenstance, though we would also like to clarify that the basic concept of our system camera and On- toscope series Nano exists since around the company Sony present- ed its system camera series in the February and May of the year 2010. Furthermore, we would like to give the information, that all of our cameras and Ontoscopes are based on technology that neither the company Sony, the company Nokia nor any other company in the market of multimedia devices has. Most to mention are in this conjunction our copyrighted features of the designs with their form factors and styles, as well as the models with slider construction with a second display including touch display, or a keyboard, the count of lenses that is greater than only one for the standard vers- ions of the camera and Ontoscope models, the range of sensors of our cameras and Ontoscopes, which in general is much wider than with usual cameras and comprises all kinds of sensors, the main control that is only done by a touch display or even a multi-touch display, and in the case of our Ontoscopes the optional application of artificial intelligence and ontologics, to name just some few of our world's first innovations.

Qooq: That company, which name is pronounced like cook, has stolen our concept Cook!Mobile for tablet and pad computers, which is also powered by an operating system based on the Linux® operating system kernel, as it can be clearly seen alone by its name (see also the case of the stealing company Samsung in the Invest- igations::Multimedia of the 19th of December 2010). But now he became even a criminal with his stealing of the descriptions of our Active Actuator and Active Exterior technologies, specifically the application of the Active Wing technology as described in the section Next Generat- ion of its webpage, but also of the Active Scale, with a concept car called Flake (see also the cases of the manufacturer Bayerische Motorenwerke and the automotive design student at that time Anne Forschner in the investigative cases of the Pforzheim University, and of the automotive magazines Axel Springer→Auto Bild, Motor Presse Stuttgart→auto motor und sport, Ultima Media→Car Design News and FTM Studio→Car Body Design in the Investigations::Car #169 of the 3rd of October 2009, and of Bayerische Motorenwerke and Anne Forschner in the Investigations::Car #174 of the 12th of October 2009, as well as our trademark Flak-E/Flak E) that also shows essential design lines of our models B! and M!. In a description about the project we found statements like "movement and emotion encapsulated within the styling [(stolen from our trademarks in relation with Motion and EMotion)]", "bodywork is made up from a multitude of small panels which can open and close to manage the airflow. Mikael Lugnegård: We are watching him since quite some time, or to be precise, since he presented a Modern Hot Rod in the style of our Mod 32 having a link to the marque Volkswagen→Audi and a name that ends with"'s Racer", that points directly to our Bionic Vehicle SRacer. But now we could convict him of stealing even more concepts, designs and contents from our website of Style of Speed for simply combining them only. In the last past he also de- signed a Mod Rod with an exterior design that now copies exactly the shape of the front of our Mod 32, features hubless wheels, and the names Laguna Seca and Blackrod for two different versions, that points again to our SRacer, to our series of Hot Rods called Black Snow, with which we have defined the new typ of the Race (Track) Rod, to the Belly Tank Lakester Fuel Cell Racer version with hubless wheels, but also to our motorcycle model #2 due to the shown Stroetmann Wheel logo on its webpage and the Hot Wheel Race Rod models shown on the webpage of the series Black Snow. Said this, it should be more than clear for the reader that we have such a Black Mod Race Rod with the hubless Stroetmann Wheels and the Active Differential #3, The HyperArchitecture, that even goes beyond of his plagiate as well on stock, at least because we have imagined all kind of vehicles with our Stroetmann Wheel while developing it. Furthermore, besides a design that looks very similar like our Mobile Defense Tank (see its Sneak preview #1 of the 5th of February 2008), we have seen some motorcycle designs (see also his case in the Investigations::Motorcycle #15 of today below), and also found statements on his website like "Today I consider myself to be more of an concept artist th[a]n an industrial designer." and "become a better artist ;)". Obviously, he does not understand that arts is about being, acting, and creating, for example as the original, and not about competition and plagiarizing. No doubts, that criminal de- signer is also: Convicted!!!

Bayerische Motorenwerke or General: After we wrote the results of our in- vestigation in the case of the plagiarist Ian McElroy (see his case below), we got the conclusion that somehow all three entities, the company Bayerische Motorenwerke, Ian McElroy and the company SE Service (see the case of the company SE Service in the Invest- igations::Motorbike #1 of the 28th of June 2009 and the related case of the manufacturer Bayerische Motorenwerke in the Investigat- ions::Motorbike #4 of the 23rd of August 2009), are connected in a sense making and logical way, which would also explain how I. McElroy and SE Service got the informations out of our office: It was the only spying and stealing, and for doing so already convicted company Bayerische Motorenwerke, which has distributed them for damaging our company as part of its other serious criminal actings. For us this also answers the question finally how the company SE Service came to the decision to take our concept of using bowden cables of aircrafts as part of the steering mechanism with this special fork. Now the case got even much more momentum, because the investigation in the case of I. McElroy also gave us the links between him, the other plagiarizing company Renard (see its case in the Investigations::Motorcycle #14 of the 15th of April 2011) and the manufacturer Bayerische Motorenwerke, which in the case of the company Renard was done after exactly the same criminal method by taking this time our models #1 and #2, and the model series#5 with its model #;O (Feral Riot), a small motorcycle manufacturer, an extra edgy fork, like a Hossack & Stroetmann fork or in this other case the Girder fork designed by the company Confederate Motors, and a boxer engine. Maybe we are wrong, but the mess was definitely created in the state Bavaria of the B.R.D. by spying out our office.

KTM: We haven't looked who was really the first one, but around 7 weeks after we have presented our E Trike (ET) E3 to the public on the 2nd of May 2011 the company has also presented a trike with a closed safety cell as the passenger's cabin and an electric drivetrain, and which was also named E3W. At least the name, and the similar design of its whole E Trike with its headlights point to an infringement of our copyright. Our impression is strengthened much further by the fact that the presented prototyp could be easily constructed in under 7 weeks, and also has the same configuration and a similar design of the front area of the concept three-wheeler GX-3 by the manufacturer Volkswagen, which we have shown on the webpage of our Just 4 :) (Just For Fun). If taken all together, then this proves for us that indeed our concepts have been copied only by that manufacturer, which is not the first time but now seen by the public.

SE Service: A second clone of our class defining Minimalistic and Modern Custom series #4 created with a statement by I. McElroy about the steering mechanism on the one side and the design style on the other side a temporal contradiction in the sense who was inspired by whom in the first place. A further statement by I. McElroy also strengthened our impression that somehow the manufacturer Bayerische Motorenwerke is acting behind the scene for damaging our company by giving third parties the auftrag to steal our show (see its case in the Investigations::Motorbike #1 of the 28th of June 2009 and the related case of the manufacturer Bayerische Motorenwerke in the Investigations::Motorbike #4 of the 23.August.2009 and above, and the case of Ian McElroy below). Besides this, we found out that it has also stolen now the feature of a turbocharger and the larger tank for its second motorcycle based on the concept of our #4 Version 5 series with a peak power on the rearwheel fo 202 hp (SOS). So we have here a skilled builder only, but not an inventor or a designer.

Ian McElroy: He was one of the designers who presented as one of the first a motorcycle design that was derived form our class defining Minimalistic and Modern Custom series #4, especially the #4 Version 5 (with the larger tank) about which we always said that it has something in common with older motorcycle models of the manufacturer Bayerische Motorenwerke, and also of our model 2 :) (Double Fun). Now he tried to smother facts for perverting the facts and misleading the public due to his extremely suspicious acting by naming Bimota (see the webpage of our model series #4& again), Lazareth (see the webpage of our model #:D (Fierce Fun)), Confederate Motors (see the webpage of our model #;O (Feral Riot)) and Stellan Egeland of the company SE Service as the source of inspiration, which is not true, because this one of its kind and worldwide unique combination of companies, which was even set and said in relation with the Bimota Tesi 1D, 2D and 3D forks doubtlessly comes from our business division Style of Speed, like the story of using a 3D modelling software for the first time stolen from the webpage of our model #1. Furthermore, as far we have the whole case in mind I. McElroy showed a motorcycle in the style of our class defining model #4 series before Stellan Egeland, but now declared that he has used a combination of S. Egeland's clone and of the Bimota Tesi for his steering mechanism for the attempt to pervert the process of inventing. In fact we have also thought about using bowden cables of aircrafts for the steering mechanism in combination with push rods several years before. Moreover, he never spoke before about these motorcycle companies, customizers and tuners, which for us is strengthened by the facts that it makes absolutely no sense to name the company Confederate Motors with its totally different motorcycle design and used technologies in relation with his design, and that his statement "Lazareth inspired me to design my own hub steer front suspension" has only be said to damage our trustworthiness in the same way in conjunction with our model #:D (Fierce Fun), like the explanation about using bowden cables of aircrafts for the steering mechanism (see before) for making in this way also a link to another company to which we have a relation and that can be found on our website of SOS, that is the extremely suspicious custom motorcycle company of S. Egeland with his clone shown on the webpage of our model #:) (Sharp Fun) on which we also mentioned the bowden cables (see the cases of the company SE Service in the Investigations::Motorbike #1 of the 28th of June 2009 and the manufacturer Bayerische Motorenwerke in the Investigations::Motorbike #4 of the 23rd of August 2009). Surprisingly, S. Egeland follows now his design style with the second version of his clone of our Minimalistic and Modern Custom series #4& after he used as well for his first clone a flat engine, also called boxer engine, and nearly the same fork derived from the Bimota Tesi 3D as I. Style of Speed Website update
We have added the option of drive-by-wire for all controls, inclusive steering, to our range of motorcycles.
The evolution of our model 2 :) (Double Fun) resulted in the creation of an own series, or better said, the Progressive Custom series call- ed #6, so that on the one hand the #4 series comprises the pure, minimalistic, naked and modern designs, and on the other hand the new series #6 with the model names starting with Double comprises the progressive designs. Said this, the 2 :) (Double Fun) has become the model =:) (Double Sharp) based on technology of the manufacturer Bayerische Motorenwerke, while the exterior version Modern of our model #:> (Wild Fun) has become the model =:> (Double Wild) of this series. Furthermore, we have with the new =2) (Double Fun) the model based on the technology by the company Harley Davidson, with the =:D (Double Fierce) the model with Honda technology, and with the =:O (Double Feral) the model based on Yamaha technology and the overworked version of the motorcycle design by Robert Slade presented as an Original Sketch/Sneak Preview on the 20th of August 2008.

We added the AutoCloud computing applications MapCloud, which is based on a positioning/navigation system, and one or more online street maps, and AutoMapCloud, which is based on the MapCloud and the Active Camera technology, to the feature Hyper Connect- ivity of the car models j! and V!, iCup, City Fun and InnerCity, as well as our trike E3. But in general, the MapCloud can be used with every vehicle having an on-board computer with a positioning syst- em and an internet connection, while the AutoMapCloud needs a camera in addition.
We also added the Active Components options Active Light and Active Camera to the specification of our Micro City Cars City Fun and InnerCity.
Ontonics Website update
Due to infringements of our copyright in relation with our innovation of the general concept of our Retina Projector 1.0, by two compa- nies that manufacture eye tracking and eye control systems that both apply a source of infrared light and an optical sensor, and a collaboration of one of these companies with a manufacturer of mobile computers, we'd to update its description. While this 2 coll- aborating companies thought to be very clever by showing a laptop featuring a simple version of our Retina Projector 1.0, which beams invisible light only, at a large exhibition in the beginning of the year 2011, the other company named in relation with the presentation of its stationary system at a large consumer electronics exhibition an application that is related with Head-Up Displays in vehicles.
We have now added to the description of our general technology MobileKinetic as further examples of mobile devices the smart watch, multimedia player, handheld/portable game console, camera and lap- top. Also, we have substituted the term navigation system with the phrase systems for control, information, navigation or/and entertain- ment, though this was implicitly given all the time by the fact that we have already named our glass cockpit for all kinds of vehicles that features augmented reality and gesture control.
The related case will be investigated and documented with more de- tails in a future Investigations::Multimedia Human Machine Interface Special, but we can already say that all three companies have impli- citly accepted our copyright by focusing on a special class of mobile devices as a failed attempted to circumvent our copyright (for so long see also the cases of the media company British Broadcasting Corporation and the manufacturer Acer in the Investigations::Multi- media of the 15th of October 2011).

Government of the Eurpean Union: After that comission let by serious criminal persons has looted our company, especially the projects of our OntoLab, The Lab of Visions, and Ontonics in many fields in which we made the worldwide pioneering works, researched, developed and designed ingenious innovations, and also created their breakthrough momentum (see for example the Investigations::AI and Knowledge management, Multimedia and Robotics of the 21st of May 2011 and the cases in Investigations::AI and Knowledge management, and Robotics of the 10th of May 2011, and in the context of this investigations the case of the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich below, the subsection Aerial vehicle of the section Robotics in conjunction with the subsection Swarm of the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics), it has acted in this same illegal way once again and looted our websites, especially the website of Style of Speed and its webpages of the models in the section Powered Lift Aircraft, and the website of Ontonics and its webpage of the Innovation-Pipeline, for a project in the field of Personal Aerial Vehicles (PAVs) and Personal Air Transport Systems (PATSs), as well as in the field of hybrids of automobiles and air vehicles (flying cars), that is conducted by the usual serious criminal research institutes, especially from the B.R.D. and the Swiss (see the cases of the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich, École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Karlsruher Institut für Technologie, Max-Plank-Institut and Deutsches Zentrum für Luft und Raumfahrt e. V. below), and also a further European research institute from the U.K. (the University of Liverpool). The project is financed with not existing tax money. The PAV will not be an aircraft that would also drive on roads like a car, but it should be manoeuvrable on the ground for parking and storage [...] [This points to our Pavees Flight :) (Flight Fun), Sky :) (Sky Fun), and by the information that quadcopters are used to our exterior supplement Flying Robot and the Z Fun (Z for "Zorglumobile") as well. Besides this, the study discussed high speed blimps and flocking/swarming, but did not mention our airships presented in the year 2003 to which belongs our concept of a high speed airship swarm that features both in one vehicle. The latter gives a further impression how the comission and all related entities in the field of research work.
Moreover, we also can see on its website that the logo of the project abstracts the Fliewatüüt (Flywatoot that stands for flying, boating on water, and driving on land, like a vehicle that can make toot; see also our real Fliewatüüt), and that a shown design of a PAV with three rotors and a wing shape that reminds us of the logo of Ontologics.
Besides this, it is also reported that "the group has calculated that an individual electric flying vehicle, with a counter-rotating rotor, would be able to cover 20km on battery power", [The Engineer], which points as well to the webpages of our PAV and PATS models Flight :) (Flight Fun), Sky :) (Sky Fun) and Sky :D (Sky Big Fun) and the images shown in the Original vs. Inspiration of the 8th and 11th of April 2008, and also proves that our Powered Lift Aircrafts with our worldwide unique technological inventions and solutions are indeed very well known all over the planet. One of these is the so-called ViewCar, "a research vehicle dedicated to the analysis of cognition and performance processes while driving in real traffic", that features sensor systems like "eye tracking system", "camera system for traffic scenario analysis", "object detection in the front area of the vehicle via laser scanner and radar", and "high precision positioning" for developing a "cognitive model of the driving behaviour" is in fact also related with the development of autonomously driving cars and stealing our related concepts and solutions related with our Hightech Operating System (HOS) OntoLinux, the Autosemantic::Car package with its features like "MultiGPS" and "able to learn the habits of its driver", the e-dashboard, and Active Components by Style of Speed. Besides that the project myCopter of the European Comission was also referenced (see the case of the Euopean Comission above and also all other cases in this investigation), the investigative report has as well all characteristic evidences that it was launched by a large political party actually reigning the B.R.D.. Convicted!!!

taz: The newspaper also reported about the project myCopter (see the case of the European Comission above) claiming "Es gibt zwar erste Studien von "Personal air vehicles", kleinen Hubschraubern, die die Zukunft des Individualverkehrs darstellen sollen. Eine serienmäßig produzierbare Version ist jedoch noch nicht verfügbar.", which means translated into English "First studies of "Personal air vehicles" exist, small helicopters, that should represent the future of individual traffic. A version that is producible in series is not available". In fact, this is only pure nonsense, because our Powered Lift Aircrafts are producible in series without any problems since the beginning of the year 2010 due to the fact that we also took a special care on this issue besides the many other obstacles. The report of the newspaper also mentiones our invention of the Multimode Intelligent Control System powered by our Hightech OS OntoLinux and Ontoscope, which uses the different flight modes personally piloted/semi-autonomous (PAV mode), remotely piloted and unpilot/autonomous in a seemless and highly flexible approach, and also made the statement "Himmelsautobahnen==sky highways or sky autobahnen" that reflects our slogans "highway in the sky" and "autobahn in the sky". Somehow, we are very sure that it is aware about our Powered Lift Aircrafts and our exterior supplement Flying Robot. And we also have already given the answer to the question some years ago: Yes, there will be congestions/traffic jams in the third dimension as well.

Ascending Technologies: That company is a typical start up that was founded with the stealing of our intellectual properties as part of its business plan in mind. Sadly to say, we have not publicated early enough our activities in the field of flying robots of all sizes, like e.g. quadrocopters, and the formation of swarms conducted since more than 20 years, and also the upcoming of the whole case of that company, but this changes now with this investigative case. The company catched our attention, because it was a project member of the EU-funded project sFly (see the case of the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich above) which was conducted in such a special way given by the facts that it was the only private company in the project and that it is highly unusual that such a small company is able to take part in such research projects, so that the special and potentially illegal support by entities strongly connected with the government of the B.R.D. and a partly serious, because organized criminal actings in relation with the sFly project can't be denied anymore. Now it also thinks, like the other former project members of the sFly and muFly projects (see the case of the European commission above), it could still go on with its stealing of our contents and concepts of our websites, especially of the websites of SOS and Ontonics.

Today, we've replaced the image of our Z :) (Z Fun) in the version without windscreen by the U.S. Coast Guard, which was only there as a placeholder while creating the webpage, with the correct image of the inspiring and exemplary model Zorglumobile that was painted by Franquin for the comic series Spirou & Fantasio after we have shown it before as an Original on the 27th of March 2008 (see also the Original vs. Inspiration of the 8th of April 2008).
Furthermore, we have changed the name of our first Personal Aerial Vehicle model with a quadcopter configuration from Z :) (Z Fun) to Z1, and officially presented its webpage in the section Autocopter to the public after the old webpage was already uploaded on the 16th of April 2010 and accessible under the old web address "www.styleofspeed.com/air/poweredliftaircraft/zfun/index.htm".

Today, we created for our Autocopters an own section and sorted the related powered lift aircraft models into it.
Furthermore, we are proud to present our new Autocopter model
Yesterday gone but today back again: We have revived our Z :) (Z Fun), because there is a difference between the original aerial veh- icle Z :) (Z Fun) and the autocopter Z1 that we have overlooked somehow.
Also, we added to the webpages of our models Z :) (Z Fun) and Z1 an image showing a model of a Zorglumobile with 4 seats, and the section Specification.
Moreover, the webpages of our powered lift aircraft models Flight :) (Flight Fun), Sky :) (Sky Fun), and Sky :D (Sky Big Fun) were up- dated by adding the Looped Fuel Cell Electric version.

Informations about technologies like our MultiMode Intelligent Control System, Swarming, torque vectoring, brake system, hybrid or Pure Electric powertrains, fuel cell, and Hyper Connectivity were not given, and carbon fibre is used only for the drive shaft but not for the chassis. By the way: Its flying car is the vehicle that was named wrongly a Fliewatüüt by the media company Spiegel-Verlag Rudolf Augstein→Der Spiegel in the mentioned investigation 28th January 2012 for misleading the public, though its flying car can't swim.
