    Clarification
Eventually, some of our readers ask the question why do we claim for the proactive intelligent personal assistant at least for mobile devices. The reasons are easy to understand:
    1. There were only simple recommender systems for desktop systems and some very few running on palm computers respectively pocket computers around the year 2006. In fact, these recommender systems were only comfortable database retrieval systems.
    2. Some of the information systems also used a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI), which comprised typing, handwriting with a digital pen/stylus, and controlling by single touch and by voice command or speech control.
    3. There was also some research in the field of semantic scene graphs for integrating the single modes of the M²UI. But there was no connection with a recommender system or a mobile device, as far as we know, and definitely neither an integration with an intelligent personal assistant system nor a multi-touchscreen. Despite that this point is not relevant for this clarification, we think it is important to note it here, because the actual generation of operating systems for consumer devices have always some kind of multimedia functionalities.
    4. Some of the information systems, specifically the simple recom- mender systems (see point 1. again), used some semantic/ontolo- gy-based techniques. But again they were more focused on the storage and retrieval of data, and had neither a deeper integration with more advanced user interfaces nor with intelligent personal assistant systems.
    5. There were also some Agent-Oriented (AO) systems with connenctions to semantic/ontology-based techniques and M²UI. But here again the focus was to use the AO paradigm for the other techniques and not for a new functionality.
    6. Our spied out research led to the semantic desktop. But here again the focus was the stationary personal computer, and not the smartphone or any other mobile device. Also, the semantic desktop lacked of automatic and proactive functions. Furthermore, it was clear at that time that the desktop metaphor for mobile devices with small displays would not work very well.
    7. Systems like the Personalized Assistant that Learns (PAL) were not ready in the end of the year 2006 (the related research project funded by the DARPA was running from 2003 to 2008) and also went into some scientific directions about which we thought that they are not needed at all to start with the utilization of this technology for consumer devices. Or said in others words, the research and development funded by the DARPA and managed by the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) tried to copy the functioning of a brain with a high detail.
    8. Another problem was that the demanding computing power and storage size of systems like PAL and other proactive intelligent personal assistants were so high that it was not practical to use such a system on a stationary personal computer and definitely not on a mobile device. The latter case was only imagined by us in the year 2006. So, what we did was to take basic Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques, especially those related with the semantic (world wide) web approach, that are graph techniques for knowledge management, like conceptual graph, existential graph, and this alike of formalisms, as well as the Resource Description Framework (RDF), and also simple data stores like the triple store and enhanced versions and also clever database schemes like the polygonal database management approach together with Natural Language Processing (NLP), and simply simplified the PAL drastically, so that at the beginning of the year 2007 it could be seen easily that our approach can be run performantly with a high-power processor even on a mobile device and after we publicated at that time the related informations on the website of Ontologics→OntoLix and →OntoLinux it was clear for every expert that at least a dual-core processor in a mobile/cell phone, notebook, tablet computer, or other mobile device will be sufficient.
    9. In addition, nobody with the exception of us had even a clue how to bring such a hightech military technology like the PAL to the consumer market, and hence nobody tried to find a way for doing so until we pioneered in the first months of 2007 by connecting our further developments in the single fields mentioned in the points before to our overall system concept.
    10. Now, it can be seen more and more that all available intelligent personal assistant systems for mobile devices, but also for stationary devices, follow our Ontologic System architectures, that is a knowledge graph, which is efficiently stored in a database, automatically updated with new facts, inclusive the user's habits, and also ordered accordingly, and an even more comfortable and also proactive retrieval system that utilizes all data stored, inclusive the learned data about the user.

In this conjunction, we would like to repeat that the smaller companies either bought by larger companies like Apple and Google, or used by larger companies like Samsung, came all many months or even years later and have all more or less adapted the essential parts of our approach. In the case of Apple→Siri it is just our clever simplification of the PAL by the DARPA and the SRI. In the case of Google and Google→Clever Sense it are just the semantic technologies we used to simplify the PAL and the distributed computer architecture respectively semantic web architecture. And about the case of Nuance→Vlingo we even do not need to talk about, because it came much too late after both companies found out that the more interesting technology is the intelligent personal assistant and not their voice-to-text and voice recognition technologies, and hence it is only copying what we have developed and described, and what Apple→Siri has implemented.

Simply perfect. That is what we call Hightech Competence.

    Style of Speed Website update
We publicated a small webpage for our Active Anti-Roll component, so that our customers do know where to find another original.

Correspondingly, we mentioned the Active Anti-Roll component in the description of the Active Suspension system.

And because a manufacturer still presents our interplay of the Active Camera with the Active Light, we took the short description of the Active Camera on the indexing webpage of our Active Components and mentioned this utilization as well on both webpages of the specific components.

    Ontonics Website update
We added to the description of our Smart Light that a component can also be a Laser Lamp and that the microphone can be a 2D or 3D one. We also described the point related with the wireless power transmission in more detail by giving the additional information that not only the components of a Smart Light could be supported with electric power, but also other devices that are in the proximity.

In the description of our basic Laser Lamp technology we added the information that it can be combined with robotic and kinetic and our Haus•E and Sp@ce technologies, though these are all obvious due to the basic components and common combinations.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Frog Design: At first, we directly saw that it has presented a Sp@ce@Home Augmented Reality Environment (ARE), even copied our labelling scheme as used with e.g. Hous•E and hence called its clone technology RoomE, and also tried to damage our trademark Smart Light. Then after we thought further about its case in the last days, we found out now that it has also developed a device that is similar to our Laser Lamp technology, which integrates a projector and a lamp based on some kind of laser technology, that comprises the laser diode as well, in the variant that has a kinetic user interface, which is based on a photoreceptor, a light source, a 2D or 3D camera, or/and a 2D or 3D microphone. This explains as well why in its descriptions another similar technology based on a lamp and a pico projector by another research institute was referenced, that in fact we have developed further with our Laser Lamp technology. But in the context of our Sp@ce@Home ARE this variant is our Laser Lamp@Home solution somehow. And because our Laser Lamp is a lamp, it has versions with screw or plug-in base. Obviously, we are some steps ahead since years. Convicted!!!™

Ontonics and Style of Speed Further steps
We are pleased to present our latest developments that are an electric wheel hub/in-wheel motor and an electric as-wheel motor based on our Graphene Electric Motor. By taking the material graphene we could solve the essential problems of the in-wheel/wheel hub and as-wheel motors and Brake Energy Recovery Systems (BERSs) by reducing the unsprung mass with the lighter material and also the size in the case that the wheel is the motor itself or being more precisely the wheel respectively rim is the rotor of an electric motor called by us As-Wheel Motor (see also the Active Differential #3), and that a coreless design can be taken, eleminating the overheating of the coreless design, and optimizing the electric efficiency and hence reducing the electric power consumption drastically reaching before unimagined possibilities. In the end, we hope to deliver an electric wheel hub drivetrain weighting around 12 to 15 kg in the ultra light version.

We also envisioned the brake disc and the brake pad made out of graphene-graphene, graphene-carbon, and graphene-ceramic matrix composites, as well as an exhaust system made out of graphene.

That's what we call Hightech Competence.

We forgot to mention in the Ontonics and Style of Speed Further steps of yesterday that graphene-silicon carbide and graphene-titanium/graphetanium composite matrices can also be used for brake discs and pads.

Besides this, our graphene-graphene, graphene-carbon, graphene-silicon carbide, graphene-ceramics, and graphene-titanium matrix composites can be used for other applications like thermal protection and bullet proof armour, and structural enforcements (e.g. tyres).

    Investigations::Car #383

  • Volkswagen→Porsche: The marque has presented new versions of its actual models 911 and Panamera. We begin with the new generation of the model 911 Turbo by quoting the related press release: "[...] active anti-roll [...] [We marked the term Active Anti-roll™ already in the past, which we only do, if we are sure not to damage other intellectual properties.]", "[...] thermal management system [...] [This sounds familiar.]", "[...] interplay [...] [speech act]", "[...] full-LED headlights that feature [...] dynamic, camera-based main beam control [... (the following is quoted and directly translated from its website)] The dynamic control is activated at 60 km/h and recognizes the lights of vehicles driving ahead as well as oncoming vehicles. [Doubtlessly, this is what we described before as the first one, as far as we do know, with the short description of our Active Camera on the indexing webpage of our Active Components "Active Cam comprises every interplay of ray-based sensors with our other Active Components like the Active Light." See also the cases of the marque Audi and of Christopher Laird Simmons in the Investigations::Car #157 of the 16th of September 2009.]", "[...] rear axle steering [...] The system consists of two electro-mechanical actuators [...] [See also our Transuspension technology and connect it with our Active Actuator system.]", "[...] active aerodynamic [...] retractable three-stage front spoiler, whose segments can be pneumatically extended, and a deployable rear wing with three adjustable wing positions [...] [Firstly, we have described this before on the webpage of our Active Wing. Secondly, as in the case of the marque Fiat→Ferrari, we simply repeat: Active Aerodynamics™ by Style of Speed.]", "[...] fulfil driver wishes [...] [speech act]", "A radar-controlled cruise control system, camera-based road sign recognition and speed limit recognition are other new options being offered. [What we have here is a system that is based on our Active Sensor and Active Camera systems and their interplay, as it is proved with the case of the marque Audi in the Investigations::Car #382 of the 20th of April 2013. See also the cases of Continental in the Investigations::Multimedia, Robotics and Car #372 Special of the 8th of January 2013. This will not become a legal loophole for circumventing our copyright, definitely, because the case is absolutely clear since years already, or said otherwise, with the related case of the marque Audi it is finally proved that we have here our solutions.]".
The newly designed air intakes at the side in front of the rear wheels remind us of the design of the air intakes of our Cayman Cx series. In general, we do not accept the creation of labels following the method to take a trademark from us and simply add the prefix Porsche as a legal loophole to circumvent our copyright.
We go on with the press release of the new version of its model Panamera S E-Hybrid: "[...] pure electric [...] all-electric [The marque does not want to understand the following: Pure Electric™. And besides that it is using the term in relation with a hybrid drivetrain for confusing the public, because we use the term for Pure Electric™ vehicles only, it proves itself that there are alternative terms.]" and "[...] entirely new range of convenience functions, which can also be activated and called up by a smart phone app [...] A smart phone may also be used for battery management or for remote access to vehicle information such as the remaining driving range or for guiding users back to their parked vehicles. All functions that are not specific to the hybrid drive are also available as options for the other Panamera models via the Car Connect smart phone app from [the marque]. [This was already shown in the year 2008 by the marque Audi as a reaction on automotive distributed computing system and our strongly connected AutoSemantic::Car (see also Clarification of the 7th of January 2013).]".
  • Volkswagen→Audi: For an upcoming model we read "pure electricity", which was said due to our trademark Pure Electric™.
In relation with another marketing activity the slogan "Truth in Engineering" was said in conjunction with the clone of our RE that the marque still tries to present as its invention, despite the facts clearly prove that it is our innovation, which makes the whole acting extra ridiculous. In this conjunction it fits as well that the marque has also copied our marketing story for electric sports cars based on the term "Electrifying" connected with the emotions of an owner of a vehicle with electric or hybrid drivetrain (see for example the webpage of the models E430 RSR, Elettoro, Elettoro SV, and for sure RE RSR).
  • Tata→Jaguar: We found in a press release of a new version of an older model and in the press release of a new model the terms "active electronic differential" and "Electronic Active Differential", which obviously were said to damage our trademark Active Differential, especially in the fields of electric and hybrid drivetrains in general, but in this context also in the field of common drivetrains based on combustion engines, because the described differential is not the active differential used between the front and the rear differential of an all-wheel drive, but simply as a part of the rear axle. We also do quote the following text passages: "Corner Recognition senses when the car is negotiating a bend, the transmission holding the correct gear for the exit. The transmission will also recognise when the car is performing a series of overtaking maneuvers requiring rapid changes in throttle position and, rather than change up, remain in a lower gear ready for the next demand for acceleration. [This is included in the description given in the section Proactivity of the webpage of our Active Shift system and hence we do see a copyright infringement.]", "Working in harmony with the suspension, wheels and tyres are electronic programmes controlling the Adaptive Dynamics, active electronic differential and Dynamic Stability Control systems. [...] Working in parallel with the differential, the 'Trac DSC' setting of the Dynamic Stability Control system [...] [Obviously, this was copied from the webpage of our Active Suspension.], and "[...] create a sound field [...] [This was said in conjunction with the term sound wave-field often used by us in the last past.]".
  • Radical: The small marque presented a new model as something totally new, but in the end is of the type of our 333 ST by Style of Speed only. We took the press release for getting further informations: "[...] Le Mans-inspired racer [...]", "the world’s most extreme road-legal coupe [Ok, let us laugh a little bit.]", "Influenced and inspired by contemporary LMP design [...] completely clean-sheet design [...] [Somehow, we have the impression that this is a contradiction.]", "[...] driving force [...] [Driving Force™]", "[...] Life engine management system [...] [So, here we are at OntoLix and OntoLinux.]", "[...] Automatic Torque Biasing differential [...] [This is an interesting description of a torque vectoring differential.]", "[...] Racing Suspension inboard push rod suspension system with double wishbones [...] [See again our model 333 ST.]", and "[...] multi-function fully adjustable steering wheel [...] [See again our model 333 ST.]".
  • Protean Electric: The company produces electric wheel hub/in-wheel motors and has taken contents, concepts, and technologies from our website, like the related Active Component architecture, including parts of our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems and a drive assistance system with Electric Torque Vectoring™, as it can be seen with the following quotes based on its website contents: "Each in-wheel motor can be controlled entirely independently, providing far greater control, performance and vehicle dynamics than any other drive system. In addition, traction control, launch control and torque vectoring are all easily implemented through the use of in-wheel motors. [While the first sentence is just a marketing lie only, the second sentence is a copyright infringement, because it includes our marketing story of the Electric Torque Vectoring drivetrain, specifically of the electric quattro/e-quattro.]", "The system is able to implement a variety of advanced vehicle control and dynamics features, such as ABS, traction control, and advanced stability control including torque vectoring.", "[The company]'s in-wheel motors have the highest torque and power density of any of today's leading electric propulsion systems. [We think that this is also a highly misleading marketing statement only.]", "[...] in-wheel motor [...] weighs only 31 kg (68 lbs.) [...]", "Can deliver hybrid and electric vehicle technology faster and with fewer new parts, less complexity, and at a lower total cost than other leading electric drive systems [Here we have some marketing lies too.]", "Each motor has a built-in inverter, control electronics and software [-] Does not require a separate motor power electronics module to be fitted to the vehicle [For sure, because each in-wheel motor has one own electronics module now, but this heightens the complexity.]", "[...] electronic control unit (ECU) [...] System ECU (SECU). The SECU software is developed with model-based techniques using [...] auto-code generation. [...] The SECU controls and manages motor and vehicle behavior based on a selection of system inputs. Each motor is directly connected to the SECU via a dedicated CAN bus. [Software with the same functionality can be found on the webpage Links to Software of the OntoLix and OntoLinux websites, like for example in the sections Network Technology and Formal Modeling.]", "The system is able to implement a variety of advanced vehicle control and dynamics features, such as ABS, traction control, and advanced stability control including torque vectoring. This is possible due to the ability of the motors to deliver independent positive or negative torque at each wheel in a fraction of a second. [This was copied from the related webpages of our Active Components by Style of Speed.]", "[...] model is shown in the architectural diagram [...]", "[...] building blocks identify logical software [...]", "[...] modular redundant architecture [...]", "[...] completely remove any mechanical gearing from the motor [...] [This can be done with our Active Differentials as well.]", "There is no reliability cost to making a higher torque/lower speed motor, but there is a cost associated with the addition of gearbox components, especially considering that four separate gearboxes will be required for many vehicles. [But an in-wheel motor can not be adjusted by gears, and hence the drivetrain depends on the size of the wheel. Also, a gearbox is definitely not the problem at all, because the technology is absolutely reliable today. The main problem from our point of view is that an in-wheel motor is not very well protected against dirt in comparison to an electric motor positioned in the vehicle body.], "Making a high-reliability motor will enable regenerative-only braking on future platform rear axles [...] [Again, this can be done with our Active Differentials as well.]", "Flexible drive elements, deflection-tolerant gears and/or even more bearings would be required in order to mitigate these effects, complicating the design. [This might be correct seen from a scientific point of view, but in practice consider it solved since decades. Said this, such statements are marketing nonsense only.]", "Although gearing will allow the motor to be located off-axis to the wheel, this is not necessarily an advantage and can result in heavily restricted motor diameter in order to allow retrofit capability [...] [But what is not said, is that it gives manufacturers much more advantages.]", "A direct-drive motor will have a lower mass than a high-speed motor with gear. [At this point our readers might already found out, that the company tries to play down our much more superior solution with our Active Differentials by mostly unconvicting arguments.]", "It is therefore highly desirable for an in-wheel motor to be able to be fitted to a car without requiring any special wheel design [...] [We only waited on this attack on our electric as-wheel motor, which weights only the same as its in wheel motor or even less. To the 31 kg of the company's motor the weight of the rim has to be added, which sums up to an unsprung mass that is not state-of-the-art anymore for modern vehicles.], "A new paradigm [speech act steeling]", "[...] 18-inch road wheel on a vehicle doing 75 miles per hour will rotate at approximately 1,000rpm [...] [As we said before, a drivetrain based on in-wheel motors depends on the size of the rima.]", "In conventional electric/ hybrid vehicles the same principles are applied: A high speed, low torque in-board electric motor driving through a gearbox to deliver the lower speed and higher torque required at the wheels. [In general, this is wrong and hence a marketing lie.]", "[...] liquid cooling system and heatsink (also integrated into the [in-wheel] motor) [...] [So, the advantage of an electric in-wheel motor vanishes even more, because this could be done very well inside a vehicle body.]", "[...] trade-off required by moving the drivetrain mass from the sprung to the unsprung mass. This increased unsprung mass is often challenged with the belief that there is an unsprung mass/sprung mass ratio threshold, beyond which the vehicle will become difficult to control and uncomfortable riding. Lotus Engineering [...] performed a study to test this notion, using the specifications of several typical in-wheel motors. These papers used objective, subjective and numerical analysis to investigate the effects of increased unsprung mass on a vehicle. The outcome of their investigations was that unsprung mass is far less of an issue than some of the prevailing opinions in the automotive community had believed. The studies also concluded that top-of-the-segment performance can be achieved with already defined development techniques. [...] unlikely to be apparent to an average driver [...] [To have around 30 kg more unsprung mass at each wheel of a vehicle that has an in-wheel motor should not make an effect. Come on and be serious: Additional unsprung mass of this amount is an issue, definitely. For sure, this can be handled with technical solutions, but on the one hand these development affords can also be invested for other optimizations with different electric drivetrains, and on the other hand might become inefficient, for example by the need of more powerful suspension and steering systems for example.]", and "[...] revolutionary electric motor design [...] [speech act]".

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • General Electric: For its Semantic Application Design Language (SADL) the company has copied one of our basic research results and developments that became a sub-concept of our Ontologic Systems (OSs) and Hightech Operating Systems (HOSs) OntoLix and OntoLinux that is the further development of seeing the Resource Description Framework (RDF) as the subject, predicate, and object parts of a simple sentence to seeing the Web Ontology Language (OWL) as a whole main clause and adding logic rules/conditional clauses, which again could be given in formats that are OWL based (see for example our website Ontologics.info), that is integrated and processed with Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems (also linked/referenced on the webpage Links to Software), and also with our OntoBot software component and the agent systems and reasoners linked/referenced on the webpage Links to Software as well, so that in the end more complex clauses can be handled with an OWL representation that have a depth of expressiveness as desired by a user. For sure, we use it for our Ontologic Applications and in conjunction with ontologies and specific XMLs like the ones listed on our webpage Ontologics.info. We do quote out of the introducing white paper "Documents that "Think"" dated with 1/10/2011 that might mean 10th of January 2011 for documenting this illegal acting: "You use a specialized vocabulary: [This is also called a domain language and strongly related with an ontology in computer science.]", "[...] write technical documents that state precisely what is to be done under various circumstances. These documents might include service bulletins, repair manuals, or legal contracts. The contents of these documents may be interdependent. These documents use your specialized vocabulary and may contain conditional statements such as "Do XYZ if ABC occurs." Of course the real relationships contained within your documents will probably be much more complex. [The most important point in this explanation is the integration of a text composed in a natural language with conditional logic rules, which is also following the way how we write our news and document our investigations, so that they can be processed by an automata.]", "[The company has] developed a language and a related tool set that allow you to define the concepts of your domain and the logical implications of various conditions in an English-like but unambiguous form. English, and for that matter all languages, are ambiguous and subject to interpretation. This language does not allow ambiguous statements. [If you simply connect domain with model or ontology and logic implications with logic rules, and substitute unambiguous form with pure rationality, then your are at the related basic concept of our Ontologic Systems (OS) and Hightech Operating Systems (HOSs) OntoLix and OntoLinux.]", "English, and for that matter all languages, are ambiguous and subject to interpretation. This language does not allow ambiguous statements. This means that once you have described the domain and the logic in our language, someone can supply a description of a specific problem or situation and a computer can tell them any conclusions implied by that description. In other words, the document is "executable". [Our Ontologic Systems "integrates all in one", which means that a text can be logically written and executed as well. We later confirmed in the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps 10th of March 2013 that we also use the literate programming paradigm besides the textual and visual modalities/programming paradigms, which is a simple implication of the explanations given by us in the years before (see the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps 10th of March 2013).]", "[A user] can author documents that can be directly applied to given situations in a consistent manner. It means that your documents can be used to explain why they mean what they mean for a given situation. It means that your documents can be checked for logical consistency. It means your documents can extend the documents of others, in a verifiably consistent manner, and that others can similarly extend your documents to create a network of documents that "think"! [Everything can be found on the websites of OntoLix and OntoLinux, specifically on the webpages Overview and Links to Software, and in the related explanations in the webpages of the newsarchive. See also the case of the Technical University Munich in the Investigations::AI and Knowledge management, and Robotics of the 24th of September 2010, where we explained the related basic sub-concept and even said in relation to the Resource Description Framework (RDF) and the Web Ontology Language (OWL): "The three elements Subject, Predicate and Object are enough to express simple sentences of natural languages of humans. And it was our ingenious concept to integrate this fact into an information, knowledge and natural language processing system to let machines "think".", and also the related case of the collaboration of the scientific institutes Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique→Laboratoire d'Analyse et d'Architecture des Systèmes and Technical University Munich in the Investigations::AI and Knowledge management, and Robotics of the 10th of May 2011, where we made more implicit informations about this specific basic sub-concept explicit: "This is exactly one of the essential sub-concepts behind OntoLinux™ as clearly sketched by our very significant formulations on the webpage Overview and by the sections of the Links to Software webpage, and also enough to prove the copyright infringement. This concept of a backend that is based on the subject of computational ontology and the concepts of RDF/OWL, and rooted into human language for making sense for software and hardware systems [and for sure documents created with them], but also as a model for natural and general intelligence, has been invented by C.S. in the OntoLab™ for Ontologics and by no one else. Indeed, there were Wordnet and OpenCyc [...]. Also, there was already the mentioning what the Resource Description Framework (RDF) has in common with a natural language, so that it was taken as an example for its principle by seeing a triple as a simple sentence consisting of subject, predicate and object, but not in this context, and with this interpretation/meaning and this very special combination of computational ontology, natural language processing, and also semantic processing and storing based on RDF or/and OWL as the foundation for [application] architectures[, inclusive editors for example ...]. The same holds also for the Web Ontology Language (OWL) in general with the only difference that there was no comparison to natural languages for describing its concept. We saw this first and by for example our generalization of the Polygon(al)-Data[bank] Model approach for this reason, which is said to be able to present every simple main clause, we have developed this approach, and this even not only for natural languages, but also for (natural) visual languages, machine/mechanical/artificial languages, natural images and machine/mechanical/artificial images [...]", the case of the European Comission in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 3rd of October 2012 where we repeated that "[...] our concept of the extension of the Web Ontology Language (OWL) with Natural Language Processing (NLP) [is] based on the polygonal data model [...]", and the Clarification Caliber Special #1a of the 20th of May 2011. Important to note is that the Polygon(al)-Data[bank] Model approach and its elegant features with the main clause were known by the interested public since its patenting on the one hand and that it was referenced by us with the OntoLinux Website update on the 18th of January 2008 on the other hand, and also that our OntoFS software component is a file database system based on RDF and OWL as well as a strong connection with the scene graph concept, which makes it obviuous a second time that the approach of the polygonal data model has been generalized by us by using semantic world wide web and language processing in every direction and every sense.]", "SADL is layered on top of the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Ontology Language [(OWL)], which was developed to enable the content of the Internet to gradually be transformed into a large, distributed knowledge base. [See the sections Semantic (World Wide) Web of the webpage Links to Software.]", "[A user] can also describe the kinds of relationships that might exist between different types of things. Relationships are very important - they are often the defining characteristic of something. Using relationships, you can describe a category in terms of the conditions necessary to belong to that category. Using these and other ways of describing the concepts important in your field of expertise, you can create a conceptual model that is reusable, and the basis for adding the logic and business rules of your document. [The user] describe[s] your domain in terms of categories of things, kinds of relationships between things, instances of things and their attributes, and how those things are actually related to other things. [...] [As we explained in the past: "We already use the Structured ERM (SERM) as part of our holistic approach with the HOS OntoLinux (see the section Formal Modeling of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux, but read also our explanations given in the OntoLinux Further steps of the 21st of August 2010)."]", "If [users] were training [somebody or something], a lot of what [they] would say, after [they] defined the concepts, would be conditional statements, "If this and this and this, then." This kind of conditional statement is sometimes called a rule. Clearly, a rule should not use concepts that are not well understood. In SADL, one can write rules of the form, "Given, if, then" but only if the concepts have been defined. If [they] use a concept that is not defined it will be underlined [...]. [See again our OntoBot software component and the section Pure Rationality.]", "[The user] can augment [her/his] documents with examples that can then be used to test the correctness of the models that the documents contain. This not only allows validation and re-validation of your models [...] [See the sections Formal Modeling and Formal Verification of the Links to Software webpage, and again the webpage Overview.]", "These examples, however, are not just words. They are situations that are processed by your documents as real, working instances of how the set of documents "think." [Not the documents are processing something and "think", but the engine/machine is processing the documents and hence "thinks", as we explained in the case of the Technical University Munich in the Investigations::AI and Knowledge management, and Robotics of the 24th of September 2010.]", "Modularity and Reuse [...]", "Even if you do start from the beginning, you will want to divide your model up into parts - the general, reusable concepts, the unique concepts of your job, the specific rules by which you work, and examples of how your documents should be applied. When you write a technical paper, you don't repeat what's already been said in other documents. You just reference them and supply a bibliography. In SADL, you reference an existing document with an "import" and then all of the concepts in the imported document, along with any documents it imports, etc., are available to you in this document. [So, the company General Electrichas not copied the structure of the websites of OntoLix and OntoLinux only, it has also confirmed that we did it in the right way, because the webpages Links to Software, Links to Hardware, and Links to Organizations do exactly this kind of reusing of informations by referencing/linking.]", and "SADL documents are often useful just because they have been created and form an unambiguous model representing the consensus of discussion. [...] once the specifics in a compatible format are combined with the documents describing the concepts and rules, a document processor can easily determine what, if any, conclusions can be logically drawn about the situation. This combining of the concepts and rules with a specific situation is where the "thinking" takes place. [Here we have again our OntoBot software component.]".
On its related website we found the following: "The SADL grammar tries to use common words to express formal model relationships. These key words and phrases are mapped unambiguously into the formalisms of OWL, SWRL or Jena Rules, and SPARQL. [This is exactly one of our achievements reached with OntoLix and OntoLinux based on linguistics, text analysis, natural language processing, and common sense, as we proved above already. By the way: The Jena2 framework can be found in the section Semantic File/Storage System of the Links to Software webpage.]", "[...] provide a more intuitive language and authoring environment for developing models using Semantic Web technology and more especially the Web Ontology Language (OWL) and associated rule languages [...] [See again the related sections of the Links to Software webpage.]", "SADL is a controlled English language for expressing models with an unambiguous mapping to OWL. [...] A language that is much more like natural English than any OWL representation. (N-triples are probably the most human-readable OWL format but lack connectives to be English-like) [Firstly, we would like to mention that the statement that N-triples lack connectives to be English-like is just utter nonsense only, because the logically equivalent triples of the RDF can be seen as simple sentences consisting of subject, predicate and object, which is also accepted as such by leading scientists since more than 10 years. Secondly, the statement that SADL is much more like natural English than any OWL representation is utter nonsense as well, because it is proved that the polygonal database model can represent every main clause and that we used it in conjunction with OWL and even generalized it on the basis of OWL representations and also extended it with every kind of language even logic rule languages, visual, and acoustical languages. Thirdly, these statements were deliberately said in this wrong way for creating a not existing red line artificially and confusing the public intentionally in relation with our related explanations about the RDF given in the case of the Technical University Munich in the Investigations::AI and Knowledge management, and Robotics of the 24th of September 2010 and repeated even in the sentence before, so that it would be harder or even impossible for unknowing persons to see that the essential concept of SADL is not a (further) development by the company General Electric, but still exactly one of our achievements reached with OntoLix and OntoLinux. It can also be seen with the section Ontologic File System of the webpage OntoFS software component where we mentioned both the RDF and the OWL besides e.g. triple stores, especially to make clear that our Ontologic Systems (OSs) are not based solely on the integration of RDF and Natural Language Processing (NLP). Take a look again on the other webpages of the websites. We do "think" this maneuver has busted the responsible persons, who thought to be very clever.]", "Semantic Technology [...] Ontology [...] OWL (Web Ontology Language) [...] SWRL (Semantic Web Rule Language) [...] SPARQL (RDF query language) [...] Reasoner [...] [Everything is referenced on the webpage Links to Software as well.]", and "[...] Xtext language development suite [...]".
Besides this, we found the document "Experiences in Using Semantic Reasoners to Evaluate Security of Cyber Physical Systems", which somehow is also related with our contents of the websites of OntoLix and OntoLinux due to the references of the Security-Enhanced Linux on the webpages Links to Software and OntoFS, and the description of our Caliber/Calibre.
Moreover, we found in the document "The Smart Grid as a Semantically Enabled Internet of Things" the following informations: "An ontology structures metadata tags, which are used to make data self-describing. [So we have something that is related with reflection.]", "[...] When the ontology is a formal, logical model a reasoner can infer additional information, find inconsistencies, etc. [...] An ontology is a solid foundation for rules. [...] [When an ontology is a formal, logical model then it can be called an ontologic.]", "[...] Reliability [...] Security [...] Scalability and Performance [...] Privacy [...] Complexity [...] [These terms sound also very familiar, because they are characteristic features of our OSs. For example, the subject of complexity can be found in the chapter 3.2 Kolmogorov-Komplexität of The Prototyp, while the point security can be found on the webpages Links to Software and OntoFS.]", "[...] common, upper-level ontology with extensions for each standard - Map common elements axiomatically - Do rule-based translation of more difficult elements [...] [See the website of Ontologics.info. Shown on the same slide is a graphic with a model made with a Unified Modeling Lanuage (UML) like visual language.]", and "[...] Data Provenance [...] [See the section Semantic File/Storage System of the webpage Links to Software. Said this, see also the case of SAP & Andere in the Investigations of the 19th of November 2008 as well as again the section Formal Modeling on the Links to Software webpage.]".
In the end one form or one example of our general approach was only presented, but in such a way that the whole general concept was claimed as the own invention. Or said in other words our general approach was presented in the form of a specific language. In addition, utter nonsense was said about known related facts and our general and much more elegant approach for misleading the public. Convicted!!!
We have contacted the named copyright agent of the corporation General Electric Company.
The given license is not guilty, because our copyright has been infringed. Said this, we give every commercial user but also other users the friendly hint not to use SADL.

What an amazing story that is not funny definitely: At first the Technical University of Munich copied essential concepts from our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems, by formulating the related website and the linked techniques and technologies out only. Then we documented its case of copyright infringement on the 24th of September 2010 and gave additional informations. Around 3 months later General Electric copied it a second time inclusive our explanations and publicated the related white paper on the 10th of January 2011. Also, around the same time the research institutes Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique→Laboratoire d'Analyse et d'Architecture des Systèmes and Technical University Munich together marketed our concepts for misleading the public even more (see again their case the Investigations::AI and Knowledge management, and Robotics of the 10th of May 2011) and the European Comission started a project by known players in the field of the semantic web exactly in the same technical field focused on the integration of the RDF with Natural Language Processing (NLP) that since the project's beginning copies our concept by coming from the side of the NLP and data storage systems, which are optimized for the storage of RDF tuples and have further essential features of our OntoFS, and simply implements the related parts of the software stack of OntoLix and OntoLinux only (see its case in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 3rd of October 2012).
Besides this, we came to that project of General Electric from a website that resembles our website Ontologics.info and is also supported by the University of Bremen, which does know very well our websites.

We added to the webpage of our Active Rear-view Mirror, that they are controlled in an intelligent way by darkening the whole rear-view image or even better by recognizing the dazzling headlights of veh- icles driving behind and only darkening them in the rear-view image, can also be made out of our eLSG or another transparent display technology, and can even be integrated with our HUD technologies and eLSG for windshilds and side windows by presenting the rear- view image in a perspectively corrected way, so that the real rear- view mirrors become obsolete by its virtual substitute.

Accordingly, we added the points real Active Rear-view Mirror and Virtual Rear-view Mirror to the list of multimedia applications on the webpage of our eLSG.

    Ontonics Announcement
After further considerations we came to the point that significant amounts of our concepts related with our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems are also relevant for the operating systems, specifically Android by the company Google and iOS by the company Apple, that are used for stationary devices, like for example televisions, set-top boxes, media centers, and game consoles (see also the Investigat- ions::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 30th of April 2013).
Said this, we demand as a license fee for each stationary device that features an operating system with a Proactive Intelligent Pers- onal Assistant (PIPA) or a related application, and a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) with at least 2 modalities, like voice, touchless gesture, and multi-touch control (web services might be search engine, map, and media streaming for example):

    • 20.00 euro with semantic web, web services, and app and content stores (OntoS S#8, OntoDroid Droid#1, and OntoLix S#2 variants).

Also, we demand as a license fee for each stationary device that features an operating system with a full-fledged integration of a proactive intelligent personal assistant and a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) with at least 2 modalities, like voice, touchless gesture, and multi-touch control (web services might be search engine, map, and media streaming for example):

    • 24.00 euro with semantic web, web services, and app and content stores (OntoS S#16, OntoDroid S#2, and and OntoLix S#4 variants).

At this point we would like to mention once again that we see a vehicle as a (smart) mobile device, as it is repeated by smartphone and vehicle manufacturers and also software developers as well since we said it the first time.

We have seen some lists of additional input devices, specifically ma- ny different gamepads and kinetic devices. And the discussion about an extension of the Wayland protocol showed that on the one side the task is not difficult, but only complex, and on the other side that a clear design of the protocol's extension must be flexible respect- ively extendable without going to deep into the details of a single device, so that either the support of a specific input device can be added later by another multimedia project (e.g. the Simple Direct- media Layer (SDL)) or the manufacturers of a device for example. Said this, basic functions and sets of functions as interfaces be- tween Wayland and the hardware drivers have to be defined at least.

Clarification Style of Speed RE Special
Because the marque Volkswagen→Audi and the media still have a massive problem with the truth about our model RE by Style of Speed and the clone R8 e-tron, we thought it would be interesting for our readers to get the most important steps presented in one row.

  • 1. Around the end of the year 20xy the marque started together with the company Robert Bosch and the university of ... a project in the fields of electric cars. The image below shows the only thing that was developed before we presented the drivetrains of our model Elettore, which in the 4 Wheel Drive (4WD) variant was later called by us the electric quattro/e-quattro drive. What can be seen are the front suspension with dampers, wheel hubs, and disc brakes of the model R8 by the marque (grey-blue), the steering and the steering column (grey-blue and orange), a metal frame (green), and two electric motors (gold). The two press releases by the research collaboration said nothing about drive assistance systems and definitely nothing about an Electric Torque Vectoring Active Differential, an All-Wheel Drive (AWD), or an R8 (see the Investigations::Car #XYZ and ...).

  • 2. Two automotive magazines publicated the rumour about an electric R8 around 6 month after our presentation of the model Elettore based on the model Gallardo by the marque Lamborghini, which for sure had something in common with the chassis and drivetrain of our Elettore, because the R8 chassis is around 20 centimeters longer than the chassis of the Gallardo (see the case of Motor Presse Stuttgart→auto motor und sport in the Investigations::Car #XYZ). The left image shows a speculative rendering of a car that already has the exterior of the concept car e-tron, which was presented some weeks later by Audi on a large automotive exhibition (see point 4.), while the right image only shows a common R8. In following points we come back to these images, because the car on the left image was later also presented as the R e performance (see the point 11.) and the car on the right image was said to be the wrong car by Audi's CEO R. Stadler (see the point 4.), but was later presented as the R8 e-tron.

  • 3. Because the Elettore was presented to hide our RE as long as possible on the one hand and on the other hand the media present- ed the story of an electric R8 (see the point 2. again), we presented our RE some days later after the automotive magazines reported about such a car on the 03.June.2009, so that at least there would be no discussion, who truly designed the whole concept with the electric drivetrain. What followed was a coordinated misleading of the public by the marekting activities of the marque Audi and the media that all have not stopped to tell the falsehood until today.
  • 4. The marque Audi presented on a large exhibition the concept car e-tron, which was said by Audi's CEO R. Stadler to be a new car that has nothing in common with the model R8 in practice (see also the related points 2., 7., 8., and 11. below). The image below shows the car already fitted with the wheels of the model R8 V12 TDI that were mounted after we showed an image of the rear of the R8 5.2 FSI (see point 6.).

  • 6. We showed an image of the front of the R8 5.2 FSI and of the rear of the R8 V12 TDI on the webpage of the RE with the red colour paint job (around 2009).

  • 7. The marque Audi presented our RE as its R8 e-tron together with the front grille of our version RE RSR and the R8 5.2 FSI (see again the points 5. and 6.), and our racing and high voltage marketing stories (see the Investigations::Car #XYZ).

    Style of Speed RE → Volkswagen→Audi R8 e-tronStyle of Speed RE → Volkswagen→Audi R8 e-tron

  • 8. The marque Audi copied every single step of us following the strategy to mix elements of the RE versions presented by us before. For example, it added the front bonnet with the air outlet of the Street Racer STR LM exterior theme of the RE that was followed by the red paint finish (see the points 5. and 6. a further time). For misleading the public the presented car had also the front grille of the concept car e-tron, so that the public should get the impression that it is a planned evolution of its e-tron.

    Style of Speed RE → Volkswagen→Audi R8 e-tronStyle of Speed RE → Volkswagen→Audi R8 e-tron
    © :(

  • 9. The marque Audi presented images with number plates that had "RSe ...", "... RE ...", or "... ER 800" on them for misleading the public further and trying to get our label RE as well (see the Investigations::Car #XYZ and ...). At the same time the versions shown in point 7. and 8. were mixed, as it can be seen with the front grille and the bonnet locks, for misleading the public again that should have in this way a further time the impression that it is all its development. But at this point the deliberately conducted method of copying our actings with these small steps should be evident for every reader.

    Style of Speed RE → Volkswagen→Audi R8 e-tronStyle of Speed RE → Volkswagen→Audi R8 e-tron

  • 10. Later the front was changed again by slightly overworking the common R8 front with lines of the R8 V12 TDI front (compare the lower corners of the air inlets beside the front grille) and by adding the rear bonnet of the RSQ exterior theme of the RE (compare the right image below with the right image shown in point 7.), because we had only shown the two images (shown in point 6.). In addition, the diffusor section was redesigned for looking more like the lower rear section of the R8 V12 TDI. This shows a further methode of its strategy to steal our RE that is to look for some kind of loopholes based on perspective not shown explicitly by us, but only clearly described on the webpage of our model , so that the public should get the impression that it is from Audi and not from us due to the fact that we have not shown exactly a related image, which is nonsense obviously (see also the Investigations::Car #XYZ and #ZXY).

  • 11. Some years later, the marque declared that it had started a second research project in the B.R.D. at the same time, when the concept car e-tron was presented (see the point 4.), that is called F12 e performance and is claimed to be the electric R8 respectively R8 e-tron presented later to the public. With this it was clearly realized that the concept car e-tron was in fact a deceptive maneuver only for pursuing the true goal that was to steal our RE. But nevertheless, the project started around a month later after our presentation of the RE, was not presented to the public, and hence this F12 e performance or/and the R8 e-tron is/are still based on the concept of our model RE with its drivetrain, wireless charging system, and more features. Compare the image of the front with the exterior of the concept car e-tron that was also presented as the R e performance (see point 2.)

    Ontonics Website update
In the description of our WebGLKit rendering engine we gave the additional informations that also formatting, transformation, and semantic markup languages are considered.

    Ontonics Further steps
We are thinking about a more general realization of our technology that uses block-style figures (see for example the intelliTablet Further steps One Tablet Per Child (OTPC) and One Pad Per Child (OPPC/OP²C) #8 of the 14th of January 2013) and similar toy figures as real tangible objects, and 3D games and virtual environments with such figures as the virtual counterpart by two different approaches:
    1. The first approch is using a plate, which is connected with a computer by wire and that represents the so-called portal. While in the case of the Lego® figures the plate could have knobs with electric contacts (see the images in the intelliTablet Announcement One Tablet Per Child (OTPC) and One Pad Per Child (OPPC/OP²C) #3 of the 21st of August 2012 and the intelliTablet Further steps One Tablet Per Child (OTPC) and One Pad Per Child (OPPC/OP²C) #4 of the 22nd of August 2012), it is also common to integrated into the figures a Near Field Communication (NFC) chip, which for sure can be integrated into Lego® figures as well (see also the 22nd of January 2008 where we showed a Lego® minifigures and plush toys as tangible (user interface) devices).
    2. The second approach uses a web camera or a camera of a mobile device as the portal by recognizing the figure, a related model, or another toy.

    Style of Speed Website update
We added a new webpage for our electronic Toughened Safety Glass (eTSG)@Car.
We also updated the webpages of our Space@Car approach and Active Rear-view Mirror systems accordingly.

Furthermore, we added to the webpage of our Active Rear-view Mirror solutions the feature that the perspectively corrected virtual rear-view image is also supported by the utilization of our Multi- Kinetic technology, that optimizes the illusion of a rear-view mirror significantly (see our Mobile 4D Display technology).

Surely, we have seen the problem in the case of the virtual side rear-view mirrors that can only function, if a screen for imaging is available, which is not the case if the front side windows are wind down and no triangular window is there. In fact, this problem was the reason why we have not publicated the concept of our virtual rear-view mirrors before. Nevertheless, we thought that it is still an interesting technology and hence we are working on solutions for this problem. Eventually, it is enough to render the virtual side rear- view mirrors on the windshield as well, when not enough imaging screen is available, or said in other words, if less than around 4" or 10 cm of a side window are viewable, then the virtual rear-view image is displayed on the windscreen. Alternatively, the virtual side rear-view mirrors are also shown on the windshield all the time, which would have the effect as if real side rear-view mirrors are mounted on the fenders.

And we added the section Functionality to the webpage of our eLSG@Car that summarizes the features already described on other webpages of us.

    Ontonics Website update
In the description of our Mobile 4D Display technology we gave the additional information that the media player can have streaming technology, and were more precise by replacing the term "head motion" with "head or/and eye motion", though both updates are only cosmetical, specifically in the latter case due to the whole sentence that contains the term. We also described the only ex- ception with more precision by reducing it further on the combination of a TFT-LCD with head-tracking.

    Ontonics Announcement
We can already inform all interested parties that every license fee related with 3D technology, inclusive operating systems and user interfaces, 3D displays, 3D televisions, 3D smartphones respectively Ontoscopes, Retina Projection, rapid prototyping machines and 3D printers, Direct Digital Manufacturing, and so on, will be slightly higher due to our pioneering work in all these fields. In the end this suggests a percental and not an absolute basis for the app and content stores as part of the overall license fee for each device, specifically in conjunction with 3D images and 3D models for imaging and printing (see the Ontonics Further steps of the 8th of November 2010 with our presentation of the related Holostore, and also the Ontonics Website update of the 21st of February 2011, the Clarification of the 9th of January 2013, as well as the Cook!Mobile concept for example that already connencts our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems, our Ontoscope and Retina Projection architectures, and 3D printers).

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Amazon: The media reported about the rumour that the company is developing a smartphone with 3D display that does not need special glasses, because it is using the eye-tracking technique. It is also reported that it uses eye-tracking as gesture control of the user interface, so that we can already say without any doubts that it is related with our Ontoscope architecture with our technology Mobile 4D Display (see also the related cases below). Potentially, the smartphone will feature a virtual 3D camera only, though this does not matter at all in this conjunction, because we already explained some years ago in exactly this context that the 3D camera must not have two lenses, but can also be based on one lense and software rendering. Despite it is not needed anymore, the proposed operating system with our proactive intelligent personal assistant proves a fur- ther time that the technology is based on our copyrighted descript- ions indeed.
The company Amazon has neither confirmed the rumours nor asked for the related licenses for the hardware and the software until today. Besides this, we already guess that the company wants to copy our Holostore (see also the Clarification of today above).
  • News Corporation→Dow Jones & Company→Wall Street Journal: The newspaper was first with its report about the rumour that the company Amazon is developing a 3D-smartphone that in the end might be nothing else than our Ontoscope with our Mobile 4D Display technology. We do quote the most important text passages for doc- umenting the case: "One of the devices is a high-end smartphone featuring a screen that allows for three-dimensional images without glasses [...]. Using retina-tracking technology, images on the smart- phone would seem to float above the screen like a hologram and appear three-dimensional at all angles [... (see also our Retina Pro- jection technology and the image of the Ontoscope Further steps of the 16th of August 2012)]. Users may be able to navigate through content using just their eyes [... (see also our MobileKinetic techno- logy)].", "[Some unnamed persons] cautioned that some or all of the devices could be shelved because of performance, financial or other concerns [...]", "[...] ubiquity [...]", "Amazon hopes to stand out from the crowd with the 3-D screen[, which means it would copy us once again with our our Ontoscope only ... A company] would pro- vide chips for the 4G LTE-enabled phones[, which by the way fits to the fact that one of its chip series for mobile devices features our MultiGPS technology already ...]. With smartphones, Amazon could collect new data on its users through maps, phone calls and app downloads, and offer them shopping recommendations.", and "[...] possible set-top box [...]". Somehow, we have the impression by the two last quotes that the report is a reaction and based on our pub- lished license models related with our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems for mobile and stationary devices (see the Investigations::Multimedia of the 30th of April 2013, the Ontonics Announcement of the 8th of May 2013, and see also the Clarification of today above and specif- ically the Ontonics Further steps of the 8th of November 2010), and hence it might be an artificially created rumour by the media compa- ny or launched together with the company Amazon or even a third party. Interesting is for our readers in this conjunction as well that we discussed about the company Amazon at the same day before the report was publicated and said that it needs a new marketing story for keeping up its cash flow. Now, that point is crystallizing out like the answer to our question, which company is supported as the next after the companies Apple, Samsung, and Asus on the hard- ware side, and International Business Machines, Microsoft; and Google on the software side. Furthermore, it fits exactly with the fact that we have begun to make businesses with Apple, Samsung, Sony, Google, Asus, and others in the last weeks to which Amazon does not belong. What the true defrauding actors missed is that Amazon is already in the boat, even if we want it or not, so guess why we added content store to the licensing models mentioned before (see also the announcement of our Holostore given in the Ontonics Further steps of the 8th of November 2010), so that so or so this nasty maneuver was a complete flop. Besides this, it seems to be that the usually used media companies were exchanged with the Wall Street Journal and that some of the usual media companies have not reported about the rumours deliberately, which is now as highly suspicious as the defrauding reports done by them in the past.
Februar 2011, 13. Februar 2011 and 28.
Februar 2011, 13. Februar 2011 and 28.

So, we have a duet for the opening of the Moon Rock Cafe.

    Ontonics Website update
We have generalized the description of our WebGLKit rendering engine by naming the WebKit rendering engine as an example only, as the label of our technology already implied which is a merger of WebGL, toolkit, and WebKit. We do apologize for this little confusion.

    Style of Speed Website update
We publicated the webpage of our Holonicle@Car officially and updated it by adding an image that shows an interior by General Motors.

    Investigations::Car #384

  • General Motors→Buick: The marque has presented a new concept car and we have investigated the related press release for documenting the following points: "[...] avant-garde [...] [speech act]", "[...] harmonious balance between style and performance [...] [speech act]", "[...] active grille shutters and diffusers [...] [Does this mean that the diffusers are also active? If so, then we have here at least a reference to our Active Dffusor.]", "[...] bold style [...] [At this point we leave the speech act steeling and narrow the copyright infringement, because Style of Speed has even models called Bold Fun and Bold Riot and some more bold trademarks as part of the related marketing story with the Bold Theme created.]", "[...] adaptive seating system [...] [See also our Active Seat system.]", "[...] charged with a traditional cable or wirelessly via a sensory recharge panel on the car's chassis [...] [See our irail and ipad technologies.]", "The vehicle's voice commands and controls along with touch and gesture recognition activate a range of vehicle systems and enable seamless interaction between driver and vehicle. [Doubtlessly, this is based on our Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) of OntoLix and OntoLinux in conjunction with our E-dashboard that also utilizes our MobileKinetic technology.]", "The new [concept car] employs a forward-looking active safety system that collects traffic information through 10 high-resolution cameras (for image monitoring) and 18 micro high-precision sensors (for distance monitoring). The information is integrated and presented in a holographic image onto the windshield. [We do not think that the marque has not seen the fact that we already have described the Active Sensor network solution, which also comprise the solution of the Active Camera network respectively array, as well as their interplay and the integrated data architecture/data fusion feature of our AutoSemantic package. We also do think that the marque does known the facts that our eLSG is connected with our Holonicle and Kineticle technologies already, and utilized in the automotive field for our eLSG@Car solutions besides our Holonicle@Car technology. And that the marque thought to do copy and past only with our texts of the webpages eLSG@Car and Active Rear-view Mirror without referencing us correctly is another point.]", and "The intelligent driver assist system provides occupants a high level of active safety and security. The system incorporates a variety of driver assist functions, including: an eagle view record system, night view assist, side blind-zone alert system, lane departure warning system, full-speed range-adaptive cruise control system, lane change assist system, parking assist system, rear cross-traffic alert system, autopilot system and "transparent" A pillars. [So, here we have the zooming function of our Active Camera module used with e.g. our Active Virtual Rear-view Mirrors, our eLSG@Car, our Holonicle@Car, and also with every other technology of us, if it is advantageous.]".
General Motors and its marque Buick have intentionally confused the public again about the true origin of our inventions. The timing also suggests that it was a reaction on the publications of the webpages of our new section Computing and Multimedia of the Style of Speed website, but the contents proves that the authors of the text have not known that we have only collected informations publicated by us before.
  • Koeniggsegg: As usual, the company has taken again some portions of our intellectual properties that begun in the past with an electric differential. We have taken the latest press release for investigating and documenting the latests development in this context: "[...] active hydraulic element [...]", "[...] supplemented by a digital active system [...] [This might be more than a speech act stealing due to the sections Supplement and Active Component of the Style of Speed website.]", "The [company's] E-diff works in harmony with a new traction control system, the fastest reacting system in the industry with auto-adapt functionality for different road conditions and driving styles as well as a number of manual settings. [The copyright infringement slowly developed, as the quotes before show, and finally we are at an essential function of our Active Trac system that is the auto-adaption, also known as learning.]" "[...] minimalistic and efficient in the purest [...] [speech act]", "[...] CI – Configurable Instruments [-] It features a unique and configurable interface that can be adapted to the driver's specific demands. As it is connected to the cars CAN bus system, it communicates freely with the infotainment screen and all other functions in the car. Graphical information can be prioritised [...] [This is the concept of our Car X-Window System.]", "[...] the first two environmentally conscious hypercars in the world [...] [This is marketing nonsense, as the reader finds out directly when looking at our related street legal models by Style of Speed.]", and "Also, Lithium Iron cells cannot reach thermal runway - a state that can mean meltdown and/or fire - like Li-ion batteries. This makes them very safe for automotive use. [We hear more and more other stories.]".
  • Rinspeed: This time we could catch that fraudster F. M. Rinderknecht and his partners, like the companies Harman and Continental, with the stealing of a our ETE and other concepts of us that were presented in form of another concept car in March 2013 at a large automotive exhibition. The whole concept with some few exceptions presented by him is only stolen, from the basic vehicle concept with electric wheel hub/in-wheel motors, our AutoCloud, MapCloud, and CarCloud, over the multimedia systems and user interfaces, to the Swarm Intelligence System (SIS)/Swarming and its connection with our Car Cloud, and the community based vehicle sharing with "Real-time booking systems" and smartphone based payment system, which is nothing else than our Taxisharing, as well as the different versions for the related utilizations, and for sure some of our marketing stories, specifically related with the term revolution due to our solagen "Motion # Transportation # eMotion # Revolution" on the bottom of the webpage of our ETE.
see also the cases in the Investigations::Car #253 and Multimedia of the 1st of May 2010 and the case of the company Continental in the Investigations::Car #277 and Multimedia Linux based In-Vehicle Infotainment Special of the 31st of July 2010 and our Car-X Windows user interface framework "[...] microMAX [...] [For sure, the name of its concept car is related with OntomaX and MiniMax, but more important for this investigative case is that it reflects the labelling of the features user centric migration Max-Mig of applications respectively processes, synchronization Max-Sync of applications and data, and Max-Com communication.]", "Rinspeed and Harman develop comprehensive mobility concept and corresponding vehicle. The incarnation of the idea is: "[a concept vehicle]" - the networked swarm car [Oh, what a pity, it is only the stolen concept of our ETE based on the concept vehicle eT! by the manufacturer Volkswagen and our other model TE by Style of Speed.]", "[...] creative powerhouse [...] [Obviously, the correct designation is cleptomanic powerhouse.]", "[...] transfers the idea of swarm intelligence to urban traffic and sets out to do nothing less than to revolutionize it [...] [The concept of swarm intelligence is not so new, and was also presented before by other entities, like the manufacturer Volkswagen with its concept 2028 following us.]", "The ingenious commuter vehicle merges personal and public transportation in very clever fashion. [Yes indeed, because the ingenious commuter vehicle is a pure innovation of Ontonics, the OntoLab, and Style of Speed.]", "[...] manufacturer of top-class automotive multimedia and infotainment systems Harman for the first time introduces its vision of an "urbanSWARM" community concept based on the Harman Cloud platform [...] [So, here we have our Swarm Intelligence System (SIS)/Swarming and our AutoCloud computing paradigm from the years 2007 and 2008 together with a related transport vehicle with electric drivetrain based on wheel hub/in-wheel motors. What makes us suspicious is the prefix "urban", because it leads directly to a city/urban concept car by the marque Volkswagen→Audi, which is interesting because the other marque Volkswagen→Porsche is a business partner of the company Harman in conjunction with an internet radio streaming platform that is tried to be marketed as a general cloud computing platform. We come to this point with more details in a subsequent comment.]", "[...] Cloud-based mobility concept [...] [In fact, this is nothing else than our Hyper Connectivity suite with our AutoCloud, CarCloud, and MapCloud computing platforms.]", "This [cloud-based mobility concept] allows, for instance, easy access to navigation functions in real time. Based on the information from all vehicles connected to the swarm, the system can modify the routes dynamically to account for current traffic. [This is our solution based on the connection of the MapCloud computing platform with the Swarming/Swarm Intelligence System (SIS). Interesting is here again that on the one hand the marque Volkswagen→Audi is emphasizing the smartphone based radio streaming based on our automotive distributed computing architecture (see the case of the marque Audi in the Investigations::Car #54 of the 20th of October 2008 and #380 of the 2nd of April 2013) and that on the other hand also the marque Volkswagen→Porsche recently promoted in the press release related with the presentation of one of its new model versions the same connectivity suite, which Audi is promoting (see the case of the marque Porsche in the Investigations::Car #383 of the 6th of May 2013). This explains why the marques are unsuccessfully trying to find a legal loophole for getting over music streaming with a smartphone to automotive distributed and cloud computing by coming from two sides, because the marque Porsche is already a partner of Harman. The same holds for the manufacturers Subaru, Ford, Chrysler, and others, which presented in the last month our AutoCloud computing solution as part of their vehicle connectivity services (see again the Clarification of the 7th of January 2013).]", ""We have developed an intelligent and eco-friendly mobility concept complete with its own vehicle that combines the benefits of personal transportation with those of taxis, car-sharing services and carpool concepts [...] [HyperGotcha!!!™ It is our Taxisharing concept also listed as a feature of our ETE. At this point, the responsible entities are already convicted without any doubts, but we go on for the entertainment of our readers.]", "It uses the powerful UMTS and LTE data networks [...]", ""[concept vehicle]" owners belong to a modern mobility community that allows all [concept vehicle] vehicles to be used with maximum flexibility: by people driving themselves, by regular commuters in permanent carpools, but also by people looking for on-the-spot rides or needing to cover individual legs of their trip [...] [At this point we only would like to point to the terms community and carpools, which lead again to our Taxisharing concept directly.]", "A special app custom-developed by [one of the project partners] for this purpose gives all road users who are looking for a transport option and are part of the selected community access to the new mobility concept. Potential riders only need to enter their destination; the "urbanSWARM" community uses Cloud technology and access to the collective information and experience of the entire swarm of vehicles to do the rest. Because the system has information about routes, destinations, traveling speeds and occupancy of all vehicles in the swarm, it calculates potential ride opportunities in real time and - if called for - even determines transfer options. [Our model ETE was presented on the 25th of October 2012. Also, simply connect app(lication) with a smartphone and we are again at our Taxisharing concept, obviously, as our label alone suggests that is composed out of the terms taxi and car sharing. The Taxisharing concept was presented by us on the 8th of December 2012.]", "[...] car visionary Rinderknecht and Harman define an entirely new class of vehicles [...] [So, really? The facts clearly say that we from Ontonics and Style of Speed have defined the general essential elements of this vehicle class last year.]", "[...] Thuringia Center for Mobility Innovation [...] [Such a research center always leads directly to the company Volkswagen and to infringements of our intellectual properties.]", "And the latest NFC (Near Field Communication) technology from [one of the leading project partners] makes it fast and easy to identify drivers as well as passengers. This solution also allows access to personal data, community profiles and payment systems. [The point with the payment system is a further evidence that we have here our Taxisharing concept, which for sure is said to be based on smartphones as well. Hence our specific versions of our original concept are based NFC as well.]", "Its central control unit has been custom-programmed [...] [This is the concept of our Car X-Window System that suddenly everybody has, though we have it since years already.]", "The command center for the "urbanSWARM" community platform is the 19-inch HD touchscreen [...], which features a multi-dimensional HMI (Human Machine Interface) and offers expanded display functions. [...] [We do not know what a multi-dimensional HMI is, but we do know that it was described in this way for confusing the public, because our Ontologic Systems (OSs), Hightech Operating Systems (HOSs), and n-Dimensional Operating Systems (nDOSs) OntoLix and OntoLinux have a Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M³UI).]", "[...] acoustic pedestrian safety system [...] the sound always reflects current engine load, engine speed and vehicle speed [...] [Compare this with our Active Clang system.]", "As is natural for [the leading fraudster], he has created a concept car filled with such emotion and spiced with a host of technical highlights [...] [The term emotion points directly to our OntoLix and OntoLinux, specifically the webpage Emotion Machine Architecture on their websites, and to trademarks like Motion and Emotion™.]", "Various equipment modules, for example, for craftsmen, mail carriers or express courier services, make this revelation in space extremely versatile. [This statement is based on the different versions of our model ETE by Style of Speed.]", "As the leading vendor of professional 3D visualizations in real time, [a company] has already made these various versions "tangible" with a proprietary app. [See the section Multimedia of the webpage Links to Hardware of the OntoLix and OntoLinux websites. Now, we all do know that it has worked out our websites carefully.]", "[A] consulting firm [...] has developed a corresponding manufacturing and marketing program for the series production. [But it has not worked out a the legal issues, as far as we do know as copyright owners.]", and "[...] unique visions [...] [We only repeat at this point once again our slogan: OntoLab - The Lab of Visions.]".
The press release continues with the presentation of the project partners: "AEZ", "[...] standing up in a car has so far only been possible in vehicles of the small lorry and minivan category if they are equipped with the appropriate body [...] [So, guess why we have taken the concept vehicle eT! of Volkswagen as the basis for our model ETE.]", "[...] E-mobility – the wheel hub motor [...] [Suddenly, two versions exist. One version has a centrally mounted electric drivetrain and the other version has wheel hub motors, like the ETE.]", "[...] light style [...]", "The goal to "revolutionise short distance traffic in urban centres" and to unify the aspects of private and public use in a simple, easy and highly efficient way is definitely achieved by Frank Rinderknecht and his concept car. [Let us laugh a round about that pure marketing nonsense.]", "A.T. Kearney", "Urbanization 2.0 [...]", "Growing customer demand for efficient mobility services, ergonomic transportation, and integrated connectivity while having a positive impact to higher social responsibility require new mobility solutions. [We conclude: The management consulter confirmed that the overall concept of our ETE is an ingenious answer to these demands.]", "[...] price range should be between 5,000 € and 10,000 € [...] [That is ridiculous, because a Smart Fortwo electric drive of the third generation costs 18,920 €. This price has to be sold only for the battery, so add 15,000 € for the lightweight vehicle, the motors, and the multimedia gimmicks.]", "[...] vehicle family concept [...] [We are not surprised to here about the eF! or eFamily! version of the model ETE.]", "- Space: Easy entry, lounge comfort and ergonomic mobile working stations - Speed: Fast lanes, intelligent routing and its small size allow quick movements - Service: Real-time booking systems, high speed connectivity, application suite, online tickets & e-pay - Social responsibility: Electric drive and paperless ticketing/billing with mobile devices [Please, see again the related links given above.]", "Each of the 4S features can be adjusted to customized offering packages for B2B and B2C peers. Those include e.g. routed public transport, point-to-point commuting services, in-car retailers, food / mail / parcel delivery services, car / house mechanics, on-campus shuttles and further more. [And these are the other versions of our model ETE, so the consulter has also infringed our copyright.]", "[...] Passengers can flexibly book their rides on a fixed line and hop on and off wherever demanded. After real-time booking is completed, the optimized route will be defined for the selected [concept] vehicle [...] [You can write a novel or simply give the keywords only, as we did in the case of the ETE.]", "Guided by an intelligent and flexible navigation system [...] [You can write a novel or simply give the keywords only, as we did in the case of the ETE.]", "Easy payment options through Near Field Communication[ (NFC) ...] [See again the description of our Taxisharing concept and keep in mind that payment systems based on smartphones with NFC capability was already introduced last year. So if somebody says smartphone or NFC in this context does always infringe our copyright.]", "[...] modular construction technique [...] modular plug-and-play manufacturing concept [So, guess why we have written "eM! or eMult! is the general platform for individual superstructures" on the webpage of our model ETE by Style of Speed and also described the other versions.]", "Carl F. Bucherer", "[...] designed to revolutionize local and short-distance transport [...] [As we said on the webpage of our model ETE: "Motion # Transportation # eMotion # Revolution". So, thank you very much for the flowers.]", "[...] has been realizing his dream of building visionary cars that combine innovation with cult status and sustainability [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] Rinspeed's production of concept cars and limited series have established the company's solid reputation [...] [What a pleasure for us and hopefully for our beloved readers that finally we could bust and pulverize the company's solid reputation totally.]", "[...] 370 cm (approx. 12') long [...] 220 cm (7'2") high [...] [The basic eT! by Volkswagen has a length of 4090 mm, a width of 1850 mm, and a height of 1980 mm, which is the short and low version of our ETE, that has comfortable seats in the versions like a classic hackney/London taxi and not standing seats.]", "Apart from a coffee machine and a fridge, the interior also has Internet access for the mobile office or gaming [...] [So, they simply crossed our versions of the eC!/eCamper! and the eTax!.]", "A choice of models and extras make the [concept vehicle] incredibly adaptable, and it can be fitted out to meet the needs of, say, tradesmen who have to transport lots of equipment. [...] philosophy [...]", "The concept cars developed by Frank M. Rinderknecht continually redefine mobility. They are the work of a man who insists on going his own way, come what may. [Nevertheless, he has found his master now.]", "Apart from this, the brilliantly conceived mobility concept is another compelling example of what happens when someone has the courage and passion to tread unbeaten paths [...] [Thank you very much for the flowers again.]", "Continental [Aha, this explains as well a lot, because the company's name already points to a copyright infringement.]", "With their know-how, technology and products, Continental is best-prepared to make decisive statements in the mega trends – safety, environmental, information and reasonably-priced vehicles, in the automotive branch. [Have their missed the phrase 'with their stealing'?]", "[...] under the brand name VDO, produced a simple to use touch-information terminal based on [an operating system] technology [...] a new, configurable interface via self-definable Apps, was created suitable for vehicles [...] [This points directly to our Car X-Window System (see the Investigations::Car #253 and Multimedia of the 1st of May 2010 and the case of the company Continental in the Investigations::Car #277 and Multimedia Linux based In-Vehicle Infotainment Special of the 31st of July 2010).]", "Eberspächer", "Passengers can get in and out in seconds thanks to a large door [...]", "[...] bio-ethanol heating unit [...] [Wow, besides a coffee machine and a fridge they also have a barbecue grill? No, but we have it now even as an integrated solution with the eC!/eCamper! version of the ETE.]", "Evonik [...] Plexiglas [...] Evonik's Acrylic Polymers [...] multi-layer systems based on Plexiglas [...] Functional integration is the key term [...] [Take a look at our electronic Polymer@Car that comprises electronic Plexiglas as well.]", "Grace", "The [bicycle] introduced in 2009, was not just the first e-motorbike worldwide [...] [Nonsense!]", "[...] E-Scooter [...] and [...] Cargo 3-Wheeler [...] [Take a look at the related models E-Scooter, E3, and E APE by Style of Speed.]", "Harman - The urbanSWARM Community Concept - Vision of a holistic mobility solution for 2020. [Firstly, the swarm community concept is nothing else than our Swarming with our Hyper Connectivity suite that includes our AutoCloud, MapCloud, and CarCloud, and that are all featured by our model ETE by Style of Speed. Secondly, the terms vision and holistic were said in relation with our trademarks and slogans Creative Vision™, Innovative Vision™, Vision+™, "Vision - Innovation - Leadership™", "The Lab of Visions™", "Sound and Vision™", "Powered by Visions™", "Vision with Passion™", "Visionary. Pioneering. Revolutionary.™", "3D Sound and Vision™", and "Visionary at work™", as well as Holistic Design™ and Holistic System™.]", "In presenting its visionary urbanSWARM Community Concept that makes consistent use of swarm intelligence, Harman is facilitating an ultra-modern, mobile society in urban areas. With its Harman Cloud Platform (HCP) and Aha, its connectivity solutions and the breadth of its innovative display technologies, as well as its vast experience in developing intuitive HMI systems, Harman already has all necessary technologies covered. [We have here a very clear evidence of a massive copyright infringement that was intentionally conducted by looting our related webpages. We from Ontonics and Style of Speed already have all necessary technologies covered with our descriptions, but Harman only has all necessary intellectual properties stolen, or simply said in other words, Harman has nothing. Obviously, the company went into a dead-end street with its extremely bold business strategy and now had to loot our websites for getting further. Besides, the prefix and term "urban" points to the marque Audi, as we already explained in a comment to a quote above.]", "[...] brought ingeniously to life [...] [This points again to our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems.]", "The vision combines perfectly the advantages of public and individual transport, taxis, car sharing and car pooling concepts, while avoiding their respective downsides entirely. All cars equipped with the groundbreaking System communicate in real-time via the [company's copy of our] Cloud Platform. All information necessary for quick, efficient and needs-based use is available at any time and can be accessed by the community either inside the car – or outside via mobile device. [As it can be easily seen, this is our ingenious visionary concept of the Taxisharing with our CarCloud and MapCloud computing paradigms, which belong to our Hyper Connectivity suite and are all features of our model ETE by Ontonics and Style of Speed and definitely not by Harman. At this point we would like to mention the Ontonics Website update of the 4th of April 2013, because until that date AutoCloud and Car in the Cloud/CarCloud were used synonymously denoting both cloud computing paradigms that are focused on the user on the one hand and on the vehicle on the other hand.]", "Community members [...] rideshare [...] [Should we say Taxisharing?]", "And thanks to the information gathered from the swarm, and because the vehicles are not bound by fixed schedules, routes or stops, the system can always choose the quickest routes automatically. [...] [Like a cab driver or an autonomous vehicle does it.]", "Comprehensive real-time analysis of the swarm information in the [company's stolen] Cloud [...]", "[...]Swarm cars could for example scan their environment continuously [...] and share this information with other swarm participants in real-time. [Indeed, it is our ingenious invention to integrate our other invention AutoCloud with our Swarm Intelligence System (SIS), which was not a part of the so-called car-to-x concept based as well on our automotive distributed computing architecture.]", "And, in contrast to buses, taxis or the train, the vehicle can be individually tailored to the passengers' needs. [See again the different versions of our ETE by Style of Speed.]", "[...] NFC enabled cell phone at the chosen seat is all it takes for passengers to access their personal information, from individual music or film collections, through emails to their own desktop at work – all content is readily available on the pre-installed tablets and can be used seamlessly [...] [This is based on our automotive distributed computing architecture, specifically the point "personal World Wide Web-based infrastructure, network, and virtual drive, that supports the user centric migration Max-Mig, synchronization Max-Sync of applications and data, and Max-Com communication, better known as AutoCloud computing", which belongs to our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems since their beginning, like swarm intelligence in general and with the AutoSemantic extension package. At this point our readers should understand that as much as possible was illegally copied for misleading the public by perverting the facts in the sense that not the project partners have copied us but we would have copied from their press release or other publicated information. [As we have already proved, the company is stealing massively our intellectual properties, inclusive the raising of a vehicle's intelligence (see its case in the Investigations::Car #375 of the 25th of January 2013), which says it all about the company and why it was chosen as a project partner.]", "Thuringian Center of Innovation in Mobility [....] at the TU Ilmenau [...]", "[...] visionary space miracle [...] [We would not call that concept vehicle in this way, because it is just only the common design of a box on wheels.]", "[...] plastic based composites [...] [See our range of carbon fibers and graphene fibers by Ontonics.]", "[...] rapid prototyping [...] [See the section Rapid Prototyping Machine of the webpage Links to Hardware of the websites of OntoLix and OntoLinux.]", "Modularity in the automobile enables diversity in variants [...] [That is the reason why we can offer so many different versions of our model ETE.]", "Vollmond Advertising Agency [So, here we have the entity that is responsible for this messy public relations.]", "W.I.R.E.", "[The company] is an independent think tank in Switzerland. M. Rinderknecht, because he has not led the way.]".
Besides the stealing of our general concept of the model ETE with its many functionalities, its concept vehicle reminds us of another concept vehicle, which is also based on technologies of us, called Unicab by Damian Lucaciu and Chris Burrell, was made for the competition that selected the next New York city taxi, and features electric wheel hub motors powered by a fuel cell, at least 3 passenger seats, our Space@Car environment with transparent displays and head-up displays, our Active Solar Panel, and also a ramp for wheelchairs, as well as a cab sharing and related booking service over the internet or a mobile/cell phone, that is meant in the context of a common taxi service and a mobile-based taxi cab ordering service, which both differ from our community, society, club, or related business based Taxisharing solution. In fact, as we saw the Unicab concept taxi and the eT! concept vehicle by Volkswagen, as well as our many vehicle, robotic, and multimedia technologies used for both concept vehicles on the one hand, and the approaches of the car sharing and the cab sharing as well as the mobile-based taxi ordering services on the other hand, we decided to present our model ETE, which features the best mix of all technical, economical, and environmental alternatives, as it is proved with the clone presented by the company Rinspeed and its project partners once again. In the end, Rinspeed simply took our model ETE, substituted the eT! with the Unicab concept vehicle, made it around 20 centimeters higher than the eT!, and added the bumpers of the model up! by Volkswagen following the image of our Big up!/uP!/UP! and the shown concept taxis based on the Space up! concept vehicle by Volkswagen.
Furthermore, what we do see here is an intentionally and collaboratively planned, organized, and conducted stealing of our intellectual properties by several companies and research institutes with the goal to damage our company massively, which makes it a serious criminal case by definition. What makes it even more suspicious is the point that we got the press release now and not in March 2013 from an automotive website, while we are collecting all informations about our systems on their own webpages. Especially interesting is in this conjunction that we have only begun to write the related Clarification of the 7th of January 2013 on that day and finalized it around the 20th of April 2013 by collecting respectively quoting the essential facts that were all publicated already on our websites several years before, like the feature-lists of the OntoLinux system and the AutoSemantic::Car package. This was concurrently done in conjunction with the Style of Speed Further steps of the 21st of April 2013, which marks the day when we have begun to publicate the specific webpages of our new section Computing and Multimedia on the website of Style of Speed. Said this, the newly publicated press release was a reaction to our actings mentioned before, because it could be seen now that even all distributed, automotive cloud, and swarm computing concepts have been described by us long before in the years 2007 and 2008 in the case of the computing architecture and paradigm, in the October 2012 in the case of the vehicle concept, and in the December 2012 in the case of our Taxisharing business solution. Said this, our copyright wall could not be breached by the internet radio streaming platform of the company Harman in this way, as obviously the company and its business partners, like the manufacturers Subaru, Volkswagen with its marques Porsche and Audi, Ford, Fiat with its marques Chrysler and Jeep, and Honda assumed wrongly (see also the case of the company Harman below). Convicted!!!

This is a case for the prosecutors in the Swiss, the B.R.D., and the U.S.A..

  • Harman: The company tries to steal our general distributed computer architecture and our particular automotive distributed computer architecture of Style of Speed, and our related Hyper Connectivity solutions with our different cloud computing platforms, our integration of them with our Swarm Intelligence System (SIS)/Swarming (see the case of the company Rinspeed above), as well as essential elements of our Advanced HUDs (AHUDs), like the combination of the HUD technology with Augmented Reality (AR) (HUD AR) (see also the Clarification of the 7th of January 2013). From two related videos about its general connectivity and its special connectivity car solutions we quote the following explanations: "[...] driving force [...] [Driving Force™]", "[...] augmented navigation provide turn-by-turn directions with advanced real-time visualization [...] [Doubtlessly, with this statement our Advanced Head-Up Displays (AHUDs) like the HUD AR was meant, which is strengthened by the fact that an impression of a HUD was given in one of the videos. But to be honest, a HUD itself with (virtual) touch or/and gesture control was not presented.]", as well as "Best user experience for cloud-based content [(specifically our AutoCloud and MapCloud)]". From a press release of its "Cloud-based [...] Radio Platform" publicated on the 14th of December 2011 we got the additional informations that have to be seen together with the case of the company Rinspeed and their joint project (documented above): "[...] implement consumer services based on [the company's] cloud-based platform bringing a broad spectrum of rich internet content safely into vehicles [...] [We simply direct our readers again to our nearly 5 years old Hyper Connectivity suite with the different cloud computing platforms.]" and "[...] Web-based content including music services, Internet radio, podcasts, live news, audio books, personalized traffic reports, [social network services] and [short messaging] feeds, location-based services and more, through [car manufacturers] factory-installed in-car infotainment systems. The [company's] Service is free of charge for customers and always up-to-date, thanks to its cloud-based technology platform [...] [We are not quite sure if its radio service platform was based on the cloud computing instead of a Web 2.0 solution only just from the start in the year 2008, though this might even not be relevant in the case of media streaming, because there is a high potentialy that we have publicated the feature-lists of OntoLix and OntoLinux with the AutoCloud computing paradigm even before its foundation.]", and "Consumers bring [the company's radio service platform] into their car and customize their stations and settings through [the] smartphone apps [of the service].". Obviously, the company comes some years too late and conducted a copyright infringement, because its radio service platform was designed in the beginning for portable mobile devices like smartphones only, but neither for the connection with an In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) system or a smartphone connected to an IVI system or an on-board computer, like our AutoSmartphone solution does it, an Automotive Cloud (AutoCloud) computing system, a Car Cloud computing system, nor a AutoCloudSwarm Intelligence System (SIS) about which it is aware (see again the Clarification of the 7th of January 2013 and the case of the company Rinspeed above). Let us call it as it is: Busted and convicted!!!
Btw.: Now, we do understand as well why the marque Volkswagen→Audi tried unsuccessfully to get over music streaming with a smartphone to distributed and automotive cloud computing, because the marque Volkswagen→Porsche is already a partner of Harman. The same holds for the manufacturers Subaru, Ford, Chrysler, and others, which presented in the last month our AutoCloud computing paradigm (see again the case of the company Rinspeed above for some more details).

"I'm here, that's what counts.", [Natasha Foster, Today]
She said it in her comment to the double mastectomy of the actress Angelina Jolie, who proactively reduced her chances of getting breast cancer as well, as N. Foster did.

    Style of Speed Website update
In accordance to the Ontonics Website update of the 4th of April 2013 we have updated the webpage of our model ETE by adding the point CarCloud to its feature list. We also added the new version eB! or eBus!. Furthermore, we missed to list our Active Camera in the section Active component of its specification, which was corrected as well. Moreover, the Active Differential was moved to the section Active component options, because the ETE offers two different electric and pure hybrid drivetrains that are based on the original configurating with in-wheel/wheel hub motors and our added configuration with the centrally mounted Active Differential.

  • Microvision: The company produces a so-called pico projector based on a MicroElectroMechanical System (MEMS) and a red, a green, and a blue laser. Besides this sounds like one version of our Nanoprojector, we have found some points on its website that have to be documented and commented: "[...] the [small projector] display technology includes a unique set of advanced features that will enable immersive, augmented reality experiences. Interactive touch facilitates engaging with the projected image and 3D opens up innumerable application possibilities. [The companies projection] display technology is the only pico projection technology that goes beyond projection. [It may have some patents, but we have here two issues. Firstly, this text is copied from our description of the Laser Image Display 2.0, which is called a copyright infringement. Secondly, portable 3D projection display technologies are a problem in general, that will always get in conflict with our intellectual properties. Thirdly, touch and gesture functionality combined with stationary and mobile/portable 3D projection display technologies are also problematic in general, that will always get in conflict with our intellectual properties. Fourthly, if we talk about mobile devices with 3D imaging technologies, inclusive projection technologies of all kinds, that are based on kinetic user interfaces, then we have our Mobile 4D Display technology and hence a conflict with our intellectual properties. Fifthly, the claim that its small projector technology is the only one that goes beyond projection has to be declared as pure utter marketing nonsense that was intentionally said to mislead the public, obviously, as a quick look on our related technologies prove, like example given the Nanoprojector, LED DLP Image Display 2.0, Laser Image Display 2.0, and Retina Projection technologies. Said this, we have a very clear red, white or however coloured line.]", "[... automotive Laser] Head Up Display (HUD) [...] [The problem here is not the common HUD technology that projects machine data onto a transparent screen and into the viewpoint of a user, but the general class of Advanced HUDs (AHUDs), as we coined it, that are controllable by (virtual) touch and gesture, and to which belongs the HUD Plus/HUD+, which shows additional icons and graphics, the HUD AR, which adds Augmented Reality (AR), and the related Space@Vehicle concepts. On its website we found two images that show in the one case a HUD+ and in the other case a HUD AR, if we take the description about the interactive touch feature for granted. Said this, we have in this application case as well a clear white or red line.]", "[...] instrument cluster displays [...] [As in the case with the HUDs (see the quote and its comment before), we have here the problem that we already presented a projection solution with touch, gesture, or/and 3D techniques with for example our model B! by Style of Speed. Said this, we surely have a white line here as well.]", and "[...] from traditional projection displays to 3D imaging and Natural User Interfaces [...] [This text passage was quoted from a related website, which is owned by the company, dated with the year 2011, and made for developers, who use its projector technology. At this point we simple reference the Ontoscope Announcement of the 8th of September 2009 and add the even older information that all of our devices are powered by our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems with their Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M³UI), which practically clearifies every related case in the field of mobile devices.]".
The company was so kind and referenced the two projects Bonfire and Skinput. While the first project might have legal relevance in its specific case, but not in our cases, the second project is not an original pioneering work.
  • Konka: The company has presented a smartphone with a 3D projector based on Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology, which should be viewable without special glasses. Firstly, we say that the basic device concept is a part of our Ontoscope Pro (see the Ontoscope Announcement of the 8th of September 2009) and features many essential functions of our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems in the OntoDroid version. Secondly, we claim already that the 3D DLP projector is based on our Mobile 4D Display technology in the variant of either our LED DLP Image Display 2.0 technology or our Laser Image Display 2.0 technology respectively Laser DLP Image Display 2.0, or our Nanoprojector with our laser-based holographic projection (LHP), because otherwise it is hardly explainable how the 3D effect should be realized.
  • Texas Instruments: We hope that the company is not supporting once again a company for cloning one of our Ontoscopes, as it did with the companies HTC and LG Electronics in the past, because the company Konka is using a DLP component by Texas Instruments (see the case of Konka above).

    Clarification
Some companies have taken our label Retina Screen as a synonym for a common display with a high resolution, which is also misleading- ly called retina display. So, please do not be fooled by those de- frauding entities and confuse their imaging technology with our Retina Projection solutions.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
We hope to take over the support for Sugar on Debian in the not so far away future, which would be done as either an own Debian blend or an integration with another Debian blend focused on education.

    Style of Speed Website update
We added to the description of our Active Light component pedestri- ans as further objects of the environment that can be recognized by the interplaying system with our Active Camera, and the exemplary functionality of the adaptive rear light that warns vehicles driving behind with a too low safety distance.

We also added to the webpage of our X-3*/LittleStar the information already publicated on the 1st of June 2012 that we designed our space system just right from the start in such a way that we can also offer tethered space walking.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We would like to see more images, inclusive video screen shots, and graphics of our Active Component systems by the manufacturers and the media, that we can show on our related webpages.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • University of Glasgow: The school of physics and astronomy of the university has developed a 3D camera system based on 4 single-pixel detectors, which can detect frequencies beyond visible light. The system is described as follows: ""Single-pixel detectors in four different locations are used to detect light from a data projector, which illuminates objects with a rapidly-shifting sequence of black-and-white patterns similar to crossword puzzles. When more of the white squares of these patterns overlap with the object, the intensity of the light reflected back to the detectors is higher. A series of projected patterns and the reflected intensities are used in a computer algorithm to produce a 2D image."" and "He said a 3D image was then created by combining images from the four detectors using a well-known technique called "shape from shade".". In fact the system is nothing else than the combination of our Adaptive Plane Cloud and Multi-Ray Collector technologies following our Ontoscope concept. Besides this explanation totally wrong claims where made about other 3D camera systems, specifically in conjunction with calibration, wave-length sensitivity, and costs. Taken all together it can be seen easily that in the end the responsible scientists only have stolen our show most potentially in an intentional way.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • General Electric: Because we can see a copyright infringement related with the Semantic Application Design Language (SADL) of the company we publicated its case on the 6th of May 2013 and informed the company. Yesterday, we got an answer by a respons- ible agent, who said that the SADL software was publicated as open source in the year 2007 and therefor no copyright infringement is possible. Because this can't be true, we looked at this case a second time beginning earlier in the past with the start of OntoLix and OntoLinux in the autumn of 2006 and worked out the copyright infringement in a different way. For easier understanding we give arabic numerals to the points that are related with our publicated news, specifcially the OntoLinux Website updates and the related documented investigative cases, and roman numerals for summar- izing notes, and also differentiate between SADL1 Version 1 and Version 2, and SADL2.
    1. We have the webpage Introduction.
    2. We have the webpage Overview with the most important points "computer-aided software engineering tools", as well as "simple, highly expressive, non-deterministic and deterministic" given with the initial version, and "well-structured and -formed, validated and verified [(includes checked model)], specification- and proof-carrying" that was added on the 27th of January 2007 with the following additional comment: "We thought that it would be clear, that we integrate Metadata, Topic Maps, Ontologies and Ontologics + Proof-carrying-code for the construction of Self-adaptive systems with Specification-carrying- code, but it wasn't." Also, we clearly said that OntoLinux "is based on a whole new system architecture which integrates all in one".
    3. We have the webpage Components with our OntoBot software component that is based on Free Poplog and SIM AGENT. The rest of the OntoBot component was added on the 27th and 30th of January 2007.
    4. We have the webpage Project Status webpage, specifically the point "Further development of Free Poplog by overworking the language specification".
    I. At this point we have now the integration of Total Quality Management (TQM), Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) with modelers and testing/checkers, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Semantic World Wide Web (SWWW) with the Resource Description Framework (RDF), the Web Ontology Language (OWL), the Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL), and Description Logic (DL) as well as OWL DL reasoners, a full-fledged multiparadigmatic CASE environment with modelers for data and code comprising the Logic Programming (LP) paradigm with bindings to e.g. an Object-Oriented (OO 1) programming language, and "well-structured and -formed, validated and verified [(respectively checked)], specification- and proof-carrying" code in the data models, semantic models described with OWL, as well as the LP code and surely the DL code and the OO 1 code, which is a needed requirement for establishing this kind of modularity and for handling the quickly emerging complexity when semantic models as well as programming codes are linked.
    5. General Electric releases SADL1 Version 1 in 2007. SADL1 Version 1 and Version 2 are described as follows: "The Semantic Application Design Language (SADL) is a language for building semantic models and expressing rules that capture additional domain knowledge [...]", "A semantic model is a formal declaration of what can (or does) exist in a domain of interest. As a language, SADL captures a subset of the expressive capability of the Web Ontology Language (OWL).", "Semantic models expressed in SADL (and OWL) are modular in nature.", "Support for rules in SADL is informed by the Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL).", "Validation of a model involves checking the model", and "Testing".
II. Therefor it is absolutely clear at this point already that SADL1 is one simpler element of the whole set that we have defined with our very specific composition summarized above (see again point I.), or said with other words, SADL1 features the general, very characteristical, and absolutely unique features of our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems, which have to be compared with a finger print. In fact, the company thought to be very clever by simply defining a simple dialect of OWL for describing our Ontologic Applications only following the Project Status webpage, specifically the point "Further development of Free Poplog by overworking the language specification", that could have been called Ontologic Application Design Language as well. Or said in other words, SADL describes some of the general features of OntoLix and OntoLinux from the point of view of a document and not from the point of view of the processing system, like e.g. an operating system or an application for processing someting like such a SADL document. But even more important, with our Ontologic System approach we describe both points of view, because we have a reflective operating system respectively Ontologic System, and hence an Ontologic System is described as an Ontologic Applications as well. In this respect, SADL can even be described as a markup language for OntoLix and OntoLinux. For sure, for being such a design/modeling language it has to have the general features of OntoLix and OntoLinux and to use the standards and technologies listed on the website, and hence SADL is a derivation of our work and General Electric has infringed our copyright the first time with it.
    6. We have also the section Formal Modeling of the webpage Links to Software since the 17th of September 2007.
    7. On the 18th of September 2007 we referenced two tools for the Unified Modeling Language (UML).
    8. On the 29th of September 2007 we added the Object-oriented Systems Modeling (OSM).
III. At this point we have now a visual formal (object oriented) mod- eling language with the UML and an integrated Object-Oriented (OO 1) and Ontology-Oriented (OO 2) modeling system with UML and OWL in addition to the set of point I., which implies that we also have UML-OWL.
    9. On the 5th of October 2007 we referenced OpenCyc.
    10. On the 18th of January 2008 we referenced the Polygon(al)- Data[bank] Model - Patent WO9715015A2 - Information system and process for storing data therein.
IV. At this point it is now clear that our composited system set (see the points I. and III.) is deeply rooted into human spoken languages, visual languages, as well as their integrations, and this even on the meta level by defining specific data models like the polygonal database model and similar models that we have also generalized and connected with the RDF, the OWL, the UML, and the UML-OWL. The point III. and this point IV. will become relevant again with SADL2 (see point V. below)
    11. We documented the case of the University Munich in the Investigations::AI and Knowledge management, and Robotics of the 24th of September 2010. In this investigative case we recalled the widely known fact that a triple of the RDF can be set in equivalence to the subject, predicate, and object of a very simple sentence, and also gave the explanation that our approach is to set a statement of the OWL in equivalence with a simple sentence that can also have conditional clauses of the form if-then-else, which by the way coincides with a simple logic rule. We also explained in this investigative case that we referenced the polygonal database model and management system (see point 10.), because it was brought in accordance with and hence integrated Natural Language Processing (NLP) and visual/iconic languages on the basis of simple main clauses by the patent owner, and we had developed this database model concept further and in this way brought it in accordance with the Web Ontology Language (OWL), visual languages, like the Unified Modeling Language (UML), and also with the UML-OWL (see again the points III. and IV.), and also generalized it. In the end we could show that the case of the University Munich is covered by the characteristical features of the composition that we had at the point IV. already, which proved that its work has repeated and derived from our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems.
    12. General Electric publicated the white paper "Documents that "Think"" that is dated with 1/10/2011, which might mean 10th of January 2011, and that describes SADL1 now for example as a simple unambiguous English like language used for documents that "think". In addition, slides are referenced on the website of the SADL, like the slides with the title "Overcoming Challenges Using the CIM as a Semantic Model for Energy Applications", [2010], that presents the integration of the Computer Information Model (CIM), which is maintained as a UML model, with the OWL as the CIM-OWL in the context of SADL1 Version 2, which we call SADL2.
    V. At this point the SADL1/2 was suddenly described in the sense of a semantic design/modeling language that is (deeply) rooted into a human language (English; compare with point 5.), validated and verified, and even proof-carrying by being unambiguous, which constitutes the second copyright infringement by General Electric, because describing SADL in this way and by using more of our website contents is a derivative work of a) the description of the University Munich, which again is covered by the related composited system set and hence based on our work that the authors of the university only described it in more detail, and b) our additional informations given in the investigation of the University Munich (see again the points I., III., and IV., and the point 11.). The white paper "Documents that "Think"" also gives wrong informations about the widely known facts about the equivalences between the RDF and the OWL plus logic rules on the one side and natural languages on the other side by simply claiming that such an equivalence would not be existent in the case of SADL1/2. But in this way the white paper with this claim is contradicting itself and the website contents of SADL, because SADL1/2 is said a) to be based on OWL and b) to be a simple English like language, which on the one hand is the prove again that SADL1/2 is described now as deeply rooted in a human language that implies that SADL1/2 is covered by the said equivalence between an OWL statement with a logic rule and a simple main clause with a conditional clause, which again also implies that these well known and accepted equivalences between semantic modeling and natural languages are correct. Said this, this wrong explanation was done intentionally for blurring its trace, misleading the public, and attempting to differentiate SADL1/2 from our approach, so that in the end it should give the impression that SADL is not a permanently derived work of our work. Furthermore, SADL2 with the CIM-OWL, which logically is based on UML-OWL by the way, constitutes the third copyright infringement by General Electric due to point III. and also point IV.. In the related slide "Overcoming Challenges Using the CIM as a Semantic Model for Energy Applications" it is also said that CIM-OWL of SADL2 should still support the Open World Assumption (OWA) inherited by OWL, which means that if something is not said, then it is undefined, which again means that at this point we have non-determinism (see again point 2. but also point III.).
    13. We documented the case of General Electric in the Investigat- ions::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 6th of May 2013 the first time.
In the end we could prove again with this second investigation even in a more profound way than with the first investigation on the 6th of May 2013 that the SADL was derived at least two times from our work, like it is the case for exemplary applications of the SADL, and in this way the permanently conducted copyright infringement by General Electric. And as longer we looked at this case, as clearer we understood that the goal was to steal the essential features of our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems and how precisely and carefully the attack on the core of our ontologic systems was conducted for accomplishing it. This could be seen now even better by the link on a website that copies Ontologics.info by offering links to domain languages and ontologies, as we already mentioned in the first investigation on the 6th of May 2013 as well. Said this, we declare the given license for the Semantic Application Design Language (SADL) as illegal once again.
We have contacted the company respectively its responsible agent once again.

    Ontonics Website update
    We have developed our:

  • Ontologic Modeling/Design Language (OML/ODL) 10:10 CET.

We also added to the description of our WebGLKit the Hypermedia/ Time-based Structuring Language (HyTime) and our Ontologic Mod- eling/Design Language (OML/ODL), Natural Language Processing to Web Ontology Language (NLP2OWL), and Natural Image Processing to Web Ontology Language (NIP2OWL).

    Are there any questions?

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
We will add to the website the information about our Ontologic Modeling/Design Language (OML/ODL).

    Style of Speed Website update
We rearranged only the contents of the website of our Active Lights, because we already have several variants how such lights can be constructed.
After this, we added the additional information to the description of examplary applications that the actual distance or a warning sign could be projected on the street, which was already given with the description of the Active Laser Lamp@Car system.

    Style of Speed Website update
We added to the image of the Bulli II concept vehicle respectively the ETE in the Big UP! or eBus!, eFamily!, and eTax! version the headlights of the eT! concept vehicle. We also adjusted the lower side section accordingly and put an LED lamp into the little supplem- entary headlights in the bumper. Indeed, in a further step the design of the original eT! concept vehicle should be taken for the whole series, but we wanted to give a first impression how this will look like.

    Ontonics Announcement
Significant amounts of our concepts related with our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems are also relevant for the operating systems that are used for stationary devices, like for example televisions, set-top boxes, media centers, and game consoles. Because our first license model (see the related Investigations::Multimedia of the 30th of April 2013 and the Announcement of the 8th of May 2013) does not reflect the actual situation, we had to extend it with 8 new basic versions for the stationary case and 8 new basic versions for the mobile case that have no Proactive Intelligent Personal Assistant (PIPA). The already existing variants are renamed by simply adding 8 to the numbers of the OntoS versions, 2 to the numbers of the OntoLix versions, and 1 to the OntoDroid versions.
Said this, we demand as a license fee for each stationary device that features an operating system with a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) with at least touchless gesture control, and a further modality like voice and multi-touch control, and without 3D, mixed reality, artificial intelligence, like a Proactive Intelligent Personal Assistant (PIPA) and an Intelligent Personal Game Agent (IPGA), and other functions (web services might be search engine, map, and media streaming for example):

    • 4 euro without semantic web, web services, and app and content stores (OntoS S#1 variant),
    • 8 euro with web services and without semantic web, and app and content stores (OntoS S#2 variant),
    • 8 euro with semantic web and without web services, and app and content stores (OntoS S#3 variant),
    • 8 euro with app and content stores and without semantic web and web services (OntoS S#4 variant),
    • 12 euro with web services, and app and content stores, and without semantic web (OntoS S#5 and OntoLix S#1 variants),
    • 12 euro with semantic web and web services, and without app and content stores (OntoS S#6 variant), and
    • 12 euro with semantic web, and app and content stores, and without web services (OntoS S#7 variant),
    • 16 euro with semantic web, web services, and app and content stores (OntoS S#8, OntoDroid Droid#1, and OntoLix S#2 variants).

We also demand for each mobile device that features an operating system with a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) with at least touchless gesture control, and a further modality like voice and multi-touch control, and without 3D, mixed reality, artificial intelligence, like a Proactive Intelligent Personal Assistant (PIPA) and an Intelligent Personal Game Agent (IPGA), multilingual user interface, and other functions (web services might be search engine, map, and media streaming for example):

    • 6 euro without semantic web, web services, and app and content stores (OntoS M#1 variant),
    • 11 euro with web services and without semantic web, and app and content stores (OntoS M#2 variant),
    • 11 euro with semantic web and without web services, and app and content stores (OntoS M#3 variant),
    • 11 euro with app and content stores and without semantic web and web services (OntoS M#4 variant),

    • 16 euro with semantic web and web services, and without app and content stores (OntoS M#6 variant), and
    • 16 euro with semantic web, and app and content stores, and without web services (OntoS M#7 variant),
    • 21 euro with semantic web, web services, and app and content stores (OntoS M#8, OntoDroid M#1, and OntoLix M#2 variants).

    Ontonics Website update
We added to the description of our XTbox the always given implicit informations that the users have a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI), inclusive voice and (touchless) gesture control, and a Proactive Intelligent Personal Assistant (PIPA) at their disposal.

    We also invented the:

  • Polariton LASER Thruster 19:41 CET and
  • Polariton Engine/Drive 19:41 CET.

The Polariton LASER Thruster is a laser or/and plasma propulsion system based on the polariton laser. The technology fits with our Air-breathing Plasma Engine (APE)/Plasmajet, Combined Cycle Plasma Engine (CCPE), and Multimode Plasma Engine (MPE) technologies ideally.

The Polariton Engine/Drive works like an ion engine, but is based on the bosonic quasiparticle called polariton. It can be utilized as a substitute for common electric drives and comparable propulsion systems. The advantage is that the technology needs one to two orders of magnitude less energy and hence the thrust should be increased by a factor of up to 10 with the same amount of electric power. Eventually, the Polariton Drive opens the possibility to use photons as the working mass.

And while it was laying around now we described the:

  • Polariton MASER 20:55 CET,
  • Polariton LASER Projector 19:57 CET, and
  • Polariton Kinetic 20:56 CET.

The Polariton-MASER functions like a polariton laser, but in the frequency range of MASERs.
Der Polariton-MASER funktioniert wie ein Polariton-Laser, aber in dem Frequenzbereich von MASERn.

The Polariton LASER Projector utilizes one or more polariton lasers as light source. Variants can be based on the technologies of the laser beam modulation/steering (laser video projector) or the Digital Light Processing (DLP) by using a Digital Micromirror Device (DMD) for example. It can be used for stationary and mobile devices, which comprises imaging displays, our Polariton Kinetic system, radars, and so on.

The Polariton Kinetic system [3D camera (22.Nov.2013)] is a kinetic (user)system [3D camera (22.Nov.2013)] with a polariton laser or maser as the source of the electromagnetic rays. [It can be used for kinetic (user)systems.]

We also extended our WiSer, Beamed Energy Link, Raylev, as well as our Beamed Energy Propulsion, Active Plasma Accelerator, Active Aerodynamics, and Active Anti-Friction systems with the technology of the Polariton-LASERS.

Anybody interested in a Graphene Polariton LASER or Graphene Polariton LASER-diode?

    Moreover, we developed the:

  • Digital MicroProjector (DMP)[/Digital MicroActuator Device/Display (DMAD)] 21:47 CET.

The Digital MicroProjector (DMP) is constructed by putting one or more light-emitting semiconductors on each mirror [actuator (22.Nov.2013)] of a Digital Micromirror Device (DMD) instead of using one or more LASERs or LEDs that are reflected by the DMD for projecting an image. In this way extremely flat constructions can be realized.

In addition, we made an own description for our:

  • Bidirectional Projector 21:47 CET,

thought the concept is already described with our LED CMOS CCD and Laser Lamp technologies.

The bidirectional projector functions in the one direction as a projector and in the other direction as a sensor comparable with a Charged-Coupled Device (CCD). Conceputally, several variants exist, which for example are based on the Digital Light Processing (DLP), the beam modulation/steering, our bidirectional LED technologies, and our integrated solution of the MEMS-projector.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Microsoft: Tonight, the company presented its new game console that it described "as an "all-in-one" system offering games, live TV, movies and music", [British Broadcasting Corporation, Today]. The machine features voice and gesture respectively motion control. Indeed, the concept of such an all-in-one system based on e.g. a game console is not new in general on the one hand, and such a user interface functionality is not new for controlling computer games played with a stationary game console on the other hand, but the whole system in this combination is our XTbox powered by our Hightech Operating System architect- ure with Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) that is used for our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems for example, because its new game console is now such an all-in-one system controlled itself in this multimodal way, that also features additional functionalities as offered by our Image Display 2.0, Game TV, and Phone TV technologies. Furthermore, it is connected as well with its web services, like its search engine, which again is connected with a find and answering machine already (see the related case of the company in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 11th of August 2010).

  • Microsoft: Yesterday, we already reported about the new entertainment system by the company. Today, we quote from the press release: "A new vision for the future comes to life today as [the company] unveils [... our OntoLab's] all-in-one gaming and entertainment system.", "Our unique, modern architecture [...] [No, this is not true, because it is our around 6 years old eXTensible box (XTbox) architecture by the OntoLab, The Lab of Visions.], "[...] TV obeys your commands [...]", "The more you interact with [the console], the more it gets to know you and learns what you like. [Here we have an intelligent personal assistant or personalized assistant that learns the habits of its user, which proves a further time that it is our XTbox powered by our Hightech Operating System (HOS) architecture.], "[...] Navigate and watch live TV [...] [This is an essential functionality of a television.]", "Home. [...] custom-tailored Home dashboard welcomes you with your favorite games, TV and entertainment [...]", "[...] created a state-of-the-art gaming operating system and fused it with an equally amazing entertainment platform [...] [Obviously, it implemented the version OntoWindows S#13 of our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems only without semantic world wide web actually, though by using the full HTML5 standard this would be included as well.]", "[...] more personal and more intelligent [...]", "[...] advanced artificial intelligence can learn to play like you, so friends can play against your shadow. [This is a reflective feature of an intelligent agent (see the related sections Intelligent/Cognitive Agent and Intelligent/Cognitive Interface of the Links to Software webpage of the OntoLix and OntoLinux websites).]", and "The [...] Wireless Controller is designed to work in concert with the new Kinect, allowing the two to be paired automatically to create seamless player syncing. [This further feature of our XTbox architecture was explained in the case of the company Sony in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 21st of February 2013 explicitly.]".
In a report we got the following additional informations: "The console features voice controls for various functions via [its Kinect system] and integrated support for live TV switching.", "The [console] has integrated support for TV and cable services, complete with [...] voice and motion controls.", "[...] voice controls are theoretically smart enough to open up your cable guide to the appropriate channel [...]", "Motion controls give users the ability to swipe between channels and back out/go into full screen mode.", and "[...] integrated TV features, allowing you to use external devices like smartphones and tablets as both a keyboard and a remote control [...]".
We demand as a license fee for each Xbox One system so far:
    • 4.00 euro for the XTbox architecture,
    • 2.00 euro for the integration of the functionality of the Image Display 2.0 without 3D display,
    • 1.00 euro for the integration of the functionality of the Smart Remote Control,

that adds to 7.00 euro per device, and

    • 100% of the license fee as penalty for lost accompanying items (public regard, marketing momentum, brand development, follow-on contract, etc.) and
    • an interest with a rate of 3% per year for the outstanding compensation beginning with the first month of sale and calculated after the monthly numbers of sold devices.

In addition, we demand for as a license fee for each Xbox One system so far

    • 24.00 euro for the operating system with a Proactive Intelligent Personal Assistant (PIPA) and a full-fledged integration of an Intelligent Personal Game Agent (IPGA), and a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) with at least 2 modalities, like voice, touchless gesture, and multi-touch control (for the devices and not the games), and with web services, and app and content stores, and without semantic web (web services might be search engine, map, and media streaming for example) (OntoWindows S#29 variant),
    • 100% of the license fee as penalty for lost accompanying items (public regard, marketing momentum, brand development, follow-on contract, etc.) and
    • an interest with a rate of 3% per year for the outstanding compensation beginning with the first month of sale and calculated after the monthly numbers of sold devices.
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: The media company reported about the presentation of the new console by the company Microsoft (see its case above). The most relevant sentences were: "The US firm described the voice and gesture-controlled machine as an "all-in-one" system offering games, live TV, movies and music.", "[the] Kinect [technology] would be better at analysing body movements, allowing users to [...] navigate other entertainment options.", and "the console's non-gaming features including its ability to make video calls; trigger live TV and online movies by voice command", which misled the public, because it was not said that this is our XTbox device architecture. In the same way the statement that "[the company]'s vision is to so blur the line between different forms of entertainment that switching from game to television or movie watching will be as simply as flipping between television channels" seems to be misleading as well, because this is somehow given as well with our XTbox, specifically by the combination possibilities with other devices.

    Ontonics Announcement
We have missed at first that we have besides the Proactive Intelligent Personal Assistant (PIPA) also the Intelligent Personal Game Agent (IPGA) with our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems, though we already mentioned this feature quite some time ago. Because our first license models (see the related Investigations::Multimedia of the 30th of April 2013 and the Announcements of the 8th and 22nd of May 2013 and ) do not reflect the actual situation we had to extend it with 8 new basic versions for the stationary case and 8 new basic versions for the mobile case that in addition have no Proactive Intelligent Personal Assistant (PIPA).
Said this, we demand as a license fee for each stationary device that features an operating system with a full-fledged integration of a Proactive Intelligent Personal Assistant (PIPA) and an Intelligent Personal Game Agent (IPGA), a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) with at least touchless gesture control, and a further modality like voice and multi-touch control, and without 3D, mixed reality, and further functions (web services might be search engine, map, and media streaming for example):

    • 16 euro without semantic web, web services, and app and content stores (OntoS S#25 variant),
    • 20 euro with web services and without semantic web, and app and content stores (OntoS S#26 variant),
    • 20 euro with semantic web and without web services, and app and content stores (OntoS S#27 variant),
    • 20 euro with app and content stores and without semantic web and web services (OntoS S#28 variant),
    • 24 euro with web services, and app and content stores, and without semantic web (OntoS S#29 and OntoLix S#7 variants),
    • 24 euro with semantic web and web services, and without app and content stores (OntoS S#30 variant),
    • 24 euro with semantic web, and app and content stores, and without web services (OntoS S#31 variant), and
    • 28 euro with semantic web, web services, and app and content stores (OntoS S#32, OntoDroid S#4, and and OntoLix S#8 variants).

We also demand for each mobile device that features a mobile operating system with a full-fledged integration of a Proactive Intelligent Personal Assistant (PIPA) and an Intelligent Personal Game Agent (IPGA), a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) with at least touchless gesture control, and a further modality like voice and multi-touch control, and without 3D, mixed reality, and further functions (web services might be search engine, map, and media streaming for example):

    • 20 euro without semantic web, web services, and app and content stores (OntoS M#25 variant),
    • 25 euro with web services and without semantic web, and app and content stores (OntoS M#26 variant),
    • 25 euro with semantic web and without web services, and app and content stores (OntoS M#7 variant),
    • 25 euro with app and content stores and without semantic web and web services (OntoS M#28 variant),
    • 30 euro with web services, and app and content stores, and without semantic web (OntoS M#29 and OntoLix M#7 variants),
    • 30 euro with semantic web and web services, and without app and content stores (OntoS M#30 variant),
    • 30 euro with semantic web, and app and content stores, and without web services (OntoS M#31 variant), and
    • 35 euro with semantic web, web services, and app and content stores (OntoS M#32, OntoDroid M#4, and OntoLix M#8 variants).

Eventually, we have to adjust our license model slightly.
We will publicate a table with all versions on the website of Ontonics in the next days.

In this conjunction, we would like to inform the manufacturers of devices that in some cases we have calculated the license fee for the hardware technologies and some specific applications only, but often not for all software parts, specifically the operating system.

If we speak about image displays, then we mean devices with front or/and rear projection technologies as well, obviously.

    Ontonics Website update
We have developed some new technologies that are the:

  • Polariton Bus 15:15 CET,
  • Polariton Transistor 15:30 CET,
  • Polariton Chip 1:50 CET,
  • Polariton System on (a) Chip 1:50 CET, and
  • Polariton System in (a) Package 1:50 CET,

which use the bosonic quasiparticle polariton and technologies, like the polariton lasers and polariton masers, for the different specific optical interconnects and data bus systems utilized for on-chip (e.g. multicore architecture), chip-to-chip (e.g. processor to off-chip memory), board-to-board, and site-to-site communication and networking, but also for optical/photonic components (e.g. optical/photonic transistor and laser diodes), optical/photonic integrated circuits (e.g. optical/photonic chip) optic/photonic computing (e.g. polaritonic computing and WiSer). Advantages are high bandwith, low latency, reduced power consumption on all system levels, low-power access to ultradense devices (e.g. graphene chip), and direct data transfer to imaging systems (e.g. polariton laser projector). See also the Website update of the 22nd of May 2013.

    We coined a technology:

  • Polaritonic Computing 15:30 CET.

We also sorted the Mobile 4D Display technology into the subsection of our Image Display 2.0 technologies.

Moreover, we pointed out more explicitly in the single descriptions of our Image Displays 2.0 that they comprise projection technologies as well.

    Ontonics Further steps
We are looking if we already use oxyhydrogen with related versions of our electrolyzing and catalyzing manifold, exhaust, and forced induction technologies, which transform water and hydrogen per- oxide into hydrogen and oxygen, or if it makes sense to extend them accordingly. At this point we would like to note strongly once again that we do use energy from waste heat of a combustion engine and energy recovery systems, but not power from the alternator of a vehicle or energy from somewhere else of a propulsion system for the electrolysis and the catalysis, and that we also apply common accepted technologies of forced induction for building up pressure that optimizes the dissection processes of dihydrogen oxid, hydrogen peroxide, and comparable chemical substances, and other techni- ques and technologies that do not belong to fringe science.

Also, it should be self-evident that we use the polariton laser and polariton maser technologies for all of our concepts, techniques, and technologies that are based on laser or/and maser technologies. We will add the information where it fits (see also the Website update of the 22nd of May 2013).

    Ontonics Website update
In accordance to our Further steps of yesterday we added the oxy- hydrogen to the descriptions of our Catalyzing Supercharger, Cata- lyzing Turbocharger, Electrolyzing Supercharger, and Electrolyzing Turbocharger.

We also made implicit information explicit by mentioning our Kineticle technologies in the description of our Surround Sensor System (S³).

Investigations::Car #386 Gas Turbo engine and Plasma Engine Special

  • General: As it could be seen with our inventions in the fields of the electric vehicles and the automotive multimedia, the circus is roving again this time around our GTron solutions and the related technologies, and the also the Plasma Engine technologies (see also the case of the marque Volkswagen→Audi in the Investigations::Car #378 of the 9th of March 2013).
  • Aston Martin: As in the case of vehicles with electric drivetrain and exterior design, the company has again jumped on our bandwagon an misleads the public by claiming about innovations that were simply copied from other entities like us. This time it build up a race car with the company Alset Global that has a hybrid drivetrain based on the combustion of gasoline and hydrogen. "[...] Hybrid Hydrogen [...]", "Aston Martin CEO [...] has made history by driving the first ever zero CO2 emissions lap in an international motor race [...] [And all the races for electric cars were not international.]" "The 6.0-litre V12 twin-turbocharged prototype [...] was developed with the support of renewable energy experts Alset Global to showcase [the company]'s commitment to engineering innovation [...] [We would say it proved its commitment for jumping on bandwagons, and steeling intellectual properties and shows from others once again. In this case we have an engine with 12 cylinders that is powered with gasoline and gaseous hydrogen, as it was shown as well with the model Hydrogen 7 by the manufacturer Bayerische Motorenwerke in the past. We also see that it jumped as well on the bandwagon of our GTron solutions only and in this way has stolen the concept of adding an addition forced induction system based on twin turbochargers, which is the true focus of the related activities by the manufacturer and its business partner.]", "[...] very ambitious target of completing a full lap of the Nürburgring and went on to cover 40 km in race conditions – nearly two laps – before the car automatically and smoothly switched to gasoline power [...] [We are sorry, but that is kindergarten marketing only.]", and "[...] racer will run on a blend of gasoline and gaseous hydrogen, but the intention is that it will complete at least one lap in each stint on pure hydrogen [...] [So, where is the innovation?]".
  • Alset: The company thought that it is enough to copy some elements and contents from our websites and to steel a little show by collaborating with the manufacturer Aston Martin (see its case above). But this is surely not the case. We quote from its website by beginning with a graphic shown at first and then going on with the other website contents: "The hydrogen injectors are similar in design to the natural gas injectors found in engines running on compressed natural gas. [See also the case of the marque Volkswagen→Audi in the Investigations::Car #378 of the 9th of March 2013.]", "The intake manifold was redesigned in order to integrate the hydorgen rail and hydrogen injectors.", "Two hydrogen rails supply the gaseous fuel [...]. The rails are integrated in a redesing of the conventional intake manifold.", "[The company] Engine Operating System. It is the engine management system behind all operating modes, whether the vehicle is running on hydrogen, gasoline or a blend of both fuels. [At this point our readers should begin to get a feeling for the case, because we have here an operating system that is denoted as a management system, which doubtlessly points directly to our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems, and we also have the section Propellant Flexibility of the webpage of our Gas Turbo engine (GTron) system (see also the case of the marque Volkswagen→Audi in the Investigations::Car #378 of the 9th of March 2013 again and our webpage Propellant).]", "[...] combined total hydrogen storage capacity of 3.2 kg [...] [At this point it could be seen that the presented car is neither a presentation of an innovation or a proof of concept, but only a marketing hoax for stealing our show related with our Gas Turbo engine (GTron) technologies, because the storage capacity offers a range of around 40 kilometers onyl, as it is said in the press release of the manufacturer Aston Martin (see above). Interesting to note is at this point, that its storages a completely filling the trunk in the case of the 700 bar version on the one hand, and that we only need a tank on the other hand for storing the hydrogen bound in water or in the blend of water and hydrogen peroxide, which should be easily dissected on-the-fly with one of our GTron versions. So, now our readers do know what is the focus of both companies.]", "Two small exhaust driven turbochargers are used when the car is running on hydrogen [gas] to improve the mixture heating value of the [We simply repeat Gas Turbo engine (GTron) and give the specific links to our Reforming Electrolyzing Turbocharger and Reforming Catalyzing Turbocharger, which are the truly hot technologies. Later we will see more of such attempts to sneek slowly to our solutions by this company, but also by the company , as we have already seen by the marque Volkswagen→Audi (see its case again in the Investigations::Car #378 of the 9th of March 2013).]", "Hydrogen Mobility.", ""When automakers (like Aston Martin) start experimenting with hydrogen power, it suggests the industry has reached a tipping point." - Forbes [No, it means that Aston Martin and its partners have stolen either a show once again or intellectual properties.]", ""If you needed more proof that endurance racing, and not Formula One, is where the real innovation lies, check this out: Aston Martin will field the first hydrogen-powered race car to compete in the 24 Hours of Nürburgring." - Wired Magazine [Obviously, this statement is also wrong, because in this case the real innovation lies on the webpage of our GTron solutions.]", ""British, racing, and green: James Bond would approve of this zero emission Aston Martin." – Daily News [Take a look at the number plate of our conversion up! R by Style of Speed and the Investigations::Car #119 of the 13th of June 2009.]", "Our unique approach comprises a strong value-added solution for OEMs, the industry and end users, and is tailored to achieve an immediate, expedient and sustainable transition to Hydrogen Mobility. [In fact, the technology was basically shown by another manufacturer in the year 2000, while some details were taken from us like e.g. the turbocharger.]", "[...] proprietary control technologies [...]", "We are investigating the essence of energy to restore harmony and ecological balance [...] [speech act steeling]", "[...] affect virtually every aspect of modern existence [...] [speech act steeling]", "[...] economy would rely on renewable resources in the form of hydrogen gas and water [...] [Finally, water is named in this technical context, but before it only talked about "hydrogen mobility".]", "[...] quality of life [...]", "[...] political harmony [...]", "Renewable energy sources can be used to produce hydrogen from water electrolysis or from water splitting through high-temperature thermo-chemical reactions [...] [Besides that this approach of hydrogen production is not new, it can be seen at this point as well that we are already some steps ahead for years with our HyperCylcle/Stroetmann Cycle, which even enhanced the hydrogen economy with our very carefully selected liquid and practically non-volatile blends of water and hydrogen peroxide, and our GTron technologies.]", "[...] almost all of the world‘s hydrogen (98%) is produced from fossil fuels through a process called steam methane reforming, which uses natural gas as main consumable [...] [See again the section of the GTron webpage, the Propellant webpage, and the descriptions of our Reforming Turbochargers, but also once again the case of the marque Audi in the Investigations::Car #378 of the 9th of March 2013.]", "One of the most challenging technical barriers to the widespread use of hydrogen as an energy carrier is the development of safe, reliable and cost-effective storage technologies. Hydrogen has a very high energy content by weight (about three times more than gasoline), but it has a very low energy content by volume (about four times less than gasoline). This makes hydrogen a challenge to store, particularly within the size and weight constraints of a vehicle. Moreover, adequate storage is not only a requirement for onboard vehicles, but for hydrogen production sites, hydrogen refueling stations and stationary power sites. [Good morning. See the comment and the links given to the quote before.]", "Today's technology offers significant improvements in this area. [Indeed, this is truly the case of our technologies.]", "[...] a hydrogen tank is just as safe as storage components for gasoline or natural gas [...] [Indeed, this is true, but what is not said is that the hydrogen has to be liquified by cyrogenic and compressing processes, so that it can be stored with 350 or 700 bar, and warms up again and then evaporates completely in around 2 weeks, if a vehicle is not moved. Also important to note once again is the fact that this compression of hydrogen makes up almost 12% of the energy content of the hydrogen at a pressure of 700 bar. Again, this problem was also solved by us with our HyperCylcle/Stroetmann Cycle and our GTron technologies.]", "[...] state-of-the-art technologies [...]", "[...] singular purpose [...] [This should be the final proof that the company knows our websites (see the webpage Introduction of the websites of OntoLix and OntoLinux).]", "[...] strong support [...] [speech act steeling]", "Our Company is dedicated to creating, developing and providing cost-effective, generic technologies for a safe and efficient deployment of clean hydrogen mobility. [This sounds familiar.]", "[...] Hybrid Hydrogen System is a transformative technology [...] The Hybrid Hydrogen System enables today’s sophisticated internal combustion engines to operate using hydrogen, gasoline or a customized blend of hydrogen and gasoline/diesel fuel. [Here we have again a clear evidence that it takes our webpage of the GTron technologies as blueprint, because this points again to our section Propellant Flexibility and also to our MixFuel system based on gasoline and diesel fuel, and presented the first time with our Combined Combustion Engine (CCE). Again, the reader can see how a company creeps up on our intellectual properties.]", "Our patented technology uses a combination of liquid fuel with high volumetric energy density and a carbon-free gaseous fuel to produce clean, dynamic power production with no major effects on refueling time and driving range. [We want to see the related patent(s).]", "For end users, it has a clear advantage in total cost of ownership compared with the projected price point for Fuel Cell Vehicles for coming decades. [May be.]", "Specific adaption of Alset Engine Operating Software (AEOS) [...] Engine calibration [Somehow, this reminds us of our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems again.]", "[...] generating the building blocks [...] [speech act steeling]", "You don’t have to compromise driving pleasure and personal mobility to go green! [This sounds familiar.]", "No compromise in power and performance [This is not quite true.]", "Driving ranges between 100 and 250 km depending on vehicle type and storage configuration [This might be not so easy.]", "The existing gasoline refueling network can be used where hydrogen refueling infrastructure is unavailable [How? The problems of producing, storing, and handling hydrogen in a safe way are not so easy to solve, as it could be seen with the vision of the "Hydrogen Highway" of the state California, U.S.A..]".
It is more than obvious, that the company is also sneaking around our HyperCylcle/Stroetmann Cycle and GTron technologies.
  • Umpqua Energy: The company is also acting in the field of reforming propellant and exhaust gas. We took its website for an analysis: "[...] combines revolutionary technologies to provide the most complete emission reduction system available on the market today for internal combustion engines [...]", "By combining hydrogen injection with DeNOx technology, a nearly complete reduction of HC, CO, PM and NOx can be achieved. [We will see later, where its technology can be found at our site and that this claim is not true.]", "[The Company] Wins America's Next Top Energy Innovator [- The Company] Receives Department of Energy Recognition For Work on Fuel Efficiency and Emission Controls: [... The Company] Wins Defense Energy Technology Challenge [We are a little confused that the Department of Energy (DoE) and the Department of Defense (DoD) of the U.S.A. honour its technology in this way.]", "Coming into compliance with NOx regulations is as simple as bolting on our catalyst into your emission stream to break apart the NOx compound into harmless nitrogen and oxygen. [...] Our approach uses hydrogen injection and a DeNOx Catalyst to increase fuel effeciency and reduce emissions. [We come to its technologies later in more detail.]", "Evolutionizing Motion [Obviously, the company does know our websites, inclusive the ones of our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems, as well.]", "[Evolutionary Plasma Assisted Combustion (]EVOPAC[)] has two basic components. The first component is a plasma reformer used to synthesize the engine's own fuel into Syngas (primarily hydrogen) that is then recombined with the fuel via the air intake to increase fuel efficiency. The second component is a DeNOx Catalyst system that reduces NOx by up to 85% while offering a combined 95% reduction in hydrocarbons, CO and particulate matter. [It is more than obvious that it is related with our Plasma Engine technologies.]", "Plasma Reformer [...] A small percentage of the fuel load is diverted to the plasma reformer. The fuel is broken apart into a gaseous state. Since fuels are comprised mostly of hydrogen, a hydrogen-rich gas called syngas is injected into the air intake stream of the engine. The syngas is mixed with the airflow and drawn naturally into the combustion cylinder. Hydrogen ignites sooner and burns faster which allows a complete burn of the fuel load resulting in more power in the downward stroke of the piston. The increased power results in better fuel economy. [A quick look on our webpage about Propellant and Propellant Transformation shows directly that CO and CO2 is produced, which is a general problem of these processes and which let us to our water and hydrogen peroxide based solutions on the one side, and to our Reforming Turbocharger and Reforming Supercharger technologies on the other side, because both were exactly researched and designed for circumventing these problems. A further question is raised in relation with the energy needed for establishing the plasma, which reminds us of the systems based on oxyhydrogen that is produced by an electrolyser, which gets its electric power from the alternator of a vehicle, or simply said, this plasma reformer has many characteristic features of a fringe science solution. But if it truly works, then we already have this technology in our Plasma Motor without the need of its plasma reformer.]", "DeNOx Catalyst [...] Hydrogen injection reduces HC, CO, PM and NOx. To achieve a greater NOx reduction, a DeNOx Catalyst is employed that was invented, designed and tested by Argonne National Laboratories. The catalyst is inserted into the exhaust stream and a hydrocarbon fuel is injected upstream to activate the catalyst. As the exhaust flows through the catalyst, NOx is broken apart into harmless Nitrogen and Oxygen. [This reminds us of our Regenerative Catalysator/Stroetmann Catalysator.]", and "[...] 85 - 100% Emission Reduction [...] [Honestly, we have to say that we do not believe this claim. Quite contrary, we do think that the plasma reformer is just nonsens only, and ]", "[...] reduces emissions by up to 85% (HC, CO, PM and NOx) from internal combustion engine powered by gasoline, diesel or natural gas fuels [Where are the 100%?]".
On the website "Energy.gov" we found the additional informations: "[...] America's Next Top Energy Innovator Challenge [...]", "The EVOPAC: Evolutionizing Motion is company's latest [...] product [...] [So, it was developed in the last months and not in the 8 years since the company exists.]", "The [company's] system allows an internal combustion engine to burn fuel more completely, wasting less fuel in the form of harmful emissions. A plasma reformer gets installed into the engine compartment and converts fuel into hydrogen. The plasma reformer breaks apart gasoline or diesel fuel and extracts hydrogen from the fuel. The hydrogen, then, gets injected into the combustion chambers and ignites the fuel earlier in the engine’s process, causing more power in the downward stroke. The hydrogen causes the fuel to burn more completely, resulting in greater fuel efficiency, less emissions, and more power. Tests have demonstrated reductions in fuel usage in hydrogen-injection systems compared with conventional combustion engines. And the introduction of hydrogen into the engine virtually eliminates fuel emissions while greatly reducing the emissions of hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide. [We do the contrary with the transformation of a hydrocarbon based fuel by using hydrogen, that in contrast to its plasma reformer is truly clean and was designed for solving exactly the environmental problems with its approach, as we already explained above. Simply described for our readers: The right way is to put hydrogen into the fuel, and not to dissect hydrogen out of the fuel. Besides this, we do not think that it really burns so much cleaner and more powerful as claimed. Here again the numbers of the model Hydrogen 7 by the manufacturer Bayerische Motorenwerke clearly proves that an engine delivers not so much power, when powered by hydrogen only, or said otherwise the more hydrogen is used in the same engine the less is the power output. Furthermore, we do not think that enough hydrogen can be efficiently produced on-the-fly to have a true effect. In fact only a fraction of the fuel is transformed, as the company explains itself (see the related quote above), which even produces more carbon monoxide, as it can be easily seen on our webpage Propellant Transformation, and needs energy for creating the plasma, so that it makes no sense at all. What is the company and the government selling us?]", "[...] lean-burning hydrogen-injection systems: harmful nitrous oxide (NOx) emissions increase [...] DeNOx Catalyst is a newer technology that attaches to the tailpipe and has been proven to reduce NOx emissions by 85 percent.", and "Combined with hydrogen injection, the complete [...] system provides the most complete emission reduction system known in the marketplace. [And this is finally a pure marketing lie.]".
Taken all together it is obvious that that company is a classic start-up, which thinks sneaking around our intellectual properties without knowing at all what to steal and marketing it in parts as its own innovations would be enough. For sure, it had some technologies, but we doubt that it is really same as what is included in its actual products. Said this, stop talking nonsense and get licenses from us.
  • Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies: The executive director of the company is Sebastian Piëch, grandson of Ferdinand Porsche. The following description of its system was found on its website: "Horizon Hydrogen Generator System: Horizon's hydrogen generator system is a device capable of producing pure hydrogen gas on-demand. When dry chemical hydride is mixed with water in the presence of a catalyst, it generates hydrogen gas which is then purified, regulated and channeled into the fuel cell system. Optimal gas production rate and quantity are electronically adjusted by the system controller, depending on the instantaneous needs of the fuel cell system at various operating points. The hydrogen generator system and chemical hydride fuel tank are compactly integrated into the Aeropak fuel cartridge, resulting in a powerful complementing fuel supply for the Aeropak. The cartridge is hot-swappable, allowing extended duration usage of the fuel cell power system while minimizing downtime."
Somehow, there seem to be some elements of our Catalysis-based Semi-closed-loop Fuel Cell and Catalysis-based Opened-loop Fuel Cell.

    Comment of the Day
"Not of this world, only out of this world."

    Ontonics Further steps
After we scooped our way through the descriptions of the tablet and pad computers by a manufacturer, we are crawling through more than 50 mobile phones and smartphones by another manufacturer actually. The general main criteria for detailed analysis are the:

  • Ontoscope architecture comprising
    • multi-touch displays for
      • two-dimensional (2D),
      • stereoscopic 2D,
      • three-dimensional (3D), and
      • tactile/haptic

      information presentation,
    • cameras with one, two, or more lenses at the
      • front and
      • rear,
    • digital compass based on e.g. a magnetometer,
    • inertial sensors for the motion tracking of the device and the user, like e.g. a(n)
      • gyroscope (3-axis) and
      • accelerometer,
    • robotic functions of
      • stationary,
      • mobile, and
      • immobile (based on sensor, actuator, or/and display network; internal focus)

      robots including for example a
      • combination of inertial sensors to an inertial measurement unit with or without magnetometers,

      as well as
    • further sensors of all kinds, like e.g. a(n)
      • proximity sensor and
      • ambient light sensor,

      and
    • MultiGPS/MultiGNS,

    and also
  • OntoLix and OntoLinux features comprising the
    • Multimodal Multimedia User Interfaces (M²UIs) with
      • kinetic user interface and
      • natural user interface

based on the control by for example
      • voice/speech resp. language,
      • gesture, and
      • sense,
    • Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia User Interfaces (M³UIs) with
      • Machine Translation (MT)
    • mixed reality including augmented and virtual realities,
    • utilization of artificial intelligence for e.g. the
      • intelligent camera,
      • intelligent personal assistant,
      • intelligent game agent, and
      • semantic (world wide web), ontology-oriented, and ontologic computing,
    • distributed computing,
    • service computing, inclusive
      • gird computing and
      • cloud computing
  • among other hardware and software components and applications,
    and also the
  • possibility to update the frimware of a device with a new version like for example Android 4.1 ("Jelly Bean").

At this point we would like to repeat that holding back relevant in- formations on the webpages of the mobile devices will not help to circumvent issues of copyright infringements, because somehow these informations were given by the manufacturers to the public on other ways or even had to be given to govermental institutions for certification.

    Ontonics Website update
In the description of our MobileKinetic we corrected a wrong or miss- ing translation from the English version by only saying "Drehmoment- sensoren" instead of "Drehmoment-/Inertialsensoren". In a subsequ- ent step we replaced the "/" punctuation character with the "," punctuation mark, because it is simply wrong to write it in this way on the one hand, and because on the other hand our focus was laid on the class of inertial sensors, inclusive the accelerometer, the rate sensor, and the gyroscope, as well as their combination to an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), for the purpose of "motion tracking" of the device and the user. The latter information was also added just like the implicit informations that simple photo sensors/detectors and a 2D camera can be utilized, and that "Like its stationary counterpart, the MobileKinetic technology can also combined with control by common language respectively voice/speech and sense as part of a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI), (indeed, we wanted to call it MobileKinect at first) as well as with an immobile robot (immo- bot) based on a sensor, actuator or/and display network and focus- ed on the internal monitoring and management of a device". In the end we have only collected all of our related informations, which were distributed on our websites, formulated out the implicitly given informations by using the definitions of keywords for example, and corrected formal mistakes without adding any new informations.

    We also developed the:

  • Refillable Accumulator/Battery and
  • Catalyzing Hydrogen Storage.

    Ontonics Further steps
We are looking at the technology that produces pure hydrogen gas by mixing a dry chemical hydride with water in the presence of a catalyst for our related systems, like the Gas Turbo engine (GTron), our Stroetmann Engine and our Stroetmann Turbine, our Reforming Supercharger and Reforming Turbochargers, our Catalyzing Super- charger and Catalyzing Turbochargers, and also Reforming Catalyzing Supercharger and Reforming CatalyzingTurbochargers, or simply for a simple hydrogen injection system.

    Investigations

  • Alcatel-Lucent→Bell Laboratories: Researches applied one basic concept of our Twin Ion Engine Royal (TIE R)/LightSwift, that is called the phase conjugation and used for canceling out/undoing noise in the transmission of light signals through a medium (see this conceptual graphic and the case of the media company British Broadcasting Corporation below).
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: For sure that media company could not hold back to report about a technique developed by us for our Twin Ion Engine Royal (TIE R)/LightSwift in such a way, as if not we have invented the general concept, but other researchers, who obviously were simply inspired by us and experimented with our con- cept by taking glass fibers as a substitute of the beam rails (see the case of the Alcatel-Lucent→Bell Laboratories above). We quote the related report by the media company: "Researchers reporting [...] suggest putting not one beam of light down a fibre, but a pair, each a kind of mirror image of the other. When recombined on the receiv- ing end, the noise that the signals gather in the fibre cancels out. These paired beams can travel four times farther than a single one. What limits the distance a given light signal can go is how much power is in the beam. But the higher the power, the more the light actually interacts with the material of the fibre, rather than merely passing through it. That adds "noise" to the beam that limits the fidelity with which data can be transmitted. What is needed is a way to undo this noise, and one idea is known as phase conjugation. Light waves, just as sound waves and waves on the sea, consist of a pattern of peaks and troughs that can be manipulated to repres- ent data. The "phase conjugate" of a beam is, in a sense, simply one in which every peak becomes a trough and vice versa. This is ef- fectively the same thing that noise-cancelling headphones do: gen- erating the inverse of incoming sound so that the two cancel out. Ideas exist to make use of phase conjugation to "undo" the noise that fibre links add, but they involve adding devices midway along the links' length - sometimes, in the middle of an ocean floor. [...] creating a pair of phase-conjugate beams, each carrying the same data [..., so that at the end of the links] the noise that each gath- ers is equally a mirror image of that on the other. "At the receiver, if you superimpose the two waves, then all the distortions will magical- ly cancel each other out, so you obtain the original signal back" [...] "This concept, looking back, is quite easy to understand, but sur- prisingly, nobody did this before." [Tock, tock, tock. Hello, hello! Good morning! Anybody home? Huh? Think, attention seeker! Think! Here we have the defrauding suggestion/manipulation by the leading researcher as well as by the media company that did not reported about the true origin of this concept. And for sure, we do not need to build up such a simple solution in our OntoLab, The Lab of Visions, because we do know that it works and it is just too banal for us.] If the noise on the beams can be undone, the power can be ramped up - making data go literally further. But since fidelity can be maintain- ed, there can be less of the repetition of information in a given beam that is used for error correction. So the phase conjugation method is also a way to get higher data speeds." Also interestingly is the fact, that the media company already reported in the February 2012 that the interference phenomenon leads to amplified silenced regions.
Obviously, we developed this specific concept for the general case in the sense of Einstein's theories and applied it together with some other already described concepts, but also with some surely not publicated concepts with our Twin Ion Engine Royal (TIE R)/Light- Swift for even smashing through the light barrier.

Are we clever? No, only out of this world!

    Style of Speed Further steps
After we already thought of this concept for more than a decade, we have officially started today the development of a platform for an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) based on the integration of motor and acrobatic gliders/sailplanes, and our Roboticle and Ontoscope system architectures. Basically, a service ceiling of at least 12.000 meters/39370 feet is given, which surely will be increased by around 50%.
Besides this, we are looking at an additional Unmanned Air Combat Vehicle (UCAV) based on the design of (advanced) trainer, recon- naissance, (light) attack, and fighter jet aircrafts, like for example the Fouga Magister, the Dassault/Dornier Alpha Jet, and the British Aerospace/McDonnell Douglas Harrier II, with modifications done by us.

    Style of Speed Website update
We made clear that we used the term "Light-Emitting Diodes (LEDs)" in its general sense of a diode that emits light by writing it out in full with "Light-Emitting Diodes (LEDs) and LASER diodes". In this relat- ion, we described the different versions of light construction in a more precise way as well by making the Matrix Beam Module (MBM), which consists of a number of single diodes or individual segments, an single variant of its own, as it was meant and could be seen since the first presentation of our light technology, and by listing the implicitly given variant of the LASER diode based projector and the possibility to combine the single variants as one light module as well. Obviously, these updates added no new informations.
We also added to the description of our Active Lights the information about our invention to control them with the Active Positioning syst- em that is based on our intelligent navigation technology IQNav of our AutoSemantic::Car package and can function in a proactive/pre- dictive way.
Moreover, we also added two images that show our e-door as a boot lid with Active Light based on a band of OLEDs on the one hand and our further invention of an Active Light with an adaptive matrix beam light module that integrates either the two basic light versions of the single LEDs and the LED projector, or the two diode types of the LED and the LASER diode on the other hand.

We also added on the webpages of our e-door and our ePolymer technology two different new images of the same boot lid that show a further dynamic solution of our Active Light.

    Investigations::Car #387

  • Daimler→Mercedes-Benz: The marque presented its top limousine on the 16th of May 2013. Before we got the official press release we could already see that the new generation of its S model series features not only our Active Camera, like its latest generation of its E model series does as well (see its case Daimler→Mercedes docu- mented in the Investigations::Car #371 of the 2nd of January 2013), but also the interplay of our Active Components Active Cam and Active Sensor alone and together with our Active Suspension and Active Trac systems as well as our predictive AutoSemantic::Car package with for example the common data architecture and data fusion of our (Pro)Active Component architecture, which is called "Magic Body Control" by the marque, while the interplay of our Act- ive Suspension with an Active Stereo Cam is even called super susp- ension by the media already. A range of further sensors monitor the environment in all directions, which is the sensor network feature of our Active Sensor system and called as the overall system "Intellig- ent Drive" by the marque, that comprises lane departure warning, brake, and steering assistiant, as well as the junction assistant (see again the case of the marque in the Investigations::Car #371 of the 2nd of January 2013). This acting was not expected otherwise by us (see also the case of the marque Volkswagen→Audi in the Investig- ations:Car #382 20th of April 2013), and proves doubtlessly that the marque has already adopted our (Pro)Active Component system with its single hardware and software elements completely, like other ma- nufacturers did as well. We also do see that the model series feat- ures now a version of our Active Lights as head- and taillights with an LED beam matrix at the front, which has an adaptive high beam that is shaped in accordance with objects recognized by the sensors like pedestrians, and an LED matrix at the rear that warns tailgating vehicles with a bright flickering (see the section Functionalities of the Active Light webpage). An additional feature is the night vision assistant. Besides this, we also can see a freely programmable dis- play as the gauge, which is the concept of our Car X-Window Syst- em, which was said as an absolute no-go by the related industries at that time after we presented it. A second display is added to this display, which narrows our e-dashboard. The official press release says the following: "[...] three engineering priorities [...] [It is still the 3³ Theme by C.S..]", "The [new generation of its model] is not just a technological spearhead for [the marque] but for automotive development as a whole. [We can say that our technologies by Style of Speed make a major contribution or even the major contribution.]", "[...] "Intelligent Drive" [...] [We said before: "Driven by Intelligence™".]", "[...] the new model is the world's first car to dispense entirely with light bulbs in favour of LEDs, pointing the way ahead once again. [This is misleading, because it is doubtlessly our Active Light technology.]", "[...] intelligence that speaks to the emotions [...] [This is related with our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems, as it is reflected in the slogan "Motion and Emotion".]", "[...] Stylish sportiness and sensual forms in synthesis [...] [Compare this with our trademark Style of Sports™ and our related slogans "Synthesis of Passion and Sportivity™", "Synthesis of Passion and Style™", and "Synthesis of Style and Speed™" to see what has been copied here.]", "[...] sporty coupé-style [...] new-style [...] integrated styling [...] [Is the field still called automotive design, or already automotive styling?]", "LED technology: the first ever car without a single light bulb [To be precise we have to say that this is not right, because many models of Style of Speed already have this feature as well, like for example our models 333 ST, j!, and RE in the Tron Exterior Theme.]", "[...] the intensity of the brake lights is reduced at night or while waiting at traffic lights [...]", "Visibility is enhanced by two assistance systems that have undergone some key improvements – Adaptive Highbeam Assist Plus and Night View Assist Plus. Thanks to a new stereo camera and multistage radar sensors, the S-Class has 360-degree all-round vision and detects potential dangers on the road better. [Active Cam and Active Sensor components]", "[Suspension: the world's first suspension with "eyes" [...] the world's first car to be able to detect bumps on the road ahead. If Road Surface Scan detects such unevenness by means of the stereo camera, Magic Body Control instantaneously sets up the suspension to deal with the new situation. [Active Cam component with Active Suspension and Active Trac systems.]", "[...] sensuously elegant style [...]", "[...] three colour shades [...]", "Two high-resolution TFT colour displays [...] The left-hand display performs the functions of the previous instrument cluster, providing the driver with all relevant information. The right-hand display allows the convenient control of infotainment and comfort functions. [Car X-Window System and partly e-dashboard]", "For the new [model series], the constantly increasing need to integrate additional functions into the vehicle led to a further development of the entire operating logic. [Perhaps, it operating system was meant, respectively the OntoBot software component of OntoLix and OntoLinux.]", "[...] touch-sensitive telephone keypad [...]", "Voice entry [...] via the Speech Dialog System [...] The telephone and audio systems can also be voice-controlled. The option of having text messages (SMS) or emails read out is a new feature. [We would like to mention that these features of voice/speech control with a dialog system and text-to-speech are included in our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems as well (see the section Natural Language Processing of the Links to Software webpage).]", "[...] active seat [...] [We also have a range of technologies with our Active Seat™.]", "[...] completely new multimedia generation with intuitive operation and particularly tangible functions thanks to visualisation and animations [...]", "[...] High-End 3D-Surround Sound system [...]", "[...] interactive presentation of content is a prominent new feature of the navigation function [...]", "With the new Live Traffic Information service, traffic data is transmitted in real time. [This will be watched by us further.]", "[...] highly complex [...] [High-complex™]", "The [safety system] Brake can also detect pedestrians and initiate autonomous braking to avoid a collision at speeds up to 50 km/h. [...]", "[Safety system] PLUS can recognise an imminent rear-end collision and warn the following traffic by activating the rear hazard warning lights at a high frequency. If the danger of a collision persists, the system can also firmly apply the stationary vehicle's brakes [...]", "Intelligent Drive: networked with all senses [...] integrated approach [...] [Active Components and AutoSemantic::Car with integrated data architecture with data fusion]", "The new functions all rely on the same sensor system, comprising a new stereo camera together with multistage radar sensors. "Intelligent assistance systems analyse complex situations and better recognise potential dangers out on the road with the aid of improved environment sensor systems, [...] Figuratively speaking, the new [model series] doesn't just have eyes at the front, it has 360-degree all-round vision." A key factor is the networking of all systems, which safety experts call "sensor fusion". [Active Sensor network, inclusive Active Cameras, and AutoSemantic::Car. The term "sensor fusion" is a synonym for the term sensor data fusion and data fusion as used by us.]", "[...] visual, acoustic and/or tactile warning signals [...] [This is called by experts a multimodal human machine interface.]", "[...] Steering Assist and Stop&Go Pilot takes the burden off the driver when it comes to lane guidance and is also able to follow vehicles in traffic jams automatically [...]", "For the first time, thanks to the stereo camera the Brake Assist system [...] with Cross-Traffic Assist is able to detect crossing traffic and pedestrians too, and to boost the braking power applied by the driver accordingly [...]", "Adaptive Highbeam Assist Plus allows the high-beam headlamps to be kept on permanently without dazzling traffic by masking out other vehicles in the beams' cone of light.", "Night View Assist Plus was further improved and supplemented by a thermal imaging camera. [Active Cam respectively Active Sensor as an infrared sensor]", and "Attention assist[ance system] can warn of inattentiveness and drowsiness in an extended speed range and notify the driver of their current state of fatigue and the driving time since the last break [...] [It is based on our MobileKinetic technology, as far as we do know.]".
  • Volkswagen→Porsche: The marque made some marketing noise about its upcoming model 918 Spyder that has some further technologies in common with our trend setting automobiles. We quote from the latest press release: "[...] with a rolling chassis as its basis - a basic vehicle that can be driven even without a body - is race car tradition [...] [See for example the related image on the webpages of our models Elettoro and RE.]", "[...] unique all-wheel drive concept [...] [We will see later that it is not so unique.]", "[The all-wheel drive] is based on knowledge gained by Porsche during motor races with the successful 911 GT3 R Hybrid. [Though the 911 GT3 R Hybrid featured our Active Differential #2 at the front axle, while suddenly the 918 Spyder features our Electric Torque Vectoring Active Differential #1 at the front axle.]", "Due to the additional, individually controllable front drive, new driving strategies for extremely high, safe cornering speeds can be implemented, especially for bends. [See the related graphics of our Active Differential technology by Style of Speed.]", "[...] fuel consumption, which at about three litres fuel per 100 km [...] [The marque should better stop this misleading marketing claims, because nobody will buy that claim. We even do not know how this should be achieved with a fully charged battery that is on the first 100 kilometers.]", "[...] carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) for extreme torsional rigidity [...] [See again the webpages of our models Elettoro and RE.]", "[...] adaptive shock-absorber system [...] [We will watch this further to see if it is our Active Suspension with Active Trac, Active Camera, and Active Positioning systems.]", "[...] multi-link chassis [...] an electro-mechanical adjustment system at each rear wheel [...] [See our Transuspension technology.]", "[...] Active Aerodynamic [...] a system of adjustable aerodynamic elements [We repeat: Active Aerodynamics™ and Active Exterior.]", "[...] five modes for three motors [...]", "[...] controlled by an intelligent management system [...]", "[...] activated via a “map switch" [...]", "[...] can cover over 30 kilometres on purely electric power [...] pure electric [...] [So, we have 30 km with the battery and 70 km with the combustion engine with Brake energy recover . Besides this: Pure Electric™ and hence Purely Electric™.]", "The use of individual drive components is modified as a function of the current driving situation [...] [Clever, but not clever enough. It is the feature of learning the habits of the vehicle's driver as listed in the feature-list of our AutoSemantic::Car and used with our Active Components.]", "[...] driving style [...]", "[...] sporty driving style at top speed [...] [How cheap to formulate something that is related with Style of Speed in this way. But it always proves the true goal of the marque and the manufacturer Volkswagen again and again.]", "[...] sporty driving style [...]", "[...] engine speeds of up to 9,150 rpm [...] Striking features of the V8 are that it no longer supports any auxiliary systems, there are no external belt drives and the engine is therefore particularly compact. [See the engines shown on the webpages of our models 550 V8, 911 V8 Beast, and GT³ by Style of Speed.] ", "[...] power output per litre of approx. 132 hp/l [...] naturally aspirated engine [...] outstanding for a naturally aspirated engine [...] [We are somewhere above 165 hp/l and considerably beyond 10,500 rpm with our models 550 V8 and 911 V8 Beast. By the way: Where is the downsizing and the turbocharger, and what is here truly outstanding?]", "[...] the so-called top pipes: the tailpipes terminate in the upper part of the rear end immediately above the engine. No other production vehicle uses this solution [...] [Guess why?]", "Drive torque is independently controlled for each axle. [That means we have our Electric Torque Vectoring Active Differential #1 at the front axle and at the rear axle in the Pure Electric™ mode.]", "[...] front passenger side [...] [They have also rear passenger seats? That is curious.]", "[...] Speed Charging Station [...] [This is our Quickcharger.]", "[... a specific company] high-end sound system [...] [Why the specific hifi company is named but not our OntoLab and Style of Speed is a clear statement and will be handled accordingly.]", "[...] centre console [...] Control functions, e.g. for the automatic climate control system, wing adjustment, lighting and Porsche Communication Management (PCM), including a Burmester high-end sound system, can be intuitively operated by multitouch with a new type of black panel technology. [...] [This is either our e-center console based on our e-dashboard technology, though the marque might not be using Organic Light-Emitting Diodes in this case already, or our SmartAutotablet integrated into a center console. Nevertheless, it is a multi-touch device and hence it is a solution created by our OntoLab and Style of Speed (see also the webpage of our model Caccia).]", "[...] driving force [...] [No, no, no: Driving Force™!!!™]", and "[...] as technology platforms, as the driving force behind both car emotion and car evolution and as the ultimate sports cars of their decades [...] [This points both to our ultimate sports cars by Style of Speed and to our OntoLix and OntoLinux systems.]".
  • Volkswagen→Audi: As we found out now the company has presented even more of our inventions on a consumer electronic exhibition in the January 2013 besides essential elements of our Hyper Connectivity solution (see its case in the Investigations::Car #380 of the 2nd of April 2013). In connection with its user interface "[The marque] announced future A3 models will get a new 3D display for its MMI. According to [the marque], the display [...] will utilize special lenses to create images for both the left and right eye, while a camera actively adjusts the display to create a 3D image.", [Digital Trends, 8th of January 2013]. Form another report we got the following informations: "What intrigues us more is [the marque]'s 3-D display technology. Based on data from a small camera monitoring the driver's eye movements, [the marque] claims an 11.6-inch display will show a perfect 3-D image. Another part of the feature involves the capability of multiple people seeing 3-D images in the same screen. [Without any doubts, this is our Mobile 4D Image Display technology, which is capable for multi-user applications obviously and used for our e-dashboard and our Space@Car environment.]", "[...] 3-D sound [...]"
Furthermore, the company has presented a rear light called "Laser Rear Fog Light", that projects a warning sign in the form of a red line on the road, so that the following cars are informed to maintain a sufficient gap. In fog, the laser reflects through the water droplets and forms a large warning triangle visible through the fog. For sure, it showed this specific red laser-based application with the concept car A2 Concept in the year 2011 already, but the laser was not integrated into the LED-based rear light. Furthermore, the presentation was made in such a way that the public could be confused in relation with our related Active Light variants and the Laser Lamp@Car solution. Also, the shown car had written "Active Safety" on its number plate, which points directly to our trademark Active Safety System™.
From a report: "A claimed technological breakthrough from Audi is the networking of the headlight control unit with the MMI navigation plus. The navigation system reads the route data in advance and relays them to the light computer, so as to activate the longer-range highway lighting while still on the on-ramp to the highway, for example. The system automatically switches on the cornering lights before entering an intersection; in countries like the United Kingdom, it automatically switches the headlights from driving on the right to driving on the left.",
From its U.S.American website that "refer to the model range offered in Germany": "Indicator light with dynamic display [...] recently brought the indicator light with dynamic display to series production [...] [Is not this an old hat?]",
Form another report: "Audi Matrix LED headlights don’t swivel to see around corners; the automaker says that individual diodes are switched off to accommodate where the most light is needed. To determine which parts of the LED lights should be illuminated, the car gets information from a camera, the navigation system, or other sensors.", "The fan-shaped laser taillight shines slightly downward, showing a red line on the pavement. Audi is also experimenting with OLED tech for interior and exterior lighting. The OLEDs are composed of an organic material instead of most LEDs’ semiconductor crystals.", "[...] Audi explain: "The Audi engineers have transformed a vehicle’s rear end into a large, continuous light surface, with innumerable small points of light flickering like a swarm of fish." [See the model j! for the true origin.]", (see the cases of the marque Audi and of Christopher Laird Simmons in the Investigations::Car #157 of the 16th of September 2009, the case of the marque in the Investigations::Car #204 of the 5th of December 2009, and the case of the marque Volkswagen→Porsche #383 in the Investigations::Car #383 of the 6th of May 2013)
  • Nissan: The company showed with a concept car a center console that looks like our e-center console.
  • Icona Design and Engineering: We do not know, why small companies do think that we would not find them. The company presented a concept car and said in the related press release: "[...] ingenious combination of combustion engine and electric motors [...] [But it is the combination as offered by the Volkswagen's marques Porsche and Audi.]", "Beauty and the Beast [This is damaging our trademark Beauty Beast™ and the related marketing story.]", and "[...] the [car] will also be available in a four wheel drive alternative: this time a twin turbo V6 engine coupled with two electric motors for front traction [...] [We do think that none of our readers would be surprised if it will be our Active Differential #2 at the front axle, though the diagrams of the referenced drivetrain shows only one electric motor at the front axle.]".
  • Abt: That company thought to be clever by stealing once again a concept from us that is this time the electrified version of the model Caddy III by the manufacturer Volkswagen together with our related label E-Caddy™ (see the case of the Government of New York City and Nissan Motor in the Investigations::Car #319 of the 5th of May 2011). The company is aware of our E-Caddy™ and even the investigative case with the New York City taxi version, because in a report by a television news magazine several persons were loaded into the clone of our E-Caddy™ concept.
