Further steps
Actually, we are doing several tasks like writing some missing web- pages and finalizing webpages that are under construction on our different websites, finishing investigations, reworking investigative cases and descriptions by adding missing details and deleting wrong statements and explanations, collecting more evidences in already investigated cases of copyright infringements and also sending notif- ications of copyright infringements, and gearing up the combat against the many illegal issues. Said this, we will have some lesser contents in the next week, but the quality will be still on the top level.

OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update
On the webpage Project Status of OntoLix and OntoLinux we made clear that the object-oriented programming language Python is al- ready included in Mekensleep Underware.

Investigations::Multimedia

  • Google: Some weeks ago the company has presented an Integrat- ed Development Environment (IDE) for the operating system platform that it has developed together with the Open Handset Alliance by using the features of our Hightech Operating Systems (HOSs) Onto- Lix and OntoLinux (see the case of the joint venture in the Investig- ations::Multimedia Android Special of the 8th of July 2013) that is called Android Studio in relation to other IDEs having the word studio in their label, like an Ontologic Studio and our DaVinci Studio and NanoStudio. For sure, it is an reaction to the related features of our HOSs OntoLix and OntoLinux and our related Multilingual Multimodal Multiparadigmatic Multimedia IDE with its support for Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools and much other functionalities (see for example the sections Formal Modeling, Formal Verification, and Software Development Tool on the webpage Links to Software), which are based on the general architecture of our operating system platform (see the webpage Overview) and its basic software comp- onents OntoBot and OntoScope, and that we coined OntoBlender and made a further component recently.
The Android Studio is basically a customized version of another IDE that has been carefully selected, so that many features of our IDE are already available for the developers. Said this, we start with those features of the original IDE that have been added by the own- ing company following others and our actings and that are: multi-pa- radigmatic programming with support for object-oriented, functional, imperative, and concurrent languages including Scala, which should add those missing features that make the programming language Java similar to Poplog with C++ and C# in the end, Clojure, and Py- thon, the high-level multiplatform programming language with related compiler Haxe that is similar to Poplog (see OntoBot again and the webpage Project Status), implementations of the scripting language EcmaScript, like JavaScript and ActionScript with MXML (see the webpage Project Status again), as well as CoffeeScript, that trans- compiles to JavaScript, and Google's own related web language Dart. It also has the common support of the data definition and manipul- ation language SQL with its relational, declarative and procedural characteristic. Furthermore, the basic IDE features an own set of code inspections with on-the-fly code analysis, the support of cloud computing and web programming, live layout with What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) editor, and live coding and real-time app- lication rendering (see Blender, M.U.P.P.E.T.S., and now OntoBlender, as well as the section Algorithmic/Generative/Evolutionary/Organic ... Art/Science, specifically the link to Toplap, of the Links to Soft- ware webpage). Additional features are the developer console with optimization tips, the assistance for (multilingual) translation, referral tracking, campaigning and promotions with usage metrics, the prov- ision for beta releases and staged rollout, the Gradle-based build support (Gradle utilizes a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG), which points again to the basic structure of OntoBlender; see also the points about the Renderscript and Filterscript in the Investigations::Multi- media Android Special of the 8th of July 2013), the Android-specific refactoring and quick fixes, the Lint tools to catch performance, usability, version compatibility and other problems (see again the sections Formal Verification and Software Development Tool on the webpage Links to Software), the ProGuard and app-signing capabil- ities, the template-based wizards to create common Android designs and components, the rich layout editor that allows to drag-and-drop UI components (the Qt toolkit has this feature since many years even for mobile devices as it could be seen with the Qtopia Greenphone referenced on the webpage Links to Hardware), and the optional preview of layouts on multiple screen configurations.
For sure, this looks like a common collection of programming lang- uages and tools, but not if we take its direct connection with multi- paradigmatic programming, cloud computing, live coding and real- time application rendering, a workflow based on a DAG, multilingual translation and so on on the one hand and an operating system on the other hand, which in this specific combination/composition has been described again with the original, unique work of us. At this point the reason why this IDE with all these features has been care- fully selected by the company Google should be already obvious for our readers. In fact, Google has seen the description of our operat- ing system platform and wants to copy it by selecting related soft- ware and connecting them in the same way as we did before. But "That does not avoid a causal link", [Judge Birss], because our orig- inal, unique expression includes exactly this carefully made selection of these features as well and the connection with an operating syst- em, and hence our work is copied in this way without any legitimiz- ation (see the Pictures of the Day of the 25th of July 2013). This will be seen even better in the next future after more and more features of our OntoBlender have been added, like for example modeling cap- abilities, 3D programming, game programming, a Problem Solving Environment (PSE) respectively Scientific Computing Environment as already copied in parts, and simulations (see again the Investigat- ions::Multimedia Android Special of the 8th of July 2013, specifically the explanations related with Renderscript and Filterscript, and sure- ly the Clarification of the 2nd of June 2012). Especially suspicious becomes the case by the fact that the former solution with its plug- in for another IDE called Android Development Tool was not a bad choice at all.

    02.August.2013
    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Blender Foundation: The foundation was also so kind and added a "3D Printing Toolbox" to its 3D content creation suite Blender recent- ly without referencing OntoLinux after we explained explicitly in the Clarification of the 9th of January 2013 that we use Blender for 3D printing/rapid prototyping as well. Quite contrary, it misleads the public by saying that "Blender already supports 3D printing modeling and file-formats since 2002." and promoting an "artist who has been exploring 3D printing for sculpture design for many years. He is an enthusiast user of Blender". For sure, there is no doubt, that Blender supports 3D modeling for creating 3D models as well as the related common 3D file formats, which are used by manufacturers of 3D printers as well. But claiming that Blender did it with a focus laid on 3D printing is a very bold and nasty lie that should pervert the facts only and also a copyright infringement, because we had this specific connection between Blender and rapid prototyping machines already in mind, when we started OntoLinux in the year 2006, though we did not made it explicit until the 11th of April 2009 (see again the Clarif- ication of the 9th of January 2013). The same holds for making this connection with an artist who does 3D printing, but on his website we found a handful of models only that could be made in less than 3 days. Besides this, there is the information about a "3+ hours train- ing DVD" by this artist for misleading the public even further with this artifically created connection between the artist and the 3³ Theme by C.S.. But funny as it is, the artist himself clearly says that the DVD contains 5 hours of material. Furthermore, for not claiming non- sense in the case of the Wikimedia Foundation→Wikipedia document- ed in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 11th of July 2013 we searched the website of Blender and the internet for terms like '3D print' in relation with Blender and got no results. Also, we raise the following two questions: Why was this not so uninteresting feature added on the 20th of June 2013 to the webpage about Blender on the website of the Wikipedia and not all the years before? and Why are now the first 3D printer manufacturer after the support of Blender and not before us, when we made it explicit on the 11th of April 2009? It is more than only suspicious that around 4 years long nothing happened until we talked about that functionality while 3D printing is in the media all the time! Also, the Python script in the 3D Printing Toolbox is so simple that we do wonder again why it was not available before for example in the year 2002. We do not need to discuss this case any further, because the facts tell us all a very clear story. The first suspicious case was with this support of robot- ics in Blender, but now we say: Convicted!!!™
Btw.: In the moment when an open source project does not refer- ence correctly and even mislead the public with constructed fairy tales, it has lost its credibility and an essential part of its purport as such a project.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update
We have copied the informations and features that we have given in the Clarification of the 2nd of June 2012 to the webpage Feature-Lists.
In fact, this webpage has more a temporary characteristic and hence it will be used for collecting the features and explanations given at other places in the past about our operating system plat- form. This will be accompanied with the addition of more structure, re-sorting, and potentially some updates of related webpages.

    Ontonics Website update
We have made a little mistake in the description of our Supercharged Fuel Cell with the plain translation of the term "fluids" to "Flüssigkei- ten"==liquids, though the term fluid denotes a subset of the phases of matter that comprises liquids, gases, and other phases. For sure, in the context of fuel cells we meant both phases of matter of the fluid reactants, so we substituted the term "Flüssigkeiten" with the correct term "Fluiden".

    Superconducting fuel cell

    Ontonics Website update 23:45 CET
We have optimized our Supercharged Fuel Cell with a system as used with a Liquid Air Cycle Engine (LACE), which applies e.g. cryogenic hydrogen to liquify the needed air.

    Furthermore, we developed the:

  • Superconducting Fuel Cell.

    Investigations::Car #389

  • Daimler→Mercedes-Benz: We have watched three videos by the marque. One video is about the general platform, which is based in large parts on our Active Component system, and the other two videos are about its new model series, the so-called S class (see its case in the Investigations::Car #371 of the 2nd of January 2013 and also the case of the Allgemeine Deutsche Automobil-Club e. V. in the Investigations:: Car #377 of the 4th of February 2013).
We quote at first from the video that has the title "Intelligent Drive - Mercedes S-Klasse W222 - Sicherheits-Assistenten==Safety Assist- ants" and was publicated on the 19th of November 2012: "[...] akti- ve Spurhalteassistent schützt [...] davor die Fahrspur zu verlassen. Sogar in leichten Kurven. Ein gezielter Eingriff über [das Elektroni- sche StabilitätsProgramm (]ESP[) ...] Zugleich warnt eine Anzeige im Kombiinstrument.==[...] active lane departure assistant protects against leaving the lane. Even in slight curves. A targeted intervent- ion via [the Electronic Stabilization Program (]ESP[) ...] At the same moment, an indicator in the instrument cluster warns. [Indeed it is the interplay of the related feature of our Active Trac and our Active Sensors, inclusive the Active Camera.]", "[...] haptische Warnung== haptic warning [...] [Basically, it is not a new feature to use a steer- ing wheel with force-feedback function as part of a lane departure warning system. But this has to be seen with our Multimodal Multi- media User Interface (M²UI) of OntoL4, OntoLix, and OntoLinux, be- cause our operating system platforms power our Active Components, inclusive the Active Camera used in this case by the marque. See also the next quote.]", "Die [Stereo]Kamera erkennt die Straßenmar- kierungen, während Radarsensoren den Verkehr rund um das Auto beobachten.==The [stereoscopic] camera recognizes the road mark- ing, while radar sensors monitor the traffic around the car. [This is another interplay of the Active Camera and the Active Sensor net- work.]", "[...] rückwärtige Verkehrsraum wird von einem Radarsensor überwacht==rear traffic area is observed with a radar sensor [...] [Oh, quelle surprise: C'est un autre Actif Capteur.]", "[...] Fern-, Mit- tel- und Nahbereichsradar==long-, medium- and near-range radar [...] [And again we have here a Active Sensor network, because these different types of radar are integrated in the overall control system. See the next quote.]", and "Die Daten aus der Stereokamera und dem Radarsystem werden deshalb in einem Steuergerät verar- beitet [...] In einem Steuergerät zusammengeführt, werden die In- formation verarbeitet um Verkehrsteilnehmer [...] frühzeitig zu erken- nen.==Due to this the data out of the stereo camera and the radar system are processed in one control device [...] In one control dev- ice amalgamated, the informations are processed for recognizing traffic particip- ants early. [Firstly, we have here a further interplay of the Active Camera and the Active Sensor. Secondly, we already mentioned on the indexing webpage of the Active Components the "integrated intelligent controls" on the one hand and on the webpage of the Active Camera that "With this technology land vehicles are getting the skills of seeing like many different animals combined in one unit" on the other hand, though this explanation is focused on the Active Camera, but related special versions based on the combination with other Active Sensors must also comprise such an integrated control device. Thirdly, we have here the features data fusion and sensing pedestrian of the AutoSemantic package.]".
The next video is called "Vision erfüllt. Die neue S-Klasse.==Vision acomplished. The new S class." and was publicated on the 4th of June 2013: "Vision erfüllt==Vision acomplished. [It is the Vision Theme by our OntoLab, The Lab of Visions, that has envisioned our Active Component system. What is misleading the public is the point that the related technology described in the context is our vision that the marque has implemented, so that a clear causal link is given for insiders only but not for unaware third parties.]", "Business-Tele- fonie im Fond==Business telephony in the back [The mobile/cell phone is also used for adjusting components of the interior like an Active Seat, selecting the right display mounted at the head rest of a front seat for web-surfing and using the virtual keyboard of the mobile phone, so that we have here also functionalities that are based on our distributed computing architectrue and hence our rel- ated AutoSmartphone concept.]", "Aktiver Totwinkel-Assistent== active dead/blind spot assistant [There existed always some active systems in the field of vehicles, but here we still have the context of our Active Component system indeed.]", "Aktiver Spurhalte-Assistent ==active lane departure warning assistant [Again, it is our Active Component theme and as we said above this assistant system uses our Active Camera.]", "Digitale Betriebsanleitung==digital operating manual[; On the display of the on-board computer we can see the following menu options:] Visual search[,] Keyword search[,] Animat- ions[,] 360° camera [The display also shows a 3D model of the auto- mobile, which points to a reflective feature that together with the Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) leads directly to our op- erating system platforms OntoL4, OntoLix, and OntoLinux. Also, the concept of a digital manual for automobiles was presented with our Volkswagen Pad (VW Pad) in the intelliTablet (iTablet) Further steps of the 21st of August 2011. See also again our distributed computing architectrue and the related images.]", "[On the on-board computer display we could see as well:] Media Interface[,] Bluetooth [...] [See again the webpages of our AutoSemantic extension package and the related distributed computing architecture of OntoLix and OntoLinux.]", and "Integrierter WLAN Hot-Spot==integrated WLAN hotspot [This is surely not our Full Wi-Fi respectively the two years later presented Wi-Fi Direct (see also the Clarification of the 7th of January 2013).]".
The last video is the TV-spot "Visionen==Visions" that is also about the S class series and was publicated on the 5th of July 2013: "Irgendwann wird es ein Automobil geben, das für den Fahrer um die Ecke schaut==Sometimes, there will be an automobile that looks around the corner [...] [In the video a face of a (hu)man is shown with animated arrows pointing away form his eyes. This feature was always an application of our Active Sensor and Active Camera as part of a sensor network.]", and "[...] und das von allein durch den Stau lenkt==and that steers through a congestion all alone [...] [This is a somehow a misleading explanation. In fact, the car does stop-and-go and some minor steering corrections, though in the video "Vision erfüllt==Vision acomplished." (see above) it is also said that it could follow a car and assist the driver with slight corrections of the steering as part of its enhanced safety distance assistance system called Distronic Plus with steering assistant. Nevertheless, in the context of our Active Component system architecture and the AutoSemantic extension package it is a feature of our Swarm Intell- igence System (SIS) and a fraction of our autonomous vehicle plat- form Knight Intelligent Transport Totality (K.I.T.T.).]".
All videos confirm our claim that the marque has implemented our described systems and used their descriptions for marketing and op- erating the related automobiles. Furthermore, both videos that have the term "vision" in their titles are based on our Vision Theme of the OntoLab, The Lab of Visions, and its ambivalent meaning of having a vision and really viewing something. The marque comes around 12 years too late with its copying of our marketing concept based on this ambivalence. In the end it can be concluded in relation with the formal, legal aspects that the copyright infringement is so absolutely clear that the company or its marque even is not allowed to fight it at the court in the B.R.D. anymore due the lack of a true chance to win such a case. Said this, the only point that has to be discussed is the amount of the license fee, but we think that even this is a clear issue due to our fairness.
  • GreenGT: We investigated the company and documented its case in the Investigations::Car #109 of the 19th of May 2009 already. In this conjunction we would like to add the additional informations that the presented prototyp of the race car with Pure Electric drivetrain had two electric motors at the rear axle, but no informations were given in the media that its drivetrain had the features of our Active Differential #2 at that time, which is pellucid for us, because they already copied the twin engine configuration of the drivetrain of the Apollo Speed-E (SE) now called Elettoro, but could not copy the rest due to the fact that we publicated the webpage of our Active Diff- erentials a month later on the 13th of July 2009, though we had al- ready presented for example the general concept of the combination of an electric drivetrain with torque vectoring with the Just 4 :) (Just for Fun) a year before (see the Announcement 1:00 pm of the 16th of May 2008), added energy regeneration to all models with electric drivetrain with two exceptions that are irrelevant in this case (see the Style of Speed Website update of the 4th of April 2009), added the webpage of the Active Differential #2 comprising the variant with 2 electric motors at one respectively each axle and torque vectoring as well in conjunction with the updated webpage of the Elettoro called Apollo Speed-E (SE) at that time (see the Style of Speed Website update of the 13th of July 2009), and explained that the dragging motor would act as a generator "while torque vec- toring, so that for sure the regenerated power can be used in real- time/directly by one or more electric motors that even might be in- volved in the same actual torque vectoring process" (see the case of Schaeffler Technologies in the Investigations::Car #279 of the 5th of August 2010 and of the manufacturer Honda in the Invest- igations::Car #351 of the 19th April 2012).
Now we took a quick look on its website and realized that the com- pany, which by the way derived also its name from our trademarks Green Speed™ and Green Heart™ that we also used in the descript- ion of the electric conversion Elettoro, aka. Apollo Speed-E (SE) as well, has done a very bold and nasty fraud all the years, so we had not expected something else. In detail, we found our contents, con- cepts, and technologies like the following: "The control electronics [of its electric powertrains] also allows vector control of torque to the wheel, the optimization of available energy and braking energy recovery control", so that we have here nothing else than our Active Differentials. Furthermore, its race car models resemble our model 333 ST Barchetta by Style of Speed and on the related webpage of its actually race car powered by a fuel cell it is clearly said in the context of the quote before that the car features as well a "twin-engine powertrain [... that together with] the latest generation el- ectronic control [... respectively] its new electronic control system allows optimized cornering speeds". But at this point the fraud does not stop. In the technical data sheet of this fuel cell powered race car we found the following text passages: "patented torque vector- ing differential gearbox" and "Electronics [-] Centralized control mod- ule [...] for the entire GreenGT propulsion system with torque vect- orization.", as well as "Intake [-] Two electrical [super]chargers[;] Vector [-] Hydrogen stored at 350 bar in two composite tanks". In- deed, it was so bold and has not only patented our copyrighted work of the Active Differential #2 with Electric Torque Vectoring, but also stolen our "Active Control Management System, which centrally con- trols all Active Components", to which belong our Active Different- ials, as well as our Supercharged Fuel Cell in the hydrostatic version. Moreover, the following explanation was said by the company in gen- eral on the one hand, but also on the webpage of the fuel cell pow- ered race car on the other hand, and points directly to the working principle of our Looped Fuel Cells/Active Fuel Cells, specifically in the supercharged variant: "The hydrogen comes from the electrolysis of water. The water is then recomposed during the production of elec- tricity in the fuel cell. This same water can then be used again to re-produce the hydrogen.", so that in the end we are again at the webpages of our models Elettoro, aka. Apollo Speed-E (SE), and 333 ST Barchetta for example. That is a very cheap psychological trick for misleading the public. Furthermore, it offers drivetrain solutions with single-engine, twin-engine and four-engine configuration with single or dual ratio gear boxes, which was also copied from the web- page of our Active Differentials, and uses our other trademark Driv- ing Force™. And the bold case continues. The company even claims on the webpage about powertrains the following: "[... the company] is building a competition car to participate in endurance events int- ernationally. With this technology solution otherwise still unavailable in the world of competition, [the company] is shaking up preconceiv- ed ideas." That the presented ideas are our ideas is surely not said, so that the public is misled once again, and that it wanted to partic- ipate in the endurance race in Le Mans, France, gives us again a direct link to our model 333 ST, which is the closed version of the 333 ST Barchetta and is described by us on its webpage with the statement that "the SOS 333 ST has all the racing genes for winning Le Mans".
That these technologies come from the copyrighted descriptions of our works, is proved a further time with a report publicated on the website of a British broadcaster. We quote the additional informat- ions given in the said report: "We want to explain to the world that this type of technology is already available and we can use it for not only race cars but for road cars. [We'll come back again to the fuel cell technology mentioned here in a following quote.]", "The organis- ers of the first Le Mans 24 hour race in 1923 wanted to encourage innovations in the development of fast, fun, but reliable and efficient cars. [Yes indeed, the organizers want our cars on the race track, but not the cars of fraudsters. Besides this, our Fun Theme by Style of Speed was build into this statement as well.]", "[The managing director and head of Research and Development (R&D) of the com- pany] sought ideas from the aerospace industry, which has inspired many innovations in racing cars such as aluminium frames and aero- dynamic designs. He learnt about fuel cells' long history of powering space missions, through the Apollo missions [...] "If you’re able to send something into space, they should be good for endurance race cars [...]" [How cheap is that to make once again a link to our Apollo Speed-E (SE) now called Elettoro on the one hand and to our Loop- ed/Regenerative Fuel Cells on the other hand, because the respons- ible person wanted to tell the same marketing story that we already tell since years and that is based on the connection between our Apollo SE and space technology like our Looped Fuel Cells adapted from the closed cycle regenerativ fuel cell technology by the Nation- al Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA; see also the Picture of the Day of the 29th of November 2012). For sure, he also wanted to connect that company with space technology due to the section Space by Style of Speed.]", "[...] the team has developed a way to adjust the reaction in the fuel cell quickly enough for it can be used for speed control. Turbines compress air so that more can be forced into the cell, working in the same way as a [turbosuper]charger on a normal car. [As we said, the company has also stolen our Super- charged Fuel Cell, which is based on compressed fluids.]", and "[...] fine tuning [...] [Fine Tuning™]".
Also, it has copied the concept of our Quickcharger as it becomes totally clear with this explanation: "These two batteries can be re- charged in just two hours, using a specially designed power source, or in ten hours using the conventional 220 Volt network." Besides this, the claim for "the world's first racing car powered by an electric hydrogen fuel cell" seems to be a marketing lie, because we have our models 333 ST and 333 ST Barchetta by Style of Speed, which we simply have to put on the street only, and potentially somebody in the U.S.A. or Europe already has constructed such a car in the past. In the end we do ask the rhetorical question: What has the company researched and developed at all? Again, the company is: Convicted!!!™

If the patent of the torque vectoring differential gearbox is filed after our publication, as it is more than obvious by the evidences and proofs given above and the fact that all major car manufact- urers, inclusive Volkswagen→Audi, Daimler→Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Nissan, Tata→Jaguar, Toyota, DRB-HICOM→Proton→Lotus, and so on besides other smaller companies have presented our Active Differ- ential #2 on national and international exhibitions since our related publication in the year 2009, then this case is something for the Swiss prosecuter.

Due to the opening of a 12 kilometer/7.5 miles long electric road for the dynamic power supply and recharging of vehicles by an Asian institute that calls its technology Shaped Magnetic Field In Reson- ance, but in the end is nothing else than an inductive system with coupled resonance of electromagnetic waves and hence our irail technology, which by the way was wrongly patented by the Stan- ford University (see its case in the Investigations::Car #345 of the 6th of February 2012) and incorrectly presented by the company Witricity and its partners in the case of the stationary variant called ipad, we would like to announce that the license fee will be 1.50 euro for each single irail and ipad without network feature and 2.50 euro with network functionality. Besides this, we think that for each vehicle that can use the irail or ipad in the common way 1.50 to 2.50 euro are justified. For the description of our Wheel Pad and Rim Pad an additional license is needed, that is around 4 euro for a vehicle.

For clarification only we substituted the phrase "head and eyelid movements" with "head, eyelid, hand, finger, and other movements of bodyparts" to the description of our Head-Mounted Display 2.0, though this is clearly said in the description of our MobileKinetic technology, which is a basic technology of the Head-Mounted Dis- play 2.0. The movements are also used with a related Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI).

  • Atheer: Just after we presented some possible shapes of our SmartEyewear with the Original vs. Inspiration of the 14th of April 2013 and specifically of the 24th of April 2013, one of the usual bandwagon jumpers thought to be very clever and took a head- mounted Virtual Reality (VR) device in the shape of a visor, made two holes in the casing in front of the eyes, put in each hole an additional camera module, and connected the camera modules with the integrated circuit board of the VR device. The whole device is described as a smart glasses in the shape of a sun glasses, which offers the user a 3D view that can be controlled with a hand. This proves doubtlessly that the presented device is nothing else than our SmartEyewear, that is based on our EyeTap 2.0, which again is based on our Head-Mounted Display 2.0, which again is based on our MobileKinetic technology. Furthermore, the founder explains that he wants to implement an Augmented Reality (AR) software, so that it is doubtlessly proved as well that together with the 3D image display and the 3D UI we have here our OntoScope software component and the connected Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) of the operating system platforms OntoLix and OntoLinux (see also the section Mixed Reality (MR) of the webpage Links to Software). Even more bold, after we made our offer to larger companies on the 5th of August 2013 the founder copied this offering as well and declared that he wants to implement the software only and let the production of the hardware be done by larger corporations. Stay away from that company, because the founder has absolutely no clue about the more than 15 years lasting development of hardware and soft- ware in all these fields, and the whole endeavour is just right from the start a fraud only based on a very clear copyright infringement related with our works, and the same holds for every website that reports about that company and our EyeTap 2.0 and SmartEyewear technologies. For sure, the result of this investigation could be easily given by our readers: Convicted!!!™

For sure, the power source pad can be heightened as well for in- creasing the efficieny of a wireless power transmission system like our ipad. This can be done either by a mechanism like a small lifting platform or a mechanical jack, or by pumping it up like an inflatable jack or pneumatic lifting or salvage pillow. We updated the webpage of the irail and ipad with a related section called Extensions and an image accordingly.

We substituted the phrase "each eye" with "one or each eye" in the description of our NanoProjector, because the Retina Projection "can radiate light beams by one or more small lasers directly into her/his eyes", but must not to do so with both eyes.

Also, we added to the description of the SmartEyewear the inform- ation that for example variants can be constructed with a Retina Projector or the Retinascope 2.0, which are fixed to a wearable mount and can have an optional prism, that redirects the projected images into a user's eye, so that in the case of the Retinascope 2.0 a SmartEyewear can also be used as some kind of an EyeTap 2.0.

We are researching if it makes sense to use a specialized version of our X-3*/Little Star with 10 to 20 seats for short-distance super- sonic traveling over around 1,000 miles or even for medium-distance hypersonic traveling as an alternative for high-speed trains. For the start a maglev launch assistance system could be used. In addition, the system can be easily integrated with our Raylev technology. In a subsequent step the system could be enlarged further to the very well known concepts of the Maglifter (see the image of a spacecraft with air-augmented rocket engine on the webpage of our X-3033/ MagicStar as well) and the Slingshot as an alternative space launch assistance system. The advantages of our solutions are, that exist- ing infrastructure can be used without major reconstruction, the noise at the start as well as the propellant consumption are de- creased, the environmental friendliness is increased, specifically by using our HyperCycle approach, and it is much less expensive than a high-speed railroad or a (semi-)vacuum tube train systems.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Google: Since some years the question is not anymore if the com- pany has taken something from our intellectual properties, but what. After we looked some months on its optical head-mounted display we were always traced back to the technologies of the so-called Virtual Retina Dis- play (VRD) 1.0, our Retina Projection, which is a further development of the VRD 1.0 (see the Original vs. Inspiration of the 6th of December 2010 and also the 14th of April 2013), so that a VRD "doesn't need to be positioned exactly to the eyes of its user like the retina displays of the first generation", but still could be, and our MobileKinetic technology, which is used for the control of a mobile device and of applications or/and an operating system as part of a Kinetic User Interface (KUI) by e.g. moving the head and is an essential part of our Retina Projectors and Retinascopes. That the company already uses related features of our OntoScope soft- ware component and our Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) of the operating system platforms OntoLix and OntoLinux is already proven (see the case of Google and the Open Handset Alliance in the Investigations::Multimedia Android Special of the 8th of July 2013). Now, we finally do see that the company has taken our original, unique work of the Retinascope 2.0, which is based on the integration of the VRD technology respectively our Retina Pro- jection with an additional camera and the complete MobileKinetic technology, and mounted it to a spectacle frame, so that the eye-/ gaze-tracking sensor of our basic Retina Projector/Retina Screen 2.0 does not need to follow the eyes of a user anymore for correct pro- jection. Obviously and doubtlessly, this is not a true invention worth one or three patents (filled in August 2011), though it is said that they are design patents only, and also "does not avoid a causal link", [Judge Birss], like the buying of missing patents or companies does not.

We also thought about the technologies of the maglev train and the (semi-)vacuum tube train as alternatives to the high-speed railroad in the U.S.A., but saw directly that they are not really alternatives to the plane, so we developed our Raylev technology, because the best way to travel and transport with high velocities is to do it with- out a tethering by wheel, rail, tube, or whatsoever at all.

Specifically the designs in the middle and at the bottom are the more interesting ones for us due to the type of wing, while the image at the top shows the capacity of such an aerial vehicle (3 cars and 2 small trucks or 105 seats). See also our Odonata aircraft class with the HWB-1/Agile Eagle. Ideally, the first generation of Raylev trains have propulsion systems based on electric ducted fans with the exception of a turbine generator or another source of elec- tric power for emergency cases that only needs enough power and fuel to land the Raylev train safely (corresponds to a flight range of around 5 miles). Also, the aerial vehicles feature in-wheel motors for taxiing at a station if needed at all. That is the way it works.

*** Fine tuning mode; only the general case ***
    Investigations::Multimedia Head-Mounted Display Special

  • General: After we publicated several descriptions in relation with the technologies of the MobileKinetic User Interface (MKUI), mobile projector, Head-Mounted Display (HMD), Virtual Image Display (VID), and Virtual Retina Display (VRD) many entities thought that they could simply jump on our bandwagon and do the patent troll or/and IP pirate. So we made a quick look around to see which new devices have been presented in the past two years. The result is that we have a slightly blurred white line in relation to our copyrighted work that begins in the field of the classical optical HMD hardware when our MobileKinetic and Retina Projection technologies come into play (see the descriptions of HMD 2.0 and EyeTap 2.0). In general, the relevant points in relation with the hardware are if the device or parts of it like e.g. the imaging display is controlled by kinetic tech- nologies, specifically the tracking of bodyparts like the fingers and the eye, and if the device is of the types mono- or binocular and mono- or bi- respectively multidirectional. One special case that defines the white line exactly, but only in relation to the hardware, is the bidirectional (O)LED-display with photoreceptor and a viewing optics for projecting the image on a glass/pane, and that is integrated into the frame of a monocular device (see the Investigations::Multimedia of the 11th of April 2013 and the 5. row of Original vs. Inspiration of the 14th of April 2013). Further special cases are the bi- resp. multidirectional VRD and the binocular VRD variants in general, as described with our HMD 2.0 and also our Retina Projection, the related eyetap based on VRD in general, and the bi- resp. multidirectional eyetap, as described with our EyeTap 2.0 and our Retinascope technology. Furthermore, when we still focus on VRD hardware we can clearly see that either nobody has presented something before that is related with or based on our Retina Projection and the VRD 2.0, or somebody simply copied essential features of our technologies, so that we have to claim for an infringement of our copyright. The same holds even more for optical HMDs with panes made out of electronic glass, electronic plastic/polymer, as well as see-through/transparent bi-, tri-, or tetradirectional Active Displays as also used with related variants of our Sm@rtEyewear system (see the Original vs. Inspiration of the 6th of December 2010, 14th of April 2013, and 24th of April 2013, and for example the Investigations::Multimedia of the 11th of April 2013 again, and 11th and 12th of August 2013).
But also important is the software, specifically if a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) with voice-control, gesture-control, or/and a full-fledged KUI is utilized. While the voice-control seems to be legal as long as we do not speak about multilingual applications, we do think that everything related with a KUI in conjunction with the user's body movement for application and operating system control is not.
  • Epson and Meta: The two companies joined up for producing an optical binocular Head-Mounted Display (HMD) with see-through technology. The first version of the HMD is basically Epson's Moverio, which is based on two micro-displays integrated in each temple that project their images over mirrors to special viewing optics integrated into the panes before each eye of a user, that has an additional module, which is fixed on top of the frame and has two components in one casing and hence it is a stereoscopic or a another kind of depth-sensing camera. Furthermore, the device is controlled by hand gestures and used in conjunction with the Augmented Reality (AR) and the Mixed Reality paradigms. What we do see in this case is no- thing else than a device that was described with our HMD 2.0 tech- nology based on our MobileKinetic technology, or said in other words, it is our 3D Eyewear, which with a stereoscopic camera is also the variant of our SmartEyewear that is based on the Ontoscope hard- ware architecture. Said this, we have here already a clear evidence of a copyright infringement in relation to the description of our hard- ware, which is also proven by the claim "First gestural dual lens [HMD] revealed by [the start-up company]" made in a promotional video (see again our HMD 2.0 technology) and by the software needed for the support of the gesture control by hand movements and multi-touch, and the AR and MR paradigms, because all of our devices, that feature at least an imaging display, are controlled by our operating system platforms OntoLix and OntoLinux with the OntoScope software component and its OntoCOVE software com- ponent, and the Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) based on it (see also the points related with multi- modality on the web- page Ontologic Applications, the point related with the paradigms on the webpage Overview, and again the description of our MobileKinet- ic technology). Again this point becomes even more clear by the utilization of a depth-sensing camera or even a stereoscopic cam- era, though this specific point has no legal relevance in the case of the software, and also by the exemplary applications that show virtual bubbles flying in the air in front of the user as part of a 3D UI and a dog with 3 heads rendered in 3D, which by the way should reflect the 3³ Theme by C.S. as well. Just right from the start: Convicted!!!™
  • Explore Engage: The HMD is basically the same as the one of the joint venture Epson and Meta (see above), but has a different design, and hence we see this case in the same way from the legal point of view.
  • Canon: The company presented an optical Head-Mounted Display (HMD) with see-through technology. The device is used for Mixed Reality (MR) applications. While the device itself might not be a legal prob- lem, because it looks like a common way of HMD construction, the software with MR looks very similar to the OntoScope software component, its OntoCOVE software component, and the Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) of our Ontologic System architect- ure and the operating system platforms OntoLix and OntoLinux (see also the related point on the webpage Overview).
  • Fujitsu, QD Laser, and University of Tokyo: The joint venture has created a head mounted display (HMD) called Laser Headset. The presented first device prototype is a monocular HMD based on a laser, which projects an image on a virtual mirror in front of one eye of a user that reflects it back onto the retina. The laser is trans- ferred to the prototype of the HMD through an external laser unit attached to the device via a cable. It is reported that Fujitsu plans to produce a Laser Headset that looks like a normal sunglasses, that was shown as a non-functional mock-up only, but it is unclear act- ually if this announced device would still be based on the Virtual Re- tina/Retinal Display (VRD) technology. If so, this would be a legal problem with our copyrighted work due to the related binocular VRD variant of our HMD 2.0, whose description was written very carefully by us at that time, so that it comprises this type of binocular device as well with the phrase "project images indirectly through an optics or directly into [...] both eyes of its user", because all VRDs we have seen before in the last 15 years or more were monocular VRDs only. Despite of this, the company needs the MobileKinetic features of our HMD 2.0 and our Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) as well in the end.

In this conjunction,we have to warn every entity not to take our original, unique and hence copyrighted materials in parts or as a whole and present it as an own invention at a service for raising seed/start capital (see the cases of the start-ups Singularity Uni- versity→Scanadu Scout in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 22nd of July 2013, Atheer in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 11th of August 2013, and Meta in the nvestigations::Multimedia of today for example), because this is not only an infringement of our copyright anymore, but also a serious fraud/crime that potentially has to be punished with jail by the state. From our point of view we have to see at least a clear reference to Ontonics as a sign that our copyright is truly respected and a license fee will be accepted or a direct contacting, or we have to give the related case to the FBI and other institutions.

The latter is again reflected with its HyperSonic Transport (HST) variant, the Transswift III, whose webpage also shows images of the ion, plasma, and Magneto-Hydro Dynamics (MHD) based engines and devices, as also described with our Raylev/Wavelev technology.
We would like to add as well that the Raylev Transport System is also designed in such a way, that no security checks are needed at all in oppsition to the practice in the case of planes, respectively only the same security checks are needed, as done with the bullet/ high-speed trains. And even if airport security checks are mandat- ory, then they can be done in real-time while walking through spec- ialized scanners.

Our operating system platforms support common desktop applicat- ions and the Qt application framework with its widget toolkit since right from their start in the year 2006, have the distributed comput- ing architecture as one of their main features since the year 2007, ever supported the HTML5 standard even before it was clear how it will look like at that time, and would be able to support applications of the operating system platform Android based on OntoLinux and OntoLix (see the Investigations::Multimedia Android Special) even without dual-booting by an elegant integration of its specific soft- ware libraries and virtual machine for the Java programming lang- uage.

After we presented the Further steps of yesterday we were unable to hold back and so we have publicated the first version of the web- page of our new Wavelev train called WBW-1/Plasma Eagle.
But we are also looking at something different, with the wings posit- ioned more to the front, so that the same kind of plasma engine for the VTOL modes can also work behind the wings. One possibility would be an aerial vehicle that looks like the integration of a HWB/ BWB, e.g. TU-404 and SAX-40, with CESTOL and Speed Agile, while further possibilities would be a double or triple bubble design with narrow wings.

Furthermore, it is claimed that the car would act by an own consciousness, but this is truly not the case. In this con- junction we would like to mention the concept car SCL 600 of the manufacturer Daimler→Mercedes-Benz presented in the year 1996 at first. In addition, we would like to ask the following questions: What has a drive-by-wire control system in common with artificial con- sciousness?" And why has the university infringed our copyright again (see its case in the Investigations::Car #293 Autonomous Car Special of the 10th of October 2010), this time in relation with our Active Components, as well as the K.I.T.T. and K.A.R.R. platforms, and the model RQ by Style of Speed, and also with our OntoLinux and OntoLix? Our readers have already seen that the second que- stion includes the answer to the first one. Also, it should be very easy to answer the second question.

    Investigations

  • Indiegogo: The crowdfunding internet service has not reacted on our Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notification in the case of the absolutely clear copyright infringement in relation with the clone of our SmartWatch as the Med!Watch with the specific mod- ules of our SmartWatch system but without display (see the case of the Singularity University in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 22nd of July 2013) and we could not contact anymore anybody of the company. Actually, for us the situation looks as if Indiegogo it- self has refused to follow the public law of the U.S.A. and internat- ional agreements to protect intellectual properties besides those entities that infringe our copyright and commit further violations of laws by using Indiegogo's service, so that we have to think about the possibility as well that the service tolerates or even supports serious fraud.
But this is not the only case hosted at this crowdfunding service, which leads us directly to the project of the company Canonical with its retrograde smartphone that is powered by an operating system that has features of our operating system platform (see the related Clarification of the 16th of August 2013 (yesterday) and also its case in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 3rd of January 2013). Actually, we have not sent a DMCA notification in this case, because the crowdfunding will fail with around a third of the needed monetary capital.

How DMCA notifications are correctly handled can be seen with the internet platform for open source projects Sourceforge of the cor- poration Dice Holdings. Yes, we switched of SADL for two weeks in the first round. The next round will last longer, potentially forever.

In general, we are looking at this crowdfunding services with more and more indignation, because in general a platform is provided that gives defrauding entities the possibility to act even more easier in an illegal way, like for example the start-ups Atheer (see its case in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 11th of August 2013) and Meta (see its case in the Investigations::Multimedia Head-Mounted Dis- play Special of the 13th of August 2013) in the field of Head-Mount- ed Displays (HMDs). What happened in the beginning with internet search engines, followed by file and music sharing services, and later with internet video services is now happening with this crowdfunding services. All these services have the problem that users can simply infringe the copyright of those who created the original materials. In the case of the crowdfunding services these frauds by user's are not limited only to copyright infringements as part of a commercial act- ivity, but are connected to unfair competition and further violations of laws as well. The governments do not act correspondingly with a strengthening of the copyright as it is needed for the future devel- opment of the modern societies. Quite contrary, the patent law and the copyright law are questioned, though this might make sense, but only if their qualities are increased.

    Investigations::Aeronautics and Space

  • National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA): On the 14th of August 2013 the administration found out finally how the whole system envisioned by Style of Speed looks like. Accordingly, a new or better said updated strategic vision was presented. We quote the related news release: "Based on a fresh look at the future of aviation – as well as global trends in technology, the environment and economics – the agency's aeronautical innovators have charter- ed a new strategic vision for its aviation research programs. [In the end, this is nothing else than the vision of Style of Speed based on our already since many years presented concepts, techniques, and technologies of our OntoLab, The Lab of Visions, Ontonics, Ontolix, and for sure Style of Speed itself, which is not so fresh anymore.]", "The new vision also embraces a future where global trends combine with emerging technologies to transform flight around the world into something unimagined today. [We think that it was said in relation with the presentation of our first 3 Raylev trains of the Transswift series also done on the 14th of August 2013.]", ""This new vision puts all the pieces of the puzzle together [...]" [Obviously, the pres- entation of our Transswift series was a little shock for the admini- stration, specifically for its directorate of aeronautics and also after somebody made the Joke of the Year.]", "In crafting the new vision, NASA planners began by trying to understand what trends are taking place around the world that might relate to aviation, concentrating on economics, technology and the environment. [In fact, they only needed to look at the webpage of Style of Speed, because We Set Trends™.]", "Other trends include the quickening pace at which rev- olutionary technology is invented and then widely adopted, as well as the ongoing environmental concerns related to the climate and availability of energy sources.", "[...] NASA identified three "mega-drivers" that are expected to shape the future look of aviation [...] [Identifying trends and drivers only is not enough, as it is the case with copying and withholding informations back from the public.]", "[...] first [...] How must aviation change so it can fly enough to meet the worldwide demand every day, routinely and safely?", "[...] second [...] How can aviation's impact on the environment be less- ened? And are plentiful but significantly less expensive sources of energy available?", "[...] third [...] How can the aviation community best take advantage of the incredible advances being made in areas not usually tied to aeronautics, such as power storage and robotics? [Solutions to all three drivers can be found on the website of Style of Speed and also of Ontonics since several years.]", "[Reflecting inputs contributed by the aviation community and national policy- makers, six areas of research were identified [...] [Does this mean that the administration is reflecting inputs from us given on e.g. the webpage of Style of Speed?]", "Safe, efficient growth in global oper- ations that will enable the Next Generation Air Transportation Syst- em [...] [See again our Raylev system.]", "Innovation in commercial supersonic aircraft [...] low level sonic boom [...] [See the webpage of our Raylev train Transswift III that was also publicated on the 14th of August 2013.]", "Ultra-efficient commercial transports that will pioneer technologies for future generations of commercial trans- ports that simultaneously reduce noise, fuel use and emissions.", "Transition to low-carbon propulsion [...] use of low-carbon fuels and alternative propulsion systems [...] [We do prefer dihydrogen monox- ide and hydrogenperoxid, and our related HyperCycle among other superior solutions.]", "Real-time, system-wide safety assurance in which tools are developed for use in creating a prototype of an in- tegrated safety monitoring and assurance system that can detect, predict and prevent safety problems in real time. [This is strongly related with features of our Ontologic System architecture and the related operating system platforms OntoL4, Ontolix, and Ontolinux.]", "Assured autonomy for aviation transformation that will enable the utilization of higher levels of automation and autonomy across the aviation system, particularly as it relates to unmanned aerial syst- ems and remotely piloted vehicles. [See for example our other origin- al variant of K.I.T.T., and our sections Powered Lift Aircraft and Autocopter of the website by Style of Speed.]", "Although the vision and its naming of six research thrusts is new, work to solve the challenges they identified has been under way at NASA for a long time. Ontonics Website update
As we always say innovation just happens, and so we added the project:

  • Stretch Solar Collector

to the Innovation-Pipeline, that we mentioned in the descriptions of some of the projects that were added with the Website update of the 15th of August 2013 already.

In this respect, we added to the description of our SolarEyewear the information that the band of a sports goggle could be made of our Solar Fabrics and Stretch Solar Collector as well.

    Ontonics Further steps
We are thinking about a further generation of the beamed energy transport system in relation with our different Beamed Energy Link (BEL) and Spin Energy Link technologies, and our Raylev transportat- ion technology, which is based on the concept of the Magnetized Beamed plasma (MagBeam) respectively our concept of the cont- inuous and pulsed plasma beam.

    Style of Speed Further steps
In relation to the Ontonics Further steps of today (see above) we are thinking about a new MagnetoPlasma Jet (MPJ) engine that is powered by a magnetized beamed plasma and a new Plasma Eagle variant based on this new MPJ.

Today, we also say that innovation happens, and so we added the new projects:

  • CloakEyewear 8:10 CET,
  • CloakEarwear 8:10 CET,
  • WrapEyewear, and
  • WrapEarwear.

Because we saw that we have no:

  • SoundWear,

we simply added it as well to the Innovation-Pipeline.

We also mentioned our Stretch Accu, Solar Fabrics, and Accu Fabrics as further basic materials in relation with the SmartWatch, Smart- Eyewear, SmartEarwear, and SmartWear.

In this respect, we added to the description of our SolarEarwear the information that the headband could be made of our Solar Fabrics and Stretch Solar Collector as well.

    Investigations

  • Indiegogo: In the case of the clone Scanadu Scout, that is a specific variant of our SmartWatch series, inclusive our Med!Watch (see the case of the Singularity University in the Investigations:: Multimedia of the 22nd of July 2013), we contacted the support team and a founder of the company Indiegogo two times on the 16th of August 2013 and today, because we want to know what happened with our DMCA notice due to a copyright infringement (see also the case of the company in the Investigations of the 17th of August 2013). The e-mail of today has the following contents:
    Dear Josh and others,

I followed your advice and sent you the required DMCA notification in a form that is accepted by e.g. Google and Sourceforge on the 26th of July 2013. Your support gave it the request #260529.

Because I got no feedback since then and the objectable webpage is still online, I sent an e-mail to the Indiegogo Support (support@indiegogo.com) and to Danae Ringelmann (copyright@indiegogo.com) on the 16th of August 2013 explaining that I am still waiting on your response respectively action to take the webpage down. This time even the support did not answer.

Because I need a feedback if either
    a) the e-mail has not reached you on the 16th of August 2013 or
    b) I have to give the case to my attorney and to the responsible governmental institutions,
I ask you once again for related informations.

    Regards
    [...]

This time the support of the company reacted in the following way:
    Hello [...]

Thanks for writing. I'd like to ask first if you can clarify if this is a DMCA complaint or a complaint of patent infringement.

Please submit your complaint once again using the form below instead. It allows you to clarify if this is a patent or DMCA complaint. I realize that this means you may need to repeat this process, but it is important that we receive a complete complaint clarifying the intellectual property issue at hand.

[What followed are the usual mandatory points of a DMCA complaint that the person called Josh told us before in an e-mail on the 24th of July 2013, that contained virtually the same informations and advices].

    Regards,
    Anthony

After we wrote that we will update the DMCA complaint by adding an unmistakable statement that it is about a copyright infringement due to a copying and a partly transformation of our original, unique description (the semantic contents of the description with the described device, its composition based on already known watch functionalities but also on new functionalities like e.g. measurement of all vital signs some of them with specific sensors, and its direct connected marketing story with the Tricorder) without adding something new to the description of the device, which is an act that is not covered by the clause of fair use, and the complete explanations given in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 22nd of July 2013, and sent the DMCA complaint to the company, this second e-mail arrived, which now is directly related with our DMCA complaint sent on the 26th of July 2013 and the related e-mails sent on the 16th of August 2013 (request #260529):
    Dear [...]

Would you please provide some additional context into your DMCA complaint? Can you please provide the specifics on the Scanadu Scout and how it violates your Intellectual Property? Thank you in advance.

    Regards,
    Matt

Because our DMCA complaint is now further processed (request #260529), we answered to the first answering e-mail received today (request #258876) the following:
    Dear Anthony, Josh and others,

in the meantime Matt form from your support time team answered to the e-mails sent on the 16th of August 2013 in relation to my DMCA complaint due to a copyrighyt infringement (request #260529; [...]).

Said this, I would like to suggest that this request (#258876; [...]) has so far ended and that I continue with the other request (#260529) that already handles my DMCA complaint.

    Best regards,
    [...]

In the descriptions of our CloakEyewear and CloakEarwear we ment- ioned functionalities based on special basic materials that would be better described with an own device. This will be done in the next future.

    Ontonics Website update
We also added to the description of our SolarEarwear the information that a headband could be made of our Solar Fabrics and Stretch Sol- ar Collector as well.

    Style of Speed Website update
We added to the webpages of our Beamed Energy Propulsion and Active Hypersonic Engine the images of our basic air-augmented and air-breathing Magnetoplasma rocket/Magnetoair-plasma rocket and air-augmented and air-breathing Magnetoplasma jet engine/ Mag- netoair-plasma jet engine, and mentioned the MagnetoHydroDynamic (MHD) generator, compressor, and accelerator, our Active Plasma Accelerator, and the magnetized beamed plasma (8:00 CET).

We also listed our Raylev trains on the webpage of the Active Hy- personic Engine.

And for our readers, who have not seen it or are no experts in this field, we revealed that conceptually our magnetoair-plasma rocket and jet engine do not need a propellant, but only energy as electric power or electromagnetic rays. Due to this fact our Raylev trains do not need to carry propellant around with themselves and hence they have no tanks besides an extremely small tank for an emergency system if existent at all, that makes them ultra light and extremely safe in comparison to for example an airliner.
These informations and some more general advantages of the Multi- mode Plasma Engines (MPEs) were added to the webpages of our Raylev transportation system, Beamed Energy Propulsion, and Active Hypersonic Engine (9:10 CET).

We are looking at an integration of our Active Hypersonic Engine in the Magnetoair-Plasma Jet (MPJ) variant and the multirole fighter jet F-35 Lightning II to a VTOL aircraft. Accordingly, the project is call- ed Hypersonic Jet Fighter 2 (HJF-2) or Plasma Jet Fighter 1 (PJF-1) with the nickname Plasma Bolt or Plasma Flash. What makes this concept aircraft so appealing is that moving parts are reduced and hence the maintenance friendliness is increased like it is the case with the environmental friendliness besides many further decisive advantages that are: Top secret.

And for our readers, who have not seen it or are no experts in this field, we would like to mention that we have already connected the Variable Specific Impulse Magnetoplasma Rocket (VASIMR) by F.R. Chang Diaz and the technology of the Magnetized Beamed Plasma (MagBeam) by R. Winglee and T. Ziemba with the Website update of yesterday.

    Investigations

  • British Broadcasting Corporation: We could convict the next criminal journalist of the media company with Leo Kelion after we did so with e.g. Jon Stewart, Christopher Mims, and some others before, who support other criminals that have stolen our copyrighted works before with their permanently and deliberately conducted publications of constructed reports that always follow the same pattern: At first they look for or even wait for such criminals, then they infringe our copyright as well by repeating the description of our concepts, techniques, and technologies that was stolen by such criminals very well knowing that these criminals have stolen our intellectual properties, so that they can reference the criminals instead of us. But now we are able to prove this pattern at the court due the quantity of the issues documented over the last three or more years and the quality of the issues, because many of our works are too unique, their reports have been constructed too perfectly and hence they made mistakes, and in some cases it could be seen how they had to wait for the other criminals before they could apply this pattern (in one case even more than 3 years). Now we are heading a level up already to the editorial office.

Btw: As we said in the past, we already use the reports of such media companies to fight the infringements of our copyright and the breaks of other laws by sending out e.g. DMCA complaints to the companies and internet services where we found our materials. The next step already prepared is to give such cases like of the BBC to the prosecutors.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Omate: And the next not so clever start-up hit the media in the last weeks. The company announced since some months the prod- uction of its smartwatch that features a touchscreen, a built-in camera, a GPS, a 3G chip, and slots for a microSD card and a micro- Sim card. The mobile device should be powered by a mobile operat- ing system based on our operating system platforms OntoLix and OntoLinux (see the Investigations::Multimedia Android Special of the 8th of July 2013) and controlled with our related Multimodal Multi- media User Interface (M²UI) with voice control and our MobileKinet- ic User Interface (MKUI) with gesture control based on moving the device, swiping over the touchscreen, and also by flicking with the wrist. As one of the applications that run on it a fitness activity tracker was named. What we have here is nothing else than a special variant of our Sm@rtWatch system based on the specific combination of the WebWatch, the TouchWatch, the KineticWatch, the MuWatch, the FitWatch, and the Med!Watch, where it gets the microSD card slot from, besides the CamWatch and the GPSWatch.
The persons behind the smartwatch might develope it for one-and-a-half years, but there was no publication, even no version of the operating system Android that could have supported all functions of the proposed user interface, and also the KUI was added recently. Said this, it is obvious that we have here a clear copyright infringe- ment only due to our related publications of the MuWatch on the 15th of May 2008, the CS Watch (see the Original vs. Inspiration, Sketches, and Sneak Preview of the 28th of October 2008), and the SmartWatch system on the 26th of January 2012. We also have a clear fraud, because the company took our description and raised capital through a crowdfunding service. But it is common that these crowdfunding services demand as a prerequirement that a project needs to have all intellectual properties, which in this case is not the case obviously. Besides this, we do not think that this smartwatch will be offered at the end of the year, because the company has a giant problem, which is the needed electric power. As we always say, we have solved this problem with for example our basic mater- ials on the one hand and our coloured e-paper as display on the other hand, that no other entity has presented so far in the field of smart mobile devices. Another problem is the bad design of the com- pany's smartwatch that will not attract customers. A further problem is that it decided to manufacture the smartwatch in China, so that there is a very high chance that imitations will hit the market sooner than the clone of our original Sm@rtWatch if at all.

We will contact the related crowdfunding service and inform it about the fraud, so it is not guaranted that Ometa will get or keep the cash.
We also demand the government to take action against this new possibility to infringe the copyright law and other laws due to fraud and unfair competition.

And the statement "He's a real inspiration - and to be immortalised in Lego is befitting of his amazing outlook and achievements." said by a responsible person of the company Lego in the U.K. gets its true meaning if our readers look at the title of this section, which is not related with the shown images only, but also the title of the collage series made by C.S., the Comment and Picture of the Day of the 25th of April 2008, the Picture of the Day of the 14th of June 2013, and the Pictures of the Day of the 15th of December 2012 and the accompanying text mentioning reflective symbiosis for example as well as the strongly connected section NoAging of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century, and the section Biology of the webpage Organizations of our operating system platforms OntoLix and Onto- Linux, and their basic feature of reflection and their connections to the minifigures but also to the concept of connecting Lego like bricks to natural sciences, as described since many years (see for example the Image of the Day of the 9th of May 2009, and also the Clarific- ation of the 20th of August 2012 and 2nd of October 2012, and the intelliTablet Further steps One Tablet Per Child (OTPC) and One Pad Per Child (OPPC/ OP²C) #3 of the 21st of August 2012, #4 of the 2nd of September 2012, and #12 of the 20th of July 2013 to name just some very few).
By the way: From an artistic point of view it is a clear act of plag- iarism done by the company Lego, as the statement quoted above, the design of the Lego statue, and the arrangement of the images proves doubtlessly, and about the misuse of children for commercial interests and such actings and a related report by a British media company we even do not need to talk anymore.

  • Continental, Google, and International Business Machines: The car parts supplier has talked with the two other companies about the formation of a joint venture in the field of autonomous cars. But the related technologies are based on our concepts and technologies, that we have described since the year 2008 already. This includes our real-time capable operating system platform OntoLix with its ext- ension package AutoSemantic::Car, distributed computing architect- ure, and integrated data architecture with data/sensor fusion, and also our concept of the Hyper Connectivity, as well as the related autonomous vehicles like our model ETE (see also the case of the company Google below). Related statements by a leading manager of the company delivered evidences that our intellectual properties are already used without having a license.
We demand the usual license fees for our system and service descriptions.
  • Google: It is reported that the company has contacted a car parts supplier in relation to autonomous cars (see also the case of the companies Continental, Google, and International Business Machines above). Furthermore, it is also reported that the company has in- vested a large amount of money in a company that connects pass- engers with drivers of luxury vehicles for hire by a mobile application. In relation to this report a blogger publicated the rumour that the company wants to build a so-called robotaxi and establish a related taxi service, though one of the founders of the company clearly said that it does not want to build a car on its own. Nevertheless, the conformity with our copyrighted materials is obvious due to the fact that all related elements of our revolutionary combination of such a special autonomous vehicle and a related taxi service has already been described by us with our model ETE, which is based on a furth- er development of the concept cars Bulli II, eT!, and space up! blue with its Milano, London, Hong Kong, and Berlin taxi versions by the manufacturer Volkswagen, that in the case of the concept car eT! and the taxis are already based on some of our technologies as well, and our service Taxisharing, which is directly connected with the taxi and transport/courier versions shown on the webpage of the ETE and the autonomous car versions like a robotaxi. The vehicle and the service are based on features of our normal and real-time capable operating system platforms OntoLix and OntoLinux, and further tech- nologies and services based on them, specifically our Active Comp- onents, the AutoSemantic::Car expansion package of OntoLix and OntoLinux, our distributed computing architecture, our integrated data architecture with data/sensor fusion, and our original suit of the Hyper Connectivity (see also the case of the company Rinspeed in the Investigations::Car #384 of the 13th of May 2013).
Said this, we demand the usual license fees for the descriptions of our related systems and services or alternative compensations, that are based on the count of cars, users, and service uses.

We also added the concept that the club/society/ association can also finance itself with a diversified payment model, which includes the possibility to charge a monthly flat rate fee and tender special offers for the club members. Furthermore, we added that our model ETE is ideally suited as a club vehicle, specifically in the versions of a normal taxi and a robotaxi, as well as a courier vehicle.

Ontologics.info Further steps 2:32 CET and 24:00 CET (OLAS, OLAF, and OLAP)
In accordance to our informations and explanations given on our websites in the past we developed our Ontologic Information System (OIS) Ontologics.info further, which is the first Search, Find, and Information (SFI) engine based on our Ontologic System (OS) archi- tecture, that as the original offers our seamless bridge from

  • natural intelligence
    over
  • natural languages and linguistics, inclusive conditional clauses,
    to
  • semantic WWW technologies, specifically the formats of the RDF and the OWL,
    and
  • natural language and image processing, and logics
    up to
  • evolutionary computing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence

as the new processing model for computing devices.

So far we have an SFI engine, which as a world first integrates an extremely powerful and totally matured hybrid vertical and horizontal search and find engine as well as information processing systems, digital 2D and 3D maps, a virtual globe with even up-to-date satel- lite images, and a Geographic Information System (GIS), Online Ana- lytical Searching, Finding, and Processing (OLAS, OLAF, and OLAP) techniques based on a (hyper)cube/n-dimensional dataset structure for the multidimensional presentation of and the intelligent work with SFI results, as well as cloud computing, channel computing, and so- cial web services through the thorough utilization of semantic World Wide Web technologies, specifically our knowledge graph based on the merger of several thousands of ontologies in a unified way. In addition, the SFI engine offers interfaces to our distributed comput- ing architecture, Proactive Intelligent Personal Agent (PIPA) system, complete Mixed Reality (MR) environment, plug-in system for easy integration of further SFI functions, and for sure much more (see the Feature-Lists once again).
This is a serious copyright warning.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
We are looking at the possibility of using our techniques of the On- line Analytical Searching, Finding, and Processing (OLAS, OLAF, and OLAP) based on a (hyper)cube/n-dimensional dataset structure as a further general user interface technique (1:30 CET).

That we use OLAP as well was absolutely clear just right from the start of OntoLix and OntoLinux. But now it is truly fascinating how even the details fit together once the design of the Ontologic Syst- em architecture was correctly started around the year 2005 and we could remember these details again now. Very interesting in this context are the MultiDimensional eXpressions (MDX) and the Data Mining eXensions (DMX), which we might use at least as a blueprint for the further development of the query language of our OntoFS based on mdXML and our Multi-/OntoRDF (2:48 CET).
In this conjunction, we looked at the star and snowflake schemas and thought about basing the fact and dimension tables on the named ontologies and our Zero Ontology O#.
This is a serious copyright warning.

    Clarification
We also have chosen the multi-language, multi-paradigm, reflective, incrementally compiled software development environment Poplog as a basic module for our OntoBot software component of OntoLix and OntoLinux, because Poplog was used for the development of a data mining system, and hence is ideally suited for knowledge discovery in databases, information retrieval, and predictive analytics, as well as for our Online Analytical Searching, Finding, and Processing (OLAS, OLAF, and OLAP) approach mentioned in the Ontologics.info Further steps of the 26th and the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps 27th of August 2013.

Two days ago we have invented two new services called:

  • Autonomous Automatic Teller Machine 6:00 CET and
  • Autonomous Vending Machine 6:00 CET.

And while already there, we invented also the:

  • Autonomous Toilet Wagon 6:16 CET and
  • Autonomous Shower Wagon 6:20 CET.

An much older related idea is our:

  • Autonomous Office Wagon 6:30 CET.

We also mentioned the Car•E robotic platform for land/surface vehicles in the description of our Taxisharing.

And we named our model ETE by Style of Speed as an example in the description of the Car•E roboter platform.

    Style of Speed Website update
First of all, we added to the description of our model ETE the in- formation that its autonomous version is based on our Car•E robotic platform for land/surface vehicles, that we officially mentioned the first time with the Ontonics Website update of the 5th March 2008.
Moreover, we added to the section Robotics of the same description the services Autonomous Taxi Service (ATS), Autonomous Office Wagon (AOW), Autonomous Automatic Teller Machine (AATM), Autonomous Vending Machine (AVM), Autonomous Toilet Wagon (ATW), Autonomous Shower Wagon (ASW).

    29.August.2013
    Ontonics Further steps
3D video communication over a network is not so new, so it is more than sure that we have something like this in our portfolio.
Said this, we simply have to formulate the terms MultiPresence and MixedPresence by using the already mentioned and described con- cepts, techniques, and technologies on our websites, like e.g. the already given hardware support by our Ontoscope, Retinascope and Space environment for 3D video chat and telephony systems.
Also, when C.S. draw the image "Robot Arm with 3D Display" (pres- ented as an Original on the 20th of March 2008), we already had an application in mind that is based on a 3D video communication syst- em with a moving 3D monitor, which follows the communication part- ner, so that the impression is given that the other partner is truly in the room. A simpler version of this concept was shown in the movie "Demolition Man", but the system in the office of Doctor Raymond Cocteau was only a corpus with a simple shape similar to a parking meter that featured an integrated 2D display monitor and could only rotate. By the way: Isn't it the robot arm 3D display that Microsoft took for a haptic user interface (see its case in the Investigations:: Multimedia of the 3rd of July 2013)?
Furthermore, we also developed the concept of our Animaterior and its integration with a related display technology for example based on ePolymer to a fully animated 3D monitor or a humanoid robot head that is able to present the face and also the head shape of a caller for an application that is the further development of the variant with the robot arm 3D display respectively the system shown in the movie "Demolition Man".
But in the end our Retina Projector 3.0 is more interesting.
