Website update
We have deleted the case of the company Sony in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 25th of January 2012 in relation with the term Smartwatch. We also have deleted all trademark signs on our websites accordingly and substituted at many places the string SmartWatch with our new logo/label Sm@rtWatch™. Thank you very much for the reminders.

Ontonics Website update 2:22 CET
We updated the section Sm@rtWatch of the Innovation-Pipeline by adding the general possibilities to use our WREL/WRPL@Home and PowerTable solutions for powering and charging, as well as the functions of all other models.

Also, due to the problem of confusion we rearranged the text of the description of our TouchWatch very slightly, so that it is more clear that the e-paper display does not need to be a able to display coloured content.

Furthermore, we added the new Sm@rtWatch models:

  • FitWatch,
  • VibeWatch,
  • BeamWatch,
  • EyeWatch,
  • MultiWatch,
  • MarkupWatch,
  • WebWatch and
  • CloudWatch.

We also copied the descriptions of our technologies:

  • Hybrid on Demand and
  • Distributed Engine (Network)/Grid Engine

given in the Style of Speed Further steps of yesterday to the webpage of our Innovation-Pipeline.

    Style of Speed Website update
Today, we have added the two announced webpages (see the Style of Speed Further steps of the yesterday) for our technologies:

  • Hybrid on Demand and
  • Distributed Engine (Network)/Grid Engine.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Wikimedia Foundation→Wikipedia: We found once again our contents illegally copied into the internet encyclopedia and without a reference to us, which constitutes one of the many times documented copyright infringements conducted on its website (see the Requisition of the 17th of February 2008, the Comment of the Day #2 of the 22nd of May 2008, the Investigations of the 21st of May 2009, 8th of November 2008, 16th and 17th of December 2009, 11th of March 2010, 26th of June 2011 (the last section), as well as the Clarification of the 17th of December 2009 and the Clarification #2 of the 6th of June 2011). In detail, we have found the following paragraph on the webpage of the explanation of the Virtual Retinal Display (VRD) that doubtlessly describes our invention of the Retina Projection™:
"More recently, there has been some interest in VRDs as a display system for portable devices such as cell phones, PDAs and various media players. In this role the device would be placed in front of the user, perhaps on a desk, and aimed in the general direction of the eyes. The system would then detect the eye using facial scanning techniques and keep the image in place using motion compensation. In this role the VRD offers unique advantages, being able to replicate a full-sized monitor on a small device."
Our invention of the Retina Projection™, the basic technology for our Retina Projector™/Retina Screen™ and Retinascope™, is based on the step not to place 1 VRD directly in front of 1 eye only in a fixed position as a head-mounted display or on a tripod with 1 ocular, but instead to position the device in front of a user and let it follow one eye or both eyes of its user, the latter possibility is also an innovation of us in the field of VRDs in the case of using our VRD system as a 3D display, for getting the right direction for the projection by using facial scanning techniques, like e.g. our MobileKinetic™ technology in the case of Mobile Devices™, which is another general invention by us created as a spin off technology while creating our Retina Projection™, and in the same way copyrighted (see the Clarification of the 3rd of November 2010, Ontonics Website update of the 7th and 8th of November 2010, 28th of February 2011 and 14th of March 2011, Ontonics Further steps of the 8th of November 2010, Original vs. Inspiration and the case of the company Apple in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 6th of December 2010, the case of the media company British Broadcasting Corporation in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 13th of February 2011, the OntoLinux Website update and the case of the company Microsoft in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 23rd of April 2011, as well as the Ontonics Website update, the OntoLinux Website update and the case of the media company Cable News Network in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 4th of September 2011).
Btw.: Why is always no reference given if our concepts and technologies are described, while everywhere else somebody is requesting for a reference or explaning its need. In the position of the Wikimedia Foundation, we would change it as quick as possible, which means immediately! We have here a precedent why anti-pira- cy laws are needed.

We demand all media not to report about any person or company that presents a concept that is related with our Retina Projection, and our Retina Projector™/Retina Screen™ and Retinascope™ based on it, because our copyright will be infringed in this way.

The same holds for the description of the concept car e-tron by the marque Volkswagen→Audi, which is not the R8 e-tron, as in the beginning the company, the marque and all media have explained over many months, inclusive the Wikipedia, but in its latest versions simply a clone of our RE™, which both are based on the drivetrain of our Apollo Speed-E™ (SE) by our business division Style of Speed™.

The same also holds for the fairy tale that Tim Barners-Lee has brought together the so-called semantic web and ontologies by a speech in the year 2001, which is only total nonsense, and all the other webpages of the Wikipedia that are about the semantic web and ontology. In fact, around the year 1996 C.S. was researching in the field of Object-Orientation (OO 1), especially the Object-Oriented Software Engineering (OOSE) approach, DataBase (DB) modeling and Visual Programming (VP). All three directions let directly to visual specification and modeling languages, specifically the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and own approaches. Then the general standardization of class models by libraries, patterns, components and frameworks of software were taken, a common foundation searched and finally found with the concept of ontologies, and connected with the given up project by the U.S.American military, which was conducted to standardize its procurement by using models that were partly called ontologies later, and the data format Knowledge Interchange Format (KIF). Around the year 1998, C.S. took the OO 1, UML, visual data modeling languages ER and SERM, KIF and ontologies, and VP, as well as logics and AI 1, made the Ontology-Oriented/-based (OO 2) approach out of it, and looked for a suited markup language in the tradition of SGML and HTML, which let to the creation and selection of XML and directly to many of its derivates/usages. Because we had now the semantics of data, and the full range of logics and AI 1, the next step that followed were upper ontologies, UML in XML and UML with ER and SERM, as well as ontologies, and also the Resource Description Framework (RDF) and around the year 2000 Notation3 (N3) by Tim Barners-Lee, the Web Ontology Language OWL, and then the integration of all together around 1999 and 2000 at least at our place with e.g. UML in RDF and OWL. And then came the scientific projects, papers and speeches. By the way: Guess why C.S. is behind Ontonics, the OntoLab, OntomaX, and Ontologics, OntoLinux, Ontoscope, and so on, and none of all the other persons? So please, follow the facts, and not the brightest bling-bling and loudest tom-tom.

And the answer why the semantic web is still not running is very easy to give:
    1. Stealing from us our Ontology-Oriented (OO 2) approach and the related connections of the logics, AI and OO 1, UML and ER by OO 2.
    2. Stealing from us even the philosophical concept.
    3. Devastating the XML based approach by Google, Amazon and Co..
    4. Stealing from us basic semantic web concepts, specifically related with our Ontologic System (OS) and Hightech Operating System (HOS) OntoLinux and more of our OO 2 concepts, like essential parts of our Ontoscope and Ontobot software components. But we were already far away from OO 2 in the year 2005 by adding Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Visual Language Processing (VLP) at first, and then geometry and physics followed by the approach of multimodal language processing by adding e.g. acoustical, tactual, and even emotional languages too, for generalizing OO 2 to the max by putting it on the Ontologic-Oriented (OO 3) level and making it a dynamic theory of everything, at least of everything that is understandable by a human brain respectively what comprises the observable universe.
    5. Founding new consortiums, and telling nonsense and stealing in the old and new consortiums only.
    6. Still stealing further only, but we gave since around 2007 not much to steal anymore or gave only informations if they made it as much as complex as possible, so the IT-industry and all these punks in their little start-ups failed a further time, and now they are trying to jump only on HTML5 with RDFa and cloud computing, which is messed up again by Google, Amazon and Co..

    05.March.2012
    Style of Speed Further steps
We are thinking about a new model for our Electron series based on our 550 V8 and called 550 Electron, Electron 550, Speedster Elec- tron or Electron Speedster, alias Electron A.

    Style of Speed Website update
So, we did it as discussed in the Style of Speed Further steps of the 21st of February 2012. We renamed our three old Raptor models in the following way:
Raptor SpeedsterBoxster Electron alias Electron B,
RaptorCayman Electron alias Electron C and
Raptor RSRCayman R Electron alias Electron R.
Furthermore, the contents of the old webpages are copied into the first versions of the webpages of the Raptors ESC for historical documentation.

After this update, we started the introduction of the new SOS Raptor SES models with the Raptor, Raptor Speedster and Raptor RSR.

We have also updated the section Integrated Functionalities of the webpage of our Active Brake Cooling system due to the fact that two different systems exist, that are the fan based system, like our old Active Brake Cooling solution seperated from our Active Diffusor, and the system based on closing and opening the intakes of the brake cooling air, as it was done before in the same way with radiat- ors and now used for a brake system by the manufacturer Fiat→ Ferrari. Said this, there is now a third variant with our new Active Brake Cooling system that integrates both single solutions, as it is the correct way for a true Active Exterior component.

  • Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland and Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen →Phoenix: A scientist in the field of physics at one of the usual research institutes in the B.R.D. gave a lecture about time and space, and a universal theory by following closely the contents of our OntomaX website. In the lecture the following terms and the works of persons were discussed: Time and space, evolution, black holes, Augustino, Galileo, Newton, Einstein, Heisenberg, Schrödinger, Dirac, Planck and some more persons, duality, super symmetry, super string theory, singularity and infinity (see the website of our Ontologic System (OS) and Hightech Operating System (HOS) OntoLinux and keep in mind that we call it also an active/dynamic universal model/theory), spiral made out of E1 to E9 around E10, 1/0=∞ ??? and 1/0=∞ → 1/ε<∞, besides some more (see also the Pictures of the Day above and the Comment of the Day of the 24th of September 2011).

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik: The consortium of public-law broadcasting institutions of the B.R.D. has called the tablet computer with multi-touch display a new device class. In fact, as we tried to explain our invention of this new device class the majority has clearly said that such mobile devicese belong to the class of the tablet computer. Furthermore, the attempt to attribute Steve Jobs our invention in this way has failed, because he never had a new class of device in mind, but more a larger version of the smartphone by the company Apple. Bad luck for all those criminals, the latter is doubtlessly proved by the smaller and larger patents of Apple filed worldwide. We on the other hand have always talked about the new device class ™ with our P@d™.
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: Under the headline "[A large exhibition] offers vision to the future" , which doubtlessly should lead its readers away from our OntoLab, The Lab of Visions we coined in this way as the term vision belonged to the fields of esoterics, a report was publicated, which intentionally was only about some of the usual research institutes that we have convicted to be serious criminal as well like that media company. Besides mentioning driverless cars that should be able to come and park autonomously, which for sure was only reported in relation to our Picture of the Day of today (see above) and our K.I.T.T.™ (see the section K.I.T.T. and Force Inside™ on the webpage of our E-Muscle Car Mustang-E™ by Style of Speed™, for example), a folding car with intelligent traffic connections was presented, which in fact is the trike of the design study called 2028 of the manufacturer Volkswagen already presented in the year 2008, the old humanoid domestic robot that can help in the kitchen able to take milk and cartons of juice out of a fridge and was derived from our sketches was also mentioned while a newer version one handling a drink pak at the refrigerator was shown (see the image "Cook-E, Wow-E, and Co" presented as an Original on the 13th of March 2008 and the image "Self-table" shown as Original on the 17th of March 2008), as well as robotic projects by some unknown artists. Furthermore, a robotic concept was reported that is planned to link up the machines' brains via the cloud computing so they can share information between each other, which is a clear infringement of our copyright due to many technical points related with the semantic (world wide) web, at least with the Resource Description Framework (RDF) and triple stores (see the related internet features Open ROBI Maxifig/Macrofig Platform of Roboticle™ described on the ... (we have to find it deep in our news, because we used 4 different names for it in the past and it is so long ago (2008(?))) and the description of our Rob•E™ platform, that all are powered by our Ontologic System™® (OS) Hightech Operating System™ (HOS) OntoLinux™ (keyword swarm intelligence), as well as the related text passage in the case of Ingo Rechenberg in the Investigations of the 28th of February 2010 and our annotations about the Roboverse).

We demand all media not to report (anymore) about any entities that present as their work, product or service a machine, like e.g. an automobile or robot, that is controlled by a software system which uses a Resource Description Framework (RDF) store or/and a triple store, or/and Ontology-Oriented (OO 2) physical, geometrical, graphical (at least from 3-dimensional), natural language processing or/and reflective systems, because they all have infringed or will infringe our copyright by copying the descriptions of our Ontologic System™® (OS) and Hightech Operating System™ (HOS) OntoLinux™, and its applications with architecture, vehicles, robots and further objects.

    Clarification
Despite some trend scouters are telling "lasers hit the retina in a novel way" in relation with the laser projection technology by the company Kodak with combined 2D and 3D digital theatrical projection capability, which is specifically intended as a replacement of the xenon bulbs usually used in the movie projectors in cinemas, Kodak's laser projection technology has nothing in common with our Retina Projection, the basic technology for our Retina Projector/Retina Screen and Retinascope, because it neither projects the image on the retina of a viewer, nor is using a facial scanning or an eye following technique, like one of its simpler versions that beams only invisible light, as used with our mobile motion sensor technology called MobileKinetic, or a similar stationary solution used with personal computers and game consoles (read also the case of the Wikimedia Foundation→Wikipedia in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 3rd of March 2012, for example). By the way: Do not look directly into their laser projector. :D

    Ontonics Website update
In the Innovation-Pipeline we added to the description of the Heart- Watch/Watch the exemplary application of sharing heart rates and in this way emotional states.

And we have to apologize that since some days we have forgotten to mention our:

  • Mechanically-powered Toothbrush,

which is an electric toothbrush that can be recharged mechanically by turning a hand crank or shaking, and that has a spring, battery, capacitor or ultra-capacitor inside as an energy storage, like these mechanically-powered flashlights/hand lamps/torches and radios. In this way one minute of cranking should generate enough electric power or wind the spring up sufficiently for brushing the teeth.

    Comment of the Day
    "Creditism", [C.S., Today]
As we said before in the Comment of the Day #1 of the 23rd of October 2009, "Capitalism is insolvent", and so we have a new model (read also again the Comment of the Day #2 and #3 of the 13th of September 2009, and the Comment of the Day #2 of the 13th of June 2011).

    Ontonics Website update
In the Innovation-Pipeline we added to the description of our Heart- Watch/Watch a further exemplary application of sharing heart rates and in this way the state of health, which we had yesterday as well but missed to make it public. This is extremely interesting for the health care in Asian countries, like e.g. in the P.R.China where it depends to a great extent on taking the pulse, but also for many other services and tasks of a society.

Today, we also added an additional image of our Jota in the Stealth Black Exterior Theme with our black tinted lights shown the first time with our Jota Speedster. The image itself was taken by another company, which has stolen our show and in doing so refused to reference our original works.

We also added the option of our black tinted headlights for our Aventador I BB conversion.

    Investigations::Car #346

  • Volkswagen→Bugatti: The marque gave a new version of its model Veyron the name Grand Sport Vitesse in relation to our trademark Sang Vitesse™.
  • Volkswagen→Audi→Lamborghini: The marque copied our marketing stories based on the model series Beauty Beast™ and the Exterior Theme™ Stealth Black™ for a version of its model Aventador shown on a roadshow in the autumn of the year 2011.
Furthermore, at one of the largest automotive exhibitions a one-of-a-kind roadster version of its model Aventador was shown that feat- ures a very low windscreen, has a paint job in a special red colour, and is called J. Obviously, these points are related with our models Jota Speedster and j!™, and also with the dark Radio Flyer Racing Red mentioned in the issue #10, which is about the Radio Flyer Pod racing factory team.
  • Volkswagen→Audi→Audi Electronics Venture: As we presumed al- ready, the subsidiary has also joined up with the company Witricity to steal our irail™ and ipad™ system, which is the original wireless stationary and dynamic recharging system based on the coupled resonance of electromagnetic waves presented by us on the 6th of December 2008 in the Ontonics Website update (see also the cases of the Stanford University, the American Institute of Physics→Journal of Applied Physics, and the IT-news web portal Computec Media→Klaß & Ihlenfeld Verlag→Golem.de in the Investigations::Car #345 of the 6th of February 2012 for a quick jump into the whole case, the Clarification of the 9th of February 2012, and also the case of the media company British Broadcasting Corporation below). Besides this, the manager of the company mentioned the application of our irail™ and ipad™ system that is tested in a project funded by the ministry of education and research of the B.R.D. (see our requests to the federal ministry of education and research of the B.R.D. on the 7th of January 2012 to stop this funding immediately, and once again the section beginning with "Btw.:" of the case of the Stanford University in the Investigations::Car #345 of the 6th of February 2012).
  • Toyota: That massively stealing company has taken contents from our website once again. This time, in a TV commercial for a small car the statements "Finden statt suchen==To Find instead to search" and "Sehen statt fühlen==To see instead to sense" were said and shown. This is a clear copyright infringement, because our Hightech Operating System™ (HOS) OntoLinux™ and our Ontoscope™ hard- and software technologies were meant, as well as the thought of our related slogan "Wir suchen nicht, wir finden™==We don't search, we find™" was copied.
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: That serious criminal media com- pany has again (eventually the 15th time) misled the public intent- ionally, as usual. In detail, very well knowing that the irail™ and ipad™ wireless energy/power transmission system for electric vehicles based on the coupled "resonance of electromagnetic waves" is our invention, that was described the first time on the 6th of December 2008 in relation in the Ontonics Website update, the broadcaster reported about our system in such a way, so that its readers must get the wrong impression that the company Witricity or the Stanford University has invented it together with some of the largest automotive manufact- urers (see Investigations::Car #329 Wireless Charging Special of the 21st of July 2011, the cases of the Stanford University, the Americ- an Institute of Physics→Journal of Applied Physics, and the IT-news web portal Computec Media→Klaß & Ihlenfeld Verlag→Golem.de in the Investigations::Car #345 of the 6th of February 2012, as well as the case of Volkswagen→Audi→Audi Electronics Venture above). That company is nuts, because most of the other worldwide media do know this fact, the police in the B.R.D. is knowing it as well, for example, and our supporters did not got the grin out of their faces as we busted the related scientists at the Stanford University on the 6th of February 2012, and that media company has nothing better to do than to come up with this utter nonsense once again.
Btw.: The whole case of that media company is ripe for Scotland Yard now. In this conjunction it is interesting to note that in its last cases that broadcaster explicitly mentioned research institutes and companies based in the B.R.D..

Before there will be any standard introduced, it would be wise to ask us for licensing the copyrighted description of our irail™ and ipad™ system, at first. To establish a committee, a consortium, or any oth- er kind of group does not change anything in relation with our copy- right.

    Comment of the Day

Bravo, very well done comment about a credit rating.

    Clarification
We like to emphasize expressly that the naming of certain companies and research facilities related to stationary or/and dynamic wireless power transmission technologies, using coupled electrical resonators or being based on the principle of the coupled resonance of electromagnetic waves, in the field of vehicles of any kind is a copyright infringement with respect to the description of our irail™ and ipad™ system, because:
    1. Companies, such as the U.S.American company Witricity, offer such a wireless resonant energy transfer technology as their only product and have copied the stationary application with vehicles of exactly this system (called ipad) from us, that means their company names in this particular application is an invalid synonym (equivalent/has the same sense) for the thought written in the description of our irail™ and ipad™ system,
    2. Research facilities, such as universities or the Fraunhofer Institut in the B.R.D., in the field of wireless resonant energy transfer technology for cars have copied our system in the stationary version (ipad), which means their institution names in this particular application is an invalid synonym for the thought written in the description of our irail™ and ipad™ technology, and
    3. Research facilities, such as the U.S.American Stanford University, in the field of wireless resonant energy transfer technology for vehicles have exactly copied our system in the dynamic version (irail) and some of them even have stolen its description, and thus their institution names in this particular application are an impermissible synonym for the thought written in the description of our irail™ and ipad™ technology.

We consider that the following metaphor is helpful: It does not matter how a musician is called, if the same melody or even the same song is played back without naming the title, for example. The composer remains the same and therefore the copyright condition remains in general, in particular even then, if the name of a musician should, will or already has become a synonym for the piece of music by continual play of it. Simply replacing the original is known to be against the law. In practice this means, if e.g. the automobile manufacturers Toyota, Daimler or Volkswagen→Audi give the information in English as well as in German that one of their vehicles uses for example the system of the company Witircity or one of the research institutes Stanford University or Fraunhofer Institut without explaining the technical functionality, then this is still a copyright violation due to our description of the irail™ and ipad™ technology, because our copyright is sidestepped in this way. Even the company Witricity must apply for a license from us, if it markets its technology in our field of application of vehicles.

    Investigations::Car #347

  • DRB-HICOM→Proton→Lotus: It seems to be that the marque has updated its hybrid concept sports car, but still refuses to respect our copyright. We quote from one of its related press releases: "The range extended electric drive of the [concept car] consists of two electric motors driving each of the rear wheels independently via single speed geartrain, integrated into a common transmission housing, thus enabling torque vectoring for stability control of the vehicle.". We recall it once again: The described drivetrain is an essential part of our invention of the Electric Torque Vectoring™ Active Differential™ #2, The Superarchitecture™, and also a configuration of a hybrid drivetrain with two electric motors at one axle, so that the company as well as its suppliers of the related electric components either have not to give anymore a technical description of the drivetrain, or need to ask for licensing our description to avoid a penalty at the court!!!™
Furthermore, a new model was presented with the following copied contents of our website by Style of Speed: "[...] finely tuned [...] [Fine Tuning™]", "[...] race-derived technologies [...] [This sounds very familiar.]", "[...] beauty and the beast [...] [No, no, no: Beauty Beast™, and because we have here also the marketing story of our roadster conversion Boxster BB, doubtlessly, makes it a clear copyright infringement.]", "[...] style [...]", "[...] elegant [...]", "[...] SPS [...] [This is an attempt to jump on the shortcut SOS of Style of Speed™ and related acronyms of this form.]", "[...] paddle-operated automated manual transmission, which makes life more relaxed in the city and more F1-like [...] [This story was stolen from the webpages of our steering wheels and e.g. our model 333 ST]", "[...] active driving [...] [This is a further attempt by that marque to jump on the bandwagon of our Active Theme.]", and "[...] stylish minimalism [...] [copyright infringement]".

Btw.: As longer a company refuses to respect our copyright, as stronger we will refuse to give a license.

  • McLaren: We would like to clarify that its ProActive Chassis Control suspension is a misleading label and must be seen as an illegal marketing lie, because the suspension and stability control system is only based on adaptive dampers with sensors that are connected by using hydraulics, which still is reactive in total contrast to our Active Trac™ stability control system that works in conjunction with our Active Suspension system (see also the case of the company in the Investigations::Car #243 of the 4th of April 2010).
  • Gumpert: We found the following text passages in two press releases about its newest two models: "[...] "Even though the [model version] is street legal, it nevertheless carries the racing sports genes of [a race version of its car]," [...]. This genetic connection becomes tangible [...] [So, this is somehow the same story as the one of our street legal models 333 ST and 333 ST Barchetta, and it also proves that the company knows the webpage Hardware of the website or our Hightech Operating System OntoLinux.]", "[...] pure race car [...] [See the webpage of our conversion Maestro™, where also further portions of its marketing story was taken from in an illegal way.]", "[...] enraged [...] [This reminds us of ]", "[...] embodies our philosophy [...] [Again we have a proof that it knows the website of HOS OntoLinux.]", and "Pure German Speed [Its slogan was stolen from our trademarks Pure Speed™ and Purely Speed™, obviously, as part of the second attempt by the company to jump on the bandwagon of our Speed Theme by Style of Speed™ for stealing our marketing story.]".
  • Koenigsegg: We do quote out of the press release of the latest version of its car: "[...] revolutionary Aircore carbon fiber wheels [...] [Take a look on the webpage Rims of the website of Style of Speed to get the orginal source for this enhancement.]", "[...] was the first Hypercar manufacturer to take steps toward green technology with the release of the biofuel CCXR in 2007 [...] [This is only the typical utter nonsense claimed by that company, see again the comment to the quote before about the wheels, for example, because we at Style of Speed did this right from the start in 2001 with methanol powered engines. And there were other companies of hypercars before the year 2007, as well.]", "[...] reinvents the wheel [...] [As we said before, blah blah blah.]", "[...] the world’s first hollow, one piece, super light carbon fiber wheel [...] [Nonsense]", "[...] the first production engines in the world to use nano-surfaced cylinder sleeves [...] [Nonsense, guess why the largest companies use electric arc spraying.]", "[...] engine management system [...] [This sounds so very familiar that it seems to be a further copyright infringement due to our application of our Hightech Operating System OntoLinux.]", "[...] rev limiter has been raised from 7250rpm to 7500rpm [...] [How boring. We are looking how we could raise the rev limiter of the Hayabusa based V8 engine from 13000 to 14000.]", and "[...] top speed of approximately 440 km/h – 273 mph (yet to be verified) [...] [This was said in relation to our model 962 ST.]", "If you have any doubt as to which Hypercar is most Hyper... [Take a look at our cars in the section Street Legal, for example.]". Like Gumpert, Koenigsegg seems to be totally shocked by our Hightech Competence™, and Style and Speed Competence™ as well.
Btw.: Compare the headlights of its car with the ones of the original design of the model Raptor by Saleen by turning them by 180° around.
  • Morgan: The company has presented a version of its car with electric drivetrain. We read its related press release for documenting the case: "[...] radical new roadster [...] [No, it is not. For example, the company itself has presented a similar concept car called LIFECar in the year 2008 with the configuration of our Active Differential™ #2, The Superarchitecture™ (see its case in the Investigations::Car #10 of the 7th of March 2008).]", "[...] how much fun you can have in an electric sportscar [...] [This is a copyright infringement due to the illegally made copy of our marketing story for our models Just 4 :)™ (Just For Fun™) and :D™ (Big Fun™).]", "[...] high-technology construction and a powertrain that delivers substantial torque instantly at any speed [...] [This sounds very familiar.]", ""[...] multi-speed transmission allows the motor to spend more time operating in its sweet spot, where it uses energy more efficiently [...] It also allows us to provide lower gearing for rapid acceleration and will make the car more engaging for keen drivers [...] With maximum torque from zero rpm [...]" [This sounds somehow like nonsense. We have here an electric motor with a much greater sweet spot and not a combustion engine, and some of the maximum torque is lost in the transmission. Furthermore, we have here also a conceptual contradiction due to the fact that the torque of an electric motor is so high that they will get problems with the stability of the transmission in the end, because an electric motor with high power, which is needed for an Electric Sports Car (ESC) with higher performances, will either simply shred all gear wheels of the transmission away, or lead to a transmission that weights too much.]", and "[...] reflects the passion [...] [speech act stealing]".
  • Melkus: Some few points we would like to document before somebody begins to run wild: "[...] brilliant [...]", "[...] elegant exterior [...]", "[...] equipment [...]", "[...] high-quality infotainment system [...] [This was said in relation to our Hightech Operating System OntoLinux.]", and "Black and White was the motto [... that was inspired by e.g. our conversion 911 V8.]".
Btw.: We are looking at its solution of the roof with the gullwing/swing doors, because it would fit perfectly to our coupé models and conversions that are based on the model Boxster by the marque Volkswagen→Porsche.

    Investigations::Car #348

  • Volkswagen→Audi→Lamborghini→Italdesign Giugiaro: The subsidiary of the manufacturer has massively stolen our solutions in the field of Active Components. We document the case by quoting the related press release about a new concept car: "The side of the Brivido hides a final technological treasure: the side mirrors have been replaced by an innovative system comprising of two cameras which literally emerge from the body. When the control is activated, the wings concealing the two micro-cameras, positioned at the height of the side air intakes, open up 90 degrees and activate the cameras. [This our Active Exterior and a video camera system, like our Active Camera™, that are combined as mentioned on the webpage of our Active Components™/Active Units™ by saying "foundational functionality for creating much greater and complexer integrated active systems out of the single Active Units™ than it is possible with other solutions", "Active Camera™ comprises every interplay of ray-based sensors with our other Active Components™", "modular system of different solutions to give surface vehicles desired shapes and functionalities", and . Said this, it is a thought already mentioned by us in general, so that we are free to describe it in more detail, while the subsidiary has to get a license for using our description, or must stop describing its solution.]", "[...] housed actuators directly onto the engine basement, making it an active safety system [...] [This also points to an Active Component™ of us, which is in this case our Active Bracket/Active Mount™, especially our A href="http://www.styleofspeed.com/land/activecomponent/activebracket/index.htm">Active Engine Bracket™.]", "[...] docking system in the dashboard allows a [tablet computer] to be completely hidden away or, with a gesture of the hand [...] The controls for adjusting the climate [from the rear seats] are housed on a touchscreen monitor that descends from the ceiling on request. [Both solutions were stolen from the webpages of our T@blet™ and P@d™ Holder (see its section Action with Active components), and our e-dashboard™.]", "[...] capacitive touchscreen. Enhancing the transition between these modes, physical buttons emerge from the control surface when needed, and hide away when not needed. [...] [See again the webpage of our Active Interior™ where it was taken from illegally. By the way: It does not matter how the touchscreen functions in detail.]", "On the tablet [or pad computer™], the [concept car] application allows the passenger to control media, navigation, and access online content from his or her lap. The passenger can then stow away the entire tablet in the dashboard via an automatic mechanism [(see once again the related two quotes and their comments before)] or partially dock it to use as an interface area. S/he can then control the media and navigation content in the passenger binnacle display [of the dashboard]. [No, no, no: Not in this way. What we have here is an attempt to get around the copyright of the description of our e-dashboard™. But in fact, to use a tablet or pad computer™ that is part of the dashboard by docking it and then using it as the user interface area for controlling the other multimedia areas of the dashboard makes it one functional unit that iun the end is our e-dashboard™, so that we have here a further copyright infringement, indeed. Also, it was not described by the interior concept shown with our model j!™, of which the concept of the seats with their LED linings was taken from as well, which as a matter of fact is also based on our e-dashboard™.]", and "The display in the middle of the dashboard replicates key information on the climate control system, fuel consumption, and the hybrid system configuration. Depending on the graphical configuration of the display, the buttons required to activate and deactivate the corresponding functions emerge from the dashboard alongside the monitor. New touchscreen technology and the experience of high-quality rocker switches come together to create a new control system. [No, that is wrong. In fact, it is doubtlessly based on concepts described on our websites, like our e-dashboard™ with simple and rough but haptic elements that are part of (the surface) of the dashboard, our T@blet™ and P@d™ Holder, and our Active Interior™.]".
The manufacturer Volkswagen still loves our copyrighted descriptions, about which the company obviously is aware of since many years, like many other manufacturers, and as it is proved now more and more.
  • Pininfarina: The design company has once again copied contents of our website for the marketing of its latest concept car. We have taken its press release for documenting the case: "[...] luxury electric sports saloon [...] [No, no, no: Luxury E™!!!™]", "t is a new approach to luxury in the car [...] [This is a criminal marketing lie, because our E-Luxury™ models were first with the same hybrid drivetrain in general, and that even applies a micro turbine in this special configuration of us.]", "[...] elegant and sporty [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] pure [...] [This is our Pure Theme.]", "The luxury sports saloon embodies the innovative archetypes of Pininfarina design in full. [No, it does not, because as a matter of fact that we are documenting here it embodies the innovative archetypes of Style of Speed™ design in full.]", "[...] architecture and line [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] harmonious [...]", "[...] strong [...] [Strong™]", "[...] pure [...] purely functional stylistic elements [...] Style, reflecting [And now the copyright infringement done in this way has become clear.]", "Elegance and formal harmony blend in the association of complementary values: balance and contrast [...] Formal purity and simplicity become elements of iconic design. [We do not need other companies that describe our divisions like Style of Speed, because we are able to do it as well.]", "[...] pure [...] [This is our Pure Theme.]", "[...] intangible [...]", "[...] appearing as if by magic [...] [This sounds very familiar.]", "[...] luminosity [...]", "[...] is the first car to incorporate into the passenger compartment a contemporary video-art projection [...] The work is projected onto the ceiling [...] [This technological concept is an essential part of our Sp@ce@Car.]", "[...] pure [...] [This is our Pure Theme.]", "[...] fascinating mixture [...] [speech act stealing]", "Elegant and modern [...]", "[...] stylistic [...]", "[...] essential [...]", "[...] hollow designed [...] [Holistic design™]", "[...] strongest [...] [Strong™]", "[...] fusion of matter and transformation [...] [This is our Fusion Theme.]", "[...] emotional and artistic dimension attributed to Venice [...] [See the image "Venezia" by C.S..]", "[...] 4 electric motors backed up by the turbine [...] [This is already a copyright infringement due to the drivetrains described on the webpages of our models in the subsections Car E-SUV™ and E-SUT™, and Car E-Luxury™.]", "[...] touch pad gives access to the interactive instrumentation and climate control [...] [See also the interior of our model j!, for example]", "[...] strong [...] [Strong™]", "[...] urban cycle [...]", "[...] electric drive which guarantees zero emissions in the urban cycle and a range with all-electric operation that is higher than any offered on the market today [...] [This is a criminal marketing lie, because our solutions are extremely difficult to beat, if at all, and the solution by the company is not superior, definitely.]", "[...] concept ca[pr] supplied by 4 fuel cells (one per wheel) [...] [Do not confuse this with our twin fuel cell solution shown for example with our model Raptor Speedster, which we have taken from another technical concept study that was presented years before the design company Pininfarina did it.]", "[...] perfect integration of the styling [...] [Perfect Style™]", "[...] extended range plug-in electric car that combines top performance and roominess with the comfort of a luxury car and total respect of the environment [...] [This is exactly the story of our subsection Car E-Luxury™]", "[...] four electric motors [...] mounted on the front and rear frames [...] Each motor is controlled separately and electronically to guarantee various functions, including energy regeneration when decelerating and braking, traction control with the option of continuously varying the torque split between the wheels independently (Vectoring Stability Program) and anti-lock braking assistance. The traction control strategies make the vehicle even more enjoyable to drive, guaranteeing outstanding performance and maximum safety over all types of routes. [...] the individual control of the electric motors artificially sets the behaviour of the limited slip differentials. It is also possible to adjust the front/rear drive split [We recall it once again: The described drivetrain is our Electric Torque Vectoring™ Active Differential™ #2, The Superarchitecture™, that in this case was even combined with our Active Suspension System, and has been described by using some few other words only. Said this, it is a copyright infringement and the company Pininfarina is absolutely aware about this fact, because it has tried to reformulate our description. But the reformulation of our description by using other words only is not enough due to the fact that the thought is still the same as our original thought, or said in other words it has not described a different technical solution, and so the company Pininfarina as well as its supplier Magneti Marelli (like Bosch, Schaeffler Technologies, Siemens, and every other company as well) either have not to give anymore a technical description of this kind of drivetrain, or need to ask for licensing our description to avoid a penalty at the court!!!™]", "[...] micro turbine [...] [We recall it once again: This hybrid drivetrain with two electric motors at one driven axle was shown first with our E-SUV™ and E-SUT™, and E-Luxury™ models. As with our Active Differentials™, our Active Suspension System, and their combination as Active Components™, that company either has not to give anymore a technical description of this kind of hybrid drivetrain, or needs to ask for licensing our description to avoid a penalty at the court!!!™]", and "[...] battery is liquid cooled [...] [This sounds very familiar and we have to investigate this point further.]".
We also have seen two graphics showing the drivetrain of its presented concept car. On one graphic it is said "4 electric motors with torque vectoring", which is our Active Differential™ #2, and on the other graphic it is only said two times "electric motor" pointing to one motor at the front axle and to a second motor at the rear axle, which seems to be a cheap trick for referencing our Active Differential™ #1 in this way. But as we have said above, the two configurations with 2 electric motors at one axle (includes 4 electric motors at two axles=2×2 electric motors at two axles) even without torque vectoring and any other kind of assistance system, and with 1 electric motor with torque vectoring as part of a hybrid drivetrain are already described on our website of Style of Speed™. Furthermore, we do not know what the design studio wants to tell us about tyres, but definitely we can say that the shown ones are not enough for a concept car. Wait until we find some time and the mood to present the absolute design zingers in this field as well, which are laying somewhere in our stocks since more than 8 years.

Btw.: And we do recall this as well: As longer a company refuses to respect our copyright, as stronger we will refuse to give a license.

  • Infinity: "[...] An Electrifying New Take On The Sports Car [...] [This was copied from our website by Style of Speed]", "[...] mid-engined, twin motor, electric motors-powered sports car [...] [This seems to be our Active Differential™ #2, The Superarchitecture™, in the end, but the description is correct.]", "[...] range-extender gasoline engine functions in concert with its twin electric motors [...] pair of electric motors, a lithium-ion battery pack, four inverters, a three-cylinder range-extending internal combustion engine and a gasoline tank [And this is one of our hybrid drivetrains that is based on our Active Differential™ #2, but we are sorry to say that now it is a copyright infringement, because here in the context of hybrid drivetrains it is not decisive anymore if the the pair of/twin electric motors work as our Active Differential™ #2.]",
The design has some basic lines of our conversion Cayman ST designed by .
Btw.: We recommend to get licenses for our technological descriptions.

At first sight it looks as if its engineering department mixed our Active Differential™ #1 with the two electric motors per axle of our Active Differential™ #2, The Superarchitecture™, by adding an additional electric drive motor to our Active Differential™ #1. But the important term is 'integrated differential', so that in the end we have here our Active Differential™ #2, because the integration would make no sense otherwise. This can be seen better by a comparison of the drivetrain of the model Volt by the manufacturer General Motors with a standard differential and our similar version of the Active Differential™ #1 with torque vectoring differential and also 2 electric drive motors. Said this, it is still a copyright infringement and also a malicious deception, and the company Bayerische Motorenwerke is absolutely aware about this fact and still refuses to respect our copyright, because it only tried to reformulate our description without really replacing the drivetrain. But the reformulation of our description by rearranging the words only is not enough due to the fact that the thought is still the same as our original thought, or said in other words it has not described a different technical solution, and so the company Bayerische Motorenwerke as well as its supplier (like Bosch, Schaeffler Technologies, Siemens, Magneti Marelli, DRB-HICOM→Proton→Lotus and every other company as well) either have not to give anymore a technical description of this kind of drivetrain, or need to ask for licensing our description to avoid a penalty at the court!!!™ Also, in the same way the manufacturer and its suppliers try to handle its copying of a described hybrid drivetrain based on the configuration with two electric motors at one axle, so that the company as well as its suppliers of the related electric components either have not to give anymore a technical description of the drivetrain, or need to ask for licensing our description to avoid a penalty at the court!!!™ It also has either not to give a technical description of the model Electric Phantom™ anymore or needs to ask for licensing our model description to avoid a penalty at the court!!!™ (see also the Style of Speed Website update of the 23rd of July 2009, its case in the Investigations::Car #311 of the 1st of March 2011 and the case of one of its suppliers DRB-HICOM→Proton→Lotus below and for example in the Investigations::Car #347 of the 16th of March 2012)
  • DRB-HICOM→Proton→Lotus and Bayerische Motorenwerke: Last year, the massively stealing company Lotus designed the powertrain of the experimental Rolls-Royce Battery(-only) Electric Vehicle (BEV), which is a clone of our original model Electric Phantom™. Lotus Engineering could also supply a range extender suitable for the massive car. So, they have attacked us together all the years, which makes their cases even more illegal (see for example).

    Ontonics Website update
We updated the description of our LASER Lamp@Car by adding the application to project ahead the longitudinal axis or the direction of movement of a vehicle.

    Style of Speed Further steps
The already mentioned look on the extended range drivetrain platform with its two electric traction motors delivering an output of 149 hp, and with or without range extension by the manufacturer General Motors (see the Further steps of yesterday) has given as one result two possibilities that are to use it in combination with the related versions of our torque vectoring Active Differential #1 and Active Differential #2. Now, we are looking for models, which would be our Camaro-E, for sure, and eventually could be based on the chassis of the Porsche 993 mentioned in the Style of Speed Further steps of the 5th of July 2011, or even the actual model 911 (991).

We will also update the webpage of our Active Light by adding the description of the LASER Lamp@Car.

    Style of Speed Website update
We have restructured very slightly the description of our Active Differential #1 for better reading, and also added to it the technical detail that 1 or more electric drive motors can be used.
In relation with our Active Differential #2 we have added the section that lists our different versions.

  • Cray: We are looking what the company has copied from our web- sites, especially of Ontonics and OntoLinux. So far we can see our Vision Theme, adaptive computing as mentioned in the last section of the chapter 2.6 Negative Eigenschaften von Betriebssystemen of The Proposal, the change to an operating system that is based on the Linux® kernel with a related file system for High-Performance Computing (HPC) and object storage, terms like "unified", "common", "3-D torus" and so on, and the focus on applications that are of the fields of common scientific computing and its software libraries, and of multicore computing systems, as we do since many years with our MultiCore Competence (MCC) activities. The only area that is left of its former company is a little bit of vectorized computing and server case construction. Despite we have found many familiar speech acts everywhere in its marketing materials, and the whole acting of the company in the last 6 years was the same as ours in this field, we do not claim for imitating us, but clearly say that what the company delivers is no art anymore, and also in our stocks since years. Said this, we got the proof from this side as well that in the field of the standard adaptive hybrid HPC we are on the same level at least.
Btw.: We have expected more from the not anymore leading compa- ny than only the world's largest toaster in the form of a giant heap of silicon.
  • Nvidia: The company has presented a chip for modeling and simul- ating at once, and showed a motorcycle with hubless wheels on the related webpage for its marketing purpose. We are very sure that its marketing is full of similar cases related with our actings.

We have shown our concept of the thinnest mobile device the first time in the Original vs. Inspiration of the 17th of January 2008, and then again in the Original of the 13th of February 2008, in the Orig- inal vs. Inspiration of the 1st of April 2008 and the 7th of January 2010, and as the Picture of the Day of the 7th December 2010, while we showed the related e-paper and flexible monitors for col- oured and video contents in the Sneak Preview of the 3rd of Octo- ber 2008, and in the Original vs. Inspiration, Sketches, and Sneak Preview of the 28th of October 2008. Our concepts of the time man- agement, (personal) organizer system and Filofax® with printed flex- ible plastic electronics and the Orukami was described the first time in the text below the Original of the 13th of February 2008, while the Orukami was described further in the Sneak Preview of the 3rd of October 2008 and in its description on the webpage Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics presented in the Ontonics Website update of the 5th of March 2008, while our concept cBook with e-paper for coloured contents was presented in the Ontonics Website update of the 28th of October 2008. The right image shows a prototyp of our thinnest mobile device as a cBook or/and an electronic time manage- ment system, (personal) organizer and Filofax® with printed flexible plastic electronics with a housing for hiding the control logic and the accumulator, and that also binds the single e-paper sheet or flexible display. The final version of our electronic time management system, (personal) organizer and Filofax® with printed flexible plastic elec- tronics has a mechanism for taking out and putting in single e-paper sheets or flexible displays, and further multimedia parts and add-ons, as it is usual for an (personal) organizer or time planer. A special version of the cBook has this binding/bundling feature as well.

  • Ihealth Lab: That company has presented a concept of a plug-in for smartphones and tablet and pad computers™, that in this special case is a glucose meter (glucometer) as Lab-on-Chip module. But in fact, it is one special application of our solutions called Med!Phone™ and Med!Tablet™/ Med!Pad™, that makes the whole case a clear copyright infringement.
  • University of Arizona: A scientist of the university thought to be very clever and presented a prototyp called Paperphone, that with- out any doubts is a copy of our thinnest mobile device, that at first in the year 2003 was an e-paper mobile phone only and became later a smartphone, besides all the other possibilities based on this general system concept, specifically our cBook™ with its coloured e-paper and flexible display, and our electronic time management, (personal) organizer system and Filofax® with printed flexible plastic electronics. The clone has a user interface technic based on bending a single sheet of an e-paper or flexible display, which was also pres- ented before by third entities and some years later by the company Microsoft. What we have seen so far would be a correct description if the name of the presented prototyp would not be Paperphone, so that in conjunction with the shown images of the prototyp makes this case a clear stealing called copyright infringement. Furthermore, the responsible scientist has not given the information to the public that the Mobile Device™ shown by him is based on our concept dev- eloped in the OntoLab™ (see also the Original vs. Inspiration of to- day above).

  • Asustek Computer: At first it looked as a correctly made prototyp, but after a third look on the concept of its Padfone we have seen better what was overlooked by us at the first times: That company has again massively stolen copyrighted contents and concepts from our web- sites. In detail, its concept is based on two Mobile Devices that are a smartphone and a tablet and pad computer. The smartphone element can be slid in the case of the related tablet computer. Firstly, with the shown smartphone it has illegally copied the design and the smartphone part of our Ontoscope 3 shown in the Ontoscope Further steps of the 7th of December 2010, and due to the fact that the smartphone is an essential element of its Padfone concept it has also tried in one step to steal our show in relation with our platform version 3 of our tablet and pad computers™ mentioned in the intelliTablet Further steps on the 8th of December 2010. Secondly, the related tablet computer features a stylus, which makes the case a copyright infringement for a second time due to models of the range of tablet and pad computer by intelliTablet, with which we were first of describing a tablet and pad computer that features both the multi-touch display and the stylus (see also the Clarification of the 16th of February 2011). Thirdly, the whole concept is based on the description of our P@ad Computer™, "The technology can also be realized in such a way that for example [...] one device being situated in the active mode, and putting [... others in the] screenshot mode.", and by adding computing power to the tablet and pad computer element by the insertion of the smartphone element of its concept Padfone that company has also stolen another essential feature of our P@ad Computer™ concept, which we described in this way: "By following the base giving Qixel concept as well as the general concept of the Pad Computer even more precisely, the Central Processing Unit (CPU) can also be optionally seperated from the user interface.". Fourthly, the concept and its single elements are powered by an operating system that is based on the Linux® kernel.

We demand the media not to report anymore about the concept called Padfone by the manufacturer Asus, because it has infringed our copyright four times in relation with the our Ontoscope, tablet and pad computers, and P@d.

Once again we can see that a member of the Android Consortium is stealing intellectual properties of others, as usual.

    Comment of the Day
    Wireless supercomputer™
    Wiser™

OntoLab and Ontonics Further steps 11:19 CET
Just some seconds ago we have developed in the OntoLab, The Lab of Visions, the new vision and together with Ontonics, The Hightech Office, the related technical concept of the Wireless Supercomputer (WiSuper, WiSer, WiS or SuperWi), which can be described in one of its simplest and purest forms as follows:
Take a large basin/pool, install a wireless (local area) communication/ network system and a wireless power link system in it, and fill it with compute nodes and memory nodes. Each compute node and memory node can be seen as an embedded microsystem, which has at least a wireless power link, a wireless communication/network interface, and a chip for either processing or data storing. In its first stage the WiSer has only a wireless interconnect between the single compute and memory nodes, and the system's periphery. In the second stage it has also a wireless system bus for the different components of a compute node, if needed at all. And in the third stage it even has a wireless power link, that could be based on the concept of coupled resonators, which we do prefer.

Despite the WiSer concept sounds ridiculous at first and there are the usual known problems in the beginning, it features also many ad- vantages that are not achievable with computer systems based on actual computer components, and wires and cables. For example, if correctly constructed, the time and work needed by the nodes of the system for routing by forwarding data for other nodes is reduced drastically or even not needed at all. What about a data bus with a width in the Mbit range or wider? The clock frequency can be raised up to 100 Ghz, THz (1,000 GHz), PHz (1,000,000 GHz) or eventually higher. Flexibility from the point of the hardware is maximized. Moreover, we have here by design as well the possibility to use the WiSer in a very high performance wireless ad hoc network mode and in this way would have emergence, which means the nodes can be seen as a swarm, so that it leads to swarm intelligence and in gen- eral to Artificial Intelligence (AI) 2. Due to the fact that we also have logics and in this way AI 1, we have AI 3 as well. A compute node or memory node could be powered by a solar panel as well. Furthermore, once played around with it and given an advantageous arrangement of the compute and memory nodes, as example given a 3D structure like a cube, cylinder, torus or sphere, interferences and electromagnetic radiation can be used advantageously. By using the interference results are instantly computed, like a quantum computer does, so that for example large numbers can be added in O(2; two significant processing steps). And a future generation of this WiSer concept can be developed by further integration, and more clever designs of the compute nodes, memory nodes and the overall syst- em.

Imagine now a cylinder or a sphere with its hull made out of compute nodes and memory nodes. Each node has a directed electromagnetic radiation unit, like a radio unit or as in this description a laser mod- ule, with which each compute node placed on e.g. one half of the sphere can transmit data to one or all compute nodes on the other half of the sphere. The resulting 'laser show' is also an actual proc- essing done in the air. Now give each node a photosensor so that it can 'see' this 'laser show', or better said receive the interference of send data as well, or at least specific portions of it, which are re- sults of 'calculations in the air', as mentioned before, that can be taken directly for further processing. This means the whole cylinder or sphere has become the computer.

    Ontonics Further steps
As a result of the OntoLab and Ontonics Further steps of today (see above), we will add the following new project to the Innovation-Pipeline:

  • Wireless Supercomputer (WiSer).

    intelliTablet Website update
Due to the next generation of standard chips, displays and cameras, and the legal adaption of intellectual properties by other corporat- ions we have changed slightly the specifications of the components and in this way of the dimensions, as well as the preliminary prices of some of our devices as follows below. We also added to all the models that can attach its accumulator the option of a second accumulator version with higher performance.

    Touch Me™

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Medion and Aldi: The manufacturer and the discounter, which founded the manufacturer and later sold it, have produced a tablet computer in the slate style that is being sold in the shops of the discounter. First of all, its device is called "Tablet PC", which is a misleading term, because the device class of the tablet personal computer is defined by the company Microsoft in a different way (see the image of one of its first prototyps in the Original of the 13th of February 2008) and the Mobile Device™ by Medion and Aldi has not all features for being qualified to have this label, for example it lacks a stylus. Secondly, the basic technology with the design was stolen from the TouchPad of the corporation Hewlett-Packard, which we have revived on the 21st of August 2011 by the concept of the Volkswagen Pad at first as an attempt for legally taking over its intellectual properties related with its devices like the TouchPad, with the two single differences that at one of the larger sides a thin metal strip is sticked on below the display area, and the display is not 9,7 inch in the diagonal, like the TouchPad and some of our tablet and pad computers in the slate style (especially the models iTablet SZ530 3G and iTablet SN450 3G, both available as the TouchPad and Volkswagen Pad) by intelliTablet™, but 10 inch wide. Thirdly, the general feature to use a multi-core processor with a tablet and pad computer was copied, for sure not only by this manufacturer. Fourthly, the point Connectivity Network of the specifications of our tablet and pad computers by intelliTablet™ is exactly the same. Fifthly, the tablet computer has 1 GB of Random Access Memory (RAM) and 32 GB for data storage. Sixthly, the Mobile Device™ in question is as well powered by an operating system based on the Linux® kernel. Definitely, this is not enough for distinction, and the intellectual properties by the corporation Hewlett-Packard and us are still valid. Taking all these points listed above together, then it becomes absolutely clear that its tablet computer is an illegally made plagiat of at least one of our tablet computers by intelliTablet™. Definitely, this is enough for legal action.
Btw.: We really do not know why the manufacturer got a design award. That is ridiculous only, because its tablet computer has this metal strip as its only own design element that even looks cheap, but it proves as well that the related design award is absolutely obsolete. And it even comes much better by the fact that the same organization behind that nonsense design award also gave it a prize for the standard Graphical User Interface (GUI) of a widely distributed operating system based on the Linux® kernel. We can't give another explanation for this than that the awards have been bought by the manufacturer.
  • Viewsonic: In general, one of its tablet computers is a clone of the TouchPad by the manufacturer Hewlett-Packard and in this way is as well a plagiat of one of our tablet and pad computers due to our re- vitalization of the TouchPad as an attempt to legally take over the related intellectual properties of Hewlett-Packard (see the intelli- Tablet Further steps of the 21st of August 2011). Its tablet comp- uter in question is based on slightly changed features of a concept of our P@d computer, like the three buttons at one of the narrow sides and the thinness of around 9 millimeters (see the intelliTablet Further steps of the 8th of September 2011 and the 19th of Febru- ary 2012). The other copied features are nearly all the same as des- cribed in conjunction with the case of the Mobile Device™ produced by the manufacturer Medion for the discounter Aldi (see their case above). This seems not to be enough for distinction, and also the intellectual properties by the company Hewlett-Packard and us are still valid, definitely. From our point of view its tablet computer is an illegally made plagiat based on one of our tablet computer by intelli- Tablet™ and a related concept.

All of the around 60 or 70 manufacturers and companies worldwide that are producing and selling such tablet computers, as mentioned and described in the two cases above, have at least to pay for the intellectual properties of around the 10 companies of them that are the owners, especially of the members of the Pad Alliance, that are inofficially the corporations Apple and Hewlett-Packard, and officially its founder, the Christian Stroemann GmbH with its business division intelliTablet.
In this conjunction, we would like to please the international media to keep the presented facts in mind, if reports about tablet and pad computers are publicated.

  • Fujitsu: The company has massively copied contents from our websites of Ontonics, OntoLab, OntomaX and OntoLinux, specifically from the webpages Innovation-Pipeline of the Ontonics and OntoLab websites, Forschung und Entwicklung==Research and Development (Projects), especially its subsections Business-Engineering & -Man- agement and Multimedia, of the OntoLab website, Introduction, Ov- erview and Caliber of the OntoLinux website, as well as many news from the OntomaX website, for describing a vision, trends and implic- ations. We will quote from its website and give related comments, so that the reader can see that indeed some of our visions and techno- logical concepts were shamelessly copied illegally, and that we have documented its case.

We updated the Innovation-Pipeline by finally adding the project:

  • Smart Digital Assistant (SDA),

and the collected descriptions made in the past summarized at one place.

In a subsequent step, we have slightly updated the description of our cBook series by mentioning our Smart Digital Assistant and re- formulating the related text passage accordingly.

Also, we have added the descriptions of our not so new integrated chip design called:

  • Cool Chip (16:25 CET),

our also some years old but recently further developed computing technology with the name:

  • Digital Light Computing,

and our wireless concept of High Performance and High Productivi- ty Computing Systems (HP²CSs) called correspondingly:

  • Wireless Supercomputer (WiSer),

as mentioned in the Ontonics Further steps of yesterday.

Ontonics, OntoLab, Ontologics, OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
Following the Further steps of the 19th of March 2012 we have made a quick but thorough look at the programming language Unified Parallel C (UPC) for High Performance and High Productivity Computing Systems (HP²CSs) developed by the government, academia and industry.

    Ontonics Website update
In the description of our Digital Light Computing we have substituted the terms system bus, internal system bus and external bus with the terms point-to-point interconnection of the system components and system components interconnection.

We have also slightly reformulate the description of our Wireless Supercomputer (WiSer) technology for reasons of clarity and comprehensibility, and added to it the descriptions about the possible extension of the basic WiSer system by network nodes, electromagnetic nodes, specifically radio nodes and power nodes, and further special system nodes, and the stages fourth to seventh.

    OntoLinux Website update
We have slighty updated the webpage Project Status at the point about the further development of the integrated programming toolkit Free Poplog by mentioning High Performance and High Productivity Computing Systems (HP²CSs), and adding a link to the programming language Unified Parallel C (UPC).

    28.March.2012
    Clarification
We hope that it is absolutely clear that by running our Caliber on our Wireless Supercomputer (WiSer) makes it a singularity and also a machine of the truth, and to use it properly and fully is as hard as using a holocron (see the Original of the 26th of November 2010). Indeed, this is something for Jedi Knights and not for morons.

    Ontonics Website update
We have added to the description of our Retina Projection the in- formation that it can be dimensioned in various sizes, which makes the realization of digital 3D LASER projection technologies for movie theatres/cinemas and 4D cinemas possible as well.

We have further reformulated the description of our Wireless Super- computer (WiSer) technology without changing any thoughts for the reason of readability, and also added the information that the WiSer is powered by our Hightech Operating System (HOS) OntoLinux, as all of our hardware, and in this way the whole computing system be- comes a singularity by running our Caliber on it in harmony with the universe.
    Don't toast your brain, please.

    OntoLinux Further steps
We will update the webpage Terms of the 21st Century by adding a further section that describes a term that is strongly related with the science fiction short stories "Paycheck", "The Golden Man", and "The Minority Report", by Philip K. Dick and their related adaptions as the movies "Paycheck", "Next", and "Minority Report", and the terms pure rationality and pure reality (see also the Clarification of today above, the Investigations::Multimedia Preview of the 23rd of March 2012, and the case of the Government U.S.A.→Federal Bureau of Investigation and other agencies in the Investigations::Multimedia of today below).
We will also mention the movie "Abre Los Ojos==Open your Eyes" and its remake "Vanilla Sky", most potentially in the section about Extended Identity.

    Style of Speed Further steps
In the Further steps of the 15th of March 2012, we have made a very quick doodle of our 9! model. But we have forgotten to recall our considerations made many years ago, so today we mention the concept car Tapiro by the marque Porsche and show an image of the model Commendatore 112i by the company Isdera.

  • Eastman Kodak and Imax Corporation: At first we said in the Clarification of the 10th of March 2012 that the LASER projector technology of the company Eastman Kodak for cinemas/movie theaters has nothing in common with our Retina Projection. This was not quite right, but we had to act in this way on that day, because the texts of its marketing materials for its LASER projector technology are very precisely formulated in such a way, so that on the one hand it has not described our Retina Projection technology, that is also proved by the related images of a movie laser projector, but on the other hand unknown persons could get the impression that our technologies are correlated. Furthermore, as we heard on the same day that the two companies Eastman Kodak and Imax Corporation (Imax) have collaborated some months before in this field of movie projection, we directly knew that they both want to copy our Retina Projection technology sooner or later, and that the LASER projection technology of Eastman Kodak and the collaboration are only the first two steps for doing so. From our point of view, this was proved now by related statements in an interview of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Imax made by a well known news media company, in which the Imax CEO talked about a 3D projection technology that does not need special goggles, and that physicians are researching such a technology. We are absolutely sure that he meant our digital 3D Retina Projection technology, due to the two first steps mentioned above and the fact that there is a common technological base, despite we argued the opposite, and the clarifying statements made now (read once again the Clarification of the 10th of March 2012, and take a look at the case of the Wikimedia Foundation→Wikipedia in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 3rd of March 2012). All simply fit too good together.
Btw.: We do not think that our technology, or a technology that is derived from our, can be described in such a way that our copyright is not infringed.

We would like to repeat our demand of the 3rd of March 2012 once again:
We demand all media not to report about any person or company that presents a concept that is related with our Retina Projection, and our Retina Projector™/Retina Screen™ and Retinascope™ based on it, because our copyright will be infringed in this way.

  • Government U.S.A.→Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and other agencies: The agency FBI has licensed a 3D computer game engine from a company within the scope of the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) "to build what it calls "Serious Games", designed to help intelligence analysts tackle instinctual biases [...] Other planned uses include: The FBI Academy using the tech to develop a virtual multiplayer crime scene in which its agents can carry out training simulations, U.S. army medics practicing their skills on an anaesthesiology training application, and weapons researchers using the engine as a "visualisation tool"", [a broadcaster, today]. In fact, like the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) they want to make a copy of our Hightech Operating System (HOS) OntoLinux™ in the end, because we have here once again nothing else than an essential part of our Ontoscope™ software component, specifically our combination of all basic software functions and related software libraries, such an already existing simulation environment called Delta3D that is based on these software libraries mentioned before and even a governmental project, which makes the whole case ridiculous as well, and the visualization toolkit VTK. Furthermore, many applications are either described on the webpages of the referenced software projects, or in the sections that are related with simulations on our webpage Links to Software of the OntoLinux™ website. For sure, we could have shown pictures rendered much more realistically by our 3D engine and our 3D modeler (Blender) as well, but we did not due the fact that the production of such a quality of realism is always a question of some few months until the basic 3D software libraries, computer game engines and needed hardware components, like the Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), that we use are able to deliver the same perfomances for the less costs. And we also did not describe all features and technical details of our HOS OntoLinux™ for very good reasons. Definitely, this decision by the FBI was a totally clear and giant economical and technical misdetermination, even if the said 3D software game engine or comparables are highly performant and cost not much. Guess why we made a link to the simulation software Delta3D?! Obviously, the agency does not understand the functionalities and performances of our OntoLinux, our Caliber and our WiSer, which is one of the reasons why we wrote the Clarification of today (see again above).
Btw.: Even governmental agencies must get licenses, if they use our descriptions of concepts and technologies for their activities.

  • Samsung: After the company Microsoft (see its case and also the case of the media company British Broadcasting Corporation in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 23rd of April 2011) that company Samsung is now the next of the usual companies that do want to copy our Retina Projection™ technology. This was began now with an "ad[vertisement] to sell one of its latest phones" published by its Portuguese branch that "uses projection mapping, which turns any surface into a video display screen by squeezing an image so it can fit onto irregularly shaped areas - in this case an actor's face", [a broadcaster, today]. In fact, this is already an essential part of our innovation, because instead of the eyes the whole face is used as the projection screen only. Our claim also fits with the advertisement pictures that show the area of the eyes explicitly being projected with images of eyes on a goggle, and by another take with a triang- ulated face and a dark blue coloured area of the eyes. This proves on the one hand that the company makes a difference between the eyes and the whole face in conjunction with projection technologies, and that its projection technology can exactly project into the area of the eyes, but also on the other hand that it does know our Retina Projection™ technology and its description, doubtlessly. We will look in more detail if it has already infringed our copyright, and if so, how much was illegally taken by the company Samsung (see the latter point in conjunction with the interrelation of writers and movie mak- ers, and also see the OntoLinux Website update of the 23rd of April 2011, read the case of the Wikimedia Foundation→Wikipedia in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 3rd of March 2012, as well as the case of the companies Eastman Kodak and Imax corporation in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 28th of March 2012, for example, and take a look on the pictures shown on the Mobile Devices™ web- page of the OntoLinux™ website).

To make it crystal clear: We will let every entity clean the whole int- ernet of its illegally made material, if it has infringed our related co- pyrights, and everytime we will find illegally made contents again, we will bring it again to the courts and demand damages. Said this, we recommend to get a license from us.
